"I was doing a little research which we try not to do on this program. The farthest blindfolded american football field goal is forty. Five yards achieve by davis brief from hanover. New hampshire back in two thousand eighteen. He is a been kicking since fifth grade. And he wiped out the previous record holder. Pat mcafee justin tucker should be able to do that like just walking out on the field. Like knock that out. Pre-game just come and now he can't blindfold and then people say oh look at him. He doesn't he's taken it or he. So cocky here's something did not know but doing a little more research here. Since twenty fifteen the ravens have attempted to hundred and twelve field goals including the postseason on every single one of those attempts. They've had the same snapper long snapper. Same holder. same kicker justin tucker all right. It's that point of the program where neither love or you hate it. But i embrace it because it's todd fritz and whatever todd does you know i i don't like but i do love all right. Todd let me go. Let me ask seton mock headlines today for todd fritz. What do you think the topic is. Snow snow mclovin. I think the name's jt stone tyson flurry are about to read bull. Maybe for next week police. I thought the same but just to be different. Say james harden james harden ding ding ding ding ding ding ding. So todd here. We go todd with marquette. Do we have mock headline music here. We have anything yes boy is he gonna use between a rock and a hard in place because it's poll. That's let it unfold. I mean that's the beauty of todd's mock headlines here just realized that is exactly eight of them because people are concerned about what he eh eight recently so it just worked out that. Wow that's a shop. And i've no one to talk a by put on a few which i'm not proud of okay here. We go here todd with mark headlines a wait and see approach to where hardened goes spelled w. e. i g. h. t. if following along god it wait and sequoia okay strip club sandwiches to blame for sluggish star. Strip clubs that bad habits workable. We'll get them beard belly. Hardin looking soft Beard like what. I do until i got his silence between a rocket and a hard place so he guessed that it was hard as the topic and guess what are the actual headlines basket case will anything may happy He's been a main stage there but hardened ready to leave. You stood a portion to the main stage. Okay okay final to to put you guys out of your misery. James prepared to leap wall for another team. John wall. Okay exactly quiet. And he's ready to get past the rocket dealing with walker. I'm doing well. Thanks for a quite the intro much. Appreciate it especially with the hair thing. Yeah i actually spent some time on it this morning. Do you do your hair before a game. Before the covid era it was it was a consideration. But now i'm kinda just.

"And we need that from time to time and i was also wondering why you've thought pardon would be a good soldier when a guy is going to different cities to party than where they actually travel proves. Get practice schedules as jersey in the rafters of the strip club. That doesn't necessarily say player to be well. I don't know. I thought he might be a good soldier so he could behind the scenes. Say look i'm going to do everything that you want me to do. But i want outta here instead of going to come in. I might be out of shape. And i'm not going to be a good soldier. I'm just going to go out there and play and i'll fulfill my duties. I'll talk to the media. But i won't say anything. I thought that maybe they would be able to approach it like that. And maybe they still can. But it doesn't feel like it's going to end well there in houston and in fairness to james harden. He's not the only one who goes to strip clubs and lives the lifestyle that he does. I mean there other players. There are other people who do this it. James harden has never hidden the fact that that's part of who he is in what he does. I can't argue with what he does during the regular season like. I mean that's his style you've enabled his style. He loves to shoot. He's the most unstoppable score that i've seen in a long time. I don't want him on my team. I love watching him and when it comes to the playoffs they usually bail out early now. Does he go to a team. That already has stars. And how does he act. What happens when things don't go his way. That's what would make me really nervous about james harden. He's had his way for eight years. He got he got to decide. If kevin mchale stayed on his head coach. He got to decide chris. Paul was going to stay in. Houston he got to decide if they wanted russell westbrook now he goes to another team and he doesn't get to decide anything that plane leaves when they you know everybody else wants it to leave. Film study starts when the team says it starts. There's practice for everybody like that's what would really concern me. James harden has to understand. This can get me out of houston. But how does that affect the team. That i might be going to because they might go and i would. Do i want this. Because i don't even know what i'm getting here. If miami a young structured team played well great team chemistry. And i bring that in if i go to brooklyn. I'm not the star. It's it's kyrie's team right and then it's katie's team and then i'm there's the third guy am i okay with that. Those are the questions that i would have absolutely more phone calls coming up. Justin tucker the ravens kicker who is headed to the hall of fame by the way man. We're going to have quite a morning. Feast here just me in the back room is got the burgers got some braatz. Got the fire burning snow to wonder that. I feel like jimmy stewart. And it's a wonderful life. Marry larry assadi. Oh that's what. I said when i walked in today and the only person there to greet me was the big german. But it was okay. I threw myself into his arms. And i said.

"I don't know how you could hear an audition and go yup gonna put him in there. Booger mcfarland was more advanced in that situation. And you put him on the booger mobile wasn't even allowed in the booth because of whitten's contract where he was the only guy in the booth but i it feels like herbstreet and fowler are going to end up doing monday night. Football or if something happens with Abc and i mentioned this. This is According to andrew marchant of the new york post. Nfl's monster tv deals with networks and amazon could surpass billion dollars. Total value is according to the new york post. Nobody wants thursday night. Cbs fox nbc espn. They don't want thursday night. Amazon takeover thursday night. But the the nfl. This looks like it could be a ten year deal. And i think that. Abc sports you know. Maybe maybe abc gets a super bowl espn slash abc gets a super bowl there. But that's a whole lot of money here. The current approaches ten billion a year and broadcast revenue. Espn fox cbs nbc. Direct tv have contracts that add up to nearly eight billion dollars per season but this is a ten year deal and they're looking at one hundred billion dollars. Apple is another possibility here. According to the new york post amazon has the advantage of already being partners with the nfl. It owns the digital rights to thursday night football. Those games also air on nfl network. That's part of the issue. Nobody wants thursday night football or at least not at that price because it's not exclusive. You're sharing with nfl network and these partners are saying well let us have thursday night football and which i you know it's like hey it's on fox but also the nfl network. All right seems counterproductive. But maybe they're taking bites of to apples there. But i never understood that. You're gonna pay all that money for gay. I would love for them to get rid of thursday night games..

Coming out of high school doesn't translate into a five star five star success once they get to college because things change. And we'll talk to nick sabin about this when you recruit. Now you're recruiting. Somebody who has social media has grown up being the star being told there the star and not being told no or you did something wrong and if they have been then. How do you process that. That's the big difference. That coaches will talk about. It's telling a kid they did something wrong and how they accept that and who wants to be great. Now once you get to a certain level now is when it really starts you get to college. Ama- five star recruit. Yep now it starts just like the reset button. It starts when you get to the nfl. Hey i was all american all right now it starts. Who wants to get better. And i think those are things that you know coach. Sabin some of these other coaches. "King podcast after an incredible weekend in the nfl. But this is really a special. Peter king podcast this week. It's the first one ever that is going to be on television on peacock. So if you're watching this like i'm sure at least eighteen. Twenty twenty five million people are watching this. You're watching the first one in history so it's really cool but i really appreciate you joining me. We got a great podcast this week. We've got justin tucker of the baltimore ravens to describe what it's like to make one of the biggest kicks of your life after one of the greatest games in recent. Nfl history so justin tucker the kicker the ball baltimore ravens on the heels of their forty seven. Forty two victory over the cleveland browns. In cleveland on monday night. He'll be here. And also america's favorite steve kornacki will be here to talk about little bit about politics. But we're gonna talk a lot about america and about his love of football. It's going to be cool. So thanks so much for joining me can have a very quick open so we can get to the conversations two very interesting things that i think This week week fourteen will really be remembered for one jalen hurts his debut. I wrote a lot about this in my columnist week. But i think the most notable couple of things to realize about jalen hurts is look carson wentz. His time in philadelphia is not over. It might be. We'll see but what has to happen before then. I do want you to remember one thing though. Joe banner the former cap guy in executive of the philadelphia. Eagles told me no contract is untradable. So don't go thinking that i will. The eagles are kinda stuck with carson. Wentz i mean. I don't think the eagles are stuck with carson. Wentz second thing. What teams are likely if he ever does go on the market carson wentz number one indianapolis number two new england. There will be others. But i'll tell you what. I think going to indianapolis in a pretty quiet midwestern place in. That's where obviously carson wentz's from from north dakota i think it'd be a great match for him and reuniting with his former offensive coordinator in philadelphia frank right but anyway getting way ahead of ourselves. That's not going to be determined until the very least february when philadelphia has a chance to sit back in basically think about so second thing is with green bay winning and new orleans. Losing in this weekend you know what it means. It means that green bay not only has great shot to win home field now in the nfc but just think about how important home field would be in the nfc. Forget the crowd. I'm talking about a weather okay. So the green bay packers would have to play home games on the weekend of january tenth in the weekend of january seventeen. So what does that mean. What it means is that look at all of the southern and western teams. That are gonna be in the playoffs and might have to go to green bay on january tenth and january seventeenth with. Let's go go down in order. the los angeles rams the tampa. Bay buccaneers the arizona cardinals. The new orleans saints the seattle seahawks. No one on. Those teams plays with any regularity when it's eight degrees wind chill when it's snowing sideways so i understand crowds or a huge factor in the playoffs but there will be no crowds or there will be very very small crowds this year. The whole thing is climate and that is the biggest thing with home field in the nfc this year. So let's get to our conversations. Were going to go first to baltimore maryland. Add to the home. Actually to the basement of kicker justin tucker. Who had incredible monday night. I'm so happy this week to be joined by justin tucker The baltimore ravens. Kicker on the podcast. Not only because you know. He's topical now because of what in the baltimore. Cleveland game on monday night but also because he's a fun guest. He has the best set for the peter king podcasts. Perhaps in podcast history so justin. Thanks for joining me. And you're in a beautiful spot there in in baltimore thank you. I don't know if i should show everybody that. This is my kind of catch. All right now. We got like just like a random. Tv on the floor. You got the guitars connect guitar. You get a drought glass. Glass of prisoner. So do you play the drums. I don't they're they're they're miniature. Drums are for my my son. He said it was a it. Was the christmas gift that has kept on giving for several years. Now as as you can imagine a two three four year old boy. A loves playing his drums quite loudly much to the chagrin of his his mother and father at times. Yeah oh that's good. Well anyway thank you so much for joining and look obviously anybody who watched the monday night game this week. Baltimore forty seven cleveland. Forty two there are so many things. But what i thought it would be interesting to do is not just ask you about the game winning field goal but have you take us into what it was like to be in the middle of honestly the game of the year so far in the nfl and truly one of the great in most compelling games that that i've ever seen. And i guess. I would start out by saying you're on the females. You're watching everything happened..

"Sharpe meet you. Restate my position on this that i've held for thirty years. I hate field goal kicking. Because i hate the notion that a game between warriors fight it out for almost sixty minutes comes down to this little guy running onto the field. Who's usually a soccer player by background. And that's the position these replace can't play any position near sport does not belong in your sport except to kick the ball off the ground up through gimmicky uprights which has always been weird to me. It's it's silly. It's beneath the dignity of football. And i've always said a place kicking extra points and field goals and just play it out now. Wouldn't work last night. Lamar would had to go down and scored in the get the ball neon sign. I'm fine with punting and by the way punters are always more athletic in bigger men than field goal kickers because they have to catch the ball and then they often have to past always been much better. Athletes are always very good golfers. The place-kickers eliminate this except for the because it's way too much on the scoreboard. The value is way too high because they win and lose games by the way we haven't talked about this. But cody parkey last night. He missed a thirty nine yard. Field goal very makeable and missed an extra point. Okay there's four. Points did not impact the game in a negative way for the cleveland browns. You could say that. He lost the game for the cleveland. Browns that ultimately justin tucker one. Okay now i'm going to explain to you. Why because i can't change this rule why i would pay justin tucker quarterback money. I'm not being straight with you. Just tucker is worth thirty to thirty five million dollars. If i were an owner of a football team i would say i want that guy. I'm going to go get him. And i'm gonna pay quarterback money because he wins and loses a lot of gangs. Well we'll how much magnitude does he have. How much impact on the scoreboard or my ultimate record. I told you last year. Brett maher breadth. The fret was the worst. Kicker and pro. Football in my cowboys went eight with him and could've gone ten and six if he had made some of those kicks it ends up. Impacting your record. Is jerry jones. Say that no because they always treat them like they're dime a dozen would happen because you dan bailey. Yeah bailey fota. Tim points on sunday. And you can argue. He lost them a road game at tampa that the team played well enough to win so he's got a fly back on the team plane. You've been there before and you're looking sideways side at this little guy who doesn't even belong in a football game and he just lost or one you the game because you see the things they do in practice they can kick the ball from fifty yards out and put it in the trash can but you mean to tell you can kick it thirty yards through bigalow a choke and listen once they go south. Psychologically they'd use news hard overcome that. Okay so here's just tucker. He went undrafted out of texts undrafted. And he's a smallish man by football standards right. yep he's got the best leg in the history of the game to me on lift. I've never seen anybody get the ball up as fast as just tucker us. He's made from fifty plus shards. Forty two of forty nine field goals. That's gold that's a big part of what the ravens do in his rookie year. If i'm not mistaken. He kicked the game winning denver. He did not have a rookie undrafted. Rookie. that's what he did so the only owner whoever agreed with me on this principle was al davis late. Great al davis was close to him but he drafted sebastian jankowski with the seventeenth overall. Pick and continue to pay him high money for a kicker well did he pay off. Yeah he won. A lot of gains had a huge leg. But i don't think he had the leg quite that. This man does. He might have had a strong leg but he didn't have accuracy and he didn't have the lift. Just duggar gets it up so fast. It's impossible to block surprise that they've locked pat. But i think he knew he had a low trajectory on that. Because the got really ya but for me met lining up like took you got fifty five and before i basically have friends and seeing the ball is through the right. Yep he got it. He's got the reason why. He's the highest paid kicker. There's a reason why four eight years he's been the first to even the all pro kicker on the nfl protein. And there's a reason why he might be it again this so when you look at it and you look at what they seventy. One percent of his field goals from fifty plus seventy one percent. Skip hair you hope. You make fifty percent of all this field goal. Forget what hackett plus in this day. Path some guys can't make. He's he's special. And i play. You know jason elam in denver played with matt stover in baltimore. Who kick for them. In cleveland and came an end up playing about eighteen nineteen years. So i i've been blessed. Skip this kid here to be able to kick like..
Jackson returns to save Ravens with 47-42 win over Browns
"Justin Tucker kicked a tiebreaking field goal with two seconds remaining as the Baltimore Ravens won on the road and beat the Browns in Cleveland, 47 42 on Monday night Football. It was a wild and memorable game that featured a combined 35 4th quarter points. Ravens QB Lamar Jackson had to leave the game due to stomach cramping but returned in time to leave the late come back. The end of the game provided an all time gambling moment as the Ravens covered a 3.5 point spread, thanks to a desperate, failed attempt by the Browns to advance down the field by a series of laterals that ended it a safety. Brown's loss means the Pittsburgh Steelers have clinched the SC

"I can get there. That I can't thank you enough when you do that. Album excited for it. I don't care what year it is. I'll probably be retired again at that point. Ladies and Gentlemen Best Kicker in the Game Cam a guy who wins Games is going to have to win some here down the stretch. I assume it's going to get close. Good luck in the playoffs. Baltimore Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker thank you buddy Happening Bro so there. You look thinner than you've ever looked is that I look thinner. Fitter I should say fetter instead of Phil Better. Yeah I'm still I'm still gonNA like one eighty three point. Oh Man I know maybe it's I I've been I've been trying new stuff like trimmed beard a certain way. Probably that was it. That's all right. Thank you talk appreciate you got a pet later. He's so good at kicking out of you got to focus on focusing just talked about this yesterday literally just talking about this gesture because we did that. XFL Ball thing and a lot of people are asking asking. How many takes was it? It was seven seventy six and the first six. I was just throwing it right. I was just throwing trying to get it in and then on the seventh one I was like all right actually tried to get it in here like actually trying to get in there so you tell yourself to actually focus. That's a very interesting thing here. I'm say that because it literally just happened two days ago What a good conversation with? By the way he's going to be a country musician at some point someone talking to it might as well might as well he's from Texas. He has the look. Put a ball cap on him in the off season kicked balls and make a few million singing country songs to everyone in Baltimore. We weren't in the country until or chicken. That's unbelievable started singing. He is so good at kicking malls so good at it. You know. Every time he goes out that it's going to be a big and that's and when he misses it's big news like when he misses he actually has to have a press conference about direct like the last couple of times. He's missed they. Call them in for press conferences. Like what happens. I just missed. uh-huh okay are you on. That's what he missed an extra point or something Last year and he literally had to have a press conference about why he missed it he was like Oh. I'm sorry I'm like ninety nine point nine percent Sam cook very good Morgan Cox very good that Baltimore. Ravens seem very very very good there at buffalo this weekend. He's easy to have some tough conditions up their bills. Mafia buffalo is plus five and a half this weekend ravens. How do we feel about it like you like buffalo plus von Thanks L.? All right let me hear what I don't know if I have re Baltimore big spread last week. I feel like it could be a kind of similar game. Bad conditions in buffalo tight buffalo. Plays everyone tight. Josh look good last week five and a half a lot of points it is worth five and a half point dog. I don't know Buffalo's been very good. Yeah they have been very very good under the radar sneaky good to write everybody including us. We didn't talk about on that much as much as we probably should have. Because we have a lot of fans in buffalo we appreciate the bills. Mafia always give a lot of credit the bills Mafia. Who stuck with this team and it seems like this year it's paying off for them? It seems like the Buffalo Bills are an actual squad now. Granted Jerry world was up in arms air whenever they get the wind down there but they josh allens playing well. That defense is good. If that defense can stop Lamar Jackson then it's GonNa be close game that's kind of the way it goes. But if you can't stop Lamar Jackson Jackson by stopping Lamar slow him down right. You're not GonNa stop me last week. One hundred one hundred naval slowed him down technically. So he's going to do all six minute thirty the second drives and everything like that. I mean it's just. It's only a matter of time before Lamar Jackson POPs off but at Buffalo bills team has been playing very well up Sir do I do. I think the ravens are six points. Better yes yeah but can the ravens have a down week after emotional game against the forty niners and the bills else have three more days for pear possibly plus five and a Half Salat Betting in Wales and fourteenth rush to so I could see them having a lot more problems albums against this team that we think the bills are fourteenth against Russia. Okay so that means Ravens probably GONNA do well number one reinvent Amer in Ravens. Ravens are four one one against the spread away games as well great stats boys. They might flip completely. Won't interrupt this incredible conversation. Let you know that macari. This selling APP has made it super easy for real people to sell and ship their unused things. We all have things we.

"Dude your nose is bleeding. Yeah I think it might still be believing what happened. I thought I had good seats to the game that was stuck in the four hundred. That was three days ago. They were super high up up. I felt like I was summoning Everest. Look next time just go to vivid seats. Tickets are one hundred percent authentic and you can even see where your seat is before you buy. It can't believe I'm going to say this your genius. Well well you welcome I kind of am. We're on the ten minutes. Maybe we should get that Kleenex out of your nose joining us now. The Ravens two time pro bowl selection a three time first team all pro kicker Justin Tucker who made the game winning kick back on Sunday against the forty niners of forty nine with no time left on the clock which just happened to be his ninth career game winning field goal with either no. I'm left in the fourth quarter or not just in. What is it like to walk out there? Under those circumstances in those weather conditions with the wind whipping the rain falling hauling everybody county on you. What is it like to kick a kick like that at the end you know more than anything it's it's I I look at it as an opportunity? Fortuity you know. It's a blessing just to have the opportunity in the first place and then You know making the most of it just put the ball through the UPRIGHTS is obviously the goal You know so as exciting or scary or whatever it may be The only important thing is you know those one point three seconds between the snap the holding the kick and You know getting the job done all the feelings. All the emotions acknowledging that they're they're putting them away and recognizing that the only thing that matters is getting the job done You know has certainly served as well and it did This past Sunday when you you go out there any nerves oh absolutely every single kick whether it's a pat in the first quarter or Walk off game winner Yeah I'm definitely we feel nervous. I'm feeling the butterflies You know there's I mean there's a human element to this game and you know as much as we try to make ourselves seem like machines It's you know it's part of it. You're going to be emotional and excited and scared and nervous Confident all of those things but You know I I. I'm I'm very fortunate to have Morgan. Cox and Sam Cooke throwing the ball an spot in it So I can just take that out of the equation and you know not even have to think about that You know I'm sure some other guys do I mean I don't have to think twice about the snapper the whole being there I just have to think about getting my studs in the ground with my plant swinging up in through and putting the ball through the posts so You know trying to keep it as simple as possible in those moments Is certainly important. But it's one of those simple is not easy kind of things simple easy and you're doing it in the rain. Does them rain make it that much worse it. Does it make that much difference to kick around me here. We are watching from home and I would think ordinarily making a forty nine yard field goal to win the game would be challenging enough but then you introduce another element like the rain coming down. How does that factor yes? I've said for a while that are stadium. Mt Bank Stadium here in Baltimore is In my opinion the toughest place to make kicks in football Wow no I'm and I'm not saying that's like pump ourselves up or anything because we happen to play here more than anybody else but You know it just. It's a tough place to get the ball to go through the UPRIGHTS We've got you know wind. That'll swirl around in there in really unique ways that's tough to figure out This time of the year it starts getting colder and the ball just simply does not travel as far I think that's ideal gas law if I'm not mistaken and then Yeah you factor in the you know. The wind the rain the field conditions when it's raining really more than more than anything. The footing gets affected so On the forty nine yard field goal to win the game Where the ball was spotted at the thirty nine yard line on the left Hash? The footing was Certainly only less than ideal. So you know just trying to slow everything down just a little bit Be Light on my feet That's you know that those are the adjustments that we have to make To just get the ball to go through the post and is it more of a relief when you make it or more of a victory. I mean it's it's both you know it just it depends on what time of day when you ask me like as soon as the ball leaves my foot and I see that it's going through salmon ice. You know we. We all know what's going through where late in we're excited were pumped And then you know along with that pretty shortly thereafter. Yeah absolutely relieved that You know as as crazy as it sounds I get more nervous after hitting a a big kick like that then when I'm lining it up in in the first place because I think about you know Man What if that didn't what if what if that didn't go our way and we've you know I say I like like we make kicks in every once in a while I happen to miss one And I've been on the opposite end of where we were. You know where where we currently are like this past. I saw this week. I've been on the opposite on the opposite side of that and it totally sucks but You know just like the you know the the same approach will. It'll be taken this week after a big kick that I you know would take after missing one here there or You know making several in a game. It's you know it's always you know taking it one kick at a time. My you know my agent rob row. She told me that coming out of college. He said listen man the the best way. You're going to give yourself a chance to make a team MRS by taking it one kick at a time and You know that's that's certainly served us well. These past seven plus years. I remember that. Look on your face when you miss your first extra point and I'm not trying to bring a bad memory or anything justin but the look of shock on your face was incredible. You remember that. Yeah thanks for bringing that up. Yeah I mean that that particular kick and It's it's one of those I I still. I still try to figure that out. I think about it every single day. Eh Still you know as much as I try as much as I try not to. I think about that every single day and I also think about You know in a in a in a football context. I think about all the things that we have done well over the years and you know when you add it all up You know things. Things look pretty good for the Ravens Wolf Pack and They will continue continue to do so. Yeah two two extra points altogether. I mean that's that's pretty good. Just one hundred seventy five one hundred and seventy seven. I mean that's that's pretty good. Yeah you know it's not a hundred You remember the two Mrs More Than One hundred and seventy five weeks. I mean I think if you ask any I think if you ask any kicker that's played long enough you know you ask the you know the Adam Vinatieri's and the Stephen Gostkowski and you know the guys that have Played at a high level for a long time You know a lot of us are kind of driven by You know that Somewhat cynical side of you know that somewhat cynical perspective of you know you wanNA prove yourself more than anything you can do that. You know you can make kicks and you know those. It was Those ones that happen to get away from you know they they have a way of just sticking with you for whatever reason I the exact same time you know. Ballot is important and You know reflecting after the season when you know the time is right reflecting upon like the you know the the ones that get away from you on along with the good times that's also important now after the game after you made the cake you came in and you said this I feel like like in the spirit of my teammates who have been here to talk to you guys last few weeks I should say something like real inspiring how big trust and I'll open up for questions. Now that was take upon what Mark Ingram said. Forgive me obviously you guys are lobbying for your quarterback Lamar Jackson to an MVP. And he doesn't need a lot of support. I don't think at this point even the other four weeks after the season. But what is big. Trust me what is that. I wish I could tell you. like with some level of confidence but Yeah I I can tell you what it means what it means to me to to all of us At least give you my best. Guess really more than anything. I'm just trying to fit in like I'm the I'm the thirty thirty. I'm thirty year old DAD now so I'm not. I don't think I ever was cool and I'm definitely not cool now I believe the translation would You know be something along the lines of you know. Trust that when I say something I'm GonNa do it. You know I think that's I think that's what it stems from. So you know. Mark added the the B. I. G. in front of it and now we've got you know I I mean hey you I think Lamar mark should definitely capitalize. Like a you know. Maybe maybe that's a part of like new WAIROA ADA payroll. There should be like a big trust collection that that should be dropping soon so that I mean that's just my opinion. I think that would be a great move. You're seeing your thirty year old. Oh On cool dad. And I'm a fifty two year old on cool dad in fact even to my producer Travis before I said are they saying big trust or big trike. What are they saying? I don't understand because I'm not cool enough to understand. Yeah I believe the spelling is trust like with three S.'s. Or more depending on how. How trustee see your feeling I mean I would even say that you could Swap out any or all of the SS for dollar signs. And I think that would make twenty cents but again you know this. I'm just I'm speculating. but yeah I think I believe that's how it spilled now. Now let's just get past the big trust issue. What has it been like to be around and watch Lamar Jackson? This season is really incredible You know he's playing at an MVP level and we all know that the whole world knows that now What what really stands out to me as a you know as a guy who's been around for for for a couple minutes now You know I've been fortunate enough to play on some very very good Championship Ravens. Football teams right Lamar is leading this team You know like like you. Would you would expect and like you would want from the you know the quarterback of your team right Not only is he leading this team. But he's playing at such a high level and I mean I can't say I I don't think anybody around here can say enough positive stuff stuff about him but you know the maybe it doesn't necessarily stick out as much as just you know his performance but his passion He cares so deeply about winning winning and playing well and producing In that mentality permeates through the whole locker room in a really. You know such a a really significant tangible way like any single guy at any moment knows that we could be called upon to make the play to win the game and that mentality you know I it starts with guys like Lamar guys like earl. Thomas Marshall Yonder and I I in the thing is I just you know..
Jackson, Ravens beat 49ers 20-17 to extend win streak to 8
"Justin Tucker kicked a forty nine yard field goal as time expired to give the ravens a twenty to seventeen win over the forty Niners each team battle the wind and the rain mark Jackson through for a score and ran for another he rushed for a hundred and one yards while throwing for a hundred and five more forty Niners quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo through for a touchdown while Rahim Moser rush for a hundred and forty six yards including a forty yard score Jackson and the ravens had to fight for this when it's never gegen go going prepare you know ready for dogfight but on this one here was done if I came down on to fall down field goal Jackson became the first quarterback in NFL history to have four one hundred yard rushing games in a season Greg heist Baltimore
Will the weather forecast impact your fantasy football lineup?
"Just go around the nation. this is what Paul four K.. Dave I got it the weather could not be better in New York City it's like seventy three degrees I drove with the windows down listening to some beautiful music how how are things though in Kansas city this weekend well thank you Adam showers and thunderstorms expected on Sunday high of seventy four winds southwest at ten to twenty miles per hour chance of rain this is not a joke one hundred percent rainfall may reach one H. and locally happily rainfall possible so where your votes if you live in Kansas city from the fantasy football weather center this is Dave Richard back to you. thank god I get out of bed I was really good. yeah well you know I'm not a weather and I'm a fantasy football guy that's right you a future that good stuff so is that affecting your rankings at all you should see me on a green screen dollar not yet if if we wake up on Sunday and the forecast is still you know what but I just a hundred percent chance of thunderstorms that's bad yeah range not that big of a deal that well right was so the wind that that we care about the only way that rain is bad for football is wind it hurts visibility so like crazy heavy downpour okay that's bad plus players could slip and wind is really bad too but usually you're looking for consistent twenty mile an hour gusts not ten to twenty the actual forecast is thirteen miles an hour on Sunday do you really think that's going to slow down a patch of homes fastball I think not so here's what you do the game kicks of one at noon you'll head on over to CBSSports dot com and you'll see what the latest is and we will have it for you and you can make a smart decision on whether to go with players on the ravens chiefs are not one thing you can do now though is make plans a kicker because the wind will affect the ball that's kicked in the air because those Basel flutter like crazy all the time so Justin Tucker Harrison buckle my guys you can't drop them you can't but you could might have to drop some bills or you just take your chances with them and hope that they get you six points that's that's usually bad just some people would say yes you can drop kickers and maybe they're right I actually think that the the handful of a leak kickers are very valuable and I would not drop them in Tucker certainly one of them is Santos might be as well Dave real quick injury updates here any Pinheiro and Mike badly yeah I know their kickers but badly is not going to play he's doubtful and Panera

"Join amac hanging out with you. Will preview all the games? Speaking of which already underway week sixteen eating NFL titans. Beat the Redskins late touchdown in the fort to grab the lead. And then a Malcolm Butler Butler pick six last play of the game to give you a nine point differential, which oh, by the way. Spread was ten and a half eleven in most places it opened up a ten. I did not. I was here in the studio at times I didn't hear any of the broadcast of the game. It's my understanding that you're always supposed to go for the extra point conversion ages walked off the field. Now, I've seen this happen before where they don't really need to do it. You don't wanna be bothered doing? It you go out and just take a knee this center gives somebody gets in under the center, and they have the ball to him and takes games over. You. Don't want to give the team the other chance you don't wanna start Starfighter ranting. But they didn't even try the now the final score is a nine point win. If they had kicked the field goal. It would have been ten if they get the PAT they went for two would have been eleven and now we're actually talking about the spread being in play at ten tweeted open it up maybe some people added at ten was ten and a half eleven motion places. I check. The day started. I haven't going to have to look into this. I'm going to have to see if I can find anybody comment after the game. They never tried to PAT yet. Again was over yet a tightened it. But there are some people that actually care about the points and games in case you had not heard they do accept legal wagering on NFL games. These days in a whole bunch of state Senate six banding almost on a daily basis, not to mention Vegas and offshore and everywhere else. I don't quite understand why they didn't go PHD. Anyway that was the early game. We've got a later game going on and ready already underway. Chargers turned it off right away. Philip rivers to a. Ravens rue quickly down the field. Settle for field goal. Went up. Three nothing charged. Good move it again, kicking back range. They move it. Again into field goal range and Justin Tucker from fifty three yards out. Not close pulls it. Well, right, and borderline copepod Mus. He's a stiff who said he should be in a pro ball at Tucker guy. Just because he's that good season before he could make this all important field goal in the first quarter and a game that the ravens already late. All right. Maybe maybe I'm pulling jaylo affirms helping free to pull mine. Eight five five two one two four two two seven pervert the phones. I do accept tweets. You should know that by now anytime yours truly Johnny weekend show. "So not going to my own horn. But I have one money in the last three or four weeks. I wanted all last week ever since I started ripping on you you've been on a roll. So I think you should share some buddy I have been I have bins. Anyways. We're going to give you one player to start one player to sit. Again, it could be from either team. I know last week. I said do not start Jarvis Landry. If. If you did. And you didn't listen to me you got screwed because he didn't do anything. So Brian let's start with who you want to start in fantasy football. Let you go. First. What player you starting in this matchup? All right. You know, this is a complete cop-out, but I'm going Justin Tucker here. And here's the reason she read time the Pittsburgh Steelers play this team outcomes, Justin Tucker, and he hits three or four. He doesn't miss against the Pittsburgh Steelers. You can be in like a hurricane you bring out number nine against the Steelers. He's gonna mail one from sixty if he gets the opportunity I hate him so much that I'm starting the love 'em. This guy is that good. And I've been trying to win money off of this guy. I don't mind playing him any chance I get in the leagues that I have. And I know how you mentioned Jeff that it might not be for you know, your regular weekly fantasy football. But I pay attention to these talks that we have here. And if. I put Jarvis Landry on my badge. The other day when I thought he was going to be a sure start. And so I thank you for that. Because now that I know you're the guru. I'm going to start listening to you. But so yeah, you know, what Justin Tucker you're going to get from ably. I would say you're going to north of tan, the probably get about twelve thirteen maybe fifteen points out of this guy. And when we talk about my prediction later on in the game. It's going to be a lot of field goals on the Baltimore side of the game. And if you think back to week four was that final score twenty six to fourteen. So it was fourteen nothing that all of a sudden nothing but field goals in the second half for that team. And that's how they put it away on the leg of Liga trot. Now, if you're a fan Commissioner like myself, I don't have kickers in my league. I don't feel like kickers are worthy of even owning a spot in fantasy football. So I put it in another flex player because that's more fun. That's more entertaining. But if you're in a traditional league, and you have Justin Tucker listened to that guy guess so anyway, you know, what you're right game. Handle too. Yeah. Other fans. Matchup. Right. But in my in my league that you're in. I don't have kickers but winning game winning kicks can get you more fifty plus yards. Get you more. He's got a big leg. I understand what you're saying. I I agree with you. I just in my league, it doesn't. The kickers. They're just caters. You're anti kicker, and we can't pretty much you have one job. Just go kick frigging. So you won't put Tucker like years from now you won't put him in the hall of fame. Behemoth that extra points now. You're interested in deserve fame. And you're not gonna miss he missed that kick again with the Vikings. Yeah, kick. Nope. Us get out. Okay. Let's go give you my player to watch. I could go do, but I'm not going to and I'm actually. I'm actually tempted to start this dealers defense because it would be really cheap in a Faneuil league in. I think they're going to come to play. I think they were embarrassed last time, I think they're healthier this time. But if I'm going to give you a lock I'm gonna go dig Ben because Ben Rothlisberger. He's a quarterback. That's for Fanta leagues. He's going to be probably third or fourth on your list..

I've, we've all seen tilts. We've all been face to face. We've stared down the devil, but I've never seen my man just liquefy into the couch they, he's his league's dominated on Sunday and all he cared about was stupid Germain curse because apparently that's all the PDF haired about. I feel bad. I feel real bad. I and look. I had a Justin Tucker moment on this show. Oh, and I missed on Jemaine curse and I still, I still feel like the process was right, but I think putting him, you know, pivoting to him as the start of the week. I'm sorry. I didn't know how many people out there were dying for me to say his name to start him, but I, I've just had so much feedback people. Disappointed. I am. Sorry. It was a perfect storm of of of suc- for that offense. Last week darnold completed eighteen passes to wide receivers, and that includes. A noon. One prior, those guys were gone Jemaine curse. Last week had nine receptions this week, darnold completed a total of five passes to wide receivers, fine. He had a QBR of five point nine. This is that true completed seventeen of forty, two passes so Germain curse plate, ninety percents and goose. This was just real bad and I look if you started him. I'm sorry the this relate. This is show six hundred thirty three in our history. This is one of the top times. This is the worst I felt about. Like like Mike said, my teams killed it on Sunday. I was melting into the depressing because I just wanted curse to deliver for listeners and sometimes we get it wrong. 'cause basically we can't see the future and this relationship with you guys the listener, it's never changed. We tried to find opportunities. We try not. To be vanilla about everybody. We try to find the right storylines and ultimately present the case for you to decide whether you wanna play those guys or not. And I thought that you know, this one hurts more because I said to go spend your fab on him to write you. That's why it hurts more. It wasn't putting in from your bench. It was, you've signed wreck was, hey, go get him. And then if you need him, you can play him, you know, and it was a missed. It was amid, and I don't want to compound that miss by saying, double down and keep them on your officer. I think you can cut him. You think. Why look if you spent on him? That's right. I, I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that everybody out through spent ten or fifteen dollars a fab on. I just think says I just hang onto. I feel like people should have seen this coming whenever the fantasy reaper decides to go within the guy whose name is curse. Yeah, you've been true. Oh, come on. This is really on you. Sure. Yeah, let's let's do this blame them. No, but yeah, that was that was obviously a big poop poop of the week for me because I believed in him wholeheartedly. He wasn't alone in the Alan Robinson, you know, hoop this pants force. You had Tyler Boyd everyone waiting for. I mean, Tyler has been just on fire playing. Great. This was the perfect match. We talked about it in the beginning of the show, the Bengals as a core. I mean, it was like, if you didn't have AJ green, Joe mix and sucked Tyler Boyd's everyone was going, where is Tyler Boyd first-half that not even a target? No. And then look carry on apparently hurt kindergarten, Marvin Jones because they both struggled both of them. Poop their pants kindergarten day. Are you concerned Mike? No..

"I just wanna comment comment that you're always been my favorite sports commentators. I mean, you do your homework, and it's no BS when when you're involved, regardless who calls, that's all I wanna say as far as that goes. Thank you. And but I want to get to that Justin Tucker thing. I was I was at the game. I believe me. I don't believe in the supernatural and extraterrestrials and all that stuff was do you believe in jinx's? I don't know what I believe in. Now, I watch that thing and believe me win had gone to nothing at when he kicked out. There was no wind going the thing when he took off if you you know, you watched it was perfectly straight. Then all of a sudden it was like somebody cut it with a knife. And just charted to the side. I it was just unbelievable. I mean, I can see wise for balls. Now. I think I think if someone took a picture of me and my house later on that evening my house. My eyes were still politics stadium. I mean, it was it was it was just something. I just couldn't fathom. I mean, even he said everything he did was appropriate. And right. That he's done all these years and has the perfect record a even from high school. He's never missed. So I'm now a believer in Budo. And I I hope nobody has any Niagara semi come on. It wasn't voodoo. I thought he said after the game that he just pushed it a little bit that it just any basically, it was the spin. It was the spin on the ball that caused it to to curb off that way if he takes another two hundred and twenty of them, I would expect that he would make another two hundred twenty. And so it just it happens. Right. It's the it's the probability that the odds. No one's perfect forever. Not even Justin Tucker, and he was do you could say to to miss one. But yeah, the miss it like that as in the middle of tweet about how the they had just tied the game, assuming that's what happens when you. But. Yeah, I mean, it's it's still a very rare occurrence, and it probably won't happen again for a couple more seasons if it ever does. But yeah, just crazy when it came at an appropriate. It's time. Well, certainly for the ravens did. Well, we're not gonna to toss. He's wanted to favor. One of our favorite ravens keep him. Obviously. He's won more games than he is ever lost or done damage in. He is a gem for the ravens, and they are lucky to have him. Oh my gosh. There's nobody. There was no kicker in the in the league back in touch him. So, you know, maybe this maybe this is something to get him off his back. You know when you perfect all the time. Maybe when you do lose one it's a little bit of relief who knows? No, I don't think he's feeling relief. Now. At least Cincinnati laws. All right. It makes you feel better. All right. Ryan, thanks so much for your phone. Call right. Take care. Eight five five two one two four to seven. Let's talk to dean who's in Grand Rapids. Michigan. Dean, welcome to after hours. Kgo eight show as always. Thank you. Eagles have to be the ugly for me because they gave up twenty one points in the fourth quarter at home, right? It's just really shocking. Super Bowl chance. I I just couldn't believe that that actually happened. I mean, no Carolina's a good team. All of us. But you get old you have a seventeen point lead right to start that quarter. Carson Wentz said he couldn't really explain it just that they had taken their foot off the gas, which obviously happens again, human nature is that when you're that far ahead. You may be don't keep the killer instinct and Cam Newton in the end the Panthers offense gets all the credit. They were rushing the ball. He looked like he settled into a groove. But so did Carson Wentz? I mean, he looked so comfortable most of the game. And then for them to just in the fourth quarter. They had what the to really short drives it ended in punt that was a three and out. And then the fumble. I mean, it just yeah. It was it was gross. I'll give you that. Yeah. The only good thing for all the teams in that division is that it doesn't look like anybody's running away with it. So no not yet. That's pretty typical of the NFC east. Isn't it? All right. Thanks for listening in Grand Rapids had a great Monday a manic Monday, Monday full of mayhem. We offer therapy here on the show and many people have taken advantage of this free opportunity over the course of the last three and a half hours. Eight five five two one two four two two seven eight hundred bogus is here in studio. Andrew bogusch. Do you want to contribute some good bad ugly from week seven ugly hasn't happened yet because the giants played tonight? So I'm still sitting on my pain is still to come. I would think this evening down in Atlanta. Yeah. But how about those Jaguars? I mean, we're my goodness fallen apart at the seams. Blake Bortles is worse than what we thought. Blake Bortles zephyr was all of a sudden I mean, this is just a disaster going after each other in the locker room now listed to SAS. It is I'm yeah. The defense has got to be frustrated because they can only do so much and for Bortles to get bench for Cody Kessler, which obviously wasn't. Better. But we're on says I can't bench all eleven because he wouldn't have guys to put out there. So I had to somebody and it turned out to be the quarterback. Yeah. I don't I don't know what they gave him a contract. And so I don't know that it's it's not all Bortles fault. It hurts that they don't have a run game. But man, they're a mess. I'll give you that any good. There's gotta be some good somewhere. Andrew infuse some good into our show. Please achieves continue to be super impressive and the Texans. I was confused by their start. So through reel off four straight wins. They haven't always been pretty and dominant. And I still have nightly prayers for Shawn Watson health barely twelve hour bus rides. He can't fly because as long as punctured. But I mean, that's that's a heck of that's a nice win. I mean, it's important when you face a team like the Jaguars were falling apart to keep them falling apart. Don't let them get healthy against you. What they did yesterday their defense or special teams have been really good and Watson is meant. He's tough. As you say he wrote twelve hours on a bus instead of flying because the doctors weren't comfortable with him being in an airplane. Yeah. I don't see the initial shoddy plead with a collapsed lung, I didn't think you could be on your feet with a collapsed lung without serious. Call nine one one you need to go to the emergency room thing. So I mean more power to help him soon before re inflate the long, please. How about you block forum? Ho my gosh seriously. He's taken such a pounding. I would say the ugly was the rookie quarterbacks in week seven even Josh Allen who's out, but the other three just blew rookies. Give it then rookies take the way. "The tire game to kick is up at it is. Good. Good. Drifted wide rights. No flag on the play. Justin. Tucker has never missed an extra point in his career. And the house is utterly shocked ever as in ever that was the first time he'd ever missed a point after attempt in two hundred twenty three tries, and he was the only kicker who had not yet missed a PAT since they moved the spot back in two thousand fifteen take that for data. Why don't we just pile along with some more nerd alert? Shelly he had never missed a kick from thirty three yards or shorter. So you throw in the number of field goals, plus the number of point after attempts. He was automatic from that distance and his eyeballs bugging out of his head. It's kind of perfect for Halloween. But he couldn't believe it either. Now, of course, Justin Tucker has won a bazillion games for the ravens at times. He's been the only reliable part of their offense. So no one's talking about cutting him John Harbaugh after the game is talking about how he's gonna win a game for us next week. But for Tucker, this was hard. I feel I feel like I cost us the game. Every single one of my team as far has told me the opposite. And no one play wins or loses a game nothing will change for me. I'll tell you that. And I'll look at the game. Like, I always do look at the video from it. And do everything I can to compartmentalize what happened this evening and move on from it. In a positive way. So for Justin Tucker. It's so improbable. The most accurate field goal kicker in terms of percentage in NFL history. But you know, kickers are people too. It doesn't make him feel any better that other guys missed as well and actually in the NFC east. There was a big time kick missed much farther out for the Dallas Cowboys what was supposed to be a forty seven yarder. Then turned into a fifty two yarder. By the way. Chris did me a solid and looked up the specific instances in the NFL in which there is a ten second runoff with a penalty. And so there was no loss of down. So that's one situation. But here's when the ten second runoff is applied false start intentional. Grounding. That's comes with the walls of down the illegal forward. Pass beyond the line of scrimmage a backwards pass out of bounds. Spiking the ball after a down. The Cowboys didn't do any of those what they had was. It was actually an interesting term snap infraction. And the officials said it led to. It it led to the Redskins then jumping off sides. Even though the long snapper said, and there was video to Pruitt that's the same motion. He does every single time. Regardless. There was no margin for error because the Cowboys went with a run play. Jason Garrett went with a run play with precious seconds left on the clock. As opposed to taking a shot downfield or trying a pass play along the sidelines. Extremely conservative. He playing for the Thai, but how about giving your kicker a few extra yards? So lots of criticism about that. After the game. That's not why the Cowboys lost. Fifty two yarder is not a gimme. Anyway, nor is a forty seven yarder though. It certainly looked like it would have been inside the upright as it was. It was a clang. On a an upright that was miked up that you could hear all over the NFL credit the Redskins. They were able to get a touchdown off a deck fumble. If I'm not mistaken Preston Smith called it the easiest touchdown that he's ever had. So get stripped and sacked in like right there at the end zone at the goal line and Preston Smith has to do as fall on it. And that happened midway through the fourth quarter. So a lot of issues. But the Redskins able to win that slugfest in the NFC east. Oh, yes. And now have first place in the division all to their lonesome. So what's the good the bad the.

"It sucks because then defense gets wind. It's a flaw in his system. We also have, let's see. How about the the ravens saints game? Yes, our gain that was great. We both bet on the well. I convinced big cat to bet on the ravens. Don't love the switch. All day would have been great if Justin Tucker hadn't missed an extra point. So I was thinking. About this e like Justin, Tucker, I think is the only kicker in all of the NFL where you can't actually blame him. And I know that sounds crazy because he missed an extra point that he hits. He literally has never missed one, but he is also won the ravens. Some ridiculous guess where he's hitting fifty five yards. So he's the one guy where it's like, you know what you were due for one and all in all. I think you're ahead still in your career. Yeah, he's fine. Well, I mean, Mike energetic, you remember that? Yes, that gives the Steelers, and then he got liquor up and yes, forgot how to kick footballs. Yes, hope that doesn't happen just because like he's actually he's a fun kicker to watch opera sing. I really, yeah. Yeah, I hadn't heard of rally did a piece on. I'm sure he didn't seven billion times that he's in a copy and pasted into a new article just, yeah, he, Justin Tucker is the one kicker that I think would actually probably be worth the first round pick. Ooh, I don't know about that. Really good. I you'll, you know what I mean? Second, I'll give you a second here. Here's what I love so much as the new technology that they have. Tells you how far the kick would have been good from? Yes, they need to use more of that. Yeah, Justin Tucker's always like seventy seven yard. Yeah, it's insane. The Vikings are actually wagging a what's real quick about Sean Payton because you mentioned how we don't like watching Sean Payton when he's outside. Yup. But I've noticed he coaches very, weirdly when he's on the road. It's like, if I, I don't know exactly how to describe it. But somebody who like when they're around friends, they show off when the parents they like act differently around their friends to like show off to them or whatever. That's what Sean Payne does when he gets out of his house when he gets out Superdome just stops punning. Yes, he forgets tastes hill. He puts tastes Hilter and tastes them hill is like Tim tebow except he's better at everything. Tim tebow does. Yes. He's a better pump protector. He's a better. Passer is a better runner. He's better at not having sex because he's a full Mormon. Right?.

And with twenty four seconds left in regulation. The ravens extra point away from tying it up twenty four twenty three right there. Just an extra point away from tying it up as you heard. So on trots, Justin Tucker who had hit all two hundred twenty two point after attempts in his career Tucker's extra point to tie the game kick his up at it is. Good. It drifted wide rights. No flag on the play. Justin. Tucker has never missed an extra point in his career. And the house is utterly shocked. That's how it sounded on WBAL saints. Hang on. Maybe the ravens twenty four twenty three on that missed point after Tucker had never missed in his NFL career had missed in college either. He's now two hundred twenty two for two hundred twenty three. In his pro career, every kicker every football player is going to come across a moment challenging moment ever kicker is gonna play long enough. You're going to have a kick that you want back in tonight was at night for me. You know? But like Joe said, the only thing that we can do is just go to work and try to make the best out of a bad situation. You know, I I appreciate that for I on my teammates putting us in a position to extend the game. And unfortunately, I just wasn't able to put the ball through the uprights. But. More than anything. I just wanted to be here as a. I don't know if I was going ever teach my son or any young person about accountability. I felt like it was really important that I've, you know, stand up here and answer whatever questions, you guys may have. Was there anything.

"We can have met you have a clear understanding of when it goes in and out but you're right that seems something at this point there is a definite cap on how high these kickers are going to hit the braille why don't we just meet them there john gruden monday football a couple of weeks ago called ravens kicker justin tucker's field goal kicks majestic perfect word to use their over the debt like why why do we get some extra piping on these uprights it's really it's a billion dollar business i don't get it it is nice that go that's a reminder that we just don't care about kickers in that makes me happy okay let's fair maybe that's what it is a grand conspiracy to prove their place on a football team but other thing i this one really bothers me because the pass interference has become such a a huge component of the nfl the in the who gave the game we're talking about yesterday with the seahawks and cowboys troy aikman on the broadcast that will will there's got to throw deep in the sure enough they did sort of a flailing pi calls a judge we got it was a fortysomething yard penalty couple sundays ago before dare car fumbled out of the end zone it was a fifty five yard penalty on 1410 longest penalty of the year and it almost gave the raiders the win of card in fumble so my point is just go to ease the calls use of fifteen fifteen our role but you don't need this spot foul for fifty five yards you just fifteen yards rural yeah i'm all for facilitating offense in the nfl but in a dane eight and what we see more and more the handcuffs put on defensive players this seems like one spot where we can maybe just maybe seat a little bit around a judgment call i mean we talk about it such a the soviet mistakes made by rafts let's this make it a fifteen yard penalty that's what college football does not the in the world they have plenty of scoring there they don't need the spot vow we don't need it in the nfl speaking of the world of.

"Pittsburgh they play in the same division we know what type of knockout dragout skip i have the utmost companies in their defense get but i just don't know when your aarp is this the knee mick unless you create four or five turnover input your office are on a very very short beal i just do not see a team that does not turn the ball over in this office methodically driving the ball down the field in winning a ballgame they're dangerous team would i bet against them no but i'm not gonna put any money saying they could recoup do what they've done in the past was big into the playoffs because their offenses is worse than maybe this ever been saying something you hit the nail on the head i mean they're dangerous teams simply because of their defense and one not one point that you made that i wanted to make justin tucker is their offense here's their offense when you talk about getting the ball across midfield and in field goal range he is almost automatic so that's their offense i don't trust joe flaco i don't trust their offense at all but their defense in what to real serb said historically they have been in november december team in they'd find a way to win and when you look at their schedule they got the lion's who are struggling who they need to win so that may be a tough one form and in the steelers but then there they in with the browns the colts in the bangladesh the browns they whipped handily the bang was they beat handily i just if they can figure out a way to win three out of those last five games nine and seven may allow them opportunity to sneak in scale where does uh the keypad of the deep youth of guys that why the hell can he keep battling undrafted scout mielke ilker you get rate though that you would pretty good i got a hall of fame been you get irri lynn you give full peter bowl where you keep getting all these these days moseley leede de would come on skin so who forced the turnover that ice the game last night that guy did absolutely i have had many many tv.
