Fresh update on "josh allen" discussed on The Bill Simmons Podcast
"And three first round picks that they're throwing too then the best offense. How do you project that. Conversely how do you. How do you project wilson. 'cause everybody talks about a garbage schedule he played and byu. And it's like well yeah. Of course he look good in the byu games be when he gets when jumps level will see but that was not the case. We used against josh allen and then he was. But i don't know how you do this. And you're going to bat fifty percent regardless of what your strategy strategies basketball so much easier feels like to decide who's good. I just think it's like that kid from baylor. I didn't watch a lot of college basketball this year. But i watched some march madness for my kids gonna be pro like amid. I know the things that he's good at translates to the nba. At noah pick. He's gonna go but he will be a good pro am positive whereas quarterbacks that's like people just even trevor lawrence sure thing generational talent and then you'll see stuff like that doesn't really love. Football could take it or leave it. Like those are red flags. Don't we know that's the red flag. Red flags doesn't really love it. Isn't that that one thing we're looking for here. I would have loved to vote. I signed with a ringer leg quote. I give him like. I'm not sure that matt into this didn't have a lot of you know figure. I figure i'll just kick the tires on this experience for a little while but can't wait to get started. Pursuant doesn't really love audio. yeah he does. It doesn't really love it like when somebody's saying that about a quarterback. I just get nervous. I'm sorry i don't care what. How good is physical tools. Are you know it's always funny. Though whenever i hear about big guys believed the rule with big is in the nba is big is. Don't love basketball. And then yeah i remember like thinking. It was so terrible. When i would hear about some big guy. That doesn't love basketball. And then i was like man. I'm actually surprised. Now when i hear about a guy that does love basketball. Like that's one of the things i love about. Embiid is i think he loves beating up on guys show. Yeah right. I use different. I almost don't think of him as as a big but then we'll hear a story about some other guy. It'd be like what to do with him but he hates basketball. Manning hates it and so that's that would always make sense because you're like. Hey you're huge. You're going to be seven feet. Here's a basketball shoes. And now you're going to be on all these travel teams and we're gonna see we get you into college and you're probably like all right whatever. I guess. I'll just do this. But if you're a quarterback and it's true about you i don't know man. I watched all those in games. I never felt like there was a moment where i go. This kid's not into it is a fierce competitor. Yes given his body up all the time. He's a sick athlete Dilfer said hey you know all you guys at. He's super clean. He's a little long and his throw. But i don't even think i care about mechanics anymore because whenever anybody says like oh look at his foot work and look at his mechanics. I'll be like yeah. Okay but how many times do you get the plant and like follow-through perfectly with these clean throws you actually don't so it really does come down to arm talent and arm strength and this baseball thing. Everybody's in love with post mahomes. Which what wilson has all these weird angles and bad yell at forms and getting the ball out. And i know that i have been convinced. I'm right about a quarterback and i was unbelievably wrong. And i don't think it's getting any better as you said and i've i've done it. I may even do it again this week. On my podcast. Run through it. If you're being nice it's fifty percent busts. You have five guys going to class and three years later half the class is going to be somewhere else and no one's getting any better at this position like no one's ever getting any better evaluating this thing because i think the things that people talked about for years you know. I had draft stories on right. So chris simms was talking about. How bowler you member when we were younger. Hearing about this kyle fuller dude who could throw it through the uprights on his knees from seventy yards out and you're just like oh my god that's amazing not realizing how incredibly relevant it is the okay cool like you have the circus trick and it doesn't fucking mean anything so i think the hardest thing that position is all this stuff that used the look at think about and now with even more stats and every possible video and all the information you can have and no one's getting any better drafting position just proves how hard is not that the guys are bad at it. I've i remember when as it is bannon grant and doing all the thing about charisma and the qb position. How maybe that's what they should be looking at more than arnold was the premise shake. Give give me with was in the first paragraph. guide this salonga. This isn't even a terrible idea. Actually you know what i mean like. I'm you know it was. It was whatever mark sanchez when whoever was the espn analyst was something like there were five. Qb's in that draft and he said something like if if you were going out with those five qb's you're going to toss the car keys to one of them. You toss into sanchez. He's got it. And i think i did a remembered hoping mccollum belly you have that kind of should be what counts as qb. Who's got that weird. Bleeders thing that you can even see would like little kids you can see with eight-year-olds like somebody kinda takes charge. Somebody's kind of alpha. And you kind of need that with the qb position for whatever reasons the one that the ones that make it.
Former Chicago Bears QB Mitchell Trubisky Signs One-Year Deal With Bills
"Announced earlier today former bears quarterback mitch trubisky signing a one year deal with the buffalo bills presumably to backup josh allen. There it is a two and a half million dollar deal with some incentives tied into it. That's injury presumably would be the other scenario. He gets beat out for the backup and he's the third. Is that one. maybe it gets cut. It's a there's a chance he'll be the backup. Let me ask you this question though. Because it's easy and it's if we're making fun of mitchell way or mitchell and that's worthy of being made fun of i think but not this. He's okay right you know. He's making more than a lot of hardworking people. You know literally do in a lifetime in this bad year but they are in the end of these players these reaching the pinnacle of their profession. And it's a billion dollar profession. They make money. They're supposed to make. I mean to me. The beauty of the nfl's rev share agreement. Is they're saying okay. The players contribute fifty percent the infrastructure. The all legacy to have the trademarks team. You know however you want to think about that fifty percent we take the money in. We divvied up and go. I mean to me that means that you can't even debate if collectively that you were jones but collectively with the players deserve their millions and millions and billions ultimately. They do that said we can. Because they're making so much money. We can have some fun with it. But i gotta be honest. I think that trubisky getting resigned by the bears was closer than we thought. Because i would make the following case. Let me ask you joan. What you would have made the odds. I don't we didn't do it at the time but right when this season let's say the regular season ended and those that remember obviously foles got her trubisky came back in play statistically significantly. Better at that point. I would have guessed about thirty percent chance. The trubisky would've had been rinse we signed in some significant way. Not like a five hundred million dollar deal but a real deal. I think the odds weren't worse than thirty percent. What would you have guessed. The is debate. I yeah i would have said probably about the same because that was a lot of the discussions i know in and around chicago that day. Did he play himself back into consideration for the twenty twenty one quarterback job and when i see him getting beat out for the job. I don't mean that. As a slight m i actually think. He's a much better quarterback than people give him credit for. I think for that kind of money if somebody comes in and outplays him buffalo's not gonna be tied to that contract like if he would have signed for seven or eight million
Dallas Cowboys Reach Multi-Year Deal With Star Quarterback Dak Prescott
"Salary cabin number for two thousand and twenty one is going to be twenty two point two million dollars all right now. Head dak prescott. In franchise tag again this will happen in a procedural sense but had to cow tried to go at this with dak prescott on the franchise tag for the two thousand and twenty one season. We've talked about this a number of times. That value would have been thirty. Seven point seven million dollars so the fact that the cow is now have him onto the books. We're talking about the value that is on the books in the books. However you want to look at the books whether they're e books or physical books whatever the case may be that value is now twenty two point two million dollars now. I know that we have all said some things about the dallas cowboys but they are not complete dummies. They surely budgeted for the franchise tag value. Because let's be honest. They came about twenty four hours. We think you know. Close to having the actually placed the franchise tag and maybe carried out with that prescott. So the cowboys have room for the franchise tag at the very least so you look at that quake matt that adam schefter was kind enough to do for you. That is fifteen point. Five million dollars that the dallas cowboys suddenly have because they've got this long term deal with that prescott. This is something that we've been saying for two years now. If you do this you can. You can kick this down the road. You can prorate it you can extended you can whatever term you want to put on it. You can spread the impact of the deal out of the signing bonus of the overall guaranteed money out over the lives of the contract so it doesn't hit you all at once. That's the one killer about the franchise tag is that it is fully and completely guaranteed in franchise tag is a one year deal so the value of it last year and dak prescott was on the tag for thirty one point. Four million dollars. The two thousand twenty dallas cowboys had to absorb that value all at once and they would have had to have done it again. Here in two thousand and twenty one but because they have adjusted that they now have fifteen and a half million dollars that they were seemingly budgeting for dak prescott that now they can apply to different areas. Maybe it is a safety. Maybe it's a defensive end. Maybe it's a defensive tackle. Maybe it's you know an offensive tackle. But they want swing tackled death whatever the case may be. We know that the cowboys obviously hold the tenth overall. Pick in the draft. They could go a number of different directions there. They wanna cornerback kayla farther patrick's retain do wanna take one of the tackles and rashawn slater as all this is. This is setting up and this is an important thing. I want you to hear me here and watch me here. You cannot waste this money. If dallas cowboys the whole point and getting this done with thac prescott besides obviously establishing having the best player on your team for the foreseeable future the point in doing this is to alleviate the salary cap space now. And i don't like the term when now if you watch us often you know that but you look state of the nfc east. It is by sudha. I mean the philadelphia. Eagles are a disaster. The new york giants doping daniel jones is legitimate. The washington football team has a great team but is void of the most important position of the game and a quarterback. Maybe they'd get somebody this cycle as we all expect quarterbacks to change teams at a higher rate than usual but the case in point is at the dallas cowboys are now. We're going to see this all day on tuesday by the way and we'll talk about it of course but they're going to be overwhelming favorites to win the nfc streit and you think about the conference that they plan is really a contender in the nfc. And i mean that with all due respect to the reigning champion tampa bay buccaneers. But you've got the bucks you've got the green bay packers and then who scares you. May maybe the rams you believe in matthew stafford but the point is thinking about the afc. I mean the. Afc has the bills and the ravens and the chiefs and the titans and the steelers and the browns. I mean you could go. A number of different ways. Did the colts have carson. Wentz ends up getting his act together and so the cowboys play in the weakest division in the weaker conference and so now they have this opportunity to really kind of take their future in the here and now they have fifteen and a half million dollars that they weren't necessarily planning on having use it and if they don't use it it is all for not so i mean we are all imploring the dallas cowboys to ultimately use this salary cap space. This is a very very very luxurious gift. That they now have been afforded that they didn't previously have so shattered of course to the dallas cowboys. Let's see here let's move. I'm i wanna talk of course about the bonus the dak prescott because well. It's stupid large. I mean it's amazing. Dak prescott has now the largest signing bonus in the nfl. You look at joe flacco. Once upon a time. Got forty million. Dollars matt ryan forty six and a half. Remember if you're on the fence about this value. We've talked about this before as well. Matt ryan became the first quarterback in nfl history to average over. He had thirty but to average at least thirty million dollars per year with his new contract that he signed with the atlanta falcons in two thousand and eighteen. That was three years ago. Dak prescott signed a four six year. Deal whatever you wanna call it. That was three years ago. They matt ryan signed that he was the first quarterback to hit the thirty million dollars a year. Mark prescott just hit forty but the reality and we've been saying this forever is that there are so many deals coming around the bend. Josh allens gotta get paid. Lamar jackson's gotta get paid. Baker mayfield's got to get paid extra calories. He's going to get paid the year after that. It's going to be time for joe burrow to finally get paid and when all of those players get paid this forty million dollars a year. Mark the dak prescott got this one hundred twenty six million dollar. Total guaranteed is sixty six million dollar signing bonus all these things that are currently the top of the nfl. The most in nfl history. That's the verbiage in determining that you're hearing associated with this and it's all literally true but it's all going to get pushed down because all of these players on this list. Joe flacco matt ryan matthew stafford at fifty million signing bonus. Aaron rodgers fifty. Seven and a half russell wilson not going to be a dallas cowboy now by the way sixty five million dollars. Dak prescott topped that all of these quarterbacks in all likelihood we'll top that that's the reality of the nfl things are always moving in one direction. It is up
What they're saying: Philadelphia Eagles, Wentz or other teams — who has the leverage?
"All about away. Bought away by the way. The miami dolphins got their guy. I just meant they got us. That dude is they got a guy young guy so let's put some. what are we talking about. Let's put the question. Then this way. And by the way i would say this right now to are coordinating producer. Pete mcconville and our producer. Allie grenade. i don't understand how we do not yet have a feature called jeff saturday. Who's high this week. I mean every week jeff. Hester name that's got to become a tuesday stable. Is this week. We make a segment out of everything on this show but markets very quickly. If the dolphins get forgetting about guam if the dolphins get to shawn watson are they the biggest threat to kansas city in the afc next year. Yeah they are. And i know i say that because i saw were buffalo did. But i'm taking the sean before. I take josh allen and their defense. I'm taking miami. Defense with the sean. Look the inspire football. You play when you have a guy at that position that you know you can't win wit. It takes it to a different level. I love how floor is coaching. But i do think that sometimes going in and out with fits magic and into mayor. Put this team in kabul unknown territory. About what their identity was offensively and the defense never had a question. About what their identity. Would you bring this on. You answer that question. That's our quarterback. Raise the level of play of everybody around you. Oh and yeah let me tell you why. Because he threw for the most yards went out of number one receive on team this year. That's how good he is. Listen this is a no brainer. I would love to see desha watson and josh allen go toe-to-toe for years to come in that division and see who can make it out and then get the kansas city potentially in the afc championship bottom line in miami. They've been trying to find the next dan marino for twenty years. They thought maybe you're still may have him into a tunga vilo but shawn watson is as much more. A known commodity will see if that plays out. Meanwhile quarterback rumors are everywhere including these that the eagles wanna move carson wentz. We know that. What kind of market are they. Finding darlington has the very latest. It could be very interesting. Plus lebron james having another mvp caliber season. You'll hear why jay williams thinks he should win the academy award as well. That's on the way this is get up on. Espn do you own. Read your home share. You and i bet it can be hard work. You know it's easy bundling policies with geico geico makes it easy to bundle your homeowner's or renter's insurance along with your auto policy. It's a good thing too because you already have so much to do around your home. Go to geico dot com. Get a quote and see how much you could save. Its gyco easy visit. Geico dot com. Today that's geico dot com on. We go get up. And another of the quarterback trade sagas continues this one involving that main carson wentz whom league sources believe is on the way out of philadelphia and the eagles may also explore options with his longtime tight. Ends zach ertz. Perhaps philly could include ertz in a wentz package to maximize trade value. Words has one year and eight point. Two five million dollars left on his contract it look. There's a whole lot of speculation in jeff darlington insider here. I'll start with you as to why no deal has been worked out with wentz yet and one of the ways that i look at it from afar is maybe eagles. Just overestimate what it is. People might be willing to give up for wentz at this point when you consider the contract that he has. It's essentially the same circumstance as jared goff in los angeles and the rams had to pay a team to take him off their hands. So is that how similar or those situations and could that be. What's holding this thing up. Well very possible. Greedy speaking with a source with the eagles who certainly understand everything. That's going on with this deal. And you know the one thing that he said. I said what's the holdup here in his answers february sixteenth. Today lear doesn't even start for another month by a bunch of exclamation points and there is something certainly to that. March nineteenth is the date that they'd have to decide on paying him. That ten million dollar rostov on this. This is the runway that they're working with now. Of course you do want to make sure that you make the most of your leverage multiple teams involved. You don't wanna lose one of those teams and then Maybe cost yourself some compensation from that other team but we can point out here that This this source also told me that there is no no trade clause in carson wentz deal so it doesn't really matter say he wants to go to the colts but they're getting more compensation from the bears. They could just send him to the bears. It wouldn't be a problem
Why 10 Super Bowl Appearances Won't Satisfy Tom Brady
"Hey thanks for joining me man. Good to be here. Seth wicker sham is a senior writer at espn and he's covered. Tom brady since his rookie year in the nfl. Words with you. Seth you are. Espn's resident. tom. Brady you've been covering brady for nearly twenty years. I believe at this point. You're the first person to report. That brady was looking for a way out of new england back when that was on thinkable and honestly kind of dangerous to suggest in the boston area. But your piece out. Today ahead of. Tom brady's tenth super bowl in tampa bay with the buccaneers. It actually begins a decade ago back in new england. What happened a couple years ago. I was in tom. Brady's house and we were in his living room and he was telling a funny story about bill belichick. It was a saturday morning meeting before a game against new york. Jets and bella. Check was watching film of mark sanchez. Running out of the pocket rolling to his right players it is heels and he had a wide open receiver about sixty yards downfield on the opposite hash. So that's an almost impossible. Throw to attempt. I mean few quarterbacks ever would try that throw even fewer would complete it and the way that brady told it to me. That ballot check was just watching the play unfold and he was like just throw it. He's wide open. Why isn't sanchez. Throwing the ball and brady's little thought bubble was hilarious because he was thinking. I would never even attempt that throw. Do you have any idea how i would look in. Tried to throw that ball. And meanwhile checks just like can't get even more open. He can't get more open. Just throw it in. The way that brady explained to me later was very interesting because he said i see each play within my limits at the time. I didn't really see the significance in that statement. But when you watch. Tom brady now aged forty three years old and the entire sporting world asking how. He's done it how he's been able to get another team to the super bowl. I looked back at that statement. And i found a lot of answers in it was brady frustrated with ballot check. Invalid check suggested as much. I wanna get deeper into. Brady's thought bubble there. I think he thought it was hilarious. He he saw it as a defensive coach who had no bearing on the reality of how difficulties throw that ball. He wasn't frustrated with ballot check. He was like a little amazed that bella check thought that that type of pass would be so easy i mean. That's that's a john elway throw. That's josh allen throw mahomes through. There's very few people who could ever even try that and here. Ballot check was talking about mark sanchez. Saying he's not going to get more open than that. Just throw the ball. As kind of an indictment on the quarterback where brady saw it as you know something that was hard to believe. Couldn't believe that that his coach thought that a throw like that with that easy. And when you look at tom brady look at the arc of his career. He's someone who's kind of always understood his limits and by understanding them so well he's found a way to transcend them so those limits that he has this keen understanding of and that being this superpower. It is something that we can. Plainly see in contrast to josh allen and john elway and patrick mahomes and lamar jackson. These absurd physical talents. And that's been clear set ever since we saw brady with shirt off to be honest at the combine in two thousand but because he is also the greatest of all time without real serious dispute at this point playing more super bowls than anyone ever by far at to ask if you fully buy his explanation that that superpower is in fact and understanding of his own limitations. At first i didn't. And i remember. I was once in his house in two thousand thirteen back when we thought he was getting old. 'cause he was going to be thirty seven when the season started. And you know he can't play forever and he said something really interesting. He said there's nothing that will be able to replace football. And hopefully it gets to appoint where there is when i retire in nine ten years and he said it so offhandedly and so smooth that it was it went right over my head. It was a shot across the bow. Here was a declaration to play until he was aged forty five and he someone who has made a mockery of conventional wisdom. And so i thought there is no way when he said that that he was someone who learned how to play football within the scope of his own limitations. But as you watch him play you actually see it on the field. And i think that it helps define him as a football player because he can't do what aaron rodgers does. He can't do it. Patrick mahomes does these sort of amazing acrobatic throws but what he can do and what he's always been able to do is pick apart a defense and bleed teams to death. And i think that that's what he was getting at when he talks about playing within his own limits because he's so deadly an accurate when he throws short.
Patriots legend Tom Brady among 4 quarterbacks facing off in the playoffs
"Legend is one of the four quarterbacks facing off in the NFL's conference championships today, CBS Cpk Ethan has more on those games. It's Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes in the NFL's conference title games all past league MVPs up incoming star Josh Allen is quarterbacking buffalo be the best version of myself and not compared to the other know three guys, too. Really Some of the best guys ever played the game for the 37 year Old Rogers of Green Bay. It could be a last chance to get to another Super Bowl. There's more opportunity, but I don't know. I mean, I really don't think that's a lot of my control. My future gives a beautiful mystery. I think brainy looks to advance to the big game with his new team Tampa Bay After a record six wins with the Patriots.

"Think probably know. There's probably no chance because the business kind of had that energy and then they realize that if they mastered that energy that this would all become a lot easier. They seem to be more aware of what they are and what they can do. But i do still think there's a fighting chance that the browns could stumble into something very exciting. I for one am shocked. Katie that you have embraced the chaotic team that that is the quality that drying up other for back to the question which is can the browns beat patrick mahomes in the chiefs. The answer is no end. Maybe no because handed chase claypool. Put it he. He predicted that the browns would get clapped but the cheese. I the brands defense is gonna clapped by patrick mahomes but on the other side of the football they actually match up really well. Kansas city chiefs have one of the worst run defense in the nfl. What is cleveland. Really good at pounding. The rock now will that be enough in attract need. Probably not because of the way the chiefs offense can score in bunches. But as a whole i don't think they're gonna get clapped. Just kinda like boots. The other thing. I think that was infectious about the browns katie. To go back to your original point was probably the literal infection of corona virus like prevented them from actually rack at one time at the very end and the good news is that that all seems to be under control right now so i'm gonna to do something that you apparently. Tv noobs have totally failed at. Which is i'm going to say something. That will absolutely clearly state that i believe the browns are going to beat the chiefs. I believe that denzel ward. They're starting safety. Being back from the virus is going to be a huge difference maker in stopping tyreek hill. I believe that those running backs kareem hunt. That guy is going to be on a revenge tour against his old team. That's going to be super effective baker. Mayfield at all. This chaotic energy is going to be incredibly surprising to people. And do i think this is gonna happen reality. Of course not but they can cut this last art out of my answer and clip the first woman. Officially be absolutely prophetic. When this happens which again. It probably will not denzil. Ward is a cornerback new. What are we going to do. What are we going to do. We plow through. I think we plan through leave. Pablo would never call me. A tv knew that. Hey i think my generation in the middle.

"My first year college towns like yeah is it am i i i never i never worked at a kebab right back. La la la. It's the word that you pronounce wrong. Pronounce it wrong because you are smarter than me serving. there's the infamous pablo got beyond that. I don't talk about paranoia. Foals foals. Fouls i did get to get roasted for saying labels at the seaport one day lay. Look house got destroyed. Yeah yeah like you're a you have a sense of style. Which old guy would you rather have this weekend. Drew brees tom. Brady okay again. We will get to the actual football game. That's technically being discussed in. Just one minute. But i i will say this is a matchup. We've gone now from a matchup of two guys with an abundance of rhythm to two guys who can't step in clap. Two guys who struggle to find the beat a i. Don't i love them both. I want them both to thrive. I you really. Yes because tom brady's equally and drew brees have more personal upset. Nece with tom brady. But i also know how i feel about tom. Brady doesn't matter. Tom brady and that's why tom brady can be tom brady. I think you're brees is a little bit more of a sensitive boy and so. I think tom brady might win. But i'm rooting for both. I'm so useless on this show. Pablo you talk. I'm actually going to build on that point you made. I drew thing. That drew brees should feeling a little sensitive right now and i do resent tom brady. 'cause you remember that mean. Tom brady made history channel that up one more time. Because it's been discussed of course meant tom. Brady has his old mean team on this subject. I just want to point out how tom brady. Who's by the way fifth and qbr without pressure and thirty. First when he went into this game. Look at that forehead at tom brady has. He gave himself some real good skin at that age. It looks kind of like a hot site. Drew brees he made drew. Brees look like the dad from get out insulting to. It's a very good point. Pablo i may have read this completely wrong. I think tom brady might be the sensitive boy because he needs himself in a graphic that he makes to be the one. That's jerry looks handsome and he has to make drew brees look ugly but if drew brees can just own that then maybe he is more poised vernon advantage in this definite football statistic. I'm discussing no. He's perhaps more comfortable with age..
Let's get real about the fake crowd noise at NFL games
"Revisit the Rams and Seattle Seahawks game. I hated watching the Seahawks game because it was there are so many moments where the crowd fake crowd noise was really really loud above the broadcasters like Tom and all these trying to talk on the sidelines and you couldn't hear him cuz a stupid fake crowd noise, which is even weirder cuz you know that the people on the sidelines Jared Goff Russell Wilson, he came backed up. They don't hear fake crowd noise only people watching the game on T. Hear the fake crowd noise. I hate it so much. I'd rather honestly hear the noise of people on the sidelines. Or people at the line of scrimmage yelling. I was going crazy at one point on the sidelines. We couldn't hear the guy at all cuz of the fake crowd noise and I A friend of mine from high school plays for the LA Rams and I'm going to wait till he retires to ask him this question, but I want to have them on the Shelf someday to be like hey, what do you like to play a playoff game with an empty Stadium? I know the NFL doesn't really seem to answer that question just yet. There's a reason why you haven't heard anybody complaining about it, but I'm so desperate to know like what's it like to play in NFL game? I'll be damned meaningful playoff game a meaningful NFL game with nobody in the crowd and you can hear everything. It sounds like an empty gymnasium or an empty gym. Like I I want to hear what that sounds like and what what it's like to play in that circumstance and I just hated the fake crowd noise in the Seattle Seahawks Rams game

"Doing so even by your own of the steps that he took from last year to this year era just took even greater steps to net. Well let's get into. What i really am enamored by in this story. It's the narrative is the fact that they left aaron rodgers to die. They tried to kill him and now he's killing it drafted at his position. They didn't even supply him with proper resources. And you know what he did. He looked around and said. Oh that's how. I want to play the game will. Let's play. and that's why. I'm going with aaron rodgers in this situation as much as i love. Josh allen is next fact he's now as well but what aaron rodgers did this year is something special and but a numbers even greater with josh allen from last year to this year marcellus. You're exactly right. However this is where i believe you're wrong. I have the right to be surprised as well as impressed because i've never seen him do this before. Whereas you talk about aaron rodgers and did he make a leap from last year. He did but his qbr his rating. I've seen him do this before. About matter of fact. I've seen him even better. I've seen him throw one hundred and twenty two rating. We're or full season forty five touchdowns six interceptions so almost the same season. I've seen this action. Love come to expect this act or josh allen. I've never seen this. So yes surprise as well as equally impressed. Of course i am and now the experts expectation is for him to sustain it throughout the playoffs. But right now the course of a regular season. He's been far more impressive because we didn't expect it in. It surprised the saw and it has impressed us. All as well. Greg through on that tabak.
Dolphins miss chance to clinch after 56-26 loss to Bills
"Josh Allen and the bills ended the dolphins bid for an AFC playoff berth with a fifty six twenty six rout of Miami Allen threw three touchdown passes and Isaiah McKenzie scored three times including a punt return of eighty four yards buffalo's fifty six points of the second most in franchise history and Allen set a single season team record with four thousand five hundred forty four yards passing in ninety days when I was last year on thank just understanding this is often better players better rookie to a ton of Y. lo I finished thirty five of fifty eight for three hundred sixty one yards and three interceptions the first of which Josh Norman returned sixteen yards for TD I'm Dave Ferrie
What Is the Patriots' Plan at Tight End?
"Second question i had foil is regarded. These tight ends that they drafted in the third round as a fan of them. Going after two tight ends. Because i just. I was hoping that it was going to go back to the kind of offense like nam doesn't gronk were your and it. Obviously that isn't happening but it's almost it's almost like a redshirt of the two of them. This year. I think they have one. Catch combines the between the two of them was going into the season with them. So limited on getting offensive snaps. Was that planned or was it more based on their health or was it more based on that this belgian just wasn't seeing what he thought he was gonna see leading up to the draft. Stop yeah i well i think number one you earn and sort of what you see on the practice field. You know ossie was okay to start camp I would see either of them. Blue anybody away. And i know there have been some injury issues but i don't really think that's been much of a factor i mean you know you look at back in two thousand and ten when they had gronkowski and hernandez people kind of forget that hernandez was the one who hit i him he was he was a decent part of the offense from the gecko that year. We're gronk was really more a blocking tight. End do a little bit. By the end of the season he was catching touchdown passes and becoming more of a force and so guys have their own path. And it's all brian what they show how they get the offense how they execute stuff like that from people that i've talked to around the team. It just with devon. Aw siasi good for about two weeks and then tom for every nfl rookie. There comes a point in time when they realized the. Nfl is hard that these guys are good. That the coaches are tough that being a pro and having to wake up every day and do a day after day and sore body and all this stuff like it sets in like it's a profession and some guys look at it like You know. I'm not having a whole lot of fun anymore. This was like when you know when. I went to rutgers and i was playing on the baseball team. You know my second. I could come back from his hand surgery. I had but i really wasn't having that much fun anymore in kind of wanted to be more of a college kid so alice sort of left the game but these guys they realize it's it's a profession in some of them rise. Some of them love it some of them rise in say okay. I like this i can. I can meet the challenge and push through and some guy sort of shrink in from people i've talked to. That's been siasi. Here has not been a lot of mental toughness behind the scenes. I think you can see some of it in his play on the field in terms of just as body language when he's on the field donkey i think he has more of a chance. I think the consensus. And i know. Albert brewers working on something about ballot. Check in his drafting. And i think he's gonna talk about these titans because we've been chit chat and back and forth The past couple of days but about how like everybody says like dalton kimes overdrafted Qian's been almost like a big puppy where he's kind of all over the place and you think he wants to be there. I think he loves football. So i don't really worry about him. It's when he's going to get it. And i think once he gets it and he gets his role and they create more of like a crash jensen type of role for him. I think he's gonna flourish. And i think he's going to be a weapon for this team. Aussie i don't know what kind of future i don't know if he has any future here to tell you the truth and i think the patriots Fell into a trap. And i don't know if this was by design or just bella check being bell check. But what tom we're not idiots they certainly are idiots. We all knew the deal at receiver in tight end and so for belgium to come out of this draft trade out of the first round. Give up like a kenneth murray or whatever you wanted to do there and then take three defensive guys would your first three picks like when there were tight ends. Probably that you had rated higher there that you just passed on and all of a sudden you're scrambling it looked like to get off siasi and dalton keen like. That's problematic and to me. It illustrates sort of the personnel problems that they've had last four five
Still No Improvement for Patriots Against Impressive Bills
"What. I think of that game question. I just got done to tell you the truth and let you guys now. I only got through the defensive film. Before i did mass these night games like brutal. I'm getting too old for this stuff. It's it's tough for me to recover. So i just got done watching the offensive film pretty much. It pretty much hold true true. I just thought they got beaten all three phases of the game which highly unusual for team especially in a division. But i think. I think that's where the two teams are. I mean you look at the bills of the the the current the present and the future of the division right now and the patriots. Just aren't and i think i think the thing that look. I understand where the they are offensively. And they didn't quarterback play out of either the guys they ran the ball. Okay the offensive line play was just okay It wasn't as good as i thought upon closer inspection You know this is a team that offensively has a very small path to victory and they basically have to execute well and they have to make the most of all their opportunities and they just haven't been able to do that. Second half of the season including the opening possession when bird drops pass including a. I mean this is just where cam newton is i mean. Even that pass was late. The the sony did a great job of running the ball out and running the play fake. Because most of the time you get running backs who will pull up short or hurry up and they don't sucker in the defense. He suckered in the defense made a good run over to the right side. Threw it back to camp perfect. Then what does cam to he starts running. And then he pulls up and then he throws it was still a good throw. It was right there. Birsh caught it. But that's just like a little tiny thing where it's just those type of things just have built up in this offense where it just the execution level just there and then you look at the bills and you know look. Josh allen has improved a lot he has. I think some of it. You know tom. I don't know how you are but you know you. And i are sort of the same age. We're both were were old school. Fans were old school sort of sports guys. Where you know. My dad told me like if something's too good to be true. It usually is and for a guy like josh allen to go from fifty nine percent completion percentage to like sign percent in one year. That's just it's it's unheard of. It's unheard of what he's doing into me. Then i have in look. It might be true. He might be the exception to the rule that he has improved that much. And he's going to be a hall of fame quarterback. I mean that's very possible. I don't rule that out anymore because of what he's shown this year but to me. It's the combination of brian. Daboll step want digs all those weapons. You just look at the bills and everything they do on. Offense is easy for the patriots. Everything they do is hard. And now i think the most distressing thing in this game minutes been building for weeks. Is that the defense just is not. It's just not even close to being there the front seven. Just not good enough. You know chase winovich was a guy who we thought was he was going to need to start and be effective especially once a high tower was coming back and he's still just a sub package guy and in that just goes on and on for different guys who out there in a playing linebacker for the first time. He made a lot of bear. Stugotz made a lot of errors. He can't cover. He doesn't know how to play in space. He's good going forward. But that's about it like it's just you know they just. There's so many things wrong with this team right now and you need to look at the bills and so many things are right with that team. You're just like you know. I bet tom you're watching that game. And you probably got really depressed watching the building and the patriots. And i understand. It's hard not to feel that
Bills punctuate AFC East supremacy with thrashing of Patriots
"Buffalo patriots and this was a great one josh allen dance in his way into the playoffs visiting the patriots bills looking for the season. Sweep over the past for the first time this century and it started with a little bit of trickery. Four minutes left in the first quarter and look at that to kwan. Johnson taking the snap on the fake punt but bill stack in the box. But it didn't matter because watch just real smooth completing that. Pass keeping the drive going. How about that under one minute left in the first quarter fourth and one patriots forty three yard line allen fixed the hand off keeps informed software twenty two yard gain and the first down bills were having their away with the patriots in this game. After an here you go right here. You look at it. Allen dropping back dawson knox in their. Sorry zack moss. In there for the touchdown both bills lead ten three for the patriots score. Bills the ten nine fourth into on the forty three allen drops back. And here's the dawson. Knox keeping the first down three three on fort down in the first half. They entered monday with seven down. Tries few it's in the nfl that drive continues person. Go from the four allan with the play action. Finding smith in the end zone for the touchdown bills lead at seventeen nine and smith gets a nice little. Tackle buys line keeping them happy next bills possession. First and ten from the fifty allen drops back finding stefan digs at takes it all the way running by guys built twenty four nine heading the halftime and it was that kind of game and it didn't get any better for the patriots in the third quarter fills. I drive out of the hat. I intend on the patriots. Eighteen yard line allan fires gigs. And yuck walks right. In for the touchdown second touchdown catch the game for dig balentine. Jim kelly for the most touchdowns in a single season in bills history. Those thirty one the nine and then fourth quarter first and goal. He's gonna break jim. Kelly record on this play right here. Stefan digs third touchdown catch of the game and watch it again flex on that one bill bell not happy because watch it again and to strike and this combination between alan digs working to perfection right now and these guys were all smiles after the game. Maybe wait wait. You think josh allen the mvp stefan percent especially mine vp. Yeah right definitely for them. Goals brought to you by subway and the tandem josh allen and stefan digs set a single season franchise records in passing touchdowns and receiving yards last night. Giving buffalo twelve wins for the first time. Since one thousand ninety three thirteenth win would be tied for the most in bills history.
Boston Area's Patriots QB Cam Newton Opens Up: ‘I’ve Sacrificed So Much This Year’
"Now on WBZ News Radio just had their way with Patriots last night in Foxboro, 38. 9 that is New England's worst home loss to Buffalo since of 41 7 drubbing in 1992, while Josh Allen was dumb. With 320 passing yards and four touchdowns. Three of those just Afan digs Cam Newton was pulled in favor of Jared Stick him again. After throwing for just 34 yards and rushing for a score. Newton sleeps less than five hours a night. He hasn't seen his Children in months. He's frustrated, Yes, sacrifice so much this year. It hurts when you have a outing that she had tonight and just to go home and then started over for a whole nother week. Cancer six and nine. The host the Jets Sunday to wrap up a disappointing year. Bills earn 1st sweep of Patriots since '99 with 38-9 win
"Josh Allen and the bills completed a rare feat against the patriots with a thirty eight to nine win on Monday Night Football Allen passed for three hundred twenty yards and four touchdowns to lead buffalo to its first regular season sweep of New England since nineteen ninety nine I know this game eight one a minute it meant a lot to both sides you know it's our pride on the line for us you know we're trying to get up to speed Stefon Diggs caught three TD passes the last of which moved Allen passed Jim Kelly for the team single season record with thirty four cam Newton had just thirty four yards passing before being benched for backup Jarrett Stidham New England will finish below five hundred for the first time since two thousand Geffen cooled off Foxboro Massachusetts
Stefon Diggs Is Buffalos Miracle Man
"The best season of his pro career right now. How good are things going in buffalo. I mean really good. Pablo like you said. I mean you know again this is. This is a team. Obviously that has a lot of scar tissue for a difficult times in the past and so the bills themselves are they won. The division for the first time in a couple of decades and digs is right at the center of their success. I'm always staying for buffalo trust and believe in me. I'm forever grateful personally. He is having the best season of his career. He's averaging i think twenty yards more per game step touched up. He's leading the league in receptions josh allen. Taking a deep shot the separation from dixon. He's and he's doing in so many different ways dick's just electric on the outside best received early. Nfl this season so he's been outstanding and the cherry on top came against the broncos digs broke the bills franchise record for receptions allen fires. This one is caught about step addict. Steph dick sets the club record with one hundred and one catches on the season. Congratulate is showing the bills and the whole nfl just how versatile a receiver he really is. You interviewed him for your cover story. Sam what was he like in person burg. I honestly i came into it. A little bit unsure what to expect when i sat down and started talking with digs though it became clear very quickly that he's an upbeat guy. A positive guy a guy who likes to laugh a guy smile. A guy who really enjoys fashion is a little bit eccentric at various points. We talked about the books. He's been reading. He really enjoyed the alchemist his a starbucks order which is apparently tavon green tea with a little bit of juice in it. Well so he loves the alchemist the book. He's apparently an alchemist. Like juice in your starbucks order really y- apparently he's really into it and i have to say as somebody who enjoys green tea and also enjoys apple juice. I had never thought put them together. But it's actually not bad. I want to rewind a bit sam. Talk about he got to where he is now. That trade in question which happened in march minnesota to buffalo. What was going on with digs in the vikings before that so let's go back a little bit right. He's drafted by the vikings in two thousand. Fifteen comes out of the university of maryland sort of work his way in take advantage of the opportunities and then the minneapolis miracle case on a deep drop. Step up in the pocket. He'll fire to the right side. Does it does that catch in. January of two thousand. Eighteen is arguably the greatest play in vikings history. And they've been around for over sixty years so that's pretty significant. You would think in that moment. Okay this is a play. That's going to define this guy's career and it's going to link him forever to this team. Damn bill says i. I got a Never stop working. Today was went all the work paid off and this is where i found his arc interesting within a year and a half or so. He's absolutely miserable. And even though you might have thought hey. This guy could spend his whole career with the vikings. After having this moment it became very clear that that wasn't going to be the case. So what went wrong in minnesota. Why was he so unhappy.
What the Patriots can learn from the BIlls' QB strategy
"Talk About That quarterback position because I think you know alot of patriot sales again, and I keep saying this but they don't like it when we point out at the bills rebuilding strategy is working in that the Patriots could learn something from Buffalo. So what are we going to learn from Buffalo? You know, they haven't won anything in twenty years, right? It's like no no, no. No, this is a great case study by Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott M how to put a Young quarterback in the perfect situation to succeed. Especially Young quarterback and Josh Allen who let's face. It was a high ceiling, you know, low floor type of prospect at very high bus potential if it didn't go to the right direction in Buffalo. So I looked at back at that 2018 draft. They actually traded up twice for Josh Allen's pick at seventh overall from Twenty-One wage. Because they made that playoffs or Tyrod Taylor, right? Was that the year? Yeah, so they made the playoffs with Tyrod Taylor Sweet in as a wild-card team. Then they were picking 21st. They traded up from 21 to 12 and then 12 to sneak in to get their guide Josh Allen, but I actually think more so and we can talk a little bit about Allen's development to more so than Allen's individual development. Would McDermott and being did to you know, make sure the offensive line to add Cole Beasley and Stephon Diggs and put Josh Allen in this perfect kind of offense for his skill-set with Brian table. That's really I think as much about what we've seen from Josh Allen's growth is anything in that sort of speaks to the team building process of the whole thing.
Bills beat Broncos 48-19 for first AFC East crown since 1995
"Josh Allen is led the bills to their first AFC east title in a quarter century it's great that we're able to do it the first time in twenty five years you know to to beat a team to be the quarterback in the does it actually feels really good Allen threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more as the bills hammered the Broncos forty eight nineteen in Denver the eleven and three bills scored twice in the seventeen second span of the third quarter the ice their fourth straight victory that officially ends the patriots eleven year reign atop the division Allen threw for three hundred fifty nine yards hitting Stephan digs eleven times for one hundred forty seven yards before a foot injury in the fourth quarter Cole Beasley had eight receptions for one hundred twelve yards I'm Dave very

"But it's hard. You know these these superstar. You know that when you're never going to get the same amount at least right now as far as what. You're what you're giving up. Bobby thank you very much. That's what i need to know. Appreciate it talk to you soon. That's bobby marks. Ladies and gentlemen at bobby marks forty two on twitter now. I disagree with the analysis about boston. Boston has anything that where they can even sniffer. James harden trade. I like jalen brownies. Very nice player. But you can't have a borderline stars centerpiece through a trade to james harden. I've always thought that a three team deal or maybe more than even a three team deal. Could maybe work. The question is is carissa avert and spencer dinwiddie enough to get enough stuff to be attractive to philadelphia to bribe. Pry ben simmons away and then make the deal. For ben simmons at james harden in other words does does daryl morey believe that maybe he likes lever for example and he thinks okay embiid with laverne and or likes dinwiddie and the other one can be flipped into other stuff. You likes but i think that's unlikely to i think the most likely scenario is ben simmons for james harden or ben simmons and a few things for james harden because that's the only way houston maintains a possession of a difference making kind of ballplayer. There aren't that many guys like that around. Ben simmons is one of them eight say. Espn eight seven to nine. three seven. Seven six josh allen put on a show last night is he a top tier quarterback. See when you say top your let me let me put a different way. Is ben roethlisberger and elite quarterback. Is he elite rod. Do you think ben. Ross burgers elite. He's going to the hall of fame. He's having a nice season quarterback he's never had one. Mvp people so i'm gonna say no. Well i would say see. Now i disagree. I think ben. Rothlisberger has been an elite quarterback he's spent most of his career is a top five quarterback in the league. That's elite to me I don't think it's a random number like are you top five if you're six no good. But usually there's a cutoff and generally threat. Ross burgers career early on it was brady and peyton manning and rodgers and brees right and rothlisberger was not in that category but he probably lead the pack underneath them or maybe he was the guy in that category. And then you know certain guys got older payton left than roseburg's like he's the top four quarterback something like who'd rather have breeze rothlisberger in a great season rothlisburger right and usually the answer was breeze. But he was there and he's still he's pretty good this year but he is the elite. You think he's a. He's one of the top quarterbacks in the. Afc don't is lamar jackson an elite quarterback if he won the mvp last year. I think that would make him elite but he hasn't been good in the playoffs. Lost two playoff games and right now. It doesn't look like much has league adjusted to him as he suffering from cova. Would you call lamar jackson in the league quarterback right now i would. Not so who's elite. Who are the elite. Quarterbacks is matt ryan and elite quarterback. No people pretended he was for a little while. He never really was not really. He was a very good people. Quarterback matt stafford never really been a look at the numbers you put on if you put them on another team. No not really josh. Twenty four years old. Like the whole question with these young mobile quarterbacks. The big arm. Quarterbacks is will they be accurate down the field your mobile. You got a big arm but can you throw it down the field accurately. Can you read defenses. Get rid of the ball quickly. Make the right reads. Trust what you see. Get rid of the ball accurately as a rookie. Josh allen at twenty two had a one to one touchdown to interception ratio for every touchdown. He threw an interception ten touchdowns twelve interceptions about one to one. He completed around fifty percent of his passes and his team was no good now. The second year is where quarterbacks really developed as it turns out you want them to be great on their rookie deal because you have more money to spend it other positions right. That's super bowl window. A lot of people think well in his second season. Did you see improvement. Oh yeah he went from a fifty percent completion guy to a sixty percent completion guy. That's nice. He went from a one to one touchdown to interception ratio guy. Tweet two to one touchdown interception ratio guy. Good that's good. That's real improvement. And importantly is team was ten and six. He quarterback a winning team and now his third year. He's twenty four has improved. Oh yeah he went. From a two to one interception touchdown interception ratio guy last week with three to one this year a sixty percent last year to seventy percent this year so every year of his career the ratio touchdown interception improves by one one. Two one two two one three two one. The completion percentage improved by ten percents. Fifty percents sixty percent seventy percent and now. He's a top five. Qbr in the entire nfl. Among active quarterbacks deck hasn't been active for most of the season so a lot of and by the way his team has a better one loss percentage than last season. They're heading for the playoffs and they looked like they can do some damage in the playoffs. He's twenty four years old all of two thousand and hundred it's up on..

But from that point forward josh allen just put on a show jocelyn has really stepped up in year three went to a little bit of a law in the middle of the season. But he's coming back around. Now that was a touchdown. Pass to cole beasley. One hundred thirteen yards receiving in the first half title at seven and then untying dawson knox flying through the air big time blow by dawson knox right there to skill position players for the bills. Don't get enough. Respect greedy seventeen seven buffalo at halftime. Now the third quarter. We go at seventeen ten. And it's isiah mckenzie. That's a great play. call brian. Daboll recognizing the man coverage in that situation dialing up to play and josh allen. Put the niners down. Twenty seven ten again playing at home. Sort of the game is in arizona. They're hanging in there as best they can. That's nick mullins to iu for a forty nine yard plan. Here's us check gonna take it in for the score. So it's twenty seven seventeen but if there was any question last night josh allen had the answers absolutely josh allen just diagnosed that defense and being decisive when he pulled the trigger. And here's another one right here to dot. Gabriel davis who had. Gabriel davis. Didn't a touchdown in that situation. Have you had him on your fantasy team last night. Mazal tov thirty four seventeen and then it's mullins trying to get his team back in desperation time it's tipped it's picked by davis white. And that's all. She wrote about these numbers for josh allen last night. Thirty to forty three hundred seventy five.

"So. . Matt. . Last year. . The buffalo bills were one of the surprise stories of the NFL or lease. . It felt that way for much of the season. . Coming into this year, , what would you say were the expectations around this team I think the expectations were that not only would they build on what they did a year ago but kind of sustain the success in the postseason. . When you're quarterbacks in his third season, you've , got your head coach in his fourth season. . People were expecting that this team would contend for the division and win at least one playoff game maybe host playoff game. . There are people that had really high expectations about this team, , the buffalo bills you can easily say that this is their here. . This is their division. . saw like the the buffalo bills go to number one winner division and internally i. . Think, , the expectations were they hadn't arrived unless they won the division and started hosting playoff games and that's always been the goal for this regime. . Basically from the end of the season, , they made a point to say they needed more weapons they needed more on offense. . They need the offense to be better, , and of course, naturally , you're thinking, , all right, , what are they going to do with that first round pick in a wide receiver class that was loaded Brandon beane decided that the immediate impact would be to go get a guy that's proven and he traded for Stefan Digs Buffalo GonNa get Stefan digs a seventh rounder in the upcoming draft Minnesota with a hall of picks. . For Digs, , the former V day said, , no receiver in this class is going to be as good as defined digs will be and the waste of fund digs is played through five games. . Certainly validated that the bills started out the season for no Josh Allen was grabbing a ton of headlines in your view Matt. . How good was he during that run? ? He was excellent. . was among. . The best quarterbacks in the League through that stretch? ? Davis Buffalo. . Josh. . Allen. . Was A lot better than we've seen him. . He was more accurate pulpit of middle. . Middle Gigs Margulis catching traffic he was more confident but it all down the field. . Saturday. . Prickly Building. . Was a lot more confident in that first month just pushing the ball down the field. . You could see the instinct chemistry with the fond eggs that was legitimately the best month of quarterback play. . I've seen from buffalo bills quarterback since I started covering the team in twenty fourteen. . Well then. . The bills got absolutely hammered by the titans brochures company breaks away. . What did you think of Allen's performance in that game I think the main takeaway for me was that Josh Allen did not play his best. . It was his worst game of the season. . It was what you would consider probably a bad game for Josh, , Allen and still within that, , it was better than his bad games from a year ago is some of his bad games a year ago would really hinder the passing offense and really hinder the overall team and yes, , he turned the ball over twice against the titans but he never seemed to lose control. . He never seemed to panic or even look confused he looked frustrated but not confused and I think that's the difference with him now as. . Opposed to a year ago. . So it wasn't as bad as we've seen him play, , but it was just as bad as we've seen employees this year what did he have to say after the game he put a lot of it on himself. . You know I got a little greedy on that one and and do that. You . know throwing that interception there the defense didn't play well, , and that would have been an easy crutch but he also gave them short fields and he acknowledged that and talked about protecting the football and all these things even after the winds he's deflecting praise all over the place you know the player of the week it's my parents it's not a huge deal for me. . I think that Moore's team oriented award. . Five plus dies blocked on every given plane takes your receivers to get open and go catch the ball and make plays after the catch. . He's a guy that really understands his place on this team and he understands what he needs to get better at and having that awareness has helped him grow a lot over the offseason and into the first part of this season

"They're getting ground balls into the shift and and yeah, like he's he's got to do better than that. But this reminds me of Rick and Keel this reminds me of like chuck. KNOB block I it's just he keeps throwing things or leave from easy plays and I yeah. I I feel for somebody when they're in the middle of something like that no matter how how paid they are. Man, as much as people feel like the Astros didn't suffer any level of punishment wholesale two stat line seems to indicate he suffered some now we don't think he cheated for the entirety of his career. This is by far the worst he has ever hit his slugging percentage. This year was lower than his batting average was in that season to twenty seventeen has paid a price and now I can't imagine what it's like being. So trapped in your head that has a second basement, you cannot throw the ball shortstop do I feel bad for? Never Really Kinda sorta how things work out sometimes under circumstance like this but it is very interesting how he went from the guy that everybody could light because he feels good when they see a short man you know excel in our society was so much stacked up against then they find out the short man was a cheater and they get out here treat the short man like they're really want to treat short like they don't like now wait a minute so you thought I was too gentle and loving with the humanizing of my tiny Hispanic. "Saints. Defense isn't as good as I thought. They're not playing clean football. A lot of penalties. Michael Thomas is doubtful. This has upset written all over it. I'm going to go drew brees, pulls it out twenty, eight, twenty, seven saints but I think this has massive potential for an upset keep your in Detroit playing with a lot of confidence now because of their win over Arizona I think it's the very, very close game. Saints are playing clean football that's what they're known for. Thank you joy Jordan Palmer now joining us. He's worked with Josh Allen, Joe Borough and Sam Darnold and The world is changing quickly with all these quarterbacks and he is joining us now quarterback coach cornerback seminary program that helps quarterbacks reach their potential playing the NFL for six years. I really want WanNa hit on Josh Allen you have been working with him for years. He grew up in a tiny tiny little town and our out of Fresno. You just told me off every loves buffalo. It's a perfect place for him I'm kind of shocked by. The jump in improvement you you probably are aren't I take it. I'm not shocked by the jumping improvement I will say he's kind of ahead of where I thought. He'd be Kinda stayed ahead of where I thought. He'd be you know coming out of college I remember on your show we were talking about Sam, Darnold and for the pre-draft and his Josh came up a lot of folks thought. They saw the inaccuracy they saw the completion percentage in College Wyoming and so it was very easy to label him a potential bus. He he did have all the ingredients but there's a thing that doesn't show up on tape that I've been fortunate to experience, and that is how. He is and here's the thing about coach ability coach abilities not about talking in your shirt and doing the right thing and say, you have to be athletic which he is among the best athletes in the league at this position, and you have to be all in on the right plan. Now, my name keeps getting attached to him, but that's just In the offseason Brian Cabell is a name that nobody's really talking about enough offense coordinator is dialing it up quarterback coaches, Ken Dorsey. So he's he's surrounded by a bunch of good people that are giving him good information and and dialing it up in the personnel adjustments, and they've had in the way that that brandon being general managers building and then. You get a talented coach guy in this situation numbers yet. quarterback coach quarterback summit Jordan Palmer leads that it's a fascinating program and he's worked with a lot of the good ones I wanNA. Talk I'll go to Joe Borough in a second who you've worked with but Russell Wilson I've loved him forever but he's playing at a level now where incompletions are rare what what is the light? What is what is the jump? What what what has he done in the last off season? We know he's grinder, but there's something going on here. He's playing at a level that's a notch above his level. Yeah I totally agree he's fun to watch his anybody right now and. We've never really said Blake if Russell wouldn't have made that play they would've won that game like for years. been the reason that they lost and I know we can circle super bowl but that's that's pretty specific I. Think the biggest jump for Russell. This is just my hypothesis here is this past off season Russell Wilson is typically one of the busiest quarterbacks in the league. He's married to a very famous person. He's got a clothing line. He's got a ton of marketing deals. He does a ton of his foundation they run camps, the country he's very philanthropic. This dude runs a million miles an hour and I think Kovic. Locked him down in San Diego. All he got to do was focus on football in working with his teammates as we saw instagram a little bit. But I think shutting him down this off season. gave him one thing to focus on and since getting drafted a few years ago this might be the first time in his career that he's a hundred percent only pay attention to football and I think we're seeing the results of that Lamar Jackson Monday night. He's now never won a game he's trailed at half. It sounds or feels like something I don't know exactly the how big it is but is there I said the other day is that whereas Mahomes is on an escalator going up, he's on a people mover at the airport Lamar. He's going forward faster than ever, but is he going up? Is there a ceiling with Lamar in your opinion? Well I. Don't know if there's a ceiling but I know that if nothing changes, he's probably at the ceiling in my opinion I think Lamar Kinda like you Maroon. Uber I came out yeah. You know in the beginning it was like you're trying to wrap your head around this like oh my gosh wait a second the APP I trust that they kick me up and so the the early adopters if people saw it They thought it was awesome and Lamar. Coming out we all saw it in college but then the second part of Buber was when he started to go do I trust this way? This is a stranger picking me up in my Car Right with it's like, but is it going to translate? He's so fast. Is it GONNA translate to the League and then it started to work and everyone was all went right to the point where he was MVP But you know calling you're you're a celebrity, you're you're wealthy guy you've had a driver before give somebody, pick you up and they're only working for you that night there's a difference between any of these ubers and having a driver and I just look at Lamar and I go it was awesome. It was hard to see if it was going to work and then it's work. But. Here's the difference in until he can throw people opening control the football even on completions is I think he's a little off little inside a little low little. Hi Mark Andrews makes more spectacular catch than people give him credit for yeah, and we saw it last year in the playoffs when he was a little high and that turned into a pick and it happened a couple of times and so until he improves accuracy these other guys, Patrick Russell, they're just going to be a gap ahead. I love. The Ron's I love the excitement I don't miss any Lamar Jackson Games, but until he gets that detailed accuracy. I think he's probably scratching the surface the ceiling will you told me? Joe Borough was going to be really good. He is I do worry joy and I talk about this. It's got an Andrew lock feel and he's not quite as big and thick as Andrew. He's just getting pummeled and I worry about the psychology of that and how long can you just take sec football's good it's not the NFL Do you worry about the psychology of getting? So he's on pace I think joy said this week to get sack seventy eight times. That's like double Andrew Luck do you worry about that the effect? Will. This feels like. David Carr actually, if you remember when he was the first thing Houston Texans, I think he broke some records in terms of Saxe. But here's the deal I I worry about. Joe. Physically like anybody. Worried about Sam darnold shoulder I'm worried about all kinds of things physically for these guys. I can just tell you right now I am not worried about anything that happens between the ears with Joe Borough this guy I've talked to you about it from a confidence standpoint and a maturity standpoint, and those are the two things that make you play well early whether it's college or pro. This is off the charts and so I don't see him having issues with hanging in there and take another shot. This is not that guy he's going to get off the canvas and one another round in. So I'm worried about him. Physically he is taking a beating, but he's also twenty four years old or whatever he is. So I think he's going to be fine and as they build this line, they've got some weapons and they've got a guy who's GonNa Compete for four quarters and throw people open. So I think the future is bright as it's been for Cincinnati by the way cams mechanics are better. It's noticeable. He's much tighter. I mean this is what you do. So you can use all the verbiage that you would use. But when I watch him play, he's more compact. The shoulders don't dip. Shocker his accuracy he's been really really good like I. Watch Cameron on like this is. This is the camera. Wish this Cam I'm totally into..

"Toppled the Texans. Texas. Martin. Jackson man. Well when you look at it, what are you? What do you think I mean you you start to talk about some of the things that he can't do but not the things that he does. So well, which is lead his team to victory. Now look when you look at the playoffs situation and you say to yourself okay. Lamar Jackson hasn't won in the playoffs, but let's talk about the other quarterback on the other side into Shawn Shawn Watson you thought with Larry Thome so being signed to a long term deal to protect. Him on the left side, he's taking care of business but the rest of that offense align is not giving him the protection he needs to find the receivers down the field. Yes. He does not have the de'andre happens, but he has capable NFL pro y receivers that can get open if they get the time for him to throw the ball, the Andre Hawkins was his main target. Last year exponentially more passes than anybody else on the field and that was always questioned. The question comes out to key can bill O'Brien be both can. Kenny be coach I never thought he could you agreeing with me now we finally on the same page, I never thought he should, but he is in, I think some of the moves that he made is questionable but you know as well as coaching some of his coaching is questionable people focus in on the front office. His coach is questionable as well. I will the Texas have won the division for the last five years. Key thinks that's the most empty stat and football every time I, bring that visa you gotta be kidding with that. So does Shawn and Texans fall to Owen to Lamar's to Patrick Mahomes is to know and again a week from tonight. One of the biggest Monday night football games. In recent memory, it'll be the ravens and the chiefs on ESPN's Monday night football a week from tonight France. Key I to overall picks in the two thousand, sixteen draft golf went one wince when to and right now that seems to be the hierarchy. That's right well, look I think when you talk about Jerry Gos- performance against Carson Winston some of the things Sean McVeigh did to that defense yesterday. You could tell that Sean McVeigh was cooking. He felt really good about their preparation coming from the west coast of the East Coast Indians getting after them from an office standpoint jared Goff spit that ball out all over the place Robert Woods Henderson Cooper Cup, they've higby they made the Philadelphia Eagles defence looked like nothing. I like Jared Goff Lot we the first game week one when they played against. Dallas people were talking about Dallas so much and one of the things our talking about behind the scenes as well. Maybe this is an indictment on how good the rams actually can be and looks like they're proven that point moving forward. That's a great point. People are so down on Dallas, maybe we should take a look at the reverse oh speaking of Dallas. Tanenbaum Front Office insider Mike Tannenbaum with the dolphins in the jets earlier this morning call this a one in a million the botched onside kick that I'm sure at this point everybody knows I don't know if there's one in a million I've seen other onside kicks were dude stood around and didn't just this one was glaring it was out in the open space and I don't. I have no idea why the Atlanta Falcons decided to just do that I'm shocked in Julio Jones was like right there. I just I don't know why he didn't. Dive. But as I continue to watch the video, I almost feel like they were hoping that it went out of bounds before got to the year mark, and then once it got to ten, your market was too late because they were boxed out by the cowboys cowboys fell on it and they went on this victory for Dallas could change their season completely, which means giving them positive outlooks moving ahead because they very well could have been owen to go into Seattle most likely drop out would go three and you're now you're looking at some different. You. There one in one or they won't know what I'm sitting there wondering what I'm trying to think. Philadelphia's only to wash is one and one John Too. So their first place. Watching, that onside kick was like watching a car accident in real time, but in slow motion. What so it was a catastrophe but I do want to give back his flowers I mean think about it spotted them. Twenty points overcame three turnovers overcame to failed. Fake punts threw for four hundred and fifty yards and ran for three days and you say give him his flowers there's no question he deserves flowers. But this is the debt. Prescott that many people wanted to see a guy that can lead his team from double digits back into a win Kala. Biggest question is how many bouquets can you buy for forty million dollars we're about to find out and Oh, by the way, let's sneak this one in. There was so much happened yesterday we gotta remember this guy was on the field. Grady, avoids in Oh in to start they get it done against Carolina. They'll be in Denver Sunday. I didn't ever think that they would go to a figure that they will get the offense figured out. Nick got going Brady at times. Look like Brady, and at times he still looked like he was trying to figure it out in Thomas Tommy knows what to do some of these plays that are in there like the flea flicker long past that was something that you saw in New England. Throwing up the sidelines Mike Evans on the back shoulder that was something that he may famous in New England were Randy Moss. So you start to see some of the New England principles creeping into the Tampa Bay buccaneers offense in. That's what you're GONNA get Outta Brady look was that was without crisci when as well not play. So we go back to week one everybody wants to jump on Tom Brady throwing those two iron tease Bruce Aaron comes on he says a couple of things just take it easy take it easy. Tom will work it out. Well, he wasn't flawless yesterday, but he certainly looked. Like, okay, I'm starting I'm starting to get it get it going and this is a marathon not a sprint indeed in the words of another great quarterback that's playing these days are e. l. a. x., and you sort of mentioned with Bruce Arians. It said I was a little surprised to see what we saw in week one in new. Orleans. They didn't give us anything or show US anything we weren't expecting tom was a little rusty. Tom. Put an end to all of the divisiveness whatever media divisiveness there was essentially saying, Hey, man dinner last didn't give love to Aaron Rodgers for MVP over Josh Allen. "Or the dolphins I don't know if I could walk away saying, Josh Allen is looking like the MVP, right now after seeing Russell Slang for five TD's yesterday I don't think I don't think Dan meant MVP of the NFL but once you backed him into the corner, he stayed with the NFL I think he really meant AFC east. Okay. Is what he really was trying to say I. Think he's trying to say that Josh Allen is the MVP of the AFC. After to think that's what he was trying to our hope. So because I mean Russell Wilson has. It has eleven incompletions riot first of all, like he shredded the New England Patriots Secondary yesterday and then went on the road in Atlanta and took care of business a week ago walking again. So. Dan. Dan's just working damned. Jay. You gotta get back into the lighting. J will say, will he he? Dan has an observation about quarterback. Josh Allen is certainly playing at a superior level. He's gotten better every single year they went out and got him Stefan. Dicks to help him come better. I get it. There's nothing wrong with I just WanNa make her that and his style of play but again, they did play against. Jets. In. The dolphins. Make sure that I am not. It's blurry. It's been a long weekend US opened a lot of games going see east AFC east and he's in AFC east. MVP. Okay. So that was the literally. Walk away moment. Jay. You saw me I had to stop him in the middle of his answer and he gave me a look. I gave key a look. It's wanted to make sure I was hearing myself as soon as you said it I didn't mean to say that that's all. I asked him in he answered it the same way again, but he forgot. So I was like what happened moment and life what happened was he's Dan is smarter than that. is now plug back in. Can I just give you a couple of numbers since you guys did mention that Russell Wilson nine touchdowns just in defensive. Lobski and Josh. Allen. You mentioned the quality of Competition Russell Wilson's going Falcons pats and obviously you have for Josh Allen going jets and dolphins but here are the numbers in. Laughed while saying, it's two week one just throwing it out and these aren't as impressive as Russell's but week one, thirty, three for forty, six, three, hundred, twelve yards, two touchdowns no pickus. Yet. But listen to this one yesterday. This is the best game of his career statistically young career twenty, four for thirty, five, four, hundred, seventeen yards, four touchdowns no picks. That's a really great. No matter who you planning unjustly good I'm happy for him. I'm just not very on the VPN no damn lease after I two weeks. Russell Wilson is. Russell Wilson is man. "Dan Let's start with the story buzzing around America regarding America's team down twenty nothing they're playing the falcons things are going awry left and right they rallied a win. Thanks to our Mike Tannenbaum Front office insider called a one in a million shot when he was with us this morning on that botched onside kick. But really from a macro sense Dan never mind the onside kick that was late. What took so long for the boys to get it going on offense. While they turn the ball over three times early on and especially in their own territory. So that was really the thing it wasn't like their offense was kind of stalling out or being unsuccessful. They were just given the ball away with three fumbles one one by Dak in to by Zeke. So they had another one by Pollard that was overturned as well. So just to turn overs, crush them, and that's what allowed Atlanta. To build that big lead I actually think that the cowboys defense which is going to get ripped to shreds today and they've got issues back. There was a big part of this game because there's three different times where they get like a sudden change. One of those turnovers happens on a short field and they force field goals and that ends up obviously in a one point, win being a huge part of this game. But the reality is this guy's this game was won by Dak Prescott? That's the forty million dollar quarterback performance that Jerry Jones has been waiting on the GME Dak in his reps on taking that tape and put it on Jerry Jones his desk right there, and just it was incredible to watch him just the police. He didn't press until he needed to press and to to pull off that win because here's the thing. Hot takes all that stuff. That's a season saving victory. They're gonNA fall to Owen to and have to go on the road to Seattle more than likely falls. Oh, in three, you're done done and so to save that season with that win was one of his shining best moments as a cowboy speaking of Seattle Dan. What did you make last night's game with New England Cam Newton Seattle Russell Wilson. Awesome game obviously, I say this this is a great loss for New England a great loss they're better than I. Thought they would be I think there are better than a lot of people thought they would be Cam Newton looks awesome and that offense looks really good. They went on the road and hung thirty on Seattle big into a shootout with the hottest quarterback in football right now, the the goal to go play call is the right play. It was the right play. It was their best play in their best players hands he had been. On that play before he's the probably the greatest one yard quarterback, we've ever seen or one yard needed quarterback. We've ever seen in the NFL. So awesome game Seattle got some issues on defense. They can't get after the quarterback, but they got the best player are the hottest player in football right now Russell Wilson so Awesome Game Seattle's loaded. It's fascinating to watch how they're going to win football games because of their offense and just hold on because of their Defense Dan. Let's talk real quick about the Eagles winces struggle tap for you. Here there are only fifteen and sixteen and winces last thirty one starts what are your thoughts about the eagles offense this season. Yeah. Carson Wentz playing good football I'd say. This there's three reasons really why quarterback's throw interceptions in the NFL one they panicked because the pressure on the they get fooled by the defense or they're just forcing the football and he is forcing the football right now, and that's why you're either seeing four interceptions or the ball sale. If you're just watching him, every miss is a high myths and he's just forcing the bulge trying to force things so much he's not the problem of their football team, but he's plays problematic and they need to get it fixed really fast. I think mechanically, they've got figure out some stuff for people who are really into football like his left. Leg when his left leg locks out he over strides these big six, foot, five quarterback he over strides in that left leg locks out that ball's GonNa sail, and that's what's kind of causing some of these missing and the turnovers their defense got put in a blender yesterday by Sean McVeigh. He was making them look I, mean ABS- comical they were in sixty seven plays thirty six of them had motion or quick snap to it. So but the eagles offense is got some questions and some concerns they need to figure out how to get their quarterback play into what he did last year. Dan. Let's stay right the position of quarterback play. How are you looking at Josh Allens, performance yesterday in the way that he performed in how he's been performing basically up in buffalo so for Two Weeks Josh Allen is the MVP football. For a long time in buffalo for his first two years in Buffalo. He's won a lot of games. Wait wait wait. Way Dan you Josh Allen. He he's. He's the MVP you're not giving it to Russell Wilson Right now. I WANNA. Make sure I heard you correctly. Yeah I'll give it to Josh Allen. Okay, can you tell me why go ahead Josh Allen. Yeah. So He leads the NFL in passing right now. He's he's been God that is for a lot of times been. Part of the journey. So to speak, they've won a lot of games, but it hasn't been because of Josh they've won their first two games because actually in a group text message yesterday with me and Mike Golic man Miami's going to figure out a way to win this football game and I said, no, they won't Josh Allen a winner in the fourth quarter and they were like and in the fourth quarter he was unbelievable and just I I've been on this train with him in his development. He's become a quarterback that. He beach at three ways his mind, his arms and his legs listen Russell. Wilson's amazing this in that if you WanNa tell me Russell Wilson I'll probably give two thumbs up. But Josh Allen has the bills at two in Oh and it's not that Josh. Allen is part of the bills at to. Accept accepted I, mean he wouldn't be my in vp but I understand where you're coming from he is playing lights out in terrific and they got him a quarterback I think for the future that they're pretty satisfied speaking of another quarterback at your position Aaron? Rodgers how come so many people. Underestimated who Aaron Rodgers was in the things that he can do despite not having this elite group wide receivers that everyone thought he should have. I think Aaron would admit this as well Aaron. His past couple of years has not been the the. Play to the expectation that he has set for all of us that he his the expectations that we have he's the best player in football. He's the best quarterback in football and he hasn't played up to that to to that level and for the first two weeks of the season he has he's been at remarkable the first two years. This is I said last week it was his best game in five years. Talking about the you know the people around him. I was one of the people who said they did not need to draft a first round rod receiver. I thought they should've been the second round but also like. Allen? LAZARD. is become better than we had initially thought in Valdas Gatling has become better. They have developed ingrown and so when those two pieces of step forward. Still one of three or four premiere roadrunners in the NFL and one of the reasons they did not take a receiver in the first round was Aaron. Jones is such a pass catching threat, and so I think Aaron is. Mechanically figured out a lot of things for himself. He's got a much better foundation around him and the players around him are better than they were over the last two or three years. So I. Don't know if it was necessarily underestimating Aaron Rodgers it was you know trying to look at the whole picture and going okay. Are they good enough around him for him to play up to the level that he's kind of set for himself and the answer right now is yes fascinating. We will see the end of week to the NFL season tonight on. ESPN. New. Orleans will help open up the brand new allegiance stadium. When the saints play the, let's say it all together. Now, the Las Vegas Raiders, and you can see Dan on get up this morning eight am eastern on ESPN for more of his very, very interesting takes including Josh Allen is potential MVP, which we're GonNa talk about here in a second Dan appreciate adjoining this morning. Thank you. All right till. Convention God just I wanted to mention what you were doing while was talking about Josh on you. Actually I just I just had a keyshawn Johnson moment i. Recognize. The frustration that you have your on NFL live sets. This finding his own opinion. Though I loved the Dana's. Boy I just I don't know if I can give Josh Allen. VP after watching him play against the jets and the Dolphins Sushi. Just, the jets, the worst team in football, and.

"And it turns out there are two separate truths. Number one is Nathan Peterman really was. You know, on track and earning the starting job. And the second thing isn't Nathan. Peterman was still Nathan Peterman. So that teaches us a lot about everybody else in quarterback competition. I think less of AJ McCarron and I don't know what to think about Josh Allen is this where they really just going to try to read sure, Josh Allen and try to throw Peterman hoping that he wouldn't be a complete disaster. In that case, I don't know why you don't go McCarron unless he's an absolute disaster. And so. Eight. I don't know what to expect from Josh Allen, except we keep going back to it. It's the Nathan for you thing where maybe Nathan Peterman is a is a elaborate setup to make Josh Allen look, absolutely competent, Josh Allen came in, and I'm not saying that he did anything good, but he was the only quarterback last week he who through deeper passes than Patrick Mahomes. He threw fifteen yard passes and Patrick Mahomes fourteen point six. So Josh Allens gonna, throw. Deep passes is gonna go for it is going to do a lot of things we're not used to seeing from the bills. And I think that you just bills fans are going to have to learn to know. This can be a lot of adjustment and it's going to feel a lot better because they just on him Peterman throw seven or sections into games. Unfortunately, those deep passes are going to the likes of Kelvin Benjamin and zeta-jones in front of the worst offense of wine in the NFL. It would have been hilarious if they had tried Nathan Peterman out against the chargers. Again. I would have so much and thank God for Josh Allen. That Joey Bosa is not playing this game because I have no idea which we both said would look like against that offensive line there. Josh l. let's career. Would it be over before it started? Yeah. They still have guys like Derwin James who are ready to screw up, Josh Allens career? Yeah, it plenty of guys. Let me be clear. It's still going to go really bad against the chargers. The chargers defense still has actual players. Here's my question. If they went Peterman if you looked at the tape and they went Peterman again at some point, does the league step in it's almost like the Chris Paul trade. Is there a competitive thing where it's just like, no, you just can't do this anymore. Here's my issue with the whole thing. And I, I believe we mentioned this on Sunday night. I don't understand the logic of the plan. Like if you thought our infrastructure is so garbage that it's not where trotting out a top ten pick in that offense behind that offensive line three into those receivers, fine. I completely understand that thought process, but how are you going to abandon that plan within a half? What is the thought there? How do you possibly reach that conclusion? If you thought? No, no. He's now. Ready. Let's not ruin him that first two quarters showed you something different. I just don't get how they're going about this and why. And maybe Josh Allen for the bills right now is going to be a better quarterback than eighth and Peterman, but I don't get how this is the smart decision long term. And we talked about this with a couple of different quarterbacks. I remember talking to Greg Olsen about it in regard to Jared Goff. His rookie year with Greg Olsen sets me was he felt like the eight games or seven games at golf played were perfect because it wasn't long enough to develop actual scar tissue in a really bad situation. Josh Allen starts fifteen games in this offense. That's plenty of time to develop some scar tissue. I had a line that actually came to regret because I thought it was a little too harsh around the draft, which was I said that whoever whichever GM picks Josh Allen will in five years, be leading an NFL network panel. Call it what I got wrong about Josh on. Five years? No. And what I'm saying is I immediately Kyle is like us kind of mean, and now I'm I realize that. A five years too long and be I've seen nothing in this plan..

"He just wasn't a very good player in terms of like. Hadn't dominated a small level competition like Josh Allen. The problem was Josh Allen to me, had a fundamental flaw. He just couldn't complete pass this. Well, I had a buddy when I went to the scouting, combine kicked off this podcast when out to dinner all the nights, it's basically drunk fest hanging out with my friends in the league and a couple of them. One really close buddy was just telling me, I think the guy's going to be a big time player. He's he's high character guy. He's really smart. He hasn't even scratched the surface really liked, and this guy's doesn't missile many players since I've known him. So I always in the back of my mind, like, you know, maybe I shouldn't go all in, but I was already all in just wrote it. Not that I, I don't regret it, but I'll say, sometimes, you know, right away. And this is where doesn't necessarily parallel Paul. George Paul, George had a rough first couple years wasn't I think to like the end of your two or your three to kind of clicked. And then he ended up taking jump. Never looked back in the second preseason game. I take away. It was, oh my God, Josh Allen looks at Carson Wentz, and I've never been afraid to say I was wrong. I think that's why Colin likes me. Mike. I'm not afraid to have strong opinions, say something, especially when it comes to players. I mean, we're just talking about sports here is national security, but I also don't say things if I don't believe it, I truly would not have drafted, Josh Allen well, and I'm trying not to overreact a preseason, but listen, I've been, I did this for three years in the league and ever since I've been in the media, I've been around the Niners raiders very closely. So just watching all their first rounders and watching the teams are playing. I got a pretty good idea of what something looks like in win is like, you know, I'm might be wrong on this one..

"Five oh and three one touchdown eight picks fifty percent completion so there's a lot to be scared off by if you're a team but maybe a team just falls in love with those abilities evan i'm in love with your abilities thank you so much i mean look i think that if you're just looking at it from a probability angle who do you think has higher probability josh rosen josh allen based on everything we know about these guys who would be a higher probability nfl quarterback rosen for sure i mean that that takes to helping out of it too doesn't it that people are scared off by rosen's medical history which can be which can cause a prospect of bus just as easily as any other thing i mean i think that josh rosen's health you know past history of injuries is something that you certainly need to weigh into your analysis when you're trying to do like talk about probability when it comes to these guys i just think that josh rosen is such a better bet to become a longterm nfl starter based on what we know yes he has this you know the history of injuries shoulder injury a couple of concussions that's definitely something that you want to factor in but even with those things factor in factoring in i think the josh allen is just such a superior process or you such an inferior bet to josh rosen and that's what the draft is all about it's a bet evans silva you could follow him at evan silva he is a jug guzzler these.
