"More a month and because you tried to hold me accountable, I'm going to hurt some people cuz that's the way he thinks. So what do I, my opinion is. I don't know why Merrick Garland is not doing this taking such actions. I, I suspect, he has good reason for it. I don't know what that reason is. But I also was concerned, as soon as he was chosen for this job, I have a lot of respect for him. I would have loved to seen him where he belongs on the same court that seat was stolen from the Democrats. But he isn't the kind of, he isn't the kind of person who's like, you know, he wants to restore the Norms that we have thought we miss right now and I want those too. I'm sure most people want our institutions restored, but in order to get there we need, you know we gotta hold people accountable cuz it's if you don't do this is what you end up with its. We're going to have another Insurrection, you know, they're plotting it for July. I don't know what's going on with that at the moment but let's hope it doesn't happen. Often if people are not held accountable that they're going to continue doing this stuff, it's working for them. Why wouldn't they keep doing it? So I would like to see him and I'm not saying he isn't capable of doing that. It's just that I think he's dead. Such an institutionalized and a person of great temperament like the perfect temperament for the Supreme Court because he is such a fair-minded person. He is the person that, you know, you what, he's not partisan. He's just a really intellectually honest person of Integrity, absolutely respect him. But I do think that way he may not have brought to the table. He might be finding it. Now, that kind of fight that is required right now. I think we've been very it's it's his job to uphold Justice. I mean, they're right, doesn't do it. It's not doing his job and then we hold him again, right? And I mean, this goes back to there's so many ways you could go down because I can I completely understand Darren's point and I think a lot of people feel that way and I and think that way and and there is a lot of evidence to support wage. He go, he would run on being a victim. That's what Donald Trump has, always done, because he has nothing. What is it going to run on before he promised? He was going to make America great again? Well, look, you know, six hundred thousand people died because he was ignoring a pandemic because he didn't want to deal with reality because it was going to be bad for him in the election. So, no, he ruined America. He took us to our knees were trying to get back up again song. I I think the bottom line for me is the law is the law. However, you are you're supposed to be accountable to the law. So people have broken the law or they said, there are charges to be. Had, they need to be put out there and if they need to be acted on, and it doesn't matter, you know, but on the other hand of that because I think part of what errands getting his, how threatening, what's happening with the voting rights laws are and how, you know, politically people are trying to get around that by being smart and and anticipating not doing anything wrong..

"Is just that kind of Sanity with that is is racism. If you want me to believe that based on no facts presented to you and you don't even need to hear anymore. You came with an agenda, you came with the preconceived notions. Them right. You know it is yeah I it is it is sick. I mean look at all this. Look at all of them, you know, like Ted Cruz their social issues. First of all, I'm going to know what socialism means down some Junior where they're all social adult socialism, they have no idea what socialism mean. If they've been living off of off, you know? I mean, you're living on our dollar Trump's like, what are you talking about? You got all your travel, your security paid for by us. What, what are you talking about? It's just it just, it's just Insanity off because I just want to get into one thing with this the Kremlin paper zepeda show. Putin's plot to put Trump in the White House. Let's see. Blackman Putin personally authorized a secret spy agency operations to support. Just like you said a mentally unstable Donald Trump in the 2016 US presidential election, Georgia. Closed closed session of Russia's National Security Council according to what are assessed to be leaked Kremlin documents. I mean now Sarah and took. This is Sarah Rees Jones. Everyone's asking I mean by guys, that should be enough for any American to go. Whoa. You know, I don't care if you're a pic, I'm not in the hold on. I don't want to make any generalizations, I don't care where you're from, but if you these Confederate flag holding lunatic, okay? Now, you're going to support a guy who's in bed with Russia Over America, I mean, and they will attack Donald Trump said, I'll tell you sir this on my show before and and and then, you know, I love to get your opinion, but when Donald Trump said in 2015 or 2016, when he said that, he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue, and his supporters will still support him little did I know? That he was also talking about the republicans in Congress. Little did I know he was also talking about Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton, Gin rest of these jqp lunatics because really he incited an Insurrection, people were killed. And guess what? Like you said, Kevin McCarthy is going down there to meet with him right now. What are you? I mean, first of all, this report appears to confirm previous reports, it appears to confirm some of the Steele dossier that I know has been, you know, not accepted widely by everyone but parts of it. Have been consistently confirmed so I never bought into the tape thing. But I I think that Donald Trump if they and they this this suggested that they have, you know, they have something on him off. Have a long thought because of his behavior around this Epstein legal battle that his focus on Gillian Maxwell. I've thought that, you know, it may be something like that, that, that they have on him, but you never want to have. I mean, everyone knows in National Security. You don't, you can't have a leader who people can bribe, they can frighten, you know, they can use damaging intelligence against this person. This report to me, does she does confirm now, I've had, I've had people argue with me about this and say, oh, you know, how would this week, they must want that to leave when I think that, that they may well want that to leak..

"Seven so my gut was clearly clearly wrong. Well i don't know you know it's He was nine strokes better. I think on this. I hold on. He was on the first full last time. The openers price. So he's he's well where he was before And you know. I think he got a lucky draw. Today the the wind afternoon was definitely Was stronger than the morning in the morning guys came out and shot pretty low in the afternoon guys Had a little bit more of a challenge to deal with so we'll see if the tides turned tomorrow when they when they flopped ti- times if he gets the Morning start but he's not typically a first first player so Keep himself in it. You know he can. I think he's still got a chance. So i i wouldn't i wouldn't call yourself out all right. Well i appreciate that exe-. I got a text or here column out. He hasn't won a major in five years. Like foamy wants. Fool me twice. But you won't fool me twenty times so gonna take the does not like my decision to go with that. So we'll see. I mean like you said the wind is such a factor in this and with so many players really is a factor because the ti- times are so spread out but as we get to the weekend right and and Once we get the cut that the timeframe there's not as much time for the opening group to the last ti- time for that wind really change and have that big of an effect. You you definitely have sort of window a play but you know one of the things that they always talk about the golf courses. It is always wendy there so But it can shift in the middle of the round so you know just really the luck of the draw And just you know the rubber. The green is what they like to say over there for also Just kinda hope to get some good breaks and maybe you're playing down wind on a whole you need to But i think you're gonna see the wind really play a factor Of course. I got up early this morning and watched a little bit was a lot greener than i thought it would probably be. But i heard it's been a little bit wetter so hopefully they can dry it out a little bit firm it up That wind can really blow those balls around and chris Interesting shots that people typically don't hit on major tournaments love it kyle camera super two of the catch glove. The right guy is in the right places and and a great board that allows you to go out there and put on And continue to keep one hell of a golf course. Yeah it's been a fun year you know we've been Really ran with mental that We we gained last year through a covert and the excitement of golf. And we're just keeping it running and You know it's hard to believe. We're halfway through the summer but i think the best golf is still ahead of us. Sniper amounts to golfer August and in october Especially with the way the colorado whether kind of changed a little bit so don't get burnt out to quick playing golf right now and It's gonna be a great rest of the season tyler during the You guys get any tournaments coming up or anything like that that Nonmembers can get in or is the best way to get on there is to Start reaching out to misty or or to chris about possibly joining. "A golf. Is one curious sport. You think you get it rolling and then all of a sudden it's gone and that's true for even the pros. There's good days and bad days. Let's bring in now. One of my favorite guys do golf with it. Is kyle the superintendent for the eaten country club kyle. How are we doing this morning. Great sunshine in golf. Yeah i love it man. The course out there is looking great at the eaton country club. Obviously you guys gotta tournament coming up. Saturday that i'm going to go make a fool out of myself on but those those long extra hours really pay off when the course starts look it is up there at eating right now. Isn't it yet is. This is this time of year. you know. Put a lot of hard working in the spring and summer to kinda get it to start peaking right now so Really happy with the way. Things are going so looking forward to the member member tournament. This weekend Should be should be a great donald. Glad i'm just on the sidelines watching this time no good. Hey baby i got a chance to go in and do something. Somebody else can win some money win the tournament. Because when you're out there kyle. Everybody was looking up the leaderboard of human. Everyone's like and kyle. I want to talk about the open championship. First of all. What really drives me crazy about this. Tournament is is it. The open is at the british open is at the open championship. Why are there so many different damn names for this tournament. You know we have coversation this morning our little morning meeting with my staff and we don't know when this when this change there's still the british open to me but i guess i call the open championship now. I don't really quite know where that came from. It's so there's no it's not. There's no different aims for the super bowl or whatever name so the nba finals but This tournament here You never know what what people are going to call it now. It's it's definitely an interesting tournament These guys have to get over Taking place of course arose royal. Saint george's golf club over in england. These guys have to be over there for a couple of weeks ahead of time just adjusting to sleep schedule. These guys are teed off and what would be two. Am our time. Yeah you know the really cool thing about this. Tournament is the leading up to you. Have the irish open in the scottish. Open the two weekends prior to the. So you'll see a lot of the big names will start going over the week. Prior weeks prior to get some practice rounds in and get some their feel and on some links golf courses and adjusted to the time so The status open last weekend was Was a fantastic fantastic tournament You know we call this time of year The coffee call season where you can get up early on saturday sunday. Grab a cup of coffee and sit down and watch some Some different golf. I really enjoy the links style courses that they get to play And it really kinda affects some of the bigger names differently you By not getting the perfect balance the perfect role every single time well in for those birth listeners. Out there who don't know the difference between link style and and what i guess we can call it traditional normal american style of golf course. What does that mean kyle. You got a couple of hours. The science of it but the the basics of it. Yeah you know you get a lot more rolling hills bigger. Big greens A lot of pot bunkers which are deep small bunkers. That are you know very keen on hard to get out of and then a lot of You know not so much. Bluegrass rough like we have here in the states. But more fescue and Gorse on the you know in the rep as opposed to manicured manicured rough that we have here so You know it's a lot lot more wind and really use the wind to kinda help protect the golf course Out over there right. That weight is always howling. And that's what's so fascinating to watch how those guys adjust to it because a slight breeze comes up and all of a sudden where i thought i was going. The ball is going completely different but that happens when there's no wind as well. I'm just bet golfer. The win gives a. Can we blame to win when flown. There's an excuse there. yeah. I don't know why that one forty feet to the right. Kyle going into this right you know. The the the sport of golf right now has something that i don't know and maybe you can correct me if i'm wrong. I don't know if it's ever had they've got two guys who genuinely don't like each other with brooks kapka and bryson to shambo in that in and of itself no matter where they're at on the leaderboard at least going into it. There seems to be a quote a soundbite that is always being played back from one of those who you like that for the game of golf or not so much. I think it's great talking about you. Know in publicity is listening. I guess But i think fantastic. We haven't seen this in golfing along with well. I don't know if ever Dating back to you know you know maybe the seventies with arnold and inject something along those lines but they were a little more cordial but I think it's great. It's very entertaining. i'm just dying for the day that they get paired together Hopefully on a sunday in a major When the last you know they're the last group out because that would just be. I mean the ratings on that would be fantastic. Oh yeah no doubt. I don't know if brooks play with him. He said he would. I don't think he would but at that point. I don't think he really has has any options. We're talking with the kyle. Maira the superintendent of the country club talking about the open championship And kyle who. Who did you like coming into this tournament. Who think this style of course Painters to maybe a little bit more. You know i. I really do not like these shambo. Was i definitely did not have any On him i think his is then talent and ability to handle Crazy bounces in an unlucky Golf is was going to get in his way and it showed today with his Over par score. But i really speak going into it. I thought he was a little underrated He's been playing pretty good as of late. And i liked the victor hololens as well So couple of guys that are in this in the hunt for keeping you watch them this weekend. Yeah jordan species sitting in second right now behind lose as in With a with a sixty five today for jordan speed so he's wrapped up his round already. Five hundred to go there and that it's the vicar hoaglund like you said to He's sitting there with two under so couple pretty good scores from a couple of guys. I should've text you before. I made my picks You know. I think brooks koepka i just like brooks i like the way that he What he brings to the game but for some reason i just my gut was telling me rory mcilroy might just come out there and he birdies the first hole and now he's over through.

"In twenty twenty one. After joe biden was elected this And and obviously the drilling the oil and gas industry faces a ton of challenges. It's well documented the challenges they face here in colorado but for this to be reaching the level that it has the highest level on pace said the highest level since george w bush was in office yet. That's that's interesting. I didn't think that was something that we would see. New mexico and wyoming had the largest number of approvals montana colorado and utah had hundreds each as well biden campaign last year on pledges to in drilling on federal lands to rein in climate changing emissions. His pick to oversee those lands interior secretary deb halen at adamantly opposed brilliant federal lands while in congress and cosponsored the liberal green new deal. But i think if anything else we're seeing a little bit of a trend here where Some of those promises that we see Are on the campaign trail are back to being a Well just that a campaign propaganda a campaign propaganda because you had them talking about the biter. The the border hit biden and kamala harris talking about the border saying that they were gonna let people in this and that then the infamous clip from kamala harris. Don't come do not come talking about the people at the border biden campaign last year again on those pledges and yet here we are. I don't hear a lot of conservatives or people who focus on energy independence for the united states of america complaining. now obviously they've The steps that they've been taken Have had major impacts not according ap news though this is. These are just more modest. They put a temporary suspension on new oil and gas leases on federal lands that a judge blocked last month. They also blocked petroleum sales in the arctic national wildlife refuge refuge and cancellation of the keystone excel oil pipeline from canada. But those are just more modest. Apparently to the ap news reading through stories is. I'm going to be a stickler on this and continue to talk about it. When you have a new source saying more modest. That's in their opinion. Could they be more modest compared to some of the radical ideals that were thrown out there. Probably but that's not their job to weigh in on that that article should read here. Are the steps taken by the administration to date on fossil fuels including and then go through it. No need to throw that in there. But apparently ap news this is not good enough because vast fossil fuel reserves already are under lease. Those actions did nothing to slow drilling on public lands and waters account for about a quarter of us oil production. People are getting back to where people traveling more the need for oil and gas is continuing to rise and one or having cyber attacks on certain companies and well just because of the state of the things the way that things are in certain parts of the country Gallon of gas cash over four dollars closing in on five. That's an issue more oil and gas production here. Means those prices go back down and they just mentioned it. Further complicating biden's climate agenda as a recent rise in gasoline prices. To three dollars a gallon. I don't remember last time. I saw it for just three dollars. A gallon premium oil at any gas station here in northern colorado is going to cash three dollars ninety nine cents. Any attempt to limit petroleum production could push gasoline prices even higher. It's funny how that works. It's almost like this is what we've been saying for quite some time. It is certainly the law of demand supply and demand. He's walking the tightrope said energy industry analyst parker faucet with sap goal platts noting that keystone an a. n. Wr came without huge political costs because they were aimed at future projects. Those easy wins don't necessarily have huge impacts on the market today. Fos said he is definitely backing off taking drastic action. That would rock the market where you're going to see is us oil production going to continue to rebound and that's exactly right. He knows and that administration knows that we have to get the oil and gas industry back to where it was or somewhere close. And you can't do that by cutting into it but for it to be as high as Reaching for the highest. Since george w bush couple of things that to take into account there. Yeah that's a. That's a little bit of a shock factor when you read that but we're also talking about coming off of a year where things were slowed greatly because of the stay at home orders. Everybody was locked. Up wasn't traveling but no matter which way lean on this. I think i would hope that we could all agree that specifically here for northern colorado is a good thing the oil and gas industry makes up for such a big portion of the market that it's good to go Got a couple of texts here coming to talk girl tax nights seven zero four seven eight one three zero one nine seven zero four seven eight one. "Variety kraft macaroni and cheese. What the heck is that. And what are those small pouches of dehydrated cheese at any way. Well obviously the stunt was the world's most blatant attained tension grab the kind of what the heck is this food which taco bell used to excel. So it's ice cream. That tastes like mac and cheese. Who writes rarely does a decision with no wrong choice proved to be such a difficult decision to make yet eaten. High schools standout left handed pitcher ryan. Your faces exactly such a decision. You see your was drafted by the texas rangers with the second. Pick of the sixteenth round of the major league baseball draft on tuesday and again he was drafted for one hundred and sixty fourth overall. So between now and august i well. He's got some thinking to do. He'll decide whether to sign with the rangers and began his professional career mmediately in the texas farm system or attend state university and played baseball in still water for at least the next couple of years. You're said it's definitely the most difficult decision i've had in my life. These are two extremely different lanes. Now you're six foot seven. Yeah you're has all the physical tools to be a legitimate major league prospect but according to eat and coach todd hernandez yours mentality is really what sets him apart separates him from other very talented young prospects hernandez said the thing that has always struck me. Most about ryan is his demeanor the way he carries himself on the mound he can have the bases loaded with nobody out. "Ten kfi k came down that lawsuit determined that denver broncos ownership house formerly officially been dismissed. Now we still don't know it's not clear if a settlement has been reached what the contents of that settlement are and we still don't know to whom ownership of the team will eventually go but paris thought and i know change is scary on just about any level right because it entails different way of thinking. But you know we've already seen that to some degree. Within the broncos or and chad johnson picked up on this news and sports illustrated had some interesting things to say about not only What he considers. According to many insiders weasel words i know because we're not specifying those insiders are but apparently he has accessed to nfl insiders who believe that ownership with the denver broncos will soon transfer from bowl and family to an outside suitor within the next calendar year. Now's mr johnson goes on to say. Certainly it would be a sad day for all of us. Broncos fans see the team's ownership pass beyond pat bowlen's airs but such a transfer. Could it be argued would bring its fair share of excitement and change adding that yes. Change is a little unsettling but it can also be good in fact. Sometimes it's needed now. You may disagree with his stance on this but i'll just toss it out there for your consideration. This has the broncos recently offered or opted to put that change into effect as well evolution as swept through. The team's front office says john elway relinquished his long-held gm duties passing the torch to george peyton now put president of football operations. Elway has one year left on his deal. Which kind of correspondence with the timeline. That many expect for the broncos to be sold now if the broncos are sold and if elway does not return after twenty twenty one and granted. That's a lot of if but perhaps the vacuum created the top of the team's football executive tree would need to be filled by another. Nfl power broken broker. Someone like oh. I don't know maybe peyton manning everybody loves peyton manning who doesn't love peyton manning in fact ryan kelly at the con. Well use some love. Peyton manning will your dad does but you do to the named your puppy payton dark. Baynton the dog out. And you've got a way the dog as well right. Oh yes all right. So you're all in broncos but as the broncos continued to struggle post super bowl fifty many fans have pined away in hopes that ceo joe ls and or the bolan heirs would approach manning about an elway esque executive role. That's never materialized. And now the nfl's only five time mvp is set to enter the pro football hall of fame on his first ballot. That here's kinda interesting. Peyton manning was making the media rounds during major league. Baseball's all-star week got cornered by nine. Newses mike klis and mike ask him the question. Everybody's thinking about whether he'd even be interested in such a role if ownership of the broncos transfers to somebody else. The team was just shy of sixty percent of its games claimed. Thirteen division titles has many super bowl appearances seven as losing seasons. All of it was capped. Off course by super bowl. Wins after the nineteen ninety-seven nine hundred ninety eight and twenty fifteen seasons but by the time that last championship season rolled around pat bolan had stepped away from an active role with the broncos and in the void left by his illness and death. The struggle to chart the team's future played out largely behind the scenes seemed as though there was a lot of infighting and through carefully worded public statements. Now ellis has previously stated that the trusts succession plan that includes identifying new controlling owner would require unanimous approval among the bowl and family and that without that the team would be put up for sale. Johnson distinct possibility. I stand by that. A. said in interview with nine news back in january. If there's not consent from a few people that complicates the transition of ownership over to another child. And that's something they're going to have to work out. They're going to have to work that out. We'd the trustees can't do that for them and we'll see if they're able to do that again in an interview with nine news back in january. Alice went on to say. I would add from a time line perspective from the community the fans the organization the beneficiaries. Family the hell deserve resolution at some point and perhaps we are poised to learn of that resolution right now. He said back in january. We're focused on the trial will go to court. I believe we'll prevail but we'll see and we'll go from there again. I think it's important to so many different parties that this gets worked out to sooner rather than later as you know. "The trial itself had been scheduled to start july twelve in the dismissal. Notice they wrote that pat bowlen's estate planning documents that set up. The trust are valid enforceable and reflect patrick de boland's intent and will as a result and wallace agreed to no longer contend that those documents were the result of undue influence now at the same time. I know this is confusing. The judge wrote that alice slip car. And kelly have the full and complete authority to administer the trust he also appointed slipped and kelly as co personal representatives with the power to administer pat bowlen's state in accordance with the terms of his will. Now this is key to this entire conversation because the trust does have the power to decide. The team's future ownership broncos declined to comment on the court order or the lawsuit that has mentioned been formerly dismissed however as to the future of the team Nine news was provided with a statement from broncos ceo joe l. s. on behalf of the pd be trust regarding the future of the denver broncos organization our number one priority remains a timely responsible and orderly determination of ownership. There are no changes with the operation of the team which is completely focused on a successful twenty. Twenty one season so okay. What exactly does that mean. Well that could include naming one of boland's children as the team's controlling owner or. I know these are frightening. Words selling outright. One of the nfl's premier franchises colorado's most popular and valuable professional team. Now ranking earlier this year by forbes estimated that the broncos are worth three point two billion dollars. Yes, Sorry about that. Well, yeah, Taxes are, you know Ah, Something we all have to deal with. Everybody has to pay taxes, even businessman that rob and steal and cheat from people every day. Even they have to pay taxes. So I hope you didn't file your tax return on On Wednesday and that you paid the taxes that were owed. And if not, you solve the ability to file an extension to October 15th. So talk to your tax advisor. Also, we discovered an error with the help of one of our clients. Barbara was talking to her adviser here at Edelman Financial Engines. Amiel Ben David. And together they discovered an error on the social Security website. This could trip you up. We want to bring it to your attention. And yes, we've also already informed the folks at the Social Security Administration on the website. They show you the cost of paying for Medicare, Part B. The NSA dot gov site says the cost for marrying filing separately based on your modified adjusted gross income starts at $85,000. That's not correct if you go to the Medicare dot gov website. The threshold is not 85 grand. But 87 grand. The NSA dot gov website also miscalculates the cost of the premium, they say it's only $214.60. In fact, at Medicare dot gov. It's more than twice as much in $463. So It's kind of scary that the Social Security website got it wrong. And then nobody seems to have known. But thanks to one of our sharp clients and one of my even sharper financial planners, we got it all figured out, and we're getting us to say dot gov to fix it. Where are you right now? Where do you stand? With this pandemic. We all know how horrible things are and how they are getting worse. Not better. We've seen the rampant increasing the infection rate, the death rate. We've seen states pulling back on their re openings as everybody's now realizing a bit too late. We got a little ahead of ourselves in our efforts to reopen. So what does it all mean? Where are we? Now? Where are we going to be later? And where are we going to be much later, one of the truly long term implications. Of the pandemic, or I'm going to share all that with you right now. Here today on the program. I also have to share with you a fascinating interview that we're going to have later on in the show with Ken Dike Wall, the nation's premier experts on aging and his brand new book, So you're going to stay tuned for that We're going to do a bunch of phone calls with our listeners. So a lot of action packed stuff coming up for you on the program first, let me share with you where we are right now. Regarding the pandemic from an economic perspective. The budget deficit is now $3 trillion. It's on pace to be the largest since World War two. That shouldn't be surprised anybody. We are indeed fighting another global war, this one against a virus. Federal revenues fell 28% in the month of June. The U. S government is now spending 14% mohr than it generates an income. Think about you and your pocketbook. Imagine if your household expenses were 14% more than your income. That's a crisis that would force you to go into debt. Right? You have to borrow on credit cards, etcetera, etcetera, and in fact, that's what the federal government's doing June's deficit. Was nearly $900 billion. The June deficit was almost as much as all of the prior year. And it's because of the government having to spend trillions of dollars to get us through this crisis. The Congressional Budget Office says that the federal deficits going to hit 3.7 trillion this fiscal year, which ends September 30th and it's likely going to end up even being bigger than that, because we know that Congress and the White House they're going to have to do another round of emergency spending. The stimulus they did in March and April are not enough the $600 a week for unemployment benefits that expires at the end of July. Must Congress acts. Everybody's recognizing that tens of millions of workers were still out of work. We're going to need more federal support, more cushion to get everybody through this. And that means the deficit and the debt are going to grow even further. Nothing you can do about it. It's not good guy or bad guy. We've got a lot of people in trouble, and we've got to get everybody through this as best we can. And another problem. 5.5 1,000,000 workers have lost their health insurance. Because they've lost their jobs That is 40% more than lost their health insurance in the 2008 credit crisis, and, according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. By the end of the year, 10 million Americans will have lost their employer paid or employer sponsored. Health insurance. So imagine this At the very moment people get sick because of the virus. They're not going to have the health coverage they need. Which is why the.
