The Investigation Is the Cover Up, Juan Williams
"And to kick it to add insult to injury the FBI used your money to pay for the whole thing $3.4 million was funneled back to Twitter to compensate them for the work hours used For the FBI's own censoring Agenda And God bless the mainstream media They don't want to talk about this story I'm telling you right now all they're talking about is the January 6th kangaroo committee But there is an investigation That's what I got That was puzzling to me about the question because the Department of Justice is investigating Hunter Biden And you see I told you this would happen This is Juan Williams yesterday He was asked by Shannon breen Specifically why shouldn't there be an investigation into Hunter Biden Remember how I just said the investigation is the cover up So wad Williams can sit there and say I don't know of course he should be investigated There is an investigation Really Listen to what listen to what Juan Williams says here Being done by a U.S. attorney in Delaware who was appointed by Donald Trump And he's looking into whether or not Hunter Biden was wrong in the way he filed taxes and the way he handled a gun apparently So 72% are for that There you go There you go It's all about his tight and file is right taxes and he didn't handle a gun properly Yeah they're investigating all of that Oh and all that crack pipe stuff Yeah that's it Nothing about the money he made from China Nothing about the big guy Joe Biden getting 10% Now think about the money that was made from Russia and from Ukraine not into that See the investigation is the cover up and then people say oh that's from two years ago dude That story's two years old No one cares about that now That was already investigated Oh yeah and they found a tax violation That's old news Because the FBI can stand up there and say well we can announce today with great sorrow that we do have some criminal indictments for Hunter Biden on some drug possession and unlawful use of a firearm And miss filing of taxes and we're going to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law Are you kidding me What about everything else

"Those guys need the reps this time of year. They're actually going to be a potential future players for the Patriots. Nikhil Harry just looks like he's just eaten up space out there right now. It's kind of crazy I think that he's even on the team still. Yeah, I was interested to see what position it was going to be playing because I'm somebody who's been in the camp of, oh, you can't just say, oh, make them a tight end. It doesn't work like that. And then Mike Reese came out in his weekly column, right? And said Nikhil might need to change positions in order to make the team. And when Reese says it, you pay attention. So he didn't work with the tight ends today at all, which would have been a fun storyline if he did, but I think that they hope, you know, I said this before, remember last year where he was rolling in camp and he was going against Juan Williams, but he was rolling in camp and in the preseason and he got hurt and kind of derailed everything. I think the hope is that he can replicate that. I think the hope is that he can have a good camp, will hype him up a little bit. Somebody will take the bait and maybe get a 6th instead of a 7th, right? I think, you know, I'm not doing it again. I fell for it a little bit last year. I'm not falling for it. A little bit. You fell for it a little bit last year. A little bit. Got to give me a hard time. I'm not the other teams are reading my stuff and making trades based off of what Evan Lazar has to say, but I'm just saying like, I'm staying far away from that hype. Like if anybody else wants to go and make him sound like trade worthy, then you're just doing the Patriots a favor, I guess. At that point, right? Like you're just doing the team a solid. Yeah, yeah, but you never know, some team they might, you know, oh, hey, look, he's tearing it up in camp, you know, if he puts together good pre season game, hey, the ability is still there, the natural ability is still there. Maybe we can really get it out of them. So, you know, as weird as it is that he is on the Ross right now, I don't totally disagree with that, but his values never been lower. And it can't get much lower than it is right now. I understand why you don't want him, but I get the reps thing, but at the same time, what's the rush, right? That's how they look at it. I think there's no offer, right? Teams are just kind of waiting around to see if they're going to have to throw a conditional 7th at the Patriots to get them before he gets cut at this point. That's the offer, right? We'll give you a conditional 7th, and if he sticks on our 53, then you get the 7th. That's the offer. Other than that, there's nothing out there. Nobody's offering any of the Patriots anything for Nikhil Harry. And I think that you're right that there is no way that the trade stock get lower..

"I think he's I think he's right here. But here's the thing. You have guys, it's like, I guess we can double, we can double up on these guys. Yeah. Yeah, I just think that I'm really nervous about drafting a guy like mccreary, like measurables aren't everything to me, but when you have short arms and he's not just short arms, he's just a small guy. Like he's like a little bit bigger than that. But is that true about Gordon too? Now Gordon's got some Gordon's guide size, like Orton's checks to measure those boxes. He didn't work with size I'm saying. He's not. No, he's not, I think he might be, but he's not huge. He's not Juan Williams, but I think he's got good size. I like this outside corner tape. I thought it was solid. He doesn't move as fast as his teammate, mcduffie, but he can play the outside more productively. Like, he's the type of guy that I could see being able to match up against X's, right? Which is kind of what they need. They'll figure it out with disease and John Jones and doubling no matter bracketing them inside. The guy that they have trouble with right now is that outside X receiver, I think Kyler Gordon can take those types of guys and he's not the fast corner. I guess we missed the faster corner. We could move back to 47. Washington wants us to move back to 47. That's a far leap. We could do that now, I'm not turning into next year. We're not going that crazy. All right. I think we take Kyler Gordon here. You can talk me out of it, but that's the only other guy, I guess I'd say is jaquan brisker. Who can be a potential future replacement for Devin McCourty. He's going to give you something this year. You're going to need just defensive backs..

"At a certain point, miles Bryan, I think it's just a matter of miles Bryant's not physically fast enough to cover his aim McKenzie. McKenzie's one of the fastest players in the league. I think anybody is so at a certain point you need to recognize that make a change. Whether it's, you know, giving Deangelo Ross a shot. And would that have worked? Would Ross have been able to cover? I don't know. But you don't know until you try. And it was kind of one of those things. Honestly, Devin McCourty is probably the fastest player in the defense. He played some corner. I would have given Devin McCourty look there. Just a look to see what happens. They were so good. The other problem is, you know, you like to think Sean wade could get a look there. He's an actor. Juan Williams. I don't know if this is a matchup for Juan Williams. Maybe you come out with Williams who significantly bigger and he just jammed at the line. He upset the timing. He's an active. They weren't ready on all of I think they expected the bills with all their COVID cases wide receiver to come out and just run run and run. And I don't know how you can expect that from that team. Yeah. They weren't ready. They weren't ready for it. And they were caught totally off guard once and started happening. No adjustments whatsoever. Again, I think miles Bryant's a good player. I think he, there's a role for him on this team and he can do a lot of things that they need. But at a certain point, you know, he didn't play well, but at a certain point, it's on the coaching staff. At a certain point, the dude's getting beat time and time again. You can't just leave him out there to try like that. It's not like, you know, he was covering them all game, and then Mackenzie started popping off in the fourth quarter. If that happens, that.

"Issues here. They can't fathom that black parents themselves are upset about their kids schools. It's amazing to me. How many white will progressives and enrich black people send their kids to private schools and then act like everybody else has got to put up with it. Everybody else has gotta deal with it. Everybody else's got to everybody else's got to survive the public schools. There's a level of racism there. That's involved among the rich luke's and there are people within the black community pundits like juan williams who just have decided that all the stuff is racist. Codewords racist racist dog whistles. And they're not. These are real issues by real people and the the problem here is that they don't realize it because all of their friends within the progressive bubble say these things and because all of their friends within the progressive bubble. Say these things they buy into it and they're going to double down on this. They're not going to be able to change. They're not going to be able to pivot because they're convinced. It's all about race because everything for the democrats. These days is all about race and the reason everything for the democrats is all about race is because they're worried that black and hispanic voters are leaving them for the gop as more more rich white woke move in. They're concerned that the rich the rich white wilkes are concerned that the black and hispanic voters go to leave them and they are because no one wants to be a part of karen's and what do you call a rich white woke progressive karen so the black and hispanic voters are starting to leave and the way the democrats think is the best way to keep them in. The fold is to scare him and to claim that it's racism and claim that that if if you if you go with gop you're gonna be emboldening the racists and so they scream louder they make it all about race. And here's the reality. So many kids.

"To the best of the O. Reilly update. President Biden is not able to effectively run the United States of America. He is directly responsible. For the death and destruction in Afghanistan. As well as thousands of poor migrants being brutalized in Mexico at this very moment. These are humanitarian disasters on a massive scale. Mr Biden is a diminished man. Living in a world of delusion, and now the entire world knows it. No one really understands who exactly is running the executive branch of the U. S government. It is certainly not Joe Biden. Well, the president hired his staff. And the Cabinet and the woke generals who are embarrassing the military and putting them in grave danger. The corrupt corporate media also responsible for the incredible mess Mr Biden has created. It's destructive hatred of President Trump led us to this point. The press did everything it could, including peddling rank falsehoods to demean and destroy Donald Trump. The result. Perhaps the most incompetent leader in American history is in the Oval Office right now. Anti Trump fanatics like Juan Williams and Matthew Dowd still Spew incomprehensible gibberish about what a great job old Joe is doing. Yes, most people who voted for Biden did so to get rid of Trump. Casting a ballot on emotion almost always leads to disaster, and that's what we are now facing as a nation. Like many Americans, I cringe when the president of the United States has to answer questions or read the teleprompter. I've been around long enough to know when a person is not able to do a job. There is no debate here. Joe Biden cannot run the country and the damage he is doing is enormous. As for a comeback, come on, man is, Biden might say. Biology is a definite science. Every person ages all of us are slaves to time. Joe Biden's time has passed. That is the truth. In a moment, Kobe chaos and Joe Biden right back..

"And that has to be that has to count for something. Yeah, we've talked about this before a cornerbacks in offensive linemen sometimes when you don't hear their names, right? That's a good thing. Taking care of business and they're out of focus. And I think that's been the case with Juan Williams. Savon Gilmore's still the great unknown. And I don't know that Williams has played well enough where, okay, he's gonna line up opposite JC Jackson come week one of Gilmore can't go. But yeah, I think he's comfortably played himself into that third role that Jason McCourty role. I don't know that he's gonna play it as well as Jason McCourty, but I don't know that it's impossible for him to start to season there. Me neither. It's gonna be a fun day tomorrow at at patriots training camp. Day two a joint practices just got word that Mac Jones is going to speak after practice doesn't sound like Cam Newton is going to speak, which probably isn't much of a surprise, but Mac Jones is going to talk. It alluded to cam is going to practice. He's just not going to speak with the media about the situation that just transpired. But what are you looking for? And you can talk about the quarterbacks here too, because why not? It's in the number one topic. But what are you looking for tomorrow, Alex? Because to me, again, it's like, what I said earlier after the end of the discussion about Mac, can he keep stacking it together? Can he have another good day tomorrow against the Giants? Yeah, I don't see why he can't write. Well, I mean, according to you, their defense has no clue what they're doing and never will. But no, I think he can. I think almost more important than Jones's performance assuming I don't know that he needs to have the same high level performance, but assuming he's still at a high level, I think how they split the reps as important as the reps themselves..

"And they're gonna want who Jay to break out. I think that this is the writing might already be on the wall here for chase if you agree between the lines. Again yeah I just think and maybe it's something they didn't want to show right now. But I still think the path for him. He was so good in that game against the ravens. When he played middle linebacker. And they do kind of need to be. It was good for a guy that had never played middle line. Right. I think I feel like that's the path and maybe they don't want to show it but I think that that's the way to go. All right so the other name that I think is really intriguing on the defensive side of the ball is Juan Williams right? Because we talked about him on Monday and Tuesday show about him repping at starting corner with the starting off defense excuse me allowing Jalen mills to move inside the domino effect the puzzle pieces yada yada what do you want? Juan Williams got a show and something still. He played well against Washington last week now. "So with that being said, that John Williams, Michael Jackson are going to play a ton tomorrow night. I would think. And we talked about this a little bit. What was it yesterday or the day before that? If you took away draft status, and you just took away all the other types of things that you want. Williams being the 45th pick in the draft and all that kind of stuff. Michael Jackson has challenged receivers more in Camp than to Juan Williams has inspect the last three or four practices. I would say, Michael Jackson starting to come on a little bit, Jackson needs to be out on the outside. He needs to be on the boundary, he needs to use the sidelines. He needs to be physical at the line of scrimmage wage. Not going to win any foot races, but when he is in phase and in position to make a play on the football, he's got pretty decent ball skills, down the field and we've seen that flash a little bit more recently. I certainly in the last couple of practices. So I would say that Michael Jackson has slightly played outplayed to Juan Williams to this point, but Michael Jackson was not the 45th pick in the draft. So that there is some sucking cost there that need to factor in with someone Williams. Yeah, I I think it goes back to n'keal Harry. I think you're putting more stock on that than probably, I am than, I think the team will we talk about this all the time, right? Once you pick the player, I think, outside of what it means. For the contract, the trash stock goes away, I think they are who they are. And you're at the point n'keal Harry into one Williams, where the contracts, not as relevant to talk about their standing on the roster, Ur, I one of those guys have to show up because right now they're best option for that. Third outside Corner Spot is an external addition, right? I think right? Yep. Colonel option is Jalen Mills which is not good, which is not good for anybody. Right? Right. Well, I, I would still argue that overall. Like I would rather go to an external option than Jalen Mills at this point. So somebody's got to stand up. I said this on my 98 V show last night if Michael Jackson. You know, he's at 3 okay practices. He was great in one of them he was above average in the other two. I don't know what that means. If he is building momentum, now is the time you want to do is log into that first preseason game, but he still has a long way to go to convince me that that spot is set to on Williams has even longer to go. And the thing you'd again, comparing Williams to Harry cuz I think there is something relative comparison. There you mentioned Harry has flashed at the couch against the Chiefs last year from sidam, those two catches against the Chargers has, I don't know that you're on Williams is flashed. Maybe he did against kasicki week one. Yeah, we make a sticky. Had that one pass breakup, which was sort of a moment, right? But not not much. And I think Michael Jackson, like I said, his outplayed him and Jackson to me is kind of like store brands Jesse Jackson, right?.

"Dwight Williams in Michael Jackson. For example, they've taken a ton of reps dead opposite of n'keal Harry, and that's a, that's a matchup for those two guys, right? Especially De Juan Williams a 6.3 Corner. N'keal Harry is not the best guy in the world. Not the most electric off, top of the route. That's the type of matchup that, if you're going to put you on Williams in the game, he should be able to cover the big body wide receivers that's going to win at the attach point that that should be his type of natural. And we have seen n'keal Harry handily when that match up in training camp so far, Joann Williams at the top of the route, just doesn't have the hip fluidity. He doesn't have the transition speeds, he doesn't have, he has the length and if he can start to anticipate some of those route brakes, a little bit more than, maybe that can come up, but he just seems to half a step slow to everything every single kind of interaction at the top of the page, right? And you worry about if there's an injury, but not even if there isn't an injury. If I'm opposing offensive coordinator and I'm making a game plan to go up against this page defense. I'm saying I'm not throwing a Gilmore. I'm not throwing a Jackson. I'll throw a Jones a little bit just cuz the slot is such a difficult spot to cover, but the guys that I'm really going to pick on our life style Duggar Juwan Williams, if they throw him out there, those guys can be had. And if I'm an opposing, those seat, I'm more worried about the bass, fresh, quite honestly, and giving the quarterback, Upright, and not throwing it at the two, the two monsters, and Gilmour, and Jackson, but those other three guys on the field are four guys and the field. If you want to put an extra defensive back out there, those young guys that I think it's really be hat in the secondary and I don't think that they're going to put any fear into anybody if with the way those guys are playing right now, maybe that's a pessimistic. Look at it and a little bit harsh. But either way that I see it I'll Duggar I think is something that we really should talk about because not only because it's just a player that we should talk about in general but in terms of covering tight anyway that's the they want him to cover tight ends like they want him to be the Patrick form of his defense. They wanted to blossom into that rule. Now going up against Johnny Smith and Hunter Henry, every single practice, iron sharpens, iron. That's a great matchup for him to learn off of, but the veterans are definitely getting the best of him out at training camp so far. And maybe that's just a testament to how good jaanu and Hunter Henry are dead. That's a good thing for the Patriots and maybe lesser tight ends, Duggar will be better against, but right now, I don't I see some improvements from clouds over in coverage by still..

I mean, Trent Williams, obviously the number one priority, but you also have to bring back either K Juan Williams or Jason Brett. You gotta have some starting cornerbacks coming back because then it's like you. Can you start talking about quarterbacks in around one Because if you bring back, Jimmy, you're gonna sit there on draft day and think what? We're gonna draft into the quarterback. We don't even have a guy that could start at corner so that that's a big one. For me. It is cornerback. They have to bring back One of those starting caliber guys that you know. Gonna cost him too. I mean, you might say, Well, that was really cheap last year. Yeah. Then he played a whole year and was awesome. And guess what He's going to get paid. Maybe not as much as some other guys, but he's going to get paid. So the Niners are gonna crunch. They're gonna have to nail it on this draft because they're not gonna have any money to spend beyond the money that they're gonna spend on bringing back their own guys, and they won't be able to bring back all of them. "Convey injury prone and they could be ironman. Jimmie Ward has been the iron Man of the 40. Niners secondary the last two seasons. I mean, if I would have said that in 2018, you would have thought that I was crazy. I mean, Jimmy Award was like a crystal chandelier. A that point He was he was delicate. But he's gotten past those injuries and, um, like I said, he's played the majority of the games these last two seasons more so than any other member of that secondary. It's just so random. That I just don't know if you can kind of base. Your decision on that. You haven't been ticky tacky things where he's got a shoulder that keeps popping out of its socket. He got nailed in the back of the leg and got Uh, high ankle sprain and towards a fee l so I don't know what the I'm sure it's frustrating for everybody involved. I just don't know if there are any clear answers to anything injury related. What's the next step with with the quarterback? I mean, at some point of carob close the guy isn't it just assumed that that number will be re negotiated so they can sign free agents. Create to see starts. What? In a month? Um, what we do You expect me? You're suggesting that the Watson thing could play out in July? Well, the 40. If that's the case, you the four dinners are out there. Sounds like that. Ryan's not going to get moved. Didn't sound like Aaron Rodgers is going to get moved. So it's Stafford. Now a ram. Should we see? Should we be looking for a Jimmy Garoppolo Niner extension here in the next day or two? Or or if not? What do you think they're waiting on? Well, I mean, the way it's written now is, you know they don't have any of that guaranteed money looming over them like a Matt Ryan does like a Jared Goff had in L. A. That just makes it so unwieldy that you have to give Away an extra first rounder just to move his contract. I mean, the 40 Niners have done the right thing here. Um, I think that, uh You know, maybe you wait until the end of the month. I think free agency begins late this year. It's like March 17 on Azad approaches. The 40. Niners are gonna have a better idea of how much is Trent Williams going to cost? How much is it gonna take to bring back chasing threatened K Juan Williams and DJ Jones and the guys we want to bring back and if the answer is like is that they can't do it. I think they would entertain a restructure at that point in order to gain some 2021 cap relief for Jimmy Garoppolo in and by that point, you're right. There may be a lot more clarity on the on the quarterback landscape. It, uh, to kind of help them do that. Aziz well show, but that's when I would see it happen. Later this month or early in March. And don't you think they're already I know it's ah, three years away, and that seems like a long, long time. But these things sneak up on you quick. Don't you think they're already looking at all these salaries and the structures of the salaries and And thinking, OK, three years from now, two years from now, we'll probably have to pay Nick Bosa a boatload of money to keep him here, so that that's always gonna be factored in, does it not? Yeah, absolutely All your young talent You want to keep it around? I mean, there's certain guys that they loved, uh, make lifetime 40 Niners. Um You know the hope and the expectation what the 40 Niners air are banking on, basically is that obviously there's going to be a dip in the cap in 2021, but there's gonna be big gains in the cap in 2022 2023 s O that all these guys can you know it's part of that window. I mean, that that that is the window, Kittle. Wanna botia. They're all around the same age. Um, that's that's the backbone of your team that they expect kind of carry this team. The next 345 years. It made Gore look like what he is. Which is the smarty pants. Karl Rove. I am so much better than you. I know much was so much more than you and I'm gonna mock you by huffy. Above all. There he goes again with another stupid It will answer the village idiot for Midland. I'm so smart. I'm so smart, And there's look Bush talking in ways that connect with the ordinary Americans. So first while Gore was doing damage to himself, But then he was doing damage to the 22 to the to his cause in the way that expressed that it there was the footage of him going. The message was this guy, you know, he thinks he's smart, and I remember thinking at the time Gore had done pretty well Juan Williams, and that it was clear that he was more conversant with The big topics, the kind of school reform issues the budget issues and the like. He just seemed very comfortable, maybe even to the point of confident and cocky up there. Um, but it seemed to me just covering the answers given by the candidates and their comportment that you would say Al Gore look pretty strong in the first presidential, but I thought he answered the questions. He showed how much better prepared he was to be president and Governor Bush Senator Joe Lieberman, but the media reaction Some of it expectations was that Governor Bush was actually better than the media, starting with the expected he would be, and they focused on these personal Behaviors about like that a side or are I don't know, I guess rolled his eyes a few times some things that were said that Jim Under my plan, I will put Medicare in a nine iron clad lockbox prevent the money from being used for anything other than Medicare. The governor has declined to endorse that idea. Even though Republicans as well as democratic leaders of Congress have endorsed it. I'd be interested in this see if he would this evening say that he would put Medicare in a lockbox. I don't think he will. The minute I walked into the spin room. I understood that the Bush people on this was very smart had turned the whole question of who won the debate. To these stylistic issues on That Dick Cheney had exactly the same experience, which is that in the our debate preparation, we were Preparing for a real attack. Counterattack debate is great, typical a vice presidential debates that Dick Cheney would attack or or me, and I had to be ready to respond, and I had attacks on Bush change ready to make so after the presidential debate. The posters for the campaign flew into Kentucky and said the public really didn't like the first presidential debate. Too much. Antagonists. Um So we strongly recommend to you don't attack Cheney and I was already with all I said, because he had some very I thought embarrassing both when he was in the House of Representatives Walk back. No way. Really. So we didn't America has Ah national strategic interest and principal interest in peace in the Middle East, and Al Gore has played a critical role in advancing that process. Over the last eight years, we made significant breakthroughs, I think at the end of the Bush administration because of the Gulf War, in effect, we had joined together with Arab allies and done enormous damage to the Iraqi army for Verses in Iraq at the time was the biggest military threat to Israel. By virtue of the end of the Cold War. The Soviets were no longer a factor that used to fish in troubled water. So whenever they had the opportunity, the Middle East but the end of the Soviet Union the implosion if you will of the empire that created A vacuum. If you will admit it easier for us to operate there. It was cerebral. And that's good. Uh, there's nothing more than having a civil cerebral issue oriented debate. Brad Blakeman. You know, I was proud of both of them. Uh, the way they comported themselves with the answer. You know, these are two statesmen. Uh, yeah, the political adversaries, But we need more people like these guys. And then later on, I learned that Matt Dowd, who was the Republican post to the year at exactly this conversation. Where Jenny and Dick had executives. In response, I did, which was you mean I can't attack or for this and that I mean, no. Well, the odd thing Wasp that the two of us were liberated to have a debate that I'm I will always be proud of, because we disagreed on a lot of things, but it was a very civil thought from the bank. The primary purpose of VP debate is to show America that the number two is ready to be number one. If, in fact that they should ever come and I don't think there's any doubt about it and looking either at Cheney or Lieberman that they're ready to assume the power of the presidency s O. That box was checked so that in effect, they both did their job on Dick Cheney, who went into that debate is the least popular of the four. People on the two major party tickets came out of it is the most popular Gore, as we have suggested, looked like he had an advantage. Coming in, Uh, hey, had not performed as well as people like me thought in that first debate.

"Run the Kyle system offensively will run the same system that the Niners are running now under Robert Solid Seattle system, solid system Whatever you wanna call it. The thing that scares me now is that they've got so much cap space. And if I was to put it in order who I'd like to keep, say a top three and some ordered be Trent Williams, Jason, Brett K. Juan Williams and Jews and we now know that I didn't know this. Kay wants from New Jersey about 20 minutes from where the Jets play. I would target bread. I'm looking at the corners on the Jets. They're not good. They don't have a full back on the roster and juices from Ohio. So he's in East guy. Uh, I'm not saying they're gonna leave. It's just if Robert solid if the Jets want these guys, and it's about money They can outbid the Ford Niners a special Let's say they go Trent Williams, which I think they need to do it left tackle that eat a big chunk in what they have, and it just makes me nervous that Robert's always gonna run this system and and would want these kind of players on his team. You sound like Jugraj Eola. Hey, makes coffee. Nervous. You've been doing this all day here. I'm gonna make you even nervous, sir. Our shoes, says a home on Long Island member when he was working out with long writing all that last year, he lives out of young. He lives out in Tony Long Island. I don't know if he's out in the Hamptons or has the Pequot Manhasset or wherever the hell he is, but All right, slow your roll little bit here. I'm there. I know you want to get to the quarterback. We'll see. There's a lot a lot of business to do here. Um Serik. From what I hear is not going So Christmas, Eric. So, um, the asada the one intriguing thing it will be to watch and I think a lot of it's based on personnel. Hey, got away from the straight covered three. He's more diverse than that. He's playing two on one side and four on the other. It's quarter quarter halves or he's playing too, man. Sometimes I need, you know, disguises. Cover one, Cover three. But if you wanted to say it's a base covered three, and then we'll adjust off of that cool. The real issue would be when because Sarah came in, and you had Nick boats and do Ford They went to a wide nine front. And I think that was Mork Kyle trying to bring costs. Eric in A solid was on board. I'm not saying solid, didn't want to do it. But that's the way that it fits. Certainly Bosa and Ford So you changed your front. And so, basically what That means. When the first two years Robert was here. The strong side linebacker was up on the line of scrimmage and you had to stack linebackers behind when you went to a wide nine, and it's just where they're gonna line up. The ends are so far wide out. You're not having the other linebackers back in a stack position, So you're really in more of a 43 than a five to before, So I think before we start looking at, you know what is his preferred way to play defense and, you know, he's a smart coach, so he's gonna base it on personnel what they have But I would not be surprised if they don't The defense that he runs with. The New York Jets is not Maura. What? He ran the first two years here and warm or what? Seattle runs more of the straight, you know, FYI, Sam linebacker up on the line of scrimmage, the Wilma in the mike off the ball in the stack. And play that so that would that would change a little bit of the structure of the defense. As far as what you want from pass rushers and such, um I think what the 40 Niners are prioritizing. You got Trent Williams. You're exactly right would be number one. I think there's a difference between their two different positions. Cornerback and Nickelback are different positions. I think they are targeting the two outside guys, which would be Jason read and Emanuel. Mostly, they do like a manual mostly and Emanuel mostly does have the ability they have ripped him or this year to go inside and to be a Nickelback. Which would be of great value. You know if you wanted to bring other people, you know Dante Johnson and they like he's really good teams player. He also played well inside. So okay, Juan, they love Kay Juan Williams, and he's a special player. But I think there's a little bit of concern about K one size for one, and he's been pretty durable since he's been here, but he got hurt a little bit this year variety of injuries, So I When I think they're hoping is to not let and with your own guys now. You could sign them right now. You don't have to wait to march the 17th you consign them. So you could you know, preemptively, uh, preemptively, you know, try to get Trent Williams done. Now that's going to cost. You know some money you have to back low, dad. Try to get Jason Verrett done trying to get Emmanuel mostly done. Maybe you allow. Okay. Juan Williams to shop, his skills. And maybe maybe Robert solid does pluck him. I think d J. Jones is a guy that they would like to get signed before. We don't talk a lot about DJ and he played in the bad ankle this year, but You know, I could make the point that if he doesn't, you know, have that injury last year. Where.

"Energy. They love his outlook. I love this perspective. He loved everything about what he would bring to this particular job. They sat down, and from the time they sat down with him, they were enamored with the energy, the spunk, the intelligence that he would bring to that job. His players loved him in San Francisco. His players loved him in Houston when he was there you saw after the Jets announced the agreement with him on Thursday night, Richard Sherman Said the New York Jets got themselves a great one. Those Richard Sherman's words, Richard Sherman knows a thing or two about coaches, and I think the Jets shared an opinion and that's why they gave Robert Salas of five year deal. There's Adam, Chef there. Let's get more into it. Matt Naoko was breaking a lot of news. Who's gonna go with Robert Sallah? What layers of all the free agents for the $4 could go is well, the draft big compensation all those things that surround Robert. Solid bone of the Jets at Miyoko NBCs. Make sure you're following in reading is great stuff. NBC Sports beer and he joins us, courtesy of the room against sign. Hey, Maddie, How are you? One. I'm doing good. Am I the gas or is there a Schefter? I mean peace. That's how he went on and on and on and on And on and out of my mind just like yeah. What Schefter said that All right. Good night, everybody. He's the rumor monger or you have details. Give me more meat on the bone. We know it's five years. Do we know How much money he's gonna make for random. And are they gonna introduce him as the head coach of the Jets today or what's the schedule? Have you heard anything on these times? I don't know, E I don't know what the Jets plan is. Obviously, Urban Meyer just had his press conference. What Jacksonville so I would think that that thing will be done as I think the I think the Jets and out last night that it was an agreement in principle, which means that your pen hasn't officially hit paper. I think once that becomes a done deal where you know the Eagles drive, then they'll buy move forward with, um, a press conference of some sort. It is Friday News dumped Dave so maybe they want What? Hold off on it until Monday. But I would I would think that they would be in pretty short order. But, yeah, Robert saw for everything that I've heard in. You look at the track record and how they've drafted, I think It seems like Joe Douglas is very competent at his job. He's the general manager of the Jets and everything I've heard about him. He's a straight shooter. Good guy to work with. And so I think that was kind of the issue that you had to look at. Like, who would Robert Sauna want to work with? And I don't think they had much or any kind of report before this, but It certainly sounds like and we knew this would happen that if Robert saw it gets in a room with somebody there's going to be a connection there, and he's such a good guy in such you'll thoughtful, detailed. Uh, he just he doesn't leave any stone unturned. So I'm sure when there is a press conference when Joe Douglas and Jets management or ownership talk about this I congratulate Inti you one of the things they'll say is that they were just blown away by the level of detail. I mean, I would I know that Robert Solid goes into those interviews you know with here's what we're going to do here is the blue Press on on whatever. On April 27th at 9 P.m.. We will be doing this like he has. You'll have like walk throughs scheduled for just the coach's as they put together their schemes so that the coaches are all on the same page and they go through the same things that the players will be asked to go through later when they get on the field, So I mean, it's just It's a good situation for him. And I think the Jets made a really good higher Miyoko giving us the details. Robert Stahl is gonna be the head coach of the New York Jets. We could get into the details in terms of what coaches air possibly gonna go where, But here's what scares me. The Jets have a ton of Cap space, and I'm looking at the roster. And to me it's one if it's not the least talented than just aren't close, but they don't have a lot of defensive backs. I know that Kay Juan Williams went to high school in New Jersey and it's from that area It's about he's about 20 minutes away from Where the Jets play. So that scares me. Jason Brett, that scares me. They don't have a full back on the roster juices of free agent that scares me. They can outbid the 40 Niners for about anybody they want. He's going to run the same offense and same defense. So who could possibly leave with Robert? Solid from a player's standpoint? Well, it's that's funny that you should ask, because I'm I just sat down to do a piece on $40 players who could be going to the Jets and the number one guy. The list is K. Juan Williams. Uh, Roberts on Loves Kay Juan Williams, and that is such a specialty position. Not everybody can do it. And a lot of people who do do it. Don't do it very well. And there is this connection that saw has with Kay Juan Williams early. He feels it that Kay wanted so on point with his preparation, the the way that he Studies and plays fast and kind of opens things up for the rest of the secondary because nobody has to worry about where K. Juan Williams is going to be. He's exactly where he's supposed to be. He can take some chances. They do do some things with him Blessing off off the edge. You're off the slob. So to me, he's that he's the guy because it's not that position it It's not a It's not a big money position, but By the Jets. Congar. Oh, it as far as they want to go to bring him in. And to me that that he's just the number one guy, um for them to go out and and target And you know, some of the other guys like a guy like Carrie Haider. Other guys defensive backs. I think they're pretty good. At safety. The Jets are, um if they can, you know, but potentially Jack Loski tard. Um, you know, it wouldn't shock me to see them. Bring in Sherman. Go after Baretto. Who would it surprise me to see them? You know, dear, they come a low level deal toe Kelly Weatherspoon see if he can take advantage of an opportunity. Um But you know the thing you mentioned about youse check that. That's also interesting. Now the 40 years will be retaining Mike McDaniel. Um and so that's that's a big key. Far is used. Check goes because you know Tuesdays. You know they would a lot of times. McDaniel would give Kyle you second call in the evening and say. You, will you e can't wait until tomorrow. When you walk in and see our installation. I have to tell you about what I got cooking up this week in the game plan that you're gonna love. Uh And so there's a There's a trust there. Um, you know, Kyle used check loves the creativity that Mike McDaniel brings to the running game. So you know, I think the four years or are going to make every attempt obviously..

"With him? And ever since I saw this last night, I wanted to say this. We've got wood. Yes, we do. We've got wood. How about you about you? Good morning, my friend Who's Soos? What do we have? That Alec Christian would Alex? Oh, Alex. Well, I mentioned his name the other day. The funky left hander Funky Chris Sale. Looks like he's got mechanical Mike delivery compared to that guy. He's the guy. We talked about him the other day. That may be rich Hill, but Alec would is also orders. Somebody's had great success, and Farhaan knows him. Well. I love the way they structured his contract, which is very Illuminating and interesting and how they're gonna use him and creative in the fact that they come right out when they issue a press release right after our show. We got that. They just tell you the details of the contract, which is really special kind of tells you that you got an analytics front office and I gotta think, Farhaan Scott, you know, work the contracts. Together because they're the ones doing the deal because they know how they're gonna use him in concert with what gave and in danger Bailey and the pitching staff, But it is interesting. So I did watch the beginning of the Sharks game. I got to say Randy having Scott having to do it in the studio, which is interesting. That's the world we live in. But then in about 7 30, you got an alert on my phone that Robert Saleh is going to Florin Park. So I kind of got diverted from that with the dream of the Communications. The first thing I have to insist is that Iraq Tim Ryan does not go with him. So take the floor. Cram it up your cram. Hold the floor. Now. Mike's gone Mats and green Bay. You know, Although the floors we no longer love them, so just cram it up your crap hole. We'll see what else he does. I think John Bettany offensive line coach would probably go with him. Chris First Ear's One of the very best in football. Certainly in the modern game. They're going a lot of great ones, eh? So he'll probably take over What made Matt Miyoko join us in a few minutes in detail. What it all means with Jamaica, Ryan's but It went fast, and I haven't seen terms. Have you seen how much he's going to make? We know it's a five year contract, but have you seen I mean, urban Meyer don't even know what urban Meyer got do his deal. You know, we heard 12 he was trying for but I think the number of Minutemen around nine they did watch his entire Press conference. He's a really interesting guy. He is a smart guy. If he does not do well in the NFL, it won't be because of Hamid. Will this be Circumstances injury, maybe evaluation and not, you know, being at Ohio State and being able to get blue chipper upon blue Chipper, a plan five star. But he is a really high end football mind to be sure, But anyway, we don't know. Solace, contract terms. We don't know if solids gonna be introduced today. By the New York Jets, But we have reached out to Robert directly, so he may appear on the show to Give us one last farewell to the to the faithful. They began. And obviously we're Gettinto. Not only Robert Solider the Jets like you said, but who he's going to take him with them. We know, according to reports on, Maddie said this last night, he's gonna join us to 10 15. Michael Floor is going to the Jets. Oh, see the Mike McDaniel, who is the run game coordinator and LaFleur's to pass game coordinator. They've got to elevate him the OC or he's gonna leave somewhere to be in O. C. So well call. Kyle has been the O. C. Then they haven't really named an OC. I think Mike McDaniel is going to get that so that he's Able to stay. It looks like Adam Peters is going to stay. For now. D'Amico Ryan's It looks like it's gonna be the defensive coordinator than the other big question will get into is because Robert Sala is going to run the Shanahan offense in the Seattle or his defense. Who is he gonna want to take with him in free agency? We talked about so many guys that are free agents now that Salas gone. Who is he gonna want to take with him off this roster to help him get started. Christmas, Eric. We mentioned that the coaches might the floor and probably John, betting the offensive line coach, Matt may know more. Christmas. Eric, I think is staying is what we understand. And if he stays, then I think you're more likely to keep carry. Haider Jr. I think they have a list of the free agent second along list, you know, half the damn roster just about Is a U F A R and R F a more than half if you combine them, But Bara face a very different restricted you could you know, you can Put placements on them to keep them the U. F phase. You don't so those air really free agents in the modern term. Um, you know, correct. Friend Williams obviously is going to be a number one target to keep Mukai Beckton was their pick. If they do take the offensive lineman from Oregon, I could see them doing that. First thing is, if they keep Donald what they do with Donald and bring it in the floor. You know, it's said he did it at USC. He's very adept at it. He's got great movement skill, not only rolling to his right, but I think one of Sam's Arnold's underrated attributes his ability to roll that was left. But Uh, So I tried. Williams will stay here. I don't see the jets doing that. Um, so I turned Williams carry Haider Junior. Got to stay here. I think they want to re sign Emmanuel. Mostly. Jason. Fred was talking about Kay Juan Williams in the slot. You know, he does have a little bit of an injury history there. Don't take Johnson. Rather surprisingly, no one talked about it because it was late in the year. They already or eliminated Jamaar Taylor tours a CLK Juan was in and out of the lineup came back left. But you, Marta Don't take Johnson did a surprisingly good job. In the slot. I'm not saying they would do that. I think they want to keep Kay Juan But if somebody wants to pay a lot of money for Kei Wan Jace Jayson Moret soldiers from the defense I think the 40 Niners want to keep red and mostly, not as Robert Sala. Wanna bring Richard Sherman to the Big Apple. I don't know what he would think. There. That would be more We're sure his body is in the off season. Jack Waske chart. I think the 40 Niners will Let hit the open market. The Jets already have. Ah, great safety and Marcus May he's a free agent claim or he played..

"The top of the hour. 809 41 Sean, If you wanna be a part of the program, we want to get back to our phones. 809 For one, Sean. We were talking on the other side, with William and California, South African immigrant explaining that you know the world's two cent in attempts to descended to socialism. As I said it live free or die socialism and its history of failure, Sir, you lived it and For many years. I was not concerned. I never gave it a second thought. This is America. Land of the free As I said, the market capitalist system works like a charm. Everything is great. And then suddenly, about five years ago, I hear that somebody who works in a bar came up with an idea about something for nothing in a possibility of political career, and it wasn't just liberalism to try for It was socialism They were. She wasn't just going to give away drinks, free drinks. He was actually going to give the keys to the pub away. And that really got me worried. There's something for nothing philosophy. If you like yourselves, pitch off the lift. It's concerning. And what's even more concerning is the laughing for nothing apparent pitch off conservatism. So now you have something for nothing going on his toe to toe with nothing for nothing. And this is wrong. We need to explain what conservatism is, in simple terms, Short story, whatever, and then fix the two problems that exist. In the market capitalist system, the one being that it tends to be gravitate towards one or few players who owned the game. That's the capitalist side. And on the market side effect is that markets don't work for essential services Health Uh, education and former and those need to be addressed by the conservative side of the argument and taken to go toe to toe with something for nothing dream, which is actually launches and finishes in ashes. You can't do any worse than liberal Democrats have done in big cities and states They've run for decades with law and order with safety security with education. Republicans have an antidote to the education problem and have the antidote to the law and order problems called called Policing. More police not less better trained police not less trained and on the other side of the equation. Education is reading, writing math, and we should allow choices for schools and the parents decide where they want to send their kids to school. Far as the rest of conservatism. I could explain it fairly quickly, and I have a couple of times this week, and I appreciate the call William. Thank you. It's a good admonition of morning. Conservatism isn't complicated as I see it. I would say I'm a Reagan Trump America first conservative. What does that mean? I want lower taxes. I want less government bureaucracy. I want more manufacturing in home, and I'd like, Ah, secure borders, and I don't want judicial activists on the bench and I want America to always be energy. Independent liberals want to discover other other forms of energy before besides oil And gas and coal have at it. Find us free energy. I'm all for it. But short of that. We need to be energy independent. I want free and fair trade deals. I want peace through strength. I don't want to be involved in foreign entanglements. And with the new military technology, we don't need to send kids door to door like we did in Baghdad. We have the ability to take out entire city blocks pushing a button in Tampa, Florida. That's how we should fight future wars if we ever getting engaged. Want better intelligence. I want more secure Internet. I want privacy for every American and I don't want an abuse of power by the deep state. That's pretty much sums it up. Not that hard. Anyway, Let's get to our phones. Jill in Alabama have a couple Alabama calls on the line, Jill, Hurry. Oh, Hi, Sean. I'm great. How are you doing today? I'm good. What's going on? Okay, well, I'm very concerned about the shutting down of parlor. And, um other conservative outlets. What are we going to do about it? Where the billionaire conservatives Do they have something in mind? Have they've been working on it? Let's get it going because we need a new network. We need new outlets. Just from conservatives that cannot be shut down. Look all of these services what? What we need and we'll get it. I have full confidence. You know, years ago I used to use a phrase haven't used in a long time is we've got to just become the media and and that's why the efforts to silence and shut down talk radio been so fierce over the years or shut down. Fox News, but more specifically, they talk about that. They really just want to fire people like me on Fox News. They're perfectly fine with Donna Brazile and Juan Williams and Geraldo. That's okay. Right. They just want conservative Fox voices. Silence. I'm not gonna be silenced and I'm not changing who I am period and the sentence. And if it ends with me getting fired, That's the end of it. The ball go Oh, you know, pay me and I'll leave and I'll find another place to work. If not, I'll build my own platform. But the bottom line is we now have smart technological minds that need to build out alternatives. That we don't need apple and we don't need Microsoft and we don't need Amazon. That's the answer. The antidote is free markets. Freedom is the answer is usual. You know, I knew the answer to Corona virus eventually would be medical scientists, researchers, professionals, and they did it and people are getting the vaccine every single damn. And by the way, I'm waiting my turn. I don't go early. You said everything way more eloquently than I could ask her. What? We could do it together. Listen on by. Are you in Alabama? "Christmas. Happy holidays from all of us here at Doubleday else reading from one Williams piece at the hill. Two weeks ago, I tested positive for the coronavirus. I am a 66 year old cancer survivor. I'm a black man. I inhale my share of secondhand smoke. So I set off several red lights. Also, I think is a good entree into this piece. Summer. Some folks not only writers, but especially guys were employed by cable television networks tend to talk incessantly about themselves. It's always about them. Not so with one William Over the years, I've rarely shared personal stories. Readers come here to read into the theater of politics. My general is to only open up personal wounds. When there is a clear lesson to offer. We'll get the lessons a little bit later on the first one. Welcome back. Juan Williams to double the Swan. I'm sorry to hear that you are infected with the coronavirus. Where do you suppose you were infected? Wasn't on that flight. Iran was somebody else returning from a presidential debate. On that private jet. And with Fox you say you don't think so? It happened in a restaurant? Yes. Yeah, You got it. Exactly. Right. Merry Christmas. Nice to be with you. Thanks for having me. Um, I think that you know there was a risk there because there was someone positive on the flight is, you know, John so I was worried, but that test was negative and in my life went along fine and dandy. But then a few days after being pulled into this restaurant, and I try not to go into restaurants, I was told we were going to be able to dine outside. But it was, I think, the coldest night of the year until just recently in New York. And they had closed the outdoor part. And when I went toe, see you know where my people who are hosting me where the maitre d dragged me to the back and suddenly Got weak knees, man. I said Hey, you know, how are you all of a sudden wives and friends all nice to meet you all that and I was like, but I thought we were going to talk about what we were I I ended up there for an hour and a half in a crowded restaurant. Oil boy, You know, it's guys our age and I'm right there with you. I mean, you have to be so careful. All right. I love to talk. I don't love to talk to people that are sick, but Tell us. I did talk to some of the day You told me what it was like to try to get out of bed. The first morning, you wake up, You have a pounding headache. You're exhausted. Is that similar to what you experienced? Take our listeners through what it's like to first discover all Yeah, well, you know, it starts slow because it started with me with sniffles and a runny nose. And I'm thinking, you know. Hey, don't be a chump. You just got a little bit of a cold or, you know. Temperatures are dropping around here. So maybe you know that is impacting your Sinuses. And then it started to get a little worse than I thought to say. Wait. Maybe this is the flu. But, you know, I don't think that you got cold. And you know why? You know why do you want always want to be dramatic slowdown, You know, be a man. And then that's what that Z one Williams. That's all liberal propaganda is no worse than the flu. I've heard of 1000 times. Right. Well, you got a chance, so I was thinking, all right, All right. Take it easy. What's wrong with you? And then because they make the anchors that box all take a test. Once a week, we spent into a two. They send it off to a lab. I did that. And that test came back positive, and that's when all the alarms went off, and they sent me off to a Special clinic to do another test. That was positive than they did a long term test that came back the next within 24 hours from another lab. That was positive, But by that time, you know, just to answer your question to take your listeners through it. I was having trouble sleeping now It was the headache that you're talking about. And the fatigue and like, even like the struggle from the bed to the fast one was like, Hey, what is going on with my body? And you know why am I feeling this way? And the headache, I think was the thing that really sticks with me even now, But the bigger problem was at some point. I felt woozy like I could pass out and I thought, you know I'm by myself. If I hit my head or something past and I don't know what's gonna find me for days here. This is this about. Just bring our listeners update you quarantine in the hotel to keep your wife safe. Unfortunately, she also was testing positive. What? Three or four days after you were in that hotel, So at least you got to go home to quarantine together. How is she doing? She's fine. And you Here's the great irony of this. I am not a smoker. She is a heavy smoker. She's done better than I have done. So you know how you asked me to take the list your threw away. It's like he said. He had like a spike of a fever for half a day or something. And that's the worst got first. People have different experiences. And here here I am, a guy that tries to stay in shape. She doesn't And if I said, smokes like a chimney and pretty pretty mild consequence for her by like this in your story to your son left novels near Daughter apparently left you a folding exercise bike in the hotel so you could move a little bit in the Hotel staff left your food outside the door. So you write here that my mind started to wander into some dark places.
