The I it sounds great to me and I also want to thank you to Eddie's sister eve also a big fan of the show whose ask some great questions so let's find out what if lunchboxes this could talk to food and what if we could get our once before our needs. Craig was such a lucky kid did because his mom made him a lunch in his favourite Tiger Mon- wars lunch box every day. Tiger Mon- wars. I don't remember that what are are you talking about. Kid said Craig's lunchbox. Yeah it's beat Diagram on war lunch box from your favorite show you though Wad Craig right. How's it going again? Oh come on. It's like tiger. Balm was tigers combined with other things the one battle in space you know. Was You know now that I hear you sing it. Yeah I feel like it's coming back to me. Yeah Yeah it's it's like salads like some other wars or our minds or whatever you know but it's not hundred percent original unique undiscovered territory the theoretical. Take your pick. Craig is lucky enough that his mom puts together his lunch for him every he day and she makes his favorite sandwich every day as well. Which of course is peanut? Butter and Jelly wait. I thought it was his favorite sandwich. Hang on I loved peanut butter and Jelly Sandwiches. But I've had thousands and I don't know it's it's whatever. Craig combine like peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches anymore. What gives all just ready for something different? Something new something exciting exciting but surely you still love tiger them on wars lunch box array. Of course I love my tiger on warriors lunchbox and that's just it. Tiger mom warriors don't just peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. They have adventures battlespace monsters all day. All so we're just not exciting exciting for you. Listen No don't worry about it. Don't worry we're going to take care. Anise okay I'm all over. You could trust me lunchbox. How can I not trust my talking looking lunchbox? Okay you get the class you go learn some things get some rhythmic and whatnot. You better believe we're going to have this whole thing worked out when you get back. I am a believer so craig shut his locker and went off to learn. I you get out of here. Peanut butter and Jelly Sandwich. And whatever this carrot stick creatures. Did you guys hear that. Oh Craig says. He's bought me his favorite sandwich sandwiches peanut butter and Jelly. I mean this urgency. He wants adventure he wants action. which is the box in sandwich? What can we do about that just at that? That moment the other part of Craig's lunch started to move. It had looked just like a bunch of carrots sticks stuck together but as it got up on all fours the lunchbox and peanut butter and Jelly Sandwich realized that it was in fact a tiger Ma made entirely hiring out of carrot sticks stuck together by toothpicks. US Greg needs adventure. Craig needs action. No Oh we can supply that to him that and so much. More law said Cara Tiger The tiger monster made of carrot sticks. Yeah we shall burn the school to the ground and then we will take the ashes at send them into displace me. We may need to do that. Maybe Credit Asleep theme me. Why does favorite sandwich the peanut butter and Jelly? Oh he will each indeed he will eat action and adventure and tiger on shutout. Half a a dozen toothpicks actually sounded more like a dozen toothpicks. Maybe shot out a lot of toothpicks and also too big.

"Dude so what is the referee. Do actually do they do. Pretty good job. Oh my God. Aw cut it out when we come here. You'll need to go finish that fight dude. I'm telling you these fights you you would think garbage. They're mad entertaining and some on. These guys are actually very good. Yeah very those two guys didn't were they good. I mean I didn't really see the seem like there's much I don't know shit but didn't really seem like there was much technique. They're kind of like fucking they're like. Here's the thing when you compare it to like pro may fighters like Emma make like most guys in the UFC. Like that's that's like the top top tier like you I. I don't think it's like people talk enough about how high level you have to be in the UFC. Okay basically I would look at it like as most guys in the AFC. They're never gonNA run their opponent like that. You know without really knowing what they're doing because like they they have a full fight camp their training a certain way that though that I mean it is like you're trying to feel out your opponent. You're trying to figure out if all that training you did fucking applies right. This is definitely more of a like a brawl where they're just like getting in there. I'm going to beat this guy's ass. I would say that beat ends has decent decent technique because like he's in the pocket and it's very hard to like trade in the population that all right and so he's he's clocking. If you run that back he hits them with like good three for like knockout. Hits like and go be Dan. Yeah the tapeworm gets dropped a bunch of that fight which you gotTa Watch the whole thing. I mean there's four hundred thousand views Emma Dang their star. They're starting to Potman like actually I shouldn't say starting to because for a while now. They've had like videos. They hit a million. But this is what the fucking youtube filing. It'd be this is what is what I mean. That's what's so funny fucking. Yeah Logan Paul in those boys fuck. Headgear and gloves loves stadium in five months. Yeah no it should be you. Someone's beefing do this keeps ring. Yeah do it. Yeah D- ev- every dude in here. I mean even if they lose like I give him props because they fight hard as fuck. Where do you think this is over this? They just didn't California any like in the desert somewhere. This is crazy. Damn what's other Youtube Channel. You said you're into I mean if other people like mentioned him hear bald and bankrupt. What what's that? He's like He's a dude. He got out of a divorce. I think he's like he was literally bankruptcies and a lot of money but he he you try. He has like a travel channel. But what makes his channel really dope and like genuine is not as virtually no editing. It's just like it's just raw footage. And then he he might like cut because like there's nothing going on but the way he travels a super interesting like he typically doesn't use a GPS and he he he can speak Russian and he can speak A little bit of Hindi so like in a he'll go to India and most recently he's going to like Soviet countries or like former Soviet countries. But he for example he went to a city called Kalmykia and the way he got there was he just like rented a the car and he drove a car he he just walked around the town. He's asking people. How do I get to Kalmykia? And then he took a bus there and then from there he heard I heard about some other like small Soviet town or whatever and so he had a taxi driver. Take him to the border of his next town. Drop him off. It's literally like but fog nowhere. And he just did that just to film himself walking across the border and then he hitch hikes to the town. He's trying to get to okay. Okay and like he films all his interactions with people there. He's like he's decently knowledgeable about like where he goes. So you find him I've known about him for a while. I watched like when I was watching mark means and stuff like his videos recommended to me and so I don't know bald and bankrupt. Yeah videos are super interesting to me because like you you learn a little bit of which is cool like but he also goes to fucking weird places. Yeah I think in Kalmykia he was like just walking around and he fucking. He's like he's he goes. I do think I found on Gulag. Like a straight up like gulag-like rushing any like a labor camp and he he walks up to it and then he hard cuts to his hotel and he's like night-time time he's like. Yeah so I almost got arrested. Holy Shit Yeah and so he you know he like I don't I don't think it's bullshit. He was no no reason for him to lie. Travels in in a cool way. It's going if I'm pete like travel content. It's actually different. Yeah and actually cool like. That's what's cool about that. I find cool about yes there. Is that do really cool shit like they. They went the most video was going to the the at least visited country in the world. And it's it's like a country of like a country of like eleven hundred people or some of them and it's this tiny tiny island win. That's going to be one of the first places that doesn't exist in like twenty years oh is an ocean levels. Wow and there's no tourism there obviously there's no there's no. Atm Am. You can't like everything's cash but it's only the cash on the island so I don't know but it's Kinda fascinating even try to get there. I don't know it's cool. I Love Shit like that. Yeah yeah so check those out guys if you if you WANNA fuck. I'm doing after hours. But another channel channel that I've been really into recently is Brent Rivera in fact he posted this awesome distract on his sister. which this dude this is how I look up? How old is now? Twenty twenty one years old and he's still making like middle school to high school content. Yeah yeah it's Kinda like eat away at your your fucking soul part of wants to grow up you know. Maybe.

I am one of the people that make the daily and I'm also one of the people who made a show called Caliphate. It's a show that follows community Kalmykia she reports on Isis. I can remember the first time I heard the interview Rukmini and our produce the animals had done with a former isis member. He confesses to things he does as part of the group's religious police if felt like such a rare interview when we had our doubts about the story he told us us we pulled on every level. We had to get to the bottom of it. We leaned on reporters with sources and national security agencies. We used the full muscle of the New York Times newsroom to get to the truth of his story. I can't think of another place. This story could come together and that is what you get. When you subscribe to The New York Times we are setting out to make stories that only the New York Times can tell so if you want want to support our efforts to keep bringing shows like the view. Please subscribe to the New York Times and thank you so Peter. I guess the question here is why why hire a national security adviser who is so fundamentally different from you on the issue of national security well. It's a great question what president trump liked liked about John Bolton joining me right now former. US Ambassador to the UN Ambassador John Bolton Ambassador. I was seeing on Fox News and very aggressively articulating conservative point of view people talk about closing this border for a long time. I was in the Reagan administration. We passed the nineteen eighty-six Immigration Reform and Control Act which was closed the borders. They thought that Bolton was kind of like minded huge realistic version of political figure. They do share some things. It's idea of America first does play into John Bolton's philosophy as well. He describes himself as an American nationalist. He's not all that thrilled with allies. Neither is president trump he doesn't really believe in the UN or allies international organizations and think that they're very effective or or that the United States should be subordinating itself to them. I'm neither does president trump. What he missed was that bones view is very different than his own view. Then president trump's view on a lot of these big issues on north career where president trump wanted negotiate with Kim Jong UN and John Bolton thought that was probably unwise. There's not a lot of time to waste here talking to the North Koreans. This is a waste of time on Iran. How long would it take for Iran to get a deliverable nuclear weapon roughly one day after North Korea gets where just a couple of months ago John Bolton teed up a retaliatory strike for the downing of an American surveillance drone right and the president hold it back at the last minute right on Russia John Bolton much much tougher much more skeptical of Ladimir Putin's Russia than the president would never invite them back into the g. Seven the way the president has talked about and finally of of course these last few days. We see highlighted in this very big dramatic way. There's no blind trust in the Taliban in this administration. That's for sure they idea of negotiating with the Taliban.

"The New York Times. I don't know what page ad cost. But. Probably something like a hundred thousand dollars. I don't know. Cheap. If you wanted to buy full-page, I don't know, but it but I know that the New York Times used to full pages to print all of Donald Trump's insults from his campaign went Donald Trump ran in two thousand fourteen fifteen and sixteen pretty much time period over which he ran deepen deepen two thousand fifteen forward, but they went back and got everything, naked Senate to be an insulting tweet where he said something like, who knows what I'm gonna grab women by doubt the whole thing, and then they printed them all and they're looking at this is this is going to be a negative. You know, they are thinking we'll print this. They'll see how this guy is disgusting. They won't vote for kidding me kidding me. This is why we elected this guy. He talks like a human being is a crude sometimes damn straight and I like it. I frigging love it. And you know, whenever they say, and I've heard several say this. Well, you know, we are president sometimes talks a little the always making excuses. A caveat. He's doing great stuff. But every now and then he gets along. I guess he's just a little he needs to stop tweeting, so much kidding me. He needs a tweet Moore. Yeah. You can even use way stronger languages and now but anyway, they're trying to take him by this New York Times us two full pages, all of Donald Trump's insults from the campaign. I love it. I love it. I love it. That's a plus that's going to get us to even like him more vote for even more. It's gonna it's gonna get more support. They weren't sure on the edge. Thanks for swing about the program. Now, let's get into the. Two legs good for legs bad. And then all of a sudden it was four legs good, two legs bad. And then when the pigs finally took over to call the dogs puppies turned him into sex troops, and learn to walk on two legs. It was two legs good for legs band, good again, right? Remember? Oh, you don't. I'm not gonna explain that to if I'm talking about. But the point is, is they are rewriting the language as all fascist dictator do. Well, first of all. Sidetracked? One more time. Mark wants to talk to me. Mark welcomed on the edge. A week since I talked yet called you last Monday. The just talk you again, brother and listening to you all week long. L was a great three segments. You have him in there in your show at all. I'm calling today. The sound alarm about her attorney general Dana Nessel. You had mentioned earlier in your program. About who voted for, like, joslin Benson and. Yeah, we boated for Senator Patrick Cole support anybody always lose. They're going to be careful. It's tro Beck was all over that. He's, he's being facetious. And he was being somewhat comedic where you're saying, you can't support Trump. And I thought, oh, no. Here he goes again on doing a never-trumper knowing Becca one hundred percent for Trump, what he was saying, every time you support somebody, they lose. So he didn't wanna come out and say he did. Which was really what he was saying. He wants Trump to win for sure. And I heard that back this morning. The beat when I heard start off on that Honey changed his direction. I think okay well we can breathe easy now because I was panicking. Yeah, I called the governor's office Gretchen. Whitmore today called data nestles office. I called Mike state Senator on a place in helmet state Representative even reached the approach, he's taking her the call on your show, the other day, as you know, he's one of the few BULLDOGS, we haven't lancing that's what he ran on. We have engine oil. Stay over. We have three branches of government. Okay. We have governor, we have the Senate, and we have a house while this whole thing that general fourth branch of government. Well, ain't that clear to her office, all the way after the governor's Dalek eight. That she's setting a very dangerous precedent in the state of cheese, looking to take issue of the line flying. Line there, the Linux goes through the mackinac straits, as you know, shut that down, which is going to have catastrophic cost effective, and only in the UP, but down here, southeast Michigan. That's is that what you're talking to win for electric or gas well oil pipeline. What do they Ronin protect any damage from anchors, you'll from ships and stuff? They could run five g through there. They could run by rob run all kinds of stuff, and, and Enron company, of course. Have the. Kalmykia babe. Pledge to fund this. They're going to go to court very shortly. Because I and the other thing she says some other presidents in other areas, actually to them. This is not a monarchy not the Queen of England. And even if she went over there wouldn't have much over there now I urge everybody to call your state senators and your webs because number one, this is hurry. It's imposing on us. The voters. Okay disrespecting us. It's just respectable the governor and the governor should know better than this. She has precedence over this to put her in her place. Her in the two branches of government, which stated earlier the Senate and the house have the thirty to make decisions not being Nestle. And we've got an emphasis in the bud. And I hope that it will call in and make their presence felt they're all working hand in hand. You know that the progressives all look at this as they are giving us our manmade rights by virtue of them. They're telling us how this works how that works, and then the nobody's going to stand up and say the of general's not supposed to do this or supposed to do that. She's, she's rolling off the agenda. It's very dangerous because of the high court okay, not only money going to become a of your, my taxpayers are taxpayers dole. We end and we're trying to get our roads fixing a lot of other issues. I just heard open county, by the way, they're going to build up number of roundabouts unite just love those don't we. Who's building roundabouts? We're going to be building ten of them. One of them. They're starting now to be done in November. They got to go. Yeah. I think I don't know how far off I am on the metric, but I think the smallest roundabout you see these little one sometimes subdivisions. I think those costs million four. Ridiculous. It's absolutely absurd. And I didn't mean to get off track there but it's just part of the progressive movement. And I don't like her winning out her Filipa ration- here for radical ideal is coming from I number one office, if you can't do your job properly step down, or step aside, let somebody going through ten. They don't know what their job is properly, Mark. It's all about the agenda. You know that agenda. They're, they're there for the progressive agenda. That's it. And the story. The reason I brought this up on the tail on your show today is because you've been talking on the federal level, and everything that's happening, even Dominican Republic and on the helicopter and tied in and this is just part of the tunnels that stretching around the globe, and around our country day relevant, it's getting down every facet down to county and local level. So people stop up. Call your legislators and we've got to put a stop to this. Well, I'm glad you call and you did fantastic work. You, you tell us when you were calling the Whitehouse quite a bit report on what the response, you got back McConnell, all that do I don't know. I have to ask you, do you think that they'll pay any attention to anything? You're saying one way or another. Oh, by all means because I was very respectable when I call it in that random like some of these guys running on the democratic ticket. You know, I just find I find it so frustrating in that anytime I've done something like that or shot off an Email. I get some kind of a form letter back or I'll let the congressman, no, I'll let the Senator. No. And, you know, it goes on top of a pile that never really read may maybe some of its read through, but at staff meetings, what's the gist of the people calling, and then they just go on and do the same old progressive crap that they've been doing all. That initially when I got into this game from years ago, as you become more known, and you make your presence felt. And when you call on topics we expect your strong against you. Get more respect and you get more good. Up to the plate. They roam bowl don't we the people think about people have the power use it. Well, they work for us to, and that's the thing that they ever and thanks for the call. They never act like they, they work for us. In fact, you hear the Ambi media referred to the many times as leaders, how ridiculous that leader leaders? Leaders their employees of we the thinking there, they go off to Lansing, or DC. And they're there to do what we sent them there to do. I know it's a Republic that, that, that doesn't mean that they go along with the majority mob rule number to represent people. And when the vast majority of people say, we're electing you to go do this, and they don't they're flying right in the face of the people that hire them they work for us of looking at a pothole right now. This is great. Puddles, not great. But somebody has spray painted pink pink pothole giant honking, litters EROs point into a circle run in the panel city can't.

"Get him. That's like your first game of that Yankee series. Kyko comes in comes to town, shoves it. We will he's gonna real quietly. It's not going to dazzle you. Get you to ground out all day long. What are you guys expectations for the season for the Astros? Yeah. Is the same as they have been each of the last. Well, I guess each of the last two seasons the expectations going in the win the division comfortably. They should be in a battle for the number one record in the American League, especially since the Yankees and Red Sox aren't in a terrible. Well, other than the Orioles. The other four teams are competitive. I think the Blue Jays will be competitive, and I think the razor good and they have to play each other. I think they might prevent themselves from having a better record than the Astros this season. At Cleveland's the fourth best team. And I think those fourteen will end up in the playoffs along with. Okay. I'll say Minnesota just for fun. Really? I think Minnesota take it from Cleveland. I think they're going to take a step back, and to be totally honest. I think the Astros take a step back as well from their regular season or from their front about their contender with the Yankees and Red Sox from the regular season. They're not going to be another one hundred one team. They're not gonna do that. Again. I'm sorry. And that sounds incredibly negative, but they'll probably float more around ninety wins. Because look Verlinden coal are a sure thing. Kalmykia hasn't started in two years and Wade Miley hasn't gone more than five innings. So everyone's talking about how great the Astros bullpen is going to be for a while until they get taxed. Yeah. They're going to get their work in and then you have a fifth starter that you don't really know what's going to happen there either. So they're gonna have to pick up some slack there. You're looking for Carlos Correa to really break out. You're looking for them offensively to bounce back win. You haven't really improved in the D H spot got Michael Brantley. But that would have been a spot that would have been nice to see the Astros spend money. You didn't bring back. Evan gattis. He's still out there. When you look at the top free agents out there. There's Astros Gaddis Astros. Kaikal Astros Maldonado. And obviously more win is now off the market. They would all been in the top ten top twelve if you include Harper Machado, but obviously there signed, but among guys left there guys that the Astros didn't want to bring back and aren't going to in the case of Maldonado and Gaddis, but maybe the Astros this year. They remind me a little bit more of the team that went into the year in two thousand seventeen and I think they'll mirror that a little bit more last year all the things you laid out or why they were dominant last year they crushed people with their pitching. And they didn't get hurt until August. That's what I mean. That's just not who they are this year at all they're much more like a team that is going to need Brantley to drive in ninety plus and they are going to need Korea to resume to rekindle some of the rookie of the year caliber player he was and bregman to fight for an MVP again because they're going to have to beat teams by outscoring them. Yes. So out of five times a week bottom line or route rotation turns bottom line, it's the lineup that's going to have to carry them. And there's no question they could do that. Right. L two bregman Korea. That's enough right there. Even Springer throw him in there. That's enough right there to do it. And you can pile on the Brantley the rhetoric. The the gory L. I think the top twelve of the top might have been fourteen candidates at forty two one or better to win the AL MVP. I think there were fourteen players four of them were Astros Altoona Springer bregman Korea. So it's got to be an offensive year because I just don't see it being one hundred win season, you mentioned Miley. Just right before we hit the brakes your how unsold on him. Are you not horribly because he seems to have found what's made him successful. He just needs to find it and some longevity. He didn't see anybody a fourth time through. Yeah. I don't know that people you add a guy you go to free agency. You look at the numbers Twitter wherever whatever article reading oh to five seventy IRA. He had a great year as the starter, which he was all season long. Never wanted more than just. Since he couldn't he couldn't give you much. He always came out of the his five. I think he had seven to starts to quality starts in the terms of baseball sendings three earned runs or less to forget that a two five seventy are a part of it too. Is the brewers were doing that bullpen thing? So you do have to credit that part. But yeah, I don't know what to expect from I'm I'm looking forward to it though. Because when he rolled up to his introductory press conference. He was wearing all denim. My kind kinda guy he's an I don't care Canada, which is kinda cool. He's a baseball player is whatever semi out there. I'll throw for. Yeah. So I'm in just for that one reason he's got that Canadian cdo on. He's out of Wexler of Derek coming up next the NFL could be back in Hawaii. But it's not in the cool way that you're thinking what the Pro Bowl that and stadium food and beer prices. Keep dropping for just one city. And if you've forgot where it is where we'll tell you. And also the prices it's frustrating..

"You're in the W O R sports zone with Pete McCarthy. Significant momentum pursuing multiple fronts with uncommon ardor. And these things about the revolutionary, no. This is descriptions of the Mets Mariners trade discussions today. And now, according to Ken Rosenthal athletic the Mets and Mariners are approaching a critical stage the Mets offering includes some but not all of Jared Celtic done McNeill. Bruce swore Zach and the Mariners believed me weighing that proposal against others also figured to include money to cover additional part of one hundred twenty million dollars owed to Robertson Cano. The rumors have been flying fast and furious all day and joining us right now, how big some sense of it. I hope is adventure. And really appreciate you coming on. How are you tonight? I'm good. I'm good. It's it's been an interesting day of rumors. No doubt are you spending. I try to keep track of it all money. Let me ask you this. I find it odd that there is essentially a negotiation happening in public often by the time we hear about deal. It's dead. It ends up not happening. This seems to be happening like slow motion and every hour. There's a new player added. Why do you think that is or is that notable or or just the way it is now? Oh. Happens to it happens with some deals, I think, you know, something leaks out, and he gets public. And the next thing. You know, there's a lot of information. I think it oftentimes also happens with New York teams, not just a mess that the Yankees you see that a live with the Yankees as well because there's so much media. There's so many people digging on these trades that stuff gets out people like to talk and in an ends up leaking. And and that's what we're looking at right here. Sometimes it turns into nothing, you know, we've seen a lot of Noah Syndergaard rumors to the Padres. And maybe that happens. But right now that that seems to not have a whole lot of momentum. But this one today, it just kind of exploded this morning, and you know, the next thing, you know, more more names leak out more information. And here we are like you said Ken Rosenthal tweeting that it's at a critical stage. And you know, sometimes I scoff roll my eyes at at certain at certain certain things like that. But in this case, I I from what I've heard I believe it. No. We'll see if there's proof in the pudding, and it trade gets done. But clearly there are discussions here. And now, it's funny seat. Everybody reacts to every new name that gets involved in. You know, again, we'll see what it alternately looks like I do think it's great fun for everybody. But there was one name in particular today where you were like this is not a guy that should be moving. Yeah. I mean, you know, Jared Kalmyk I'm not I'm not excited about trading. Jared Kalmyk, look, I think they get a guy like he has if you want him you're going to have to treat someone of similar value the comic or made probably two guys. But whether you wanna make that Justin done or Andres Jimenez, or whoever that may be a lot more comfortable, treating those kinds of guys. Then then Kalmyk he's really the one guy who's one hundred percent untouchable in my I in the Mets farm system. I would not be treating him. And why is that? Just think his feeling is is absurdly high. You know, a star type player stealing and he's polished for a nineteen year old. He has fire in his belly hard worker with a chip on his shoulder. There's not a whole lot not to like, he's a center fielder. Every part of his game is quality. Yeah. There's some volatility with nineteen year old. But you're talking about a guy who is who has a very high floor and four in nineteen year old is very polished. And he was just six pick in the draft. Tuskada to move the pain that you felt from the twenty seventeen season is going to be going to be traded away. And is this something that can happen? Because now there's a new decision maker in charge. Sandy alderson. I'm sure he's not involved in it every part of the draft. But Celtic is his pick and now Brody bandwagon in charge. Does that become a factor in all of this? I think it can. I mean, I, you know, I think look you have a new a new regime comes in. And they don't necessarily have ties to the players that are there. So they're more willing to to be open to moving. These types of players you see it throughout sports. And you know, a lot of times a new GM will get all these calls from these teams that are kind of trying to rip them off. Because they think that maybe there they don't necessarily have an allegiance to a player that maybe they really like or maybe they just don't have enough information yet, you know, the. Yeah. The you've got holdovers. But you don't know who they're necessarily listening to. So I think it's a situation that you see throughout sports. And in this case, you know, brody's a new GM and he wants to make put his Mark on. And you know, doesn't sound like really any. Prospects are off the table outside maybe a pure Alonzo who you know, he obviously talked about thinking he was going to be a big part of of the team this year. So for me, it sounds like Alonzo's unlikely to move just based on what Bernie said publicly, but based on these rumors pretty much everybody else is on the table. And we're talking again with the SEM wise, Adam Fisher. So if you're dreaming this, and maybe you don't like the any part of the deal, but if Celtics out to you, what might make sense for both the Mets and the Mariners here. How would you look to structure this? Well, I think I think I really, you know, I think when this whole thing was floated the idea is you use D as you take on know, and perhaps you take on the whole thing, which is, you know, at this point brutal for thirty six to ages thirty six to forty one and you get Diaz, and that's how you pay the as is value essentially pays it down. So maybe he's throwing a little bit up a prospect. And maybe you give them Jay, Bruce or something like that. And you get the as and when you take pretty much all of Kino's deal. Right. That that to me is the ideal, but it doesn't sound like the really going in that direction. So for me, I'm thinking, you know, ok Jay, Bruce, some other players some money, and you know, to get D as I I maybe maybe let them not pay down to know, quite as much and be willing to give up someone like done and or Jimenez. I think I think the as is value is definitely more than both those guys, and there's probably other teams lining up to not necessarily mining up, but willing to treat more than both those guys would have to be some type of cash type situation with a guy like, no. But, but, but that's the type of trade that I'd be willing to make I'm open to him. And as an open the Donna, I'm not open to Kalmykia. I agree with. Are you there? Laid eyes on any of these players. But based on the reports, and what you hear about them Celtics, certainly as you talked about with that great ceiling in terms of canot. He is thirty six years old, you worry about the back end of the contract, obviously. But if the metric China win as soon as next year. Is he still a guy that you think you plug in three four in the lineup, and that's going to be good enough to win a lot of games in a division. That's going to be improved next year. I think I think he's a really good player, and he can still play second base. You know, your situation with Dee Gordon where he was kinda pushed off the pushed off the position. I don't necessarily think that he's a cornerstone, but he's a good cog in your in your machine, you know, he's definitely going above average player. I do have a lot of hesitation taking on those those five years of his contract really is is big time decline years, but he is athletic and he's been nothing but consistent throughout his career. So I think you're looking at a couple of good years here. So, you know, they think the window to win now is is to three years, then, you know, knows probably got that left in his tank, but those those last two years are going to be really ugly. Sure, you're definitely you're looking at the window here. And you're going to have a downside in the back end of it. And it might be your by them out if the Mets would be willing to do that. And that'd be less money to spend in a given off season. But you're going to have a potential headache down the line. If you make this move, and you're hoping he could still give you something in the near term. And that Edwin d could be a huge difference maker in the pan. And then at the same time. It's the Mets said that the wind now attitude you have the Noah Syndergaard rumors on the other end. I don't see. I haven't heard a Syndergaard trade rumor that made sense to me where I said, well, yes that is one that. I would do do you see that? Does it make sense to be trading? This guy. Not not really unless you know, you take those pieces, and you feel like you can improve your team more than the value that you're getting from Noah, Syndergaard, whether that's getting taking prospects, and then keeping the prospect and also being able to get Muto or something along those lines. I'm not really that excited about trading. No, particularly after you've treated, these these prospects in going kind of all in you can replace the prospects. But that's sort of defeats the purpose. Right. So yeah, no, I'm not I'm not that excited. You know, the thing is that. I haven't heard any rumor that has a player as good as Jared Kalmyk in there for Noah Syndergaard. So certainly Edwin Diaz was more valuable than Noah Syndergaard last year. But if I want to bet on the next three years, I'm gonna take Syndergaard myself so versus how about a Brodie van wagon in here. There's a lot happening all at once. Right. You're you're dangling. Syndergaard. Having these trade discussions here. You're trying to figure out this. Canot deal, which is very complicated. Involves a lot of money. There's been a lot of names thrown around. And and that's just what we know publicly. Who knows what else is going on there? Do you do you worry about someone bite off more than they can chew early on in their first time being a GM or are there enough people there where you can handle that? I think look I like the fact that he's being aggressive, and you know, look he's used to this. He's got he's had multiple high level client and having to juggle making a lot of different types of free agent deals there. So I I think he's when it comes to that. I'm not worried about it one for Brody here. I think I like the energy, and I liked the aggressiveness. I'm just not really that excited about Kalmyk. And I'm not really excited about trading for closer. When when there's plenty of guys available on the open market who aren't as good as the only cost you money and casinos last couple of years. Really give me pause. You. You're not that interested in what they're talking about with Seattle. I I'd be okay with again. I I like the idea of getting jazz kind of taking not to get the. Yeah. That's that's my there's another route to go..

"Range well there you go three runs only one of those earned on garrett cole he goes six innings gives up five hits and everybody's up in arms about it everybody's texan in hate speech it's really it's not good what's the pulse of the franchise right now not the best we're having fixed at best so we're going down we're trying to manage five hundred team the freakout yeah we're we're just trying to manage the debacle gary cole now is nine and two he was looking for his tenth win charlie morton that do winters winters gets that tents you gotta you gotta get it together so the three to two loss but the two runs come from alex bregman two run homer go figure his fifteenth of the year he's already thirty guy he's alex bregman superstar yeah already so let's get the good fields going let's hear bregman go tater tot here it went pretty far so he doesn't it center field bregman tag all the way back another home run for greg his off year cracks me up when todd callous really tries hard to sound like a baseball announcer i love him and i think that was that was almost artful pop off that bat bregman square that went up my ears perked up i'm just saying like compare that to his walk off like the walk off was very genuine that felt a little contrived i like him it's just that i'm doing right now as ben contrived like this is if you could drive everything i'm doing this show was contrived but yeah you're right i'm not no i'm not knocking him i think he's great i've got a great voice i just that's not my favorite call imagine having a voice like that it's good you sound weird on the radio i'm like well yeah i do i'm sorry do you probably not i think you're alright no i don't like it i think you're alright the two earned runs aj read mr scoop on a marlin gonzales row too bad it goes to gins odds because it was bounced that was in the fourth when those three runs came across this first scoop he's dropped the season he had this crazy scoop streak oh yeah shut having a baby we're talking a c section i do know that because my sisterinlaw was at the hotel and text me this morning we'll talk breaking i'm breaking news yeah did y'all know that everybody know that yeah so shout to them congrats to the the girls first hit came in the fifth for the astros off wilmer funt great name left with a latte strain for the raise but they wouldn't wouldn't matter astra's couldn't do anything offensively and then kalmykia was lights out of the bullpen he's got an era of point nine seven and i think he lives in a little van with his hippie wife do you think i love column q he is my favorite i know he did that for a while he was like a beach guy where he literally just had they just lived like cool drifters really yeah just him and his wife on the road like seriously he's like one of those like not not the doomsday prepar is not the crazy ones but like just like a just kind of live in the free live parked the van in the forest and like just he's the best and he's killing it this season well yeah he would be like a number three maybe number two starter anywhere else but here he and he was even kinda pitched as a that's where he was up no he was he was he was presented as a potential frontline starter potential for like front three starter in the land and it just all of a sudden the postseason happens and he hadn't been back and rightly so i mean what what do they have but he's just out there just doing his job i trust him when colin is in the game i'm just like okay we good trust him there's something about his demeanor i don't know what it is his great he has a great five o'clock shadow that is always the same length he has so much value and he's just rotting as a long reliever on a the greatest baseball team ever assembled he's also a world champion brands but yeah the net yeah he's whittling away his life as a professional baseball player he other net yet terrible the existence i'm just saying he could be a starter anywhere else i'm wondering if he's going to do.
