Rogers emerged from the darkness today. Should I love to dance? Who the hell are these guys? That's exactly what Aaron Rodgers won Rogers, probably the most shocked to hear us today, expecting to hear Dan Patrick and guess what? We'll be here again tomorrow. We're talking about athletes that are polarizing to the point where when they're on your team, you love them. But when they're not on your team, you're like, I hate that guy. Exactly. He said, you know, as a Minnesota guy, he said, AJ presents. AJ Krasinski, yeah, again, polarizing guy. When that guy came back into the mix with socks and the Giants like, yeah, it's just not likeable when he's not on your team. I felt that way as a mets fan about Jose Jose Jose Jose Jose Jose Reyes was one of those guys that when he's on your team, you love them. When he's not, you're like, I hate this guy. I hate this guy. Jimmy in Kansas. You're out with Kevin on rich in for DP. What's up? Hey guys, first of all, just a couple of quick things. Love, love, love the show. Thanks, man. Thank you for the bribery ball. It's awesome. Thank you. Oh, thank you, man. Yeah, get yourself a bribery ball like Jimmy and just subscribe to the podcast and leave a nice review and we pick random friends to give the bribery balls to it. What's up? Okay, so I wanted to weigh in just real quick on a couple of things. I'm a big Jets fan and I absolutely do you guys kind of already said one. Michael Vick and Brett Favre, I hated them. Of course, until they signed with the jets. There were so many people that were probably like, I hate farm, and then jet fans were like, all right, I guess. How many people mocked Aaron Rodgers in New York, especially with all the COVID stuff? We know what a sense of people. It exposes that thin line between love and hate, because if you're so easily swayed and now you love the guy, that means the whole time while you were hating them, you were just hating them for jealous reasons. Oh, does that mean every girl that, hey, did you sort of maybe loved you too? That's kind of where I'm getting at. Yeah, okay. Well, look at Brett Favre, though. I left Green Bay, I went to the jets. Yeah. And you green do? You know what? It would be following in my footsteps. Really, you're going to do that? It would be pretty wild to make that two iconic Green Bay quarterbacks sort of like ended with the jets. I don't know if I was Brett Favre if I'd appreciate that. I don't think it's going to happen. But we're about to find out Derek Carr. Jimmy G I'm just being in New Yorker. I just tell the Jets have that losing reputation. Even when they do well, those to Mark Sanchez Rex Ryan period, where they did have a couple of good years. We forget, they competed for a couple of years. I don't think at this stage of Rogers legacy. I want to take the chance to be the savior for a losing franchise or a franchise that has that sort of stigma. That added pressure on him. He's going to want to go to a team that could contend without that reputation. It's rough though because if you go to the Raiders, you're in the same division with mahomes, you're in the same division with Justin Herbert and the same division with a Russell Wilson and now Sean Payton. You go to the east, you're with Josh Allen. So he started running out of places to go simpler than that. If he stays where he's at, it hurts the Lions. So he'll stay. Joe wants him out. Northern California, let's go to will. Will, you're on the committee on rich. Good morning, you guys. What's up, man? How are you doing? We're good. I live three quarters a mile from where Aaron Rodgers grew up and. And you heard, Chico, I mean, we're talking population 1800. And you peaked in his windows. And you're a weirdo. No, that's cool though. Do you think Aaron Rodgers, what do you think he ends up will? Okay, I want to where are you going to end up at with the jets? Wow. I mean, listen. There's 30 we're talking about 32 teams. There's only about 5 choices, right? When you think about it. Is she trying to battle bob in Oregon as our Aaron Rodgers insider? He did a throwback inside. It's me, will. I live in the hometown of Aaron Rodgers, and I know that Aaron used to go. To the subway sandwich shop right up there. Let's see if our insiders still on the line. Bobby, you still there? Bob Oregon. And I've got some news for you guys. Oh, bob's one last up. What's the scoop on Aaron Rodgers? Well, after enjoying his corned beef and hash at the local wild goose there, he went to the hardware store. And the only report I was able to get from the waitress about the meal was the extremely big size of his tip. The big size of it. On the bill. Okay, okay, thank you. Oh, and I was like, he came out of the darkness with no clothes on. Sean and Sacramento. Last call on this Sean, what do you think, man? What's on your mind? Yo, my brother's from another mother. Hey, Joel in the morning time, man. I like the little mix all got going on. That's fun, man. Yeah, we have fun. It's kicking it big, baby. It's real quick for all of the other welfare slash wick kids, best cereal ever. Honey bunches of oats and kicks, like I'm just gonna get that out the way right now. I gotta say, man, look, I think that there was a little bit of conflict when Chris Webber came to Sacramento Kings. I mean, the dude was basically a bust, the timeout gate, all that stuff. And we traded for this dude. He cried on the plane over here 'cause he said he thought he was getting shipped over to a cow town and look what happened, man. Big sloppy kisses between the fans and him. He ended up doing a full page article in the newspaper when he ended up getting traded to Detroit. So it was a beautiful thing, man. That would be my pick. Yeah, you know what, it's interesting, Sean brings up a story about Chris Webber not wanting to go to Sacramento and then loving it. You know who has a very similar story and he just resigned to continue to call mets games. Keith Hernandez, Keith Hernandez, when he got traded from the Cardinals to the mets, he contemplated walking away. He's like, the mets think is at that time the mets hadn't done anything. And Keith Hernandez was like, I hate New York. I hate the mets. I hate everything. And look at that. Ends up his whole career is sort of based around. We'll see you guys tomorrow until then. Have a great day. Are there too many? We will see you tomorrow. See you in the promised land. Goodbye now. Goodbye, guys. Think of all the time.
