The family received a sixty dollar gift card from Walmart after the incident Marcy told k. p. r. c. Okay so let me get this straight. A family goes into a Walmart and they order a two tier cake for their daughter's graduation and Walmart. Is You know that Hey nope sorry. We can't do the two tier cake <hes> yeah. I understand that mistakes happen and I seriously doubt that they had like a I mean they. They made the front they they did the the custom frosting testing with her face in it so it's not like they accidentally oops oops oops. We accidentally frosted. She Styrofoam head. Does that happen. I don't get it. I don't understand how did that. It was a you know we we we reached for the cake and grabs him styrofoam but apparently that's what they did. And that's when he that's when he shot her dead jump in here at five one two eight three six zero five ninety. It's a shocking. Disturbing video. That's for sure there's no doubt about it is unsettling baytown police Lieutenant Steve doors. The officer is an eleven year veteran with the police department opened fire after Turner grabbed the officer's tasers and used it against him right now in the video circulating on social media Turner is heard saying you're actually harassing me. I'm walking to my house. Yeah. The forty four year old woman on the ground appears to reach towards the officer. When she seems to be heard saying, I'm pregnant moments later, five shots were fired. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. This is unfortunate say the least it is. But if if it does turn out that she did kit control of the. And actually used it on him. I think this is just a very unfortunate result. I think listen if if she was able to not only get a hold of the Taylor in the use it on him, but that could have led to her also getting control of his gun. And I think this is just a an unfortunate necessity. Here's what happened now in the video. She seen fighting the police office trying to get away from it. Pulling our arms away, he's trying to handcuff her and talk to her, and she's just pulling in fighting and pushing away they end up on the ground. He tasers her maybe twice, and then kinda stumbles, wait, it looks like she got a hold of the tasers and was pointing it at him. And then he opens fire five shots there. So there you court records show that Turner had three warrants out for harassed on a charge of a salt resulting in bodily harm and two counts of criminal mischief. Yeah. So there you go in the video doesn't show the, you know, again, it's showing a one part of this. It doesn't show the very beginning of the altercation and. Obviously doesn't go into the history. So it's sad. It really is. But if it didn't deed is the case that she got control of not only got control of the taser but used it on him. The officer may have started talking to her. Because from what one story indicates went version of this story at a K P R C at indicates that they've they've had problems with her before. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And maybe this officer knew that she had warrants for her arrest three including two criminal mischief warrants right assault, resulting in bodily harm means made. When he came across the forty five year old female that he knew from previous encounters and knew that she had outstanding warrants. They officer contacted her meaning try to talk to her attempt to arrest her at which time the struggle began. She started pulling away. Forcing the officer to deploy his issue tasers on the female, and it appears that the officer was in attempting to handcuff her, and she was able to gain control of his taser and turned it on him taking the officer which force the opposite of draw his weapon and fired multiple rounds killing her right there in the parking lot. If that is indeed the case. Go ahead. It could have put him in a position where he no longer had control of his weapon his gun. That's exactly what happened. Yeah. There's his taser going off the they're still struggling. Trying to get the handcuffs on it. And then she gets a hold of the tasers. That's where he fires. Chaser. She also was diagnosed schizophrenic as well. It is eight four six check on traffic..

Joyce to talk about it from SAS security CEO James Davidson, how big of a trend is this James. Well, it's it's a moving trend is the future says how things are going to be going forward. And this is the feature, however for people who are old school. I guess a little scary thinking that your all of your money all of your wealth is going to be pushed button and subject to hackers subject to somebody. Just shutting subject to an EMP. What happens when all of a sudden, we don't have satellites and space allowing us to do this subject to your cell phone signal. I mean, it can be difficult. True. I we have a generation of cash is king. Right. So this is the new era on up to thrown. It's the future. I mean, we've secured satellites more today we had better reliability. Now, we have better internet service and more secure smartphones and lot less control over our own money. It's is the future. It's a little bit more difficult for big pill to swallow for some of generation X individuals and older. That's the new the new way of the world is going to work. Right. Let me see if I'm reading between the lines with you correctly. James what you're telling me is it's coming. There's nothing you could do stop it C might as well give it the program. Yeah. Who going to be the company's being in total control of all this. I mean, we talk specifically about Apple Pay. But I mean, are we gonna see the same big Foot's that we've got right now, controlling the internet are these going to be the people controlling the banking and the money, and everybody's resources. Well, it's gonna be hard to see. I mean, the things that are coming up. Are are interesting the banks right now control your money, as it is to get thing about it is that you can always call charges. It's a little different. I mean, I haven't carried cash in my pocket for quite a while. Now. So I've gotten quite adapted to the new technology. All right, James. Against African Americans resulting directly and indirectly from slavery. The segregation to the desegregation process and the present day, the commission would also make recommendations concerning any form of apology and compensation. To begin the long delayed process of tone meant for slavery. So I guess the question is who who apologizes? I don't know anybody from the days of slavery was still around to make the abolishing Froemming done it. There are precious few that around from the days of the segregated south. "Removed from our hands. And because of our county. Was shot up by a violent criminal. Could have easily been prevented had we had the opportunity to reach out to our counterparts. You mean, the sanctuary city policies come with a cost illegal immigration isn't just about an endless flow of hardworking god-fearing valedictorians that if you don't want your your a heartless evil heathen what a surprise. Well, what does this tell us? What what should we be discussing when it comes to immigration and the border or bring somebody on who's down in Texas? He can give us his perspective on things the one early Jesse Kelly. He is a former marine also former congressional candidate. And he hosts a wonderful radio show himself on nine fifty K P R C in Houston the Jesse Kelly show. Jesse good to have you back. Great to be here, man. And it is it is extra bad extra horrible want. Somebody who is not supposed to be here. Does something terrible to a citizen of this country or multiple citizens, and it's extra extra bad. When you realized that we actually had him. We had him in our hands and insane liberal laws. Fifty right back out on the street to kill again. And none of these people are ever held accountable for what they well. That's that's exactly what we're going to go with this is that I keep trying to to to hammer this point that liberals start with a fundamentally false premise on illegal immigration. And that is that there's no downside to this. And it's it's it's astonishing Jesse. Because when you when you push them on specific issues. Yeah, you'll get them to admit. You'll get them to admit that. Okay. Sure. There are some MS thirteen members that come to the country, there's some drug cartel activity. But they always start from his premise of. No, no, no, this is this is a good thing. And then when? You look at sanctuary city policy. You look at what's going on at the border day in and day out with people who are coming in abusing the system claiming silent who shouldn't get it. There are a lot of costs here. And yet the other side never even discusses the cost. I mean, you'll notice this. You never hear Democrats say, you know, what you're right. It's putting a strain on some communities to have so many illegal immigrants coming in. It's it's hurting Americans who are dying by the tens of thousands now from opioid overdoses, which are overwhelmingly drugs from the cartels. They don't even start from a place of honesty in this conversation. Don't because honestly, if they were honest about it, you know, you have to secure a border. That's not even a Republican or democrat ignorance, at least it used to be. I mean, people seem to forget like in the sixties and the fifties and sixties and before that both parties were strong border security parties. This is not the normal democrat party. This party is just simply gone insane. Every country in the history of the world has acknowledge they have to secure the border is part of what makes you as a sovereign nations. Only this modern day insane. Democrat party has gone this route it's sad. It's sad to see because it's really an impossible win. It makes it impossible to ever get any real border security when you're constantly fighting half the country who was the border wide open. And I was just watching earlier today to see so so I could keep tabs on what's going on with congress, and it's possible shutdown and Shepard Smith was was on his show. And he just just dropped casual. In in his conversation with one of his guests. He goes, well experts say walls, don't work, and I keep hearing this from people as though this is like the sciences settled walls, don't work. I have personally been told by the head of border patrol by the head of immigration and customs enforcement that a wall would be very helpful. So you who are these experts? Are we just talking about, you know, open borders activists, and and people that are funded by the open society foundation like who are these border experts that say walls, don't work. I actually applaud him because he found the same experts. This is the Obama model Obama used to do this all the time of well, all the experts say that I'm eleven feet tall and bulletproof and nobody ever would ask you, okay? Which expert that's not nearly all the expert saying walls. Don't work is the dumbest thing in the history of mankind because every single society in the history of the world has had some sort of wall in barrier specifically because they work if they stopped working, I'm pretty sure entity would have stopped using them about five thousand years ago. Yeah. Walled cities were really the the basis of modern civilisation for a long time. So yes, it is true. People could storm the walls they could use battering Rams. They could tunnel under them. But they weren't like, you know, what we're going to give up this whole wall idea. This isn't working. It's crazy. It's that's the next route. They go at it. They their original argument. Sound even worse when I say well Bill ladder over them. No one said, it's foolproof. I mean, if you create new obstacles for them and people do have to understand the walls are critical in the urban areas. Yeah, they're fine in the rural areas, but normally the border patrol has time to respond to the rural area in the urban areas, you have to have a physical barrier. Otherwise, once they cross they built into the population, and they are gone you. If you do not have some sort of serious physical wall fence, triple fence, whatever you wanna call it into urban area. You cannot secure the border can't be done. I mean, just how long how long driver you from the border right now, you're down you're actually in a border state, really the primary border state. How long did it take you to get down there? Four hours from the border. And I ran for congress back in Tucson Rollins an hour and a half two hours from the border and because of that run for office, I've spent plenty of time on the border and meeting with border patrol and so on. So yeah, it's I I've done enough border times. And no you you'd be really really sad. If you saw the way we protect this country. We we I was gonna say I'm sure you've been to the areas where it's like, hey, here's the border, and you can take a photo. It's just there's nothing there there is that you've seen everybody's seen. I'm assuming savior private saving private Ryan, those basically still deem X looking on the beaches when they land Normandy. I am not exaggerating. That is what consists of a border fence in several areas of at least, the Tucson sector of the border is we would have to go down there and tourists, and they're just be miles for as well as far as you could see that you or I or a two year old child could get through in a half a second. It's not even a barrier. I don't know why you don't just hold up. A welcome sign. Jesse very important question for you switching gears for a second. Here. What is the best season of narcos so far speaking of the border? It's got to be the original. Now, I love the new narcos Mexico because the Mexican cartel really really fast. If you just people who have don't understand how new the idea of a Mexican cartel is they've always been drugs. They're never always been crime and corruption, but really an organized cartel did not start until the eighties there when they decided that that was a great place. They could they could be powerful by running all the Colombian coach to Mexico. So I love the new narcos Mexico, but the original one with Pablo Escobar, I eat up anything cartel in Pablo Escobar is just a fascinating day. Well, you know, the reason the Mexican cartel was so the cartels plural were so successful. And I I keep trying to remind people that last year was the most violent year in Mexico's modern history for murders. So the cartel activity is sky high because there's so much money being made off of well a bunch of different drugs. Mostly herro. Ellen and synthetic though synthetic variants the opioids that they make and. The reason they can get into the countries because we got an unsecured border. It's a lot easier to bring it across the border. Then it is to fly it in from Carta Hedo or from Mediterranean or wherever and so it just goes to show, you that in a sense the drug war. The the market has spoken our southern border is our weak underbelly. 'cause that's why the Mexican cartels are so powerful their hundred percent, right. And it's funny. You brought that up because the reason they are so powerful the reason they became the trafficking area was because we shut down. Cuba was the place where we were hauling in almost all the token to the United States was conserving, especially in the nineteen seventies. Everybody's seen, you know, Miami vice with the drugs and stuff I mean that was real Miami is built on cocaine money. That is a it is s for real. And we've found a way to lock it down. And they looked around and saw well, wait a minute. Why would we the mess around with the Caribbean in the coast guard? But would did you just walk it right across the southern border. These idiots. Don't even guard the border. Yup. So Jesse before we let you go because it's obviously about to be Christmas. What is Christmas celebration like in the Kelly household? What what are you guys you do you? Do you have your kids? You know, do lots of pushups you guys watch football. What do you guys do? You know, it's just unexciting now in my back is ever. See? I always think when I was a kid if it was just me my sister, my folks lay back, but since I've been married I've had to do the mayor. You're gonna you're gonna experience this pal. I've had to do the married and married with kids doing were what year yet to fly. It's Christmas just socks where you're traveling all last year. I put my foot down the more. We wake up kiddos open presents data drinks a Cup of coffee with some linski inside of it. We'd cinnamon rolls. And then we do a movie because no one else goes to the movies on Christmas day and all the good movies are out. We pick a movie, and we go around noon or what? Waving do you know the movie is going to be already this year? Doc woman. We already have look I have kids. So I'm limited to anything basically PG or roughly PG thirteen so aquaman. All right. You know, made like two hundred and fifty million dollars in China, by the way. Well, any superhero movie makes big money now because it's to be honest. It's one of the only movies at one parents can take their kids have to you. Don't get browbeat with any politics, not left. Not right. You just go and just enjoy Saddam explosions and whatnot at walkout. Let's just enjoyable. What a movie supposed to be? And what is the proper food to eat on Christmas day? Well, you know, I'm pretty classy. So I'll probably pick up a Little Caesars pizza, maybe with some crazy bread as well. I have no doubt. We're going to be eating steak at some point in time. Don't waste your time with ham or Turkey people alive. You say you'd rather have ham or a Turkey overstay? Your a bald faced liar. Wow. He's calling out. He's calling out the roast lamb folks with a baked ham. Sorry, I keep saying roast baked ham. Daycare. All right. United States of America would look at a baked ham in a sizzling prime rib and pick the baked ham Nova Jesse Kelly controversial but truth telling as always Jesse Kelly everybody listened to him nine fifty K P R C in Houston. And nobody ever would ask you ok which expert that's not nearly all the experts say walls. Don't work is the dumbest thing in the history of mankind because every single society in the history of the world has had some sort of wall in barriers specifically because they work if they stopped working, I'm pretty sure humanity would have stopped using them about five thousand years ago. Walled cities were really the basis of modern civilisation for a long time. So yes, it is true. People could storm the walls they could use battering Rams. They could tunnel under them. But they weren't like, you know, what we're going to give up this whole wall idea. This isn't working. It's it is crazy isn't that's the next route they go, and it makes their original argument. Sound even worse when they say, well, they'll ladder over them. No-one said, it's foolproof. I mean, if you create new obstacles for them and people do have to understand the walls are critical in the urban areas. Yeah, there's five in the rural areas, but normally the border patrol has time to respond to the rural area in the urban areas, you have to have a physical barrier. Otherwise, once they cross they built into the population, and they are gone you. If you do not have some sort of serious physical wall fence, triple fence, whatever you wanna call it in an urban area. You cannot secure the border can't be done. I mean, just how long how long a driver you from the border right now, you're down you're actually in a border state, really the primary border state. How long did it take you to get down? There are four hours from the border. And I ran for congress back in Tucson Rollins an hour and a half two hours from the voter. And because of that run for office, I've spent plenty of time on the voters and meeting with border patrol and so on. So yeah, it's I I I've done enough border times to no you you'd be really really sad. If you saw the way we protect this country. We we I was gonna say I'm sure you've been to the areas where it's like, hey, here's the border, and you could take a photo. It's just there's nothing there there is that you've seen everybody's seen. I'm assuming state private saving private Ryan, basically steel beam x looking on the beaches when they landed in Normandy, I am not exaggerating. That is what consists of a border fence in several areas of at least the Tucson sector of the border because we would have to go down there and tourists, and they're just be miles for as well as far as you could see that you or I or a two year old child could get through in a half a second. It's not even a barrier. I don't know why you don't just hold up. A welcome son. Jesse very important question for you switching gears for a second. Here. What is the best season of narcos so far speaking of the border? It's gotta be the original. Now, I love the new narcos Mexico because the Mexican cartel really, really fast paced. If people don't understand how news the idea of a Mexican cartel is there have always been drugs. They're never always been crime and corruption that really an organized cartel did not start until the eighties there when they decided that that was a great place. They could they could be powerful by running all the Colombian coach to Mexico. So I love the new narcos next. But the original mama Pablo Escobar, eat up editing cartel in Pablo. Escobar fascinating. Well, you know, the reason the Mexican cartel was. So the cartels plural were so successful. And I keep trying to remind people that last year was the most violent year in Mexico's modern history for murders. So the cartel activity is sky high because there's so much money being made off of well, a bunch of different drugs mostly heroin, and synthetic synthetic variants the opioids that that they make and. the reason they can get into the countries because we've got an unsecured border. It's a lot easier to bring it across the border. Then it is to fly it in from Carta Hedo or from at a year or wherever and so it just goes to show you that in a sense the drug war. The market has spoken. Our southern border is our weak underbelly. Because that's why the Mexican cartels are so powerful. One hundred percent, right. And it's funny. You brought that up because the reason they are so powerful the reason they became the trafficking area was because we shut down Cuba. Cuba was the place where we were hauling in almost all the token. The United States was conserving especially in the nineteen seventies. Everybody's seen, you know, Miami vice with the drug stuff, I mean that was real Miami is built on cocaine money that is it is it s for real. And we found a way to lock it down. And they looked around and saw well, wait a minute. Why would we even mess around with Florida, maybe in the votes in the coast guard, but would you just walk right across the southern border. These idiots don't even guard the border. Yup. So Jesse before we let you go because it's obviously about to be Christmas. What is Christmas celebration like in the Kelly household? What are you guys? Do you? Do you? Do you have your kids? You know, you lots of push ups. You guys watch football. What do you guys do? You know, it's unexciting now in my back is ever. See? What do you think do, you know, the movie is going to be already this year? Doc woman, we already I have. I look I have kids. So I'm limited to anything basically PT or roughly PG thirteen so Oklahoma. All right. You know, made like two hundred and fifty million dollars in China, by the way. Well, any superhero movie makes big money now because it's to be honest. It's one of the only movies at one parents can take their kids to you. Don't get browbeat with any politics, not left. Not right. You just go and just enjoy Saddam explosions and whatnot at walkout. Let's just enjoy a movie supposed to be. And what is the proper food to eat on Christmas day?
