"One Triple eight, say ESPN guests on the Goodyear Hotline. Yes, we have fought the top fighters on this card. Taking your calls, Taking your picks, breaking it all down 68. Then you could sit back. Relax, Strap on your seat belt and watch UFC to 62. The big fight the headliner. The main event. On the marquee vacant lightweight title fight. Charles do Bronx Oliveira. Michael Chandler Iron Mike Chandler Vacant, lightweight title fight £155. This is a very big deal. Why is it a big deal? It's a big deal because the lightweight division the £155 division in the UFC Is that organizations glamour division. You know what boxing? It's like. It's like the heavyweight division. That's the glamour division right in the U. S. C. Right now. In 2021. The glamour division is the lightweight division. Division in which the vacant title is on the line tonight. For the past three years. The champion of £155 has been a guy named Habib Tomato made off. You may have heard of him. 2019 0 undefeated one of the all time best Fought in October. Abu Dhabi Fight Island Dismantles Justin gauges submits. Just engage me. I mean, just a drubbing. And then he gets emotional and then it seems of 1996 all over again. Michael Jordan SuperSonics Father's Day Game six NBA finals Crying in the middle of the cage. Can't compose himself. Can't breathe. His father of doorman up his best friend, his mentor, his head coach. His day wonder passed away. Last year due to Cove in 19 complications first fight without him by his side. So he retires in the cage. Now it took the UFC a few months to accept that retirement, but eventually they did, and he vacated the title. And so there were a bunch of questions. Who's gonna be the new champ? A 1 55 will be dusted Por yai, who finished Connor McGregor back in January will be this guy will be that guy. They end up deciding on vacant lightweight title fight between Charles Aloe Vera and Michael Chandler. And I Love the story here. Absolutely love it and you couldn't have two more different stories, but in a way kind of similar and I'll explain why Charles Oliveira Been in the UFC since 2000 and 10. Charles over has been in the U F Seasons 2000 and 10 when he made his UFC debut, is a 20 year old, one of the youngest fighters in the sport in the organization, he was fighting on a network that is no longer in existence. Versus which became Nbcsn, which will soon no longer be in existence. That's how long ago Woz This will be his 28th USC fight If he wins the title tonight In his first UFC title fight, he will break the record for most fights needed to capture undisputed gold. The current record is 26 fights, Michael Best thing he did it back in 2016 UFC 1 99 when he stopped Look Rach old who could forget that moment at the form in Inglewood, California? To Bronx Once tonight, he breaks that record. 10 2028 fights tied for most finishes in the UFC in the history of the UFC has the most subs submission wins in the history of the UFC. Fighting for his first Time ever undisputed gold tonight against Michael Chandler. Michael Chandler is fighting in his second UFC fight, but make no mistake about it. Michael Chandler is not a rookie Michael Chandler has been doing this for over a decade. For the longest time. Michael Chandler was the face of Bella Tor M. M may the number to promotion In America. Never got the respect that he deserved. Multiple time lightweight champ he has tasted gold. But in Bela Tor Part of arguably one of the greatest price of belt or history gives Eddie Alvarez A decade ago. Remember back in 12 4013 UFC matchmaker coming up to me at the weigh in saying you think Michael Challenge the top 10 Lightwave. I said yes, regardless of promotion. You're crazy area. Here we are 2021. It's all coming together for Michael Chandler. A lot of people learning about it For the first time. A lot of people learned about him for the first time when he fought in the co main event of the condom, Aggregor just imported card back in January. He finished And hooker in very impressive fashion. You know, there's this. This is buzz word in business and tech these days and socially disruptors their disruptors everywhere. I want to be a disrupter. Well, guess what? Michael Chandler's disrupting The lightweight division right now. This wasn't in the cards. Not that long ago, he got knocked out by a guy named Patricia people who's a 1 45, or who moved up the 1 55 and beat him in Belgium in one of his final fights and belt or No one thought people thought that Michael Chandler had hit his ceiling. That's on himself, leaves belt or signs with the UFC debuts in January. Stop stand hooker. Gets a title fight in his second UFC fight. So you got one guy who's been doing in the U. S. C. Since 2010 You got another guy who's been doing it since January, but of course for for a decade and other promotions. And they meet tonight in H Town in Clutch city at the Toyota Center main event, USC to 62 Undisputed Golden Old By the way, the winner of this fight gets the Willy Wonka Golden ticket to fight the winner of the dust Import economy. Gregor fight that's going down July 10th in Las Vegas. That's one of the fights on this card. That's the main event. Lot more on this card 11 other fights, including a tasty, a fascinating co main event, and so coming up next, I'll set the table for that fight. But most importantly, I want to hear from all of you, Josh Daniel. Everyone standing by one Triple eight. Say ESPN is the number call one triple. 87293776 Hello, Wani show, ESPN radio. That wentz really wasn't really wasn to Gung ho to be going to the bears so the chicago bears. I'm like man who the hell you think. You are the shawn watson aaron rodgers that prescott shit. Did you see how you reacted. You see how you played in two thousand twenty and you're going to be telling me now i don't think so. We have a defense that we have. If we can get allan allan romsey back at the wide receiver. We've got weapons on offense. That might be able to be nice for you. You're going to be treating us like that and you're gonna be giving us the type of attitude screw you carson so what chicago kind of lukewarm on the ideal whence going to the going to chicago barrett like the indianapolis colts and the leverage of knowing that and the realization by the eagles that we're not going to be getting multiple. I in future. I and all those type of things. They made the best deal possible. So this is the best opportunity for once. But this is also an opportunity for the indianapolis colts to get back into the running. To be an elite franchise. I shouldn't leave but getting back into running at the team. That is a real viable prospect of reaching the super bowl reaching the afc championship winning their division. And this is the best opportunity for wants to show that. See i with the main reason why we won all those championships. Even if he did think that i mean good for him the bullet whatever motivate motivating the play. Well and that that what happens then zeppelin need to do then. Just go forward but to you know really think that. That's the reason that tom brady was the main reason or that. The offense coordinator was a slap slap in the face to romeo cornell slap in the face to everybody who played on defense with a slap in the face to all of those guys. Sit there like tedy bruschi. All those guys are going to be like. Yeah you know. We really didn't have too much to do with all those championships in the winning that we did. We just wrote the hotel tom brady. And that's the reason why we've got all these championships give and take in that situation. But as i mentioned before. If tom brady who i haven't spoke about what motivates him the players that bill belichick. Can he be put back together again. He did it before right. Then he'd do it before lost to the d. yet brothers. He came back and it was a huge pay per view. And all of these good things and mcgregor went on to do better things. I i've said it before and i said this doing internet radio a few years ago at a station. I said this before when mcgregor beat any avarice back in november of two thousand sixteen to become the first do fighter to hold to belt simultaneously only had the federal way belt who which he never defended the not josie aldo about thirteen seconds. "I i thought it was maybe a level of above you. Remember you remember. Josh mcdaniel. His first year as coach of the broncos and remember the disrespectful display of enthusiasm enjoyed joy that he had when he was coaching the broncos and they beat the pitch They beat the bill. Bella checking the new england patriots. I don't know what the for the fifth or sixth game of the season. I know they jumped out of that. Shoot six an hour. They collapsed after that. But one of those games at the mile high at At denver razzano. I don't know who it was a wide receiver bill. The think they want an over time and then after the game over his josh daniel running around the running around the field leaping into the players arms do on his all kinds of nonsense and this like man. This guy know that this is the only game four or five of the season. There's a long way to go and do that. You know the beaten the patriots. The dynasty led patriots. Then and bill bell check with a big deal but come on man. I mean you know that's i mean. What are we back in college. What are we back in high school. We back in college to wear wisconsin or would go back to where something like a northwestern football team beats Second ranked ohio state in the fans rushed the field. I mean it's a little bit ridiculous so that was just a level above. I thought the enthusiasm of the cleveland. A player's going nuts. After they won that game it'd be the pittsburgh steeler team again. that should have beaten already. I mean the fact that they only one twenty four. Twenty two steeler teams played five days of our steamy five games and twenty five days. Y'all are getting all excited about that. A team steelers team that played without a starters without rothlisberger without tj. What y'all supposed to be a legit playoff team and you guys are acting like that. You allow backup quarterback racing some guy named mason the red nose reindeer the throw for three hundred fifteen yards on two touchdowns and one of the section twenty to thirty nine passing. You almost lost a game. Playoff opportunity after leading. Twenty four to nine in the fourth quarter. You guys are going to be acting like that and you guys expect to be doing something in the nfl playoffs. Really twenty four nine in the fourth quarter. They almost blew that game with off. Do a twenty eight yard pass to rookie. Wideout chase claypool. Make a twenty four. Sixteen in after cleveland's stall cleveland drove drove installed there Drive in pittsburgh territory. Ucf ten times faster. Rudolph threw a two yard touchdown. Pass juju smith schuster to make a twenty four twenty two with one twenty three left to go of the game. "For the Giants, they played really well. A lot of the game, especially defensively. Offensively, they Bates a mistakes mostly cleaned by Daniel Jones. But then he has that one turnover and it's always singly in the red Zone on it with a chance to either, you know, put a game away or get, you know, get back into it. But they're they're learning them. I'm you know, they're not the type of team that you're looking at, saying they're They're hopeless, right? They're a team that you're saying is getting better every single week, including their first win last week against Washington. Now, their plan tomorrow night against Philly. So here we are. Week seven. Already, you know, had been tissue before and hopefully we'll get with Bobby Vee we're supposed to get with Bobby's post gives a buzz, but If not, it's what have other stuff prepared. This was gonna be a little later. Antonio Brown, you know, is two weeks away two weeks away from being able to practice in play, and I just saw this report during the break here on CBS sports dot com that Well, I'm going with you to refrain from identifying the name of the team. I want you to tell me who you think it might be. There's a story out there just dropped this team blank. Ready to pursue Antonio Brown the Giants. No, no, no. No, but they need wood. Yeah, but easy doesn't fit their time. Of course not. No idea. No idea. No idea because because it's funny because you've kind of forgotten about Antonio Brown and just, you know, if you if you even think about him, it's like he's not coming back in the league. We're six weeks in, but you aren't you forget that the commissioner actually handed down in eight game suspension, so it made no sense to have any kind of conversation with him until right about now because he's eligible to play after we gate. That's right. I want to read this even though you just referenced part of it. So the NFL officially gay Brown, who had been under investigation for a number of all field Incident's an eight game suspension back in late July for violating the personal conduct policy. At the time, it was reported that Brown suspension could be extended if further violations are found related to the ongoing lawsuit. But no such revelations have bubbled up to the surface at this point, which clears a path for him to sign with an NFL team sooner rather than later. I want the team who Seattle Interesting Seattle, but I think they were part of the conversation is before before the suspension was handled down, handed down. We're talking about Seattle and Russell Wilson. You know, it was somewhat excited about it. I read something the other day, and I don't know it's true. So I'm looking it up in real time as I tell you what it is that Antonio Brown Has been, you know, First of all, he I think he went to counseling. So I think he's gotten Cem Cem help. I hope so. And he's and he's talked to people and he has basically I don't know, smoothed out some of those issues that he had. But then I also heard that he hasn't tweeted. In a year, and I was like, there's no way that that's possible. Like maybe maybe he's retweeted something. Someone just did you check. I'm checking now. Checking Twitter or Instagram. I'll check one which I'm checking Twitter right now. Check Instagram. Go ahead. But I I think e mean trying to think the last thing I mean, I've seen things about him on Twitter. I'm trying to think of the last time that at Antonio Brown tweeted something, and it's been a long time now, and I can't. I'm going to fly him back, and I just can't find I can't find one. So maybe he hasn't Which is a good thing, because that's how he was getting himself in trouble. Like all this Twitter nonsense, and, you know, taking shots at people. Um yeah, his last tweet. Um now, so that they must. This must've been before They read this article on what was it? And so it was. It was last week, so Last week. Yeah, let's see the last thing that he's got on Instagram here on Don't say the date on Instagram like now. It's weird like it's hard to find honesty. But maybe they meant instagram then because I don't know. Well, there's just a picture of him kind of looks like he's maybe taking a break their practices and he's got his hand up. He's got his hand up like this. I could just see his face the other way. He's got it. He's almost doing like the hang loose. Yes, I'd turn yellow. So that's probably recently is that that was a week ago. Okay, Well, let me ask you this. Why wouldn't the Patriots kick the tires? He seemed to fit their They liked what he did, but I think Tom liked them because it was that relationship with Tom Brady because he was a hard worker. Of course, they could mean who's the impact wide receiver on the team right now on the kill. Harry is not quite what? Not yet. Maybe not ever what they thought he would be. Yeah, Adelman's been quiet. Josh. Daniel spoke to that. He's got to get him going a little bit had that they don't have anybody that big. You know what was that fumble with a tip interception that was tip interception, like tipped off his hands. I was in Seattle wasn't we tipped it off his hands. And then? Yes, that's them, right? Yeah. Edelman hasn't been Adelman. You know, he's not superstar, but he's reliable, and he's gonna make some big plays for you. He hasn't been that. Yeah. I mean the new of the Patriots, because they're not. They're in a fight right now below 500 for the first time. And what was it 18 18? Seasons. It can't happen soon enough. Yeah, there'd allies there. There happens. They're not a good spot, and it happened painfully enough, right? Let's see. Who else could use him? I mean again, if you trust your Your support staff, and you believe that you can insulate him properly with leadership. The coach whether it's like a Mike Tomlin or a veteran quarterback like Brady was going to keep him in. Check Those things go on. I mean, it's got to be the right situation. Yep. But I'm looking at the standings now who could really truly use him? I don't think Buffalo needs him, even though I know little deficient. I think Stefan Diggs is he's He's changed like that. That that wide receiver room on but Yeah, I don't think they need him. And it would. I don't know how we would fit..

Well, Yeah, I love I love a good terrier. I don't know what a blue heeler is off to look that up. So yeah, kind of an Australian cattle dog. "Advantage plans. When they advertise this. You can imagine lots of beneficiaries want to sign up for a plan that costs them nothing. They still pay for part B, but they get the actual coverage itself for maybe a zero premium. Or maybe it's a $20 premium. There are a lot cheaper. And a lot of people will enroll in those there are living on a fixed income. They want to save costs, and they don't realize that then they're paying by an insurance companies roles rather than the federal government, which tends to more often just rubber stamp claims that come in and not do as many prior authorization. So it's something to be really concerned about. You can share with your patients. If you know people are coming in turning 65. Let them know that if they join a plan that has the network sometimes prior authorizations are going to occur. There might be some waiting period and make sure that they're armed with that knowledge going in. If they don't like this than a better route for them would be to stick with original Medicare and get a Medigap plan instead. Right? Yeah, that's thank you very much. Thank you very much. Great. Carry another good listener. Friend of the program know Carol All my good friends were calling today. So As it relates to Karen's question. That's really Medicare advantage, though not met a gap. So the Medicare advantage is the one with a lot of the rules. And such is that. Is that what you're kind of getting in? Is too simple rags. You're dealing with an injured head. Even getting lost, actually Googled the blue. The blue heeler. And very beautiful. Yeah, they do. Kind of look like German shepherds. Are there they something Read off of their separate family. Yeah. And they have a blue tent and, ah Yeah, they're really pretty. When they're when they're first born. So I could see how they weasel your way. And weasel their way into your hearts. "So you mentioned you have two furry Children, Dogs. I'm assuming he has both dogs or type of dogs. I have a blue heeler who is a very high energy dog and loves to run up and down the fence and bark at anything that moves. And then she had a little sidekick who is a Norfolk carrier who is about £14, and they're quite the little pair. Well, Yeah, I love I love a good terrier. I don't know what a blue heeler is off to look that up. So yeah, kind of in Australia and cattle dog. Sort of like a shepherd looking dog. You would love Tio run around and heard up kids air over and they're running into back carriage will run in circles around them trying to herd them together. She's really good at that. Wonderful. So do we have next? Karen, go ahead. Yes, Thank you. I'm looking at it from two perspectives. Let me go directly to the Medicare advantage plans. I am a physician and I run a positions office and I find that the patients who have Medicare advantage They need pre authorizations. For many of tests. That would just be straight Medicare. They'd be able just go get and it holds up issues. There are there are doctors and hospitals that it creates. A trend is problems. What is the advantage? To these patients that are taking the Medicare advantage plans. They don't know. I question them, whether it's medication, but they do pay copays. Plus, they have to get these authorizations which wish up, you know, which creates Problems in how the physician wants to treat them on DA. That's my question. Why did they go for the Medicare advantage plans? Yeah. Thanks for the great question, Karen. I have a number of physicians who are clients and I have heard this repeatedly from them as well. So with the Medicare advantage span, the reason that you see so many people enrolling in them. Is that these plans, of course, try to control across with a network there an insurance companies, so they're definitely going to issue more requests for prior authorizations. And the advantage to the consumer is AH, lot of these plans have significantly lower premiums than a Medigap plan. And in many urban areas, you confined what we call zero premium Medicare advantage plans. If you know people are coming and turning 65. Let them know that if they join a plan that has the network sometimes prior authorizations are going to occur. There might be some waiting periods and make sure that they're armed with that knowledge going in. If they don't like this than a better route for them would be to stick with original Medicare and get a Medigap Lin instead. Right? Yeah, that. Thank you very much. Thank you very much for a carrot. Another good listener. Friend of the program know Carol All my good friends are calling today. So As it relates to Karen's question. That's really Medicare advantage, though not met a gap. So the Medicare advantage is the one with a lot of the rules. And such is that. Is that what you're kind of getting in? Is to simplify rags. You're dealing with an injured head. He's anything lost, actually Googled the blue. The blue heeler. And very beautiful. Yeah, they do. Kind of look like German shepherds. There. They something. Read off of there in the separate family? Yeah. And they have a blue tent and, ah Yeah, they're really pretty. When they're when they're first born. I could see how they weasel your way. Weasel their way into your heart. So you get the blue heeler and the what was the terrier? She's a Norfolk terrier Norfolk terrier. So that's that's My parents. Have a Yorkie. Who's my brother? My brother. Isn't that my brother fully actually is causing it. Neither of my parents passed. "Potential tax savings as well as potential growth opportunities in these uncertain times, and in light of Ah People worried about what the election will bring to their portfolio calls Now. 88 80 Josh, the free book? And the free Webinar. So who do we have next? Ellen, Go ahead. Yes. Thank you, Josh for holding Daniel over for another hour. This information's most helpful. My question. Is this on eligible for Medicare next month? I got a letter saying my premium would be $318 month based on a fluky capital gain in 2018. When the bill came they build made for a three month period $144 a month so I'm wondering, Will they retroactively build me the difference between the 3 18 and the 1 44? Because I did call them and say that it was a fluke E year income wise and they said, directed me to go to the website. Get the form there. Seven categories of how you can adjust your income, but I didn't fit into any of those. So I never filed the form, but I did call them. Yes, Typically, they will. So you may get a second statement from them where they'll they'll tell you about the adjustment and then collect that difference between the 1 44 in the 3 18. So it's important if you get the bill. Even if you get the bill in there. You think they've assessed it incorrectly should always pay that because when a non pay happens, they can actually cancel. Your part be coverage. You never won't want that to happen. You could certainly file the form and try. But most of the time when it's a capital gain situation that is not a situation where they would make the adjustment to the premium. So if they bill you for the difference, you want to go ahead and pay that. Make sure to keep your coverage in force. Four months. Oh, my income will adjust up to 2019 in January. Yes, so automatically adjusted based on your new tax returns. So in 2021, they'll be looking at the 2019. And then they'll automatically adjust that for you. So if you're earning less in 2019, then in 2018, you'd be able to look forward to that going down. Great. Thank You bet. Okay. Wonderful folks. If you need help. Navigating your boomer benefits. Call us aged 89 today. Josh and you get the free book by Daniel Kunkle Roberts. 10, costly Medicare mistakes You can't afford to make. So you mentioned you have two furry Children, Dogs. "We've seen that. mcdaniels has been able to you know. have elite offenses. Throughout, the years through different styles, is a patriots fan of just fascinated C.. That marriage between Daniels Cam Newton. What they kinda produce especially in bucky mentioned. The Patriots are always morphs as can, it's more and more comfortable in the system. What are they going to be able to? Do you know in November December, January time I make the playoffs. That as they continue to build your I i. think it's interesting that you talk you. Talk about like that because I want people to also understand this. Josh Daniel for better or worse. Josh mcdaniels Tim Tebow with a first round pick. Josh mcdaniels has always been fascinated by the dual threat. quarterback is so he gets one of the best to ever done it in NFL, history and people talk about camps, injuries, and the fact that he's thirty one years old, but thirty one is not a death sentence I think what they would do when. When it comes to camp in the running game, it is just the threat of him being able to run four to five times again, unlike in Carolina, when he was running nine ten, maybe eleven four to five times a gain, they'll have Cam Newton. Pull it on, either a zone read a quarterback design run something that just makes the the defense play eleven on eleven and that. That will create more opportunities for James White Sony Michelle Rex Burkett to be able to do it. The big thing will be in the passing game. How do they marry? What can does well with what the pages traditionally done schematically from to back sets, and from one Beck says like that'd be the thing because cam isn't necessarily what Tom Brady was in terms of a connect. CONNECT DOTS pick them up. Short, quick rhythm passer. He is more of a thaw down to feel big plays junkyards. How would they can the FIT that together That'd be too interested in Florida. The polls go to free season training camp. How many wins do you guys think that the Patriots will win? The season I would say they're a ten to eleven. Win Team captains healthy. It's eleven wins without Cam. They went to the Games of me. You are June or quarterback. I. Guess That's what they. I think they fall anywhere between the eleven thirteen when Mark I think there's something and obviously our Juneau's because he's a patriots fan, but like man winners went and when you did with the Patriots you get into the fourth quarter and the patient's close, they find a way to win games, and so the trick is. Now the buffalo bills go into the season expected to be the favorites, and that is a different role than being the underdog, and so when you're the favor, you get everybody's best shot, and because people have talked about them, being the next AFC East champion next team to compete for the title they nail will give everybody's best game not only ended the division, but outside of division..

"What is he saying? The. Title Beatrice servicing old man. I really am. Having those situations where it's somebody that I've known for twenty years, and I'm thinking, I'm like what is his name. And I've called him his name a million times because you did it with your kids so much. Oh, I give my kids backwards all the time. Josh daniel. Yeah, I do that constantly. And I remember when my grandparents did it now, my parents, do it. Now, I'm starting to do it times. When I meet somebody I shake their hand. Actually my name. They say there's and two seconds later. I have no idea. I remember that no clue what their name was. You know, what it's because you watch so much finding nemo grownup. You're just doing. Second free. Does that ever happen to you? I mean, there's actually people that they have a practice of saying the person's name back gets embedded in their head. But you to do that. Yeah. You're right in how many times, do, you know, somebody that you've known and you're not like good friends or anything like that is maybe somebody around the office you've gotten their name before. Now. It's three months later you've seen them twice a week for the last three months, and they're still do to you. Hey, man. Hey, bro. How's it going the gal that helps us with our transactions? I go continually between calling her, Shannon and Sharon to this day. Rachel. Know, I do that. With raquel. I do that by the way, she she moved into the cubicle right by the exit door into back is facing. Every single time. I even fake win out the exit door the other day and stayed inside. So she thought I was gone. Over cuba. That's fun. Hey, that's that's the way it is down here. Doug Hopkins, she's gonna have a heart attack. Then we really scaring her pretty pretty bad. I wonder if that's actionable. I wonder if that's harassment in some shape or form. Do you think you can do that at a regular corporate setting where you jump over people's cubicles? Oh. Freak out now. Maybe that's why we've got a couple of open offices right now. Estate agent. You don't scare easily give Doug a call. Give me one of those heart with those things call where you're. Yet. See now. See the young guy figured it out. I got you recall defibrillator, we want to remember that ten years ago. Hey, by the way, you were talking about for months now you've been talking about going down. To the mayo clinic we'll get to real estate after a little while. But real estate's boring compared to EKG's. Stress tests. Yeah. But you went down to the male clinic, you had your your full physical. Doug. And I noticed that you're hearing they didn't immediately admits you into the hospital, dude. He was so funny. United Dr shoes gracious from Romania moved out here like twenty five years ago. She's been working at the mayo clinic for twelve years. But you know, let's say that she lacked a little bit of what we say bedside manner. Very to the point. I think that's what you want out of a doctor. Yeah. Yeah. So well, this is sometimes, but she after you did all these tests be here at six thirty in the morning, then went and finally we bet at four o'clock to go over all the tests and everything that happened. And she's looking at all my results. And she looks at me. She looks at my results. She starts going interesting, and I'm like, oh something's wrong. What's wrong? I don't understand. A adult understand how old's your tests. Come back so good in all normal. And yet you're so obese. That's because Doug took Dylan down to the mail. I was the one that stress tests. No, you actually did them. All yourself all myself. I'll tell you what the because I've been I've been used to go north Syrian. And they put me on the treadmill? They're like, oh, this is a reason. I didn't realize it keeps going up every every minute or so it it increases stress sense. Yeah. And next to you know, she's got me on like a ten inclined going four point two miles an hour. And I start sweating like crazy. I'm like, whoa. How much how much longer? You gotta get your heart rate up to one forty seven. I'm like, oh my gosh. Okay. I'm like, what am I at now because I'm huffing and puffing. Pretty good at one thirty three. I'm like, oh, see that's the problem. He went to orange there before he got into better shape. And then they probably are timing it from the time because I think if I got on the treadmill at one hundred and forty seven within about thirty seconds. Yeah. It gets crazy old orange theory changes the elevations all the time the speed. So that was a walk in the park for you. I'm sure well, it usually, but you're only usually there for a minute. Or ninety seconds smacks. When you're going all out and. I was I was going pretty much all out. I'm like we need to get there fast. Because I don't know how much more gotten me. See here's the thing. Doug. And I gotta tell you. I'm somewhat disappointed because I think you cheated on this genuinely do believe this because what you did is for the three months before the physical. Is you completely changed your lifestyle? Just for those three months. So that you could clean out. You detoxify you went and you started buying grass clippings drink. You did the whole nine you went to orange theory. And all that what you should have done is just lived your normal lifestyle. You should've got drunk the night before coming with an extreme hangover, you should eat and half of a pizza for breakfast. And then the other half the pizza for dinner and the other half for breakfast. That would have given you a true gage as to where you're at. I'll tell you what I did have to cheat days on on Saturday and Sunday right before because I did it on Monday and. On sunday. We had a bunch of people over the football games. And so I ate a bunch of cheese a bunch of chips and stuff and garbage that I shouldn't have had and it still came back. Pretty good, man. She goes she says to me, you must be blessed with very good genetics. Because none of this makes sense. That's her number. We need to get her on the show. I told Doug I go, you know, what if it costs three thousand dollars to do the the physical give me five hundred bucks. And I'll tell you your your blood pressure's probably a little bit higher cholesterol's. Probably a little bit high, you're borderline diabetes. And but boy, you spend the extra money, and they none of that was going on. All right. So how was your week which it was good that went out to California for a board meeting personas advantage, which is a company that buys up in Chicago in in L A and had a great meeting out. There went to the bear Jackson auction, the car show that was what an experience was awesome. What's so great about that? You know, just watching all these cars all these older cars have been restored. Just look awesome. You know, I got to see my first seven billion dollar car car cost seven million never even heard of it before. Honestly, there was a four million dollar car and a seven million dollar car on display there. I'll just like that is insane to me absolutely insane. But I don't get the whole car thing though, not for that much money. I mean, even just say a car that you're driving around I want I want you to drive trucks. But I don't need two hundred thousand dollar truck. I want a truck that's gonna give me up and over whatever I'm trying to get up and over and give me to where I need to be. It doesn't need even be one hundred thousand or seventy now Tobia regular truck at seventy five thousand dollars trophy truck, though that needs to be your dream a trove. No, I really don't I I love my I got my power wagon. And it goes where it needs to be is gonna win on the front, and I'm good to go through those. Unbelievable cars are it's a good thing. I didn't register because I'm horrible at auctions. I just because I want to buy anything. Well, that's good to know. The next time you were doing the buying service at the buying ox. Yeah. No I've done. I've done that before where I seen the house, and I'm like, oh that's going way to cheap. And I put up my hand and one up getting getting houses I've done that before. I remember buying a house sight unseen in. Levin. One time it was like a three thousand square foot house, and I was at an auction. I think was auctioned easy or something like that auction. And I looked at it. I didn't want to buy that.
