"After the Cardinals beat Buffalo today, the Seahawks losing to the Rams. And guys, Look, I got to say this. We've talked about this a little bit on the show. We've talked about it off there. Today's game and Thursday's game for the Seahawks. Those air the toughest two games remaining on the schedule. Now they've got one tough game remaining. You take a look at what Arizona and what the Rams still have to play, and that schedule looks a whole lot tougher. Still, it doesn't feel good too right now be third in the standings. And you've got a short week and you still have injuries to deal with. I don't know what's reasonable to expect against the Cardinals. But Paul, you keep telling me to temper my expectations. I just think unless we get everybody healthy, but, you know, listen to John Clayton earlier. The Arizona's really bad to you know, like they got Hopkins, who I think is the best receiver in the league, and he proved it today. Going up and making that hell Mary play that. Was an unbelievable throw. You got Cuyler Murray, who's the most elusive quarterback in the league, and that's to me more than um, um, with gadgets. Patrick Mahoney. No margin Mark Jackson. Thank you always forgets first name Jackson. He's so loose that throw he made today when people get a chance to watch it. He almost was sacked. He was running full sprint to his left. And on the run, he flicks the ball perfect into the end zone. Unbelievable eight Do I think we can beat him with our injuries? Yes, I do. We're at home. We play better at home, whether there's crowd or not, but do not Freak out everybody If we lose Thursday and go to six and four, we're about to play for the worst teams in the league, the worst offenses in the league and we still have San Francisco at the last game of there said to me, that's five wins. That brings us to 11 wins. We We've got to beat the Rams at home. I think we'll be ready for the Rams. If we're healthy, so it's matchups. It's being healthy. It's were we're in this role and I go back to 1986. We started off five into really hot, similar to this team, and we went on a horrible four game stretch. We lost four games in a row, all said, and we're now Losing record and then we win the last five games of the year. We're hottest team in the league. We got somewhat healthy again. I see that team. It's matchups is being healthy. And look, I'm was dead against the 16 team playoff thing. Maybe a little more open to it now, just in case it is an option that's out there. I don't know what the NFL will need to use that kind of agree with a Z a relation of the opportunity to win on Thursday, But the other thing is and you know, this is not my language. I'm not into the mo mentum. Type thinking, but it will be three losses in a row, you know, and so that that is very uncommon around here. And so I think for this, the morale of the team it's not necessarily a must win, but it's a must win on they have to figure out a way to do it. Because even with those bad teams, you know coming up. They Present themselves as get right games for the Seahawks. But the seals have to get right. Otherwise, those those bills against could be they could end up being just this stuff so you can't There has to be somewhere in that stretch where they actually show the improvement so that they can prove to themselves that they can play better. And so I think his toughest it is going to be the win on Thursday. They have to try to find a way to win that football game. The hard thing is that Kyla Murray's figure this thing out like he's figured out how to play good football, and he's figured out how to win games would be Throws like that, or a big run, or are our big decision that he has to make on? So that makes them really deadly to me? Yeah, and really deadly because not only is he doing it with his arm, he's also you know, running the ball. Well, I think now five rushing touchdowns in the last five games at one washing touched down in the last five games. Kalamarias plan really? Well, the last three games, seven touchdowns, two interceptions. He and Cliff Kingsbury. They're They're starting to figure some things out and starting to make some noise in the NFC West. Oh, I beg to differ. If the Arizona Cardinals win this game on Thursday, I don't know if they could be running on a full sprint toward the NFC West Championship. Well, then I'll change it then. Then we're gonna win Thirst. Thank you. And the reason I think this is a team we match up better within the Rams are answers. Tough matchup. I just The Arizona is a little more, um, e don't want say they wing at times, but it's it's improvised along the way we got Jamal Adam's back. We got Jordan Brooks there, guys there that could help contain Cuyler Murray. I think we can do some things defensively. Here's what concerns me, though. We can no longer be a one dimensional offense. Can't do it. It worked. The 1st 67 game can't do it anymore. So if we're not healthy, I'm just setting some expectations up that we may not be quite healthy enough to win this game, but it's a game. I absolutely think we can win well in the Seahawks have not lost three in a row with Russell Wilson at quarterback. He gets a chance to go 32. Excuse me improve to 33 9 following an in season loss today was just the ninth time he has lost following a loss, which is amazing to me. The Cardinals will come to town on Thursday night. You know, here's the other thing. I think the Seahawks have going for them. It is a prime time game. We know how well they play in prime time, but it's also easier to manufacture the energy you need in an empty stadium. When you've got a little extra time in the day, I think that's about all we.

"The governor over in the Bay Area, we're taking a look at least on a state level and on a local level, all kinds of things tonight, including congressional races were watching the district four contest, too. It is pitting longtime incumbent Republican Tom McClintock against Democrat bring Kennedy gave McKay's Brody Fernandez has a closer look at that one. Yeah, Tim, California's fourth congressional district is not one. Democrats are necessarily banking on here, but the amount of money the Democratic Party consistently spends on trying to flip this congressional seat while it adds up Every year, and it's a lot. That's because GOP congressmen incumbent Tom McClintock has been in that seat since 2008 and there hasn't been any real challenger for him since he won his seat over 12 years ago. Now, California's fourth congressional district runs through Alpine, Amador, Kalamarias, Eldorado, Mariposa and Ptolemy counties, plus most of plaster county and portions of Fresno, Madeira, Nevada counties. Now, Plaster County is usually the true marker this election because the district kind of stretches over and grabs the city of Roseville and swings back up to portions of the gold country. Now, brain. Kennedy has outspent McClintock here, which is typical of a challenger. McClintock is still the favorite. But again, Tim into in 2020, anything could happen. All right, Brody, thank you very much. There also. A dozen propositions on the California ballot this election, including prop 14 that some say chips away at the voter approved prop 13 property tax protections by changing the way that commercial and industrial properties are taxed. "Definitely is always a little bit different. Welcome back to coordinate a pregame Niner head coach Kyle Shanahan. They're kind of course in his fourth year with the 40 Niners and a win today will will get 40 Niners to 500 under Shanahan in the regular season there 27 28 under Shanahan. Only eight and 12 believe it or not, against the NFC West and with wind today, obviously they're back at at 500. We mentioned it before the nine hours of two and 11 in the last 13 games against the Seahawks won eight in the last nine up in Seattle. If you are a gambler, the Niners or 70 is an underdog, though since the start of last season and they're an underdog today in the Pacific Northwest. Guys Niners. They're looking for their third straight win. They started off two and three. There now regain their footing and airplane really good football. They've played the fourth easiest schedule. Thus far, they have the fifth toughest remaining schedule ahead their next five opponents. Are a combined 20 foreign eight starting today with with the Seahawks. What do you think? I mean, you know, we're talking to the NFL at the rough roughly the halfway point of, I say Surprise of the year. Do you guys what? What comes to mind? Well, I would say in a negative way in the NFC where you look at the Cowboys. I thought Mark McCarthy was going to come in. I thought Jason Garrett might have been the problem and the Cowboys have just been horrendous. Now I know that Dad is gone now, but they weren't even good with Dak. And that whole division is an absolute jokes. I I thought, you know again. Philadelphia. They had a lot of injuries last year. They've continue on this year. But for the NFC East of the Eagles on top of two foreign one, and then the Cowboys down next to the Giants to win five to me. I thought both those teams we'd better and specifically getting. Mike McCarthy had a lot of success in Green Bay. Either. The Cowboys would be better. Their talent suggests they should be far better than what they are. Yeah, I would say the same thing. I'm just as a Dallas hater. On a 40 Niner lover. It's great to see the Cowboys struggling so much. Everybody loves that outside of Dallas. Everybody loves Yeah. Yeah, and but you know, it was brought up earlier in the show. I I'm impressed by by Alden Smith. I mean, he's out there and he's he's planned Well, and I think he was a kind of guy that we kind of forgot about. So I mean that that's surprising to me that he's able to be out of football three or four years. Whatever it was dealing with whatever demons he was dealing with and to be back on the football field. I think That surprises me. But, you know, I love seeing Dallas sucking right now. So I think the Vikings of the surprise for me, guys. I mean, Kirk cousins is is not the whole world quarterback, but he leaves the NFL and picks I mean, this is a team that drafted Justin Jefferson and Round one, and he's been really good. They drafted Jeff Gladney and a decent corner, but their corners have just gotten toasted. They didn't don't have d Neil Hunter. As a pass rusher. And it's just another example. In this league where man, you take away the pass rusher and you take away the heat up front and suddenly all the flaws start to show themselves. So to me, the Vikings have been a Have been a surprise as Faras. If I said to you give me one eye opening player. Dennis can already threw it out. But do you have another player in the league that you said Wow, man, This guy's really opened my eyes this year. Well, it orbits well in in a good sense, You know, in the last couple of weeks, he hasn't been is good, but I've never really been a Josh Allen guy. I know that he has a huge arm, and now we can run the ball. But I saw him play a lot of Wyoming. You just really wasn't ever that special and then The way he started the season and I think they're gonna win the NFC East, although the Dolphins have beaten up on the Rams right before the half 28 to 7 So they're kind of hanging around at three and three, maybe four and three and helping the Niners out by knocking the Rams down. But Josh Allen early in the season was a AH candidate for the MVP, and he's kind all putting it together. He'll kind of run hot and cold, but he's shown me some things and then from a negative sense. Mark Jackson is not near the same player. He was. Their passing game hasn't gotten it done. He doesn't look like the same thrower of the football, which means that he's not really the same runner as well because of the threat of not having the past like it was last year. I don't You know, the Ravens are still five and one and they're in a dogfight with the Steelers right now, but he threw a pick six to start that game on the first drive. He just hasn't been nearly as effective as it was last year. Yeah, and and I must stay in the division here, and I think you know, Kalamarias has really improved as a football player and the way he kind of does his game the way kind of uses his skill set..

That's about 342 Square miles, and it makes it the 10th largest wildfire in California history. Cal Fire. Scott Ross tells us why the fire has grown so rapidly. We've got a hot, dry, windy conditions and steep hard to manage and access terrain. We also have a scattered population in those areas, so most of the efforts have been firefighter and civilian safety and evacuations were a number one concern. Once the evacuations were handled for the area in question, then a lot of better effort could be made to actually start getting the fire more under control, Ross says. "The chipping nature of America in the ways that sometimes the Republican Party seem slow to accept. You know, when Ronald Reagan was elected president, the electorate was 88% white. In this election, it's going to be less than 70% white. That means 30% of Americans are voters of color, and that's going to continue to change. Demographers tell us that every single election going forward. That the percentage is non whites going to grow a couple of points and the Democrats have made an enormous effort to highlight that, not just the geographical diversity, but the ethnic diversity because if they're going to have a chance of beating Donald Trump, one of the keys is Max Imaging. The turnout of minority voters is one of the reasons why Hillary Clinton lost when she was not able to match the kind of enthusiasm That Barack Obama generated in minority communities, and so this has been staged. It's a little corny, but I think it works on. It does highlight not just the geographical diversity, but the ethnic diversity of the Democratic Party, Aaron, which is going to be an absolute key to the possibility of victory in November, Rhode Island just put out a plate of fried kalamarias. It was casting its votes for Joe Biden, Steve so my mouth was temporarily watering. But this revamped roll call at this point is just a formality once With Carolina went, Joe Biden was over the top with enough votes to secure the nomination. ABC is Molly Nagel covers the Biden campaign. We're going to hear from Jill Biden tonight, Molly. What's she going to say Well from Jill Biden, and we're going to hear her talk about her pitch for her husband and why voters should support him. At the polls in November. We're going to see her talk very personally about him as we often see her talking about him on the trail. This is you know, something that doesn't always come easily to Joe Biden, and she's not a public speaker. She's not a politician like her husband. But I think you're also going to see a big focus on education as she speaks from a high school in Delaware that she taught at for a few years, so a sentimental spot for her to really make the pitch for her husband, a cz she's been doing on the trail for him throughout his entire campaign in 2020, and just to underscore how significant it is to see Joe Biden. Officially become the Democratic nominee with those North Carolina votes. Joe Biden has been running for president for more than 30 years. He has been a part of the Democratic National Convention for almost half a century. So this is you know his third run at the presidency, but First time we're seeing him actually win the Democratic Party's nomination for president and I'm struck to as Tennessee finishes up in Texas goes next. Joe Biden has grand ambitions. To turn states like Texas Blue. What's his strategy with some of these states? Molly Yet, you know, the Biden campaign has identified 17 states on the map that they view as a way to get to 70 in November, so they have Texas, Arizona and Georgia listed as some of those states where they think they can actually expand their battleground map. We've seen him start to run some ads in the state of Texas already, not a lot of money spent there, you know, in the five figure range for Texas spending, but Come September. You're going to see a massive investment across the country in advertisements. They have $280 million had reservations that they've announced that we'll be starting in September. That's really where they're going to start to make their case as we enter the last two months until voters hit the Poles in November, and you know, even before then with early voting. ABC is Molly Nagel covers the Biden campaign. ABC is Alex Stone joins us from Wilmington, Delaware. I know you're at the high school where Jill Biden will speak a short time from now, Alex. ABC is Karen Travers is here with us. We're nearing that time, Karen When Delaware is going to go last, and well, ordinarily, there'd be a lot of fanfare. But in this virtual roll call, How's all this going to go down? It's going to look a little different. I think they'll probably go to some remote locations for some cheers and applause out there. But you know the peanut gallery on social media loved when it was Delaware's turned very early on in this roll call vote, and they said Delaware passes, you know, Della is not a state that usually gets a lot of attention at national conventions reliably blue State in presidential years, Of course, when Joe Biden was on the ticket twice, it got more attention. They get him for basically the cost of a guy like Jarvis Landry. What were your thoughts when you when you saw that the kettle contract? Well, I think they like you said they reset the tight end market, which is great and needed to be reset. It really hadn't busted out. In a long time since Gronk Steel. Maybe years ago on he was the guy to do it. You know, At the end of the day, though, it's What I always say about contract in the NFL. They really are mirages. People jump on the big numbers. They jump on Pat Mahomes. Half a 1,000,000,000. They jump on George kiddo. 75 million. It looks like it's 30 million over two years, which is no slouch. That's good money. And then it's kind of a gnat will contract like all these deals, and now he's got another landmine of injured gassy, but You know, we'll see the point. I always make his team. Unlike N BA or Major League baseball deal, he can get out. After the only risk, no year low risk years. Yeah, no one's thinking that they would get out from George Kettle at this point. But who knows? Who knows what happens down the room? Andrew always great to catch up. But thank you for a few minutes of your time, and your insight was appreciate it. We'll do it again real soon. Thanks. Like what? Brandt. Executive director. The Morehead centered Villanova one Super Bowls with the Green Bay Packers business of sports podcast, which is really, really good, and he's got great insight into obviously a lot of the things that are going around. So there you go. But he said he's surprised it's back 12 in the Big 10 cancel their season so soon. I thought that they're being lauded for that. Now there's kind of people are scratching their heads socially. The Big 10 when they basically said they have a vote. All these different guys. They're trying to get petition signed. I mean, that's that's all well and good, but I think they said that there was 221,000 people wonder if any of those people are doctors. That's all I ask. Now sign the petition. I want Teo. You get 2.2 million. It's not change with your thinking. But I do understand what the players and Justin Fields just thinking. I just wonder about if they would have the ability to immediately transfer You don't want to risk of playing with the virus out there. You certainly have that right? So you know, I wonder if they would just allow that. But it's late. I mean, where It's already August 17th and teams are already on the practice field, So I don't know how realistic that is. But a player of his talent I think they'd find a spot for him somewhere. No doubt. All right. Top of the hour. Your foreplay. The four pieces of sound you've got to hear. "You know that I would argue it but that gets back to the point I made ten minutes ago and that is when you are looking for consistency from the quarterback position isn't it interesting that we still in twenty nineteen talk Rogers breeze and Brady first as we did in twenty fourteen as we did in twenty oh nine where are the thirty one year old Russell Wilson okay but there hasn't been the kind of consistency out of that position that's why those arguments are still alive because most of them can look great on any given week no we don't work Kalamarias headed Jimmy grovel certainly have a pretty good year back from homes at the health issues but and your point a Lamar Jackson is simple nobody thought or at least a lot of teams were most concerned that he couldn't stay healthy playing his style in the NFL and if you did stay healthy he turned the ball over too much no one denied the electric nature of his play they denied his durability and his ability to not turn the ball over and he has proven wrong through a very short career so far but he's the kind of bright light comment meeting your then a few birds out after four years it's worth it I mean if you're Baltimore he burns out after four years it's worth it because he's all that and a bag of chips and he's a ticket seller and he says all the right things and he's a good teammate he's the man right now you know you go through periods of time when someone's the man Steph curry was the man take one last year for a large part of the year was the man even though he was on a team that wasn't successful but right now Lamar Jackson is the man in pro sports he is the man and I for one hope you keep going because he's great for the game great entertainment eight seven seven three three seven sixty six sixty six Chris Moore for Mike francesa this is the fan in New York this braided theory with a CBSSports medic how times change hot buffalo which is the old bridge dreary weather and sad state of football historically the.

"I got I got admit I'm still shook thoughts and prayers gold can we go with you presented by progressive insurance phone guests join us on the shell pencil performance line then there's I guy who brings the napkin of truth to the studio every shows up ESPN the NFL front office insider my ten about what are on the napkins of truth today for those watching ani is for everyone and miss this last time Mike came in here last time I had a napkin that he held up which are a very own Jerry then re purposed on the internet and use the nafta is a common so Mike decided he was going to have his own napkin of truth the official golden lingo hi and first class action first topic is that tripping call well but the second one was red as the first one wasn't any better I mean just explain how rare tripping calls are we had seven called all year and then a fox brother cal was get two against them what's really disappointed me is al river on the head of a fishy always talks about throw any flag at any point you have to clearly see the action with they appreciated was the result and that was very disappointing because again key moment in the game thirteen to Dallas successfully converts a third down Dante hi tower slips number fifty four for the patriots he slips between Zach Boren Travis Frederick it impacts the game now it's thirteen twelve they don't convert the rest is history that was an unbelievable game outdoor conditions but like the playoffs don't you wish he just to great competitors let it be decided on the field we don't know if doc Prescott could have taken the next step and been a lead quarterback lets him finish the driver gets a number one right double check the fence but said what we talk about we're talking about them officiating the result of Dante hi tower slipping instead of what actually happened which wasn't a trip so in going further instead of going back because I doubt the NFL's going backward with replaced so we put in the the pass interference replay now were replaying a subjective call and I was screaming little bit Lasher I thought it was a knee jerk reaction I would have done it but if you're going to do it about to Chris Jones roughing the passer on Tom Brady why don't we be able to review those very easy to review are we going to even move even more forward the ridiculous roughing the passer call on the raiders against the first year that tripping call there are we gonna move to replace Michael was going to be reviewing those calls down the road your Mike there was a report we talked about that last night as well so I'm asking very similar question which is let's say the rule was each coach gets one challenge of any penalty either called a penalty that was called that should be notified or one that wasn't that should be and my question is let's say that was a role with the league of had with they have executed correctly and choosing go ahead from the flag to say that right and it call changed it it changed that that's really to me the interesting question so let me maybe it's a very broad rule where every coach gets one challenge for game as relates to penalties either be missed the call in the league office like they did yesterday the Carolina world game actually throws the flag from Park Avenue or as you mention when a call is inadvertently made like last night where they can actually take pick it up and reverse it so could be that it's much more of a one size fits all approach like either cover all the penalties or not of them but just to say it's only pass interference we obviously like every week we're talk about their saying wow what a great it was the essence of competition doc Prescott it's everything once yes fans of the sport two minutes to go down for need a touchdown can you do it on the road in fox were talking to Mike Tannenbaum our ESPN NFL front office insider joining us in studio given straight talk brought you by straight talk wireless everything for less only at Walmart that straight talk in this segment comes in the form of wonderful napkins so we have on the next napkin of truth here it is yes Jerry Jones is comments after the game you mentioned let dak finished the drive how about chasing your the coaching staff let dak finished the drive when they're down there in but with the eleven yard line and they get a three yard run on first downs with second seven against the best secondary in the business and the running game was working they throw it twice so that a fourth and seven they decide to kick the field goal that whole sequence of downs was a disaster it was down in fairness to Gigi Garrett though his strategy if you think about actually played out they got the ball back they had it with over two months ago and if they score a touchdown they win the game now fourth at seven I agree I probably gone for it but in fairness it really worked out for him the point I was disappointed B. as well would you have the pros are these jobs front office coaching you know your football meant how of mortality okay you know that there is a shelf life if I'm Jerry Jones the biggest game of the season is three days rail against the Buffalo Bills we have a razor thin one game lead you blow your stack after the game I prom because I'd been there for over twenty years everybody in that building you're calling their wives you're calling their agents they're worried about their jobs Mr warning about the Buffalo Bills the Dallas Cowboys have an unbelievable opportunity right now because of the Philadelphia eagle injuries to win the NFC east so Jerry goes out calls out the coaching staff and I promise you instead of being focused on the bills and thanksgiving day game in terms of trying to extend the lead over the eagles they're worried about their jobs and there's a time and place Jerry Jones should hold Jason Garrett accountable hundred percent don't do it after the game still behind closed doors Tom what's wrong Tom if this doesn't change we all know what can happen but to do it publicly I don't think this serves the organization as effectively as possible so what you're saying is Jerry Jones is a really good owner and not a good GM I'm shocked I'm I'm shocked face of public relations for the organization to write their season is on the line against buffalo and by the way should they win at thanksgiving which they do a lot bill finally get that win against a winning team which has been the bug will get some this is right and again I I don't necessarily disagree with his comments because that whole game change on the punt blocked was one touchdown yours attention to detail and let's face it the patriots executed in the kicking game way better than the ousted so his comments meritorious Lee I have no problem with but there there hi Maria sleep will screw you Sir I just don't I don't I didn't write that down I'm writing it down right now okay but there's a time and a place to do it you shouldn't do it publicly and not only is your audience to sing cara but fun Jerry Jones my audience is Lincoln Riley my audience is Ryan day and I see that why would I leave Oklahoma Ohio state so I can get called up publicly by my new boss pockets of money right you well yeah but there's a lot of money for trade he has to understand that his audience is potentially the next coach and who's going to want to go there if I'm a coach and has options if I'm a coach it's in a good situation I know I may may may make mistakes I know I will be held accountable but I don't need to be held accountable ten minutes after game on the national stage Jerry is what seventy five seventy six seventy seven I don't think he's changing I mean that's out of your state but that's the problem yes is who he is going to cost the cowboys being good in a window or we also have an answer yeah same age we can probably get paid just as much in college as you can in the NFL correct what more and another NFL job right right now and I agree with Mike like they were some of the very good team is his management style creating environment where they can maximize their abilities all right I have one quick question that will probably expound upon a lot later is there any way from the management side of the scissor anyway if you have the number one pick in the draft and you need a quarterback and there is obviously you get the first pick so you can choose would you take Jay Sean over quarterback if you need a quarterback would you take that guy over quarterback you know it's interesting I think Nick Bosa keeps give us that informational every single week you look at that front severed Aragon's Armstead Buckner the sign the four that's a really good defense Nick poses the best player in the team and if I'm Steve Kerr I'm the general manager of the Arizona Cardinals every week I see nipple said I think to myself look I know how good Kalamarias but Nick Bosa may give be the best argument why chase young maybe a Cincinnati Bengal over Joe brought it over for mac that would be something that I think it's the way Nick Bosa is impacting that as much as anything but to me he looks of today has a two game lead right now for the first person draft after what happened yesterday they lost Washington one and Joe burrows from Ohio his dad's a long time Ohio football coach I think for the brown family that matters and I just think the stars align a Joe borrows can be Cincinnati Bengal and from the red skins as poor things are if I have half the ins and I have to be strong that's a pretty good foundation but have turned the claims of the basically going to be the house a Buckeye how's about guys on offense and Alabama exactly what they are here they are ladies don't look for your viewing pleasure if you're watching on ESPN to the my ten about napkins of truth this week long you Sir you you're good coming up next forks and ducks forks up ducks down so one night may have run the entire season one "The NFL season and four games going on right now on a good one the main jets leave the cowboys by a score of seven to three the cardinals have opened it up after giving up on opening touch down to the falcons they come back with seventeen on answer the rams and forty Niners even at seven the Broncos inform the Titans by a score of three to nothing will get you the updates on all those in just a minute the day started with the Panthers winning their fourth straight thirty seven twenty six over the Buccaneers in London forcing seven turnovers on the day the chiefs have suffered back to back losses now for into falling at home to the Texans thirty one twenty four was the final and Houston now foreign to the saints are five in one the P. the Jaguars thirteen to six the Seahawks also five and one thirty two twenty eight winners today in Cleveland the Vikings moved to fort until with an impressive thirty eight twenty win over the eagles today and the ravens are four into as day hold off the winless bangles twenty three to seventeen the Redskins no longer when list the feeding dolphins seventeen sixteen as Miami drops to end five let's get you the updates on the game is going on right now our first stop is LA Chuck case standing by Niners and rams Chuck eight twenty eight remaining in the first half it is it's five football game the Niners seven at around seven and the play of the second quarter it has been parties Peters interception of Jimmy coop low we binders at a thirty goal at the one yard line and tried to throw shade this was set up by the by George kills forty five yards one task completion got down inside and rob Lowe through a state route and Marcus Peters was right there he I would say to the last on that what aid while will brought out some brands were given good field position after the journal download the but you probably going to deal Talbot careful to yard once more the forty Niners Bobby gold with the extra point Robert Woodson reversing yard touchdown runs wore the red flags are white with the extra point and with about seven thirty eight remaining in the first half the forty Niners have the football eat their own territory third eighteen on their three yard line seven seven in Los Angeles all right so all even so far in LA a good one between the NFC west leading forty Niners and the rams right now thank you to Chuck case let's go to Bruce Morton in Denver Broncos after their first win in front of the Titans Bruce all right Richard got fourteen fifty three left in the first half of the rockers have a lead of three to nothing Tennessee's first two possessions the Titans netted eleven yards in their third series they made it to midfield before once again turning things over to ponder Brett current Denver's initial drive ended with a thirty one yard field goal from Brandon McManus fueled by a forty two yard punt return by Deontay Spencer the Titans now have the ball back after a Denver pond and they are looking at first and ten from there twenty one fourteen forty six to go second quarter Broncos Lee Titans three to nothing and I mention Sam Donald back in the jets off to a good start so let's go to MetLife stadium is daily the cowboys early second quarter is Mike make yourself okay that's right which the lead seven to three just on the way here in the second quarter the jets have the ball in their own twenty three yard line looking at a third and fifteen on their touchdown drive rich they went eighty three yards in fourteen place think about that and it was almost an eight minute drive is Donald throws the ball away so the jets will be now pointing here to start the second quarter but a long drive by Donald he was now seven for tennis game for sixty yards he hit five different receivers and colluding Jamison Crowder on a nice past but we're twenty four yards levy on bell had the two yard run so the jets to have not one here MetLife stadium since last October fourteenth the the back now almost a year lead Dallas seven to three thirteen forty six remaining here in the first half thank you very much Mike thank you so at MetLife statements go to from one mind to another Mike Bauer in Arizona with the cardinals of opened up here's Mike yeah well the falcons open it up scoring on an eighty yard drive Calvin really find the end zone for touchdown of the year nine your dump off it's been all cardinal sin and being involved thirty nine yard field goal and then a couple of touchdowns he said many take that little dump off back on third down find the corner of the end or not the twenty and then head to the pylon makes into the end zone cardinals go up and dive in and then another drive full of big plays the Arizona Cardinals cap it off with a David Johnson one yard touchdown run obviously he's active today and they're up seventeen to seven right now Kalamarias completed passes two eight receivers a a is a fifty eight yard or a thirty eight yard a thirty yard or thirty one yarder an eighteen yard is a Larry fitzgerald and of eleven for a hundred ninety eight yards and a touchdown David Johnson at the mention is active was dealing with that back issue but he's playing today does have the touchdown seventeen yards on the ground and an additional thirty six yards through the air Matt Ryan not too bad for him eleven of twelve ninety eight yards and a touchdown that won the Calvin really into Monday freemen early in the game the Atlanta Falcons were running the ball very effectively on the opening drive had thirty five yards on the ground three minutes but obviously they're gonna play from behind now is the seventeen to seven with six minutes and fifty seconds left to go before halftime here at State Farm stadium in Arizona thanks Mike in the cardinals out in front after picking up their first win on the road in Cincinnati a week ago comfortably in front by ten over the falcons earlier today it was the Vikings with an impressive win over the eagles thirty eight to twenty Philadelphia came in with the number one run defense and I suspect secondary Kirk cousins three hundred thirty three yards and four touchdowns in the day and the rushing ads was effective if not spectacular Alexander Madison leading the way with sixty three yards we had can catch up with them a short time ago and asked how much was at stake for this team today not only playing a good team but also trying to separate themselves in a very competitive division right now I'm trying to pull away on you know was it it was a challenge for us especially just knowing that others this is just the system pregame how we're gonna have to go yes but you know we all know it challenges and not there and took it on the head on and you know we came out the victory you had sixty three yards rushing today against the number one rushing team in the NFL but the office was really clicking on all cylinders how much was the threat of the running game a benefit to Kirk cousins today I think it helped a lot he kept reaching out to us to look at this one and then go on the make sure that we're not only put our foot on the next and that and that aspect of the game and you can see it's a pop on the tape the almost the whole defense all one thousand almost keepers and open up past and some work hand in hand with Pat in the run game in a we have a successful that Kirk cousins having his best day of the season three hundred thirty three yards four touchdowns what was the difference today in your quarterback played lights out football you made a great decision made great girls and non they're schemers bring great routes and and make great catches and so I'm gonna just everyone doing their job all eleven of us your honor one eleven on each play and we came out with the the positive outcome I wanted to ask Alexander thanks so much for a couple of minutes greatly appreciate congradulations on the wind thank you I really appreciate that nine so Alexander Madison with sixty three yards rushing today but this one was pretty much all Vikings with the just rare exception of a late couple of big plays in the second quarter mile Sanders with his second touchdown reception of the day a thirty two yard pass in a twenty four ten at that point all Shawn Jeffrey then a couple of minutes later in the third caught three yard pass but after that the Vikings just came back digs with his fourth touched our third touchdown reception of the day eleven yards and Dalvin cook a one yard run so the number one run defense gave up a hundred and four yards the combination of Alexander Madison and Dalvin cook they had to do it on thirty carries but also step on digs getting eighteen yards on the ground so they were able to have some success today on the ground and everything was clicking for this team as cousins as I said threw for three hundred thirty three yards and the four touchdowns on the day perhaps his best game of the season joining us right now to go more in depth on this one is Eric Nelson would cover the game for us today Eric welcome back how are you Hey rich good how are you I'm doing just great I don't think I could be any better than Kirk cousins who's heard all the talk the last couple of weeks and really went out and had a spine to stay yet so for this year it does come against the suspect secondary because of injuries but not to take anything away from him because he and and stuff on the eggs were were definitely on a different on a different level today yeah there's no question there and they were in tandem all games any other good rumblings the last couple weeks that their Dicks wasn't happy here I didn't have the kind of harmony that maybe he wanted with Kirk cousins well that all goes down the drain after today's game I mean you look what the extent seven catches a hundred and sixty seven yards three touchdowns to those TD catches rich over fifty yards and the other one the eleven yard bullet the Texans to the back of the ends up being in a fantastic catch and the toe tap so yes dig through dozens of a with a story did mention it earlier the the way that the eagles got back into this one a couple of big plays but outside of the of just a few plays there really wasn't much the Vikings defense gave up today no you know and it's tough to come back against Minnesota especially in this building U. S. bank stadium because they feed off the energy of the crowd it soul wowed here it and you knew the eagles would make some kind of a run I mean they're too good Carson Wentz Alshon Jeffery Jordan Howard and company but when you dig that kind of a whole and then you get close to being back in it you then realize Hey we still have a lot of work to do and the Vikings offense was so good they were able to go down and put that thing away after it was twenty four twenty they got a touchdown and they never really looked back I asked Alexander Madison about it because it you know this is one of those those seminal games where you say this could really turn the tide of the season you get a very competitive team coming into your stadium you have to win that game and again it can't be underscored how how tight the and competitive that division is one slip up could really mean it you setting yourself back a ways so what with that in mind you don't like to place one priority a priority on one game over another but but how important was today's to get well I think it was huge you know when I talked to a number of.

"I'm Doug brown right to the NFL scoreboard in a couple of updates first in Arizona the sea hawks and the cardinals look look Penske is there. yeah Kalamarias for rushing touchdown eighty nine yarder make twenty defense gavel of about five minutes left from the dead. and now in Denver the Broncos hosting the Jaguars that's where we finally Frank federal the lead all day but in the opening drive of the second half Jacksonville comes back strong with Gardner Menchu scrambling to make it that's down pro to recall farmstead right now we have four minutes go in the third quarter in front of the head of jag seventeen thirteen thanks lay elsewhere in the third quarter Buccaneers lead the rams thirty one to twenty also in the third quarter the bears lead the Vikings sixteen to nothing of the eighty early games today the rolled teams go seven and one the only home team to win the New York Giants they beat the Redskins twenty four to three Joe Maddon is out as manager of the crowds after five years in Chicago including the team's first World Series title since nineteen oh eight Madden says he hopes to get another managing job the pirates fire manager Clint hurdle today after nine seasons the cardinals shot out the cubs ninety nothing in Saint Louis once in the central division title the cardinals will go to the divisional round against the Braves brewers go to the wild card game where they will play in Washington clippers forward Paul George tells ESPN he won't play in the preseason he's hoping to be on the floor sometime in November after surgery on both shoulders Caselli it wins the NASCAR playoff race at the Charlotte role will go to Monday recapping cowboys safe at all of the week for action plus take a look at the reports from alley on Monday also the baseball post season is here all that who won the weekend closure we go Monday six injuries the radio. full frenzy.

"In the NFL preseason we've got an opportunity to check out some of these young quarterbacks he's working quarterbacks in the NFL the latest of which the first overall pick Kyler Murray and weak too did it look as well as I think his coach Kliff Kingsbury in some of those cardinals fans were hoping I had to early interceptions in the cardinals lost to the Oakland Raiders Mike well you cover the calls for ESPN's NFL nation you're very familiar with in the NFL between Kyler Murray Twain Haskins and Daniel Jones those first round quarterbacks this year which ones do you believe is set up that's for success this year where you know what I'm gonna go with Daniel Jones kind of by default because these guys say Kwan Barkley to help ease the load you think about it when you have a talent like se Kwan Barkley in the back field you you're gonna force defense is to be honest and kind of it kind of respect the the right running game which means you should open up some passing opportunities for Daniel don't not like he has a lot of players and throw to mistake while Barclays just so good differences are not gonna be able to key and it just kind of tee off on Daniel all the time you look at calamari what what is he having Arizona not a lot David Johnson that's about it a yes so I mean if I like learning a lesson I I've known Larry fitzgerald since when I covered the Minnesota Vikings and he was a ball boy for the Vikings back in two thousand you know but Larry fitzgerald is not young anymore he's a very very good player he's a future hall of fame player and stuff but at same time he's getting up there in the in the latter part of his career the women have to give them a big way and have since fan I enjoyed watching him in big ten country I'm sure you did too also live it up there was constant instead but he's he's not even guaranteed to be the starting quarterback of the Redskins right now so I so again Daniel Jones if he's able to get those snaps if the giants are going to everything did you know decide to make him to start over you and Manny when you have sick one Berkeley you got things in your favor do you think it's a better fit for Daniel Jones the have you automating there do you think they could potentially cost just some confusion between whose team this really is in that New York Giants locker well I mean you know it it's not a matter confuse and it's it's a matter of one of the giants in real life realize that you know what the right man is not gonna lead he is not the future does organization anymore where giants gonna say you know what you like thank you very much you led us to a couple super bowls you beat Tom Brady in the Super Bowl but your time has passed we are going to go in and handed over and give and give the starting job to Daniel Jones who the giants surprise by sold surprised so many people by selecting Daniel in a in in the top ten when not some people rejected him to be you know a later first round draft pick you at some point you got to cut the cord you got to cut the umbilical cord to you like thank you very much but your time is past so it's not a matter of confusion on whose team it is in the locker room if you live team still but when it comes to production on the football field you are right is not the same player he once was and you got to start building a foundation with Daniel Jones and se Kwan Barkley then going from there yeah when the owner of the team and John Morris says that he hopes the danger Jones doesn't see the field this year because he wants the lie to have a great year play every game it's certainly because it's a little bit confused would you take a quarterback top ten said the message across the entirety of that franchise and so that'll be something interesting to keep an eye on what's the most interesting situation to me its color Murray down in Arizona he is a different type of talent you know some of the first the first thing I think everyone thinks about when they see calamari in the NFL is is his socks right can you survive it decides that he is reaching Russell Wilson play well at his height but he's a little stockier than Kalamarias but Marie's athleticism certainly set him apart I don't know if I would necessarily say that he set up for success in Arizona based on that offense of line but he's gonna get every opportunity to play his game as he wants to play at Mike wells and that has a lot to do with the coach that they brought in to support him that being Kliff Kingsbury cliff Kingsbury said that he liked what he saw on a caliber last night I thought I made really decisions we missing throws they were close on some things but I thought I understood versus the you know the penalties back to something a long yardage situations I thought to make good decisions all night you know we just our sales of those families and could get things really wrong that car does that coach with king's very odd his quarterback Kyler Murray and Mike wells he's like well some great scale this is game night on ESPN radio and ESPN that Mike I think caliber is the highest ceiling out of every all of the rookie quarterbacks that we're talking about when you bring into a Haskins and Daniel Jones caliber is a different type of talent do you believe clicking skip Kliff Kingsbury is going to be the guy to get that out of it it is going to be interesting you you think about the sell off instead Kingsbury ran when he was at Texas tech is going to spread it out just go go go that you can get away with those things in the in the college game the NFL game you're playing against more athletic players you plan to get smarter Hey coach is smarter defer the coordinators so his his style is going to have to get did the players are going to have to adapt to it we saw what happened against the Oakland Raiders the other night the raiders they said we're not going to be vanilla we're going to go out we're gonna rather young kid and they they went after calamari he he had he faced pressured the entire night and you have players criticizing this type of Hoffa Tony Murray after very solid preseason debut what three of a for twelve yards in the in his in his second preseason game a couple a couple Pylades with the clapping and stuff it's going to take awhile to be able to get that differ cliff Kingsbury get death our play and bring it to the NFL because let's be real gimmick gimmicks do not work against the best athletes in in football that type of stuff you don't get away with the you can get away with it when you're you're facing guys your face is a walk on player in college and things like that what you're playing the best of the best it's not gonna be easy so I'm not sold the cliff Kingsbury's offense style of play is going to be able to be a success in the NFL Mike well if you're not the only one former NFL coach rex Ryan was I get up this week and said he doesn't think Kingsbury office will work in the NFL kicks very says wait til week one hole I can't wait to see week why what will be one look like that'll be different from last night nothing they're going to get we're going to get wet we will look this guy everybody talks about this great offense and all that yeah if you like if it's fantasy football and you won points and and and you know Hey yardage that's great how bout wins all right king's way let's face it had the best player in our league he was thirteen and sixteen what Pat mom's a quarterback in call how much to worry about wins that's rex Ryan talking about cliff Kingsbury and his offense in Arizona obviously not a huge believer in what Kingsbury strike to do and I think you see that a lot of times with the old garden coach is not necessarily believing in some new strategies new ideas with the coaching staff if you agree with the Mike wells I I do I think it's gonna be it's gonna be a rough go in errors on until they get the type of players they Kingsbury needs to be successful it's going to be very rough and unfortunately caliber is gonna be the one taking a pounding what difference does get after him on a weekly weekly basis week after week yeah it'll be interesting to say and I certainly something we'll continue to pay attention to straight ahead Baker may feel continues to impress everyone and has the Browns expectations as high as they've been this century but is that a problem for a team that hasn't made the playoffs in two since two thousand and two zero that's next this is game night on ESPN radio and ESPN out.

"We we till Monday for the forty Niners to play but you do have hard knocks tonight so we'll see how hard knocks handles the Antonio brown situation plus we got him a Tom Brady sticking a for sale sign on his lawn all sorts of stuff to get into NFL wives with one of my old colleagues a we used to work at the San Francisco examiner together in Jeff city I was always destined for great things he's now the senior writer NFL dot com you can see him on NFL network great to have you back on KNBR Jeff on the my guess I will go back to the merger mac show do how are you ma'am I'm doing well thank you and thanks for a great warm reception well good to hear all that stuff I'm in welcoming showed what we do we go way back you covered the raiders way back when when I was doing the ETS you're doing the raiders are you still reading too yeah I know that's when I made my bones in it it's out there going back to where they were in those days we was always drama craziness the lower so it's good to see the world come full circle Jeff I always thought it was al I thought al like like to the drama and the like the creative tension in fact I know you did you know he loved to keep people on edge and create controversy and all that stuff but even without gone it's still follows the raiders around why is this Jeff that you know is it because they willingly you know acquired a guy like Antonio brown knowing that this guy would be an explosive personality I'm getting the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree given that they're still Davis running the organization only the team so prior to start there with that move but yeah Antonio brown I imagine my town with the words laughing hysterically every day the story goes on because you could see this coming I mean I I signed on the brown last year the Pittsburgh plane if you look at the camp between you sending out a huge meltdown then it is only the locker room with two rows and rows and go into you to spell it is we're not going to end well and I I just think he's with weeks you guys the receivers out there like to Carol wants to get out of control I think he started going that direction a couple years ago he wasn't check and when you give a guy money when you treat the market and he's getting out of control this is what you get this is what they do have do you see any chance given what you know the league in and given what you know of Antonio and you know Derek Carr and whatever do you see any chances and as a positive like he goes and has a phenomenal probable year for the raiders you know I think you can in look at at the speed she was a bigger issue than the hell issue to me because I've heard some people speculate people who actually have medical background speculators boss fight that that might be or some kind of more serious infection so that has to be figured out but but it does say is right when he when he is right when the guy is focused he works hard faxes already plays well I think at some point you'll get back to that I I felt like drops in tire off season when he was going back and forth with Pittsburgh that wasn't a good sign of him being totally committed to moving on with his life I think you said to get to that point where he actually is moving on with his life focusing on where he sat in playing football again that and I think one time rolls around helping other could be a better player I have to count any told us last week it's called free be forgotten to with eight catches for a hundred and fifty five yards and a touchdown in the season opener you know so we'll see Jeff city a senior writer for NFL dot com on air talent and it's all network talk in league with us I do want to ask you legal I question but just of course because we're the niner flagship you know Jeff I I don't know how compelling Niners are nationally you know after coming off of a four win season now Jimmy parabolas return I'm sure is on your radar but also I would imagine Nick Bosa you know the big drastic and and yet the you can call it a freak injury or you can column injury prone he was he was turning heads on the field but tell your read on the Niners Kyle Shanahan John Lynch garage below Nick Bosa what's your what intrigues you the most well a lot of things there quietly sexy pick to make the playoffs even the end us back then that's the even the stack of vision and that's a really tough divisions try to make a move up but you know what would you be drop below was playing couple years ago at the end of the season we first got to them just because I liked them I like the way he was playing at the star last year before I got hurt I I saw him at the game we got hurt ironically so I know it's a big loss at the but you're active in Coleman to the makes you add that it boasts a a D. Ford on defense the defensive line to the printer from was a lot better receivers got a question mark a lot of different guys in the mix there but the Titans of the good player cal Shanahan is found ways to scheme of stuff so local apples healthy long those build new dishes play well could jump in the division I don't know but the kind of job okay them into the postseason but I would expected to be somewhere around eight eight nine seven at least they have on the roster right now well I would be you know given that it's been what six in ten foreign twelve in the before that they mean you got Tomsula chip Kelly two years of losses understand a hand I mean they need eight and they would almost seem like a rate well there's the Jim Harbaugh days are long in the rear view mirror man pretty low bar for the Niners organization anon very true yes yes I know that the rams obviously are the you know the incredible that the NFC champs in the in the Seahawks are just not not going away they keep women under Pete Carroll but but Kyler Murray had a decent start of course August I know but is there something I mean I thought the cliff Kingsbury higher was like you know insane he was averaging below average in college in I don't I don't know is there something cook in there with Tyler and cliff Kingsbury and that's being nice call me a maverick below average pretty disappointing at the end the head coach the college level I've never seen a disappointing how to coach become a star in the NFL so that's where I start it much as Kalamarias been the story in and around the NFL first pick in the draft you're right there's a lot of questions about cliff Kingsbury can this offense when he coached the team in the NFL will guard responded that that roster unlike what seems is glad is not all that promising you can't really name a lot of players on that team and the guys who are it you can enroll and so it's hard to see them so they could easily be for twelve just based on being in that division it's hard for me to see them beating the rams the Seahawks were the miners it's hard for me to see them winning more than four five games and look I I'm I live in Kansas city I get all the hype about him hold here is taking over the amount that was taken by storm with what they've done up instantly he played for games they play fast break basketball bad password put ball here what are you in Arizona but again I think it's less about Colin Murray and more about what the coach can do with a with a really bad roster yeah well good estimation there Jeff city NFL dot com in NFL network here and then of course the other story they get a little traction Monday in in in in over the weekend was Tom Brady put his house for sale now I know you don't work for Zillow you're not a realtor hello no probably not I mean I know the contract that he signed it gives them an out at the end of this year and I don't I don't leave doing well I wouldn't it is new England's plan after him I don't know to Jeff what's give us your your macro view of the Brady situation well it it you make rob Lowe was still there I think there be more yeah smoke right here I think you're right I think the fact there's nobody order the back quarter back there now that's not a great option I have moved forward would deprive me of Tom Brady in his quest to play into forty five just said I'll just played one year deal and we can agree not to make a big investment in me up with every year I don't think that I'm selling that house is a big deal we had like three houses of any right now like a you know I think it's kind of funny that you put your forty may not how can a market like what the market for forty million dollars to people right thank you for calling what people do you want to buy the house but but I I do believe that he can still play at a high level I do believe he can still when temperatures with that team and that's what that what what he's about to tell Jack is about the wait this NFL has changed in the last five to ten years it's made it so much easier quarterbacks to play longer Hey you guys remember you know mark you and I live there wouldn't Steve young got locked out of the end again they were going to buy these Williams they don't like that anymore he'll get sick I didn't come on most of the great quarterback for the member the two eight mins of that Steve young they got locked out of the game and it got old enough as far as his offensive strategy knocked a quarterback out of the game that was like part of the game plan yeah yes I look at Tom Brady now that think that they'd been smart about how they want to play office with him they're moving more back to what they work started his career more of a running game better defense you know last shot down the field by him so I think I'm I'm not worried about installing his house I have a hard time believing he will not finish his career with the patriots that make any sense yeah yeah there it is that's the fun stuff to talk about some I Jeff will continue to reach it NFL dot com watch on NFL network I'm glad to reconnect the briefly in and hopefully we can do it as the season rolls on measure good Avenue it's all good man let me do it again yes it is yeah well buddy conceptual examiner now listen KC I've ever read him too and and now covers well he said I like that the fast break basketball the cans are fast break football the Kansas City Chiefs enough for the dollar goes in KC that's what I I mean one eleven got left to start a family and he was like he's probably roll over like Brighton big wheels like that shot out to the one percenter I remember with the stuff he was saying made way too much sense because like I'm gonna get this house my kids public schools have these facilities right everybody's happy a result just like they don't break you when they don't still laptops as like well you're making a lot of sense for the world there wouldn't so nice I really Q. fans are so nice and I'm like I'm like you're making way too I know that you can't do stuff like this Hey hop in my car we're going to the ocean Hey how come out and what he said to me ever he said Hey the sun isn't gonna make my kids any smarter that's what he said about the weather people like all the winter is gonna be bad they're older two kids a surfer the way they are brutal they're one of the men yeah well there you go yeah that's true never bothered me let's talk bay bridge series Dave for stays GM next on the sports leader the end of your morning show with Brian Murphy and Paul McCaffrey sixty that's our cue to ask you so what you want you want a shot at winning nine your season tickets in London by corn in the noon hour this from forty.

"Yeah five five right down here like that in motion the tight end across on the first play those type things things that we see because we're the experts in your not so we had to remind everyone of that last night which was good yeah the line manning three and out his loan series yet good numbers for Alex tanning Kyle low let it mop up duty rookie corner Cory Valentine one of two I antes thrown by former giant Davis web battleon Prada J. Carlock had the other he took at fifty nine yards to the house for a pick six in there was a huge celebration on the sidelines after that currently he is a locker room favorite already meantime here's Donald on his brief work with the jets first team offense father for the first drive in you know hopefully give jets fans a little taste of you know what this is going to be like and that of course is without lady on dell on the field he sat among others as did seek one Barkley editing room and sterling Shepard for the giants back to Donald's work Adam gase psyched about what he saw from his second year QB his sideline demeanor and his on the field to meet and demeanor they're awesome and course the sideline demeanor for gays it was a little yeah here you side by yes I asked him if he's really hit a slow mo it's even more disturbing diverse making as stupid as we can well happens when you don't sleep right that's what you need yeah he doesn't sleep uses smelling salts all sorts of stuff that he does but Hey it's I think it's great it's great that he's not with a lot of football coaches that don't sleep we've heard all the stories rock I sleep in their office sleep in two hours getting up and getting back to work and blah blah blah blah everything we find out is you know sleep deprivation kills your brain sure all these guys are sleep deprived in there that the football related they're the smartest guys yeah field nine now I mean maybe the off season help some somehow there and again I don't know you're right though I mean you need to find a way to sleep in Adam gase does not look like a guy he sleeps more than an hour a night yes please all right and is well the wife is white said in the article you can usually get told me to and he's up going back to work at six which is unbelievable yeah and I know you live life right now that's really bad and that's every day yeah it's a week including the weekend right sure they said in the article that he even he avoids taking days off when there's not a lot going on so I don't know how much this is easy some nice pictures of his happy family have seen a couple these videos Jay Coakley from S. and why is down with he and Joe Douglas where he talks about I got kids we go to the movies we watch this we watch that so we get some sort of home life it is an honest funny bring that up because I was telling how the other day I watch this documentary and Barry Switzer and when I heard about this we always talk about what these NFL coaches or even baby majorly coaches to hockey coach is what they give up and you know what cost for the fame and for the job and the money and all that and they had in one part of this documentary Switzer's walking with the media Anne so they asked him about you know you why do this why come back and coach the cowboys when you add the god of Oklahoma you could just sit there and Norman and enjoy life in any starts to talk about it was yeah you guys know this year I was actually planning for the first time to watch my son he's going to high school play some high school football he goes that's out and the reporters like unity regret that is the body because well I guess you got to give up something to get some like what you've already probably missed your kids entire childhood because you what you were doing before and now you're all set to actually start watching him and supporting him and nope you're out again yeah it's the last all you don't see a throat and it is yeah cases wife in the article was very matter of fact about that episode where he basically left right after the kid was born I'm thinking well she probably gets it because it's Jovovich daughter so she grew up with a father who was an NFL coaches she's used to it that's right isn't seem odd for her she does what she signed up for issue for the jets GM the cabins are a couple of mistakes to point you would expect them to bring in some competition at the kicking spot in the next couple of days a couple of from other performances from around the league first overall pick either merry six of seven forty four yards in a cardinals win over the Chargers he played one series patriots rookie Jarrett said I'm just with the pats need another quarterback who can play fourteen of twenty four hundred seventy nine yards and a score is doing one small Kalamarias hammers are yes he's tiny I mean we we knew as always watching colleges or trial Hey look even smaller now it's it's just as the first item seen of him on CBS sports network right it's crazy yeah he is to is like a legit five eight one one real they better protected he might I mean he's gonna get killed out there if he are runs around too much in that Pat's lions game former jet white out your main cursing on the initial drive suffered reportedly suffered a broken left leg family sandbank well yes little serious probably need surgery and you'd expect his season to be over already Dwight Haskin struggle for the Redskins eight of fourteen hundred seventeen yards but a couple of interceptions in a twenty point loss to the brown some other notes from around the league forty Niners rookie Nick Bosa out for at least the remainder of the pre season a bad ankle sprains suffer the other day and they're supposed to do starting running back Derrick the kid and he's coming back from a torn ACL just two days off the populace needed a P. R. P. injection so he's gonna be out a couple weeks Duke Johnson was traded down Texans for the Browns for conditional fourth round pick northern trust first round choice merit nine under par of Dustin Johnson Tiger Woods did not was yours for over seventy five tied for the second one was for over three I think six holes yeah you got off to just only large stories would you ever find his wife couldn't hit a wedge for his life maybe felt the pressure of Jeff McNeil being there yeah it's crying what I saw that video who Justin ward I think grain tiger walks behind the one point but then there's footage of me Neil he's just like walking around yeah yeah but no one knows who he is they just they're watching golf they didn't let fans until ten AM yesterday because they had no damage from but they're really all I saw was after the fans have been letting him and he just walking among seven no one seems to know is lying squirrel yeah I and and well he was a college I really want to sorry that's how we kind of fell into the school thirty nine yeah zero are gonna give away some tickets right now we will see you and your poison ivy and.
