And appreciate and support the notion of holding the parents responsible because they need to be involved in their in their kids. Live to a sufficient extent to know what they're inclined to do, and behave in such a way themselves to minimize the likelihood of them, succumbing to that temptation, but I think it's very difficult to identify when that threshold has been crossed, and what about seeking to influence that the part of the equation over which there really truly is the greatest degree of likelihood to have success. And that is not to say the victims were wrong, not by any stretch, but to help them under. Stand how they can behave in such a way and take control and speak with confidence to the extent that, that minimizes the likelihood of them experienced that kind of activity. "Every day. Newsradio KFB K. I just saw a headline on FOX. Might be a it might actually be a Washington Post headline because they didn't have a graphic of the Washington Post up there. It's about Elizabeth Warren folks, this is a smorgasbord of democrat leftist implosion that has been happening now for all all of this week. And it's gonna continue throw in the middle of this, this brilliant, Trump state of the union speech. You know, what one of the greatest things I'm sorry to keep hopscotching here. But I say something and the synopses in my phenomenal brain fire, and I think of something else. I continue to think about how it characterize the the Trump state of the union speech. One of the great things that it did. And there were many fantastic great things in it. But the president literally took the time to properly define make America. Great again and explain to a nationwide audience. Exactly what it is. And it's nothing more than everybody devoted to. If they wish to be greatness and excellence, the left has succeeded and the media has succeeded in characterizing make America great again as a bunch of white. Hey, seen Hicks worried that they're losing their country and wanting to take it over again. Hey, Siri stop. And so my home pod fired up there for some reason. So he redefined it properly for the nation in a nonthreatening way in ways, the media has been attempting to mischaracterize it in the midst of all of that the Democrats are imploding and half of them. Don't even know that. That's what's happening. Elizabeth Warren, the headline Elizabeth Warren struggles with questions of identity. Struggles with questions of identity mean like she doesn't know what she is. That's not what Elizabeth Warren is struggling with. Elizabeth Warren is struggling with the fact she got caught lying about being Indian one one thousand twenty four th Indian. In order to get hired. At or in order admitted into various state bar association. So she could practice law as she got caught lying. This woman FOCA hottest I'm telling you does not have both feet in reality. And I think she is emblematic. Of a lot of people on the left who have to construct false identities based on minority status. Based on privilege themselves, but she is running around literally trying to cover up lies that she has been telling for years and the latest attempt at covering. Stories that my brothers and me and my sisters, and my cousins, and my my my my Indian remedy Bloomberg told with I don't know these I was just I was told it's growing up died high cheek wants told anything of the sort all of this is manufactured. She was trying to curry favor as a leftist with a bunch of other minorities in a phony attempt to make them think that she was one of them, and she's been caught she's not struggling with questions of identity. She's struggling with questions of authenticity and honesty, and maybe even reality back to the audio soundbites. This is Jeffrey Toobin at CNN trying to calm everybody down over the potential disaster in Virginia. I think the process is probably going to slow down a little I mean, I think none of these three public officials are going to leave immediately, and you know. I think maybe counting on the fact that our attention. We are the ultimate short attention span. Children, you know, those of us in the news media, and they may be counting on the fact that the circus will move on. And they can hang in there. Stop. And think of what we're just hearing here. This guy is the circus. And he's saying that Ralph now them and his buddy. In the democrat party in Virginia are counting on the circuit packing up and leaving town losing interest. He is the circus. He's speaking about his own industry that he's a part of his though, he stands outside it. You talk about struggling with questions of identity. Can you imagine Walter Cronkite saying, well, I think the process is probably going to slow down. None of these three public officials gonna leave immediately. I think I think they may be counting on the fact that I and my colleagues Eric several I here at CBS news. We're gonna lose interest, and we're going to cover this. And of course, we're just children, you know, here at CBS we have no attention span whatsoever. And we're just we're we're we're we're we're going to move on to something else soon as some Republicans steps, and we're going to be off on that. And that's what these guys are counting on. And so I think everybody ought to companies and basically saying that the news media is hanging back doing everything it can to let something else take this spotlight. Now contrast this with the attention span they had on getting rid of Brad Kavanagh. They didn't they didn't slack off. They didn't lose interest. I mean, this Ralph northern things basically been what just a week. And here's C N N's already talking about, you know, they're counting on us losing interest. And turbans, basically assure. Yeah. At some point we at C N N will lose interest. What he doesn't say as we're just waiting for Trump to say something we're waiting for some Republican to do something we can then start moving over in covering that and destroy them. And give these other guys a little break from all this attention because we really don't want. Ralph Nov them gonna we don't want Justin. Fairfax. We don't want any democrat gone ever. I don't know. They are every faction every every aspect of the American left today. Something has happened. And they're all dropping the camouflage in the mask, and they are all letting everybody see them as they are be at the millennials and the green new deal or Ralph none of them and the New York state legislature and post birth abortion. Or black face. Being obsessed with dressing up is black people and then making fun of them. Democrats. Which is perfectly and character. All of this stuff is coming out. Now, here's the news media letting it be known that they're hoping for anything to happen. So they don't have to cover it anymore. Jeffrey Toobin praying praying that something's going to happen. The 'cause the circus the media to move on down the road the drive bys rather than push this here James Clyburn from the Congressional Black Caucasians not to be confused with the Congressional Black Israelites and he was on Cavuto yesterday. Fox News channel Cavuto said Clyburn is by the way, democrat, South Carolina. If it ended up with a Republican taking over the state house in Virginia. How would you feel about that and the rest of your buddies here at the Congressional Black Caucasians? I would not feel good about that. My goodness. I would not feel good about governor having to leave the office. But I think it is something that he's doing before the policy, and I would not feel good. If Justin Fairfax were not given due process as it relates to the charges or the allegations. Regarding here. So I'm not gonna feel good about any of this due process. Do what's due process? What happened to every woman has to be believed? What happened to every woman making this charge is automatically right? What happened to the guy is guilty and has to go. What happened to this mass paranoia and attack on Cavanaugh that has now become well, Justin fashion going to have to be extended due process. I think the governor oughta go to go to the party, but I'm not so sure that Justin. Fairfax oughta hang in due process due process. There is an educated African American woman from Stanford who says this guy brutalized her. And the Congressional Black Caucasians and the rest of the democrat party are talking about due process. Now, don't misunderstand. I'm all for due process. I don't wanna be missing. I'm pointing out the hypocrisy of these people see when it's when it's one of their people that's in the crosshairs. Guess what matters the law the rule of law? Gotta have evidence gotta have incontrovertible evidence that stuff that gets thrown out when it's a Republican. There is no due process. The woman's always right? Whether she is writer, in fact, there doesn't even have to be an episode. The Democrats will get together and create a phony sexual assault episode like what they did with Cavanaugh and L involve Dianne Feinstein and her her her staff on the committee now coordinate, it would ballsy Ford and her lawyers and so forth. Create this massive event that didn't happen and then act righteously offended end indignant and suggest Kevin Moore is unfit and he's got even though their head shred of evidence ever at any confirmation. Hearing cabinet ever did anything of the sort. And then here comes an actual believable allegation with a woman who is not going away and doesn't sound like a ten year old when she speaks as did balti- Ford, and they Congressional Black Caucasians talking about due process guy, get rid of northern. He's a white guy. We get rid of him. That's not a big deal. But we're not losing Fairfax. We're not gonna cut him loose as a Congressional Black Caucasian. I've sorry, folks. I love this. I know we've been here before we've been here. Democrats have imploded made fools of themselves like this, and sadly, not as many people as we think noticed, but it doesn't mean we're not going to sit here and try to make them notice. Gotta take another brief time out. We'll come back. I got a guy in Clifton Virginia wants to weigh in on this. And we'll do that right after this obscene profit timeout..

Welcome into Wednesday beyond the headlines now, this morning's Mike Gavin is here with a look at some of the other stories you'll be talking about this morning. Good morning. You've no doubt heard the phrase killing them with kindness, which is generally good practice when it comes to dealing with customers or relatives or pretty much. Anyone we come into contact with on a daily basis? However that idiom has a whole new meaning for some people in Florida now Cording to the Huffington Post. A Milton Florida man is behind bars after he allegedly threatened to kill his neighbor with kindness kindness. You see is the name of his Michetti, according to police the incident started when neighbors went to the home of thirty year old Brian Stewart concerned about the yelling and banging that they had heard from his home all day Stewart came out of the house with an arm raised holding the machete, which had the word kindness. Written on one of the neighbors stepped in front of the other to block the blade and suffered a half inch cut on his left hand. The Santa Rosa sheriff's department was called and deputies arrived to arrest. Stewart killing them with kindness. Whoa, you so it's almost like he was planning that like scrawled that induce Michetti just sort of waiting for someone to come to his house and knock on his door. I was told to kill them with kindness voices in my head Taibbi. Exactly, exactly. That is something that they'll just like noise coming from a home all day long, you go over to just check it out. "Newsradio KFB K investigation is a political prosecution. And everybody willing to be honest about it would know it. Even though they deny it. It is a political prosecution. Donald Trump is being politically prosecuted here. Well, he's not being prosecuted yet, they're looking for a crime based on they don't like Trump is politics. Not on the fact that he's created a crime or committed a crime, there isn't a crime. Specifically, no crime was mentioned in naming the special counsel. There isn't a crime. They're looking for one based on political differences. It ought to have everybody concerned. But I'll tell you what they're doing everybody involved Republicans and Democrats is so important to get rid of this guy. We cannot allow outsiders to win like this. We cannot allow somebody doesn't know what they're doing to come in. And trampled everything we've been building since the end of World War, Two, we'll fix whatever we break after we get rid of Trump, except they won't because precedents get set and once you can appoint a special counsel to start looking into somebody who has not committed a crime. Once you're gonna point a special counsel. Sel to investigate to find a crime, simply because you don't like the politics of the person or you don't like the fact they want an election, you can't fix that. You can't go back unless you write a specific law counseling or just get rid of the special counsel law altogether. But it's it's it's not going to be gotten rid of. It's a weapon it's a brand new weapon in politics to vanquish enemy that you can't be at the ballot box. It's not going to go away. That's what's so desperately wrong about all of this. And these people Jeff flake in these clowns standing up saying they're protecting the rule of law there disintegrating it. They are obliterating the rule of law. It simply doesn't exist. There wasn't any Russian collusion. And yet every day in the media, it's still.
