"And that's causing. You know the stock market, Tonto. Takes and pause and there is mortgage bonds or mortgage backed securities have Justin flat since That's a little lower than where they were last week. That's all. So you're still phenomenal. They're still fantastic. Okay? And and Jerry for 30 year fixed rate good credit like a 7 20 year higher. Um what are we looking at, Like 3.5 for or I'm sorry, 2.5 3. A cricket Yes. Unbelievable. And then what about 15 years? Slightly higher? Um, then purchases. So one thing when someone's getting quotes. Rates are not the same anymore confirm that that happened. Pretend be the Fannie Mae was going to start implementing a few months back. They got postpone. Well, now it is in definitely in full effect, so The finances are about an eight higher than purchases are so refinance 30 Year fixed is gonna be a 2.65 or purchase would be a 2.5. I mean, you know the best credit score and scenario and all that should be in the house, etcetera. And then what about a 15 Year loan? They're down and 2.252 point 375, depending upon if it's a purchase or refinance and then veterans via loans. Yeah, down in the low two's just like half a tael owns down in the low twos. That's awesome news and Tina was saying that a reverse mortgage rate right now is 2.6%. I cannot believe they're that low. I know crazy. I know. I mean, we've been tracking these rates all the way back. I've got the data back to 1971 and we Never went below 6% ever until 04. So to be sitting here in the low twos. I mean, it just just mind blowing It is mind blowing. So what timeline Jerry? Like on a purchase. I know you ramped up your team. What's the fastest close that you could safely you know, say on Ah, purchase and then compared to a re finance just to kind of have people prepare a little They're so purchases they're taking about 30 days. Refinances air taking 60 days. Uh um And I don't You know again, I can close a purchase. In two weeks. The biggest holed up on a purchase is going to be the appraisal, right. So if someone wants to close quickly, the recommendation is to please order the appraisal. You know, early on in the process, because if you wait till after inspections and then order an appraisal than think you'll close within 30 days, it's not real inspection. If you order the appraisal early on in the process, then yeah, you can easily close in 30 days. Sure Purchase and the It seems to me that the appraisers have actually gotten a lot faster than you know, At one point in time, it was three weeks just to get somebody out there, and it seems like that's moving faster now. Yeah, I would agree. I think things are are moving faster as long as something fits in the box. If it's if it's a little outside the box. I think Frazer's air are still taking, um Taking longer to get those done. So like boy, if you've got a house on that lemon It's not like the turnaround time on the house on Mount Lemon's gonna be 10 days, right? It maybe three weeks for something like that. Sure got you. So no better time to do a refi or or at least come in and have a financial check up and see what you can do. I mean, I've When this is all done, I will not have a single loan that is more than 3.5% on rental properties on everything. I mean, that's just unbelievable, was higher than that for a mortgage recently. What clean glowing skin.

"Paddled up to him and I kind of had to fake. This confidence like I'd done this million times when I got to him. I was just acting like this was no big deal. You know like Oh. Hey what's going on? You know 'cause I really just did my first rescue about an hour and a half before then you know so. This is like my second rescue and it was much bigger surf and so I told them I said Hey. We got a paddle back up at sunset. 'cause by now we're drifting down the coast a little and so. I started paddling with him. Holding you know he was holding onto the back of my paddle board and he was of trying to paddle to and I realized he was just dead weight. He couldn't Patta leaves so tired so we got rid of his board and he jumped on the rescue boards and now we were to on the board and we are in the outer reefs since that was totally closed out and then I sat up on the board and then I it was almost like the music stopped. The record stop does like Holy Shit. I just realized I've never done this before you. I did it an hour earlier but it was in smaller. Surf is really close to shore and it really started to set in. I was looking towards land and all I could see you as the back of these huge waves in and I was like okay and I knew. Roger was watching me with binoculars you know. He's like this specter up at the tower in the background the whole time. Yeah and it's almost like it's not even the kid I'm worried about. It's like I gotTa make sure I do this for Roger. It's like It's the the big test you know and I know his I can almost feel them breathing down my by my neck. You know when you when you do the training in lifeguard training you practices rescues in a Calm Bay you know. They don't really go out in huge surf to do these rescues. You do these practice rescues and small surfer Justin flat water. So there's no real answer to how to do it. I just had to figure it out on my own. You know and what I did basically as I said I told the kid I said look you know the board has these big handles on the front and I said when I say paddle. You paddles hard as you can. But when I say stop you gotta hold onto these handles. And just don't let go and he said you know he said okay. I could tell he was scared but I was still trying to pretend like this is nothing you know so what I did. I waited for a good set to come in and we paddled for it and we paddle paddled paddled and we were caught in every just about ready to drop his almost tempted to just just ride the wave but that could have been disastrous. So what I did is as soon as we're about to take off on. I just dug in my legs and let the wave passes so we coasted down the back of the wave and then I said start paddling again and so we started paddling starting paddling and I just hear this great crash behind us and I remember having a moment where I thought that was so peculiar because in surfing. You're never in that position. And so I just said hold on and and he held on I lean back on the tail of the board to keep the nose up and we just got swallowed up by this Whitewater and I totally wrote us off. You know I said there's no way we're going to come out of this with the board. Were just GonNa get ripped apart here? It was like being inside of rocket. Ship miraculously we got shot out of the wave and onto the flats and we're bouncing onto the in the wave. Kind of gobble up again and then shot us out again and we just got this total hell ride all the way to the inside and when we got close to the the the sand I just pushed him into this little wave and the wave pushing them up into the crowd because there is a bunch of tourist behind tape taped off the beach and he just flew up into the crowd and the whole the whole crowd cheered and everything and you know such a great feeling you know. I felt like a hero. You know you. I felt like I really saved the kid's life you know and and I got back up in the tower and about fifteen minutes later and I looked outside and a huge outer reef. Wave broke right where we just were like a giant giant wave. And if I'd been twenty minutes later we would have been out there riding. It would have been a really bad situation so we just made it in time. Yeah Roger might have had to finally get out of the tower and getting the Water. Your come get me. You know but it's funny to you know it's it was one of the greatest feelings I ever had to be able to save. Somebody's life like that and all the training that you do all the thought that you put into it that it actually worked out Rogers reaction when you guys finally washed up on the beach in front of everybody you know. I don't really remember what his reaction was then. a little. While later I was I was eating lunch. And he was sitting next to me and he's still not talking much. You know I forget the conversation I said something and then he he He he gave me kind of a compliment. That was huge for me. Said you know because that was textbook that was textbook and for me. That was like the biggest compliment I've ever had. But if a so so roger he's just he's Kinda quietly mumbled that.

"Room available on Gary Hoffman Hey Janet thank you let's just say three Gary and Shannon I was just like yesterday he was a baby it was a little baby nineteen ninety two and now got married there is a big now I can't hold them like this anymore wow I didn't think you did you try you mean today no no no I did the math and like Brian Williams and I realize that I could not hold neck and my arms anymore but in nineteen ninety two I could have this getting married this weekend the time it just goes by so fast isn't it good news is my understanding is it may even rain on next waiting all that is locked which is first to two good reasons that that's that that's in the forecast number one it's inside and number two it's a rain on your wedding day it's a free ride you can already see I could listen to that all things stop line yes and you can only this Moore said said it's a it's a beautiful sign it's my favorite karaoke song is it really I promise you that and no scrubs by my two thought we may compete with the on the No scrubs things Tyler we're gonna have to get Landis Morissette karaoke version of of what's this Iran Iran Iran and that's what it is my it's technically not ironic my go to is the gambler Kenny Rogers yeah because I can't I can't sing like a woman do you like to say I got a serial that you like you dabble in a little Johnny Cash the religion actually it was a cigarettes everyone makes bad decisions it's about for ten years all right so the the corona virus thing that's where we're going to start today but it and I guess technically it's ever gonna end as well because we're gonna be talking again with LA county public health director Barbara Ferrer Dr Barbara Ferrer about what's going on we this is this is not an attempt to blow anything out of proportion we're trying to keep it in perspective we're trying to make sure everybody understands this is a high profile thing that's going on but in terms of the actual danger to you in your everyday life it's still very low so I was telling my husband about how we're gonna have the LA county public health director on every day at one fifty and he said all I don't like that because that messes with the nuggets time that's the point but it doesn't we're gonna move up the now gets to one twenty so you'll have your full serving of the nine news now gets you need to now yeah to that point to your point I stumbled into an office this morning three or four people highly intelligent people speaking about this one of them was like I'm going to London and a couple weeks and I've got at your plans and the other ones like you better cancel those plans because it's it's just being in that incubator of a plane you know such as London it's the plane part where just it's all regurgitated if one person's got it you're gonna have it on a plane the problem being this is not a zombie movie that and I think people are forgetting that yes there could be one infected person on a plane of two hundred and twenty but the chances that two hundred and nineteen other people on that airplane cabinet are minuscule absolutely infinitesimal yeah so I mean that's the kind of thing that we have to keep in mind about all of this stuff and the simple I mean we are reaching a point of pecan washing do you realize that more people are washing their hands now I mean in the last seventy two hours then it probably wash their hands in the entire decade previous I know three people around here that are walking around with your L. in the pocket yeah and and I don't think there's anything wrong with that there's it's okay to be you know aware of your surroundings and aware of your cleanliness and I was terrified yesterday of giving people the wrong impression I was sitting in the barber shop waiting for my turn in the chair and I went like this I cleared my throat and then I did something wrong like I cleared it and then bring you did real quick so I had they got caught and I had to full look around when yeah it's okay it's not a dry cough I have been to Italy I'm fine yesterday after work or after the show I'm in our office and I hear a woman walking down the hallway with that dry cough and I immediately like the ears up in the cartoon animal I'm like who the hell is that age it would something that would never alarm me before this whole thing happened now I went to a workout class and it's one of those classes with different stations different that you know activities it sounds weird but you know what I mean and it's one of those ones where like you change your station and we always high five each other and the instructors like I give you your partner high five team work and that is like now if you don't want to do that though it's okay you can do a **** bump and I'm like a lot but Bob this is apparently a thing that instead of like a fist bump or a high five you you tap your **** together and I'm thinking to myself all chance the corona virus before my **** bombs a stranger's **** **** huge that's odd okay with the airborne double guns I don't or they're just like good job okay about that what we have to touch each other that's a that's a funny question I you know so the whole class and begin please nobody but but me please nobody but but me I don't know how that's gonna go and then also another chapter of I cancel that cruise I'm going on and that I'm no longer going on right my mom called a family trip she called to to cancel everything and they said now if you book for next year all your drinks will be free now that is a huge concession because that's where they make their money right on the coffees and the alcohol and you know you get a glass of wine it's ten Bucks you know you have three that's thirty Bucks thirty five dollars a day you know that's it you got a latte in the morning or whatever and that's another five right so you're looking at like forty fifty Bucks a day well I. anti dollars today you know I don't know what your choices you're making but that's where they make their money and depending on how when your days at sea you're on that ship the whole time and so for them to CRT say that they'll waive all of that yeah that's a big deal is huge we're going to see magnificent travel deals in the next several months I mean I told yesterday I got the email from from Alaska Airlines that said Hey you know this is what we do on a regular basis were in touch with all of our health officials that we were we consult with on a regular basis and let me in mention our ninety nine dollar fare sale I mean this is going to be the time if you are healthy you're not overly concerned about this you choose the right places to go to this would be a great time to travel it's gonna be so cheap there are flights to Hawaii for ninety nine dollars round trip yeah that I mean not round trip each way is me I'm now is Seattle the place you want to go no I don't know I I don't know remember that the there's some absurdity going on here there's a British tabloid called the Daily Mail I don't know if you saw the headline it was referencing some of the people here in LA county who have come down tested positive for corona virus and the way we when Dr Barbara Ferrer was on yesterday she referenced them all being part of a known group they were all on a group they were all together they were in a specific ski resort in Italy and that's how that's where they got it the it's a known quantity right when the Daily Mail wrote up this story it said that there were people who tested positive only ten miles away from Kim Kardashian's house that was their point of reference guide now like it can happen to even the rich and the famous right because it's right around the corner from her did did you since we're here right the one of the sick guys is in is in Providence Tarzana so do you feel threatened by a guy who's in the hospital now in Tarzana or to family members of his that have self quarantines tested positive do you feel threatened here in the valley okay you shouldn't but if you if you say from across the pond you go all it's only ten miles away from Kim Kardashian what would happen if she and the kids and cognac dot corona virus with a K. that's we have to keep in mind what's going on in Seattle where the the main epicenter of the problems in Washington state are in one specific care facility in one town suburb of Seattle that's a good fifteen twenty miles away from downtown Seattle so that I mean just to keep it in perspective the fish they say are still flying at pike place market it is a little bit slower but it remains in full operation now there are a number of companies up there Amazon Microsoft I forget the other big tech company that have sent a local office of their Google have said for people to stay home and work from home if you don't need to come in it's okay for you to stay home indeed tonic actually works for Microsoft and is one of those people who was told to Hey if you want to keep if you want to hang out at your own place that's cool many are you wearing sweats today what's going on yes I am I'm actually Justin flat and I'm on my computer at home and all of my meetings are Viet teams meetings with video conferencing and just working away at home now Microsoft has disclosed its first known cases of infection among its employees has that been a a piece of conversation amongst you and your colleagues this morning it sure has and that several communications have gone out throughout the company what are they saying yeah they're saying to just stay home and wash your hands than stay yes they well have you noticed any sort of pain of people freaking out is there any sort of panic as what about the greater Seattle area to have you noticed anything or just everything seemed to be running normally L. my guys there's lots of panic I went to the grocery store five miles from my house and I would say about a third of the grocery store was empty shelves and it was mainly the consumer goods items and that the D. and cleaning products and you almost can't find toilet paper these days at a grocery stores what is the government what are the local officials saying about that because we've they've been telling us in California listen a run on that stuff like toilet paper and Bader a sorry toilet paper and bottled water doesn't make any sense don't do it have they said anything like that to you you know Hey not not so much I think this everyone wants to do what what they want to do and you know it's everyone's own way of a what they want to get to stock up have you been able to check and see what traffic is like because my understanding is that it's just non existent it is I actually and drove into the office for ten minutes yesterday right around four o'clock and is there is there is really no one on the roads I just ran into the office so that I could get sun and some supplies in my office so that I could shut it down and be at home for the rest of the month well everything's fine do you know anybody is tested positive my understanding is that there are too much I know there's thousands of them but thousands of Microsoft workers but that too tested positive now I don't know thank you so much for joining us and enjoy working from home rodeo all right yes you bet Mindy tunic there works for Microsoft in Washington was told not like a lot of people up in that area that you can totally work from home if you must did you hear about this how king county up there which is where Seattle is king county is going up by a motel intent to house people with this thing so I was talking with Nick about this earlier the geography of that.

"This next part that we're going to talk about. I WANT TO MAKE. I want to make it very clear. Like I really didn't like it when I saw. He did this. Whole interviewing all of the headlines are like Justin Bieber talks about Selena Gomez. It's like a million other things but he did talk about her so I want to just get into that so the end of your says what was hurting you at that time and Justin says I think I was just hurt from my previous relationship. I think I was still dealing with a lot of unforgiveness and all that sorta stuff to be honest. I don't think I even knew what I was really struggling with at the time. I don't think I knew I was dealing with. I don't think I knew I was dealing with forgiveness. I was just in a place where I knew. I didn't want to tell her one thing and I felt like she respected me the time and I had a lot of respect for her and I just didn't want to say something and then she'd me off doing some other thing and so either way she loved me and see me with other people hurt and so with that being said she went out and did things that hurt me and so it was just as our and so it was just as hurt. I heard her. She hurt me and then before we really just stop talking at this time. She's talking he's talking about. I was really upset and rather than you know before that and my previous relationship I went off and I just went crazy and went wild and was just being reckless. This time I took the time to really build myself and focus on me and try to make the right decisions and so I got better and she would reach out to people that we knew and check in and she'd be like she she. He's talking off camera now or talking to Haley off camera now and he's like rate here like oh he's doing so well and she'd be so pissed off because she's like he's doing what without me like just normal right and Haley off camera says as much as you WanNa think you're happy for someone. It sucks to hear that they're happy without you suggestions like so sheet here this straight. You hear this and you'd be like what he's doing. Well how is so interesting? Actually literally could talk about that today. I know well because also aside from anything else. That's like the most realistic part of a relationship that ended is like talking to your mutual friends. About how the other person's doing being upset that they're doing fine even though you know they're probably not doing fine and also you want them on a human level because you care about them you want them to be doing fine. You don't want them to be hurting. But the selfish part of you was like wait a second year. Okay without me right. It's like you feel so unneeded we'll also. I think a huge takeaway from this was. I think that we always imagine their relationship. Prior to this as like a casual hook up like there was just nothing to it and I think there's a lot more to what they went through previously than we thought. Yeah I so agree I mean I don't WanNa give away and we'll get into. He's talked about it but he talks about like the first time he knew. Halley was we're going to do. I have to say but I felt I don't know we as we always say if they something terrible happens and they get divorced and let all of the let everybody else be right and it's fine we can easily. We will take full confidence in saying that we were wrong and we thought that this was madly in love Yeah they're not getting divorced but you know what I mean like. I'll take that fall. Yeah fine I don't care I love. This is kind of how we feel about Cardi offset. We'll we'll say there's so many so many way cardi an offset just got put on this earth happen to have exactly their personalities and they weren't meant to fight. Yeah that's how we feel about hilly and just if all hell hell we stand firm that we still thought it. That's how yeah exactly. So this is when he really talks about how you know at this time during torn right before tour. He really got into in touch with his faith and in total honesty. Like neither of us are really very religious. People like we feel rooted in Judaism. But it's not something that we're thinking about daily and he really he you know Gives credits this. As what kind of changed him off his faith and he he makes a really important distinction later on in like. I'm not by any means trying to push this down anyone's throat because I think that's a common misconception. He's like I'm just saying that this helped me if anybody else is in the same boat. Maybe can help you kind of thing right. He talks about it more. You know being religious more of a recovery program than anything else he. He knows that it helped him. Personally pull him out of really dark time. And I think that it's a really important distinction of the way you view religion when it affects you personally versus how you want it to affect other people exactly so and. Zane asks him. He's like listen. You know if you never got in touch with Jesus which really ultimately led to your reconciliation with Haley like. Do you think the person you were then was on a path of self described destruction and he kind of phrased that very carefully. He was choosing his words carefully and Justin Flat. Out was like yeah. I think it's very possible that I wouldn't have been alive. Yeah you said it was really really dark which we learned in the changes Low Yeah because we didn't realize how dark it was. Yeah they did a really. I mean the seasons in seasons. I I don't WanNa say they did a good job of hiding it but they did a professional job of hiding like we knew he was going through stuff obviously been told by his behavior. But I don't think we realized how dark it was and that was the reason that he was going through stuff because I think that we as onlookers have a real tendency to assume that when young celebrities exhibit erotic behavior that it's just part of who they are and they're just like ungrateful little celebrities. Who are running around doing whatever they want. Rather than being like okay. There's something really wrong here. Yeah exactly and also you know when you don't know what's out there and you don't know what the Pasig I my. I wouldn't have been like. Yeah he was waking up and doing lean everyday right. You know what I mean like. My my knowledge of drugs from a personal level is so kind of minimal in the sense of like Lena something that I have never considered. It's ever my deal. I don't know it. Just it's on my I thought. Yeah so he then talks about Growing up in front of the world and Zina saying that the idea of music a lot of times comes from this desire to escape something but then you get out in front of the world and it becomes almost from a place of wanting attention wanting energy wanting fame and we talk with a lot with like your your brain get so accustomed to being onstage in that constant cheering. That when you're you're looking for the next hi. And he says Justin quote. I mean just think about how young. I wasn't so impressionable. And you have everybody telling me how good how awesome. I was at all times. And they said it's taking a kid and putting a kid never full of nothing but sweets and just saying I'll be back in two days stressing those you know I'll see comes and stuff and you know me talking about my issues and my problems and stuff. And they're like Oh man crime river in your Rolls Royce. You know I want people to kind of understand the psychology behind why potentially could have problems in my life. So yeah thank you for being here in new. Tell that story. This was a moment where he thinks he won. The interviewed shifted because he like broke the like. I know this is not the term here. Don't worry we won't get into our argument always I. I don't mean breaking the fourth walks. It was broken to start with but like he talked about the interview within the interview like he was like yeah. This is really cool that I'm getting to explore. Explain this in the way that I am. Well I think he felt really validated by Zane. Saying it because I think that something that's happened to Justin is that he knows his feelings are real and he knows that you know through therapy. That what he felt was real and you know through what Hayley has comforted him what he knows that his feelings and his psychology behind what he felt was real to him but I think to have somebody else who you know is familiar with the industry and familiar with music familiar with other artists to say to him. Like what you feel is real. It's also a lot of other people go through and it's not invalid for you to not feel that way just because you have money or just because you have a career which that's what you and. I talked about all the time with this kind of stuff. It's like there's a really big yes. Money at the very least is a form of comfort and to be able to have it as such a gift. Because you're afforded these luxuries and all of these. You know comforts of life that other people don't happen. I sure there's nothing wrong with being grateful and acknowledging that but having money does not make it like you're immune to having problems and I think that there's often this misconception with celebrity that like what are you possibly have to complain about. You could be the richest person in the entire world. You still go through the same pain of all of these other things that people go through like you still experience death just as intensely as Others. Do you know like it. Doesn't I think some people expected it some coating over your entire life and it just doesn't work like that. I also think Justin is a really interesting case. Study in this because it's not like he's somebody who kind of grinded his whole life and knew what he was getting into and wanted this so badly and it was like he was working for it for years and years and finally got it like he was thirteen years old. When your thirteen and you're posting videos on Youtube and you get discovered one day in your in a meeting with usher the next and you're on a world tour week later like you don't know one sitting there and giving you the tools to say like okay in eight years. Am I going to be happy with this decision? What is this GonNa do to me mentally? You don't you're you don't have the capability the capacity to think that decision through so a lot of artists can say like. I didn't really ask for this. But just and genuinely didn't ask for this just happened and I think he woke up one day and was like this is my life and I'm supposed to be grateful for that and I know and I am grateful but there's also this whole other side of it that I didn't want and now I'm stuck with. Yeah it sounds like the but also these things exist and I don't think I think we're slowly getting away from that culture of making celebrities feel guilty for having or wanting to hide the fact that they have any problems because they have to only put out gratitude..

course he's better than whatever stepfather who also served you know there's plenty you guys around the league who's the guy to play for Jacksonville man sure of course better than that guy they don't want him in the league the league's already given a big bag of money from the loss to whatever that was a year ago they don't want to keep doing this all their contacted teams are doing this of course he's better than these guys they don't want him no organization wants to stand up there and do six thousand interviews and do all every day about him being on the team they don't want the backup quarterback to garner more attention than their starting quarterback holds a very and the entire team and the and the owner and the head coach and everybody else you do not have to know what he can even just be like in my opinion is almost like you can't even be a player because he's he's bigger than that he's like he's he's let literally like he's and activists tease a you know protester he's a he makes a statement he's he fights for the rights of blacks and everything else which is fine and dandy but it's not fine and dandy to these billionaire white owners they don't they don't want they don't need it they think he's a distraction I think frankly is a pain in the **** and so they just have I without a doubt without it even hesitation I think they've all colluded to keep them out of the lake I mean it's just so obvious that there is not one team that is budget on him in all these years not because they all bow at. just literally why he's a pariah they want nothing to do with them they literally find him to be their worst nightmare like I've never seen anything like it this guy is clearly been blackballed from the NFL the jets could use them tomorrow but they want nothing to do with nobody wants anything to do with him anyway they say is in the best shape of his lives everybody's in the best shape of their life you know it's funny I hear all these guys in in every sport is like I'm this is gonna be you know I got so much to prove this year I have so many people I want to you know how shall show up and and all this other nonsense this guy has been he's a I mean he is a political shacks storm that's what he is he is a gigantic distraction because he gets more attention just walked in the room and eight just opening his mouth up for five seconds and it sets the whole town on fire I mean the guy they want nothing to do with him because he's a lightning rod for controversy that's all there is to it and that's exactly why you never will of course he's better than some of these guys in the league right now should be in the league absolutely he should be in the I would love to see it in the late just to see if anyone if you could actually just play and not be the the act of this but it's not going to be about but you just can't have it and that's the old the owners feel that way I think you should be in the league I think he's better than these guys but I don't know but I also know the facts he's not going to be back in the NFL he's not that simple they let Reid N. and but they but he also is different but he but he was that he was a nail or two and then he but since he's mentally he's opened his mouth a few times a glass version I don't want I don't even want to hear it well he's lucky he's got he's you're right and he still talks it he said that I didn't say today that coverage very bland he says a lot. yeah I know what it is problem is with their hired read no one listens to one right he's not gone camping out some of the brothers on the team love them and they they listened but no one else does everyone else like here we go again shot up. play football shut up. stop trying to save the world okay that's what they're doing change the world fight for your rights and everything went right down there they make millions I mean what what do you want I just find it hilarious that everyone's trying to change the world on the football field really we need to use our platform to change things are gonna change the world by playing in the NFL please the NFL is for heavy capitation and gambling that's what it's for merry Allen in Virginia Hey are you then again this please worry then merry Ellen I can car instead and I was in jail me believe me I shouldn't kid that way probably not and now I have a reputation yeah well now you do now everyone thinks are in jail what's it. but even nervous about your nationals or something and the red skins you've been in hiding. all it should have electro ballot. and calling about my my and Notre Dame fighting Irish. yeah we're down we're we're dogs by two touchdowns. I don't think I've ever like a gas in the Delaware they dogs by those title games I don't know yeah I don't know either I don't remember ever being in a regular season game beyond two touchdown underdog. unless they were terrible like you know they got a couple years back in the eighties and nineties were they were were they were terrible but Richard it's rare that they're terrible in there to to touch down dog. has been in a long time George you can beat him they get beat up by three touchdowns you never know I mean any chance you could is there any possibility in your brain that you think that they entertain could turn it around that's not gonna turn around I scored a hundred and some points in two games they there they look terrific but they haven't really you know that in the New Mexico game to me doesn't even matter that's how easy that was but this is a a real you know test forum and they're gonna have to show what they're made out of I mean obviously they're getting zero respect which I I find laughable but it is what it is I mean I everyone so high on Georgia like they're just god's gift to the world and and you know least I remind everyone that the you know let's face facts in the two times that they had Alabama by the throat by double digits they'd lost both games I mean they couldn't close the door on their own mother I mean honestly so I don't want to hear it how great George is because you know they don't get it done that's all there is to it and so I think they're a good team I think they can you know beat Notre Dame but I gotta tell you at the same time I think Notre Dame can be down I mean they played whatever what was it last year was two years ago it was years ago on south twenty to nineteen but was prime wasn't a quarterback was a. I don't think so there was the other kid but all I look all I know is it was a great game and hopefully this will be a great game I'd rather it's a great game and a one point game that some fifteen twenty point blowout. I still watch that I'd rather see a great game that comes down to the fourth quarter and down to the last couple minutes that's what I want to see I'm not a. did playing that game a couple years ago look I have to tell you that I don't believe you know I'm not over here trumpeting for anybody I don't I like Notre Dame my my whole life as a kid I went to every game Joe Montana ever played every single one of them and I but I I don't I I was never much of a you know trumpeter forum in look in life as an adult okay I'd like Miami for thirty five years and I'm a canes fan which is one one of Notre Dame's biggest archenemies not even a rival Justin flat out archenemy they hate each other athletes in the con right so I don't I don't I'm not over here trumpeting Notre Dame I'm just not stupid okay so Notre Dame is a great football program it makes a boatload of money it's on MBC and they have had this type of rarefied air and status for a long time and I agree as I said and Kerr I said it's not the same language they are hated because of all that there hated because they're on NBC there hated because they're good they're hated because they're always rancor hated because they're always on national television hated for a million reasons and that's fine but it's the it's no different than people hating the patriots right because they when I mean when you're good and you get everything all the best players the best athletes television deals it out your independent everything else you play in BCS title games get played out birds because you're undefeated and other teams might be better than you but you get it anyway it's because that's it's so easy to hate Notre Dame but to sit here and try to sell me that they're not a good football program is just absolute stupidity. it's that simple I mean what more can I say I mean you want me to put god's blessing on it for.

"I won the respect awful lot people too so you know that's that's a good thing despite its name fairly earning limiting his perspective no it took me a need to solve because I was been there before and the cast Miraflores where I did get on Titan no knee so I took a knee assist Siemian UC outgoing and I'm free years ago when a customer stockhow flower is making ironing down again was there so he decided to kind of invoke that that override press out override button an undo what he did I it didn't sit all that well with me I spoke to her employees Melanesia about it afterwards and said that and I said well all it did was was with speed at what they would Anani way Colin how to meeting and a week later they were glad to be to be a no contest we just gotTa we just got it quickly and ahead of time but I just felt for the referee to be honest like he he's he's made his decision and the and it was it was a mistake because he should have been disqualified Martinez but nothing's ever simple in Europe and I just I just don't know the whole thing was all it is quite remarkable isn't it the cinnamon can actually change the as you can over a decision on the spot just like that well when you're in charge governing party came in your pool and your rules you want and that's that's how boxing works or in some people's view doesn't work because it is that simple the main man was that he decides and he oh I did and it was just watching it was strange because it was a roller-coaster wasn't it was a real roller coaster I don't know what Martinez was thinking because he got Charlotte was going in that round hurt Charlie took a knee that was a conscious decision on his part and then he hits when he was down and he was so obviously down it was such an obvious filing knew what he was doing and if not liking than how the good view it he didn't have it did see it I watched this broadcaster they unim- guest but but from from what I saw in the replace he sore it but he was in the process of of doing what he needs to do when somebody takes in the which is got into position in the ring whereby you can see who's down you can see the fighter who's put him down you send him to the furthest neutral corner your petition to communicate with the timekeeper and take up the count that's what he started thinking about as soon as Charlie took a knee what was the problem for mark was the late the late blow that he'd already started to do that so he was on the blindside us behind Charlie when that blow was landed so we saw it and then he kinda off too and that was used as feet took him and he missed Charlie kind of role going from writhing in agony split-second then when he next looks today he's on these days and he probably thinks okay yeah my initial assessment was yes he's hit it's not that bad that would confirm that for him so we started counting once you start counting you can't stop unless you're you're waving it because of series injury I believe what he thought would happen would be Charlie Edwards with beat the count because he'd seen involuntarily taken the and he didn't think the light bloggers out bad he beat the count take point of Martinez for for a foul that's what I think he thought was going to happen but then countered them out and once counted him out he's Ns to watch it back on the big screen and that would open a pleasant experience for him and that will happen with Suleiman happened to me it was you don't get that you get go to a friend and they see what this is how is this to so many things happening boxing Komo explained to have you watched it I haven't seen that back I watched the I was in the changing rooms getting ready to to fight myself I've seen the first round on a full this guy looked phenomenal in from the fast rumble is all of seeing not watched it back yet and blonde I'm certainly will give that a watch however look look I mean it's just is gone from losing his title they'd feel for talk to an extent because it was an obvious obvious to us because we see a from the time bill we say replayed from the perfect angle in slow motion but he did look good you look good you know Charlie was at the very at the very best was in for really hard night they're really hard in way the way it's finished it's done both favor because Martin it should have been disqualified and he's going to get it to fight for the title next Charlie Lucky for Yeah I think it may be those because we don't know what would have happened but one thing I think we do know is that he was in for a really hard horrify any struggled at the white fried nine we were all all saying that China looked drained elegant on the scale we saw him on the first day you know what a difference twenty four hours makes a looked white joined affected him yeah eight eight I always find it difficult with the lower weights to assess if they look at how much of a problem nowadays because I think if you're gonNa Make H. W. Probably always going to look at what interested me with Maltin was the the rumor was during the week to even doing a lot of skipping talked up and and wrapped up in the Hague was struck early then he came in at seven stone twelve and made it easy and he looked quite full full you have a canner that way and it just made me wonder whether he just crushed load of water late on misjudged overshot it and he might have substandard she's going down the stretch because that's what the often often do but he's a strong little he's a strong vita definitely you thought you saw him on Friday yeah that's all it is that and it looked it didn't go from looking at him from Unites States face and his eyes was really sunken in and so fly itself I've never really know that within before on skills weighing in and I was is less fight and I didn't didn't really know stat may be it's just it's time it's on the web wrong left it to live I don't know well also they say shenanigans it was an immediate rematch was called wasn't it what do you think did you think should he should he take the Rushdie move up what what should happen I think you'll move up I think I think even before they the first bell went on Saturday I think he would have been in their mind him grant Smith to to move up like lucky said in that in that clip dairy they go two guys resolve as brilliant night for him how the homecoming defense this amount that three and a see the point is sticking around fly white if it's going to be that hard foreign because they're so good whites fights to be super-flyweight within the Strada the WBZ chomping Calia Fi WB chump gonNA fight next and obviously advisor matching Pfizer Straw has been boxing match room shows I think he's Muttering USA Pfizer as well so it wouldn't be difficult to get him a fight against the against the dipped the winner of that fight and you can't really argue that it wasn't that it wasn't fair because he's a chump and coming up from from a low white well tell anybody you answered crawler side of me on Saturday night by said that they feel like is pride's probably going to be rather bruised disaster did you feel that as well I may be may be but I think you need to have a good period of reflection after something like that and and really workout. What is the next sensible thing today were not immediately just promise that you'll been rematch someone because that's not the decisions not best mayor in heat of the moment and I agree obviously when you're in the ring yeah he high emotion yeah you don't want but down to nobody you know what people say and what people do to complete king's life though is exactly what did you think about it introduced across the board. Can we do you think that yeah I think Robo Smith was saying yesterday he was quoted yesterday saying that talk about it the next the next seminar Oh council meeting and nothing they will do it I think I think the reason to happen up until this point is the British boxing board control to be totaling Uttley fair and uniform consistent and there's no way you can be with something like instant replay because you'll have it for some shows and you won't have others so it won't be it won't be the board in in in that regard because they can't afford to to somehow provide VR If we want to call it that the non TV shows at their own expense just call afford to do it so you learn you're only going to get it on on TV shows or shows the strength but things that are purely black and white to use it for matters of interpretation should you stop to fight or not but in terms of was late or not was it liable not was it had classical punch that causes a cup your one we use it or the other see why you wouldn't use it but that was just some of the drama on Saturday night and elsewhere in the cards Marshall impressed on a mushroom debut Joshua let's see beat Ryan Ford in contentious fashion and is on a perfect in battle to hard-fought win Hughie Fury Andy who well performance of the night from you excluding of course the main event fights I really enjoyed was coordinator against Galvin could find an look at Codeine is career. He may go to be involved against govern- Gwen too much the wilderness really needed to but I think looking in really the pace that codeine is has gone out it's been great because that fought against Sean Daud came at a good time twelve rounds British taught against the town and came at a good time good fight sir but he was always going to beat him when the British title and then his fought against Gwynne twelve rounds twelve good rounds of the good solid pace Progressive Moisture think I agree with you that I really enjoyed that I am Savannah Marshall she impressed in a match from David debut of course all talk tomorrow is always going to be linked to Clarisa shiels because she's the only person to visa in the festival fashion and professional ranks and amateur ranks can we see that happening any talked about into world title fight next Shaffer for Marshall What do you reckon yeah I think what will happen because Krista shields are those wants revenge thanks you seventeen it was at the world championships two thousand twelve but it happened and it's the only time she's Lost Savannah Count Mate one sixty from what I understand and she Tasman fighting at one sixty the next at one five four together a third we'll talk in a in a third different weight division she does want world super middleweight and the good fight for or against the WBZ champion front in crews USA fighter who actually box shield debut fight and how that happened because that takes you to me to to impress with that but you know it's it's surrounded doesn't say law but it's not because she hasn't got any confidences just because that's how he is you know you yes she she she's a sense of humor there's a mischief certainly and sometimes you can you every now and and you see a go on a fishing trip it on twitter detri- bake Russia shields is not a difficult thing to do and they did it fairly recently I think her and miss the I'm not sure but anyway they got they got a bite offer almost straightaway thought you look pretty good I thought she looked good on Saturday Justin flat is pretty great grind food and he's plays for interview saying thank you much unease needs to be fit tested so yeah I mean you look at what happened at the end of that fight and you look at what happened at the end of the this fight and it was very very similar in a way that the difference was that what's he definitely didn't throw his low blow intentionally whereas Martinez His light blood you could give it wasn't intentional but he got his going a hurts him and then he did finishing with a log blood he didn't mean it but that's what happened now the referee didn't see it like that he didn't really say it accounted them out and that was the end of the fight and he lost by technical knockout which is what happened to mountainous but this was a WNBA fight evolving that seat on the WBZ fight.

"Your nursery the other day I have digging a hole in my yard okay my old man said it would wait world and their projected and when I call as she told me that you had to choose a juicy fruit gum and stick it down the hole well that works pretty well for gophers Rosalyn I'm and debate you have grounds growth of the holes open all the time yeah did you see it coming out playing around your yard no no that ground squirrels you'll see they come out in the daytime and they'll feed on plants and things in your garden go phone so they had a nobody my plan nobody nobody showing up out there no do you live on the edge of like the desert somewhere about yeah or would you be not far from the new freeway okay but are you you Justin flat ground in the subdivision are you have like a lot that is the wall okay I'm not in the golf course communities well he kindly determine what you have and usually with ground squirrels you'll see them if you have gopher is they're gonna usually fill up the whole the push start back in the hole to cover the whole after they go back inside they don't leave the holes open and all the holes rope which probably ground squirrels in our you know could be you might even have it does for the quantity chuckle all or who knows with them now and what would be mocked wall down to do that where the rabbit right and one of them back up outlook or so you're playing catch up right when you got you got a film that you know that that can go on YouTube or something I don't know what the ground rules actually if you know they'll beat the juicy fruit gum the same way go first do but they they you know the gophers will definitely eat sweet bubble gum some a sugary and they can't pass it it's a slow painful death may die go for the way the eater plant sometimes it's not so hard going go first little ground squirrels after not really doing anything rose and I don't know if I would worry about call now they moved to the front yard all all with the gun down and should I cover the whole or lead no they're going to get the gun though those take the government in a minute to the then they can't pass it's kind of the idea there yeah okay but it is true that they're protected not grounds I don't think so you know I'd have to check with fishing game I mean there there's so many around I can't imagine them being protected for any reason most of most things like that are considered rodents and are usually fair game you know rabbits and things like that as well you know so they're they're probably in that same class so I don't think there's any problem with with hunting them this you're going to eat them I would wait to winter time the only I I guess if you can capture enough you could make like a a a meat pie with them you know maybe your resume maybe your British and maybe make neckties but at any rate yeah I you know I think you could probably trap Amer bar poise number Calumet mean there's just a lot of different ways you could probably get rid of them but they're they're not protected as far as I know I don't believe there at all thank you and I can buy the nursery alike with down the hole in that I have the doll you can use a flare you know you can go to the empire are flaring to smoke him out where yeah my cat you can go to the the end of the store like the auto zone or something in by where put the flared on their let this man covered up with the smoke get him all like my grandfather actually get rid of all the gophers that are going to out interfere with exhaust off of an old Willis car he just ran the car exhaust down the house I mean there there's you know read the movie caddy shack you can kill I'm just like over frozen I they're they're not protected to my knowledge of somebody game officials listing can tell us that they are we'll we'll definitely say that they are but I don't think that they are I can imagine yeah well we again you can get it yourself as a have fun have a nice weekend all right bye bye Tim and Scott still good morning Tim good morning how are you doing fine Sir yeah I got a small patch of grass in my backyard that's been in for eighteen years maybe less than a thousand square feet I gotta sprinkled in and every year you know in the beginning of the year it is in the summer one starts warming up the grass comes in really nice this seems like around this time of year I start to get a lot of dead patches in a dies off and so you know I don't know if it's because I'm over watering under water and not feeding it what channel is a good resource to go look at that G. G. oversee the winter time with dry grass I do okay so what what's happening is that when it's looking good when it's coming in the spring and you still have a lot of rye grass there and then as the writer gas dies you know I can pretty much the end of June that then you have just the permitted grass left in its then because you kept the rye grass along so if you want to really grasp the came in better what you really need to do is kill the rye grass in April so in a four year I shut the water off that you're going to be really mean and you're going to turn it brown and what you do is you don't know it for you know you basically water at one time real good then you stretch shut the water off and don't mow it for like two or three weeks let the rye grass get tall and then scalp it really short just like if you're going to plant the bright grass in the winter and lay out and then turn the water back on that with the Bermuda grass has a chance to get started and come back but unfortunately our perennial ryegrass that we grow now last so long into the summer that ever made a grass doesn't get a chance in this with this year was especially bad because we have such nice weather in June that the ride was very happy to the middle of June okay yeah because you're the permit aggressive or on the rocks and everywhere but it seems like in my yard where I wanted it there's those bare patches and then like you said there's the dead grass well in that in that right now the other the other option is you can go ahead point your ryegrass right now it'll come right up you'll have a nice new one in about three or four weeks and not worry about the Bermuda grass next year you know the really the only time when rye grass won't grow here is July so allies over you could point right right now you have a nice lawn you know just fearless yeah okay can you are you over superhero me does that make sense because I see they sell it but it's so darn expensive well we it's actually cheaper to spread them ryegrass because you use less of it and you can certainly received a ready grass this time of year and if you wanted to you can you know normally though if you have that thousand square feet the real thing to do if you want a beautiful lawn is to go ahead in this time of year and you know cut it all out put a new us online and it's not that expensive and you have a wonderful neighborhood wrestling and it's a great time of year to do it yep and I've done under part patch where I get frustrated I've gone and bought your old if not it might be the time to sit through the whole thing to him to start off with a brand new you know if you put on your traffic mid iron or two forty four nineteen line have a brand new lawn there that the you know beautiful for you and then then they will receive no wonder well then don't even over seeded this year you know what let it go I mean you know realistically last year you know pretty much progress they green till December was green up by you know March yeah I was not long you're gonna be without it I didn't really for new side the first sure you'd be better off not to oversee I got you okay thanks to him but by let's see that was this with three open lines folks a number to call six SO two two seven seven five eight two seven it's Mister Bryson Brian here with with owners regard children take a short break while we're gone skip and found hills will be up next but Hey whoever calls next is right after skip we'll be right back with the with the owners regarding show here Sunday seventy nine I ninety two point three FM KTAR on.
