"Hour three podcast. Okay, we're halfway home and what has truly been a busy Monday sometimes these type of lazy spring day, not a lot is happening today that is not exactly the case. Big conversation early about the Bama quarterback situation. Unsettled according to Mike rodak. In fact, if anything, rodak, who covers the team for AL dot com, said that Miller here, very good runner. But this didn't help his cause, throwing an interception. This is ty Simpson. Smooth. Rodak said, Simpson in spite of everything. And that play right there had a pretty good game. He was, he said, no rose numbers a little bit skewed with playing against some walk ons at the end. He threw two interceptions. Sabin was not happy afterwards. And we are back. Will Sabin B in the portal is a question that is what many people believe. JK was a very sobering and objective view of all things college football is up next. He might not be an affordable, he probably was in the port of party after that showing the Senate. Hey, before I start, man, let me give a shout out to my favorite call on the show layer, layer, I hope to get better, buddy. Hey, and I know he's not sitting up in the hospital over there but it's still sympathy and a little simple departed, so I'm a give him a little joke. A lair. You had a little setback. You gonna be all right. But I hope you went at the a day game that caused that heart attack. So you get better soon, but then we right here waiting on you to call back in and do your usual stuff. But Paul, I've been trying to tell you and these delusional fans of Alabama. They don't have a quarterback. You got a guess that finally came on and told the truth about Alabama. And now my week has been going good so far. First I get this report, which I knew it was gonna be this report. And to her Carlson got fired. Now we gotta do a good handed out there. So I'm having a pretty good week. But check this out, Paul. It's gonna be a lot of these sad days for Batman fans upcoming. I predict they go 8 and four or 9 and three at best. I don't know what you think, but I'm sure you're gonna promote 11 and one hopefully playoff team for Alabama, but it ain't gonna have a new year either. So I'll see you again in the at the end of the playoffs. When we won't see Alabama once again, it'll be a wonderful year for me again. Trey is up next in Tuscaloosa. Hey, Paul. First of all, I think some prayers out to Larry, but is JK and Dwayne, kind to each other. I mean, do you not find their calls just repetitive, same old saying? I mean, JK come on the scene. He was pretty good, but I guarantee you pull up his first call, Paul. It's the same in his last 15, 20 calls. And Jim from Tuscaloosa would tell him if he lacks substance. They don't meet anything anymore. They sound the same. It's saying, dang, every day. So he talked trash pretty good at first, but he needs to come up with a new or the new line or something. But Paul, my question to you would be this. Don't you think it's kind of ironic or funny? And it's not just Alabama, but people making assumptions after spring football games, but we don't even know which players have gone air the portal or who's going to be there, who's going to do what come up, August and September part. Don't you think that's kind of ridiculous? We start judging. Well, I think overreacting Trey is ridiculous. I've told many stories over the years about leaving spring games and having expert commentators say that team has no chance to win 8 games and they nearly play for a national championship. I think that I think the thing about it's late though, this is not, this is not early. This is late. There's not much more that can change. Alabama did not have two of his best defensive players in the game. But the one thing I'm encouraged by just observationally is the young players. I mean, the road said he thought the best players on the team were young guys. So the program looks really good and I think this is a result of the recruiting class. The danger is attrition. Why is Alabama why are Alabama's best players freshmen? Because they've lost so many of the other great players over the years. That's the new normal. And saving may go out and pull a rabbit out of his hat. He could. And that could change, especially if he could upgrade two or three positions. Now, on the other hand, Jordan Rodgers, who was at the game who did the game, said he liked what he saw. So again, sometimes you take it all with a grain of salt. Sometimes you pay great attention to it. It does feel a little bit different, the most important thing I've heard all day came from micro deck again. When he said he's covered 5 Alabama teams and of all those teams and we're talking about national championship teams, Bryce young teams will Anderson teams. He said the talent on this team seems to be the most limited. I think that's what he said. So that's a guy that's there every day. I trust the people who are there every day versus those of us who flip on the game for 25 minutes and go out. I don't like what I saw. Let me check Twitter and form an opinion. Allen is up next in Georgia. Good afternoon. Hey, Paul. Thank you for taking my call. Thank you. I became an organ donor for coach Lee. And I'd like to invest our listeners to do the same. Did you know he was an organ donor? No, I did now. And tell us more about this. This is very interesting. Well, I thought we owned the Monday that we all heard that he was in the hospital and you were very hesitant with more news, I found out that the delay was due to the harvest of his organs. Oh, okay. Interesting. But that he was an organ donor. And here in Georgia, we can make up a week in check box on our drivers lessons to become an organ donor. And we're talking about our interested in maybe honoring him that way to

"We have seen on film? That changed our minds at all. Then go see, willow is Anthony Richardson if you're the Carolina Panthers relativity is important for these coaches to see these guys next to each other. See them throw back to back to back to really get an understanding of, does it match what we see in the tape? Jordan, you talk to Nick Saban, I thought it was response about the size question was interesting. Take us through your conversation. Which question did you say? About Bryce young's size. Oh, yeah. I mean, right? That's what the media wants to make this about, right? He's 5 ten and a little bit of change. Is that does that matter? Well, Nick Saban's one of the greatest coaches in all of college football at any level never mattered to him. Didn't matter to them winning games. Didn't matter to Bryce young being able to be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. So I think he's a great resource to go. Did you have to change anything in your offense? Did it matter that he was 5 ten when you were recruiting him? You knew it? Then it may have been shorter. He might have grown a half an inch or so, so getting the insight from a guy that spent years in the building with him, I think, is important for these coaches. His phone will be ringing off the hook as we get closer and closer to draft about Bryce about number of these other guys. And the inside that he can give to who they are as players on and off the field. But to me, height is not an issue. It is not a prerequisite to the quarterback position to be a certain height, especially with how the NFL offense is changing. Yards per temper down every single year. It's a quick passing game oriented NFL now. Bryson plays point guard better than anybody in college football. He'll do it at the next level too. Jordan before you go. You mentioned a minute ago about the decision, but that's really going to be the raging debate between now and the end of April. So how do you think Carolina Houston, especially it's really about Carolina right now? What are they going to, what's going to be the final determination between any of these quarterbacks? Yeah, honestly, I think it's between the two, right? I think there is a large gap between will levis and Anthony Richardson and brayson and CJ Shroud. I mean, CJ has unbelievable tape. You throw in the tape against Georgia, there may not be a better game for a quarterback that you'll watch all year. His measurables. He's bigger than Bryce. He has a little bit stronger arm. So I think it's really going to come down to the comfort level of Frank Reich, Josh mccown, the guys are going to be dealing with them on a daily basis of having a guy that's shorter. Because you do have to change a few things. But it doesn't, it's not a barrier to entry for the quarterback position. So are they comfortable having a shorter quarterback designing the offense around him as such, Frank Reich is a guy I said it earlier that in his 17 year coaching career has never had a quarterback under 6 two. So that's going to be a mental barrier if nothing else. So that will really be what it comes down to. I think which is unfortunate because if you go off the tape, price young is the best player in the league. Best player in college football should be the number one overall draft pick. If he's not, it's because there was a hesitation of his size, which I think is short sighted. Indeed, Jordan, thank you, Jordan Rodgers, joining us live from Tuscaloosa and when we saw some of the conversation earlier, he had standing next to Bryce young and there was a difference in the two height and of course right was a pretty good quarterback himself. We'll take a short break. We are back with much, much more. Your phone calls included right after this. Kentucky pro day, tomorrow 1130 will limit can he move up on the draft for a lot of people think he's pretty high right now.

"Results from the bud region and Larry, who we were just listening to got in there at the end of the gym call we were playing. Moves on. K dub over Trey. Auggie over here. That's the considered somewhat of an upset and squirrel wins the bottom of that regional. You can vote for today's bracket. This is the Ted Williams record. Jim, of course, cad daddy, the favorite in that one against Chaplin Mack. You got Andre. And at the bottom of that you got your own. Hi, man, it's up next. Paul, all those brackets are pretty creative, especially the titles and the way you said everybody up. Congrats to the winners and congrats to those who are moving on. And those who are not moving up. You know, Paul I was listening to yesterday and Jim and legend had a, you know, I don't know if that was a phone for you to what it was, but I don't know that there was a declared winner in that deal. And the reason I say that is because they both hailed back. So well. So it's kind of equal because you and I both know them two guys, you put them together, you got to fire in the fireplace. Well, the only thing that I didn't like about it was this that Jim tried to talk over legend. And in the end he moved, he just left. But I think they would be a fascinating conversation if they would just get on there. Each go for 30 or 40 seconds and then let the other person talk. Isn't this Paul, when you fight in a 30 and 40 seconds? Well, you grab a chair, you grab full stick, you might even go to the kitchen and give damn coffee cup. Okay. And then you might even, you might even hit somebody with a $2 bottle of water, smart water at that. You know, one of your colors earlier said that he was quote the gym about opinions. And you know what? Sometimes I listen to these people at call in some of the brain dead, you know, the women that they've tried for ten years to get through and you finally got them through. I don't think they would know an opinion from a hemorrhoid. But anyway, let's move on. Logan Brown brought up something that was really interesting. I've been thinking about sometimes when I got a little studio, you know, all the gear and everything. When I go over there, I usually put on four 5 songs, it's something inspiring. And I love the bagels. And yesterday, I was quite disappointed with that. But you know, yesterday was a fantastic song. Probably, I think it's one of the most recorded songs in history. And it's a great team. And it is pure McCartney. But I was thinking about, you know, the 5 Beatles things that I would put on and I'd start with revolution because you kick everything off of the guitar lick like that. And good blowing song, going to a little George Harrison's old Brown shoot. John Yoko, there's something about John Yoko that I like. It's just got a kind of folksy feel at rhythms that rhymes at rose and its foot Tapping. And then you get down to the last two of that. Walrus has got to be one up. There's nothing out there more appealing than I am. Wow, wow, wow. And this and this may shock you. The encore of that set would be a George Harrison to him that you can't name. You'd never get. Well, I'm sure I can. I mean, I do like that. Why am I a guitar gently weeps? But the thing about me, mine is two different ideas. And that's what I mean, we're talking about two people that are of different interests. I'm listening. I'm a lyrics person because that's what I do. You're listening to the musical part of which I have no basis of understanding. Well, I tell you what, you would understand this if you listen to Omni mine, it's a little ballot thing that George starts off with. And then rainbow does this look anything the ring goes involved with, I'm going to tune out. Well, he's just playing drones. When those four guys break off into that jam on that chain, that is, that's where they really are. I mean, that store guys live just responding off of one another in the studio. It is pure badass. Now I'm not telling you a curve. What do you two favorite Paul Simon too? My favorite is sounds of silence. Right. I like to box her, I like graceland a little bit later on. See, you picked out too right there. Those are the two that I wrote down. Wow. Boxer and grace Leia. Graceland is a fantastic. It really is. A great album. That is a fantastic job. Anybody out there that's never listened to it, go listen to it, you get all of it on YouTube, graceland is just pure throw down fantastic creative album. Paul had a good day. Thank you. Appreciate it. As we continue here on rock line, Van Halen coming up next right now, let's go to Dale in Colorado. Hey Paul, how are you doing today? We're doing great. Thank you. Great show, really, man. Really appreciate what you do every day. Really love your show. Thank you. So I'm thinking The Beatles are the stones really. I think you kind of look like Mick Jagger with less hair. Wow. I think Nick's got a few more moves than I do. But well, I mean, it's seriously Bobby. Well, I've never seen The Beatles and I've seen the stones three times and I will say that I've never seen anything quite like a stones concert. But I would probably, it's a matter of I'm not trying to duck your question. I would probably listen to the stones if I just was listening to music. I think, I mean, there's so many different songs that are that are just epic and by the way, The Beatles stand alone, but I would probably pick the stones. Of course they do. I bet you can dance. It's like, oh, come on. I would like to be able to. Come on, Paul, bust a move. But yeah, I mean, I have seen Jagger at various points of his career and I don't know if there's anybody I admire more that can do what he does at his age. Thanks for the call. Let's check in with miss pat next. Hi, Paul. I promise not to hang up after ten seconds, but thank you for taking my call. Thank you. And if you don't hang up on me before I'm finishing it won't take me long. I've actually called to find about squirrel colony of wine or yesterday. He must have been thinking about me a lot over the last year because remember a year ago when he called you and told everybody that he didn't like me. Most confused, I don't remember that. Very well, but anyway, he did. So then today on Twitter, he told me, I reminded him of your collar Peggy. Now Peggy is the girl from Tennessee. I believe that right. Right. Okay. I'll take that as a compliment. Then, on Twitter, he sent me a picture of fake at the beach. I looked a lot like my feet. Even had my summer nail college Pope. Nail polish color on. But I know it was early or late spring because I didn't have a summer tan on the feet yet. So you think he has a foot fetish? You know, I don't know. I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer that, but I am going to hang up on you first. I just had to do that. We had quite a show. John Feinstein joined us earlier talking about Rick Barnes also some strong comments on Brandon Miller, which upset pretty much everybody in the audience. We've also talked to Dan wetzel, a Jordan Rodgers. Let's check in with Trey next. Good afternoon. So is miss pat trying to tell us that squirrel was doing some Twitter trolling?

"Of jassy being silent this week since news of the job cuts became public. In New York, Charlie palette Bloomberg daybreak Europe. Now to some U.S. politics, Nancy Pelosi is stepping down from her role as the democratic leader of the House, ending her history making tenure as the first woman to serve as speaker, making the announcement speaker Pelosi made reference to the January 6th insurrection. Indeed, American democracy is majestic, but it is fragile. Many of us here have witnessed its first fragility firsthand tragically in this chamber. And so democracy must be forever defended from forces that wish it harm. Pelosi is leaving her post to as Republicans prepare to take control of the House of Representatives in January after winning the majority in the midterm elections. The 82 year old Nancy Pelosi has led the House Democrats for almost two decades encompassing two stretches as speaker under four different presidents. And I think there are many people will also remember her incredible facial expressions during choice being choice features by Donald Trump during the right behind yes. Sarcastic clapping, no one does it like Nancy Pelosi. Yeah, but look, she's an absolutely remarkable in terms of kind of breaking the glass ceiling and being a political leader. No matter what. And surviving at that high level of politics for such a long time. I mean, some people will be, you know, interesting to make comparisons to the longevity politicians in this country. Yeah. Yes, perhaps I'd also to that kind of dramatic flourish when she ripped up the State of the Union at a speech. Well, all right. Those are our top stories. Let's get some of the events that we're looking at for later today. Bloomberg's famous work is back with us in the studio. James White is on the agenda for you. So I mean, after budget day, Steven, there is often all the think tanks stay up overnight to kind of write up their results and thoughts and we'll be having a lot of them on Bloomberg radio this morning to try and digest that. We are going to get the onward infrastructure Adam hawkes be at 8 40 in a midday we'll have resolution foundation director Lindsey judge and as well as that and we're going to be building in the reaction from business at 7 20. We're going to get the federation of small business chair tin Mackenzie, the currency expert Jordan Rodgers of Nomura joins us at 7 50 and then we're going to get the union reaction at 9 30 and you see France to graze so you stay tuned to Bloomberg ready for that kind of budget reaction on the eco side will get UK retail sales at 7 which will be another key marker as we look at the sort of economic picture emerging into this grim winter and then across Europe legat is set to speak the European Central Bank president at 8 30 a.m. at the Frankfurt European bank in Congress. We get U.S. existing home sales at three and then Bank of England speakers at one 15 BOE's man and BBC Haskell, I have 5 15 p.m.. A lot on today for a Friday. Yeah, I think that's absolutely great, isn't it? We've got loads of amazing voices on the UK budget, although obviously it's been pretty grim. Thanks so much to James walcot for the look ahead. And at 7 a.m., those UK retail sales will break those for you live. In terms of the outlook then for the UK economy, very bleak with rising prices and cuts to spending Britain is set to be plagued by weak growth and growing taxes for years to come, so how can businesses survive? Well, we asked the CBI vice president Karen Bill and moria, if there are any bright spots to businesses in the budget. Well, we have had tax rises, a big chunk of it is the windfall tax that's been imposed on the oil and gas companies raising over 14 billion pounds. But what we were worried about from a business point of view from an investing point of view was things like the talk of putting up capital gains tax to the equivalent of income tax rates, which would have been disastrous. That does not happen. We've had, we've got now these the fiscal drag, which we all predicted would happen, which will bring in more tax. And that affects everybody. And of course, the learning of the threshold for the top rate of tax. But overall, the worries that we had have not thankfully come to fruition when it comes to tax rises. Of course, corporation tax is going up as was announced before. I don't think you mentioned that, but that was announced by Rishi sunak. It's going to go up to 25%. And that is, of course, I believe not good news for the British economy or for inward investment. On the other hand, the spending on things that really matter, like infrastructure, that's very good news that is going to continue. Also the emphasis on R&D and innovation. That is crucial. And I was delighted to hear the focus on that. There will be another 20 billion pounds, wanting to stick with the 2.4% of GDP. But even at 2.4% of GDP went behind Germany and America were 3.13 .2% of GDP, we need to invest much more in R&D and innovation. But this is on the right tracks. And of course, helping the most vulnerable, it seems to be doing that as well in terms of increasing the living wage in terms of pensioners in terms of benefits increasing all that is being done. And keeping the spending on health as well. In the social care, this is something that has come to light during the pandemic. I remember very clearly right up front in April 2020, it came to light how the social gas sector has been neglected for decades and decades. And it needs the attention. It needs the funding, so I'm delighted that that is now being addressed and it needs to be addressed. This is really, really good news in there. The talk about a regulatory reform in terms of opening up and making the UK more competitive and the way the Big Bang, Big Bang, transform this country. It transformed the financial services, the City of London. It really turbocharged our economic growth. So it's a similar measures can be done to make us more competitive. That's desperately needed because we used to be the second or third largest recipient of any investment in the world. If the latest figures come out, I'm sorry I don't think we will be in that position. And we need to regain that position with one of the most attractive places in the world from anywhere to invest in this dynamic country. So overall, lots of good news in here and much better than I thought it was going to be. Okay, that was Karen bell Maria the vice president of the confederation of British industry, speaking to

"The determinant of what happens to cable over the rest of this year is more than anything else. Don't do what happens to the dollar broadly, but what happens to geared on it. If it's cold winter, the Euro and the pound are both going to suffer some concerns about blackouts. If we escalate the war in Ukraine that makes things worse if that quietens down, it gets a little bit better. But those are the drivers of Sterling. Kitchen, a silk gen, a little bit earlier on. We're looking at a weaker dollar this morning. That's for sure. Yields lower equities up. Let's look at this rally on the S&P 500 up another 1.6% equities up by 60 points on the S&P 500 in the bond market yield to lower by 5 basis points to three 58, 54. Dollar is weaker Euro stronger 98, 88. Take a look at Sterling. The pound stronger for a 6th straight session. And I can tell you from the lows of last week, one O three 50 to the highs of this morning, which were one of 1429 that is a 10% move in a week of the most of last week. Massive move time. It's a massive move in the big figures is like one stick and it depends where the decimal is, but a ten big figure move is important. Of course, that wraps around to the politics, which Lizzie Burton is covering. Jordan Rodgers would probably get on me. Birmingham, Birmingham. I did okay. At Jordan's a hometown boy. We weren't from Birmingham, yeah. Jordan Rogers joins us now from Birmingham right now, G ten FX strategy. At Nomura, Jordan, I want to go to the news of the day, which is the bank of Australia blink. There's no question about that. Maybe it's a new trend, maybe it's not. If the banks start blinking like they did, and it can be that Canberra. Canberra. And Canberra, what does that mean for foreign exchange? What does that mean for your call on the dollar I think that's everything, Tom. Are we going to have more central banks blink? When it comes to the RBA, it stands out as one of the central banks with a mortgage market where most mortgages are variable. They're floating. So they do react to what's happening in rates markets today in those housing markets for everybody, not just the marginal house purchaser, where in the U.S., with ten year 30 year fixes in the UK with two and 5 in Europe with ten year fixes, the impact of these rate hikes come through of a different lag in the UK, it's faster in the U.S., it's much slower. And of course, the marginal buyer sets the price. So even in the U.S., your last guest was talking about the slowdown house prices. But I think when it comes to the fed when it comes to other central banks, they're still going to be looking at inflation nowhere near their targets. But what's going on right now in markets is people are asking the question, oh, are we going to listen to what the Bank of England experienced last week? Will the fed will the ECB think twice about what they're doing just in case we have a financial contagion risk that's building up with rates moving as quickly as they are. So I think right now it's all about mood music rather than actual action from anyone like the fed or the ECB. I think central banks will still be hawkish, inflation will still be stronger than they want. But right now we're in that sort of quiet space where we're all thinking is the UK and is the RBA. Are they both canary in the coal mine sort of situation? Jordan, I sent you skeptical. So you've fade in this move. Is that what you're recommending to clients? I think you mentioned a 10% move and rule one O one and I kind of broke that is don't chase flash crashes and basically that's what we had in Sterling after the mini budget, huge moves, 5% moves lower. Typically, when you have that, everybody gets very convinced it's the right trade. It becomes very consensus and then policymakers react and then you have mean reversion on that reaction. And that's what's happened. But in the UK's case, the reaction has been really timid. So just reducing the top rate tax from the 45 pence tax costs nothing, really. It's 2 billion pounds. We're talking a 100 billion for the energy package overall over its lifetime. So this 2 billions are rounding error for the fiscal sustainability. So for me, this is all about mood music, the UK showing that perhaps they're not going to be a zealous when it comes to fiscal policy making. But if you take the facts as they are, everything's the same apart from that 2 billion pound of spending. So I am skeptical John. And I also think core inflation in the U.S. will remain stickier than what all of our leading indicators for headline inflation signals because commodity prices are softer. Everyone says peak inflation. I agree with that. But core inflation will be stronger than you think, because look at job openings in the U.S., that just ridiculously high. And they're not falling enough to say that we're having a weaker labor market. So this all feeds into the fed not being happy where things are. And this softness in U.S. yields, I don't think it will last. So Jordan, we were talking to Tom souris of strategus, a beard company, earlier, and he was talking about how the price action that you've seen in ten year treasuries in two year treasuries indicates stability indicates price discovery in a way that we have not seen in years. Is the same true for your FX market with a pound rallying 10% off an incredible spoon. I think most of that is poor liquidity. Positioning in Sterling, being very one way. And then we had the rebalancing of month end and not remember as well, this pension situation meant that the amount flows going through in the UK were huge. So it's kind of hard to say that is this a fundamental price discovery that's going on, or is this just everybody being one way and pensions being bailed out by the bank against QE program, which comes to an end in less than two weeks. So we have to watch out for that cliff edge. What happens to the UK rate market on QE program comes to an end? I think price discovery is still in effect. The U.S. has everything the world needs. It has oil. It has LNG exports. The Europeans don't have either of those things and a key difference when they imported that natural gas from Russia, it was priced in Euros, not anymore. It's in LNG. It's in dollars, so there's a fundamental terms of trade shift that points to Euro being at 90 cents by the end of this year. Jordan, let me make clear and I'm not trying to sell no more on this, but when the LDI scandal was breaking, I used anomer research report from 2018, Jordan, it was scary, accurate about what the mess would be in the British pension market. Jordan, where's the trade opportunity right now? I mean, where's the big figure opportunity right now? Everything considered. I think where we are today, I think we've got this dollar softness thanks to lower U.S. yields. It's backed up by mood music, the ISM being weaker, potential for China, having this marathon and masks being taken off that marathon. All kind of mood music stuff, not fundamental game changers. We've got NFP coming up on Friday. I suspect we'll have a strong average hourly earnings

"This is Jordan Rodgers. I think people just had it. And I was on the record this entire time saying that we I didn't think we would see him. I thought it was too big of a spot. I really doubted that he would be recovered from a herniated disc. And no physical contact to playing in the game that I went to game one. I just didn't see it. I didn't think it was going to happen. Nash for the last 72 hours. Seemed to openly annoyed but didn't want to talk about it. Did one provide details and you could tell he thought the whole thing was bullshit. I'm going to give you credit. You were very on this. You kept saying you kept hitting at it and you're like, I don't think this is how I don't know if it was the Intel highway over there. But despite the updates every day, you would be texting going, yeah, I actually don't think he's going to play. Because the code words are code words. Targeting to meet me. I said this last week targeting means nothing. It's a fake word. What is targeting me? Well, it means something if there's still some credibility with your story. And just very little credibility we saw that today. I have a couple other things that have been workshopping. You know, I want to do more permanent flip flop. Is this another magazine insert? Yeah, it's a big deal. It's a big one. It's like variety. Let's go. A lot of page. I've been thinking about this for a while. The more absurd outfit you wear to the tunnel. The less I might trust you in big spots, there are outliers, but it's something I've been thinking about more and more. I think we need somebody to really deep dive, but then we'd have to all judge something that's pretty subjective on what is actually too loud of an outfit, but then trying too hard is just the turn off to you. Yeah, where I'm like, your fourth quarter PER is gonna be low tonight. Again, PER an 8 minutes, maybe not the best way to do any of this math and PR, obviously, has its flaws. But it's just something I've been workshopping to keep on. I like it. But then that should be on basketball reference. But then to get guys more motivated to come back to play, they'll say, okay, you're sitting out this game. So yes, Cuban links, $200,000 chain, no problem. You could wear Travis Scott Lowe's cool, whatever genes you want to go with. Saint Laurent, anything. But if you miss each game, you misconception, like at the end, we need you in Lee jeans and la tigre. No, you have to dress like Kauai by like the 7th Kawhi. Who was my favorite? Cool as just like, oh shit, our games at 7 30. Let me grab a sweatshirt. He's the best dresser at all. He's at the pro shop with a kings hoodie. He's trying to impress. He's like, why are you wearing a dowdy Jersey? He's like, who? He accidentally wore Richard Jersey, didn't realize he was still not on the team anymore. Yeah, I think that's a good workshop for you. I think what silver should do is we're not worried about load management. We're not worried about the dnps, but just so you know, every consecutive DNP, you can't wear, like if you're wearing lamb Prada, green lamb Prada, you can't come back the next day with all sorts of like, you can't be wearing off white. You have to go a tier below this. Maybe the monogram banana republic. And then after that, it's another tier. Well, when did they relax the rules? Because there was a stretch there where everybody had to wear suits. And I don't remember, I don't know whether the bubble just changed everything. But I like it. I like the variety now. I think it's much more exciting. Yeah, that was just obviously we both know it was a stern thing, but that was post palace. Yeah, but then I think by the bubble, something flipped. Do you have any more magazine inserts? No, back to you. If I had a couple more permanent flip flop, guys. Yeah, no. Carl Anthony towns, go. So I didn't have them on my list because I think I'm just flopped on him. Took all the way good? I don't see a flip anymore. I try to flip in December. I gave it a couple of weeks. Even went down the road on a couple Celtic fan texts of what happens if we have to break up the J's down the road. Who do we get? Towns was maybe mentioned in a couple of fake trades. But the flip just didn't suit me. And I think I'm on the flop side with him. I just think that's our destiny together. And it's always supportive or lack of support. No lack of support. I'm just not a believer. I just can't, I can't buy in. The dumb fouls, I just think that you are who you are and you're 7, and he just can't help himself. And if he's in, this series goes 7. I know what's going to happen. It's going to be a Memphis. He's going to get three fouls about 8 minutes into the game. Two of them are.

"Let's get going with the biggest college football game of the weekend. At least in terms of the sec. And that's the alabama scrimmage and all is tomorrow are going to be on bryce young you would assume he's the man now assuming anything with nick saban. You may be where you mentioned. Bryce being the guy right now how happy are you that he going to play with the ones all right. So that's the way it's going to be. How are you that. He's been able to kind of progress the way he has. Ben and you find. He's more confident now. Well how do you know that. He's progressed away has been. What have you seen that. Be able to make that statement. First of all i mean. I'm happy with his progress. I don't want you to think that. But i just want i don't know where you sorta can just come out and make that statement but i'm happy with his progress. I think he's played well this spring. I think he showed good. Leadership is made progress. I think he understands the offense worked. Hard So you know i can make the statement because i watched them practice every day. But i don't know how much practice you saw. And and there's no truth to the rumor that the reporter is now in the witness protection program lane kiffin watching that from afar. He used to watch it from a distance. Saying this made my day the go-to always en- game day mode. Even with spring practice

"Bingo, baby adopted. I'm with Danny here. I think the fact that it's Monday and it starts later. It feels longer. Why can't they play? We'll get it like this weekend. What wild card weekend. They always played after wild card weekend, but like Miller said yesterday they need to find a different spot for the national championship game. And your big suggestion was moving to Mak Tuesdays, February some action moments after Championship Tuesday's national championship machin Nonsense because you have the build up all day on Tuesday on Monday, you have you know the national media is covering and breaking down everything that happened from the NFL weekend. Tuesday. You get a whole day of build up that kind of the build up for the national championship. You have to admit it gets lost a little bit because of all the NFL wildcard breakdown. I was no interested all the pre game yesterday, other than like 30 minutes. Lean in. I didn't need five hours that I know it's Alabama, Ohio State, But when that game was on, my ass was parked right on my count. Ready to go. Where would speaking of pre game Where does ESPN hide Tim Tebow? The other 364 days of the year s E C channel? Maybe That's why I didn't see. I never saw him touch football thing. Just got Oh, yes. Easy channel. I tell you what. When Tim Tebow is there, I'm interested. That guy could sell. Sell me whatever he wants. I like to watch. Yeah, well, I mean, you want some beauty on your TV? Get yourself a Tim Tebow and it just see Palmer on the same set. Oh, my look out. Oh, my, And then they had Florida coach is there This is Dan Mullins. And he just didn't shut up. And I'm like a moment. Listen, let Tebow talk. We're all watching right now. For Tebow. He's a moron. Even you know damn well and he's a moron. I'm not affair. Such a moron! Not a fan of that guy who's the Who's the most handsome Florida Gator quarterback in history is a Palmer or is it to Bo? Which way you voting? I think Jesse Palmer just okay, Danny. You going to vote? You know, just kind of like, kind of like what we've seen with a lot of these athletes, man. They know he's got one of those tabloid shows he's hosting now. Daily mail. Yeah. Is that what it looks like the daily mail us. I think that's what it is. He's doing that, like a Nate Burleson. Just like doing other things. That's I mean Jessi's spreading their wings. He was not anymore in America for a little while. It was the he first They tried, Um what's his name from around the horn that hosts around the horn 20 reality? Yeah, Tony really. First they tried Tony reality that didn't work out, And then they went to Jesse Palmer. He was part of Good Morning America. But that didn't work out either. So they hired Michael Strange. There's a third one. I will throw in the mix a little bit of room a little bit rugged on the handsome side. Jordan Rodgers, Aaron Rodgers brother David Pollack. Yeah, No, not in the same class. Jordan Rogers, the estranged brother of Aaron, They don't speak. They don't. He was on the bachelor. Yeah, so he's also in the mix. Very good. All those guys are very good at analyst I mean, that my Super Bowls was yesterday, so I'm good. That was my Super Bowl. You know that everyone talks about the build up there like you think I'm watching six hours of pre game for the Super Bowl. I know who's playing. Just give me to the game. 5 15. You don't need to know. I don't need the noon show that tells me the inner workings of the lineman. I don't care, okay? I agree with you completely cause I don't get lost in that either and Super Bowl board different because all throughout the week during Super Bowl week or for two weeks, we're already consumed with it. 24 hours a day by the time the Sunday for US rolls in on Super Bowl Sunday, we've had enough. We're just ready for the game. But your casual viewer who can't you know, take in 24 7 sports all the time. They like the pregame this nonsense. This is interesting. Chris Wallace is going to interview the president on the pre game. This will be interesting to watch. But I know I don't need that path. I'm not in college football fan like you said, Right? Get out of here. I learned about Jalen Wattles injury And then the dude was coming back to play with like rods, and his leg was still see him. He was the first to catch was your last name's waddle. You are the toughest human being alive. We know that with our own very own time. And then that kid Jalen yesterday going out there playing with a fractured ankle. Yeah, And then he his first catch was that first down flip from Mack Jones, who and he jail water got right to the edge. Got 15 yards got out about and all of a sudden he's limping bad and I'm going. What is he doing? He's gotta NFL future. They didn't need him to. They did not. But Waddell said, Let me go, Coach. Let me go. He was begging them the play because he just won't be part of it. It's kind of like, you know, he kind of just have to step in for the kid in that spot, right? He looked terrible out there. You got cleared by the doctor. Course he didn't hear much, but they didn't need him out there, But he's like no pain. I mean, just Hey, I'm it's a big platform. I gotta show the coaches or the scouts for my future that I'm tough. You don't need to do that. And get that down off the screen. Danny. All right, So let's pull the curtain back. We'll take a fast time out, Danny. He's got shot of no shit. No. We'll get into shot. No shot as well. But Danny was body shaming. No, I was not see now you're lying. I said in the meeting. I'm not body shaming. If you would listen in the meeting and focus on us inside your body, See, now you want to pull back the curtain and out me for something that he body? Shame him. No, I said thank you know, did I see 100 times? Did I say a whole? Your time's not? Here's the thing I said 100 times. I'm not body shit. Just because you say I'm not body shaming doesn't mean you're not bodies. Thank you. You can't put the caveat. I'm not gonna body shame someone and then say, Look at that time I'll be a little spare tire on the way can argue this next after I punched Kaplan in the head. Oh, my God. You better bring a platoon. We'll take a time out will be in a pack a lunch. We'll be right back. This is.

"You know, I saw the story the other day. You ever notice that? You know, sometimes I wonder what would happen if no Julius random thoughts. He looks like that puppet. I don't know, he said. She can plans. It's just random. That's all. It is. All right. It's national bobblehead Day in two days ago, I got this. Please be quiet. Hush hush email. Yesterday's email is a time for a facelift and in that necklace by a plastic surgeon who apparently has been following us for years, learning that cross it's time. And then on Tuesday or days it Thursday Tuesday. I got something in my inbox that says it's national bobblehead dan Thursday. Guess what Bobblehead we have. Okay. Just got really think. No, I saw the name and then I said this is funny it back to whoever this marketing firm is out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Then they said she don't say anything yet. Till Thursday. Okay? There is bachelor nation and all of that, you know, I just thought that was super funny, And I'm like, Okay, so anyone if you're wondering what it is, and it's also I'm not going to take it anymore Day, boy. Is it ever I'm not gonna take it from everybody. I think it's feeling that way. All right. So here's a question for you guys. What does the up An op ed o P Dash CD, Mean doesn't mean location doesn't mean mission or doesn't mean viewpoint viewpoint. Yeah, that's why I'm going. That's what I thought it means location. Up up meaning for opinion means opposite the editorial page. I thought it meant opinion. Yeah, our viewpoint Real point was the opinion safe. But what it is, it's an option Ated article that's traditionally published in the newspapers opposite the editorial page. Hence the term op ed. It expresses the opinion of the author who is not affiliated with the newspaper. So it does it means location. That was tricky. That's good one. I thought that was a good one. Here's another new one. For people whose names start with a J. Apparently we were really insignificant and not necessarily because it was the last letter to be added to the alphabet. J. J. And the G. Things. Why did we need the J right? He could have done the J. So there's that, um, let's see if you've been seeing you know, it's it's dry am Damn Burberry Early January Dry January. How did people say that? Drag you Eri? Is that it back? Oh, dry, you ery. January. I don't know. Okay. I'm participating in this one. But I don't know if you guys saw the ads with Jordan Rodgers and Joe Joe Fletcher for the 0% 0 Alcohol Free Heineken. Have you seen that? No. You know, from bachelor? Yeah, Those two are still together. Okay. I like those two together. They blend together for me. Okay? They look alike. But Heineken has a 0.0. If people are looking Is it a near beer? It's a near beer kind of thing. I don't even a beer. Yeah, and then a beer. What is a near beer? It's no alcohol okay in these beers, and if people wanted an option, Heineken has one. Got it. Um Eusebio duels. There's a local brand member, the brother of the musician. Appear near. Yeah, but what's name arrayed. It's like hasty. Sober beer. What is the name of their beer? Don't know. Rackham. Dave Pirner, brother Dude, Remember, the brothers fear someone with a dog in a raid? Yes. Okay. You're gonna be your friend from when I looked up near beer was what? They called it back in the day of a beer. They had very little to like a three Do beer get the hairless dog is perilous. Don. I'm gonna try that tonight because they sent us a couple of those. I'm gonna try that tonight and let you guys know tomorrow. Alright. How the hairless the lip of the hairless dog. Yes. Yes, I will. Um, you know, we've been reading different stories about the vaccination roll out in the country, and there's an article I think of the star to being yesterday that At some hospital when they were doing it. They just had Carlin family members because Thies vaccinations are expiring. And so yes, I know. So just calling anybody. And so in DC yesterday, residents a couple residents were surprised when they were in a grocery store. And, um, vaccines were expiring. So they said, Do you guys want to get back saying come next door to this clinic? Because they were running out of, you know, people give it to eliminate this doesn't seem good. I know. But anyway, but I do know people that work in health care who have had their first vaccinations and firefighters have started getting back. Yeah, first. Let's just keep it going. Keep it going on. He didn't want to go to waste. No. And I got s. So you're gonna hear that? Angie. Dr Sanjay Gupta Love him. I do, too. He? I don't know. Was he on 60 minutes or something? Yes, And he was talking about his dad died of Alzheimer's. And he was talking about had spent his life long journey to try to figure out you know, there's not been any medication to slow down Alzheimer's disease. But there are preventive things that you could be doing lifestyle things that he has found are proven to be successful. And so here are some of those if it scares you, If you have Alzheimer's or early onset dementia in your family, some of the things that you could be doing that can affect change. Um, so, he says, basically One of the big ones is exercising. Exercising. Sitting is the new smoking according to him on my new I got Apple Watch for Christmas and it tells you when to get up. It's like, Just get up. Now you get a little ping Get up. It tells me when to breathe. Sometimes I forget, But sitting is the new smoking. So if you could just move around more just move around. You know, a lot of people are working standing up. Whatever you're doing, just figure out a way to get in more steps. It's really, really important. Um, change change builds up new brain cells. So do something that scares you Learn a new skill, maybe every other night. Eat with your opposite hand. We're not eating out. So it doesn't matter if you're missing your mouth or eating funny, but use your other hand to write your name or to write a list or something. Just something that simple to get other parts of your brain working. Hey, also said It's really a brisk walk with a close friend talking about your problems. That's like hitting all the buttons of how to keep your.
