R. L. these John little asking ME even if we don't get a personally what it means that our premiums are going up in the future well I think there's always that chance and time will ultimately tell when I speak to you the underwriters and the actuaries and insurance executives on what it is become a daily basis what they're telling me is that in the aggregate they do not believe that this will be as big of a financial burden as many do what I mean by that is while while the numbers that we're hearing of the number of cases of coronavirus and those that are hitting the hospital systems I continue to rise in aggregate of our total population it's it's actually relatively small and in addition to that we're not seeing is a lot of other accessible procedures that would normally be paid taking paid place and running through insurance those aren't happening so by and large the United States runs about sixty five percent capacity of the health care system anyway and so what's happening is right now employees are staying home people are staying home so they're not utilizing a big chunk of the financial resources that an insurance company would normally be deploying because they're at home right now a great point at you know what could change that in the in the insurance industry if not for premiums what could this do yeah I think what what we absolutely should kind of keep our eye on on the ball is water what is the overall financial impact of this and and what what pieces of that financial impact will be managed by the federal government from a reimbursement structure or or kind of sh you're taking on the backs of the insurance world and by the way let's review trailers insurance cover he's really good at not losing money if they lose money our insurance premiums go up that's really the way that works so insurance health insurance unlike other types of insurance is really just a financing game its financing healthcare over time it's so you know those are the things that we will want to watch for but what I'm also interested to see is how the insurance industry is going to react to you in network versus out of network charges and let me just kind of break that down quickly so before we had this corona virus pandemic there was a lot of talk around the country even legislatively about what is called surprise billing is where I go to an in network facility I get treated for something only to find out three months later that somebody in that facility that's on me was not a network I have surprised a built in so there was talk about what we do to to to break the back of the head to live like that and what we're seeing now is this kind of convergence of multiple hospital systems and insurance companies and and all that to try to treat people that need treatment for corona virus this is where doctors are going from facility facility so in the in the sixty to ninety to a hundred degrees post this pandemic when all said and done are we going to be seeing surprise bills is that when the financial piece is gonna come and this is something we need to keep our eye on the ball and my hope is that note that the insurance industry will work with the hospital systems to find a way to say Hey we're not going to worry about network situations but we need to make sure our Billings are in line and if that happens that could be a blueprint for how we can eliminate that practice going folk band that easiest sath Dennison co founder of GDP advisers speaking with KRLD is John little it is now six fifty four it's time to check out your money there was a down week on Wall Street last week so week before last was up a little last week was down a little well down five hundred eighty one down points or two point seven percent but the volatilities really seem to be narrowing of this market.

"That radio dot com app search for KRLD and click on the heart to favorite us this news sponsored for reliant heating and air conditioning understanding the long term threat of corona virus and what it will mean after the initial panic is something many are starting to wonder about Aroldis Kristen D. as spoke with Ashley Stravinsky who previously worked with the CDC's epidemiology department actually what are we seeing more panic or pandemic I would say that there is a lot of panic but it is also a pandemic that we are facing at this point a lot of the panic is really unwarranted that the vast majority of people who are infected with this virus will experience something more than the common cold but from a population standpoint we know that the numbers can really add up when you're dealing with potentially an entire world too susceptible to this disease we know that with the Spanish flu of nineteen eighteen that kills millions of people worldwide that that case fatality rate is actually probably about half of what we're seeing with cold mid nineteen so even though it's still very small we know that when you're potentially impacting the entire world's population those numbers can really add up to something pretty dramatic but for the vast majority of people this will not be a life threatening events so could we see coronavirus repeating every year like the cold the flu so called nineteen is a corona virus and that is responsible for many different types of the common cold and we know that they circulate year to year different strains and they change a lot so it's unlikely that this particular virus will continue to circulate to or cause any resurgence in future years but there could be variations on this that would recur and while the CDC looks to find a cure what is a reasonable expectation to their research regarding a timeline so a vaccine would be a very difficult thing to develop because as I mentioned this is a virus that changes rapidly and so just as we haven't been able to develop a vaccine yet against the common cold it would be unlikely that we could develop one vaccine that would continue to offer protection between your two year just because of how quickly the virus changes hello over we have gotten faster in terms of being able to develop some of these vaccine prototypes and tried to intervene in real time so it's possible that in the next few months we might have some more effective interventions but it's unlikely that it will be a long lasting solution and instead will probably have to continue to focus on public health measures such as social distance seen hand wash chain and good respiratory hygiene I was Dr axe Ashley Stravinsky garland police arrested two men who they say robbed a subway and led police on a high speed chase investigators say it was around two in the afternoon yesterday that the two men entered the wood of the restaurant off west Buckingham pulled out a gun and demanded money lieutenant Pedro Berno says a car with expired tags was seen in the general location officer tried to pull them over but the driver took off he says after the suspects got caught in traffic they jumped out of the vehicle began running from officers both were eventually caught cool we actually look at the current a mask and the distinctive clothing that matched one the robbery suspects from the robbery that occurred at the subway both the subjects were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery as motivating arrest this is both men had warrants from other North Texas cities it's going to be a warm one for the rest of the week we'll take a look at that plus traffic traffic and weather together on the H. coming up next more cases of the corona virus in North Texas hi this is Mike Rogers with Susie Sally's and Scott Sam's will have the very latest on those cases tomorrow on the.

There's only women maybe there's a guy there occasionally. But it's a it's a lot of women. But, but, but they service a lot of women, and I know that they make women feel comfortable. I love the fact that they have the satellite office in Irving now for people that live, maybe more east of Irving, it's a little bit more convenient. And how Al from you there? I'm an Irving on Thursdays right now as we grow. We will add days. Okay. Yes. Let's go. I would love to be there. You know, all the days you will be. I have no doubt as as this sort of movement is growing because it works. It makes a huge difference. You're talking about game changing relationships and people you I also tell people, you know, you want to be the world's changed and people aren't some aren't even able to retire in their sixties any longer she got to compete. Well, how would you? Compete. If you're in your sixties, if you're hormonally inept, one of the ways is get hormonally optimal. Because here's another thing. Colleague, I wanted to share with you. I have been taught. Some very valuable lessons for my chosen field which out let's just call it weight loss fitness been in the business for thirty years been in the business for since I'm a teenager, basically, but one of the valuable lessons. I was taught with sensitivity training be sensitive to those at struggle with weight control because it could be a multitude of things that could be taking medications that cause water retention or the causeway gain or the caused an increase in appetite that could have some metabolic deficiencies or or they could be hormonally low and not even realize it or they maybe aren't eating the right way for their body. But often people are very self deprecating. I'm weak energy. I'm lazy nothing works for me. And it gets worse. Even worse things that they could say about themselves. And so having said that there there is hope one of the things you have to do is come into the clinic. So walk me through. Through when we come back because it's already expiring the time. We come back. I want you to role play with me walk me into to how the day goes with someone who's just new to this and just need some help and some guidance and some information we do that absolute of Kylie Brunner's, my guests, we're talking about hormonal optimization. We'll take your calls right after this. Everyone Larry north here actually for my own company. Larry north fitness running a really wonderful special twenty one days for twenty one dollars. And I believe it's gonna take you two or three weeks just to get your body moving to how great would it be? If you're normally gain weight during this time of year, and you actually lost way it's possible. Or how about this? What if you normally gain weight, and you didn't lose a pound because you were actually doing something? Good for yourself. You.
