"And my cat joined by our boots on the ground and Abu Dhabi Jose Young's and the Prince of positivity. Himself Mr Alex Kaley Jose we will start with you. We have two big women's Bantamweight Bouts Tomorrow Night Germain enemy versus Juliana opinion is the featured about the main event Holly Home For Society Aldana of course Amanda. Nunez has her next fight on the books. It'll be at one forty-five defending against Megan Anderson but as far as her bantamweight title is concerned, you have to imagine that fell Donna and or pain are victorious. Nunez going to have her follow up fight ready and waiting is that how you view this as well? Yeah. It's going to be one of the other and I honestly I would lean. Donna. Considering, she's I think her win streak is a little more. It's she's been more active more recently had a lot of wins and I just think the win over holly home is still like who's already lost to Valentina Amanda Nunez remained Aranda me. She's she's only lost to champions or former champions So I think a win over Holly Home and in a main event on fight island is just I think a bigger deal than being Germane to random engine. That's no insult JANA random. She's an unbelievable fighter, but also Juliana Pain of course hasn't been the most active fighter. No fault of her own she had a she had a kid. To come back, she had the fight against Duke Montana, and then once you supposed to fight Aspen, lad asked had to pull out so they in that fight was gonNA get cancelled anyway. So because of the pandemics I no fault of her own but I just think he ran Donna. More, at. On sat some uber impressive finishers knocked over. Is One of if not the most I want to say most violent female knockouts. I've ever seen like you don't see a lot of female fighters one punch dead their opponent. You've seen a lot of like like Jessica drops against. Caveats and then when she dropped Dros on her head but that that Hook on caveat is that put her to sleep with. So so impressed and I honestly think aloud did enough to get the outside anyway she doesn't have to fight Holly Home, but of course, as finding a one forty five. Aldana said you want stay active and kind of rates the question. So all respect to her I just think you've both come out on top Iranian will get the next shop. Aka Jose alluded to it. Most people believe that Donna should have already had the title shot locked and loaded. She's one five out of six. The one loss of the mix was the split decision lost Raquel Pennington and there are folks out there who thought Aldana did enough on her bat offer back to actually make that decision. I. Am Not one of those folks I thought Pennington squeaked Alan by but she did bounce back with wins over Vanessa Mellow and the NOCCO win over via. She now has her first main event against a former world champion homes coming off that win against Pennington in January that. In a fight that certainly didn't have people jumping out of their seats but. This fight stylistically Aka what sticks out to you. I mean I guess a lot of people would want to look at it as as power versus technique, which I which again is I think would take away from Don who has a lot of technique and also a lot of power I. It's exciting about it is the possibility that you know I'll done of correction brings up another side of home that we don't have to see because home is obviously such a talented fighter. She's also really smart fighter and it takes a lot. To get it out of her comfort zone and if you don't zone, you end up with again convincing winds like she had against rebel Pennington but wins that aren't exactly getting fans clamoring to see her competing for yet another title shot. So the hope is that again, a Donna challenges her and if you and if you're of course, if you're the camp counselor enough that it gets home to a spectacular performance and a memorable performance, maybe finish but not so much that data just on. So. In that sense, I wanna be optimistic and say this could be one of the more entertaining Holly Home Fights that we've seen a while. I know there's a lot of skepticism around that again Holly Hill very tactical fighter talented fighter a winter, but again, not not someone who's always Cruising Barn burners or fight of the night awards or something like that. So. I do think we'll. We'll see a competitive fight, but a more entertaining than than some people might be might be seeing on paper. Jose that that me to one of more. Questions of interest when it comes to this fight because Holly Home is an interesting position right now, she still has a lot of value the UFC obviously still see something in that name and in Holly Home as a fighter but the thing I'm most serious about is what if Holly Home Wins? Tomorrow night like what if she goes out there and has a great performance against email Donna. What happens then? I think it would depend on how she wins. She goes out there and just crushes like head cakes Rhonda. You know the you have C. wants to get another job and Juliana pain is there to say like all of these offer women because let's not forget Germane to randomly that she's not GonNa get shot at one thirty five anytime soon. So you want to manage the champion because he's already to against her but like say in this hypothetical World Julia Payne and Holly Home come out on top I just maybe they book those two. Down the road especially, if a man in Nunez needs time to get to one hundred because let's not forget Amanda Nunez teased retirement. She just had her first kid. She's now a new mom. So maybe her times not just one thirty five which is fighting in general are coming to an end. So even if she gives up the one, thirty, five pound belt in Holly Home is the now the number one contender say Juliana pains the number one contender maybe this is what the is trying to do but. It's just it's hard to say considering especially in two thousand and twenty it's hard to plan one week. Let alone like let's look at two thousand and twenty one in this division that we don't know if the champion against stick around. So a lot of things needs play out in the world of mixed martial arts I can try and match make the women's hundred, thirty, five pound. Title Picture. So, currently, Aldana is a slight favorite averaging around a minus one, twenty, five homeless dog plus one, zero five, I think that's about right but Aka, who do you like in this one and why? I'm going to go down I again. There's that part of me. That is you know is very fearful of again the talent of Holly Home again her to make. Know potentially great fighters look bad. I mean, that's that's that's a skill upon home. It's a credit to her and it's why she's been stuck around for so long and why she keeps getting these these big opportunities but I I think. Is is just is peaking at the right time. I know that's always kind of a difficult thing to gauge. But that is what I see in her reason performance like you said, even in Pennington fight maybe she didn't quite enough to win but she did show how dangerous she is against a fighter wing in with the difficult style much like much like holly home has so I..

Holly Home Donna Valentina Amanda Nunez Juliana Pain Holly Home For Society Aldana Raquel Pennington Mr Alex Kaley Jose Aldana fight island Holly Hill Abu Dhabi Jose Young Megan Anderson Amanda Nunez JANA Duke Montana Dros Jessica

"The team in the days before the story was published, and that includes former director of pro personnel Alex Santos, who was accused of inappropriately touching and hitting on female staffers and journalists, his deputy Richard Man was also let go because of similar accusations. It also includes Larry Michael, who until recently was the voice of the team giving play-by-play? play-by-play on the radio. He was accused of also offering up his unsolicited opinions on women's appearances. Including telling one staffer, she had a tight ass before claiming to other staffers that she was sleeping with half the players team owner Dan Snyder issued a statement on Friday saying that he had hired an independent law firm to investigate the claims and that the team will make changes based on the results of that investigation. That story of ever so much gossip about it inside local DC media before it dropped that something about the NFL team was going to be coming out soon without people really going what what and then the storyline Oh. Oh, I see! Yeah, I, mean all these women coming forward all these all these men that have been mistreating them and mishandling I'm mean I'm glad the story is finally out, but it seems like it's taken a very long time to do so absolutely and the quotes people. If you haven't read the store you absolutely should. Because some of the quotes are absolutely gold, this one from Julia Payne who was a former assistant press secretary in the Clinton administration, who briefly served as VP of communications for the team in two thousand three, she told the Post I've never been in a more hostile manipulative passive, aggressive environment and I worked in politics. Well! Hey, that I'm going to have to bring us on over to the Ellen Degeneres show because that's my next talking point and it's also about talks. Workplace buzzfeed news spoke to one current and former Ellen staffers, who all said that the show's producers encouraged a climate. Where if you're likable and didn't complain. You were rewarded with swag from sponsors and raises and promotions, but if you push. Push back about the fear and intimidation. The producers fostered you were shown the door. One former staffer said they were given warning for creating a gofundme campaign to raise money for medical costs that their health insurance didn't cover unlike on the show where people in need are given money. The former staffer was told to take down the fundraiser because of concerns. It might hurt too generous image. Another former Ellen staffer told buzzfeed news that she left after a year and a half of racist comments, actions and microaggressions directed at her. The last straw was when the show's executive producer Poulter into a meeting and quote said that I was walking around looking resentful and angry. She left work that day, and never returned, and I don't blame her one bit. This story is fascinating. I feel like one that a lot of people have been waiting on for a minute like every time. There's a of Ellen generous in the news. There's people you can tell that have been. That are waiting for it to come out more fully about how ellen persona differs from the way that she and her staffers actually treat people. Definitely you know as soon. Soon as this came out at so many different friends in the industry in media, texting each other, and just being like finally it's out. This one's a little interesting because you know, it's not as focused on ellen which of all the rumors have been about, and this one is more is focused on the toxic workplace that you know as the head of this has enabled, you know. Right I mean I remember. There was a twitter thread earlier this year aware comedian was taking donations to charity in exchange for people's stories about Ellen, being mean and that thread The buzzfeed story was published head Twenty Six hundred responses. Wow, YEP YEP. The, stories are out there. They are there. We're going to repeat some of them because we fact. Check them, but they're there for the looking. After the break. "I'd seventeen. ESPN Mason and Ireland. What is going on? Thank you very much for being out there. We really appreciate you. Just say stick with US wherever we go. And let's see the big story of the day. This is bubbled around for a couple of days John Kincaid. Down in Atlanta tweeted. There's something awful disgusting coming. With the with the Washington football team and sure enough the Washington Post. Drop this bomb today. it is the headline reads from Dream Job to nightmare more than a dozen women alleged sexual harassment and verbal abuse by former team employees at Redskins Park. and it starts out with the story of a woman named Emily applegate who worked the Redskins in twenty fourteen? she says that. She's. She said she had to commiserate and cry about frequent sexual harassment and verbal abuse that she endured. They? The women there cried the about the former chief operating officers. Expletive laced tirades. applegate said when she called to him. Called Her effing stupid and then requested. She wears tight dress for a meeting with clients, so the men in the room have something to look at. They cried about a wealthy suite holder who grabbed her friends backside during a game, applegate said and the indifference. The team's top sales executive displayed. complained. And that's just the beginning. You had a very long article of very detailed. And the debate has now turned to whether or not redskins owner Daniel Snyder can survive it. It does make it clear. In the article that Snyder nor Bruce Allen, who is chief executive at the time, were accused of any inappropriate behavior, but the culture is bad. You asked the question earlier in the show we'll doesn't. It doesn't begin at the top, doesn't it? Stop at the top. The problem with that is the as we saw with the Dallas Mavericks Situation. If the owner is indirectly accused. Then sometimes, he can survive it, but you may do not think Snyder will survive this I. Don't I? Don't at some point. This this comes from the top. And this is such a wide ranging story involving so many team employees. And so many women. There's just no frigging way Daniel Snyder didn't know about this. And the one thing that it does say about Snyder is that he repeatedly mocked his employees. He routinely belittled top executives, according to three former members of his executive staff, perhaps most intensely green who's a former sales executive whom Snyder mocked for having been a male cheerleader in college, one executive staff meeting, according to one former employee. Green said Snyder. Cart wheels for their entertainment. Julia Payne. Who was an assistant press secretary in the Clinton administration briefly served as VP communications for the team in two thousand and three. She says quote. I have never been in a more hostile manipulative passive, aggressive environment and I worked in politics. which yeah, that's hard to believe by the way we'll take some calls on this if you wanNA weigh in eight, seven, seven, seven, ten ESPN, eight, seven, seven, seven, ten, three, seven, seven six. There's a couple of things that jumped out at me. That makes us a little different than the mavericks situation, although in that case, Mark Cuban not only survived it but I. Thought did a really good job of correcting the situation or came to light. Mark Immediately faced the music. He sat down with Rachel Nichols and had her ask anything she wanted for an entire show. And he explained how he didn't know about it. How his focus had drifted away from the office and onto the court he had appointed a chief executive completely betrayed him. He was was and there were some ugly things in that Mavericks Investigation immediately went out and hired Cynthia Marshall, who was a top executive at at and T., and gave her complete control of everything, and was a matter of fact. I remember Mace when that all played out Marshall said. The I the only question she needed answer to was am I working for you, or are we working together? Am I working with you right and he said. In this particular situation I will never tell you. You can implement all the changes you want and I will. Approve them, he said, but here's what we need to fix any laid it out for. And one of the things that happened there was there were. There was an employee that marquette rehired even after he'd been accused of physical violence. Yeah, and he mark mark was told and believe that this couple was still together and he was cutting this kid. and. The kid turned out to not not beyond I think there is a second violation right and. And Cynthia Marshall said you're not gonNA. She said I need you. Don't have enough women. You don't have enough minorities. Here I'm going to need to turn the staff over. And Cuban said you have the authority and the resources to do it. Go do it. And she did. And that situation has completely turned around now. Here's the COMP to the Bruce Snyder situation which I. Daniel, Snyder situation which I don't get. The Washington Post that broke the article today gave Snyder multiple chances to comment on this investigation to give his side of the story. Whereas Mark Cuban would answer any questions to talk less. When had for him and explain and a Lotta Times mark answers words I have no excuse. I I didn't know I should've known, but I wasn't focused on the building and it. It went right over my head and it shouldn't have. Snyder's answer was no comment. To all of it. And now as the question is, will the other thirty one owners lined up behind him and say look weak. Somebody could try and take my team away one day. I'M NOT GONNA call for his head or will they say this is so ugly? We need to get rid of them right. That's the key all of it. Because Roger Goodell works for the owners..
