"Cuffs though. Right. We should have a Nassir option for basic banking services, and we should be piloting project through the US postal service orange or in any other number of days. News roundup information overload. There are the I mean, the they're absolutely off their rockers. There's no other way to do it. What's? So meaning to me is how did these people ever get elected to office? How do they consider themselves to be law makers because what they're what they are demanding of the attorney general is about breaking the law. It is, you know, Democrats want bar to reveal the secret grand jury information from Muller's report or face criminal charges from congress. That's what they want. Now. It's a federal violation under rule. Six e not that I'm a lawmaker that I should know something like that. But we actually do research before we open our big mouths on this program, stop laughing. That's not that funny. Why why is that? So. Funny. I think everything do funny. Okay. Because the grand jury you release that and then asking the attorney general of the United States to break the law, and you in the most outrageous part of the circus that they're they're putting on this show that they're doing is that there's an unredacted copy of the mullahs report available right now for people like Nadler, the same guy who didn't want the star report out who worked to change the independent counsel law from what it was to what it is now where a special counsel that reports to the attorney general he they're the ones that wanted. They they're the ones that didn't want these reports public. He didn't even want their eleven specific felonies that Ken Starr, laid out against Bill Clinton Bill Clinton ended up paying Paula Jones. Nearly a million dollars. He lost his law license, and he was impeached, and there were specific crimes mentioned eleven felonies in that particular case so to listen to these people, you know, suppo-. Rosalie, the top Democrats. And by the way, the the what they can get a hold of now includes everything except to full and seven partial lines that are redacted that they can't see that's it now for the public. I Bill Barden after release any of this information because that's the law. The Democrats wanted after the failed independent counsel law because they didn't even want the star report. It's so they changed the law 'em bars following the law as a matter of fact, you can even argue that is gone so far above and beyond what the law calls for in terms of transparency that I'm not even sure that he should have released any of it. And anyway, Nadler Pelosi every other day, they haven't bothered to go and view the unredacted report. So when they him and haw and scream and yell and rant and rave the way we've been hearing them and the man that the attorney general break the law, it's absurd. It's absurd because they would be the same people saying the bar should end. Needs to be handcuffed by the sergeant of arms and forced. What are we going to waterboard? The guy in congress because he's upholding the law that they that they many of them pass themselves. People like Nadler somebody like hang Johnson. You know, the this is all about twenty twenty for them. You know, I it's it's transparent. It's obvious. You know, the subpoena, the contempt boat. This is all politics. It's just for them a game. There's been four separate investigations. Now that have all concluded the same thing about Trump, the Trump campaign Russia conspiracy, collusion and four separate times. They came up with the same exact answer. That's it four times Nadler back in the day. I mean, if you remember the self proclaimed wingmen attorney general of the United States, then Eric Holder he was held in contempt because he didn't turn over the scores of subpoenaed documents that related to the fast and furious scandal, by the way, people died. A lot of them because they actually ended up with a fast and furious giving guns let's see cartels drug dealers gangsters and remember border patrol agent. Terry was killed with one of the guns that, you know, Obama's White House provided how insane Izzo course. They they they did what they always do. He was held in contempt. They didn't hand over any of the documents in that particular case we had dead Americans because of their stupidity like they lied over Benghazi. Just like they abused the IRS and turned among conservatives Jerrold Nadler was proud and tweeted out join the walkout in the house chamber this in twenty twelve to protest the shameful politically motivated GOP vote holding the attorney general holder in contempt the same guy that just voted to do that to bar why because bars upholding the law, and he's not going to release wines of what are legally protected legally mandated grand jury information, it's illegal to put that out totally legal. It was just it was most of them just they're full of it. You know, this double standard on everything selected moral outrage. It's yeah. Okay. Fury over Kavanagh's alleged high school behavior. Even though Republicans took they did the right thing for once actually handled something well for once to their credit. They took it seriously the charges of professor Ford and then the pylon. Julie sweat neck. I mean became so absurd. At one point one woman claiming the avenue. The woman Julie sweating climbing that well happened almost every other weekend. But I was in college, but I came home for the weekends and almost every other weekend. They'd have these parties in the and guys like Kevin there was spiking the punch so that the teenage girls high school would pass out and then the boys would put them in a bedroom. And then they line up in a hall. And then they take turns gang raping a teenage girl in happen every other weekend. And then when she was finally questioned in an interview. Well, I never saw him. Spike, the Punch Bowl and. I never saw him give anybody a drink. But he did have a red solo companies one standing near Punchbowl. No, I never saw them in line in hall. But I did see him in a hall. I remember distinctly nobody else remembered it, but if it's Cavanaugh you bludgeon them, but no evidence forty years later, whatever it was can I tell you. What's making me man today? Well, we had to call me doesn't give shift for we have to give something to give them something better shift. You know, if you say three times fast, you're gonna have to SEC violation. So you're going to dump it go ahead. So anyways. But so he's saying that we should find bar twenty-five granted until they comply with the subpoena. And I'm thinking that we take away his salary until he comes for with the evidence. He supposedly has. I'm I'm assuming Guebuza has it. No, that's by the way there too. Great tapes in all of radio history. One is Alec Baldwin trying to be a talk show host on W T R affiliate in Philly. And it is a disaster. Now, this was after he walked out of his tryout at WABC New York kinda like my ex New York radio wife and may Mark Levin call then which we played before. But then the next one is the cowardly shift. I mean, literally he is on the phone with somebody believes a Russia. And and he's colluding to get information impact. This is fun. I just love it. Hasn't exactly been a rabid partisan on this. So there's no no, no, this is where this is where Schiff says, I have the evidence are going to make a point. He's actually colluding with Russians to get third on Trump. What was the whole allegation that Trump was colluding with Russians to get dirt on Hillary? I mean, and this idiot his on tape doing that, which he's condemning and that was point they don't care about Cavanaugh or or the metoo movement or the mistreatment of women, which is real otherwise, the I believers would be all over the Lieutenant governor in a Commonwealth of Virginia just like they don't care about collusion because they cared about collusion. In other words, he deserves that which he did not afford and a lot of other people did not afford, and that would be Justice Cavanaugh and his allegation. I've never I could easily gained fifteen pounds and fifteen days if I had to try that sounds like a challenge, maybe for you, not for me. Maybe we can start. Go fund me to see. Come up with an amount of money that will make you want to do that fifty K. Seems steep. I'll do it for half that. We'll find go ahead. I'm not I know how hard it is to lose it and keep it off. So I'll tell you on long term thinking. Short bits. So you may have heard that Senate Judiciary committee chairman Chuck Grassley. As old as I'd Aho on Thursday referred Julie, sweat, Nick who was the Michael avenue. Dotty tied accuser of old judge cavenaugh. You remember that in her lawyer avenue to the Justice department for a criminal investigation, sweat, Nick and Evan ATI tried to knowingly mislead the committee calling for a pro but cetera et cetera conspiracy to lie to congress. I don't know if sweat Nick knowingly tried to mislead the committee, I think she might be a job but avenue down who was manipulated by Evan who's very bright. I think he is patently to his spine evil. But at any rate you kidding? He's going to run for president. He responded with an unbelievable tweet, which I was looking for can't find. But it was so Chuck Grassley continues to not believe victims and not listen to women when will we when will we find Justice for the women of America that was skillful, but it was sickening. So even as he's called out for being a liar and a cheat. He is still dry. Raping himself in the Cape of standing up for women. Well, NBC. Published a report last Thursday that undercut claims made by avenue ATI in his client. Julie sweat, Nick. NBC revealed that a woman who avenue ATI claim would support sweat Knicks allegation of sexual misconduct against cavenaugh in the early eighties. Had retracted her statement the woman also told NBC that avenue potential twenty twenty presidential candidate had twisted her words, and then sleepy is Chuck Todd that sleep and son of a bitch tweeted was this an intentional attempt to mislead our reporters evidence points that way. Here's the problem though. They had that story for three weeks before they published it. They had that. Let's see there's a it occurred three weeks ago before the Senate voted whether to confirm Cavanaugh, they knew that the alleged backer. Upper was completely out completely out said, no, no, no, no. I didn't know Cavanaugh. I never saw him do anything. I kind of knew about those parties. But I have nothing on Cavanaugh an NBC knew that before the vote even took place, but they sat on it for three weeks. NBC's completely off the rails. They're going with the coal bear model, which is working really well for so fine. But they they really are all in with the resistance. Which is interesting given that Tim russert was the gold standard of the Sunday talk shows for so long, and I don't remember ever seeing him be nakedly partisan or obviously, I mean, he he was really good and everybody idolized him in that line of work. But he's gone. Chuck Todd's and now, and now they are just the anti Trump network. MSNBC NBC is Chuck Todd and big time names. Chuck Todd, and Brian Williams is every bit as bad at night on MSNBC says sleeping son of a bitch. I'll tell you ahead of an interview with NBC avenue put the network in touch with the second one who a voucher for sweat, Nick. But during the interview the woman undercut sweat makes claims I don't ever think it was Brett she said when asked if she saw cavenaugh d-, drug drinks, she also said no when asked if she witnessed cavenaugh behaving inappropriately with girls than snow interviewed. That's kate. Snow on NBC interviews Twitter the following day in a report, she challenged sweat, Nick. And noticed several discrepancies in her story. But. Snow also withheld other information, including the avenue ATI provided access to a witness winded up not supporting sweat accelerations put indeed contradicted them. That's something. Yeah. They're totally off the rails. Oh, and listen Lewis. We're inside the media inside the dark. Sweaty.

"Is pure every woman is. Now, I believe in equality, and I believe that women just like manna capable of great things and evil things. And that should be an obvious thing to anyone. But apparently the way the narrative is being played out. But the Democrats as all women are to be believed in their innocent, and pure and all manner evil, so you have to destroy the patriarchy. Well, again, let's go back in history in ancient Rome. Did you know that there were women gladiators would just as bloodthirsty as male gladiators? Did you know that you didn't know that you know, any of that there were female gladiators who would just as bloodthirsty as male gladiators? They loved blood. They loved the blood sport. And so now, we see the gladiators in modern times sitting on a committee like an ancient Rome, destroying a man cutting him to ribbons in front of the public and the public sits like dummies and doesn't see the bloodthirsty -ness of these women. Are they more like Venus? The goddess. This of love and beauty or like a Vulcan. The God of fire now who was Venus we hear Venus, you know, that the first five planets in our solar system are named after Roman gods because Romans could see them without telescopes. Did you know that I five planets named after Roman gods to show the influence of ancient Rome? So Venus was the goddess of love and beauty. She was the daughter of Jupiter and Dion and oceanside nymph and Venus was desired as a wife by many of the gods. And she was promised by Jupiter to her brother Vulcan, and guess what happened unsatisfied with her marriage to the ugly. God Venus took many lovers including our own half. Brother Mars, the God of war with whom she had several children. Well, okay. That's nothing to do with what we're going through today. But sometimes I have to look at history or science or poetry or art or music to get away from the insanity of our times. And that's why I'm bringing you a little history today to lighten the load of carrying the horror that is being inflicted upon the American people by the Feinstein gladiators who are out to destroy who I think is an ordinarily decent, man. Now, remember cavenaugh has gone through three background checks. He was a virtual unknown federal judge. Nobody ever said anything about him in all these years. How come all of these poor innocent women came forth, all of a sudden. Because they're setups. Every last one of them and all you have to do is look at the last one. Who was unfortunately shows you how low the peacock has fallen that NBC would take the scummy lawyer who brings forth a liar of the highest order, and she comes up there. And then they say, well, we can't verify anything she sang about cabinet for the latest one, but we're going to give her airtime. Anyway. So they turned to homophobia to attack Lindsey Graham, they turn against they turn to a scum lawyer who represents a stripper, and they bring up this, Julie sweet, neck or sweet, neck or sweat neck. And yet her ex boyfriend of Julie sweat neck says that Julie sweat neck threatened to kill his unborn child. And she exaggerated everything Jolie. Sweet next. Sweat ex boyfriend who has a name, Richard. She said that this accuser of cabinet is fundamentally crazy. That he she threatened to kill his unborn child and exaggerated everything. So she goes on NBC a wants distinguish network. And she backtracks.

No one else does it's me. It's me only tweet from earlier today seems to be getting a lot of response that I had put out and that just, you know, a small that really a correlation per se, but just an observation the allegation that Brad Kavanagh through ice in a bar after a UB forty concert in one thousand nine hundred eighty five is clearly disqualify. Absolutely. Senator Ted Kennedy leading Mary Jo Kopechne, drowned Chappaquiddick not so much. Now, folks, that's chemistry work because you see the cavenaugh incident. That's a solid. We're dealing with water is a solid versus with the Kennedy incident water as a liquid so you can see that. That's clearly the big difference here. Just think about that for a minute. I really Ted Kennedy restarted on this phone calls in my beef with NBC news here. And again, there were some disclaimers or there there was more to NBC's report on MSNBC, this is Kate snow. Kate snow national correspondent for NBC news. And she anchors one of the weekend shows, I think the Sunday NBC nightly news from New York, and she had a sit down with this. Julie sweat, Nick who apparently FBI's that could even mess with sweat, Nick. Some Democrats have asked that they interview her. But you know, we know that the FBI is interviewed four we'll get to that in just a bit here. But this sweat, Nick has massive credibility problems. Now NBC news they played an excerpt of the interview during the NBC nightly news. A portion of what ran a longer interview on MSNBC? The deal is though is that millions of more people will watch the NBC nightly news interview and that package that clip on the NBC television network, then we'll watch on MSNBC on cable. So while they might have asked some questions or had some disclaimers on MSNBC. They didn't do the same with the clip that they ran on the NBC nightly news last night. First of all my question for NBC news is why the hell would you give this sweat Nick the time of day. Anyway, you have other mainstream outlets that think that this woman is squirrelly she has a host of legal issues, a restraining order from an ex she's been accused of defamation mean, she's had a bunch of legal issues apparently and a lot of. Other outlets are staying away from this. This woman CNN they had avenue Dion. To discuss the issues that if I have time I'll get into that. But before I go to phones here from the NBC story, you know, she was backing away. She's she's she's now backing away from some of the claims she initially made when avenue Johnny I came out with that big reveal of this new third individual accusing Brad Kavanagh, and she's she's backed off of some of these claims, so NBC news, Kate snow. They said, they couldn't be sure. That they reported that that this sweating it. Couldn't be sure that Cavanaugh was one of the boys were salted during a party in the nineteen eighties. So that that's a back off. That's a change in the story. So remember this this sworn affidavit that came out last week from this this Julie sweat MC. That avenue ATI released that she was the victim of a gang rape at a party, and she saw cavenaugh misbehaving and acting aggressively toward women now, though, she says I cannot specifically say that he Cavanaugh was one of the ones who assaulted me. But before this happened to me at the party. I saw Brad Kavanagh there. I saw Mark judge and they were hanging out where I started to feel this oriented and where the room was. And where the other boys were hanging out and laughing. So again, just incredibly vague. In the sworn statement she claimed the cavenaugh consistently engaged in excessive drinking and inappropriate contact of a sexual nature with women in the early eighties. So when NBC air this on MSNBC on cable, Kate snow said, quote, NBC news for the record has not been able to independently verify our claims there are things she told us on camera that differ from her written statements last week. So that was on MSNBC, but they didn't have the same. Disclaimer. When they ran excerpts on the NBC nightly knows where many more millions of people see that. So that's my that's my big problem. That's a big beef that I have with NBC news here, and she's she's backtracking, she's backtracking on some of these details. In a statement last week that cavenaugh and Mark judge. They weren't the party. She was drug. She was gang raped. I remember she didn't accused cavenaugh of assaulting her specifically. But she claimed that she witnessed cavenaugh participate in gang, rapes that was the initial claim that he was very aggressive, very sloppy. He was very moon. I saw him go up and go up to girls and Paul on them touching them in private parts. Trying to shift clothing, I saw him push girls against the wall. He would pretend to stumble and stumble into them push them into a wall. He would grope them. But then again, we have we have changes we have differences in what she originally said. In the sworn statement versus what she told NBC news. You know, what what are the issues was that she saw. Cavanaugh was responsible for spiking the punch at some of these parties. And now, I know, you know, just he saw she saw him around the container holding the punch. So she's she's changing these stories. You know, also, she's backtracking, apparently here, it appears that way on the Cavanaugh was also involved in these gang rapes. Now, she saying only that she would see him congregated near the rooms with boys outside rooms where she thought that boys were gathering in order to rape girls. I mean, this is I really it in a court of law. This crap is going to hold up. So we've got numerous areas where her story is shifting and changing. You know, watching the excerpt on NBC nightly news last night, I saw her blinking and looking down and some of the classic tell. Els when someone's not telling the truth, in my opinion. So again, NBC news. Why are you giving sweat neck the time of day? Salacious tabloidish? Should have been above this, sweat, Nick fray, let's grab a couple of calls here on Schnell said Trump audio I wanna play from earlier today. Eight hundred eight zero one eighty nine ninety nine let's hit massapequa New York Long Island where I will be later this evening because of my daughter's soccer commitments CJ on Schnitt. Hello CJ. Welcome. Thank you for having me on your show short brief the seventh. From the FBI. I guarantee you that's good to be leaked out. And Julie sweet Nick sweating gag bang crime. And now. She's now she does you'll be gang back. That's lovely. Thank you. Thank you so much CJ. The did you write that yourself? Boy. Right. Thanks for the call. I appreciate it as well. As far as the FBI report. Sue, can you grab grabby? The latest just prior to coming on. There were reports that the the new supplemental FBI report that it would not be made public. But the question is one of the things that the caller just said before he started crooning. Is that he suggested that the report is going to leak so this report is apparently going to be in the hands of the White House. The Senate will the Senate committee, obviously will the Senate Judiciary committee. They will see the report as well. So will the report leak as the caller suggested? I I don't know. But there are rumblings and reports that this the supplemental report will not be made public back to phones. Let's grab how about Tony in Washington. DC? Let's go to the swamp. Hello, Tony, Ron Schnitt. Who he I I believe that the sweat Nick interviewed was good due to the fact that it shows the the defamation of Kavanagh's character that. They will just continue to be coached and do anything that can hurt this guy even without proof. So your thought is that NBC did a service by showing sweat, Nick? Because most people would look at her and deem her to be MSNBC NBC one eight well, not the same interview though. So MSNBC had the long interview. Right. So the MSNBC the long interview, and then the NBC nightly news broadcast last night, they took an excerpt of the longer MSNBC interview, and they played that. So your suggestion is is that NBA. Well, I don't think NBC should have given her the time of day or given her any degree of a platform, you think that NBC showing her it shows that she's not a credible individual is that what you're suggesting that NBA NBC just feeds the cool eight for the the whole situation. Well, certainly on the MSNBC side more. So, but I've I have plenty of issues on the broadcast side from time to time as well. Tony, thanks for the call. Let's go out west. We'll hit gams. Let's go to presque gains gains is in Prescott. Arizona. Hello gains. You're on Schnitt. How you doing? Oh. I just want you to know. How did I am to think that capital actually through ice over a bar while he was in college? Yeah. I mean, I've seen guys heads busted open in bars. Okay. For God's sakes to throw ice over a horrid. It is you know, in fact, that might be considered a misdemeanor maybe a type of battery. I'm thinking throwing is that ought to be revisited from a legal standpoint that ought to be felonious where do you stand? Well, as you said earlier, the heart strings and water as opposed to them liquid water. Several years to his sentence. Absolutely. Yeah. I. Your your gal sweating. Aqap, sorry to call your gal gal Sweatman on. Sorry, sweating to the oldies. Ladies and gentlemen. Well, she returns to this nine times. I understand. So it must have been a nice experience for well. Well, listen, I I don't wanna go down that road. I don't want to trivialize any type of assault abuse rape allegations or incidents, where we can confirm that we know things happen because there are bad things that happen. But there are a lot of questions about our story that her claim was that she was gang raped. But then, you know, according to our time line that she went back after that. Also, the fact that she was older they these individuals. Why was she going to high school parties if she was already in college a lot of questions regarding this woman and her credibility, and then her background and look at her litigious situations, and there's just a lot of questions gains. Thanks for the call. Let's go to Loren Loren is in Alexandria, Minnesota. Hello, Laura, neurons Schnitt. The the Democrats are bashing capital about his teenager. Drinking and dumpster had Kennedy was adult. Cheating on his wife. Drove that woman often to the river to drown, and they still let that idiot. Stay on us or Senator now where are they coming from again, listen how 'bout I like I said on yesterday's program. And and then again last week, and you'll Blumenthal Senator Blumenthal from Connecticut acting high and mighty he's putting on this pious presentation, you know, talking about morality and going after cavenaugh, and this individual is a classic case of stolen valor by lying about his Vietnam service, which he never served in Vietnam. And he told that story for years. He's a flat out lie. I can't take Blumenthal from Connecticut even remotely seriously. Thanks for the call. Let's go to Florida Steve is in northport. Hello, steve. You're on Schnitt. Very tired. How's it going most? Well, I have a couple of points. I'd like to make about Christine Ford. My theory is that for her. This was a get rich quick scheme because she likes to travel. We know that she lied about her fear of flying, and she likes to fly all over the world and go to on vacation all this kind of stuff likes to surf one of the reasons I believe that is because she was on the verge seemingly of crying through the entire testimony with her little mousy voice. And by the way, I talked about the voice last week and the vocal fry. The Kardashian sound which I I mean, I think we were all shocked last week when we heard open her mouth, go ahead. Sorry. So she did not have one cheer stream down her cheek through the entire has the Mony what five hours or something like that? And. And I think she's fans to make a heck of a lot of money. Gofundme news up, you know, over seven hundred thousand dollars, I stopped looking when I heard it was over seven hundred grand I stopped looking less than there are some times where she did get emotional. You're suggesting it's a money making scheme. Maybe she wants to add a third front door to her house. I I don't know Steve thanks for the call priscilla's in Gaffney, South Carolina, Priscilla one minute goal. It's all yours. Yes. I do. I just want to say, I think it's absolutely ridiculous. The way these women are acting and they portray themselves as victims. They were not actually hurt. They were not physically something did not actually happen to him. They make real victims not credible. And he's just appalling. How really liked the last gentleman said the one that I actually really crash she did not have real tears. You know, you stupid in the world might get in an airplane. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Right. The last woman. Darned on MSNBC interview. Sweating. She. Calling regarding to gang, right? Yeah. You know what I didn't. I don't find her credible. I didn't find her credible with the NBC interview. Thanks for the call..

What we want to do here is lay out all that. She said, her story, our reporting, we want to be very transparent because these are very serious allegations. Cavanaugh has called Julie's sweat, Nick story nonsense and a farce. The president today questioned her credibility and NBC news for the record has not been able to independently verify her claims. "Party mean obstructionist mean resistors for the last eighteen months. Democrats have spent every minute drive to overturn the results of the last election. Joining me now is counselor to President Trump, Kellyanne Conway Kellyanne. Thank you so much being here. We appreciate Jake so clear up something for us because there's a lot of questions about what the FBI has been instructed to look into the Senate has asked him to look into quote current credible allegations that's kind of vague or at least subjective. I know the president has said the FBI has free rein what direction has the White House. Whether it's White House counsel, Don Mcgann or someone else given the FBI. What are the contours of this investigation is you know, it will be limited in scope. It's meant to last one week. I believe beginning last Friday, and it will it's not meant to be a fishing expedition. The FBI is not. Tasks is doing that here. And as Joe Biden pointing out twenty seven years ago during the Clarence Thomas hearings, and as many people have pointed out in the last couple of weeks. Jake, the FBI does not draw conclusions. It provides information right as we know judge cavenaugh has gone through six thorough vets within this fan of his public service career, including one that was completed this last July that is on the desk of every single Senator to review every act test ten generally look at actions that a person has taken after they turn eighteen allegations. Are when there's when he was seventeen has the FBI been been told don't look into Julie sweat makes allegations we don't find them credible. The White House is not getting involved in the FBI investigation in that way. The president very much respects the independence of the FBI. And fails as he said last night that they should be looking at anything that they think is credible within this limited scope limited scope back to the FBI. In other words, I'm not involved in those specific congress say. You can interview these witnesses. But don't interview these witnesses, Don Mcgann, we do that. But I've not talked to him about it when they make clear, but he would not we're not trying to interfere. It's the president who is saying go ahead. And by the way, it's also the Republican senators as you saw including Senator flake and others who have said, please go forward at this FBI investigation. But their incentive may be a little bit different than the Democrats on judiciary committee who have been screaming and frosting for over a week talking about we need an FBI investigation station is one single vote going to be changed. These Democrats said it's possible. Actually. Not on the Senate Judiciary committee that my point is that those who have been saying, but only if there had been an FBI investigation Parnell. At least four senators are up in the air Collins, Murkowski mansion and Heitkamp not to mention what whatever Jeff flake decides to do automatically his fate could rest with this decision. So you said that the Don Mcgann as far as you know, has not said interview, these witnesses don't interview these witnesses is the FBI permitted to look into the testimony judge Cavanaugh gave as you know, some Democrats think that he wasn't honest under oath about the extent of his drinking about other other parts of his testimony. If the FBI fines that he gave answers under oath that were less than forthcoming is that part of this chest, the hardworking men and men and women are the FBI to J their jobs in this case, Jake, and they will they will determine what is what can be included within that scope, let let me go back to something. You said we'll remind the viewers politely that senators mansion Hikone Heitkamp. Donnelly of Indiana did vote for Neal Gorsuch for confirmation within this same political term, and they're running for we election. That is relevant. If they want to listen to the voters within their own states. They will say that the voters do want a supreme court confirmed sooner rather than later. But again, those who are saying FBI investigation that was probably the most common things said by members democratic members of the Senate Judiciary committee, not Cory Booker who talked about me myself. And I. Currently his favorite people. And now he's bothering Elizabeth Warren because she felt in the midst of all this. She had to say I want you to take a listen a lot. It's a lot of victims. I want you take a listen to what President Trump had to say this week about Christine Blasi Ford. I thought her testimony was very compelling, and she.

"And I noticed that in paragraph number nine I've been told by other women that this conduct also occurred during the summer months in ocean city, Maryland on numerous occasions, I also witnessed such conduct on one occasion in ocean city, Maryland during beach week now the beach week thing this document came out after the calendar was released I noticed that the line about beach week appeared to be added after the fact because the print face was one size larger than the rest of the document. So it would appear that it was added at the last minute, and they failed to match up the New York Times, Roman whatever it is ten versus twelve. It's a different size print just on this one sentence. And in fact, it's only part of the sentence. And I believe. I'm suspicious that they added this beach week reference after the calendar was released this woman committed a series of crimes her name is Julie sweat, Nick. And she has confessed to committing a series of felonies in when she was eighteen to twenty one by participating in observing watching failing to report drugs. Okay. She's got the thing. And then serial rape at parties that she attended for a couple of years. And she said what is the exact phrasing? More than ten. She said I attended well over ten house parties in the Washington DC area during the years nineteen eighty one to nineteen Eighty-three that's three years where Mark judge and Brett Kevin our president. Party's common occurrences over the years, and blah, blah, blah, and then all these rapes took place. Let me just say wherever this woman is Montgomery County or wherever she has confessed to a series of very serious felonies. And she should be arrested and charged with these crimes just saying. All right. And then if you believe the rest, it's because your brain is malfunctioning, you shouldn't believe this. It's lunacy. Hey, good news. You're not stuck with your lousy stinking overpriced healthcare plan. I made it you've got a choice. And it's a great choice. It's called meta share. Maybe you've heard about medishare wondered exactly what it is. Well, it's the way that people share their health care bills is are people who have a common faith who one of these part of something special not only meets their healthcare needs. But the healthcare needs of others too..

Other claims in his prepared statement Cavanaugh will say he denies sexually assaulting anyone in won't withdraw his nomination. President Trump says he'll tune in. I'm going to be watching blew it. Or not I'm going to see what's it was possible that they will be convincing a third accuser came forward yesterday. Julie sweat net claims that as a teenager Cavanaugh took part in parties that involved alcohol and drugs, and she says he witnessed what she calls gang rapes to other. Anonymous accusations have also been made against Cavanaugh President Trump says he may delay. Today's scheduled meeting with deputy attorney general rod Rosenstein to keep. "Three thirty at WCBS. More than just the headlines. This is w CBS News Radio. Eight eighty. A third woman accused a supreme court nominee Brad Kavanagh of sexual misconduct. President Trump calls woman's attorney. Mike Levin Nadi a low life. The fed raises interest rates for the third time this year a federal judge hears arguments as to why an independent monitor should oversee the city's public housing and sports Yankees and Tampa again tonight with their magic number to host the wildcard game down to two Mets host the Braves at city field tonight. Partly sunny sky. Eighty one degrees in New York on Wednesday September twenty six good afternoon w CBS news time is three thirty one. It's the afternoon roundup with Steve Scott and Michael Wallace. A third woman has accused supreme court nominee Brad Kavanagh of sexual misconduct. CBS news correspondent Steve Dorsey joins us live, Steve who is this woman. And what does she say happen? Well, Julie sweat Nick through her attorney Michael al-banadi that posted a sworn declaration from her on Twitter and sent it to the Senate Judiciary committee claims back in the nineteen eighties. The early eighties at parties, she witnessed Cavanaugh and his friend. Mark judge drug women who were later gang raped. She says she was a victim of gang rape and said at that instance. Judge and Cavanaugh were both present any response for cavenaugh or President Trump. So far today. Lots of response, especially from the president saying this is all part of a a con job against Cavanaugh lashing out, especially at Democrats for his part cavenaugh denies this. He says it's twilight zone. This never happened. And he doesn't even know this woman. What about reaction on Capitol Hill? So far is that been partisan and as expected as partisan as you can get so we just heard from Lindsey Graham, really take to the defense of Kavanagh question. Why Julie sweat and exclaims especially weren't reported to police and there's no record of them. He's clearly still on the line defending Cavanaugh as are other senators, this latest accusers lawyer is Mike eleven outta who represented stormy Daniels. What is an ATI saying Aubanel says that he wants a complete and thorough FBI investigation. He wants the confirmation hearing for a Cavanaugh delayed until this investigation is complete. Remember, we still have Dr Christine blazey four due to testify to the Senate Judiciary committee tomorrow on Capitol Hill alongside Cavanaugh about her accusations Christ. Steve. Thanks CBS's. Steve Dorsey with the latest from Washington. Three thirty three on the afternoon roundup. Ahead of tomorrow's Senate Judiciary committee hearing we wanted to check in with Jimmy Hoover supreme court reporter for law three sixty Jimmy do we know for sure that accuser number one Christine Blasi Ford. We'll show up. She's not happy. The Senate Republicans are bringing in outside counsel to questioner she has agreed to testify at the moment. And none of the leaders in the Senate Judiciary committee at indicated that she won't becoming. So for all intents and purposes, caring is still on at this moment. A third cues came forward today with new accusations will that play a role in tomorrow's hearing. Will it be the the elephant in the room? I think we can expect to hear references to the latest accusations from Julie sweat, Nick from some of the democratic members of the committee as a quick question. The witness judge cabinet tomorrow. What will each person try to do tomorrow, Christine Blasi Ford and Brett cabinet? What is their goal is they appear before the committee, Dr Ford? She will likely be trying to lay out her account of what she says happened to her in in terms. It's most credible as possible. And I think judge cavenaugh it's gonna do is best rebuff those we've seen earlier in his public statements in his television interview, you know, for those of us of a certain age, we hearken back to nineteen Ninety-one and Clarence Thomas, Anita hill. Interesting isn't it that things may not have changed all that much twenty-seven years? That's right. A number of people have pointed out that you know, like nineteen Ninety-one still today in into other than eighteen all eleven Republicans on the Senate Judiciary committee are are white men. And and I think that has motivated the committee members to take a bit of a different tack this time in retains outside counsel to conduct the questioning the witnesses. So it's not the perceived as out of touch or or run into the same kind of traps that. They they did with the Anita hill confirmation hearings when they were widely criticized for basically their treatment of alleged victim of sexual harassment. Good analysis from Jimmy Hoover at law. Three sixty Jimmy. Thank you for talking with us. Appreciate it. Three thirty six on the afternoon round up on WCBS.

Trump high court nominee denies new allegation as hearing looms

"Supreme court nominee. Brett cavenaugh will tell the Senate Judiciary committee tomorrow. He's never done anything remotely resembling. What accuser Christine Blasi Ford claims he did to her when they were both in high school in prepared testimony released by the committee today cavenaugh insists he never sexually assaulted anyone. But also today a third accuser has come forward. In a signed statement. Julie sweat, Nick claims Cavanaugh and his friend. Mark judge spiked punch to get girls drunk and then sexually assaulted them. She says she herself was a neighboring aided and gang raped at a party where Cavanaugh was present sweat next lawyer Michael avenue, details ABC's the view Republicans should read her allegations shocking. But above all else. They are true in my client stand behind them one hundred percent, and she's looking forward to having an opportunity to meet with one or more FBI agent. "Cavanaugh has issued a statement in response in Julie sweat neck in the porn star. A lawyer Michael Abernathy, quote, this is ridiculous and from the twilight zone, I don't know who this is. Julie sweat this. Is it never happened? It's ridiculous. It's from the twilight zone. Now, I mentioned moments ago that I may be on the verge of revising. My prediction, the prediction, and it was very precise. If the Republicans don't confirm Cavanaugh that there's going to be held a pay and make an end up losing the Senate and house because Republican voters would simply say, what's the point? But now, I may have to revise this. Because this latest pop up Julie's, sweat, Nick. Put in combination with ballsy, Ford and Ramirez, and the way the Democrats are acting. I'm beginning to think now. That this is going to create one of the biggest backlashes against Washington. And specifically the democrat if Kavanagh's not confirmed, my first prediction was predicated on the Republicans caving. And refusing to defend and fight for cavenaugh. That's that was my first prediction was based on that. And if that were the perception of Republican voters think that the Republicans didn't try and caved to Democrats or the media even worse, then they would have trouble in the midterms. But this changes that or has the potential to change this. Because now this takes it out of the hands of the Republicans. This this is just this is a Sonam e and it is out of the twilight zone. And most Americans are gonna sit most Republicans are going to sit out there and say what? They themselves are not gonna have suggested strategic to push this back. This is just the anger at this. I think is going to dwarf. Whatever anger might have happened. If I if I'm talking about if this latest woman hadn't shown up at the Republicans caved and didn't didn't really try to push back. But this now. It could change that think you're frowning at me when you look at this you disagreeing with my. Well, it will screw these people up. They've been playing the sound bite of me for the past three days. Now, they'll have to revise it. Rush limbaugh. Strange. Well, we've got a new player in this is this late. This is this is the bottom of the gutter scum. We don't have any direct testimony about cavenaugh doing in approximately nineteen eighty to approximately ballsy Ford can't even place the year. And now sweating it can't define specifically the year and just that she was told that Cavanaugh was hanging around with these rape train. But in six FBI exams in everything leading up to this. No evidence of rape trains was produced by anybody ever. Anyway, I've take a break because I've I've gone time and attendance take phones here. But I didn't get the.
