"So. Either way either way, it looks good, man. He looks great. Yeah. He looks great. He does house the pizza is the thumbs up. That's thumbs up. It's a really company a really really oh. A well. Known Chicago land heats rea- cool. Yeah. They got a really actually actually I think you can find them in. There's like one or two locations in Florida too. Oh, yeah. Somewhere maybe for Myers or something. I wanna flash back to this interview. Get myself a little pizza. But anyway, I'm sorry. I keep in. No, I love it. I love I just want to. I just wanted to give Jesse shut up. No shadow to Jesse and his pizza and his hairs. Yeah, you're welcome. Yes. You welcome. We love you so summer fest so much summer fest, your dad's talking to Ronnie Irani was unsure it's pretty much dragging. Yeah. Like, dude come on. He had a fine show. Bring them on the road and gave in now he stuck with me. What's up pop? Punk and pizza podcast. This is Alex from I and forever. And I'm here to introduce our brand new single of violet ending this song's about the emotions we've all felt reflecting on the past. Thank you so much for having us and make sure to check us out on Spotify in Twitter. Hope you enjoy do you. The. So what's it been like being ever since being back, and what it's been two thousand fifteen so it's been a while now isn't two thousand nineteen but what's this second run been like in comparison to the first? It's been different. It's it's a lot better in the fact that it's more efficient people kinda got my vibe off that a little bit. Yeah. That's true. I mean, not to say like, I know I left the first time whatever, and there was some semi drama. But that was only towards the end of me leaving really like it's not like my first run was bad. I have some of the best memories of my life on that. I run. Yeah. They both been great both very different a bit more chilled out now for sure, but it's just been it's good. No one steps on each other's toes. At all known as a problem with anyone. I really don't think we argue at all do we. Yeah. We like not at all really only like two seconds of just like, you know, we all live together, and we're like sixty. Yeah. Sixty living together with our own lives. There's every now and then going to be like a little snap here and there, but like definitely nothing dramatic. We've seen a lot of bands implode on or. Not even close that anything like that. Yeah. Oh that happens too often. But yeah, thankfully, that's good. As long. Oh god. Yeah. Long nights drive all the parties glory. Yes. All the the stereotypical things or the business side of things at all. All gets you gets to you after a while. So what is your part been in the latest album, but the awakening mainly I pretty much mainly due auxiliary like lead parts for this band. Yeah. Pretty much any kind of colorful guitar texture or lead or anything is pretty much my forte. You know, the spice bam. Yeah. I'm real. And there's there's plenty of it. Yeah. And as latest I love this latest record concept. I like how it flows it. It's going to be so much better. Man. I'm telling you, I've got so much more musical the ban. It's gonna be great. Yeah. I mean since I know the. That I mean Rhames who's always been like a Christian oriented band, but like sense, you know, being independent for the last one has been seven years. Now, it seems like, you know, seeing that progression is just like being getting more and more comfortable with it. And with all these new releases come hit singles on the Christian rock charts. And it's great to see. Yeah. I think so. Yeah. And I just didn't know like for you with the latest record. What?

"Coming up in a few minutes. I don't know if I ever actually heard your story on how you actually got into red jumpsuit in the first place. I don't think ever heard. As my conversation with Josh Burke of red jumpsuit apparatus continues on pop punk in pizza. Hey, guys, this is Jeff from violent crime. Thanks for having us on the pop punk in pizza podcast. Our song paper Queen is the title track and first single off of our upcoming EP coming out this June kind of jazzy poppy, tune about love lust and broken promises. And I think you're all going to really enjoy it. Dancing. To sign your soul. Dreams. Join. Dan. From. Just. Head. It's in your. His sadden. This stars. Yeah. You're fading. I don't know if I ever actually heard your story on how you actually got into red jumpsuit in the first place. I don't think I've heard that. I get a sip of water. My dry, and you out already. It's all good the stories just like kinda long. I try to bring it up as much as I can. Yeah. You don't have to you. Don't have to tell all the details. But I I literally did an interview last night actually told the same story. So I'm like, oh, yeah. Okay. So. Yeah. Because I don't remember. I mean, and this has been let's see two thousand thirteen that's like six years ago. Right. Yeah. Those in the first wave. Yeah. So I don't even know we played here at the Joe's than now the forge. Back in two thousand eleven to is my very first hours little baby seventeen. Yeah. We're here. Twenty five twenty five. Two thirty. Hey, you're you're further with night twenty eight. So I'll be twenty great rather. I'll be twenty nine in and in June Elia, but but no. Yeah. I don't think when we were on that three week tour with you guys back in two thousand thirteen I don't think I've heard your story about how you join the ban in the first place. I just remember. Yeah. He's like seventeen or or whatever. And he's amazing. That's all. I really remember. Yeah. It's it's kind of interesting. I'm going to summarize it as best as I can like I said, I'm somewhat prep for this one finally worked out all the kinks. Let it fly. Basically, I I was born and raised in a place called Syracuse, New York. It's like a small city. Upstate definitely not near Manhattan or anything about five hours north west. Yeah, that's far. Exactly. So just get your mind, not Manhattan for sure. But anyways, it was just like a smaller venue smaller than tonight for sure and jumps who was coming to town. It was kinda poorly promoted like the only reason why even new reg who was coming to town because I randomly on a win. This is such a crazy thing because I never at the time was like really checking out bands too much kind of play guitar, but I just decided to go to red jumpsuit website, listen to music as kind of get into. All right. Let's see their dates what the hell and it wasn't listed on the venue's website. I didn't hear any ad from it. I just saw on their schedule. So unfortunately, poorly for them. Unfortunately. Now, a lot of kitchen, but for me was great because my dad and I capitalized, and we just like we just like going out early in like checkout bands and stuff back in the day. Especially was. It was just like our bonding thing my dad was trying to get me out there for sure because he he knew whatever he just saw the gift he knew I could do it. I don't know if he knew I had a gift. Well, he would say that. I don't know if I think I have a gift or anything, but I gotta gift slot. Not everyone can do what you do. I guess I can't do what a lot of people do. But anyways. But no one can do it like you can jeeze here we go. That's what I mean by gift, we all just like, Ronnie, no can do it. Ronnie can't. Yeah. Hundred percent. Know, I could do it. He does I'd be if they're doing it. But I'm not bind. So back to New York. Yes. New York promoted show poorly promoted, so not too many people who are out there. So because of that it's like pretty relaxed vibe. You know what I mean? Yeah. I show with like a line around the corner, it's gonna be pretty tight a lot of security downstairs. Alright. Yeah. Exactly. So because I would just kind of make in my dad, and I we kind of knew people from the like the local music scene too. So they didn't pay any minus not around a bunch, whatever. And then I saw the band was coming out, obviously, a fan of been kind of recognize a couple of guys, but I didn't really know faces too much even time like I I don't know. I just don't really know face many bands. Actually, like a lot of music is blind. Like, I don't even know what they look like. Yeah. I did the same thing. I'd always wonder what is the singer? So I know right. Voice. Can't from. Yeah. I love that. I love that story. But anyways, so going to summarize it down. Now, we talked to Ronnie for a little bit. And then eventually came to a point where I guess he needed to get like strings or something I Qatar player at the time and there was guitar center. Right around the corner and my dad, and I being locals we decided to give ride, but I couldn't even drive yet. Anyhow, right. Fifteen or sixteen at this point. Like, yeah. It was like two thousand ten so. So we gave him a ride to the Qatar center. And this is the first time I had someone like was making use it for living pretty much in front of me while I had a guitar so holy shit. Like, this is it. This is a bit of an opportunity, right? Like so capitalize plugged into an app turned up real loud. Not too too obnoxious to be decent Qatar center. Start playing the usual. Young people please by the way, turn down the apps. Yeah. People working there. They hate their lives sometimes because you just way too loud. Terrible, man. It's terrible. I I choose not to go to Qatar center for that. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly hundred percent anyways, shadow took a tire center. But yes, I mean, not that guitar center is just great does some of the the loudest. Yeah. Some of the customers that come in we call that punishment and you're getting punished anyways. So I played in front of Ron. Here's some stuff long story short. We ended up like talking about building a band around me. We kept in touch broke some songs, and then eventually came to the point where. I'm now think freshly seventeen at this point and. I was at my local ice cream. Shop called big dip in north Syracuse with my high school girlfriend. That's and. And I got call. Nineteen fifty did. It was tight, and it is a nineteen fifties to some imagery here. It's like a nineteen fifties style old school neon. Sign saying big dip in all caps above it and pink neon man shack. It is legendary such good ice cream shadow to bit. But I got a call from my dad saying, hey, just so, you know, I think Ronnie's going to call you. And I think he needs tar player, and it was for this show called summer fest. And that we can Katy Perry's headlining the walkie in Milwaukee. All my gosh. So he calls me, he asked me what I know. He's like we need to tar player for this festival while I had no idea what I was getting into. But I basically told them like eight songs from jumpsuit like some of them. I didn't even know that while, but I figured I'm gonna go home right now complete these four shirt so long story short. Oh my gosh. Here we are coming to the end I flew to Florida did some rehearsals literally like a day or two rehearsals. I think than we flew up to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, headlined, the rock stage, and it was it was a lot of fun. I'm not gonna lie and then joined pretty much that night. My dad actually pretty much convinced. Ronnie Ronnie was really worried about my age seventeen. I don't know about I wasn't even I wasn't even outta high. School's actually a high school junior. Well, it was like the summer going into senior year. I think so I just see where you. He was playing. Play guitar in the band that point right? That's right. That's what I thought. Yes. Jesse jesse's TSE, the wonderful TM. Yes. The dude he is funny. Nice. I don't remember your hair having the the blonde. Get just gonna chew into the Mike gray coming in the gray. "Coming up after the break. So what happened on your time off what is your life in for about a year to half? I just honestly took time off saved up some money with red jumpsuit over the years toured with them, and I just kind of like I just took time off I needed it clear. My head figure out who the hell I even him. Honestly as my conversation with Josh Burke of red jumpsuit apparatus continues on pop punk and pizza. Hey, Josh more from bluefin here so much for tuning into this podcast. You're going to be hearing my new single nothing left to lose in the song about following dreams. I hope you like it. Sick. Live is. Nothing. So what happened on your time off? What is? What is life and for about a year to half? I honestly took time off saved up some money with red jumpsuit over the years toured with them, and I just kind of like I just took time off I needed it clear. My head figure out who the hell, I even AM honestly. And I still don't we're all still learning. Honestly, we are all still learning. Yeah. I got another gig. He's like Las Vegas gig this act called recycled percussion and got third place. America's got talent stuff. Yeah. They did really really great gig and shout out to recycled percussion, I still do gigs with them every now, and then so you're my voice, you fly out to Vegas, or they they play shows all over to every now, and then a lot of biggess they just called me up every now and then when the extra hand or so recycled percussion. Yeah. So is it exactly what it sounds like it is exactly what it sounds like it was a like percussion drum based show very in your face, very flamboyant, very like eighty style. Like, we had the Trix, and fireworks and all this crazy stuff on. Yeah. It was it was a huge production big screens. And all that. So it was fun. I got literally shred I think once or twice a week. That was literally. That's it. Yeah. Because it was like a residency. Okay. Touring like true. So is it easy easy? Lacks. Awesome gig with great people great team. So so you spend time in Vegas or did you just fly in and out? Yeah. I spend time Vegas Alaska. Lot of Canada dates lot of weird places for sure. So they've got they've got percussion, obviously. Yes. But then. About them for a long time. Just curious just curious thing for sure. Yeah. I know it's not bridge oriented, but it's it's Josh Burke going. Yeah. It is. Yeah. No, I love it. Yeah. It's it was mainly percussion bass show. I had to learn how to like do drums and do like choreography and really and even like DJ like pads stuff like I had to do cues and stuff for like the LED screens. And it was just such an awesome learning experience because up until then always just been guitar. Yeah. Hard just go out there and play music. Well, which is what we do in a band. We're not really like choreographed or anything like that every night. Whatever. If you haven't caught on yet, we're not choreographed. We're about grunge as it gets. But but that was such a ops element. And it kinda liked taught me how to like. Throw myself out there, even if it's like a weird. You know what I mean? I know I know what you're saying. Well, it it definitely gave you something different to something different experience. Yeah. And so so then after that was pretty much joining back up with Jay. How did that get reintroduced? So is doing that gig. I was on like is like contract gig. It's kinda hard to explain it's it's a really weird thing. You're not in the business, especially, but yeah, we're like freelance workers, I mean some of us hired guns. Yep. So as I was contract for that gig for about six months, and then I was allowed to do whatever I wanted pretty much, and at that point, I was kinda craving touring again and playing real ban in like not that recycled isn't real. But it's not like a it's not it's not. It's not definitely let's let's rock out. Rocco? I dunno. Just weird. He would have to see to know it, man. It was it was I am really curious about how you I'm not gonna lie. Yeah. I don't mean to take anything from the show. It's like anything. The show's mind is great. The gig was great. I don't know. I kind of missed like be on the road and stuff, and I guess, I guess we could say this red jumpsuit is more like laid back, probably right. Because with what you were describing it's like all these lights. They're just they're just different. I can't I can't compare them. But basically, my time was up with my contract for that gig. They didn't really have anything for me after it too much. Just kind of like, oh, we'll figure out on the same type, whatever. Yeah. Bright. When I heard that Ronnie called me basically asked me to come back so little like, so he remains. Yes. Okay. Well, I guess it was because he had a wedding coming up, but I could not be at the wedding. I was traveling. And it was that was the first like this is the first free kindle ask because we talked for a minute. And so I sent him a wedding card because I think he sent me an invite the wedding. So I don't know it just little things lead to us. Actually, finally reconnecting. And as soon as soon as he called me soon as we had our first phone call. It was great. He could tell I was happy. I tell you is happy. We both ended it on such a positive thing. So it was tight it's, you know, some some bands. And some members have just like a long story. You know, we have a little bit. But well now, especially like you said the second run with the band has been on longer than it's been longer than the first one. It's been better is just been. Yeah, we're taking it really serious in just but having fun having a lot of fun at the same time. So it's just great times are good now. No complaints. It's great to hear that. I always enjoyed seeing you on stage in and I will say when you were gone and the the one or two shows that I saw while you were gone. I was sad. Thank you so much. That's that's nice to hear. I really wasn't. Then when I came back, and I think it was we were just talking about. I think it was for the tenth anniversary tour for fake it. I believe which is. The best I've seen guys so far. And the last thing that we all thought was oh, we're going to have to make sure we leave extra early because there might be snow. Yes. I said snow snow in April Illinois, the end of April not like the beginning of April. We actually did have snow earlier this month to besides what happened this last weekend. But anyway, so I'm driving up there. And so far is just nothing. But. Rain. And then I get like I dunno halfway there, and it starts leading. And then by the time, I get to Rockford. It is full blown snowman the hallway there. I'm just like what's going on January again. I was so confused on what time of the year. It was anyway, we had a great time plan Rockford. I'm really excited about today's episode because it was a lot of fun. They're always a lot of fun though. But this one in particular, it was kind of like stepping back in time. I've mentioned this on the podcast before. I've mentioned it on the last episode to just a quick refresher. So today's guest is the league cars of red jumpsuit apparatus, Josh Burke, and back in two thousand thirteen in February of thirteen I got to go on a tour with a red jumpsuit apparatus, I was selling merch for a band that was on this tour with red jumpsuit? So it wasn't like I was working for red jumpsuit. I was actually working for this other band called the action blast. If you ever get a chance check him out. Not pop punk more like hard rock scream. Oh that kind of thing. But really great band. I miss those guys. They're no longer together. But I was selling merchandise for action blast while they're on tour with the red jumpsuit. So I got to know the guy's a little bit from red jumpsuit and sense that tour in two thousand thirteen I've seen them quite a few times when they've pass through the pass through the Chicago area, and it's been. A while since I've seen them just because the last two or three years have been cut a crazy with heaven or becoming a father having a son. And then you know, the separation I'm currently going through. So I was finally able to see them here just about I feel like it's been a three weeks ago about three weeks now to two weeks for sure maybe three weeks ago. I got to see them and Joliet at the forge and it was great to sit down with Josh. And after Josh, and I did our thing. And actually, some of the other members chimed into John did and other tour manager Jesse you you're going to hear both of their voices throughout the episode today a little bit, but it's mainly just Josh chatting off Mike actually had some really great conversations. With Randy winter, who's the rhythm guitarist of the band, and that's Ronnie winter Ronnie winters, the lead vocalist if you're not. Familiar? That's his brother. We had a great conversation together just talking about life. And he told me some told me some really crazy stories that I've never heard about him before an actually really inspired me in a really positive way. So thank you for that. Randy if you're listening man, but anyway, so back to Josh though, Josh Burke, we talked about all kinds of different things. Just a couple of things to list off that I can think of off hand we talked about how he first joined the band, who's a very very young actually when he joined the band, he's still very young. But he was extremely young like teenager young. So we talk about that. He did actually quit the band for a period of time. And we talk about what he did during that period. Talk about bands that he would love to tour with excetera. It was just a great time all around so also throughout this episode. We are going to hear some amazing music today. We're going. To hear from violent crime. I and forever and blueprint all really great band. So we're going to be taking breaks and listening to their tune. So without further ado, Josh Burke of red jumpsuit apparatus. Okay. Back at the green room at forge in Juliet here and talking with someone. I haven't talked to in a longtime. Yes. Josh Burke from Reggie sued apparatus league ITAR issed, and we were talking about a number of things before we started recording. And we're eating pizza though, things. Yes. Pablo pizza? I was actually going to maybe I still will. I'll put up a poll later on on our one of our either Facebook or Twitter and ask people if they think red jumpsuit apparatus likes pineapple pizza or Hawaiian pizza. You know, that's a controversy. People are very offended with pineapple pizza. But I just want to let everyone know that reg is one hundred percent four ham and pineapple on pizza for everyone. Yes. If you're you know, whatever you need to need to reevaluate your life. Right. Exactly. That's how I feel anyway. 'cause whatever makes you happy. On your pizza. It'd be closed minded either. No, whatever what that's what I say about the whole situation. There's some people that are just so they're so against it. We from taste buds. You know, whatever, you know, is really good. I've had really good taco pizza. Okay. Four. Yeah. Pizza. Yeah. Only like the really crappy version at like Taco Bell, honestly, Mexican pizza. I think it's called old guy that still kicking. Yeah. Is it really? We still have the Mexican pizzas percent. Oh, man. We get down with it. Okay. T-bill? Well, go. Yeah. I love taco bone to. But anyway, it's been a long time since we've talked. And we were just talking about how you've been in and out of the band. Just why guess it's you left once right? But. So back story. I I know I've talked about this on the podcast before. But in February of two thousand thirteen I got opportunity to run merch for a band called action blast and they were on tour with Jim suit. And that's how I met. Josh. And everyone else is shot out the action blast. Yeah. I missed a lot of fun. That was so much fun, man. That was their great ban live and everything man, they kill it. So we miss those guys. Yeah. It was it was such a great a great tour with with Broadway, and you guys and Yan action blast that we little chemistry will head. It was just. But so yeah, you actually left the band later that year and from what I was told it was to pursue college possibly or something. That's old. I don't remember whatever we'll get it out there a little bit. Who cares? It's all water under the bridge. There was a little bit of drama when I left I was really young too. Like when I look back at it. That's why more so understand it. There was some drama with the band, not anything like absolutely crazy by any means nothing really dark or anything. That's but a it was just a little too much for me to handle. And I was in the band of that point from seventeen to twenty like I hadn't even understand what grown up was there anything really it's kind of being on the roads kind like being in the military. Like, you kinda just you go with it a little bit unless you're the one calling the shots. And I'm not really I'm not really that personality TM or anything. So. Yeah. Just go with it. But I don't know there's a little bit of drama back in the day. But it's all wonder under the bridge is a long time ago, but not related pursue college. Not gonna lie. I could've sworn us, bro. That one. I could've swore said that. Yeah. We said that just to you know, we're we're still trying to be professional about everything. Yeah. So, you know, but technically, I mean, not completely wrong. Because you from what you're telling me sounds like you're trying to get a taste of like what real like real life was like not that being on tour isn't. Real life. But from what you're saying. It's exactly true. It's it's completely different. It's yeah. It's like you were saying it's like being in the military 'cause you always have to be somewhere at a certain time, you're constantly moving your in. You know, it's not it's not a very tedious job either. So it's like. I find a lot of musicians, you know, this isn't like offensive everything. But like for not really good at many other things to be honest. Like a lot of musicians will agree with you in this. When you know, you're meant for it. It's really tough to go back. So I don't know that did definitely happen to me. But you know, whatever happens to a lot of musicians. Coming

Coming

"Smith goes to Lansing. Our annual Lansing broadcast. Frank Beckmann will be here in a week. I think for the state of the state address governor Gretchen Whitmer 's I addressed to the people she'll be joining us a little later at eight sixteen. We're just up here. Saying hi to folks and talking to some of the people around that are in Lansing. But you keep listening to WJR Frankel have all of the the senators, and the all the folks up here that are the movers and shakers and trying to get stuff done and the representatives and all of that that's February fifth the governor's state of the state, and frankly be here the morning after. What are you holding up six? Oh, February sixth. Oh, he'll be there. The six, okay. February fifth is the governor state of the state February sixth. I've got a lot of people helping me this morning February sixth as broadcast the day after the state of the State, Mr Beckman will be here. Meanwhile, at six forty eight we're trying to you know, you come into Lansing, you see the state house. You see it's it's glorious just like when is it on a smaller scale than when you go to Washington, for example. But it's still something it's the seat of government. It's important to us in Michigan. And there are a lot of places. Different folks that are involved in a lot of different things. And here's one we're going to learn a little bit more about. Josh Berg act is the director of the Michigan landbank fast track authority. I let me say good morning. Josh morning. Josh. How are you? I'm great Paul. Good morning. How are you? I am. Excellent. Nice to to have you here. You have a nice office building that you're in. But it's a little early in the morning at six forty nine. I certainly understand it appreciate that. But we were talking sitting around here with our coffee this morning, and you've got Ted. You've got planted 'em. You've got EMMY DC you've got Mitijda. And of course, you've got the Michigan landbank fast track authority. So a lot of different organizations and alphabets to to serve the people of Michigan. Tell us with the Michigan landbank fast track authority does. Probably work every day to create positive impact. Miskin communities by recycling lands productive use. So we managing excuse me about twenty eight hundred properties across the state that we that are unproductive at this point in time. And we want to get them back in the hands of private owners, and we work with community members, developers Mundus penalties all across the state to return properties to the tax role and create community development opportunities that once again. So this state agency as we mentioned there are several really is helping people get rid of blight in a word. Absolutely blade is an issue all over the state of Michigan and every community is is dealing with it. And we try to help them with it. For instance, we just released a three hundred and fifty thousand dollar grant where communities in counties less than fifty thousand in population can apply for up to fifty thousand dollars to help remove white from their community. Senator Sam us was instrumental in introducing that those dollars and providing some dental funding for. Four small communities in Michigan. But we've been doing that for the last ten years we've done over eighty four million dollars with of player elimination. And once you remove the blight. That's just the first step Paul. Then you've got to focus on what is next and redeveloping that property returning to the tax rolls to create an economic impact for the community. Well, love the fact that you've identified a problem that Michigan in your own words. Michigan landbank director. Jasper get Michigan is currently facing a shortage of local real estate developers. And to create new economic opportunities for Michiganders'. You guys are offering workshops and training seminars to help increase the number of local land developers. You're actually helping people who've always dreamed of being a land developer on smaller scale projects you're helping them do that. How do they get involved with these these various opportunities and workshops and training seminars question, we're working with the incremental development alliance. And they specialize in exactly what you just said in training wannabe, developers who have. Always had a desire and an interest in taking the vacant land or blighted property, and and creating something new we just don't have enough of those people here in the state. We have great developers and great construction workers in the state of Michigan. But they're all busy, and they're all doing large projects when we look at land banks across the state, we have well over one hundred thousand properties that are owned by land banks in the state of Michigan. We need more people interested in taking our property to get them back to productive use. So you can find information on our website at Michigan dot gov slash landbank. Or you can check our Facebook page. There's plenty of information on how you get involved. We have in your area we have workshops coming up in Highland Park area. So we have some stuff in southeast Michigan. But then we have locations all across the state or we'll be able to train people. Yeah. Okay. Actually specifically. A couple of small developer seminars are still open for registration. I would strongly suggest you go to Michigan dot gov slash land Bank. For more information. And and I hope Josh we can get you to check in with us from time to time. Let us know what's going on. And we'll let our listeners now. I sounds like great opportunities. No, no question. And and I would love to and there's there's all sorts of exciting opportunities big and small we have properties located all over the state of Michigan and in different sizes, different conditions, and we like to work with people just to try to get these properties back to put up to Royal. Boy, this is a wonderful opportunity. We appreciate it. Josh briquet. Who is in fact, the Michigan landbank fast track authority director, and we're going to be hearing a lot from you. Because you bring to people a lot of opportunity. Thanks, paul. I started was looking at the capitol. And that's something that we don't take for granted every day. We love coming to work in Lansing and working for the people in Michigan. Good for you. I'm very happy to hear that. Josh. I'm glad you said that thanks for being with us. Thanks. Josh Burke, yet, the Michigan land Bank fast track authority director, but he gave me three more initials, the incremental development alliance the idea and the folks in item Michigan a very happy about that. Now with Ted Ida implanted MED, and Mr.. This is PWS at six fifty four. This is the time of year to think big. And with Michigan's economy roaring, many Michigan businesses are targeting growth beyond borders, both nationally around the world with new opportunities, though, come challenges. There are new legal and regulatory issues not to mention new customer and supplier relationships that businesses must confront when entering those new.
