"Second Sunday of the month. June 13th. I hope everyone's enjoying Sunday cloudy skies a little bit with pics of sun here in the tri State area, probably the same cloud that's hovering over. Kamala Harris has had more on that in a moment, but is always where they are armed and ready to serve justice with all my great listeners here on talk radio 77 wh See and all listening to our stream on w ABC radio dot com and on the 77 w ABC Mobile app Now I also want to make sure that I hear from you in just a little bit. As you know. You know the drill. We're gonna be taking your calls Right here on the friends of the Cord hotline. You know the number It's 1 808 48 W. ABC. That's 1 808 489 to 2 to make sure you give us a call and share your thoughts and later on in the show, I'll reveal the results of our question of the week. But there is so much that happened this week in America from Kamala Harris going off to Guatemala. To the crime that continues to rise and shock us throughout the nation to a A study by the Cleveland Clinic that questions whether you even need a vaccine. Uh, if you have had covid, so we're going to get to all of those topics and break it all down for you here on the judge Jeanine Pirro Tunnel to Towers Foundation Sunday morning show. Plus later in the show, I'll gavel out with my closing arguments. I'll also reveal the new question of the week that you don't want to miss. I always love your participation in our weekly polls and on the topics that matter here in America, it's all coming up in just a few moments here. But first my opening statement, uh, you know, the vice president of the United States decided to take her first trip outside of the country to Guatemala. Why Guatemala because she is determined. To find out what the root causes are of immigration to this country now. I just want you to know that she thinks you're stupid. All right. She thinks that you don't understand that You're too dumb and too ignorant to catch on to the Khan. After all, she is the vice president of the United States and And you and I mean, we're just Not. It's not possible that we could comprehend the enormity of the issues that she's confronting. She thinks she can point her finger of someone questions her to put her in their place. And if all else fails lap at the absurdity of your moronic hair brain to question And I just want you to think about the fact that the borders are here. Kamala Harris, who spend test with the border. Has decided after 3.5 months in office four months in office, Uh, Jan. February, marginal major five, almost five months in office that it's time to go to Guatemala to figure out why people are coming here now. Note. She's not going to our southern border. She is going to Guatemala now you made you might want to know that the people in Guatemala didn't receive her visit. Very well. There were signs all over that said, Go home. Uh, we want trade, not aid. In other words, the people of Guatemala were onto her con. And, uh, I think that let's take a listen to what she said. And she says that she has no plans right now. Or she hasn't said that she has any plans to visit the United States Southern border to find out why people are coming here. So instead, she says that she's gonna watch. She's going to go to Guatemala to figure it out. Now it's audio cut number six guys. It's Kamala Harris. Uh, in Mexico City. Take a listen. I also believe that if you want to fix a problem You have to go. To where the problem exists, because the only way we can actually fix the problem is to understand the problem. Now, folks, I hope you understand from that that she's talking about Guatemala in order to fix the problem at our southern border in order to understand the problem, she's not going to our southern border. She's going to Guatemala. She makes it very clear, you stupid people you in order to fix the problem. You have to understand the problem from the country that they're leaving. But let's take a listen to what she said to Lester Holt, Uh, and what? He asked her in audio cut number Ford hit it, guys, Do you have any plans? To visit the border. At some point, you know, we are going to the border. We've been to the border. So this whole this whole this whole thing about the border we've been to the border. We've been to the board. You haven't been to the border and I haven't been to Europe and I I don't I don't understand the point that you're making Okay, and I haven't been to Europe. Is she stupid? We don't have people surging the Massachusetts border from Europe, you know, packing up their kids in a canoe and saying we Europeans want in. We don't even have a border with Europe. And yet in answer to when she's going to go to our border. She thinks you're stupid, and she says Where we've been to the border. Whose is we? We've been to the border. You haven't been to the border since you've been vice president tasked with this issue. But instead what she'd rather do is just play verbal games with reporters, But she apparently kind of lost her cool with an individual from Univision. When she was very, very quite sharp with her, take a listen to audio cut three guys. I've said I'm going to go to the border. And when are.

"And now they're saying Oh, you know, Israel is fighting back to heart. Wait a minute. That means what? What do you say to those people who claim it's a disproportionate response that you should be nicer when you're attacked. Judge, you know that we love you here and Israel and understand you take but I had to deal with so many holston question in the last 11 days in many interviews and well and won me over the interviewed with BBC international, I would ask the same question and my answer was to the ankle. So what do you propose? We have thousands of rockets flying into our cities. Have to sleep in the shelter with my daughter every night. So what you propose maybe lover an alternative. Maybe we'll have the you sending observers. The U. N will put a condemnation for Hamas. If you have another option toe offer us Stop the violence against that. We have open toe heel and she was silent because when you have violence against us and tell all your stuff, you have to act swiftly and that's what we did in certain and Uncertainly and you cannot speak about this proposal at what we did. Do we try to minimize the civilian casualties using our technology? We We told people that we were going to attack facilities. We knew the houses of you actually send leaflets and flyers. We're gonna we're gonna building. I mean, how polite is that? I mean, you know, I don't understand you believe time we've got them all sophisticated. So instead of leaflets we actually called and we have the technology to text them and we called everybody in the proximity. And we told them to move out that we were able to minimize their civilian casualties. Well, let me let me just end with Dandy Dan and, uh, Ambassador of From Israel to the U. You know, we accept criticism and relocated demonstrate against these. Well, if you don't like us. But you cannot allow attacks against Jews in the streets of New York. He's outrageous. The police should arrest and convict those criminals. When I know those pictures, they was horrible. And I believe we should, you know. Exploded again both criminals and also think about the excitement in the social media. It became a platform for hate. Yes, Yes, well, Danny Dan and you know now we're left in the United States with Jews. It reminds me of my when I was DEA, all of the anti Semitism that I fought and the fight for hate crimes in the increasing penalties, which on I testified before Congress is well for increased penalties for hate crimes. It is. It's a sad commentary, but at the same time Um, you know, united States, uh, most of the United States stands firmly with with Israel and presidents come and go. But the relationship between the two countries eyes something that will withstand the passage of time. And so I thank you, Danny, Dannon and please stay in touch with us. Thank you. It's the force technology transfer the intellectual property half the currency manipulation. There's seven of them that basically are killing American jobs in factories, so their endgame is the finish what they started back in 2001 when they joined the World Trade Organization. And what President Trump interrupted for four beautiful years when we stood up to the Chinese slapped him with tariffs slapped him with sanctions. Okay, it break a little news here, too. "Welcome back to the Judge Jeannine Pirro Tunnel to Towers Sunday morning show. I want to reveal to you the results of last week's question of the week. Now it was prescient. I must say the question Woz Wilmore, individuals come forward with alleged sexual harassment allegations against Governor Cuomo Last week you were called. There were two What a timely question of the week I must say myself and we all know the answer. Since we spoke to you last Sunday, Three more women have come forward about inappropriate sexual behavior and touching and two additional AIDS claimed Cuomo use misogynistic and derogatory language to them, but What do you think? Well, here are the results. Wilmore individuals come forward with alleged sexual harassment allegations against Andrew Cuomo. 94% of you said Yes. 5.8% of you said No. So I guess you all knew that more would come forward and I got to tell you something. I was a little hesitant. I thought that after Cuomo came out and said, Oh, I didn't mean it. I didn't intend and they started crying and whatever I said, Oh, you know what? And he said he wasn't going anywhere. I said, you know what the women If a woman out there is a complaint, she's not gonna come forward because the guy says he's not leaving And they would see him is this you know, inter insurmountable. Herbal that they'd have to get over. But women keep coming forward, and I'll bet more women are coming forward. So for this week's upcoming question of the week, we asked Wilmore women come forward to allege allegations of sexual assault and sexual harassment against Andrew Cuomo. So that's the question of the week for next week. Make sure you chime into the conversation.

"We're going to stay on this story because I think most New Yorkers have had just about enough the nursing home obviously the bigger issue, but ironically, it is the sexual harassment and the toxic environment. His feeling of invincibility, his sense that he can start hitting on women half and a third his age talk about their sexual likes and dislikes. Kiss them. Touch them. This is outrageous. This isn't the 19 fifties. This is 2021. This guy's got to go and Assemblyman Chris tagged. Thanks so much for being with us. All right, Judge. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing. And again. This was an honor and a pleasure to be on your show. God bless you and God bless America and God bless New York. Well, God help New York at this point. Thank you very much, Assemblyman. All right. And more of your calls. Let's take a call from Rachel from Brooklyn. Rachel. How are you? Welcome to WNBC. Yes. Thank you for taking my call. Such I'm calling regarding my mother is in a nursing home in Brooklyn, and it's in total lockdown. The emergency powers. That supposedly that was supposed to take away from the governor. Absolutely. You're still in the sect. I cannot visit her. We used to have a companion for which we paid privately. They don't do not let her in cannot go in. My brother cannot go. Women. Total lockdown. Where and this is in Brooklyn. Rachel, You know what the complaint that you have is very typical. Some of these nursing homes. Continued to not allow people to come in. But if you've had a covert test, can you prove the Vatican over negative test? You should be able to get in. Have they told you that? That's a requirement? I was vaccinated so I can always why I can get in. But they wouldn't let me come in. I have Ah, have a certificate that I was vaccinated and my mother was vaccinated in the nursing home, too. Wow, that that is. Let me know They won't let me in, And that's a companion And either she's untold like my mother is so sad. Quiet. Go all day. You know where she is? Of course she is. Who was your Who's your assembly person? Do you know in Brooklyn in your area? Would have to find out. You have got your right to him. Of course, Perhaps I would call I would call my assemblyman or assembly woman's office and the same with Congressman or congresswoman. Because if she is she has been vaccinated. You been vaccinated. They can't do that to you. Okay. Okay. All right, Rachel. Good luck. All right. Let's hear from Carol in Queens. Carol. Welcome to W A. B. C. Yes. Please read me. Jenny machine, Okay. And all right. We've lost that call. All right right now, then, Welcome back. We're going to keep talking about the news of the week. Joe Biden, by the way. Is Joe Biden losing his mind. This guy actually was giving a speech and then asked where he wasps in addition to the head, Joe Biden. Says, is constantly asking people whether or not he's going to take questions. And this week we watched Joe Biden as he was on some kind of teleconference with Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi and said, is on the screen and you could see Joe Biden sitting there and Joe Biden says, Ah, I'm happy to take questions if that's what I'm supposed to do. If that's what you're supposed to do, Joe, you're the president of the United States. What is wrong with you? And as soon as he says that within a few seconds, Nancy's there And all of a sudden it goes dead. It goes totally dead. They pull the feed from the president of the United States because this guy is not capable of even answering a question. And right now I think that it's time to think about whether or not Kamila Harris is going to be the president even sooner than we thought. The president has not had a press conference in 47 days, and that is the longest in the last 100 years. Now I imagine that the reason he hasn't had a press conference is because he's not capable of answering questions. He's not capable of saying people's names. He doesn't know what he's doing. He doesn't know where he is, and I'm not making this up, folks. This is stuff that he actually says and does So, you know, we're worried about Andrew Cuomo in New York. He's committing all kinds of sexual harassment according to the credibility of these women who should be believed, and by the way, Where's Maisy? Hirono Remember Crazy Maisy Hirono During the Cavanaugh hearings. She was the one that the United States senator from Hawaii was screaming. All women need to be believed. Where's crazy? Amazing now with all of these women? On the governor of New York and all of these complaints of sexual harassment, and you know where. Where is Kamila Harris, the vice president soon to be the president of the United States. Where is Kabul? I mean, you have to think about this. She hasn't said one word about Joe Biden. She hasn't said one word about whether or not Joe Biden, um is number one capable and whether or not Andrew Cuomo should be removed based on the sexual harassment complaints. You know, this is a mess. You got the Democrats and power. They're the ones who are making all the complaints. And then at the end there committing the very crimes that they choose the right of committing, and there's no way they're hypocrites. It's the it's the height of hypocrisy. We're not getting them out of office. They're just sitting quietly. So I want to make a phone call. Let's try to make a phone call to Hua Andrea Andrea Stewart Cousins who was a senator from New York. She is the state senator, State Senate majority leader, The one who told the Capitol tonight that's a TV show. She's disappointed that we're still dealing with sexual harassment in 2021. Obviously she had to be pinpointed to talk about Cuomo was opposed to the issue were the place, she says, where it's hard to think that this that there's still so much work to do, and so they zeroed in with this state senator. Who is the majority leader, and she said when they asked her specifically about Cuomo any further people coming forward, I would think it would be time for him to resign. That was after three people take a listen. What if another person comes forward with a credible allegation against the governor or two more people? At what point would he lose your support? Well, I think I made it clear on CNN, that any further people coming forward, I would think it would be time for him to resign. So But honestly, I am so so. Disappointed that here we are in 2021. We're having these conversations. You know, I listened to that sound. I am so so disappointed that here we are in 2021. We're having these conversations. No. You are so so disappointed that your friend your leader, the guy you hold in high esteem Your pal is doing and is alleged to have done this to five different women. That's the difference. I mean, don't turn it into a generic. This is what's happening in 2021. No, this is what's happening to the to the guy who was leading the state of New York who was intimidating. He is bullying. He is a serial liar. He is a serial sexual harasser. I mean, she wanted just get off the edge and make it clear Now we've been calling Andrea Stewart cousins for the last 20 minutes. She is not answering her phone. But if anyone out there wants to write to her, I'm not going to give you her phone number. But if you want to write to her, please do so set a majority leader, Andrea Stewart cousins. All right. She has sent a majority leader, the capital Albany, New York, All right, the tunnel to Towers Foundation has been supporting America's front line hero since 9 11 with so many people lost their lives, all saving others..

"I wanna comment this morning on something that happened to me there is right up your alley related to Cuomo and his Law that went into effect during the covert pandemic whereby all court cases especially in Westchester, where you come from must continue, regardless if I am sick I'm a high risk. I'm an old lady. They dismissed my case because I wasn't legally able to give them their documents because I want to stay alive during the pandemic, so they just missed my lawsuit. Because Cuomo put into effect the lawyer that all court cases must continue. Regardless well, it would seem to me that Cuomo could open the course. But the chief judge of the Court of Appeals is Janet DiFiore. Your Your complaint to go to her chief, Janet Di Fiore should have made it possible for women, especially if they had illnesses or they had a Jor Any kind of impediment. Janet, if your would be the one that would help you with that, But you know, it's a sad commentary. That's Much damage happened as a result of Andrew Cuomo. We're going to continue to talk about him. We've gotten Assemblyman this morning, also from Albany. I'm going to ask him some of the questions that are that the senator left us with And that is that the governor is not really lost all of his powers as it relates to what his emergency powers, which is kind of frustrating, but anyway For all my animal lovers listening, I need you to know about an organization that's near and dear to my and my heart. I'm involved with Delta Rescue and you need to be to the founder, Leo Grillo left Hollywood. He's devoted over 40 years to saving animals who are abandoned in the wilderness. He and his staff have a dedication and an everlasting love for animals, just like I do. And I know that many of you do as well. It's a no kill. It's a careful life sanctuary with up to 1500 dogs, cats horses on they do is, they say they don't rescue and then kill the animals. They care for them for life, their rights a life as it relates to animals. They let them have their family and care for them for life, giving them the very best care with an on site Animal Hospital. But Delta rescue now need your help. They can't do it alone. They rely solely on donations from people like you and me. But Delta has a tax savings plan. Uh, on a state plan..

"Even say you're looking for a girlfriend and you're lonely. How dare you, And then we go to what Charlotte ended up doing. She did everything she was supposed to do what you want to the chief counsel. She made a complaint. She had an immediate outcry. We call it a recent outcry in the law. And your staff and your chief counsel. This isn't 2020. What they did was they moved her. They moved the problem. And you you have a law that you just signed, saying that there is a mandate that they have got to refer all these complaints to the governor's office of employee relations where they are investigated. You didn't do that. They didn't do that. They hit her. They moved her and that was the end of it, Really, Andrew You say that women should come forward. You say you support a woman's right to come forward. You don't and let's go to Sot Number four, where he says he didn't want to make he didn't know was making women uncomfortable. I never knew at the time I was making anyone feel uncomfortable. Okay? Let me tell you how ridiculous that is. He walks up to a woman at a at a wedding. He puts his hand on her bare back and then cups her face in his hands. He's twice the size of her. This one is twice the age of her. And he asked if she could, if he could kiss her, and he's doing this with people in public, and by the way, I'm not asking you to believe or not believe there's a picture of it. It's cold concrete evidence. It's real evidence. She is petrified. The picture was in the New York Post. You never touched anyone inappropriately. Let me tell you if you came up to me or I will have a woman that I know and you put your hand on my bare back and then cut my face. You. You have a problem with your own face at that point, But you're a liar, Andrew. And in the last 18 hours, two more women have come forward, folks. So now we've got five women. Five women, four of them who worked for him. And if that is not a toxic workplace environment that is outlawed by the New York State law that it doesn't exist. And on top of all of this, Andrew Cuomo promotes himself as having the state that's number one in terms of the treatment of sexual harassment on the job. So if you Google sexual harassment The first story that comes up is Andrew Cuomo's law in 2020. Now we're going to hear in a couple of minutes from an assemblyman and a senator in opening, and I also want to talk about Senator Andrea Stewart cousins who's been his pal for years from Westchester. I knew Andrea when she was a county legislator. She said. After three after three women came forward, she said of one more comes forward. He's got to go well, Senator Andrea Stewart presents two more have come forward. What are you going.

"And then you look at what CNN and some of the other major networks have done as it relates to the accusations against Cuomo. They lead with that denial. He has denied these charges. No, You're kidding me. I mean, this is shine recognizes but is clearly a pattern right? And so this is now the second person And if this to judge this probably 20, and it's the same exact thing number one. These women, unlike the Cabinet, accuses actually have anecdotal and empirical evidence that they knew Cuomo right. The other party even know the judge, so they actually worked for me. It's the same story. They told people about it immediately After it happened. They have credit We'll be on the issue, but most of the members of the media don't want to cover it. What we're finally starting to see finally Is because the covert related deaths in the nursing homes this guy gets an Emmy. He goes and writes a book on this and I'll Sick is that multiple cases of sexual harassment being charged against him were finally starting to see some Democrats in all when he called for him to be removed from office. Yep. Yep. And I got to tell you a Zafar as far as this guy is concerned. One of the things that has consistently been said about him is that he makes these calls saying I will destroy you. It's kind of like this this, you know, kind of, you know. You know, intentional kind of, you know, Here I am. I will bully you. I will destroy you. And there are various people from his own party who are calling for his resignation. Senator Biaggi, who's a Democrat on the ethics committee. And of course, Assemblyman Ron Kim, who we called up and literally setting the story would threaten. And Bozo de Blasio, the mayor of New York City, probably more than anyone is responsible for the decline of one of the greatest cities on Earth. You know, has said, all of us have gotten those kinds of threatening calls on. Do you know the amazing part is Corey Lewandowski is now de Blasio was calling for an independent investigation into the allegations of sexual allegations after a second aid came forward with sexual harassment against the governor. Now what I find curious Corey Lundowski is that Uh, he said, Cuomo says, Well, you know, I'm gonna have someone investigate this. I mean, since when does the accused get to call on who The investigator is going to be mean. That just reeks. It reeks off corruption. Just like everything. This guy is done. For the last two years in office. There's no question judge by look at the highest levels of the Democratic Party from Joe Biden. It's Kamala Harris to Chuck Schumer. Silent Gillibrand Silent. Remember how they were all forward facing when it came to the accusations against Kavanaugh, Jill upon was out there every single day trying to talk about these accusations, Not a word not so much as a peep. And now all of a sudden The governor who intimidates people for a living threatens people for a living promises retribution against members of his own party and others. If they turn against him, says I'm going to have an investigation into myself. By the way, maybe I'll pick my best friend to run this thing. I mean, this is like Eliot Spitzer saying, I gotta call service I can send over to you and your recommendation is just crazy Talk. Curry. You you You have a great sense of humor. And you know now Attorney General Letitia James is calling for an official referral from Governor Cuomo to investigate the allegations of sexual harassment. So you know the fact that he's looking for a friend to investigate on I think it is a former assistant D A from the Manhattan D A s office. Uh, that he's trying Tomo to investigate him. It's like it's like the fox watching over the hand house. I mean, does he really think that we're that stupid that we're gonna let him appoint someone to investigate him? I mean, this guy is all about favoritism Look at the greater New York hospitals and the money they gave him which seems to be the motive and the incentive for him creating that October 20 of that march 25th memo saying Old Covert infected patients must be Turn to the nursing homes because they gave him millions of dollars. And then he gives them immunity afterwards and says nobody can prosecute these nursing home owners and hospital administrators. I mean, it is really pathetic anyway. Corey Lewandowski, Let's give us your last thoughts on this. Look real quick Judge, Where is the several investigation into this? He has now admitted he lied to cover up nursing home deaths because he didn't want to tell the truth. There was a crime somewhere there. I don't know what it is. But where's the federal investigation Into that alone? Almost 10,000 individuals died under his watch because of his lack of ability to be honest about reporting it, So there should be a federal investigation into that, and there should be a federal investigation to these. Charges of sexual miss appropriateness if you will for these women and the governor. Well, I couldn't agree with you more. Corey Lewandowski. I mean, and people in the Legislature are saying the accused cannot appoint the investigator period. I mean, Barbara Jones, who's at formers. No, it was a judge, and I think it's stepped down eyes Cuomo's choice for an investigator she works with Steve Cohen, who's the governor's former top adviser, and longtime confident it's an unacceptable conflict of interest. So many lawmakers have said that look, a former judge who works with Steve Cohen, one of the governor's closest friends, is not an exception. Acceptable option. And now the Democrats are coming out. The chickens are coming home to roost. Corey Lewandowski, We love your spunk. We love your intellect. We love you. Thank you for being on Sunday morning, judging tunnel to Towers Foundation. Thank you, Cory. You bet. Judge. Thanks a lot. All right, take care. And right now let's go to Maryland from New Jersey, Maryland. Welcome to W. A. B. C. Oh, my God. I just love your book. The DNA machine by Richard Blasberg Twisted. Okay, Here we go again. Why don't you guys got a life? Are you Maryland? Okay, let's get someone else here. I gotta tell you, folks, when you prosecute people for 30 years, you get these enemies who have been prosecuted and convicted and spent shell time and they just can't get over the fact that Juries have convicted them and appellate courts of affirm their convictions and the court of appeal. Well says, affirm their convictions and federal courts of the firm their conviction and they just live to make you visible. So anyway, what we're trying to do here now is talk about the fact that this Democrat Uh, Governor Andrew Cuomo is a boy. He is a raging bully. He is an individual who has according to women who were worked within for him as sexually harassed them..

"On WNBC radio dot com and on the 77 w A b c mobile. Apt. I want to make sure I hear from you two this morning and just a little bit. We're going to take your calls Right here on the friends of the court hotline. You know the number 1 808 48 w A. B C That's 1 808 48922 to make sure you give us a call and share your thoughts. On this morning. We're also going to reveal the results of last week's question of the week and just a few minutes here, But you know, there's been so much happening this past week. There just isn't enough time to get it all in and an hour. But you know, we had Joe Biden celebrating his 30th Day and offices commander in chief. We had Andrew Cuomo coming out is a raging bully, defending himself from all of the attacks. We had Ted Cruz out. They're subject to the attacks by everyone in Texas who was cold, freezing without heat without water. Uh, but first we have a lot to cover here on the judge. Janine Pirro, Sunday Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Morning shows soap. We're gonna welcome Nick Long worthy. Who will be joining us in just a little bit to discuss Andrew Cuomo, the state of the of the race as it relates to the governor's race. Will Cuomo run again? And Nick Lang worthy, of course, is the chairperson of the New York State Republican Party. He is very familiar with Andrew Cuomo on. I can't wait to hear what his take is on what's going on and how the Republicans are going to react and what the New York say Legislature's gonna do. But first it's time for my opening statement. So let's talk about the fact that we just celebrated or you could use another word other than celebrating just S O. The 30th Day of Joe Biden is Commander in chief. It's been exactly one month since he's assumed the role. And in that month we've gone from Presidents Trump's America first policy to President Biden's America last And you know, the end of an empire occurs when a leader of a country decides to make his country last and that's what Joe Biden has decided to do. He has said, virtually without saying the words through his actions and through his executive orders and through his speeches, and of course, all of us are very disappointed in the fact that he is not interested. In weighing in on making America first on his Abraham Lincoln said many many years ago, he said, You know, America's two great and I'm obviously parent paraphrasing here. America's two great There is no foreign, Uh ah, power that will be able to cross the Atlantic and attack America and destroy America. The only time America's destruction will occur is if it occurs from within. And his words. Abraham Lincoln's words are extremely powerful. When you look at what is happening in America today by the Biden administration Now I'm going to go for a couple of minutes and talk about specifically what he has done. That leads me to this conclusion, and I would start by saying number one. That he immediately stop the deportation off all criminals who were ordered deported by courts. So we're not talking about just illegals were talking about illegals who are criminals. We're talking about illegals who came here. Committed crimes were convicted of crimes and were deported. Joe Biden, for whatever reason, decided. Ah, you know, that's not right. I'm going to keep me here in America. You know, a signal that you know he Prioritizes illegals over Americans and Joe Biden. In addition to that, Azad caravans come rushing at the borders. We've got small town mayors in small town border towns who are begging the president to stop it. But this president is not willing to stop it. President Biden is his appoint. His point is Unlike what President Trump did, which was keep them in Mexico until we have the ability to least go through their applications for asylum or whatever their application might be. There's no more keeping in Mexico or bringing him right into this country on their coming in because they feel they've been invited by Joe Biden. You can ask any of the migrants. They'll tell you that they heard Joe Biden basically say that he was opening up the borders and in fact, that's what he's doing. He's opened the borders. He's halted construction of the wall on he is not stopping the Russian caravans and an average of 3000 migrants. Folks are coming in every day. The Obama administration said 1000 was a crisis so Biden doesn't see 3000 is any problem at all. S O. In addition to national security concerns, border security ice enforcement concerns, there's now a huge publicans public health concern. So Americans While we're told to stay at home, most can't go toe work. Most can't go to a restaurant on teachers aren't teaching in public schools. We talked about that last week, illegals or let into the country during a raging pandemic. And, um you know the the truth is that you know Biden is engaged in a catch and release. So they come in. We don't say you know, you've got to stay here and you've got a face a court. We don't keep the Mexico We just say hey, have That I'd come into the country and what we don't do is we don't test them. We don't vaccinate him. There's simply being released into our towns and cities all over America again, indicating his prioritizing illegals over Americans. And at the end of the day, this small border towns are begging him to stop allowing the immigrants to rush their sister, their cities. And we saw the cancelation of the keystone Pipeline 11,000 people who lost their jobs on day one of the Biden administration, You know, that is so poignant that is so stinging. That is so anti American. It is anti Trump. It's like everybody. All you blue collar workers, you're gonna lose your job with the result of gas prices going up at least 40 cents so far. And, uh, the crude oil now is being shipped by Canada to China on that's because we're not allowing it to be shipped through the pipelines, and I won't waste a lot of time on that because we talked about it before. And, of course, the disaster in Texas with millions of Texans without water and heat on maybe energy wizards, like Ales C can go to Texas and school them on the benefits of Green energy in Texas. That oughta go not so well. But in addition, teachers unions still not going back to schools, Maybe some of them a started. I haven't heard about it. Parents left with the job of teaching their kids. And then we just heard this week on a on an open mic. The teachers saying they were gonna f up the parents of the parents get in their face. All the parents want is for the kids to get an education. Some set, huh? Some set these teachers have. I'm going to get in their face. All the while our kids are suffering depressed drug abuse and suicide. So now now, Biden says. We won't be clear of covert until Christmas, and he wants a double mask us. And we got a Johns Hopkins study that says, say, by April will have heard immunity. So it's all about control. It's all about keeping us down. It's all about America last and the icing on the cake is now Biden wants to go back. And he wants to work out a deal with Iran just like Obama Dance with the Ayatollah in Iran, sending 140 million on unmarked pallets. 150 billion released to Iran that was supposed to go to the people that many believe one obviously, to the terrorist attacks by Iran and hey, just five days ago, Iran attacked Iran supporting militia attacked our military base in Erbil in Iraq. And Biden wants to sit down and leverage and negotiate a peace treaty with them. What an idiot. This guy is, you know, with no leverage, giving them the money capitulating on dealing from a position of weakness. We're not going to do so well. So Biden Finally, in one fell swoop has taken away the dreams of young girls and girls sports by saying biological men who identify as women should be able to engage in girls sports and then you know, because they're biologically stronger. Hey, single handedly destroyed the sports dreams of a whole generation of young girls. All this nonsense. He talks about glass ceilings. He's what our daughters in the basements. Forget about Claire. Ceilings and the identity politics are absurd. And.

"She has the expert and run that she has to get to the bottom of this, But look, look at how corrupt it actually was. These are people that lied. Both face lied, saying they couldn't get the data. They had to process the data and they had to calculate it. They couldn't figure this that or that out. And the minute literally minutes after she exposed the number that she came up with minutes after the health Department was prepared to release their own numbers to try toe soften the blow against them. That's just prima facia evidence that they've been lying the whole time. The whole time, Judge I think you know the pandemic was unprecedented. And I think people would have been forgiving if governors or mayors of whoever acted in what they thought was the best interest and make mistakes along the way. People can forgive you for that. But when you dig your heels in when you bully others when you lie when you you just won't accept responsibility, you know Joe Borelli from Staten Island. It's interesting. It highlights difference between the political on the legal system. Where in politics I could forgive you if you know. If you if you're somewhat humble, but the legal system doesn't say if your humble if you violate the law, and everyone knew that those the nursing homes had co morbidity is they were weak and fragile to begin with. He issues a directive to put Koven infected people in those nursing homes. And then, as a continuation of this criminal scheme, he signs a log, giving the nursing home people. Hospital administrators immunity immunity. So they won't face justice so they won't face criminal or civil responsibility. Why would he do that? Joe Borelli from Staten Island? Why would he do that? Well, he would do that because he's a fundamentally bad person. I mean, finally, America is beginning to peel back the onion and and see that this guy is not the Emmy Award winning cool dude in the loose mood daughter's boyfriend lineup of craft quite frankly, that we were dealt with for a year. This is a guy who has some fundamental flaws. He was born on third, thinks he hit a triple and seemingly always has to overcompensate. It's true, but not for you know that the political success of one marry Oh, Cuomo, There would be no Andrew Cuomo. There would be no governor will be there. Be nothing there be a guy who sells stock or something somewhere. Right. I mean, that's that's just who he is. All right. Finally, America's and get past the charade. All right. And Joe The last thing before I let you go is not only can he not be recalled like Governor Newsome in California. There's no term limits to governor. So that's why last night on my show justice on Fox News I had on the chair of the Republican Party, Nick Langworthy, and I said, You guys must be smelling blood in the water. Because ain't nothing worse. Then taking our mothers and fathers and the seniors in our country when you know, and you're calling everyone else's science denier. You know the there you're putting them in jeopardy. Oh, sure that the GOP has a bench full of candidates that are eager to take on Andrew Cuomo. And I think next year is going to be a reckoning. And then Paris. I mean, I think the less is ready to come at him again as well. Rachel thinks this is guy not gonna have an easy election cycle next year. Not one bit all right, Joe Borelli from Staten Island who serves as the minority whip and is the current chairperson for the Committee on Fire and Emergency Management at the New York City Council. God bless Thanks.

Ten G.O.P. senators sketch out a bipartisan relief bill in a letter to Biden

"Are hoping to sit down with President Biden to pitch with they believe is a coronavirus relief bill that can win bipartisan support. Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana is part of the group that's penned a letter to the president, he tells Fox News. Common ground can be found on issues like vaccines and helping to stop the spread of virus variants detected in other countries. There's other things that are common ground. Republicans will be there, but they won't be there for payoffs to Democratic constituencies or just to check the box for a campaign promise the president made. The Senators say they'll unveil details of the plan tomorrow. It's said to include stimulus checks of $1000 for millions of Americans, some

He's also Fox News senior political analyst. He's also served our country proud as an Army veteran of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, was also a guard at Guantanamo. He holds two bronze stars in a combat infantryman's badge for his time in Iraq and Afghanistan, Pete Thanks so much for joining us. I know your time is short. But I want to thank you and get right to it. Are you there? My pleasure. Alright. I want everyone to know you're an airplane. An airport with four kids. I mean, it's got to be a real dream anyway, Pete, Uh, First of all, why were tens of thousands of National guard stationed in D? C wasn't necessary. Good question. Was it necessary? I think we saw you could make a a small argument. There was a deterrent effect, but it was a determinant of effect against what? There was no real credible, massive threat on the inauguration. There was a Two divisions worth of troops to guard a virtual inauguration and after their utility was done on January 20th. Two days later, we discarded into a into a parking garage, because, well, you know, they were really They're just for show to begin with, because if you had an insurrection, then you better have a force worthy of that, after the fact continue that narrative And then the ideological vetting. Hey, if you're trump supporters, can we really trust you? It's disgusting. What happened? And now we're hearing there'll be thousands more of the seven Maybe 10. Maybe 14,000 on residual on call. Month again. Well, you know, Pete Hegseth as a member of the Minnesota National Guard. I mean, this had to, you know, seeing those troops in the in a parking lot. I mean, in a parking garage with the lights on sleeping on top of each other. I mean, all of a sudden cove. It doesn't matter if you're in the military, exactly. You know, we've We've all slept in worse places in the military. That's not the issue. The issue is someone complained that you gotta leave the capital. You've been here too long. You can't use the bathrooms and you can't use up our hallways. You need to go out into the parking garage, which is an indicative of how some people actually feel about the military unless they're being used for their own political ends. And, of course, none of these National Guardsmen were called up to Portland or Seattle or Minneapolis, where a federal courthouse Pete Accent was under assault for a month. And what about the coronavirus? Are they doing anything? Are they testing them now? And final question? Seriously, I've been I've been in still in the guard. They're very serious about covert 19. But they're going to accomplish the mission. So if it requires on top of each other with masks that the mission comes first. Now they'll start testing and that will be a consequence of this. Wow, Who's to blame for the movement of them is a Capitol police. Uh what? What do you think? What I hear from a very well placed sources that somebody complained either a member or a staff member that the guard were sleeping in the halls and we're in the capital and capital office buildings. So someone with Capitol police made the call to move them into a parking garage temporarily, which was quickly rectified. So it was a bad call by somebody based on a complex who would complain that you've got troops in the hallway? Who makes that complaint? I want to find out who that person is. Maybe we'll get to the bottom of that. But you know what it is, but my concern is how long will they be there? And is there really Red to justify it. I don't think there is well, you know what? I just think it's the visual Pete. You know that. It's a reminder to everyone in Washington and everyone who has a television set, uh, that you know, the Republicans are dangerous, and they may come back and riot. That's what it's all about. It's all about politics. And look, Pete. I know you're in a rush, I I love you for taking time out with us this morning. You can go through the security area of the airport, and I wish you much luck. Stay warm. Thank you, P dad said. All right, and everyone I want to go to your phone calls on. Let's go to Stephen from northern Westchester who wants to know about threat in disbarment. Yeah. Hi, Judge. Good morning. Good morning. These these threats that have been made against Rudy by these thieves, Socialist Communist snapped communist now in power. If they start to get traction, you think they're going to be emboldened enough to go after 2 17 attorneys generals who signed on to that suit. In regards to the Pennsylvania election problems. Well, I must tell you, Stephen. I mean, nothing surprises me. Would they be bold enough? Absolutely. Anybody can sue anybody. And you know what? This is the time when not the rules don't seem to matter anymore, You know, And it's almost a question of you know what side the judges on? I'm embarrassed to say, you know, all of the foundations of this country, everything from freedom of speech, freedom of religion seemed to be upside down the presumption of innocence. You know, I'm very worried. Which is why, you know, I've written several books. The last one don't lie to me, which is still available. And, you know Barnes, nobles books a million Amazon anywhere. You know the lies keep coming, and we don't seem to have the ability to get to get past them to the truth. And there's no consequences anymore. For people who tell lies. There are people like people in Portland that we were just talking about. So, uh, nothing would shock me Joel from Manhattan. Welcome to the Sunday Morning tunnel to Towers show. Yes, thank you, Judge Janine Question I have for you. What do you see as occurring in the future? We're a we going with this administration where we going in general? I think we're going left. "Why are we seeing such a disparity in the treatment of ordinary Americans? Why are the elite the Democrats telling us what we have to do and how we can survive? How we can feed our families? How we live? Whether or not our kids can go to school? Whether or not we can even go outside and ride a bicycle? I don't care if you're on the west coast of the East Coast. These people, whether it's Newsome and California or Cuomo in New York. For some reason, they've got some dictatorial gene in them. That makes them think that they are God and that they can tell us what we can and cannot do. They forget that this is the United States of America. They forget that we are people born of a revolution. They forget that we're accustomed to saying what we want, doing what we want. It's called Life, Liberty and the pursuit of justice and the pursuit of happiness. And what I'm looking for this morning is an answer to why they can go on vacation. Why they can eat in restaurants while they tell us to stay home, not come out and the latest in California. Which is absolutely blowing. My mind is you can't go outside and ride a bicycle. You can't even go outside 85% of California is shut down as of last night. You've got this bozo Gavin Newsom, who keeps his, uh wine. His, uh, snap is of that. What am I talking about? The when they have the wine that it is. Now he's not somebody grows the grapes. Good, Janine. Yeah, He's got his wineries that he keeps open. But he's shutting. Everybody else's down. He tells everyone you can't go to dinner, but he goes out to the French laundry and $350 a plate. He tells everyone that their kids can't go to school, and yet he sends his kids to private school. These people are all Hypocrites. They are people who think that they conduce what they want to do, and what's good for them is good for them while they tell us that we can't even survive. So in the next segment we're going to hear from Scott Lobato, who was an activist. He is an all American who is a very outspoken individual is going to talk about what's happening at Max Pub in Staten Island. As governor, Cuomo decides that he wants Hey, wants to shut parts of New York down. He wants to tell us that we can't eat in restaurants that we have to eat outside. I mean, this is all craziness, everyone. There is no science. There is no data. The data is whatever they wanted to be, And that's a sad part of all this is people see, their business is being destroyed as people end up Spending their their life, building a business and then watching it be destroyed while others are able to survive. It is very much a disappointment, so we're going to talk about the inequity and right now I want to go to the tunnel to Towers Hotline. Let's hear from Frank in Queens. Yes. Good morning, Judge Janine. You know, I voted this year and I've been voting for many years and here in the board of elections in the city of New York. And they have voting machines that I don't know what technology they used, but they seem to be connected to different computerized systems that go directly to Albany and into D. C. And they sometimes have used photographic imagery taking pictures of your water I d card or usually allow you to, uh, Elektronik. Lee, Sign your name into the system compared signature. What's the question? Well, my question. Jenny. Judge Janine is this Do you believe that? Maybe there's a possibility that Donald Trump created some sort of memorandum towards the FBI so they'll investigate. Other Dominion servers throughout all 50 states, thus allowing this massive amount of voter fraud to incur which cannot be investigated at certain levels. Well, Do I think that that the president has a sent a directive to the FBI to investigate Dominion? Is that the question? Yes, well, I would. I would hope so. But at the same time, you know that's really up to the FBI. It's up to Bill Bar in the Department of Justice, which is why it was so strong. I'm Bill Bar when I opened up today, saying for him to come out and say, while there's so many open issues and open questions that you know, we haven't seen anything that would affect the outcome of the election. Well, what if you looked at Bill? You know what have you done? That causes you to make this decision right in the middle of the election, or is it you don't want to see any any any outright out rising in the street. You don't want to see any protest. You don't want to see any buildings burn. You know, everything is calm. Now, let's just let it go. I don't think that's the way things should be run. But in the end, I mean, if the FBI's looking at it, they better look at it soon. Because if they don't mean nothing is gonna happen. December 14th is one. The electors vote. So what? Mary from Queens. You want to comment on Attorney General Bar? Welcome to the tunnel to Towers Foundation Sunday morning show. Yes, I did. Thanks, Judge training for being so out. Spoken. I watched your show last night. You're opening. It was incredible. I've been thinking all along. You know the DOJ. People need to rise up. You can go to their website, contacts, civil rights and demand an investigation. Now I have a question. Can President Trump declare some kind of national breach on the election? Stop the clock and give time for the investigation to happen. Well, you know, I imagine he could do that. But at the same time based upon that, you know the Legislature and what's going on. I mean, they would. They would go bonkers and they would start on the streets. I really think that that's the issue. I think that you know there is a recognition here that you know you'll start with the protests and the craziness. And the president is trying to be elegant about it. And basically saying, if it doesn't work out this time, then I'm coming back in four years and make no mistake, he will, But you know, we've still got time Don't give up. And that's why the president was in Georgia last night, trying to make it clear that we need these two in the Senate Purdue in La Flor, but Yeah, There's a lot of things that can be done. We just have to make sure that the courts are strong and that the legislators of strong look you've got. You've got camp in Georgia governor and you've got Purdue in Arizona. Both of them can call a legislative session and they can decide who the electors are based upon the fact that There is so much stealing and so much fraud in the election, but that you know they don't have the gold Jones to do it on. That's the problem. Everybody's afraid of something, but Let's go. Finally to one quick question. Uh, Larry from Brooklyn. You're skeptical of what I said last night hit it. Yes, I just want him. Maybe there's some, Chazz, um, between the between the Justice Department and the FBI. Because this Christopher Wray seems like the stick in the mud. Hey, would have been better if he had resumed J. Edgar Hoover from the grave. He would have gotten more results, because when I look at Christmas array, I see him standing there. He looks like he was sucked in by the swamp. Because Trump never cleaned out. The FBI was responsible for the visa..

Recreational marijuana drives down synthetic opioid deaths by a THIRD, study claims

"Let's talk about the issue that has worked to get the some Democrats and Republicans across this country and it is the legalization first of medical marijuana and then in some states it actually propelled itself to the legalization of the recreational use of marijuana through initiative and referendum and man the effect that it's having a pretty amazing there is new research out that says recreational we'd use could lead to a twenty to thirty five percent down turn in the number of opioid deaths that's it that's incredible I could see that twenty to thirty five percent I could see that because remember I had the personal experience two times in my life of having to use pain killers to ward off to us I mean numbing pain they just wouldn't leave it so after I got shot with the five hollowpoint bullets on the orders of the gadis to the Gambino said the back in that cabin June in nineteen ninety two I was on morphine for quite some time without that it just would have been unbearable unbearable and yet you because you could dispense the morphine into yourself you had a little quicker next you head to bed you a basically kept pumping a pump in it a you can like a vegetable you weren't interested in anything you know how I love to follow the news and sports I was interested in what is going on in the world long was this on and off for about two years while because I went in for two different operations of first one had no choice at save my life but then I had to have reverse a reversal operation you know to get rid of the colostomy bag and some of the other procedures that they took and I got to tell you what that is that was worse than the first operation because you knew you were going to get it and it was painful so I had a deal with the morphine effect and then weaning myself off the morphine but worst was when I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease have to having colitis and Ely ideas the pain was just nonstop day in day out they had me on oxy code own hillbilly heroin then they had me on morphine then they had me on fentanyl fentanyl ten times stronger than morphine himself and I must tell you that it wasn't until I was able to qualify for medical marijuana that I found something that not only I was able to deal with my knowledge of my reflux it had a calming effect and more importantly it did eventually deal with the pain yeah and you're not the only person obviously who says this which is why there have been there's really been a change I mean even even judge Jeanine Pirro is now involved in the medical marijuana world I think she's on she's on some advisory board yeah so I mean this is a you know it's it's becoming a lot more prevalent in today's society and for people like you I mean you were able to wean yourself off of the other stuff and get on the medical then general one was in the city it I mean I goals who cold Turkey sometimes and I was just like old man your body is just cycle wracked in pain you keep feeding yourself because a lot of the times issue prescription says take two a day one in the morning one in night but you start self medicate yeah and you do get you fork and it does feel great and then you want to feel like that all the time and then it's like pain in place well the pain is enormous and then all of a sudden you have this plagiarized effect but that goes away quickly you need more and you're talking about you're talking about medical legalize medical marijuana so these opioid they did this study the university of Massachusetts in it they analyzed opioid overdose deaths and the number of deaths fell in states where they had the legalize medical or recreational marijuana the effects were great as listen to this one where when recreational marijuana access gave more people access to dispensaries so the more dispensaries the higher the chances are you will not have it's like when you half your hunt for a seven eleven the more seven elevens the more times you can get your fix this for picture right the less seven elevens and all of a sudden you have the junk no I make a lot of sense if you have these legal outlets where they sell the recreational use of marijuana which means is quality control the state and the local community to making some money on the taxes and you taking it either the hands of the black market that makes all the sense in the world now where are most of the dispensers I mean I know for instance in California you can get them there in Venice Venice is a kind of a it's a highfalutin California California is way ahead of us in making it not only easy to access but invisible locations still in New York state out of sight out of mind in New Jersey it's getting better on the Murphy but a lot of its out of sight out of mind it's gonna be a lob rate the way any other business would be a lot right but don't aren't there more of these legal dispensaries and sort of the rougher neighborhoods predominantly the USA would like that because remember a lot of towns villages him borough say okay we're not opposed to legalization of the recreational use of marijuana just not on our town yeah exactly so the poorer communities say okay we'll house that is long as we get a bigger cut of the tax dollars so that's I guess I mean I guess that's a good thing because a they'll get the cut but H. B. they'll also have all of these medical of all these dispensary it like for instance dad over good access Denver's best known because you can go on the main drag Colfax and the state capital is right here the cathedral is right they have lots of commerce lots of activity and you see these marijuana shops but then you'll see it also in some industrialized areas where wow it's not globally around other than factories and wooden you know pallets in a waiting for trucks to come pick it up and they seem to do well and to me it's sort of like if we can help get people off of the opioid switch to solve problems such as some people to shake at such a killer
