"Dying to get this guest on the program all week ever since Kevin McCarthy gave the footage over to Tucker Carlson and again, Kevin deserves a lot of credit for that. He did not have to do what he did. And the guest is Julie Kelly. She's the author of January 6th, how the Democrats used the capitol protest to launch a war on terror against the political right. She understands the details of January 6th better than almost anybody else except maybe Darren Beatty there right up there together. And I have several questions for Julie, Julie, welcome to the program, Julie walk our audience through from your perspective, the importance, the weight and the significance of this footage now finally becoming public. I think the significance is that the American people are starting to come to terms with and realize that the carefully constructed narrative about January 6th isn't the real story. And that is why you see people like Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, et cetera, completely melting down this week. In addition to the national news media that Tucker had access to these hidden recordings that have not been Charlie not only not made available to the public but to defendants and their attorneys. So it is breaking down the narrative, the American people want to see more of this video. We see that from the Rasmussen poll 80% of Americans want to see all of the available video and so I think that this is just part of the crumbling narrative that is nonetheless Charlie being used by this Department of Justice and FBI to destroy the lives of thousands of Americans.

"Here's the real punchline where there's not going to be a big opportunity with distressed real estate because of the homes with a mortgage that, you know, remember 50% are owned outright. The other 50% have on average a 50% equity in the properties. Yes, that's right. So the possibility of actually owing more than your home is worth, that will only have happened if somebody just very recently refinanced and pulled a whole bunch of equity out. And even then all you have to do is wait 6 months and they're already not upside down anymore. Now the people that are trying to sell you into the belief that there's a big sea change happening, there's going to be a lot of distress real estate they're calling it a forbearance crisis. They have never they didn't sell real estate during the they're either, I don't know, I'm wanting to bite my tongue and not use the actual words I'm thinking, but the reality of it is they'd either don't know that they're telling you something that's not true or they're doing it intentionally. But here's really the punchline. There will not be the only thing that would make us wrong. The only thing that would make us wrong is if there was an enormous increase in unemployment. That's it. And then if that were to happen and there were a whole bunch of homes there to come for sale, then you'd see potentially people racing for the axis and you could see a distressed market in a very small environment. So if you're living in some sort of isolated rural type community where they're making widgets and all of a sudden the widget company is relocated to a different part of the world and there's a whole bunch of homeowners there and Julie Julie and I experienced this when we were selling real estate. You're going to see that particular market become depressed and there's going to be distressed real estate in that area where maybe 15 minutes away, there is no distress drilling.

"Of plant based foods are showing up on a restaurant menus and in grocery store aisles and now more companies. From small upstarts to establish brands are looking to get in on the action. Julie Cresswell reporter at The New York Times, says they're riding the waves of success of soy oat another alternatives to milk. As well as vegan burgers made by beyond meat and impossible food. Julie What's going on? I mean, I think all of us were aware that, um you know, impossible burgers and beyond meat burgers were out there and showing up on more and more menus. But what I was surprised to find when I started looking at this was the sort of Explosion and a whole bunch of new areas where you're seeing plant based foods, everything from sort of plant based seafood to plant based artisanal. Cheeses. And even my favorite for sure was plant based spam. Really? Mm. Yeah. Uh, how is that even a thing I thought spam, which is like Any kind of meat scraps that were found on the floor thrown into some can you actually have to recreate that, huh? Yeah, And apparently, you know, one of the restaurant owners that I spoke to in turn vegan a few years ago. Um, you know, she grew up eating spam. She's Filipino background. And it was the thing that she thought she was going to miss the most when she became vegan. Is that she'd been trying to sort of concoct a version of it in her in her own kitchen, and when she discovered this version of spam that's made by Hong Kong based company called Omni Foods. She dragged them down for like a year, trying to get them to send her some so that she could use it in her restaurant, and she said it sold out immediately. People went nuts for plant based Bam! How about that? You reference seafood, too? I mean, I hadn't even considered that right. It's an interesting area, and I will say have not been able. I was able to sample some of the items, but not everything. And I was not able to sample the seafood, but yeah, you're seeing now plate plant based Shrimp plant based crab cakes. Um, plant based tuna. Um, which I think I would really be very interested to see the consistency. What that's like, I think Plant based shrimps got to be a little tricky. We're speaking with Julie Cresswell. Reporter at The New York Times. Their story is called Plant based foods expand with consumers hungry for more, Um a lot of work to for the startups. He opened the story profiling. Um, this woman, Jenny Goldfarb in New York explain her story. She was very interesting. She comes from a long line of sort of Jewish deli owners. So she grew up, you know, eating classic corned beef pastrami sandwiches. And when she turned vegan, That was the thing. She missed the most. So again, like all good entrepreneurs, she got into her kitchen and started Working magic with a bunch of different plant based and came up with a version of pastrami and some and turkey and then she just mostly recently, um, released beef, that sort of taste like roast beef, and she sent me some of these actually was able to sample some of these and full disclosure. You know, I'm a carnivore. Uh, so it was fun getting to try some of these things, and I will say, like texture and taste wise, it was It was pretty pretty close. She looked like maybe a singer but like she would say these things she would ask them questions about their sexuality or or whatever and you can see the You can see the the pure horror on this person's face and not because it's like. Oh my god i'm being. I'm being asked by a grandma about my sexuality but more like i'm sure there's part of that in in the the reaction that they're having but more so what is overwhelming is the reaction of lake the the this deep seated embarrassment about talking about sex like it's such a taboo topic and that is something that i mean. I think it's obviously it's a it's definitely a byproduct of the show for us but i think it's always been a an inherent part of our lives where we haven't really had much of a struggle talking openly about sex with peers with friends with family. I mean you know whatever. And and when i was seeing this like this innate reaction from people back in the eighties being horrified in talking about their sexuality. I was reminded that lake that we still like. That is still a problem today. Like there's like. I've still to this day. I've had partners that just like can't talk about sex. That are that are so that are so stock in in his inability to express whether it's like what they what they need. How they like to be pleasure. D- even.

"With Mike Russell, where you get to see the interview I had with one Julie Swan, the proprietor of Bear Paul Ranch. And that was yes, I'm sure you guessed it if you saw on social media That was my top secret mission mission last week was to bring old Jaster home. Yes, very excited about that. We're now a trifecta of hunting awesomeness. Well, let's be honest. Let's be honest. Uh, there's Boba, who is a good hunting dog hasn't really been trained all that much. And thank you intern beans. And then there is Po who we haven't had the field yet, but he is death, death death and we're told he was four years old, But now we find out he's seven years old. So we have no idea what level of hunt awesomeness he is at. But now We have Jaster. That's right. We have Jaster and in going down to bare Paul Ranch, I'll tell you this as much as we love. Julie Julie runs a Great breeding operation down there for German short hair pointers and rat terriers. And once again, rat terriers are like cuter than they sound. She's way down there. When I say way down there. I mean, she's way down there. So you go to Tucson. And you just keep going. And then right up right after I 10 turns left. You're in heads to El Paso. You're gonna head right? Yeah. And you're gonna head right down past past Carson Caverns for what? Yuka. And yet we're going down there where you don't see Highway Patrol. You don't see state troopers. You see Border patrol As a matter of fact, on the way down there I was. I was heading down after you turn off I 10 is just a straight shot of miles and miles by 35 miles, and it is about 35 different speed limits. If you made that taking that road, you know exactly what I mean. And I kept seeing this thing. It looks like a blimp. Just actually look at the plane flying, but it was stationary and thought, What in the world is that thing looks very UFO ish. Apparently it was. Let's everybody three hands in air quotes here a weather balloon, but it just seems to be hovering over the border. So we were that far down. It was essentially Mexico. But you know you get there. She got a great little place Got awesome kennels. And the dogs were beautiful. And she just came right out. And she just handed me Jaster and I was like, is my dog. My boy right here. And of course, you know, did the paperwork and he's getting into every little thing and kind of seen his nose and how he's working around the room and, oh, I was just I couldn't I couldn't be more impressed. I was just Man. I was I was, Yeah, just fired up. And at the time I got to tell you You know, you get a new hunting dog. That's just that's just cool. That was a great day. You know, dog. This is a great dates. Dogs were magical dogs were fantastic. So going down there. I had this idea. That I would leave. Um, about Whorish in the morning. Because I had to stop to make when I was down there. And I wanted to get back so I could be home in the afternoon when the kids got home surprise the kids with the new dogs. They didn't know what was going on that no idea this was happening, And I think that's the super fun part about it all, is they they had no clue. And so when I had I'm sorry. I'm having definite technical difficulties. There we go. I thought, OK, when you get down there, I'm gonna get it. I'm going to turn around. Get to my appointment, Gonna make it happen. Everything's gonna be great. And then I'm going to get there. It's gonna be easy, Breezy. And then I get down there to Julie's, and I start taking off and I realize you, schmuck. You moron. You have a brand new puppy. Have a brain new puppy in your truck. Big sight. Good size drugs. Ford F 1 50 the backseat deal. The seats were folded up at a big bed back. There is all good. That is basically just unbridled. Unleashed rolling around your car is you're doing, you know 80 down the freeway. I'm like, Well, this is just dumb. I can't believe I'm doing this. What it knucklehead. Here was the cool part. This little rock star of the German short haired puppy. Just laid down on my lap. And for the first two hours and 40 minutes of that drive. Dead asleep. He has laid on my lap and just slept. And that was totally awesome. Here's the really non awesome part of that it though. Is that I once again got up at three. So I could leave it four so I can make all of my stops and get back with the puppy. If I turned on the music puppy woke up. If I made a phone call Hope you woke up. So I did this entire trip in silence. Yeah. And if you driven up from just two son And just that just highway hypnosis of Oh, my goodness. This is not an interesting drive by any stretch of the imagination. So I do not advise doing what I did. If you get a puppy from bear power ranch. Let's say, you know good. Make up, Make some time of it. Make a day of it the whole day. Don't be in a hurry and bring a candle. Yeah, yeah, helping whining and all that would have been infinitely better than dealing with complete silence on that drive after waking up a three year plan a bit ahead. It's been years and years and years since I've made that driving. I honestly forgot what it what a haul it Woz, but the rest of the litter is going to go home this weekend. So the rest of the crew is down there getting Ah, um, gestures, pals and I came home and I posted postal something something on social media.
