"I don't believe the Matt Stafford is a bad quarterback. And I don't think that he I think he still has some good in that. Ryan. I'm sorry, Matt Ryan. I don't think he's a bad quarterback, and I still think he has a good place still in him. So it's good to see him bounce back. Moving under running back. I'm going San Diego running back Justin Jackson against Jacksonville. Last week. Let's see Jackson 15 carries 71 yards. Also, six targets. Five catches on Ly 23 yards, Maybe Mr More yak. Hopefully this week. I'm just trying to say the word yak or the letters yak as much as possible in this podcast, but also to Jacksonville gives up 144 Rush yards a game. 100 44. So I think Justin Jackson is going to eat this weekend and the Jags give up 30 30 points a game so have at it. Justin Jackson. Go. I'm kind of wait and see with him. I'm I like to match up. I do. And I think Justin Herbert after by, we're going to be big, but I I'm just sort of waiting to see what Justin Jackson. I need to see it first before before. I'm all in on that. But this could be the week. Maybe this is the right. It happens. And then and then and then he's our guy. All right. I'm gonna go back to that same game, dude, falcons and Alliance. Tony rides Detroit Lions. I'm gonna do it, but we've been talking about I said, it's all about identifying whether or not a player can repeat what he's done in the past, based on game situation, and I think Deon dress with can this week. I think there's gonna be a lot of scoring in this game we talked about the poor defense is on both sides could be a high scoring affair. On get this. The Falcons allow the most receptions to running backs. This season on catching the ball. He's your target guy, Mandy Andreas with a pretty good start. I think to repeat, maybe not two touchdowns, but I think good production this week is a top 15 R B against the Atlanta Falcons. Look atyou coming around on the target conversation Well, and me, You know, I'm putting on my Honolulu blew over. I'm trying to wreck a train lines a little bit here on a lulu blue. You know, that's their official color. Yes, Fantastic Hands and Tony driving is Ford. That you have a Prius, huh? No, No, It's a Ford edge, buddy. But it's got the EcoBoost engine buddy and whatever, who's you want? So my wide receiver. I mentioned him earlier in the broadcast Isa rookie and he's matching up with a rookie quarterback in Cincinnati. Cincinnati's at home against Cleveland. I'm going with tea, Higgins and it's more of a hot hands pick. I'm hoping that it's kind of like with the Chase Claypool couple weeks ago. Yeah, he was six catches for 125 yards last week, seven targets Um, but I do like the borough Higgins rookie to rookie match up since week two. He's averaging seven targets a week, and also, Higgins is going up against Cleveland, D B. Award, and Ward has given up four TVs on 30 targets. Some thinking Higgins might continue to eat. Okay, So you're going. You're going, Higgins. I'm going to go the other way. Same game, dude, how about this? I'm going with the other receiver. I'm taking Tyler Boyd, who? Cincinnati Bangles. And here's why I agree with you. I think I think Burrow is gonna have a nice week. I think the matchup is favorable for them against the Browns this week, Browns and coming off a tough game. I think they could bounce back, but I think this is a winnable game. For the Cincinnati Bengals and Tyler Boyd is a guy who's put up 1000 are receiving years in back to back seasons. Right. Joe Burro is a guy passing the ball extremely well. I think to start his young career Tyler but only two games of double digit targets and tea. Higgins has taken away from him just a little bit, but eight targets five or 54 last week, and I think he's capable of finding the endzone. He did lose a fumble last week, but Not gonna happen a lot. I think Tyler Boyd fits a good matchup in a game where one of our guys could go off. Let's just hope that it's both of them Tea, Higgins and Tyler, But I think we're both on board with that beautiful. I love it. See again, like you said earlier in the in the podcast. Sometimes we just see certain matchups and we both gravitate towards them. So so we still we show up next week, and it was 38. Two. Brown like the Bengals, get a safety on Baker, and that's it. 38 2. That's the final. No fantasy guys. Also, I failed to mention earlier that along with my good pick of cousins last week, I also pick Julian Edelman last week to catch two catches for eight yards against the Broncos. What's a quote to quote Vinny and my cousin Vinny when the judge asked him about how well he did in his in his murder, trying up in New York, he said, you know, When some loose um that's the way I understood that this was the fantasize this podcast Adam Copeland. Creative. Tony Ryan Hope you guys have.

Fantasy football 2020: Your draft kit for the upcoming season

"Okay. So we've got up to ten draft tips for you. Get. One Draft. At least two software why don't you Sunday? You still. People's draft status draft number one that is so bad. Let's let me get like the trending players that are either moving up or moving down for you right now last week we talked Damien Harrison Bryce love There are any other players right now that you WANNA spotlight don't don't look at ADP it's outdated these guys are higher or lower. Well I'll start with Bryce love because there's report from a guy that I trust it works for the Athletes Ben Stanbic he's played in some fancy leagues with me before he's. A season fantasy player. He says that it's not a lock that Bryce love will be on the active roster every week if they only carry three running backs because they'll go with Peterson, the goal Gibson in the goes jd mckissick over Bryce love, which is a little bit surprised to read that. So he's probably somebody that has to be trending down One guy that I'm very excited about I've said this time and time again but the reporters continue to glowing is Joshua Kelly you know he's the guy that I don't want to say that I plant my flag with him but he's somebody that I'm going to have a Lotta shares off I. Already have a lot of shares of him loud drafts coming up over the next two weeks and anybody that asked me, who's the sleeper guy that you are highly recommending this is the one because I do think he's going to be the backup to US nickel or the second guy to us neck ler and. He may not have the job over Justin. Jackson now he will have the dob over Justin Jackson by the end of the season. This is the guy that I want on all of my fantasy teams. So would you take Josh Kelley ahead of Bryce love I haven't okay. Would you take Josh Kelley head of Chase Edmunds. See. So that's the the interesting part of it. That's where you have to play the draft. So as the hype continues, maybe you have to take Josh Kelley headed Jason's I haven't had to do that yet. So if it comes down to those are the only two running backs available. Then, I'll probably take Josh Kelley over Jason, but you know if chase Edmunds becomes the guy for the Arizona. Backfield, he's probably going to be better than Josh Kelley unless neck alerts.

"This is here the burn. A podcast about the people ideas and politics that are driving the Bernie Twenty twenty campaign the movement to secure a dignified life for everyone at living in this country. My name is Brownish Gray. And I'm coming to you from campaign headquarters here in Washington. Dc This week. I spoke to two black independent media. Voices who had been on the front lines of pushing back against establishment figures who are all too willing to throw marginalized groups under the bus to advance the corporate interest. The Democratic Party. I I spoke to Tim Black. Whose Youtube show provides a left perspective and much needed catharsis to hundreds of thousands of listeners. Then I spoke to an emerging voice on my lap Justin Jackson a running back for the La chargers who has amassed a cult twitter following with his Predator natural ability to expose the establishments worst in both both conversations recorded prior to the recent circulation of Bloomberg's viral and vile recordings provided useful context for understanding. What black voters are looking for? And how progressivism is very much our movement to. How do you black history month? Let's get started so I'm so glad to be joined today by ten black. Who's a a real player in the left media space? Which as we've discussed many times on this show is so import into advancing I think some of the messaging ideals that are shared broadly in the left movement but are often as visible in the mainstream media. So welcome and thank you for being here. I will thank you for having me. I appreciate his good to see you at. This is amazing right right right so I want to for people who might not be as familiar with you and your work. Can you tell us a little bit? About how your what? Your journey to left media was like well. I've been at this since two thousand twelve right. I started out just covering social issues Someone got shot or if there was someone on death row or we were planning about sentencing. Mass incarceration Anything that Kinda hit the radar for instance. We would talk definitely about Kobe Erica Garner these types of issues up through the thirteenth. And there's some strange happening so my viewers said Tim. You gotTA check out this guy named Bernie's really and I was like what politicians may lie like voted for Obama and trickery and I was like and they just stayed home. And now these are my millennials. Like no you always talk about you. Want to change you know change. The country goes discuss policy. Bro and I said okay. I'll check them out and I was shocked. You know we got this Jewish guy from New York and his different. We're not we're not twins are eight. They got different backgrounds and he was talking about the issues that I was talking about the same stuff and he'd been talking about it ten twenty thirty thirty plus years that I don't want him too much or myself and the track record of being able to go back and encyclopedia and see that he was he never wavered. He's always been outspoken. He was never lack. I'm just GONNA go with the crowd. GonNa. I'm GonNa do what you tell me to do. No He's always of vanguard and that's that's what got me into politics around twenty thirteen okay and did then the did your show than switch to being to having a more political focus point. Did it sneak up on you choice? Well you know it became a guy I got burned was Bernstorff I got. I got motivated to a because I saw this opportunity to you know we gotta get elected in two thousand sixteen so I would fall in what I believed. The beauty of being independent media. Is You get to choose your own content usual topics there's no overseers overlords right and concentrate is people's opinion. What they think actually went down every was shipped in the beginning. Because my people didn't want politics like we will listen to a little. What's up with Roseanne over to Vic's been Hatha what happened to all the other stores but So so at first things went the other way you people got turned off. I had to create a new audience. And and is it as it grew as I kept going new people came in and they were more susceptible and there are some of the older people. Start coming back because you know things heat up around twenty sixteen they start getting a little fevered himself so it was that type of slow pool so I noticed that you hit the consistency point. Really hard just at Bernie has not just been saying the right thing. He's been saying the right thing for a really long time and I have noticed and tell me if you notice this as well I feel like I hear. That point especially emphasized when I talked to my black friends and family and to me what I've taken from that or what my my hypothesis is is because we're a group that feels perhaps particularly betrayed by the political establishment in various ways who feels like recorded only periodically once every four years etcetera. That having someone who does have that kind of record of consistency genders a trust. That is not necessarily there. With every old random senator from a state like Vermont. Perfect analyzing perfect. That's exactly what I was saying. Most adverse conditions for the Sundays. Every other where they come through an election time on Sundays at the Black Church. That's what they do. So that's the guard the guards already on it already. You know susceptive for that. The radars are beaming on that focus. So when you show. They're burning nine. No He's been saying the same thing that just election time. He sat empty rooms. Saying you know he's been talking about mass incarceration before was cool before black lives matter okay. So once that settles in People Realize that Cycle K now let me take a fresh look. And that's what I think. Independent media has to do has had. We had the opportunity to educate them to the history. The long the long road that he's been on. Yeah so do you think you're there are other particular issues are policies that your audience is is more responsive to. I'm because we're we're entering this kind of you. Know Voting Voting period leaves its pedal to the metal. It's go time and we're going to get through Iowa and start going into states that have more racial diversity South Carolina Etcetera. There's a lot of conversation now about how candidates Engender the trust. How do how can attract black voters and you know? Luckily Bernie Sanders has been. Mecca met with Joe Biden among black voters. When asked who are you open to voting for but still I think there's this desire to really earned lock in those votes with some not just the kind of generalized trust but a particular policy Headings pillar policies in your from your perspective. Are there certain issues? That seem to be resonating more with your audience. Absolute tangible tangible tangible policies that address economic issues so for me at the time I had a nine to five when we started. Mass INCARCERATION WERE HOUSES NEPHEWS. Friends neighbors. But you can't just stop there. Of course Bernie Sanders. Most will bust wounds safety for all program plan most comprehensive of any program out there be more people need to talk about it. I would've it from the move tops but economics has to be a focus point as well and I think that this is going on. What people talking about reparations but really just talking about doing better? His the children doing better getting out of the Ho- economically and we know black folks hit hard with the Housing Crisis. So that whole Shebang is where I think. Deposits Focus Economics and upward mobility him. That people that people don't care economic but I'm told on Internet is that it is to talk about. Economics is to in some way undermined. The importance of racially specific programs are racially specific needs or grievances. And Are you telling me that? Somehow I've I've got the round veto. Authentic people love to feel affirmed. Yes we have racial issues. Dirk some candidates with won't even say the word black saw to talk to be without saying it's too black boy. You know what I'm saying. So that's like a slap. We're here with the most loyal voting block particularly you know For the Democratic Party and ninety percent of the time we vote Democrat and a lot of people hesitate. But what are we getting for that okay? So aggregate you talk about. But Bernie's always like he'll he'll sit down to communicate a community. I E mail some formal way to address the issue. He's that I haven't seen the problem with that but he just needs to tag it into economic. So is there a way we can say okay? Well this is what's going on in communities. This is a solution economics. Plays Racist of factor. I think just mentioning the racist. The fact that goes a long way Easing People's minds that. Hey He's not going to be like I don't want to name he's not GonNa be like just you know omit that. There is a racial issue right. Do you find particularly having an online base There Bernie supporters are known to be more engaged online. Certainly we have a larger social media footprint than other campaigns Bernie Sanders by a long stretch has more twitter followers were the first campaign to have a twitch stream and I think still the only with the exception of maybe Donald Trump which is interesting company But you know he understands. I think in a way that some Democrats have been slow to pick up on the real power of social media and the real power of communicating with people online You know the Joe Rogan interview that Bernie Sanders did getting eight million views in the first couple of days you know. Where.

"For years the Democrat Party has defined itself as distinct from Republican mainly on the basis that it's the corporate party that likes minorities whereas Republicans are climate denied. Bigots turns out the entrance of Bloomberg into the race has exposed. Those rules are somewhat lacks the boat. Just look at his record to stop. And Frisk policy was an unconstitutional violation of rights by New York. Federal Court he blamed poor disproportionately black and Brown people for the financial crisis. Hit pushed first full chal security cut and he bankrolled. Republicans who opposed climate action. He was a Republican until recently supporting. George W Bush an address at the two thousand four Republican National Convention. President serves our support. We are here to support him and I am here to support him. Look I get the number. One priority of most Democratic voters is beating trump. But it doesn't help us much but replaced with someone who shares so many of his worst qualities for example Bloomberg and trump are actually aligned on the issue of stop and Frisk. They just keep saying. Oh it's a disproportionate percentage of a particular ethnic group that may be but it's not a disproportionate percentage of those who witnesses and victims describe as committing the murder. In that case. Incidentally I think we disportionately Stop Weitz too much minorities too little. Does that sound familiar? I wouldn't judge you for thinking. He's one turnstile jumper away from taking out a full page ad in the New York Times calling for extrajudicial punishment Allah Donald Trump and. It's not just his record on racial issues. Blooberg has had sixty four sexual harassment and discrimination cases filed against him and is known to be almost a sexist and cruel as our current president. A return to civility. Sure if you think that going from grabbing by the you know what to allegedly nice tits is an improvement but more important than civility takes. Is this all of Bloomberg's flaws? Trump will exploit them and trump will win. He's just better at it. Have you seen Bloomberg endemic attempts at pushing back against trump? I'm not talking about his glossy ads. I'm talking about a bit for Texas. I make say he's Donald. Trump is scared as a cat dog. Pound meanwhile just as he did in twenty sixteen trump will run to the left of Bloomberg. Hell trump work on criminal justice. The release of Alice. Johnson is the port of HCC youth and the low black employment rate. Remember when trump brought all of bill? Clinton's accusers to the debate following the access. Hollywood tape if you look at Bill Clinton far worse minor words and his was action. We know that trump isn't up of doing the same thing to Bloomberg who has ties to quite a few unsavory people himself including TRUMP DONALD TRUMP SEASON NEW YORK. I've actually been quite as saying you're a big Fan but let me ask you. This is the most important point these vulnerabilities we met. Bloomberg simply isn't electable. Unfortunately many Democrats seem not care. The trouble is we have to corporate parties loose campaign finance rules. Myat politicians on both sides of the aisle or competing to raise millions of dollars for TV ad that are scarily effective at dictating popular opinion. The Democratic Party used to be the Party of Labor. Today it's not entirely clear who working people are supposed to turn to two thousand sixteen. Some of them turn to trump others stayed home frustrated about the choice between two candidates who resumes are largely defined by their relationship with Wall Street. Today we risk repeating that mistake as Michael Bloomberg. The final level megabytes of corporate candidates is gaining streams across the country. He has spent nearly three times on ads. As the entire nod billionaire Democratic field come bind and working without having to attend a single debate without laying claim to any policy ideas with AL responding to the questions of a single voter. He has managed to rise to the top of the polls. This is an important points normally when you see a lot of ads you presume. It's because someone is popular electable even but Bloomberg is able to buy these ads because of donations. Which would indicate the PORT FROM EVERYDAY AMERICANS? It's because he has sixty billion dollars in wealth. Bloomberg is the fourteenth richest man in the world. He makes more money than fellow billionaire candidate. Tom stiers total worth every from interest alone this year. He's not using that money to buy another mansion in an offshore tax haven or go on some high octane vacation. Allah the most dangerous game. He's using it to by our democracies. Think I'm being melodramatic. Under the DNC debate candidate had to reach certain fundraising and polling threshold to enter the debase. These rules are what led to candidates like Cory Booker Tulsi Gabbard Kirsten Gillibrand Andrew. Yang missing some debates and ultimately dropping out but when Bloomberg entered the race the DNC. Who just happened to receive three hundred thousand dollar gift from Bloomberg Well? They changed.

Chargers, Melvin Gordon And Ten Million Dollars discussed on SportsCenter AllNight

"Time Joseon adders are reporting the agent for Chargers running back Melvin Gordon has requested a trade because charges are not backing off their offer of ten million per season which represents a roughly twice the salary schedule to make in the final year of his rookie deal they remain at a record you know not wanting to report because he feels like he's valuation is higher than ten million when you have to put that in the context knowing that Todd Gurley right now is what at fourteen point three lay beyond del thirteen one David Johnson at thirteen million my understanding is that the comp that in being out there right now is that David Johnson and Melvin Gordon are similar in terms of how they should be paid and they are definitely still at a gap between those numbers and so right now he's going to stay out until the situation gets resolved nice of Gordon toll charges that if he does not receive a new deal that's acceptable obviously he'll sit out demanded trade he's followed through on both threats Louis Riddick Damien woody Chris Mortensen with insight on how this plays out in if Gordon has any leverage in this hold out he doesn't have the leverage because the charges obviously feels so his replacements is number two or number three players like Austin Meckler Justin Jackson will give them enough of a of a level of production a percentage of production may not equal what number will give them enough to where they have enough other weapons on the field to make up the difference and they're just going to go with the you know one year at a time type of philosophy and if he doesn't like it then they're gonna trade I think he's out on the football team before the regular season starts and hopefully he can find that one suitor who not only is willing to pay a high price to get him but is also willing to pay him long term which is what he's after after lands a former running back and running back coach and the one thing I know by if the land he's very confident that he can find another running back you mention it already the fact that Philip rivers in the last year for the of Joey Bosa is coming up they have players in the pipeline so to think that Melvin Gordon's going to get you know the levy on bail early heard Todd Gurley absolute because are guaranteed a lot of people looking to toggle the contract and is like wool we don't want any part of that so okay Melvin Gordon is in a situation where he's not gonna get paid by the Los Angeles Chargers and more likely he's going to be sued no with another team actually ten million dollars is the charges off and that's kind of where the value him and they do have other contracts to get done and they're not a cash rich team we've established that for different reasons that without getting into details Melvin Gordon's only played one full season out of a source for any is a good back is he an elite back you can argue one way or the other but the bottom line is the charges are going to get permission for Bilbo is represented to go get a trade they want to control the situation he's not levy on bills he has a contract levy on bill did not have a contract last year so it's not a similar situation ten million dollars is the charges off and that's kind of where the value him and they do have other contracts to get done and they're not a cash rich team we've established that for different reasons that without getting into details but Melvin Gordon's only played one full season of the source for any is a good back is he in the league back you can argue one way or the other but the bottom line is the charges are going to get permission for Bilbo is represented to go get a trade they want to control the situation he's not levy on bills he has a contract levy on bill did not have a contract last year so it's not a similar situation ultimately I think the charges feeling and we talked about this yesterday and make your Damian Moore and and the lens perspective is they do fill like if necessary if gore insanity assigned eventually then you can put them on the market as a team it is the one with the agent do the shopping Eric Williams covers the Chargers for ESPN provided this take on why the charger should find a resolution with Gordon if they have aspirations to make a run in the playoffs he was on Spain and company yeah I mean it's basically a stand off at this point you know Gordon wants to be paid amongst the highest running backs normally he thinks his his statistics over the last couple years point to that he should be pay you know like David Johnson girly let me del the Chargers obviously disagree on that date they are pricey them again according to reports and and I believe they're accurate about ten million per year you mean another structure the contract how much of that is guaranteed how much that is fully guaranteed when he would receive that type of money so those are things that are going on in terms of negotiations to try to get Melvin in the camp I did the things that are promising if both sides want to get a deal done Melvin Gordon wants to play for the charge the Chargers want Melvin Gordon the place so you would think at some point there there would be a compromise that could be made to get Mel in the camp because he remains to be seen you know Melvins representation that told the Chargers that you know that they would demand a trade at the contract demands aren't aren't made the charges are willing to trade him they basically haven't control for the next two to three years due to make five point six million in the following years rookie deal and they get franchise in another couple years no but it is important in terms of where the charge you want to go in the post season they can win games without knowing the crew that last year they want **** when no one was injured the issue is is can they want simple without melon and I think the answer probably is no and so I think that does give me a little bit of leverage yeah well he might want to look Gordon at levy on bell scenario the now jets running back doesn't second guess himself for sitting out last season a decision that cost them fourteen million in salary he did say you wish you could have told fantasy owners some type of way to not draft him or pick him never made it on the field

"Be N._F._l.. Teams are in training camp but that doesn't mean every player is we've got hold doubts in key spots Saints Michael Thomas Chargers Melvin Gordon who else Yana can gakugei Jacksonville Trent Williams in Washington and of course Ezekiel Elliott in Dallas the big one big name that everyone's watching out there in oxnard California all guys that <hes> are heading into either the final year of their deal or wants some sort of adjustment on their contract before camp or the season starts so we gotta go through all these the person who helps us make sense of all this stuff is our own Adam schefter so Adam Una make this pretty simple. I will give you a name and you tell us the latest on that player. Start with Ezekiel Elliott of of the cowboys will Zeke Elliott has not shown up in Oxnard California side of the Dallas Cowboys training camp and they're going through physical today. They are basically supposed to be attending a team meeting and there's no sign of Zeke right now which tells you soup that it looks like at the very least Zeke Watch is underway and it certainly feels like this is going to be a hold out while the two sides tried to see if they can come up with a new deal for Zeke Elliott but no signs of him California this yet and no signs as of November by the chargers camp right now then this one is going to go on for a while the two sides basically have their own stances. There have differing pains. Nobody Gordon's value. I don't see this getting south anytime this summer I I think this one looks like it has a real chance to go into the regular season. It's time for Austin Ecuador and Justin Jackson and no Michael Thomas in New Orleans still you take the reading receiver off that team. The saints have offered to make them the highest a wide receiver receiver in football. It sounds like he wants to get to a very high threshold north of twenty million dollars a year. We'll see what they can get there where the saints a willing to budge but Michael Thomas wants to become not just a highest eight wide receiver in football but the highest paid wide receiver football by a long shot right now while we wait for Julio Jones deal to potentially come in later this summer Adam sit tight we we'll come back to you as as needed. We're going to go back and talk about Ezekiel Elliott though how important is even to the cowboys he's led the N._F._l.. Rushing yards per game in each of his first three seasons the only other players to do that in the ninety nine year history of the N._F._l.. or Jim Brown and Earl Campbell perhaps you've heard of them. Both of those guys are in the hall of fame name safe to say that few running backs have ever had a better start to their careers then has Ezekiel Elliott

Can I drop kerryon Johnson, or do you think he'll be back soon? If you need someone for this week, you can drop him. Yeah. I wouldn't drop him for a stash. But if starter you can which could drop them today. Play defense against somebody else in your league. You have completely try to pick them up Saturday derise. What over some of what I did was? And then the nice thing is if someone else picks him up you can say, oh, wait, I didn't mean to drop him. Right. Aaron Jones or Justin Jackson PR. I'm going Jackson if no Melvin I'm going here. "And so first off you can run on the chiefs right twenty fifth against the run over the last four weeks. So there's that and we always talk about this. What's the most the two most important things in fantasy success talent and opportunity and Justice Jackson. We you know in the short in the small sample. We have we think there's something talented there and opportunity is abundant remember since week eight charges running back gaining the second most yards per carry before first contact that offense of line starting to play. Well, and like last three weeks, he's there's actually some big playability there again all this small sample size. But last three weeks Justin Jackson has at twenty five touches three of them. I'm sorry. Six of them of the twenty five touches six them have gained seventeen or more yards by comparison. Austin equa only has two of fifty. So I mean, there's there's some big play there and some of that's holes and some of that's scheming. But the fact that matter is is that in the small sample that we've seen him, Mike. Justin Jackson is impressed. Yeah. No question about if five point two yards per carry against small sample, but he's caught off five of his targets. He's been affected so far. And you know, sometimes there are teams or offenses or backfield's where especially backfield's where you're like. This is a great fantasy backfield their chiefs being a great example of that in your the saints and other one say Ingram went down. We're always off season when he was suspended. We were talking about who's going to be that number two where we subtracted to that. Well, the chargers are one of them. They are second in running back fantasy points this season only seven behind the saints. I mean, that's how great that backfield has been whether it's Akhalgori. Or Jackson mixing in. So this is a great spot. There's no question he can push for upward of fifteen seventeen. Touches maybe more. If the games close. Now, the only reservation I'd have is it could be a very pass heavy game for the chargers, especially if they're behind in this game. And maybe they don't throw the running backs a lot and this one either I mean that that's really the only red flag is that it could end up being a shootout. And a lot of the targets will go to the. But honestly, like to me, I think I would be at somebody who might start Justin Jackson and a couple of leagues like I'll be able to get them in. I have I have been my vampire league and have been one other league. So I haven't looked at my lineups yet. So I I may be starting him this week. I would be excited about a shootout. Because then I think there's a chance they found the end zone question. And even the you mentioned he's caught five passes. So here's a guy that I think will be back there, you know in the backfield. And so whether there's dump offs from Philip rivers and just being on the field and a game with it's gonna be a lot of scoring. You know, I think is would be beneficial to Justin Jackson again thinking. About how you attack the chiefs running the ball against them as one of them. The more you run the ball the less time. Patrick Mahomes has on the field thirsty. Cal throws up on the screen that in his final collegiate season Justin Jackson caught forty four passes. So that's within his skill set as well. As a pass catcher man a ton of volume that final season college. I think he had over three hundred carries through just a crazy workhorse role. But I'm with you. I will have him top fifteen. There's no question. He's a fringe Rb one. I'm just saying it could be a little different from a normal game script for the charge. And that of course, and he's not Melvin Gordon, but like to find a guy in the waiver wire that could be a top team play..

"And he's culture protocol. They're playing on Thursday at Kansas City. So just what I think is the obvious. If Justin Jackson is available. He's the number one priority right by fort away. He is seventy nine percent owned. And I know he came off a terrible game. But we'd we'd probably like him the Kansas City Chiefs. This year have face a lot of running back tandems. But if you look at what they've given up to the running back position twenty two hundred total yards seventeen touchdowns in thirteen games. Second most fantasy points to running backs. The most receiving yards per game to running backs five point one yards per carry the running back since with Justin Jackson could be looking at do you guys think Melvin Gordon still has a chance to play? Sure doesn't sound like it. I mean, he's got a practice in order to get on the field. Doesn't sound great at this point. But I think he has a chance I don't expect him if you were playing do you expect him game favorite game? Get ready for it. Tyreek hill is expected to play. So we do expect tyreek hill play this week. Baltimore has not announced starting quarterback yet. So you know, you just said you're excited about the mar- Jackson the Tampa Bay and he's had nothing but great matchups in his last four games. Cincinnati Oakland at Atlanta at Kansas City, and he's come through and six point passing touchdown leaks. Twice four passing touchdown. At least. It's been pretty solid in all four games. Yeah. Do you? Do you fear? Joe flacco role. That's that's why I have it the water that I do which is Lamar Jackson ranked ahead of Josh Allen. But I if we get obviously closer to the end of the week, I think he may end up with more Jackson bench, not be spread. Be so bad when Jamie feared a little bit. Yes. Which is ranked way. Does he has Josh Allen is his top waiver wire quarterback priority and Jackson two? And then Nick Mullins, Derek Carr. Jordan Reed could miss the rest of the season with a toe injury and Vernon Davis could be someone that people turn to this week. We're on that later. All right. It's tougher. Everybody's favourite game. Do you expect as we sit here on Tuesday morning? Ben Rothlisberger against New England. Sure. Yes. Ryan tannehill at Minnesota. Yes. Oh, L Beckham against Tennessee. Yes. We don't have rain chip. But yes, James Connor against New England. Not as no Spencer ware against the chargers. He didn't practice on Monday. But I think he's still he's got a better chance to play the Melvin Gordon. There's been no indication these Missy. The Shawn McCoy and Chris ivory against the trait. No is air crow elegance Houston Saturday. Not as now. No, kerryon Johnson at buffalo practice. Yeah. We're thinking at this point nap Brita against Seattle. I hope not stay away and Austin Hooper against Zona. I'm sorry who Austin hoop. Zoda? You got banged up late for the falcons as of now, I'm not expecting okeydokey. So let's just kind of get into some of the names. You know, how it goes everybody. We'll give you some names. Now, we'll go more in depth later on in the show. We will also talk about the do we have to talk about the Sunday night game, the bonanza. I got a good tweet. Thank you probably thought to all of us. The bonanza was so bad that it messed up Monday night football. I was I was Carson Wentz. Short of my Josh, Allen, prediction. Gough Bisky and went softer Bisky Wilson cousins and went. Oh, yeah. How about that?.

"He refused playing with george hill de'aaron fox or or maybe we'll see mason it and boxed together but at shooting guard is net rating is a negative 20 which again is up pretty awesome when you're a king but at small forward negative fifteen points out in the defense falls off a cliff at and that just highlights that they don't have really a thing approaching a starting quality small forward on this team it had been sorted justin jackson lately it he hasn't done all that much of what are the things that i've been killingly colleagues signed four for awhile is that his postups and uh i watched a little bit of that king's blazers game when daimler it had fifty point than so a police i went up for a hook shot that like hit the backbone coming crossland that hit the back four than like barely grazed the rim coming back off the backboard to the side had collateral put went to the bob you could just a bit outside as economy look up posts up that going to be terrible not actually the case a pointing seven points per possession was pretty close to average in the one place he's been really effective as if he gets it on the left blocked likes to come across the middle for his hook shot if he gets it on the right block he's really been it's been ugly point six eight points per possession and he's definitely a black hole in there that could get doubleteamed hill trying to just lied in and and throw up a shot but it does seem to be going in when he can get to that jump hook when he's forced to go to a countermove or something else it it doesn't work as well for him but at the numbers are just slightly below average rather than what i thought would be completely terrible i still don't think that he's going to be oppose up threat but i'll give a little more credit than i thought i would be going in when i started to that analysis and.

"I appreciate all your insight you and i agree that they're going to miss beverly defensively i don't know outta everett's when you're is because the rockets weren't lagier yet i didn't get by santer donio was close easter gotta be golden state who's could've cover golden state's guards paul is undo sized not as quick as he used to be and harden's not a good defensive player so go you're going to shutdown golden state's guy david's to get to the nba final somebody else going do your dirty work before you get there and have to take on those state i just don't get that trade and about the king's would probably touch on this over the weekend here on cbs a group puncher experts we've had on over the last week herself but the king's had wanted the sneaky best drafts in the nba by getting darren fox at five am i'm not a big justin jackson guy on north carolina some people are i'm not near is bigger fan and harry giles's complete boom or bust he's got joel embiid written all over him if harry dialed plays thirty one games in his first three years the same way m b did don't be shocked now at the sixers are tying their future the franchise doing beef because the thirty one games he played he was great is it goes any veterinary nba now they're continuing to believe all you do stay out the it and we're going to take off you'll be stay healthy and that's been harry giles's issue since time he's fifteenth at three major surgeries already on his knee a act where they talk on may twenty i think it was worth the risk but if you put a lotta eggs in his best it's a pretty shaky basket and i too like mason who they got the second round the point guard from kansas who was college basketball player of the year here's the problem he's point guide he's a pure point guard at that and he's a little under size darren fox is gonna be the starting point guard sacramento and he's slightly under sized in these a little underweight for me to i don't think you.
