"But this does have some some iconic 90s moments like Heath Ledger in the football stadium singing Can't Take My Eyes Off You. That's definitely a a moment. And then it's popped up everywhere, even on memes. Julia Stiles tearfully reciting the poem, the title. That's definitely also a moment in 90s, you know, teen movie history. So, yeah, one thing this is set in Seattle. It has surprisingly good weather. Oh, there's no rain at all. I don't I just I can't believe that how they how they snag this many days of no rain in Seattle, the rainiest city in the United States. You know, it's good shooting days, I guess. I guess so. You thought, man, this should be like raining every day. This would be like a Travis Folding laundry kind of movie. Just raining. constant Kung Fu movies all day. I love Kung Fu movies. But yeah, I mean, and it's amazing that this was really launched Heath Ledger's career. You know, it's like he shows his versatility. I mean, he did this. He did The Patriot with Mel Gibson and then obviously Dark Knight later. But he did he covered a lot of ground in a very short amount of time. Yeah, he was a great actor. And he delivered the line beer flavored nipples. And he delivered the line beer flavored nipples. To me, that's not a great band name or album name. Beer flavored nipples. Yeah. Or the first chapter of an autobiography. Tonight, one night only. Beer flavored nipples. Yeah, no encore. But yeah, this is for my wife. She enjoys this movie. Obviously, she would have been about 14 when it came out. So funny. She's target demographic for this kind of thing. So we throw this out to her. But yeah, field recordings, Wonderwall, Pina Noire. Good stuff. Mid 20s. Again, if you're a Pina Noire drinker, give it a try. This is from California. This is going to be Paso Robles, which is a great little wine region underrated doesn't get doesn't get the shine that other big areas do. But give this a try. I'll post a link to it on our Web page. That's cinnamavino .net. But next, we're going to get the we're going to get the whole band back together. And hopefully we're going to get George and Ringo back in here and keep going. But great movies. Only drunker. Travis Budd. Beer flavored nipples. I'm T -Waff and we will see you guys next time. "Like I'll say the best is Stanley Tucci and Easy A. It was my favorite on screen parent. But this guy is hilarious. And I he was honestly one of my favorite parts rewatching this. He was funnier than the role deserved. Yes, that was not written to be to me, written to be a funny part. He elevated it by funny. And I totally forgot. Gabrielle Union was the best friend, the friend of Yonkers. Yeah, yeah. And she played that part really well. You know, just kind of like, you know, best friend slash bitch at the same time. And this was the first movie I ever saw Heath Ledger in, I think. Oh, yeah. And I always just thought he had like a weird smile. I was like, is he good looking? I apparently people don't even think so. Yeah. I noted earlier that he I think it's the way they made him up. He bears a strong resemblance to in this movie to Michael Hutchins, who was the lead singer of INXS. Yeah, hairdo kind of attitude. I mean, I don't know if he actually wears leather pants in this movie, but I could see him wearing a pair of leather pants and like, you know. I think he does. I think he was going into to the Pussycat Lounge, whatever the name of the the place was where Kat was, you know, seeing her band and he was walking down the hallway. And I was like, man, his pants are shiny. Yeah. And then they show it from his vantage point, walking down the the hallway and all the like women looking at him like, what the fuck are you doing here, man? I mean, how many people in high school did you know who wore leather pants? I don't know. I don't think any. Yeah, zero. Zero. I don't think that exists. I don't think that's a thing. So what would you give this on a scale of one to ten? I'm going to say six point five. Yeah, it's fine. Yeah. It's you know, I'll probably watch it again at some point, too. But it you know, it was very, very predictable. Obviously, I've seen it several times. So once in theaters, I think I've seen it a few times. On like DVD and just whenever it was on TV with commercials. Yeah, it's fine. It's lovely. I wish that Alex Mack had her powers in this and could zap people and turn into liquid and like flow under doors and do cool shit. Yeah, I'd give a whole other point if it was that was the case. Yeah. Julia Stiles was was great in this. You know, they sum up her whole personality right at the beginning. You've got the what? Bare naked ladies music playing as they're pulling in. And then all of a sudden she drives up and she's that doesn't give a damn about her reputation. I'm like, OK, all right. You just she's like, look at me, I'm tough, edgy. Yeah, I'm going to rip posters off the wall. And she plays guitar, too. Yeah, that's how you know she's edgy. And she flashes a teacher. Yeah. And you know, nothing happens. Cool. Somebody should have gotten in trouble for that. I don't know if that was her for flashing or the teacher who clearly didn't hate it. Also, the teacher. He was also, I guess, the coach for their archery. And yeah, and nobody gets punished for shooting him in the ass with an arrow. Well, I recognize him from, I think, empty nasty nest. But he's been in some other stuff, too. And they didn't quite establish him or his character. And I thought, was there like a scene missing where Bianca meets Cameron for the first time or is the first time they're meeting when he's given her like a French lesson? I think so.

"Yeah, Story Falls, a basic outline of Taming of the Shrew from what I can remember in high school, reading that play focuses on two teen sisters, a prickly know -it -all named Kat, played by Julia Stiles and a sociable, more charismatic, more superficial Bianca played by Larissa Olenek. Their single father. I can't remember if he was a widower or divorcee. They said mom left. OK, so I think she'd been gone like three years. OK. A single father who's obviously very over protective, a little bit high strung. I guess he's an obstetrician. Forbids Bianca to date until Kat can find a date for herself, which is kind of a scuzzy move. It's almost like betting that your oldest daughter is never going to find a date. That's true, you know. But he's also putting the impetus. He's like, don't ask me anymore. You have to bother your sister now. Yeah. Which I saw a website that was like basically why would Kat give a shit if she's like a few months of graduating? Why would she just not throw caution in the wind that do whatever she wants at that point? Yeah. Date whoever. But she's trying to get her dad to pay for the college that she wanted to go to and you know. Yeah. Rock the boat. Meanwhile, the school's hunky, preppy jackass played by Andrew Keegan wants to date Bianca, so he bribes the school's edgy bad boy Patrick, played by Heath Ledger, to woo the edgy sarcastic Kat. At the same time, Cameron, the school's newest student, who's a little bit more shy and dweeby than the others, falls for Bianca and becomes tangentially involved in the film's overall plot. So that's what I got. Not a whole lot of weight to this one. Oh, OK. It's get over it with Cisco and Ben Foster. I think it's been Foster, but it's based off of Midsummer Night's Dream. OK. Sorry. So I want you to say that again. Cisco was in a remake of Midsummer Night's Dream. Basically, that's real life. Yeah. March 9th, 2001. That had to have been a tax write off for somebody like that. I think. Oh, God.

"Always on a Thursday Friday and it's gonna be Friday for the next couple of weeks. We are joined by time forums Mark Milligan. Apologies once again for my slightly nifty voice as everyone knows I was very much under the weather last week. I am slowly but surely making a recovery and I'll try and keep the coffin fits to a minimum. Any truth in the rumors that you have been taking medicine similar to that that forte was on for top lecture. I can't possibly confirm or deny those rumors. Notice how I said medication, I didn't say anything. Wrong about that. And that whole thing is blown up. Plus Sylvester de Souza just handed a ten month ban in Hong Kong. We'll break all that down on Sunday. With Lucy Russell Hughes and with Sam as well, we're looking forward to delve into some of the big stories and of course the big races from the weekend. But we have another guest on the show from talk sport a colleague there. Tom lund welcome to the final front on podcast for your debut, my friend. Hello, yeah, thank you very much for having me on. It's a pleasure to have you on Tom. Quick line on the classic trials that we've seen so far are lads. Mark, save the last dance, terrific name that Julia Stiles film. I'm sure that's exactly what suit magner gave her that name. She was devastatingly impressive. It didn't look like she might win at the halfway point. And in the end, she's absolutely blitzed and one of the most visually impressive performances that we've seen. Obviously, arrest has gone on to do what he did, San Antonio, who was the real standout for you and who did time for him rave about. Yeah, it saved the last dance all the way for us at time for initially, but I'm sure many people were the same. Watching the race live, you thinking, well, that literally is race that's just falling apart in bad ground, isn't it? She can't possibly be as good as she looks. But when you have delved into it more and we've come up with the final time figure and the sectionals, everything about it suggests that we're dealing with a top class Philly here in save the last dance and she was wildly impractical. She was stunning and she's now 13 to 8 for the oaks, which isn't necessarily a price that I want to be getting stuck into and I'm sure there will be more water under that bridge with the miso Dora and other trials in between Irish 1000 guineas may very well have an effect too, but Tom for you from the classic trials that you've seen at Chester over the last couple of days who really impressed you. Yeah, I mean, to just to echo that, yeah, say the last dance was incredible. I mean, to do that, not only on soft ground but at Chester which is a pretty difficult racetrack to get right in general is incredible, but then also I think arrest needs to be mentioned as well just for when in real over 6 things to Adelaide river. Yeah, and he's got some pretty decent form at the river. And I know that arrested held them on French form from last year, but given they know Brian's record in that race to be able to win and push him away is comfortably as they did. I think that should be given proper proper consideration. Sam Lucy and I will all get stuck into it on Sunday, but that's the early thoughts on the classic trials. Of course, more classic trials on the way. At link field, where it's switched to the all weather I've seen some jokes on social media about how they're going to do the same for the Derby. It'll be switched to chelmsford on a Monday at 10 a.m. so it doesn't interfere with loose women. It's the poly track and at least the classic trials have been saved. Aiden O'Brien has taken his runners out of the lingfield Derby trial, but in the Phillies version the oaks trial, he's got the favorite be happy, ran more in O'Brien, they're all rivals and Charlie April being William Buick a hundred to 30 is the current betting on eternal hope then bright diamond and 92 shot and perfect profit with oshi Murphy who's been having a great time with things recently a 7 to one shot. There's another good old runner in there with rob hornby on board sunset .8 to one Mark. How have you split this classic trial who really stands out to you? Yeah, I was keen on being happy in here. Notwithstanding that she's got to prove herself on the all weather surface, but there are, for me, there are two outstanding three year old Phillies in certainly in the middle distance category that we've seen so far this spring, one of them is that the food that we just spoke about saved the last dance. And the other one is affiliate of Andre fabs called

"Of our own. Serena Vasquez is getting hard to help change. The donor is an 18. Duration of the war. Serena Vasquez, his dead Can't waste a heart goes to somebody else In this hospital. It has to be beating by 11 A.m.. We need to be prepping someone else by 9 30 the latest talk about getting thrown into the fire on your first day. It sounds intense. How it sounds really good. Well, this is a movie that's very earnest, and it does deal with some significant issues about the politics of organ transplants that exists nowadays. But you said the Kelsey Grammer and Julia Stiles were an unusual couple. What makes it even more unusual in this film that is that they're supposed to be lovers. They have no chemistry whatsoever with one another, and the film is filled with coincidences, and with sudden ethical questions that arise part of it is set in 2014. When they have to make this decision about whom to give this heart to within an hour, and one of the candidates just happens to be the drug addicted son of a guy who is offering the hospital $25 million to give him the heart. The other part of the film is set seven years later, when Kelsey Grammer, who's the Grumpy doctor who is part of this God committee that makes the decision. He himself needs a heart transplant and a wealthy donor. The same wealthy donor watch him wants to give him a black market heart in order to help him survive as you can see this film Deals with the important questions in very melodramatic ways. And Kelsey Grammer, you know he's very good at some things, but at powerful drama, he has no subtlety whatsoever. Maybe on the stage where you'd be some distance away from him. The performance would be more effective. But when he's in close up all the time, he's really overpowering and melodramatically overbearing. This film, which appears only in theaters, although it is on some video D platforms is really more like an hour long episode of a medical drama on network TV. Than it is a real movie, and I really can't recommend it. All right there you have it. Frank. "Roll right about now. Get yourself a little something now adults, Theodore Templeton in his estranged brother. Take a magical formula transforms them into babies for 48 hours. Together, they must now go undercover to prevent an evil genius from turning turning. I can't even go on turning federal toddlers into monstrous brats. Uh, that's the new boss, baby family business Plus like, looks great. And by great I mean not joining us on the cocoa news live line movie critic Josh board, so Go ahead. I have to start by saying the first boss baby blew me away. I had a blast with it. I thought it was so much fun. The idea of a baby that's running the show. It kind of reminded me of Stewie and the family guy right now. As a person I can't stand. Alec Baldwin, his politics or idiotic. He's an idiot. Um, but he's perfect as a baby that the boss because he's kind of a jerk, and that's what the baby character was in the first one. The problem with the second one is he's grown up. So to have this whole premise where you take a formula and you become a baby. And my wife and I got 45 minutes into this. We literally did not last a single time. So, he said, Why are we still watching this? Let's just be done with it. So we didn't even finish the movie. And, uh yeah, and usually animated movies. The problem with Sequels with animated movies a lot of times they seem to rest on their laurels. They go. We got these characters developed. We already have a built in audience. And so I think the script is usually Week in the Sequels of animated movies. And so this is a perfect example of that, because the first boss baby with a lot of fun. I mean, remember Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross with the knives? Oh, yeah. Right. It's like that scene but a baby dictating those terms to other babies. That's funny stuff to me. So the first one work the second one does not. Oh, that is a bummer. Now. There are still some really good movies out there to watch, though. It's you know, just taking a look at what we have over Fourth of July. Quite a few, right? Yeah, and one thing that's a shame. There's a movie called The Tomorrow War. It was going to be released in theaters. It's a time travel movie aliens are attacking. So if I tell you the premise, it sounds goofy, but it's actually kind of fun. Chris Pratt is the lead and J. K. Simmons has a great supporting role where he just has one funny line after another. So it it would. It would have made a killing at the box office. Instead, it's on Amazon prime starting today, and it's It's really pretty. It's pretty good. I mean, in the third act is a mess, and it's 2.5 hours long as you're like, really do we need to see aliens for this long? But but it kind of works. And then there's this movie that's really interesting. Called the God Committee, where Kelsey Grammer as a doctor, he has to decide which patients get the heart transplant that the heart that just became available and Julia Stiles as the doctor. He's having an affair with Meaning Garafalo of the evil woman that works behind the scenes, and it's got a lot of interesting ethical dilemmas presented. And it sometimes feels a little bit like a lifetime movie. But I think people will still be interested in it. Speaking of a lifetime movie did you review I can't remember, Uh, four good days. Yes. And you know what's funny? That movie actually worked for me, and I'm so burnt out on drug overdose movies, But I think just the fact that you have Glenn close and Mila Kunis it just it just totally worked for me. I thought, you know, I watch it all the way through. I thought it was really interesting. I thought it was well done A little lifetime me, but but but worth it, I thought Yeah, it wasn't It. Wasn't it Interesting when Glenn closest husband gives it to her in the kitchen about just, you know, Look, I've been putting up with it. And you're just going. Yes. Yeah, This guy's speaking up. It's great. I forget the character actors name he was on a news radio. He was David Kushner or catching or something like that, or Guy with the glasses. Oh, even root. Stephen! Stephen Root, Stephen. Yeah? Yeah, And I had never seen him in a role like that, where there was no laughs. I mean, no last he usually does. Comedy doesn't meaning. Oh, so very interesting. All right, Um, Josh board. Thank you so much for your time. We'll talk to you next week. All right, Bye bye. And you can see some full reviews on our website at dot com. "To say, Welcome back. Jason and Alexis in the morning on this Friday, June 25th 2021, I'm going to shut my mouth. Roll this open, sit back, relax and enjoy the view because it's time. For forced Movie, and I'm saying this really slowly because the open is locked. It's time for forced movie review. I can't believe you're making me do this, or do we have to talk about that? I have to force movie reviews. You forced me to do this. This this Kenny. This is the worst piece of crap that's ever been put on celluloid seriously, and I just looked up Wikipedia. I just opened up the page to read about it. It was written by Josh Goldsmith, Kathy Use SpA and directed by Gary Winnick. I have no idea who those people are. But I certainly hope they're not working in film and writing anymore because this movie should have killed their career. Wow. What a piece of crap and I gotta I have to preface this with I will watch. Should you tell what the movie is? Kenny, your your Your vitriol is so front loaded. I'm often running. I'm just off and running 13 Go see going on. Thirst 13 going on 30, starring not James Garner's daughter and a woman, Jennifer Woman. I really, really love Judy Greer. I've always been a huge fan of Judy Greer. Shit, really seriously talented actors and voice actor. Did I just say actress? I'm sorry anyway, about it like I was going to email it, I I will watch a movie about teen angst. I can sit through them, and some of them are really good. Heather's great movie. Yes, Mean girls. Wonderful movie. Some awful movie that Julia Stiles is in with a guy that's now passed away. Uh, and she's a high school 10 things I hate about you about you. Yeah, I didn't mind that movie so I can watch these movies. But this is a press that in this premise where you either go back in time, or you trade bodies with somebody or you go forward. This is a premise that never should have existed in a Hollywood It's been done over and over again, and it's this dumbest president premise I've ever seen. And with this one. We've also seen this one before. Girl Boy loves girl. Um, their best friend's girl doesn't recognize that the love of her life is right in front of her, right? That's what this is, Um, it's a combo platter. Whoever plays the young, uh Jennifer Garner. Hates yourself. She's 18. She's awkward. You know how we are one with her. Oh, so yeah, For awkward. We have zits and braces and all this and nobody. The people we love. Don't notice us, Um, so she's got no self confidence. And she wants to be with the in crowd. The Heathers crowd, right? Yes. And the Heathers crowd. Of course. What do they do? They make fun of her. They marker they user, um and somehow early on in the in the movies. The awkward girl, the not Jennifer, not James Garner's daughter. Throws a party at her house. All the Heathers show up, and her best friend is Matthew. Dude, the young. What's his name? The young Mark Ruffalo. Oh, yeah. And they're evidently there's some game you play in a team when you're a teenager. You go in a closet and a blindfold. Yeah, some come out game and it, uh, it's like, five minutes in the closet or like that's all I needed Something like seven minutes of heaven. Yeah. Yeah, It's something like that. Yeah. So she goes in there? Not realizing I mean, how do you not realize you're about to get played? How can you trust anybody as mean as he's heather's? Anyway? She goes in there puts a blindfold on. Meanwhile, they grab all the food at the party, and they split and they send in her best friend. Who is this awkward kid, you know? Yeah. Um She opens up her eyes box in she freaks out she starts crying. She kicks him out of the house. She sits down on the floor in the closet and starts repeating over and over again. I want to be 30 flirty and thriving. And she does this over and over, falls asleep. And what do you know The next thing? You know what the third I want to be 30. I want to be flirty. And thriving, 30 flirty, thriving, too. And at this point, I'm just like, Oh, my God. Lightning, please. The end of the world Anything. Just take me Jesus called me home, please. Right now. Anything. Do not watch this movie anyway. Um, she wakes up as a 30 year old, Not James Garner's daughter. She wakes up. And of course, this is where the hilarity is supposed to really kick in the overall HR really supposed to get funny because she wakes up. And there's some naked dude in her apartment doesn't know him, by the way that this the guy that played the naked dude was a hockey player. And I think they hired this guy because they couldn't get Paul because he's doing up all right impersonation anyway. No. Oh, my God. Uh, yeah, It's just It's really lame anyway, uh, kind of refer to my notes. She tries to figure out what happens how this happens why she's big and whatnot. And somehow ends up at work with Judy Greer wearing nothing but a negligee in a sport coat. Oh, yeah, I know where work was and everything. Yeah, Yeah, no, no. She had no idea because Judy Greer showed up in a limo, but she she evidently is a high powered executive at a magazine. An editor or something like that, Of course. Yeah, but and you can see they were really going for the funny and every single scene fell flat. As a matter of fact, every scene is more painful than the last seat. The Bourne Identity (2002)
"Hey everybody welcome to another prestige podcasts. Where we perhaps are stretching the definition of prestige I think so. I think this is a prestigious action film anyway. The bourne identity. This is a two thousand two movie directed by doug liman who you might recognize director of swingers. Mrs smith jumper edge of tomorrow american-made. He's the son of a bitch. Made us watch american made. We got all hyped up tom. Cruise in and mister bourne identity in its turns out that was very aggressively average flick. But but he's he's made a couple of good action movies as you can see here. After this paul greengrass over and helmed the rest of the borne trilogy is based on a screenplay written by tony gilroy who you might recognize as the screenwriter of rogue. One devil's advocate. Literally every jason bourne film also wrote and directed michael clayton and william blake. Herron who. I don't even know why his credit for this like only got one other movie credits he's credit created as the co writer. So i guess he did stuff here. He came into some rewrites. Because a studio like lots of this is a. I had no idea. This is such a troubled film making process. They're much butting heads. We'll we'll get to that. I'm sure is based on the bourne identity by one robert ludlum. If you're a. Tom clancy fan. You know. absolute thought robert ludlum is if you're a kid growing up in eighties. Ninety nineties like books The airport bookstores were stuffed full of his political thrillers. Back for their stuff. Full john grisham or after adding it. Yeah it's like. It's like john grisham. Tom clancy and and Ludlum all going for that hyper. Masculine market stars matt damon of course as jason bourne Frank potenza bra who you might recognize from run. Lola run is awesome. Best thing about season to the bridge. Also clio and sneaky little star guest starring role here. Chris cooper brian cox who you'll recognize as the bad political heavy from every political thriller. We've ever seen giant assholes. Good job at it. Julia stiles clive owen. Art talked by clive. Owen and walton goggin. Yeah back before. I knew who he was and he was like in his late. Twenties early thirties still had a fairly full head of hair though. It was in recognizable retreat. Just pops out the do one of the most textbook gap dossier exposition scenes. That you've ever

"This morning. I was like, man, I should warn this kid not to do that. But then I thought, Where's the fun in that? You know, does he? We really need to get any hotter. I mean, I really need to be worried about, you know, being Clean shaven. I've got a body like that. No, he skied in the body. Okay, Physically fit man in this building really is And sometimes he wears a tank top, and it's just kind of shape. It kind of feels like shaming us. A man's Ilyin is when the hair is removed from the entire pubic region of a man. This includes the upper area down the shaft in these Sack and all the way back to show off your hot ass, So it just goes back to the to the sack. Well into the ass. Oh, And all the way to the back. Does it hurt? Yes, we are going to lie to you. The first time you get a man zillion done it. It is not going to be pleasant over. This all depends on your pain, Tolerance and how course your hair is, Um All right each time you get sugared It's what it's called. It's called getting sugar. Yeah, it is going to hurt just a little bit less. Once you become a sugaring better man. It may stop hurting altogether is your hair gets thinner and less dense? It was brutal. I don't know what to do now, because I feel like I should be a little more kept back there. But when I trim up the tree trunk with the Clippers, and then I used the razor on the boys. I try to go back sometimes. Like back with the beard Tell ya You don't wanna grab ahold of it sometimes Danger zone man leaving like it's like Oh, man, your bloody so this says, And this is obviously on the don't like to do me. What about my time Getting a red wings? It's like I'm not hurting my redwing say she can't find them harness anyway. Up to 93% of women prefer completely bare or neatly trimmed, pubic region. I think there can be You want to know you've got a man on your hands, Whatever that means. So I mean, you go bare, You know, that could be just I think some people are creeped out by that. No, I agree. Not every woman, not a lot of women like the completely bear loves. And when you when you Not to get too graphic, but when you've got it completely shaved like that. The first couple Goes after a clean shave their nice It's just skin on skin, baby. That feels good to get out alive. Hello? Hey, guys. What? The show. Thanks, buddy. I got a couple movies. One of the Simon Pegg one Paul. Have a good buddy movie. Okay? You remember seeing that That was the one with the alien. Okay, You should check out the other one film a little ways. Yeah, we didn't mention the any lady buddy movies. I never saw Thelma Louise that Brad Pitt in the trunk, right? Think so. I've never I've never seen it either. I'm trying to think of any other female buddy movies. Laverne and Shirley was a TV show case. You're wondering, um 7 to 75791 or 25. I never saw Steel Magnolias. Is that a lady buddy movie? I don't know. I think it's very sad to think everyone dies is a female buddy movie called Abedi movie because it should be You gotta live alone. Who are you? It's Bill. Don't Hey, Um, you mentioned my all time favorite one. See no evil hear no evil, which is probably the most charming movie ever made. Um, but so I got a definitional question for you. Would you count? Movie, a buddy movie where it's the bodies are Husband and wife for a couple because my cousin Vinny is ah, buddy movie If you count that, No, it's no No. Yes, it is. No, it's not know my cousin Vinny is not a buddy movie at all. Marisa Tomei is equal part to, um Pesci go past, you know, get out of here with your nonsense, but thank you for your phone call TM power weighing in on Twitter. I had this debate with myself. I'd like to be a part of that debate is planes, trains and automobiles, a buddy movie or a road trip movie that turns into a buddy film by the end. Similar to midnight run in that aspect. He's right in the beginning, and in fact, halfway through midnight run De Niro and Groden arm or adversaries, then they are buddies, but they turn into buddies, so it's like a gradual buddy movie. I think you base it on the relationship at the end of the movie. If they're buddies at the end, then it's a buddy movie. I mean, what the hell do I know? But I think that's a fair. Parameter because also due date, which some people claim is is a rip off of planes, trains and automobiles with Zach Gil fanatics and Tony Stark, they you know they hate each other, almost the whole thing. You've got to see that that is so damn funny. And it is. It is so up your alley. You would you would laugh repeatedly Do this, just like you push back And I love you, man for roughly about four years. Do, they will make you laugh. They stop. They have to stop it. A drug dealer's house. The drug dealers, Julia Stiles, Okay, don't give it all the way. I love her. "Just frustrating. Cia is who have been working on tread stone or trying to cover it up. Tread stone is evolving into black. Brier black ops program. They're trying to cover it up and she is just cutting through the ball and actually a good person And every time. I see brian cox. The older guy with white hair in the second movie any time i see him in any other movies i will. I just always associate him with the born. And i'm like you are so evil. Like i cannot get past that but you know what is weird to me. The second wash through that. I did not notice before what i was had in my head. The fact that there is a black ops program is what the problem was like. That's what they're covering up. But they openly tell pam landy. Oh a black ops program and she like knows that they're still sending assets after targets and. That doesn't seem to be the drama. Well i think the drama is how it's no pun intended executed may pun intended in that. It's basically one. They get caught killing americans yes so they are not just targeting. People who are like one bosie was a who was known to be a violent instigator of world problems. And i'm not saying that means that the cia. Shell him necessarily. i'm just saying he was out. There was at least a legitimate reason of like. He is a person who has caused a lot of pain and suffering and deaths of many people so therefore like someone needs to kill him so there are at least a logic to killing one bosie but they get caught killing americans and they also get caught and this is more developed in the third movie but basically like they have the license to kill anyone. They choose legis defensive seidel. Yeah yeah so at one point david street here and it's like well. We don't have to deal with the bureaucracy. There's no red tape. I don't have to get approval from anybody. We can just get this done. Well that means you basically have given yourself license to kill everyone. And it's like an off the books program so they're not documenting it and they have basically no accountability. Right is my understanding of why. It's a huge issue because obviously it's no secret that cia kills people like even. If there's not a black ops program like dreads shown in real life we know they kill people. Don't they mostly arrest people. I don't know maybe. I've watched too many more movies. But you know i'm pretty sure they kill people. I don't know not in the cia but don't come by. I have no documents Yeah well anyways. That struck me. Because i always remembered it as the fact that. There's a black ops programs the issue well in also in the third movie. They kill a journalist. Who's trying to report on it. Yeah so that is obviously not cool for lack of better term. So then you know more showdowns more another car chase born comes out still alive learning a little bit more. Although he's still stuck on redstone treads on black brier. Now don't you put the times. Yes julia stiles ends upheld. We love her. And so then they're gonna try to kill julia stiles but he loves her in the What was that fight with. The thousand Right i think so in team gear in ultimatum. Yes and with that. I think that the cutest assassin involve him.

"I re watched that one today in. Guess who's in it. I don't know mitchum hans berger how oh my gosh and he has a good guy right up to you to decide if you watched the movie. It is a very small but important role. So he's not in the lot he's really only in one scene but it is an important character and i really can't say more than that without spoiling things and i do such. I haven't seen so okay. Yes totally fine. Did you also know that there was a one season. Television show called redstone. That was on in the last few years and inc so a nineteen eighty eight adaption. Oh my goodness. I did not know about this. I just wanted to share this as well. These movies not the nineteen eighty eight version. Because we ain't talking about that won the two thousand movies star young boy. Matt damon franco potenza. Julia stiles brian cox. David strengthen chris cooper clive owen karl urban aka one of our friends from lord of the rings joan allen glenn albert finney edgar ramirez it's a huge cast but those are the big ones and then. I think this is fun to in my rewatch this term in each movie i found somebody who was like. Oh this person wasn't really a big deal yet. But they had a very small part so you can catch walton geoghegan's michelle monaghan and daniel. Bruhl all in small roles. Daniel bro most recently seen in falcon and the winter soldier here. Yeah these movies earned almost one billion dollars. It was about nine hundred. Forty eight million born tomato won three oscars for. Yeah i know you. Don't think of it as an oscar movie. It was for editing sound mixing and sound effects. And just a little fun fact to throw out here for you Powell's who watched this year's very weird oscar ceremony fun fact for you. You know his name the most dangerous fulmer operative of the cia is drawn out of hiding to uncover hidden troops about his past. Is that the. Is that all of the board every born. I think i think there's about as many words in that synopsis as dialogue in matt damon script dude. Right i was like I just why are we talking to this weird little girl in the fbi. Come on go back. What's what's jason up to i. Yeah that's i like that. The tagline for this was you know his name and it's like yeah like real. I know it we we all do is written above. It is written.
