"You think anybody like like a wants like this in riga. Yeah yeah. He's like you think anybody wants to do this when he's talking about like you know your pass three days where you were picking tomatoes and you know just working to have a place to sleep that night and you know stuff like that. Go from place to place yeah. It's you know it's like yeah. This is this is bullshit. Yeah well and and. I think what's what's smart about this version of the you know border-crossing story is that by grounding it in the perspective of the child any audience member who is unfamiliar with some of this stuff is discovering it with him right now and that's always the brilliance of using the child as your perspective character is that you can take a child. Put them into adult circumstances and go. This is what people have to deal with. Oh now now my brain works and you can introduce them in. Walk them through the ins and outs of this things. Because the children doesn't understand so now you have to explain to the child and then you get to explain to the audience and so i think that this movie you talk about how this movie really works. And it's because this movie is a very effectively thought out film from from the perspective of the narrative to what he faces to how he handles what he faces to the choices that we see other characters make you know. I think that it's just an overall really effective Film and i was. I was really touched by it and i was also blown away by by the young boys performance. I thought that carlos did absolutely he broke my heart in so many subtle ways all the time when he gets up and pays the bill while having his meal with his dad. Another moment where. I was jusuf upset. Was when he gets out of the complex in the car gets founded and he leaves and they show that he dropped his money all of his money. I screamed settle. Who would you do this. No yeah just great film yes. Man on bounced everything is. Everything's working there. Yeah i really. If you haven't seen it absolutely see this one. Like i really recommended it. here's The strength of this movie. And i bought the sole circle back to free. Also.

He's been busy working hard We had some big news on the podcast platform. Recently the month of august was our largest month ever for the podcast platform. And so that's huge news That that is all. That's thing about that. That's just the priests he's in No real regular season games at beat last november. So dave. You're a big part of that ain't podcast platform. Google doesn't matter it really doesn't matter so just want to make that announcement. Dave i want to give you a platform to talk about a little give way. We are doing Go ahead an alien preview. This on the scarborough show not for sure that people need to have heard a bunch. But it's worth reiterating so go ahead and talk about that. Yeah i i. I'm so glad you remember. Because i forgot through my started that yes. We are doing our once again. Third annual we gotta say third annual. Because it's our third time we've been at each year where we are doing a a survivor. Pool. i came up with this idea. Because you know. I know andrew lavar. This year did a did a fantasy football. You only have so many people that can do that with this. We can have as many we. Just start making you know i i. I thought we could just have his what. Then i realized you gotta cut off each league one hundred. We're in the league to already. And it's filling up so we but we'll just making new leagues all the people that would like to do it. Everyone's invited just ask that you only do one entry per user name. We don't even have an age requirement. You know if you've got if you're under eighteen it's okay we just gotta give the prize away if you win to an adult and for those who do not know what survivor. Football is real. Quick week one. You pick game if that team pick one team. If that team wins you move on to week to if he loses. You're out then you go to week to you got to do it again. And the only stipulation is. You can't use the same team twice once you use a team. You can't use them anymore. And if you make it far enough. We get the week fifteen. Then you gotta start picking two teams every week so The first year that we did it we didn't make it that far last year we did last year. We did but this year. The prizes on autographed joe haden football. I feel bad. Because i haven't even for this show. So what is it. jeff know. I'm laughing because it's like what you said. It was the date of the rainy article on the website. Announcing its joe haden autograph but which is really cool. I mean we've had some big name. Players did marquees pouncey last year. Believe go two years ago. So you're right last year. Was patsy last wisconsin. Who was two years ago. David decastro okay. So we've ever some big name players that were given away autographed. Footballs and then the same day. I had to write the article. Joe haden about that extension. I'm just gonna test free agency because they were too far away on. Yeah for sure. that's what it is. He's like joins. If that's all you can offer me. Now that yeah. Let's wait till next year. So yeah the problem with no. It wasn't just the same day. It was the very next article. The next article was the content law. Mom just now. That was funny but it's lots of fun. Make sure you get in. Their staff is in there. I tried to get all of us in the first one sort of people that signed up. I got to be with all the staff. But they didn't. All this does is coach. Mr captain blue checkmark in there at all yet. I don't i don't know i talked to him today. And just didn't even think about asking him that. Yeah yeah so. I'm not sure if he's gonna get him one of them. Yeah we'll we'll make sure you get there. But i'll go ahead if you're listening right now on youtube or facebook live. I'll go ahead and give you the info to the league. That's left right now. I gotta say. I think there's a about thirty spots left in league two. Yeah there's thirty one left in the second league as it fills up that. I'll just update the article with thirdly but right now if you would like to enter i gotta look at this here. You could go to yahoo survival football and the group. "Okay. There's a roller coaster right there. Yeah good call lee. Why was he saying that. Why did bill were. also that part is what. I'm so confused weird. It's a weird one about young people not worrying no because he says she should. Yeah yeah she should wear mass. We should wear masks and then because it because it's old. But i'm convinced he's saying it bill worrell because we are we're she is a beautiful woman and we are just old men. That's what i actually think he's saying. And then bullard sorta covers zara. That's my that's my. I mean we can get bill rail on the podcast now that he's retired. Maybe he's got some time. He's into an advisory role to houston rockets. But i believe like many people in the world says you're not sick. You're not old. You've got no worries. Take off the mask. That's basically that's essentially what he's saying. But i mean good point by trait about the sound system. I mean bill. Royal sounds a little like me. In that instance where he yeah. What's going on here in the stadium. Piping in the booze that was a really good he was commenting on. Yeah they didn't like the foul call in houston audio. Production jumped rain. They're doing a good job. So he's been at the helm or he was at the helm of play by play for forty years so good one time i saw tribute video to him. Started in eighty doing the rockets game sceptre up in houston so yeah pretty seen on loves the game and hope he enjoys his retirement. Thanks to ahmed patel for sending that one in. But we couldn't end on that one the final say. What is the bulls broadcast team of adam amine and stacey king great deal but it really has nothing to. What's that new combination. Yeah yeah. Because he's taking neil fox job. Yeah adam i mean has this is first season did a great job with stacey king but really has nothing to do with the bulls at all focuses on blazer center yousef merkich all play adam amine. Jd will play. stacey king. nurkic.

"Joe ingles the australian. He's probably kangaroo or to jumping. Joe caldwell fit in perfectly right now. You ever spent time in australia a little after my nba career. I was there with the french team i played for. Did you like you know. I had my wallet stolen. Sorry it's okay not too many out there. I got it back and seeing all right a lot to digest the food great line. I remember that game. And i remember ben. Simmons had a huge games. I think impede was out injured. They had no guys. Yeah i do that too so the game was real and the point was real too. I think with the forty two because he had a huge asset game. Yeah so these effects this happen you know. Joe ingles of course in. I don't know if i'll ever did go to australia. That pod sort of confused on that. I just feel with ben simmons. Big joe ingles connects connection to utah and not do not be probably did go to australia and he probably did get his wallet stolen so i think a lot of things point this in the direction of being real again true he. He was saying specifically that he played the frankly played for. I guess went to australia for a game. Yes that's what he's saying is what he's implying. Trae what he think. Well as lee mentioned these are some facts about the game had definitely happen. I think i was the game. That ben simmons afterwards was like joe aura rudy. Gobert is not the defensive player of the year or something right basically like i just let them up. I don't know it's tough. I've been off. I've been at the three in a row here. So gimme real with a big old grain. Salt skeets i will say the the joey. Kangaroo ingles like australian connection like not. They're not their finest work or maybe not as this work. I don't know which one. But i think it's them and i think it's real to you know you're you're you're you're on the spot there you're calling a live game and you're trying to think quick and okay. Let's get joe joe joe. We'd ingles australian got the i. I see how that happens on the broadcast. I will go real jd..

"All to into thanks jaydee for covering me there. Well done to use her. And thank you to brad beatson longtime no dunks ran for sending that one in. Let's hear amir's thoughts on if you guys are going to get that one right. What about this a mirror. How do you feel about this. What do you think the guys are going to get it. The coups making three will throw them off. They'll think that it's definitely fake. But people sort of forgot that he he shot pretty well this regular susan. It was the playoffs. The maybe the recency bias will throw them off. They'll say coups. Making a three lakers pulling away doesn't sound like the purple and gold and they'll say this whole thing was fake attention to detail is like trying to get in our heads but no no no. I do wonder if he had done a better mark jackson impersonation would it made us li like actually think it was fake because he you'd be leaning right. He just sort of just straight up. Read it in a weird way. It helped it be believable. Don't that doesn't make any sense. Accents mirrors a busy guy. You know he. He is not not as board as i am. I don't think went and did a reread. He didn't do it pre read. I think that's clear. Jd no sense coming in fresh cold. Reid he'd heated awesome. But i'm pretty sure it was a cold. Yeah yeah because actually while we were recording. I got him to listen to the screen. Because i wanted him to screen the those lamar heard screaming. I want him to feel that when we didn't go through the mark jackson won in all fairness. I mean i called upon him last second he got in on it. He did a good job. All right let's move. You tune sucks to mark. Jackson amir blumenfeld road. See if it even. When i do jack it's easy to do a one line. Yeah garbage if you really start actually doing a full accent. That's hard anyway. we've got a few more next. We're going to utah as philadelphia and their broadcast crew. Visit the jazz on eight january monday. Ben simmons had a big forty two that night. If i remember correctly the sixers mark zuma f- and ala aljenobi they bounce around be zubov. Jd will play at v. We're tied with five minutes. Left to play in the third. The sixers have gone to their bench again and remember. They only have eight.

"Y. Dot com slash ducks. Sweat is back. That's right it's summer here in atlanta and it sure feels like it spent three minutes outside. And you'll be just like migos came through dripping drip drip but it's all good. Thanks to element. Element is a tasty electrolyte. Drink mix with everything you need and nothing you don't. That means lots of salt with no sugar because when you sweat. The primary electrolyte lost is sodium elite athletes. Such as myself can lose up to seven grams of sodium per day and when that sodium isn't replaced it's common to experience muscle cramps and fatigue. No thank you not a problem. Though with element element contains a science backed electrolyte ratio. A thousand milligrams of sodium two hundred milligrams of potassium sixty milligrams of magnesium all perfectly formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte. Needs and perfectly suited to folks following kito low car or paleo diet. we all need electrolytes. Sugar artificial ingredients artificial coloring. I can see making that perplexed face because you heard dave ben say perogie now. The clip went even longer. There was a correction by the producer. Let's play that back. Oh my passion these viagi doggies rectify vanessa. The truck. how do you save this. People can't hear you bureau these weeks at yagi. My family a one way conversation with our producer. Sf hello love he he. So dave benz called doggies at his house. You're definitely not. I don't know if he's missed remembering whatever but the producer asks him. Who says my family all right. This is a preseason game and we're going to get to the bottom of this. Yeah so we went back to the preseason. I appreciate you ski thinking. I'm a busy man in having the time to write something like that. But i can definitely write some novels in the past. Sure i've got but anyways but hold on like another reason. We should have known it was. It could have been real and ended up being real. I don't know many like these are older guys on the broadcast. There talking accordions here. And i don't know anyone young- younger that plays accordion talking about their grandparents. Yeah they were talking about it They've seen it with their own eyes. Got video the one guy says we got see that video uncle forty very cool but yeah that definitely dates definitely. Yeah just a friend of the program. I'm sure we could ask him for that video. Okay he'll send it in. It's one of the seems like it's one of his most treasured vision. It's okay if i had an uncle played the accord. Okay lease point out if it's fake. Incredible job lee that he slips in like the hall is jefferson nubia. That is amazing. But i think it's real. Because i had to try to think if hollis jefferson was even on the timber wolves in preseason. Yeah yeah you know what i think. It's fake but i don't think tass routed i think someone else. Maybe maybe task just decided. Oh i'm gonna do to pre- seasons in a row just in case there onto the first one so i think it is fake. It's fake but yeah. I don't know i missed part on the last one. So here's why it could be real and we get back to back to preseason. This is the start of the season. Our fans are excited about the possibility of a say. What coming back. They're locked into these games and they're sending it to task to say. Hey listen to this clip or maybe task. Themselves season ongoing real. But you guys you guys are making some good points. We just heard matin jack. Really go off the rails about jack wanting to fight somebody in utah because they were talking during the broadcast. You're going to get silly in a preseason and this is one that would be worth saving for months and months to bring up three wavering. here. I'm not flop in this early. I n teams fake fake. "Pretty good with those fans who were right in front of us. Yeah i should have probably refrained from a few choice word now now now i mean you're nice to them. They were idiots. You were nice. I was very nice. Yes it's a four point game five seventeen ago. This is preseason game and seeing this was definitely the most shut ups we've ever had and thank you. That's why i'm sort of leaning fake. I don't think jack's quite that aggressive is he. I think he. I think he likes to have fun. But all those shot ops. I think that's because we have seen jackass. He's a man of the people even like he gets out there and people love jack and jack loves them. he's the raptors fans. He's no but i think he's one of those ones that people i think he's more universally versus love than anyone really hates jack. Why could you hate jack. How could you hijack that's fair. I have to say. I have to say j. j. matt devlin was actually spot on onto very big carrying that devlin level straight shooter too high. Not too low draws out syllables. Just perfectly but yeah. I agree so so lease leaning like that was a fake one. Mainly because of jack's aggression. I mean maybe jackson gresham comes from him sounding a little bit like an jack armstrong. Doing tony soprano a little bit. I'm i do the level of detail. That jd is devlin brought. I think that rings a little bit true to me. Devlin loves to fill a silence. He'll hit you with la. He's famous for from brampton or whatever. The guy has a deep bag of references to pull from so. I think i'm leaning real here. It's extended to which you know kind of makes sense in a preseason game literally no clue at this point if there were blowouts in the preseason for the raptors which would give matt and jack a lot to talk about skied. You're gonna be on you. Buddies dishes real. Okay let me talk this through. First off yeah. Jd's devlin fantastic tacitly. Your jack got better better over four. Yeah i agree. It's gotten better over the years. I can't do jack justice but yeah it's got better. Yeah yeah it's weird that if this is fake you decided to put it in the preseason. Okay why do you say that. I just seems like a me. look crazy. so that's just a that's a really weird attention to detail to try and fake soda. I guess. But i don't even think you would think of that. I don't i don't think you would just put it in the regular season. And if you were making it up if you were writing this so i also think because it's in the preseason that jack is little feisty mealy maybe maybe dropping like the little shut up recalling back to those utah fans and you know again. This could just be great writing from task here but it makes sense that he would if he were to get into sort of like a little squabble with any fan base i can see the utah jazz fans being the ones. So so that sorta checks the box for me for real. I think it's real specially that attention to detail like you said. Tk of devlin talking about the cough button and the talk back button data. Classic devlin like he'll he'll just peel back the curtain and let you know how it goes down so i'm ultimately going to go with trae here and i'm going to say i'm going to say it's real all right. Jd let's reveal it.

Of course of course still another possibility is to extend federal hate crime protections. He wrote a foul she and other scientists targeted by far right extremist so so but not to extend it to those targeted by far left extremism throwing a lot at your rights. No only people in the reich and commit hate crimes. It's extraordinary that a bill like that can even be presented. That is comical. That is satire. Well i'd like to read the bill. I don't even know what's in the bill could be. I'm assuming it's the opposite of what it claims. I'm sure it's about not having entirety. I'm sure it's about science have authority. i says. probably with to just imagine that this powerful person who's been in government for fifty years or so he's worked for like four different presidents or something like that foul she has and he has all this power and he's been involved in all of these big major scandals and controversies. "Right in that range and then it's got the escalator language. So if you could somehow makes all NBA team or anything like that, then he bumps up to that full 207, which is the Trae young that's where Luka doncic will be. So, yeah. So I think that's wrong, you know, a pretty good, you know, spot for them to be there and then they re-signed Mike muscala. That was a little bit of a surprise, but they've always liked him. There. They like that, he's dead. You know, that big in there to work with their other young big, so like Alexi books schefsky and those guys. So, I'm just remember if it was one of my, it was one of my favorite like, just offer stated tweets of the night, it just popped back into my head. That when the mic was small thing came across. I remember my tweetdeck is just, you know, going berserk, right? Like a, cuz there's so much going on and I just saw just enough of yours. I think he tweeted something like, like, in response to Mike muscala. You just tweeted like, I mean, okay, or whatever. Like, I guess, I guess that's something like, like that, where it's like, yeah, that's that is it? That's the reaction to Mike muscala, right? They already traded Moses Brown, and Al Horford out. They they added off waivers in case anybody forgotten that had happened in a salary dump from Utah and then Kemba Walker clearly on, they added him. We'll see if you know, maybe one of these teams that misses out on a point, guard gets a little more often. You're sitting Kemba Walker, you know, potentially in a trade as of right now, I would guess know you would that, but you do have the Knicks everything that they did other than resigning, Derrick Rose. They did not add a point guard, okay? Other than Derrick Rose. So you know, let's see what the next few on day two. They've got about seven million more in cap space so that could be targeted at one of these guys who hasn't been signed yet. But yeah well we'll see when we get there Portland Trailblazers their big deal was resigning Norman. Powell five years ninety million so big chunk of change for Norman Powell but don't get robbed. Yeah, refer to as that. Now the Duncan Robinson deal but they added that Macklemore from the Lakers. Like I'm going to be a minimum contract, they're dead. He was going to get squeezed out by think more Shore, things in L and LX. Yeah yeah. That's that's exactly a Wayne Ellington, you know. Yeah we'll talk about we get the Lakers but that's what happened job. But I like that for Portland, they needed somebody who could, you know, knock down some shots and then they added Cody Zeller, he's going to be there new backup, big my guess is they're moving on from enes Kanter? So Zeller world team team up behind Jusuf nurkic there and then they lost Zach Collins. Well, we're going to come back to that one. Yes, we're getting that one. We're going to finish with that verse but yeah, yeah, all right. That's perfect. Well, you should now and I'll go on a rant that's going to be fun to go here. So yeah, I mean, I don't know that any of these moves are get Damian Lillard saying, you know, let me know. You'll be a buy more real estate here in Portland and eventually you'll lock down even further. But you know, it's a start at least you'll.

"We're looking in a plan of what what we would do. If we didn't get on the list but we did and then every day we were full and they walked through that line and then the protests ended the week athlete because they honestly straight up man they almost one item. Never let them look like they almost did. I was always like how you doing here. Many wasting time. You know you wanna talk about the name of the stock. We do this together. I don't we work together. How do we had internet in the back of my mind. I knew that we didn't have long to live if we didn't if we didn't get past and on room was like a light switch meme and it was a full year. It's an every salaam readers Canada less goes out so everyone also in every single. Eric had for the whole year. You're in bat front-seat. Everyone wants to read something interesting on a plane. Yeah the route. Effective real This restaurant and then it's also like how do you transition thereafter where you've gotten from like something quite curated and his use to this space of a restaurant being a absolutely fucking jam-packed restaurant and how do you still maintain those standards. That was a complicated year. And i lost a year to the day of fat. Almost i think it was eleven months later when i lost makoto in quite a large bit of my crew because we're too busy and was complicated and And also the neighborhood. I think that was a big aspect of why some people wanted out of the restaurant at that time. And so how do we. How do you create a restaurant. That is still amazing. While you're trying to make money which also fucking weird actually trying to turn a profit in. This industry is difficult when wages are so difficult all that stuff so every single year that we we we look like. We've had a banner year. It just gets back in the people. Getting caught like the cost of living in vancouver is skyrocketed so quickly so fast that every time every year that we look like. We're like. Oh yeah yeah mitch money or it's like need to raise salaries. We need to do this speaking to do this. We need to invest in this. And then it's like we broke even again. Jusuf and every restaurants are knows. Exactly what i'm talking about because you know that there's things that you can do better for your people at any point in time and we tried to every opportunity do that in. It's complicated in. It's expensive in its heart. So how hard was it to find the chef. After makoto left. How hard was it to to find. Because it's a pretty unique concept. I mean still at the time it was. You know it's french. But the asian influence. But it's not asian fusion either like. It's not this cookie cutter thing that you can just find somebody like. Oh yeah i can do that. Oh i hsien was. Shin was great magnitude shin for for a while. And i was really that was that was not that hard i had to was a little bit. I mean i. I was being interviewed by Wife mostly hardcore nicholas awesome and but the hard part was actually to be honestly when ended up really happening. I had I had a crew that Had given really..

"With him and stuff like that all the time and and he he lives he's just like all of us he lives and dies with every single play which is so great. That is great to see and meanwhile, Derek birth. You're just kind of calm and quiet and watching the game and every once awhile, he'll throw out something like oh they just ran that set and they should have done this this and this here and and so he's really good boy. He breaks things down. And by the way James Brown was there as well and he is as loud and animated and as cheerful as as he comes across on on T. He just it's just who he is, which is very cool. Oh, that's awesome. Awesome. So let's get into a few other comments here where we where we call it an evening and we still have to get to the Master Lock of the night people asking what can we do as far as trading Gasol? Yeah, you're probably not trading them at this point a veteran minimum salary. Ricky Gilbert says Gasol should be able to guard jokic. Yeah. I mean that that's really what you got Marcus. All right specifically for that kind of a matchup for Nikola jokic for perhaps Jusuf nurkic, the bigger centres that you could run into in the NBA, maybe even a rude dog. Bear you might have to have deal with that. So there are some centers that they that are not that quick that Gasol might be needed to deal with in the NBA Playoffs. There are some matchups where he doesn't look good tonight. I thought was kind of one of those nights and frankly. We're seeing him not look good more often than not but there's also some very specific matchups where you might wind up glad that you had him. Now, that doesn't mean they don't need to go find somebody else though. And again, I do think the Lakers are dressed that on the buyout market and less something just Falls abruptly cuz lap before the trade deadline, which is Somebody said poor Gasol. He's getting hammered nightly. I know I don't want to you know, I really, you know, I'm really curious though to see him in that matchup. I mean maybe if we took I don't know what our next match up is with the Nuggets, but you know, maybe it'll make us feel a little better if we see him a good showing against Joker cuz you know, the only thing you had me thinking about was like, okay, I'm thinking back to what we had before and you know, Javale McGee was getting bullied by what guy you're referring to so, you know, maybe if we think it's all in some matchups like what you're saying that kind of our little more suitable for him a better matchup, you know, maybe we'll feel a little better. I mean probably not cuz I know you know, we've you know, it's been kind of tough these last few games watching him, but I don't know man. It looks like he could just use like to lose a good fifteen or twenty pounds. Honestly, it would probably help them out a lot. Well, so I've got you know, when we look at Marcus all it would take a really monstrous performance from him. I think in order to turn around some of the negativity that we see around him, which I still think is a bit overblown. I think people don't give credit for the things that he does. Well, for example, the Hawks wage and they the Lakers just put gas. All right, as a free throw line right in that high post exactly what they should do. He got the ball. He didn't even hesitate the ball was in his hands for less than a second and here I full. Out to the Ball out to the corner for a 3-pointer the Lakers psyche. He picked that zone apart in a second and there's very few centers in the NBA that can do that..

Former NFL Patriot Ryan O'Callaghan talks LGBTQ struggles
"My next guest had a six year. NFL Career his book my life on the line and how the NFL damn near killed me. It ended up saving my life. He is one of the I would say one of the most influential people. Certainly for me that I've known of in the last ten years. His his name is Ryan O'Callaghan Ryan. Thanks for. Give me some at least a moment of your time today. I can't thank you enough for that. Absolutely thanks Yeah Mansell. There's so much I I wanNA talk to you about but for your sanity I'll try to keep it. Keep it short so I feel like your life is and there's many monumental moments in your life so i Kinda Wanna put everything together other for people who live in New England. You know people that are a fan of yours for what you've done on the field what you've done off the field so I'm going to try to paint a complete fleet picture and I know for your saying they try to keep it in a minimal amount of time So you're boarding redding California and I thought I read a quote Ryan where you said at times it might be more conservative places in Alabama's that growing up at least anyway. It was that something. He's still feel today that that's the absolute truth growing up and even today I mean I think it's safe to say it might even be more conservative than it was when I was growing up. Just there's a lot of I'll reply Jusuf Sir religious influence in town that that moved into town and it's really been driving the politics and there's just not a big city city nearby so it's kind of a bubble in a lot of people. Don't get out sell it targeted open. Mind when when you Kinda stuck somewhere case for a lot of people here yeah and that makes so much sense and I guess that's a conversation at a time because I feel very strongly it from what you're saying because I feel like people talk religious and religion I and it's supposed to be preaching tolerance. oftentimes I feel. Religion is is more judgmental than anything else Ryan but I guess that's a that's a conversation will table for another time. You know I just just. I'm for people. Can they can believe in what they want. Right it's got it's gotTa Stop Short of hating judgment and the group. DOC ID. That's yeah and that's my point like it's believing who you want. But it's I even think with any religion Ryan wherever you live. The more important horn thing is how do you treat people on a day to day basis. Not what you believe what you think will get you into heaven like what are you. How are you treating your everyday man even even if you might not disagree even if you don't agree with what this person does or doesn't do I don't know that's you've ignited something merely on and I totally agree with you? Yeah we're on the same case we are so you're you're a conservative Irish Catholic family. I'm Irish get it. I'm talking about your childhood growing up outside of the obvious in what many people know about you that you struggle which we're going to get to talk to me about it was like growing up for you personally. I don't I don't have a lot of bad things to say about my childhood. Like my family. My Daddy always provided everything everything I ever needed You know we -cations all all that was was great him. I think the things that in my childhood that affected me down the road were the different things that would here. Come out of the mouths of my loved ones and that that was really that the lasting effective of is my childhood. And that's why I'd speak to adults and parents these days. I really try to stress You know watching what you say is at all sticks and stones wake posit. Words will never hurt you but that that's that's not the trip especially as a kid you you hear those words and they stick with you for your life and you know it has a way else. That's different things and they come from people that you admire him before we get to some of that Ryan Ryan. How many siblings do you have? I have one sister WHO's sixteen months older My Dad when he was eighteen he got married and had two kids. I do have two half sisters who are quite a bit older. I got you and you know just fast forwarding you know in highschool. We'll probably kind of work our way back on occasion. You end up at CAL. Berkeley your top offensive line prospect. I mean I. I think you're before we get to what you've done off the field. Your ability on on the field for those listening people New England know it for sure was remarkable and when I find most remarkable about it was you know how you felt emotionally which she was all I get it. I took completely get it but do you think you would have. You are amazing as it is. If you love football in things in society was different different. Do you think you could have been that much better or do you think your ability was. What was the question what you're saying? Yeah I was in college especially those. That was pretty good. I won the best offense Lineman award in the conference and I did a lot of great things but I let you know my my game is if you WANNA call him. Just my secrets that were driving my life affect too many things I myself I made myself get too big just just just basically to hide my sexuality appear not attractive and that affected my play on the
