"Think it's going to help Philadelphia as far as getting to the Astros and making them do things outside of their comfort zone. Now, Canada elevate the Phillies to another level schwarber goes deep at an opportune time in the 7th inning. Yeah, there's no question that can help the home team. What have you seen in dusty baker during the course of this postseason run? He's himself, you know, and he talks about as far as culture in a Clubhouse. He says he tries to stay out of there as much as he can. He wants those guys to feel relaxed. And feel like they can be themselves, not having to look over their shoulder and say in the coaches and the manager, listening to what they say. He wants that club has to be theirs. It's why he is, who he is. He's the most likeable, maybe manager. I've ever been around. He's just so fun. To be around, listen to, learn from. I love him. You know, I would love to play for dessie baker and there's a big reason why he's 9th all time in wins as far as managers go. And I think a lot of the players will tell you they'd love to win this for dusty. Where does Jose Altuve sit right now you think in terms of how comfortable he is at the plate? Well, it's going to take a couple of good points in the bathroom to get comfortable again. I think he's just really sensitive buster and he gets off to a slow start. He hates to let his team down. He hates to let his teammates down and I think he starts to chase once he gets off to a slow start or a bad start and I've seen this during the course of seasons throughout the years for the last ten years. He'll have these slopes, maybe not to this degree and not with the lights this bright. But when he comes out of him, I mean, a lot of times it's a 9 for 11 stretch. He's just roars out of these types of situations. So one of the best centers we've seen, he's got a lifetime average of over 300 for our big reason and he's got elite ball to bat skills that we haven't seen in a long time. So he gets off to a good start and he swings at that first pitch and connects, I think he'll be off to the races. Yeah, sparkly. I mentioned to you that I talked to AJ Hinch and he said that Altuve is one hit away from ten hits. That's it. The way that he described it, it's funny. That's exactly the way AJ has seen it too. We see it was as soon as he can calm down a little bit and not try to chase and lead the strike zone and keep his head a little more still slow the game down that there's nobody better about getting the barrel to the ball. All right, sir. I'll see you in the broadcast booth in just a few hours. I mean, looking forward to y'all have good call. All the boy. It's the Ravi train, we're call rabbit. Our rabbits

"jose altuve" Discussed on Effectively Wild: A FanGraphs Baseball Podcast

"Getting and look at everything that they have going on and trade talks and what they want to offer the players. So I mean, I think that's where the advantage lies. I also think just going back to the spider tack, I think that the sticky stuff, it's gotten to a point with the high-speed video of being able to sort of measure your pitches so exactly and how you're twisting your wrist and your overall motion. I think that the sticky stuff does make a real difference. It's hard to say, but again, I mean, you're talking at the level of the game is so high that even if you're just tweaking it at the margins, you are, in fact, probably gaining a fairly significant advantage. So, last question then and I should say also that there can be psychological advantages to some of these things that can be even harder to quantify some sort of placebo effect where you think you're getting an advantage and maybe you are actually, but the confidence that you gain from having that perceived advantage, then helps you in some way, or it's hard to quantify because well, maybe everyone is cheating in some way. And so if you're cheating, it's maybe not giving you an advantage, but it's placing you at less of a disadvantage. So it's a complicated subject. But last question, do you think we're at a low ebb for on field cheating? And I say this just a few years after we found out about what the Astros and other teams were doing and it would not shock me if some other revelation comes along right and we just went through the whole sticky stuff scandal and cracked down too. But relative to some of the eras that you're talking about in this book, it reminds me a little bit of when I interviewed Bill James once about his book, the man from the train about a serial killer and I was asking, well, is it harder to be a serial killer these days? Because you hopefully at least in theory have people who are more vigilant and are sharing information and have greater technology at their disposal to track people down. That doesn't always work in practice. But there are more tools available at least. And I guess you could say the same about cracking down on cheating in baseball or in sports and you have drug tests and you have high definition cameras and you can track spin rates and so on and so forth. So are we going to get another book about baseball cheating and decades to come and it will have just as many revelations about this era as you have in your book about earlier eras or has at least the on field kind of cheating do you think died down slightly in a relative sense? I would say in my opinion it probably has slowed down at the moment and maybe I think there needs to be a perceived opportunity and maybe there isn't a perceived opportunity at the moment so the question is, will there be and perceived opportunity later? I think with the kinds of things that we currently, I think sun ceiling, for example, I think would be a pretty difficult thing to convince your team to do at the moment because the punishments are pretty bad, not just in terms of what it does to the team, but also what it does to the players reputations, which I think that does matter to them. I think what Jose Altuve is going through, which and there's a lot of questions about how much he really participated in this situation, but he's booed. He's still booed and it's been 5 years since the events and I was up in I was up in Seattle a few weeks ago for an Astros game and he was booed the whole time. So I don't think players really want to go through that and then there's probably it's difficult. There's a lot of questions in terms of how much it helps, et cetera. And I think the same thing happened with steroids to some extent. I'm not saying that it's not happening. It would have to be something that you'd have to convince yourself that it was undetectable because, I mean, the punishments are pretty rough compared to the punishments that Mark McGwire had, which was essentially nothing. So I think that it's going to be harder with the things that we now know about and then the question is whether there are things that we don't know about, like a new chemical, or a new modification to your body even, and whether that will then become outlawed, which would then result in cheating. I would

"And you know, LTV sits between those. And it's strange for me to say that we've seen him without a shirt on but we have. It's better than the subject of much conversation. And he has sort of the right builds for it. You know, he's like lean, but still muscular and the right height. And so I'd like to see him try flipping around in the air a bunch of times and taking a twirl a platform diving. I do find platform diving to be very anxiety provoking because I'm always worried they're gonna smack their heads on the platform when they first exit. But I've never actually seen that happen, so I don't think that that's an anxiety that's rooted in anything apart from my own neuroses. So Jose Altuve platform diver. Yeah, that's a creative one. I would not have come up with that. If you had asked me what platform diving was, I don't know that I could have given you a good definition. I know what diving is, and I know what platforms are. So maybe. But they dive off of one pen and they want apart from anything else. I mean, this is the other great thing about the Olympics, of course, is that we all become experts in sports. We've never really seen before, but you know, they grade the dive, and I have to think that the size of the splash also matters. So there's that part too. You know, you don't want a belly flop, you want it to be clean. And then they have the camera under the water. You can see how deep they go. It's great. Yeah. I know they were really tall, though. I thought they were like big tall, like, you know, Otani sized folks. And no, they tend to be smaller of stature. So I learned something and I hope you guys have to. Yeah, and Jose Altuve would be tall for a Jackie. So he would be fit for jockeying. I don't think. And he is too muscular and too thick to be a Jackie. I believe are the optimal size for one. And that's the thing. I mean, you were saying you think all athletes are big. And they are, in some sense, because baseball players are not the biggest of the athletes necessarily. But they are very large. And it's not just that they're tall, but they are heavy set compared to your typical person. They are beefy in a muscular way often and not always in solely a muscular way. But that's the thing. Jose Altuve, he's listed at 5 6. Is he actually 5 6, perhaps not, but he is also listed at a 166 pounds. I don't know whether that's accurate, either, although the fact that it's not a multiple 5 or ten makes it seem accurate. But if we take that at face value, one 66, if you are 5, 6, and if anything he is probably shorter than that, I mean, you have to be very beefy and strong, or overweight in some way, which he clearly is not. I mean, he is to be 5 6 or shorter in a 166 pounds. That's not a normal build. So even if you were next to Jose Altuve and you were taller than Jose Altuve, he would still look big in a sense. And he's like the small baseball player who everyone cites. All right. For my next pick, I will take a less prominent player, although when we have discussed on this podcast before, and that is Tim la Castro Castro probably the fastest player in baseball, these days, and I just want to see him in the hundred meters. So this is not super creative, I guess, but I just want to see how fast the fastest baseball person is compared to the actual fastest people, which has been a topic of conversation with Billy Hamilton. You know, people were always asking how fast does Billy Hamilton really say Miller wrote about this at baseball perspective? People asked Billy Hamilton. Could you beat? You say bolt in a race and he kind of went along with it and he was like, well, I'm super competitive, so I'm going to say yes, which is kind of like acknowledging that he knows that he couldn't, but he's just going to say that he could, because he's competitive. But I would like to see what he get lacked by using bolt or by some other prominent sprinter. And I think probably, but I would want to know and there was an NFL player who became a professional sprinter recently, right? And had kind of a credible performance, but not an elite one at least right out of the gate, so to speak. Are you talking about GK Metcalf of my Seattle Seahawks? Yes, I am. Yeah. And he is obviously sort of a superhero physically. Yes. And it's extremely fast. And handled himself well, but was not like out there keeping pace with the very fastest in the world as I recall. And Hamilton would have been the best pick for this a few years ago. He is still extremely fast, faster than almost everyone, but his sprint speeds have declined slightly relative to a few years ago. Instead of being over 30 feet per second that's like 29 and a half feet per second or something, still pretty darn fast, but Tim mcas has been like the fastest in sprint speed for a few years running now, I think maybe he was tied with Trey Turner last season. And he famously set that record for the most successful stolen base attempts to start a career, which I believe we discussed at the time. So I don't know whether he has any background in sprinting or track and field or interest in it or anything. But I would very much like to see him get on a track with actual elite runners and just see, you know, how many links behind them is he if you give him the proper gear and a little time to train presumably. And so much of speed and baseball is like, well, do you get a good jump out of the box? And do you have good base running instincts and do you round the bases? Do you take an efficient route around the bases? You know, it's not just pure speed and sometimes pure sprint speed is not necessarily the best measure of how quickly you actually get from point a to point B but if he is kind of the default fastest right now, I just want to see him test his speed in his metal against the actual fastest in the world. I like it very much. You didn't take any of my picks, so I don't know why I'm having a drawing as much as I am. The reason I am making the like, oh no, what do I do sound? Is that I had to ask opinions on this again from Bowman and he had a very firm opinion about it and I just don't know enough to know if I disagree with him, but I'm gonna go with this. I also, you can tell me this isn't a sport. And then I will scramble to make a different pick, okay? I'm giving that option. Okay. I think that Jonathan India should drive Formula One. Oh. Is Formula One a sport? I know this is like about what is in the sport because often it's this kind of gatekeeping thing and I've written about eSports before and that's always a point of contention. So generally, I'm happy to concede that anything that people say is a sport is a sport. So fine. I don't even know much about Formula One. We've had that conversation about feeling that we have to find out what Formula One is because people are into it now. So Formula One. Bauman and diamonds into all sorts of sports that I have zero experience. The catalog, the catalog there is so impressive and there were a couple of them where I know that about him and I particularly was interested in some of the Olympic sports obviously Formula One, not in the Olympics, but I would say, oh, can this person be a speed skater? And he was like, no, that's not a thing. Well, Eddie Alvarez could probably be sure. I was apart from the guy who literally meddled in this. Yeah. Oh did he meddler was he just an Olympian? He did he did. Good for you, friend. I will allow this. Okay. But why? So let me tell you why. So I am given to understand that there are a couple of things that are required to be a good Formula One driver. One, you can't be overwhelmingly large. They tend to be, you know, sort of average heighted guess, or even a little bit more diminutive than that..

"And you have an experience or two, they kind of crushes, you know, that confidence a little bit, and it's not something that's obvious, but players deal with all types of performance issues and challenges. I mean, we got plenty of sports psychologists out there, helping guys, but what's your understanding of sort of because you got drafted at what? 17, and then he was in the big leagues in 18. That's right. And we actually had, I remember had him, I think it was an early Sunday Night baseball game. It was the braves first Sunday, and he started and he had a similar outing. You know, he couldn't throw strikes. And baseball history is filled with guys who struggled at the outset of their career. And then at some point, the light goes on, the talent kicks in and they take off, most notably Sandy Koufax, right? But you could even look at the guys on the stabs on both sides in this World Series. Max freed had a reputation in baseball early in his career while he soft. You know, California kid, beach kid, and I asked and snit about that last night, and he just laughed 'cause he had heard it, too. And he was like, boy, he's so competitive. It just took max freed a little bit more time. Robert Valdez. Right? He's not 22. He's 27 years old. Took him some time to figure it out. So, you know, maybe this is Kyle rights moment. It would be fun to see him get that opportunity and see how he responds. Before he go, I want to ask you about Jose Altuve. He has 22 home runs in 75 games in the postseason and I asked him jokingly after the game last night about how does he turn into Jeff Bagwell once we get into the postseason? He's great. One thing you I think you noted this is either during the broadcaster and the pose game show, which I 100 percent agree with in a spot on about Jose Altuve because obviously with the ASTRO success over the last 5, 6 years, we've done a lot of games. They've been in the postseason.

"About Jose Altuve and Bregman. Those guys are tough. Like they are tough players. No doubt about it. And they had a great series and they're going to be a challenge for the Red Sox. All right, here's AJ brzezinski and Adam Wainwright on FS1. And this was a diagnosis of what happened when Jose Abreu was hit by the pitch in the 8th inning and talking with our old friend Adam I mean, give a list. Hopefully an umpire big car pause is gonna get the umpires together. For what? This hurts first of all. I mean, he's not this is just a miss. I mean, you can tell by his reaction. Heat right away. Head down no I mean Tony's Matt I get it. And he's missed up the hole at bat though. Wasn't like just didn't make any adjustment. Tony say there's three times he's gone up there. I don't know Tony want some objected or what Tony wants, but I don't know what the umpires are talking about other than possible warning, but you can't kick a guy out 7 to one, two outs. And there's got to be a first pitch breaking ball coming here, right? Warnings issue to both dugouts. Big car pasa points to the third base White Sox dugout on the show he's about to get Bobo. He he might get his money's worth it. Because he's like, what is it? What is this? He's protecting his guys. He's also there's a little bit of let me slow the game. Let me slow things down. Joey's here with this. I get his argument. Listen, he's absolutely doing the right thing. Like dusty came out and argued the granddaughter playing game three. But at the same time he gets a crowd a little bit excited he gets people excited, but he's not accomplishing it. They're not going to change their mind at this point. One thing I love about baseball arguments too is you have to be real demonstrative with your body. Yes. You got to show the whole crowd with your arms. Gesticulate wildly and your head. Can you put way to one camera? Yeah,.

Down the line but they all they all share You know you can definitely be selfish in this game if you want to Because you never know how long you're going to be with the team and maybe you wanna protect something that you know but I don't see that with this group. I see total team effort and guys helping their teammates out. Because they're all on the same rope. Astros a gm. James click tampa of quite a while longtime you mentioned clubhouse culture. That's an unbelievable franchises. You know what's the difference is. Do you see similarities in the clubhouse and can you compare the two and what the differences between tampa and here i mean. Each clubhouses is distinct clubhouses unique and the tampa clubhouse around have been different. You know year two years sometimes. Depending on who the club outliers are can be a quieter more stoic clubhouse But a team like that because they tend to be on the younger side. you know. it's it's a lot of young guys and if a young clubhouse for for For better worse than and you know we all know kind of that. Right right but You know the the astros club out here. It's it's very it's professional It you know guys are are determined. They take this thing very seriously and you can see it. Not just in how they behave themselves on the field but in how they're taking care of themselves off the field not only taking care of their bodies and and being serious about that but also being safe with everything else. That's going on. And we've seen what happens to teams that have to to battle covert outbreaks and i give a lot of credit for treating this as seriously as they have to put us in the best position possible compete be full strength. Our post is postseason experience in baseball overrated or underrated at dependent who won the last game. You know we we do a really good job giving you the choice. You got to have one or the other. You gotta have a team that's experienced or a team. That's a little bit young and naive. I know the mix would be nice but if you had to choose one is what is one overrated underrated experience. I mean they're they are both over and under at the same time. It is it we just after the game is over in the postseason if the experienced team one then we get a bunch of articles and a bunch of talk about how the postseason experience came true and if the inexperience team won we get a bunch of talk about how you know. Well they were too young or you know not. They didn't realize how big the pressure was because they'd never been there. I don't i don't think any one of us has a has a really good idea on on overrated underrated dot kind of thing I do think that there is a benefit of.

"And get it taken care of James click astra's gm here on seven ninety james without a and his struggles in the month. There's main obviously pretty well documented. But he's such a great player in a great postseason player with the guy like that. Do you trust that. He'll work his way out of his slump for the month. Or is it something that you guys discuss. Just kind of. Stay out of the way and let the veteran take care of his business Jose altuve has forgotten more about hitting than i know. So personally i stay out of the way on that one The guy has a track record That's you know impeccable. So i don't want to overreact to it at the same time you know when you see one of you guys. Struggling one of your key is You know not getting the results on the field that that he would like to get. You always wondering is. There's nothing i can do. Is there something i can do to help out. And so you know we'll always keep those conversations with him and with every player we keep an eye on everybody's performance and making sure that they have everything they need and that they're locked in but You know when it comes to hitting We're gonna trust to figure it out with With his teammates coaches you obviously has a system where He can get himself right and when he's right. He's he's pretty impressive. Kyle tucker and this has been on my mind. It's i may not even be relevant. But i i'd like to know just because you're an expert at this and watching him. I think he's so good. I do his command of the plate and he's going the other way and i know you know that it's a captain obvious statement but if you were evaluating him and you hadn't seen much and the only thing you'd seen as the way you've watched him swing the bat and play defense this year. Well how would you evaluate and what what would you. If you're a right in the scouting report how would you write it up about kyle. Tucker right now what you've seen I think you have to talk about the potential for a five to guy. Honestly i mean we're talking about here. We talk about hit for power. We talked about running tro field. These are all parts of his game. We've seen him still basis. We can Throw guys out in the field him. I think he's well above average in right field. They obviously was final goals last year. I mean you know the he does everything that you want a baseball player to do And the ability honestly to stay in their against lefties hit lefties just as well as writings Or at least not. Be one of those guys. Who's who team can bring in a killer And get them out. I mean the fact that he and alvarez to have the ability to hang in there against both sides really adds a a real element and You know something that that might get glossed over a little bit. But that would be. If i was out there scouting probably be part of my report is You know there's some lefties where something about their bad path..

Took off from like the foul line on a fast break and P. J. Tucker stepped in, tried to take the the blocking foul. I give him credit because he got there. He took it straight in the chest, but they called it a blocking foul because Johnson had already left his feet. He left his feet from the foul line, and he got all the way in and slammed it down. So is a great offensive player, not a bad defense played by Tucker, and he would detect that they called the block on him, but it was correctly called by the referees. He makes some foul shots. So we got a 10 point game with plenty of time left to go. I've got only a couple of minutes left to go. I'll get as many calls in as I can. 855 to 1 to 4 to 27 Travis from college state. Thanks for waiting. You're on CBS Sports radio. Yeah. Hey, Jodi. Thanks for taking my call. Man. I just had to call in. You know, I'm and then Astros saying, I've been listening to the show for a couple hours now, Not a lot, said about what happened today at the juice box. A lot of New York is going to be mad tonight. That's a walk off three run homer, six runs in the bottom of the night from the strokes, and he took quick. Can I can I answer a quick question? Okay. I ask you a quick question. And I'm sorry if I'm going to be raining on your parade, little bitty or but who hit that walk off home? How to say Oh, well, Jose Altuve. How's he gonna do any All Star Game on Tuesday? Oh, well, no. Korea is the one who said he's not plan. I don't know. Oh, Oh, so is l two v. How to a great bag. You had four Astros and all four said Thank you very much. We're not going. You know the gender reveal for Korea, Man. What can I say? You know they're well, Here's Here's what you can say Whatever you want to say. And yet you can laugh with the results of today's game kept from being swept by the Yankees, but a hell but compromised victory with six runs in the bottom of the ninth inning, But He's saying I'm not Shaymen. Shame on Jose out to Bay Shaymen. Carlos Korea is supposedly Jose is dealing with an injury. He was so badly injured, he stepped up and hit a walk off three run home run today to win the game for the Astros. Carlos Korea is going to have a gender reveal party for his pregnant wife. Who's four months from giving birth, and he said he need to spend quality time with the White House chief Pregnant. Come on now. Presley, the reliever. His wife may give birth over the next couple of days, so he's got a legit excuse. If he's begging off, I got no issues. No problems with that of his wife is supposed to give birth any day now. Four months in advance for Carlos Korea, an injury that's so bad he hit a walk off home run last game before the All Star break. Shame on the Astros that begged off the All Star Game. James from Ella's up on CBS Sports Radio, A James It was no Jodie Mack. You know, they don't want to face that He man is a Dodgers fan. You know, I wouldn't want to do it either. So they're gonna whatever they can figure that get out of the thing. I'll do it. Okay? I don't know if it's got anything to do with not wanting to face the Dodgers. But today anyway, you slice it. It's weak. Yes. I feel yesterday. The Bucks and seven. By the way. I just didn't know that off there. Uh, but, you know, I want to touch on the reading football. Real quick man. I heard Derek Corey said some things that they were just a few plays away from going 12 and four and I want to know what kind of team he's looking at. I mean, I like the guy kind of put them around top 10 that I think him and that Prescott, you can kind of flip flop. They're both about the same to me. So I put him right there in the top and as as right on the cuts for the top 10. Quarterbacks in the league, but Think that I mean their defense, Horrible man, and I don't know what Chuckie Gruden is trying to do. He's trying to recapture some of that magic he got in Tampa Bay. You know when he was coaching before Rich Gannon back in the day. They almost. I mean, they almost got there. You know, the NFL had to Come up with a nip and tuck rule, which was tied to this day. I'm still pissed off about it. But you know very living that lived But I want to know when you when you think about him, man. What's what's he trying to do? We get to what can I can I Thank you for, uh, specifically what you've said here tonight because it lets me to let me do something that I love doing and have been doing it. 30, plus years since I became a sports talk show host. He's right. Derek Carr is right. I I could go back to the box scores of all their games right now..

"How do is get more done. And how about Jose Altuve? A. He celebrated his 31st birthday in style on Thursday as he hit the eventual game winning through on home run to give the Astros of 74 went over the Yankees down 32 in the eighth inning. To Bayswater Day Homer toe left that not only gave Houston a 53 lead but also silence the merciless booze he heard from the Yankees fans all Syria's long. Let's talk some Green Bay Packers right now we do so with our favorite packer, a man that should be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The man that invented the Lambeau Leap. That's LeRoi! Bolan! Roy. How you been? Very good that I'm going to have for you to have me on. I appreciate it. I appreciate you. You're I'm doing tonight at about 10:05 P.m. Eastern. You have any ideas? Better be some leave Vulcan. You're right. I'm taking a glass. I'm putting a big fat ice cube in it. I don't have chaser with your vodka because that's that's the real deal. And a nice fat glass of leap blocker. That stuff's delicious man. You did a job well done. Defeated my brother. I appreciate my goddamn plucker and Steve Shoulds. We have a lot of fun that I actually started with. Chad Greenway, Former Viking. We had him on our show. The Big show Network would ask him about Aaron Rodgers stuff You know, being Chad did have a sub exactly Why would you think about this? If for some, and let's just play along with this, I know it's kind of weird. Let's just play along if Aaron Rodgers did leave Okay, Who would be the team in the north? That would take over and it is divided. They're sitting back, hoping that this happens because now live will they be relevant in the north again, But it will be pretty much relevant in the inner cities that they got the receivers with Jefferson. Obviously, Earth's Miss Julia. And, of course, Adam feeling one of my fantasy football guys. And you would think that was Zimmer with defense? They could be good enough. To compete in the NFC, But I'm just one that all in Viking past. No, It ain't gonna happen here and rather than going nowhere. Wow. You don't think he's going anywhere? Why is that with all the confusion last week? Yeah, Here's the thing about. Here's why. I think it's 100%. He'll be the quarterback for the next two years. It's about legacy when you're playing anytime you plan football. As a 35 years old, and that's the only reason why you would play. Obviously championships. Change that, But your team like them. Dora San Francisco, You think you're one Quarterback away. Of course you do your due diligence secured agreement packing that one of the most historic Uh, in a benefit, teach ever that You gotta understand that Did Jake changed players every year is things like 400 years? We've always had to stay low, Go so and have to sit back and say You know what, whether or not it came out if I wanted to come out of not I need to make this work because I remember a long time ago when I was 24th pick in the first round agreement, Packers gave me an opportunity. I went through all this up and down stuff with Brett Farve and his two thing I want to learn from the farm first. Don't throw interceptions his second. I don't want Packer Nation to split. I'm hoping why he's sitting back at home. That kind of sets in and everything will be fine. All right, Butler here with us. You talked about two years. I know he's under contract for three more years. He wants I would imagine guaranteed money and more years to assure that he's actually the guy moving forward, And they're not just going to run him out of town and go to Jordan Love. Do you believe he'll get you think he's gonna be there? Come week one. Do you think we'll have a new contract? Well, I think the allegedly they offered him a contract to be the highest pay with you know those voidable years in the back of three years, it would've looked like almost five year deal. You'll get three years guaranteed to get more new money. And you get a chance to win the Super Bowl. And that's immense Your legacy and one of the best of all time and knowledge that if you win another Super Bowl Now you could write the quarterback. Barred stars. Aaron Rodgers inbred farmers, But as long as you have one each with barb something and they're going to say, Well, if you read the top quarterbacks is Bart Starr, you know, bred far and then Aaron Rodgers, but for some reason, if he could stay with the Packers and win one more Elevated into two. So you would think with the older guys like Brady, you know, like Aaron Rodgers legacy doesn't mean that he got enough money back. I mean, You have no kids just didn't get married. So I mean, he said, no, probably his first looking deal money, So it's not about money. It's just about Um, respect. You understand where he's coming from that I really do and just give me 10 seconds of space to explain it. And we always tire. We all think it's about us. Remember when I retired? Um, I'm thinking. Hey, listen, I played 12 years. One teen. I'm thinking I could work for the team in the future could be apart organization. It never happened. Lotto. My therapist. Why won't they hire me and be a party organization? My therapist told me did that It ain't about you Don't make it so personal. You've got a great career. You don't need the Packers to make a living. What you need Packers to make a living. In other words, you can do all you want they all you want. But at the end of the day that says, are the owners. We don't have owners like other franchises. You want to be respectful to the fans and trying to make sure it's amicable. And that's why I think again and I know I'm in the minority is that You will be the quarterback for the next few years. Now, I put it at 64% Laroy Butler that now hold on. Hold on. That's an honor. I agree. That's another Jerry Kramer. I think that's a fair number 64%. But here's what I'll say to you. When it comes to Aaron Rodgers and Rogers doesn't need the Green Bay Packers. He could go somewhere else. And when Okay, let's let's talk about that for a minute. The good thing about it. Yes. You can lead a packer comfort and go try to win. If you don't.

Jerry Kramer Jose Altuve Brett Farve Aaron Rodgers Bart Starr Yankees Green Bay Packers Thursday 100% Rogers Jefferson 12 years Chad Greenway Brady 32 Roy Laroy Butler 53 400 years Adam
