"Kadri apologized, he didn't mean it. Then we heard that Jordan benington would be out for the rest of the series, which means he'll be offered the rest of the playoffs. You know what? Speaking for myself, speaking of I have a half, fine. Good riddance. We don't need more Jordan binnington's in the world. We don't. We don't need that. In fact, wasn't Jordan binnington the one who most recently, well, I should say most recently had some pretty horrible things to say on Twitter. On Twitter rather, this is nothing new. Jordan Bennington has made some pretty bad tweets as early as last year. Last year, he tweeted quote if you have your period be quiet. Yes, that was an actual tweet. There's been some other bad tweets that he's made in the last few years. Yep. That's happened. He's made some racist tweets in the past. From a few years ago, yep. He's really done that. Really, really. And those tweets have come to the forefront, yet again. From way back in 2013, where he actually made some islamophobic tweets. Now I'm going to read these tweets as is as he wrote them. This was a few years ago. And I hate that I have to repeat these, but I'm bringing this up for reasons. Where he said, quote, I was thinking when people who were the burqas are at the airport, how was the security able to see if that's them in their passport? Seriously. Without the vowels, ends quote. He also said something else about Islam's again. Later that year, where he said, quote, also, if you're underage and nervous of getting into a bar, throw the damn burka on. No way the bouncer will get into that awkward question. And then he later went on to say, yeah, taxi man, I'd probably rather listen to the radio than listen to you talk on the phone in another language. End quote, look, we know what he was saying. Let's not read between the lines. We know exactly what he was saying. So Jordan Bennington kind of hating on kadri because of race. Kadri has a reputation. So does Jordan binnington? He does have a reputation. And he's had meltdowns before. He's had meltdowns on the ice. He's had meltdowns off the ice. He's made some insensitive tweets in the past and sometimes in the recent past. It's abhorrent. What he said. But what makes things worse is what happened with nazeem kadri's wife, jazzy kadri had some pretty damning racist attacks against her. This was really bad. And this is on Mike Stevens Twitter who brought this to the attention of everybody. Where he said, quote, Qadri's wife shares what their family has endured for the past 48 hours through the jazzy cadre insta account. These racist attacks are sickening. End quote. And they are very sickening. Here's some of what was said. This is from one person. I'm gonna find out your every move. Watch your back for binnington. Another one. And sorry, I'm just quoting this. But this is going to have some of the language in it. Quote, David perron is your daddy, you Muslim son of a bitch. Lick the bottom side of my nut sack. You should be praising Allah or bombing buildings or shopping people's heads off, like the Muslim you are, you son of a bitch. You are ISIS. The blues own your sweet ass. The next one I'm not even going to say for reasons. I'll get back to something like that a little bit later. Another one, I mean, this is just bad. Another one that says, hope you get on a plane and it blows up and Muhammad's name. Oh, by the way, there's more. Hang your quote, hang yourself, you goat effing piece of, you know what? You carpet flying piece of crap. You would be doing the world a blessing if you hung yourself in front of the whole team. Nice interview pussy. So now you're a victim. Yeah. Oh boy. And then he's also called a towel head. He's called dirty, not because of his play, but because of who he is. Also being called a stupid Arab, and on Twitter, Libby hornbuckle said, where was kadri on the morning of 9 11? And jazzy college, we went on to say, this is just a small example. There are many, many more. This behavior doesn't belong in sports or anywhere. If you are not condemning racism, then you are tolerating it. Praying for the worlds to be a better place with more love and less hate and quote. That's a direct quote from jazzy kadri. Jazzy kadri rather. I feel for the kadri family. I feel for the entire family having to put up with that crap over and over and over again. And this is not just an isolated incident. He gets this probably on the daily. Or at least on the weekly or at the very least, at least once a month. He probably gets something like this because of who he is. He wrote a piece on the players tribune saying I am who I am. And he can not change who he is. He's a Muslim. Playing in the National Hockey League and he can not change that. And all the fans out there saying stuff like that, it's terrible. It is absolutely horrible, this should absolutely.

"So as you may be aware, in these Stanley Cup playoffs right now, there's a very heated series going on between the Colorado avalanche and the St. Louis blues. Yes, we're going there today, folks. We're absolutely going there because we had a despicable act take place on and off the ice while the Colorado abs one to consecutive games in St. Louis, and speaking on my behalf, I'm glad. I'm glad that abs beat them not once but twice. So let's start with what happens in game three. So game three was very heated. There was a lot of tension between both teams during the game. There was some hard hits on both sides. The one hits that seemed to divide some of the hockey crop. Actually, a lot of the hockey crowd was when Jordan binnington got demolished in the crease. By nazim kadri. Now to be fair, kadri did get pushed on the way to the crease by a St. Louis player. And Bennington got injured. And of course benington being Jordan Bennington, being I'm just gonna say it right up front. Being the crybaby that he's been in the past just saying how he's reacted to things in the past. He has got a bit of a reputation. And it came to the forefront once again, Bennington acted a little petulant and he was pissed. Kadri, he did apologize. He said he didn't mean it. He did not mean to injure Jordan binnington. And you could tell by his body language right away that he did not want to run the goalie. In fact, he was trying to stop and avoid the goalie, but he got pushed right into the crease. So kadri didn't mean any harm on that particular play. That's not to say he's not an entirely clean player. I mean, kadri has had some pretty bad hits in his past. This was not one of them. This was definitely not one of them. So the game ended, Colorado one, and azim cadre was being interviewed on the NHL on TNT. This took place a few nights ago after game three. During that interview, during it. Jordan Bennington apparently threw a water bottle in his general direction. He wasn't happy about it. He was pretty ticked off and I don't blame kadri one bit for that. I mean, was he going to go yell at him? No, because nazim kadri has said, he's had this kind of stuff happens to him in the past. He's had just incidents around him. That didn't escalate yet. Bennington did throw a water bottle and we thought that would be the end of it. That's what we thought. But no, it did not end there. The following day, the day between games three and four, that's when the ugliness really began to take place..

"I don't want to count them out but I don't think they really have a chance going against. Colorado is a make a decision, Nathan pick a side. Know, I know they're not getting enough right now. Going against Colorado is is like kind of a death punch in itself but they're not really good enough. They're, they're similar their home, they have a lot of the core pieces that they had when they won the Stanley Cup. A few years back. But I don't think they're good enough right now and their goaltender Jordan binnington who was phenomenal and their Stanley Cup victory. Hasn't been as good this year. So I think they're they're done for and they barely they they snuck into the playoffs too. So they have really no chance. Now, in the North Toronto, the Toronto Maple Leaves. Have a shot at a title. Yeah, Toronto has a good chance at a title, probably their best chance since they want it last. I think it was 1967 so Toronto has been waiting for it and there's a lot of pressure on them off like please if they don't make it out of the North Division, I would be pretty shocked. I think they have I think they're too good to lose right now. They really need to win, but I don't know if they'll win it but they're definitely going to be in the mix Edmonton. Edmonton Oilers have a shot. Yeah I think Edmonton has a good chance to home. Winnipeg is kind of throwing a wrench in their plans right now by playing so well, but I would be surprised if it wasn't Edmonton versus Toronto in the North Division final, which will be the second round. So I think if they can get they have, they have some solid defensive in their goalie has been uncharacteristically, good. I'm not really sure what's going on there. I said he was going to kind of pissed off because he had a really good start. I kind of look like a fool on that, but I'll own it. He's having a great year, but I don't think I still believe he's going to he's going to like get off this hot streak. Some point. I don't think he's as good as he's playing. So that's a question mark, but they're good, they're definitely good enough to win it if they can..

"Any final thoughts today stevie. I have a final thought for sure. So years ago when i lived in edmonton with my two roommates we ran out on our rent. Okay we didn't have enough. We didn't have the money to pay pay our rent right so we came you. Stay classy jimmy. You stay into my rent could lower class. You ever did okay so we decided that after four o'clock the guy was gonna come around again looking for the rent so he said let's just move. Okay let's get this all. We didn't have much stuff. We only had a couple of sticks furniture in fact we said well. Let's just leave it. Okay like who cares what this smelly couch. And the rotten beds. Your george thorogood. Song is what you are. Yeah so we said okay. So we just vacated the place de jumped in our cars and drove away. Okay okay. that's what that's what we did and rent was expensive deep. It was four hundred and eighty dollars a month for this whole apartment three bedroom apartment. Like one hundred fifty bucks was just in the fifties. When was this was it. The eight was in the eighties. Okay so that was a brilliant idea. Steve until i'm driving around going. Where am i gonna live tonight. We're here and i showed up on the door. One of my longest and dearest friends at kevin lowe him and i go back as like all the others. Do but we've we've stayed very close over the years and he's a neighbor of mine. He lives of four or five blocks away and i showed up at his door. Okay not not not sort of sheepishly. Head down just. He just opened the door. And i just walked in with my duffel bag or green garbage bag of clothes and said kate kev. I need a room here for awhile. He's like no problem. Okay i get it jimmy. We know you pal okay. We understand no questions asked you down. Because he he lived alone at the time. And so i ended up living there for a couple of months or something enough to get get get an apartment anyway. god bless kevin. I sent i sent you the if you wanna stand downstate. Let's say you're just standing down no standing down okay. Roles tiny. don't doubt now kevin is. Kevin has been inducted into the order of hockey in canada. It's a bit of an award that slipped under the radar for me and he got nominated. It was announced a couple of days ago. So congratulations to kevin the the guys who won it like who came before the class of twenty twenty one which is going to include bill. Hey would be a builder. Think angela. James great fee moggy player kevin lowe prior to that. You're talking about ken. dryden sheldon kennedy one this thing. The original started in twenty twelve. And it was wayne and gordy howe. I think john. John belleville cassie campbell. I think was one of the first ones too. So i don't have. I don't have the it really is an award or a nomination and designation for.

"The other things. Tv is you know if if vladi if they're looking maybe should lose some weight. Maybe it'll pick up your bat speed and stuff right but for sure for sure pal. There's no argument here about your lateral movement. Here is your right. If you're playing infield here pal okay you got this just in dart around like a bullet. Okay okay and that ain't a bullet and you are not in the same category and by the way vladi okay. This is the day of the big fat guy in baseball. Went out with babe. Ruth maybe the last time okay. Just just billion okay. You're looking at old pictures of baseball players here. So it isn't it fascinating to watch babe ruth if you've ever seen any old films of him like it just and he's he's obviously big from the waist up but he had these spindly little legs to go with it. He was just a not particularly athletic at all. Fascinating that That he was his famous and athlete as he was an as accomplished as he was or the other. The other thing right. I mean how they could hit it right little spin lee back or look spending in babes on the other one i was looking at was okay this this baseball glove that you gave me here on it. Looks like my hand is like mickey mouse. Okay can we can we. Can we tie the fingers together. A little tighter okay. Can we put a little more padding steve. Can we double up on the leather. This humming the ball in there and i'm wearing the golf glove effectively right. That's worn out okay and too baggy. Jesus i was always when i see the pictures those old gloves holy man yup and the other thing is like everybody played baseball back. Then you know. According to all the movies i've seen they're all twitchy. They're all sped up a weird way to play baseball. Twitchy and stuff it might have been the actual technology of the there is look like satan every anyway i like it. I'm a big fan big fan. Oh yeah yeah and it's still another month before the real stuff begins but it is cool that the boys of summer are back and that's a good thing because Well right about now..

"Still drive in orleans so as you mentioned a out of the gate as we both did. The blue jays have begun spring training once again And they opened up against the new york. Yankees is very weird for sure. 'cause it's getting mild here. We had a very spring-like day. Here on sunday february twenty eighth home recording. So it's starting to feel a little like spring but you know it's it's been a lot of snow you've had some cold weather out now boorda so it feels weird. That major league baseball is happening somewhere even in spring training and the story with jays today and we'd heard rumblings about it was decided in the flesh dec- the absolute impressive weight loss of one of their young superstars. Well i'm not sure. I calm superstar yet but certainly totally elite prospect and that would be vladimir guerrero. Who's basically lost like over forty pounds. Did you see any of the video. And you're dead today crayons. I did you know he kinda he kinda got away with being heavy right not not to just kept on what. What a brute you know. What a brute guys are monster right. he's going to be something else. In the meantime we'll look at the size of his ass you. You can't be that quick rating was huge. You know like a big guts. And i said this guy's gonna lose weight. That's what i thought last year. You know what watching them play or the end the year before right when he came on so. I'm not surprised that eventually did happen. You know who. Who's the last guy. Steve who could play overweight was a sessile fielder since it was the last yeah yeah right where the guy was but after a while. It's like okay dude. You're done good for him. Yeah forty pounds. Forty two pounds or something he lost. Yeah and i and i don't. I'm not attacking anybody For for carrying some extra weight I'm carrying extra weight. It's like it happens to the best of us but if you're going to start accepting millions of dollars and And and playing at the highest level in your sport. You've got to accept that some people are going to scrutinize. You will scrutinize. You're hitting bill. Scrutinize your defense. And they'll scrutinize your commitment to making sure you're in shape for the season and i think that that's part of what has slowed down vladimir guerrero in that he could be such a. I mean he's a great player. He still great player. But it could be all the better if If he was just a little quicker defensively if he's just gonna quicker around the base pads. And so i think good for him that he's that he's shown that level of commitment to jays hitting home plate steve moore with his. You know what what the great baseball announcer. I had Friend of mine. Who did the trapper games. He was really good. And there was a pitcher named bob. Battista who was in the drivers when they were the affiliate of the california angels and he came back and he played two or three years is back in the eighties and he came back one year..

"People than Than the card carrying protection. That goalie has is off the table. Where your concerned and yeah. You do have to be careful with that. If you're at their challenging. Is i think that sort of that sort of changes the dynamic. I mean youtube was filled with goalie. Fights where guys are just giving it to goalies because they do something moronic and One thing that's clear is that goalies are allowed to fight other goalies and dugue. Nick was very much ready. This is his quote. I don't know why he skating around pretending to punch guys. I just told him. Get off the ice and calm down is one hundred sixty pounds. And he's out there swinging eight guys. We all get frustrated. But if you want to get into with somebody fine. Nick was more than ready if he wanted. Yeah again i think. I think it was a statement to his own team. I think i think he was looking at them. That'd be my guess but but like y- like like you just can't do that dude. Okay you you hat as a goaltender way. Different stephen some right wingers running around trying to punch everyone is beat the shit out of him right right. So what do you do right. You're you're a forward your a skater and this guy comes up and blindside you punch in the mouth with blocker and then you turn around and go well. No i can't fight you right. Heard of it's unheard of no forward or skater has ever fought a goalie dude. So now you're pissed right. Now you're pissed going knock it off man knock it a rip your equipment off and we'll go or something but like he'd better be better not be surprised next time when it comes out of his net to or cycle the puck around the back and someone frigging slew foot. Some you know. Evanger cain had something to say about it too because Well he doesn't mind dropping them and he's always a loose cannon and he said. I guess you'll have something to report in his next interview. That guy seems to do a lot of talking too bad. I wasn't on the ice for that. So there's evanger. Cain never shied to involve himself in a story. That has nothing to do with him. But it's the same guy. Remember that after a youtube star one a fight over an nba player. He's immediately takes to twitter. Fight you take you on next so yeah always a loose cannon but making it sound like he would have taken binning to task and i guess smack around..

"And Obvious everybody's pulling rachel home in two but a the one thing that we should touch on is the fact that she's been brilliant all week and she's doing so while eight months pregnant and i think well yeah i mean i think back and i'm sure you can too when when your wife was pregnant with your kids how. It changed all her movements. Can he hand here to get up from the couch here. And just Just awkward and stuff and to be eight months pregnant and it'd be playing the way she is like just some serious shot making this week. That final shot in the tenth end against quebec in the playoffs. I'm like oh my god. That's fantastic is like a triple raise to To to basically tie up the match and she'd eventually win and i think and just phenomenal. It's phenomenal in any circumstances. But when you know your body's changing throughout pregnancy to still be at the top of your game is phenomenal well. And that's port steve eight months. Forget so oh yeah. Don't forget you gotta you gotta crouch down into the hack there to time know. It's like i've got. I've got hurt right there. That can't be very comfortable for the poor fetus. They went right to the final so anyway in amazing story mazing story of this girl. Even if she doesn't win you know that she. She's pulling this off high level performance being eight months pregnant. Now i wanna talk about this hockey story that popped up on the weekend. And that was jordan. Bennington of course became the darling of the stanley cup playoffs. Not this past year. But the year before helping the saint louis blues when stanley cup and we all were blown away because that year the saint louis blues were dead last overall the nhl in the month of january. And they rallied and real in the league and won the stanley cup jordan. Bennington was a big reason. Why because he didn't come up to the team until around january so great story anyway fast forward to today and jordan. Bennington is While he's talking to the nhl for the way he came out of the game..

"Birdie on the back nine and kevin some way onto his final three holes right and kevin sudden southern He came birdie birdie and Yeah just just real demand like an old trout and it just goes to show you that even though this is a former masters winner you know he's had all the injury troubles and dino. He went through a divorce. That was tough and so he kind of somewhere around two three years ago. He just started to himself again and now that he's on the champions tories. Uh he's kinda back and Is playing pretty well and so this opportunity to finally win for the first time in such a long time. I think there's an excitability that goes without thinking and we've all felt it. You know stupid skins game where you're hacking it around with buddies on the weekend is like hey or or you know maybe m. you're trying to make a number right. My number's always. I've had the fantastic day. If i if i break eighty i've only done in about six times in my life but if i break eighty that's always my thing they get excited about for me. It is and so. If i'm like i need to come in with a par on eighteen. I mean i'm just so frequently useless because i'm so excitable right it. Just it changes everything. It does matter play for diapers. Know as they say represent the cool thing about golf is so you're a fan. I'm a fan. Everyone loves golf. You know it's it's it's right in the kitchen right over with the big majors so they they really got. It really got locked in the wall to wall now. They've got big huge sponsors. Huge charitable angle. They've raised a billion dollars. I think over the years when bill b. as in bob billion that they've given to charities of adding badged that ain't bad so it's it's got everything you know but the really the really cool thing it has that no other sport has is. You can be a fan okay. So i'm a big dustin johnson fan ratings playing the best golf he's got the shit kicked up into the seventy eight or something but So i you know you can watch these young guys call caller mark our right and we were talking before the show right. This young goes already won a major The the new breed justin thomas. Who's the other kid who's jordan. Speak-out joe jordan's jordan's older now. He's coming back a little bit. But some if matthew wolf. I think as a young guy with a quirky swing anyway so you can be a fan of those guys okay and then the middle guys are like i am at you. Just mentioned jordan. Rory dustin johnson. Justin rose you know those guys who you know. A webb simpson right there into their third nitric. Patrick reed yeah. There's a bunch of them right. there's a bunch of so normally any fan of sport it kind of ends there. It ends it right. But they've got this senior tour right that all the guys. You like the hallway. Along like mike. We're a huge fan for obvious reasons right. And then he dropped of site for all the reasons you mentioned and now it's like back in here stevie so it's it's a brilliant brilliant play by golf that they had the seniors. It's been around a long time but it dials yen right. You get to watch your guy be a fan of guys. Tell their frigging seventy in..

"The goal is Tuukka Rask. Jaroslav. Halak people are probably in the car listening like it took them this time Dimension how good they were but it's kind of expected it. I know one was like surprised by any of this Rask I think you know is the more encouraging one considering, you know, he's the starter pack and what it's funny when I was watching the games this weekend and I saw Matt Kalman right this, you know, the Bruins now have to sign Rask and I agree. I think they they have to re-sign rest. I think the number one reason you do wage is swimming invalid are already. Yeah, they're not and so like Rask has to come back Rask actually has to come back because you know, you can have signal. The day, you know, a lot of people say well, you know, Jordan binnington took it into the shop and it's under job and took a team to the cop and you know, all these Fringe starters young guys guys out of nowhere taking teams to come home. That's all well and good but the probability of that that you're going to hit on the guy who gets hot is so small. Why not stick with the probability of the guy who was Elite and has bought a good track record of going to The Cup Final. Yeah. I think that's also the thing is consistency like I mean, yeah Jordan help them when it caught but also what happened the next year we should his pants against Vancouver and how's it going off or getting actually lit up so and crew got all those defensive draws. Yeah. Yeah, we can talk about that another time. I guess once we have a longer sample size, but like Craig berube's am putting like Krug and you know only 20% ozone faceoffs just negligence on knowing what the players good at. Like, that's like, what are you doing? Idiot? Like why why you putting him in a dog? Like that where listen we we all love touring crew game, but we also I think the Bruins are well aware of how you can best make do with his his abilities and account for some of them is in his game if Craig Berube just having him on the PK everything him doing these own drawers like you get what's coming to you if you think that was the expectation going into it. So anyway, that's right. That's my thoughts with the blues and Jordans in each sucks. Yeah, you know, I think it makes so much sense for the Bruins and it's just you map out just they're they're planning net and it's just you know, swimming of the Dodgers aren't ready yet and as much as both those guys should hopefully be in a spot where they can get some reps down in Providence. Let's be frank like it's a 20-game 20-plus game a season. They're not going to get the workload that they both need. Especially Galax women to all sudden be ready for training camp next year to make a push for the NHL roster, right? That'd be pretty cool job. Not going to happen like Jeremy swimming's a fantastic goalie Prospect but 20 20 games in NHL which prize is going to end up being what 10:15 for him all in considered so I can be enough to make adjustments up to the pro ranks because we've seen plenty of goalies come from college who looks fantastic and then they just kind of don't really can't adjust to it not saying swimming's in that boat, but you need to see what these guys do in the Pro level before just dropping them in the NHL exactly. Same McIntyre. The number will actually name I thought of there but yeah, I think Rask has been great, but I don't think that's going to be a issue at all. And that's that's one thing that I think Bruins fans have become so comfortable.

"So it is true regardless of the Bruins saying it but there is no news that I could find in my research last night. When I wrote an article about this there is no news of an official affiliation. I think these guys are just assigned there, the the terms were not assigned on a loan. So it makes me wonder if official word of an affiliation is going to come out within the next couple of days especially before the birth 2120. Sorry, 20, 20 20 21 East Coast Hockey League season starts in just about a week so that could be some relative news that we talked about the next program on the episode 207 of this black and gold hockey Yeah. I just want to say also Jeff had also mentioned that the Toledo Walleye and the Fort Wayne Komets, they are undecided on whether they're playing so that means basically so we know that the north has came out. They're not playing now the Great Lakes, you know, mid. I don't want to say Midwest but it's great lakes to me cuz my father's from Detroit, you know that region. So that's something I mean, is it gonna get to a point if too many teams drop out they just can't or they'll just hold more of a tournament-style, I mean, I don't know everyone's screwed from the top to the bottom at this point, but at least a couple of our prospects have found at least a temporary home for now. I don't know. I don't know much about the Icemen and so on. I know that the when I when I wrote the article about it some of the wage so on my haters my typical haters, they will like this is bulshit because they are in affiliation with the Winnipeg Jets and and their farm team so dead. This is not true. But blah blah blah, but you know, I just have to throw the link. I don't even argue with people anymore. I just I just sent a fact that's really weird. Cuz Jordan binnington was on the Providence Bruins or whatever what I'm not the Providence. Yeah, was it? Yeah. Yep, and he he's he's not even like I say close and then then he ended up winning a Stanley Cup kind of like sometimes oh my God loans loans do happen folks crazy because they that and that's the whole thing is. I mean, that's the whole point right? Because they didn't have a place for him that Saint Louis didn't have an affiliation. So that's when we're at right now with these guys projects like it you said you were a little shocked that they weren't necessarily going to be a province, but they need a place to go and if your team doesn't have the affiliate just to heat up a couple somewhere else to see them a couple more minutes. That's exactly what happened. We got about seven minutes. So we do we go to a commercial break the the st. Louis Blues were with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL. This is about the same time that the Vegas Golden Knights game. And and then all of a sudden the Chicago team, which I've heard of sketchy as as as fuck much like the the relationship between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Shalott Checkers wage. Like whoa, that was just out of out of left field. But so was this so st. Louis and Chicago working together and all of a sudden Vegas comes in and beg and then Chicago announces all we're going to be affiliated with them. Well where your prospects going like, where's Jordan binnington.

"Fit how they think about them. But I mean, I I understand for instance very passionate and I can find like the reasoning for a lot of you know differing you know opinions that I can respectfully disagree with I suck at the two garages when I still think like melts my brain in terms of it's so funny because you know, I you know, I tweet this out and a lot of fans from other teams that you know commented on it home and they're like Bruce fans don't deserve to ask like really don't I mean and I love Bruins fans. I do. I love them. They're great. They're you know passionate people and I respect, you know, by the way, not all Bruins FAQ. Hit you don't like to go ask a lot like him a lot like him. It's not like, you know, this is a one hundred percent negative. But just from the survey. I mean you have a good portion of respondents saying yeah, I don't want to cuz my goal anymore. I mean, what did what do you want? I mean I I get I understand that around the league, you know, you have Jordan binnington winning a cup randomly, you know, you have some of these backup goalie coach their teams deep but that is like once a playoffs does a you know, one team every year does that that's not like a a consistent way to win. I mean, you know vasilevskiy just one I took him there, you know in you know, a year before Braden holtby wanted the year before like, I don't understand. I mean, there's also the fact two that even these teams that have these bolts going crazy runs like, you know, there's people who could probably tell the argument that you know, getting the hot goalie in the playoffs just like having a a running back you can get anyone in there. But as long as the systems in place, well, it's like well I mean you can make that argument. But yeah, you can't just expect you know general dollar or Jeremy's Fame and who I think you would need to pump the brakes on in terms of you know, generally scream is a fantastic goalie Prospect but like who's doing drugs into the NHL right away like four years before that happened? Yeah. I strayed as swimming was in college. I don't forget like Zane McIntyre one the micro actor award and he looked like he was a girl beat Ur in the NCAA and then he did nothing up here, right? So again not saying that not saying that term insurance still doesn't project to be a great goalie down the road, but those guys need a lot of time to adjust to the pro ranks. So but you know, you look at Bennington you look at Aunt and all these guys. It's like Yes, they're good goalies. But also look at the system around them..

"Like what I'm Craig binging. What's his name? The guy join Jordan binnington did with with Saint Louis. They they didn't have an affiliate to go to he came to Providence so often similar to that but I don't know it's it's going to be interesting to to know what's going to happen with with that whole thing and I was talking to Matt about this about contracts with all this free agency going on right now. There's only been to HL contract signed. So that really doesn't tell me dead. That the the there's really a likelihood of when these guys are thinking they're going to start it might be a little earlier the NHL teams are just playing it safe and so on and then the age is going to but it's going to go it's going to go in order. So and a lot of people believing that the the the American Hockey League is going to start and early December. Well, if if the NHL's not starting till let's say the beginning of this of January to the middle the ahl's not going to stop in early December. It's probably going to fall in suit with what the NHL does so they're very lenient on see you can't see me I can see you perfectly fine Mark. Can you hear us what happened? And the name Rose a little bit honey, great. So why don't you released on just about like contracts and that's kind of where you are at and you are know I'll figure it out. I don't know something's going on all month. It didn't happen and now. All right for a second, no, just move on to the next topic will move on to the next topic and that's a no-charge areas. Does he get another job of the Bruins and right now they're in a position where if they do sign a Taylor Hall and bring on another contract then in with Jake debrusk still up in the air and macros are going on vacation is there or there'll be room for the damage that we signed on for another year? We do need some left shot to help as well. So Heather, I don't know your thoughts on Charter. I think that in my opinion, it's just weird to say he's sort of a secondary priority in my opinion if you can really improve the team and go and what you have and you don't need him then I think you have to make that difficult decision not to bring him back, but I don't know. Yes. Lots of lunch are. I don't know. I feel kind of torn on charger for a couple of reasons one. I absolutely agree with you. Like if we can sign someone that will really Shore up this nice. I'm sorry, but we have to move on but at the same time we are short on left on defense and now like things are crazy in that world. And it took others me that we would offer Kevin Miller money, but not Zdeno Chara. He's the captain of this team and not so much for that Zdeno Chara like it's not even a loyalty thing. But at some point if you're going to show a loyalty contract for Kevin Miller, you have to sign a loyalty contract for Catholic or do something big. Like I said, I mean if we get a left jab man on free agency, which is few and far between but now that I I guess I'm torn I absolutely was not want to stay on shower to go out the way that mm..

"If you were to get a bigger bonus. If you say not even Conor Ryan sent you Conor Ryan sent you that extra it should be an extra bonus you get Kana Ryan or you say Kata hat off immediately yet so bad about not but not moving on as we don't even again Phillies in the whole too, but you're not getting that ricotta hot match of any much brutal. Well if the Bruins have played the Islanders game, Semyon varlamov. I guess. It doesn't bring the same way when it's a pretty much the same way. It doesn't bring the same way at all and don't they call the Flyers call Carter heart kind of hot girl gave him the nickname. So then he told me I am one of their little intermission skits. So along with the Future Part of it is a fun thing. We like to call the Stanley Cup window and a lot of people are saying it is now closed it is officially done. There is no chance of the Stanley Cup next year or in future years at least with this for so long, but there's still something there I think and and again, This loss in game five only makes that game seven loss to the st. Louis Blues that much worse but I will say Connor Ryan. Do you think the Stanley Cup window has closed now? I do I do not again. I think you look at you know, the the window this team has is it as good was two years ago know like against the fact that they lost that game seven to a Blues team that again promptly, you know completely imploded in the first round and Jordan binnington showed kind of the you know, what you expect a guy like him to put forth a playoff series and it's kind of hot this team forever, but I still think you know, give this broom scene even if you know, they lose a guy like Torey Krug, which I think is most likely going to be the scenario just in terms of black cap and Longevity and even factor in the expansion draft or Seattle all all these different factors point to a situation in which he, you know Ops for a bigger payday somewhere else. Yep. Even if you lose a guy like him, I still think you've got a core to build around a code that will be competitive Accord that at least is going to get you back into the postseason. You're not going to be you know, a team that I think just sneaks into a conference right? Like you still got Bergeron. Krejci and Marsh and you gotta know, all The Usual Suspects you had Charlie Coyle is back for another year Charlie McAvoy, you know back then took another really big step forward this year..
