"Today on the breakdown no need for clever opening this time. This is just all razzmatazz. Just all wow glitter because we have something special we have quite the hand and it's a huge spot. There's going to be a players. Left in the quarter million dollar buying super high higher rollerball europe main event six players get paid. There's eight left. Four of the eight players have about twenty blinds the other former fifty and first places. Three point seven million dollars and two of those players with the shorter stacks. Not only are they going to wealth. There's going to be some conflict but there are two of the better known players out there. It's michael adama and timothy adams man. A lot happens in this hand. Some some shots are taken. Let me just say this and with the stakes being this high. I just don't think you know what they say they say. Sometimes this shit just sells itself. Well here we are. The shit is doing all the selling. It's going to sell right now on the breakdown with great denison and jonathan levy interesting like you say the should is doing all the selling. It did seem like you were doing a lot of selling. What do you mean. So what are you saying about yourself. I didn't expect you're going there. Twenty one men. You gotta respect yourself. It's it's to me. It's twenty twenty two already. I'm already in okay. So maybe you have a preview on how we're looking at the world in twenty twenty and self respect is out the window. We're not doing that. Well here's the thing you think. Shit is somehow a pejorative turlough. This is a twenty twenty two thing. Everybody loves shit now. Things have really changed things. Things go fast and you know that right should cures cope. I love that. And what is the thing you know. It's the shit right. They don't mean that in a bad way even that's true let alone in the future. That's interesting well. It's when they say that that's a real bad baseline you just lay down brother. No one saying that. Like i hated it right. I might say it that way but most people would mean the opposite right so there's a lot of that going. Which is hard confusing anyway. Yeah it's being of language. Use the word razzamatazz asthma dad. I have a vague recollection. I feel like that's the second time in about a month that you've used the word razzmatazz in an opening so be clear. It's razzmatazz razzamatazz. I always put in there. I don't know what that's about you would know as a theater kid. You guys are all about razzmatazz. The spectacle this show. Yeah give them something to remember you by that kind of thing. Give me the etymology of break like.

Well pretty unusually quite frankly. I'm going to take it down a notch here and talk to you guys straight for once and tell you the truth for once. This hand has plays that. I probably wouldn't have thought to make quite frankly. And maybe just wouldn't do. Even how i thought about them. I don't know man. I don't know if this is good. I don't know if this is smart. Maybe this is brilliant but a lot of money is on the line and a lot of chips are going to go in the middle and not. Everyone's got a very strong hand. "Heads up okay. Here we go second of three hundred and eighteen k. i is four twelve. Isaac baron is a known entity here the red baron. Yeah he's got six and a half million live career winnings and that doesn't include his online stuff what she's known as an online player that's where he came from. Yeah so he's he's always been kind of a big deal. Yeah red haired crimson leashed leashed. He's leashed unleashed isaac parrot. Everyone calls him that on a pokka. Fives with smells. Barron is in. The hand is against bruno volkmann who is not as accomplished but has about a million in live earnings and probably some online stuff too. I would guess yeah. That's about all right. So volkmann is the effective stack has got seven point. Three million at the one hundred and forty k. Blind level so. We're pretty deep here where we're at fifty bucks effective cool. He's gonna open the action from the small blind slash button with seven eight off. He's going to make it three hundred and twenty two k. Isaac baron has twelve point eight million in the big blind so approaching. A hundred bigs nice deck. He's got ace of spades nine of diamonds. What's your strategy with as is based diamonds in this. But at this stacked up. I mostly want to call. Yeah protect your range. Protect my range. I can't wait to fold this. Yeah it sucks then. I'm like turn evaluate hand into a bluff. Hate that you have to have some hands that you're okay without question no question but like we with worse aces if i wanted to. We can do that with kings honestly like king nine king eight those meetings we could do it with to those also play very well as a call triple. We want to have some course three. Yeah also by three. I think i mostly want to be a little bit more suited than not if i could pick just gives me more options. I would like all of my hands to be more suited on that. Yeah i'm just saying if. I like if i'm going to pick stuff like that because then i have more more opportunities to barrel profitably later on

What the Infrastructure Deal Means for Energy

"I'm David Brancaccio. Good morning to you. There is now a bill crafted to spend nearly a trillion dollars on infrastructure in America. And while it could pass into law that is not a foregone conclusion. The bill, drafted by a bipartisan team working over the weekend was unveiled last night. It isn't quite 3000 pages long and amendments are expected. Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer expects a vote within quote a matter of days. Beyond the roads and bridges. Let's look at cleaner energy products there in buses. Hydrogen power charging stations for electric cars. Marketplaces Amanda FEATURE has more on that. Before installing a new electric car charging station. Jonathan Levy says his company Vico needs to know there's plenty of demand. We don't want to overbuild the charging infrastructure and not have the vehicles to be using it. That's where those federal dollars would come in to pay for new charging stations in, say, rural communities. Paul Bledsoe with the Progressive Policy Institute says that new infrastructure would also get more EVs on the road. That's really the only thing holding back people from buying electric vehicles now is concerns over charging the bill. Also funds pilot projects like carbon capture, but it doesn't do as much for more mature, clean energy technology. Abigail Ross Hopper is with the Solar Energy Industries Association. We had our time in the sun as a niche kind of science experiment, but that's over and what Ross Hopper says the solar industry needs to do now is deploy. Deploy, deploy. What would help get more solar panels out there, she says, are permanent tax

"Today on the breakdown. It's another jason coon ethic hand. He plays a hand in with it only he can. That's right jason coon. Everyone he makes brainy plays he makes brawny plays. He's smart and he's big anyway. I don't know there's five left in this. Twenty five thousand dollar. No limit holdem final table situation. This just played out by the way in late. June this is the poker go cup and Well jason coon is gonna be faced with a serious decision. Let me say that. I will say i am a little bit perplexed as to how he came to what he ultimate came to. I'm really excited to talk about this on the breakdown. Because i just don't understand how we got to this decision i really would have thought he would have gone into different direction now. He's jason included. I'm not so. I fully acknowledged that you know. I'm sure he has really good reasons for his thought process here but one of the things we do on this podcast. Is we try and figure out why the great players do what they do as best we can. Anyway we're going to delve into a right now. "It. And i'm like but why would he plays king. Sorry why would play as like this. When he bet the turn what he really go for the checkers. After i check back the flop on this brick. I don't believe it so i finally call. He has as king i win. And so so. I'm saying like someone who check back jacks there. I sort of understand that. That's that's a possibility for certain players. You know what i mean. That's the point of that whole story is. I can see that i've done that. I was talking about how great you are and how you wanna hand one time. It's not really. It's not really about how great. Oh you figured it out yet. As case obvious. Jonathan levy. I was really glad when he actually turned it over. That i didn't figure it out. I was like. I think as as king getting of him hating you. Perhaps i think it may have been hitting me. Actually yes cool boy. Does he hate me anyway. So the point is like the players can really show up with a hand like the overpass like this. Like you know what i mean. That's not impossible. Yeah like she did it. I did it other players are going to do it to that. Means if we both did it in these spots all of that said i for all the reasons that we've already. I think it's okay to call this hand once a year. It's not that bad. Here's the problem. How many ships are we going to left with now. I know it's not ideal. I think overall we messed up the thought process of the hand. We should have more aggressive at some point. Post flop if we're going to put more chips in the pot. That's probably an easier way to do it so much easier just practically. It's so because like we know. Set ourselves up so all these potential weird river spots if we we get called we know she doesn't have king queen. Yeah almost ever right. Yeah probably doesn't have as jack almost ever probably isn't even have as queen or the random jack ten suited that maybe she three bet and then like she was like the price is good. I have to call pre right right. Like i would now. We keep those alive so that way we can bluff catch against them but boy. That's a dangerous game. Yeah and are we really going to call a river bet because if not then the jackson could bluffs out anyway right and we're just for more chips which i hate that piece of it. I mean. I don't hate the decision making but i hate being in that spot. We're now we're going to call a river a turn bet to fold the river when we're still blocked catching maybe. The plan is to call the river maybe anyway the pots not two point. Eight five million. The rivers the eight of clubs pairs the top card. So it's four eight six five eight with missed heart draw. It is a polarizing ish type board. Yeah four six five eight. We've got as queen for zoo. Fitch and jackson arcade He's going to check the river young. He's not gonna make a move. That makes sense it. Makes perfect sense should go gopher value. Okay first question. Do we think we're winning for vanessa. I think it's very likely that we're winning. I think we're winning. Like eighty percent of the time. At least yeah okay. That means we should value. We should go for. It's a polarizing enough board. Maybe he'll talk himself into some some weird call. Okay the worst..

"President elect Joe Biden. They're urging Congress to close a deal. Bipartisan deal down in Washington D. C for our audience worldwide this morning. Good morning to you all that will be the topic of debate for the next 5 to 10 minutes on this program, for that matter, through the next several hours on Bloomberg TV and radio alongside Tom Keen, at least rip rabbits. I'm Jonathan Farrow has the shape of the price action. This Wednesday morning counting you down to the opening band a couple of hours away one hour and 12 minutes away with a neck. Remark it up by about five basis points up about 1/10 of 1% no drama and foreign exchange. $0 unchanged. 1 21 10 keep this one sure yields up by a couple of aces points to 0.94% Tom. I tell you. I'm not going to keep this short, John. Look at the real yield, and I don't mean the show on Friday. See it on Bloomberg Network Worldwide. I'm sorry out to four digits, the real yields giving me a negative 40.99. Johnny won't give it up. I'm with you, Tom. I'm with you. I just wanted to keep this short so we could get to our guests and talk about stimulus. But, yes, I think that has been the epicenter of financial markets over the last year. That has been the story. Yeah, There's no question about it. But Jonathan Lieber knows that this is the point where we always promote the real yield again. Look for that. I'm Bloomberg Television Friday afternoons. Johnson Labor with US with Eurasia Group. Of course, looking at the United States, Jonathan and Open question in all of this foolishness and tragic drama T about stimulus. What's the pro thing you're trying to observe? I can't Lieutenant candidate, will they or won't they? The question that we've been asking us for for seven months now, it seems like they're on the precipice of a deal. But every time they find something like they're close to the deal to find a new refused to take T disagree. It's almost like Lucy and the football where they get right up to the edge. And then they wither and fall on their backs. So I think we're really close here The last night the offer that evolution made the Pelosi This budget. It meets all of our criteria in terms of the dollar amount, and now they're just proving about the content of the fight over you. I checked the direct check. I think that that he'd be dissolved by No. Lisa wants to pick it up. John football here is American football. Lucy would hold the American football and Charlie Brown would try to kick it. Just thought we would watch the football. Tom. Why would someone was pointing its appointee football and you had to hold it for three. So it's not round myself. Oh, my God. More Really. It's not right. It's guy Johnson, your rugby. Yes. Vote of the day. Someone holds the quote of the day. I'm not gonna keep this short donkey. That's basically sums it up like that interest rate over far around versus OB log the lever. I apologize to you. This is Bloomberg surveillance to all of those listening on radio. And now I'm watching I'm Bloomberg Television. I'm wondering about the minutia here and whether there's more democratic acceptance of this liability clause that the Republicans have put out. Do you think that we're going to get that in, along with state and local aid? I think they're gonna have to. McConnell's been extremely forward, leaning on this issue for a least half a year now, and I don't know how he can back down, either. He needs some way. To cut a deal that helps him save face where they they're gonna have to give a little bit little bit on it. You know, the Democrats are concerned about this proposal. They say it's taking protection, calling from workers, the Republicans that he needed to be open. And there's got to be some kind of compromise agreement here that at least to get both sides of figures. John. Let's talk about the potential for a compromise the compromises that they take their two red lines and they put them to one side and come to a deal. Which is what leader McConnell is trying to pursue now, or has been trying to pursue for the last several months, which is something smaller something we can all agree on. Have you seen any evidence whatsoever in the last week or so the last couple of weeks through these negotiations The Democrats and Democratic leadership, a willing to put aside their demands for state aid so long as Republicans put aside their demand for liability protections and come to some kind of deal on everything cows. No, none, none whatsoever. In fact, That's why the Democrats are so eager to embrace this by heart of gang proposal it because the gang proposal they claim has bipartisan buying down for doing something. On state local aid, But of course, it also includes a liability. So you either have to do a deal with both of you have to do with the leader. There's not gonna be a middle ground diminution offer that came out last night was a deal for you. I think that's ultimately where they end up. Just leave her. I'm gonna go back to Tufts University and you're one of the cool guys have got the degree in philosophy. The rest of us fake that you actually did it. What is the philosophy of the debt is bad crew were the point where liberal and conservative economists all say, Get onboard, Provide income substitution. What is the actual American philosophy that says we can't go further as led by the senator from Kentucky? Well, I think a lot of it's just muscle memory at this point where most of the members have growing up their entire careers, being concerned about debt and deficits and in their defense, the long run picture for debt and deficits. Looks pretty bad in this country. You've got increasing that present GDP going throughout the budget window. You've got the moving solvency of Social Security. Medicare is that you believe in those trust funds. You know, if you don't think those were just accounting, fictions and long term, it's a serious issue, and that's what these members are responding to. Now, in the short term, we know they're willing to do something. They all voted for the cares, Act and there. I think that this new compromise bill is probably going to get 80 plus votes in the Senate once it comes together with Trump's blessing. We're still in a little bit away from that. Jonathan is great to catch up. We appreciate your time and input this morning. Thank you, sir. Are best for the team of Eurasia Group. Jonathan Levy there off Eurasia Group managing director for the United States. And isn't that a story? The moment, Tom, we've got these two red lines that existed now all year Stay aid. One. Yeah, and liability protections to either There is a bill with both in or a bill with neither In at the moment, Democrats are looking to try and engineer some kind of bill that has stayed a but without liability protection. And leader McConnell is trying to say will agree. Something narrow was something smaller without both in I'll drop my red line. If you drop yours, we put that to one side and revisit it in January. I've always had trouble with red lines, whether it's in Europe or here, or any of the other negotiations that we danced to worldwide every day.

"Foster children dot com perfect thanks both of you for being on South Florida Sunday thank you for having us thank you this is South Florida Sunday we thank you for being with us this morning and would like to welcome our next guest Jonathan levy who is here to talk to us about clinics can help Jonathan welcome to South Florida Sunday thank you so much for having me now you are you live here in Palm Beach county yes Sir and are you the inspiration are you the the pioneer are you the person who started clinics can help I wish I could claim that but no I'm not I'm a board member of a board member for the past couple years and I got interested because primarily I'm a personal injury attorney at my firm we help people that are injured and need help and I met Chris can help in their director o'neill who is a retired nurse and and used to work hospice and he help people through their illnesses and ultimately when they would pass the families and bag and please take this oxygen machine please take these gloves please take these diapers I don't want to look at them I got nothing to do with them and and could not take him to a dumpster so we started doing was bring them home to his garage in his pickup truck and the next set of patients he would have that need medical equipment can refurbish them and give them to them and that developed into him having a warehouse in downtown west Palm Beach and ultimately we have a beautiful building on Westgate Avenue that is several thousand square feet I can't tell you the exact number but primarily what we do is you provide wheelchairs for children and adults that can't get them and we have a special machine that rehabs the wheelchairs and makes them suitable for the public people can get these things for almost no money we ask for nominal donations or to give whatever you can and while the other things we ask is if you're done with the medical equipment let's say you have a surgery and you need a wheelchair for three months six months and you re having your better we ask that you return it will even come pick it up well this is great and you know it just proves are probably the reason why we have South Florida Sunday as is because there's so many great services out there in Palm Beach county are there such as if there's almost more than people can sift through and so it's it's good to have a platform where we can share the great work that you're doing now I would imagine that someone who like his you said is rehabbing from a surgery where they're needing something like a wheel chair even even if it is covered sometimes by insurance sometimes you would assume there's a deductible and it's it's not enough that you have all these medical bills that you're facing now you have to pony up money for equipment as well imagine the cost sometimes can be staggering yes and people lose hope I don't just pick on the workers compensation system but for instance if you get injured at work sometimes the employer doesn't want to pay for an injury that perhaps they believe you because on your own playing football over the weekend so people have to fight to get a wheelchair people have to fight to get a sleep apnea machine people have to fight to get a cane people have to fight to get oxygen machines sometimes so if you don't want the red tape and you don't want the hassle of dealing with the system well then you can go to clinics can help you can see if they have the equipment and again make a nominal donation of either twenty dollars forty dollars whatever it may be and walk away with your equipment that day now is there a do you have a website where people can browse online or do it is the you were saying or do you have a big warehouse is that a show room that type of a situation how does how does the work say it say I need a wheelchair and how do I reach out to you and then what do I have to do to get the first thing I would do is I would call our number which is five six one six four zero twenty nine ninety five and that is the warehouse at twenty five sixty Westgate Avenue here in west Palm Beach and the warehouse is quite large and reception will greet you and we have a form that we ask you to fill out about what you need and then our guys in the warehouse see if we have it you get it right that while it's that's sample what's really cool about this we are one of three of these places I believe in the country that rehabs medical equipment what I mean by that is we have a warehouse and we have a gentleman that are very skilled at re having the equipment we have a special scrubbing machine for wheelchairs which is like a car wash for realtors but it's really high tech and these two gentlemen spend their days when they're not delivering equipment or picking up equipment or dealing with people at the warehouse re having the equipment and their skill doing it so if someone has a wheelchair that needs a little extra love to make it back to go on the streets that's what the guys in the in the warehouse to excellent now this sounds to me like it's a tremendous service it sounds like it's great but it also sounds like we're you know big warehouse there's a lot of expense involved there are you constantly in need of donations and do you have sponsorship that you'd like to shout out to today while we're talking well here's how it works o'neill who I described is starting clinics can help and has a great staff and himself writing for grants all the time okay and I I don't even have a list long enough to say everyone in Palm Beach county that's been such a great sponsor that's great recently there is ladies professional golf association league at PGA national that had their annual golf tournament and surprised us by name as the beneficiary of ten thousand dollars raised at that tournament so that's just one example of dozens of people in Palm Beach county helping us we're very proud of the fact that the board that Amman started very small an hour up to fifteen board members of people all throughout Palm Beach county in different professions that add to the board we have people in the healthcare industry and banking and law it's Sandra and we have a very active board so what I'm getting at is we have quite a few events to help these things for instance we have a golf tournament coming up April seventeenth they're willing to national where I'm involved in the golf committee and last year was fantastic we had over a hundred golfers and raised over thirty five thousand dollars for the charity we have a cribs project where we give out about three hundred fifty cribs to those in need in the spring every year and many many of our benefactors give money directly for that program we have a very very strong high budget and it's grown over the years due to owns great help and everyone else is great help but we could always use more we'd like to see another warehouse one day you know we're very very probably built a warehouse like I told you own started his garage and you're welcome to come visit anytime I give tours all the time if anybody would like when you can just contact me and I'll meet you over at the clinic and in ten minutes you're going to see what great accomplishments they've done for all the citizens of Palm Beach county well that's great well let's give out your contact information again because I know we have folks listening who are going to want to support you somehow and I in particular I want to give back a little bit to the golf tournament you can I assume you can get all the information on the services you provide and your offense all of the website that's correct that is W. W. W. dot clinics can help dot org and you can email me there the board of directors faces in emails and contact information are there you can call it o'neill on the phone any day he's our executive director and he will talk to you anyone there would be happy to give it to her what one thing we started about two years ago is the board itself being a strong board decided to with its own money none of the benefactors money throw a holiday party with the tent and with food and the ability to give tours of the place to everybody that came to the party and last years it's been really really well attended I know you said you're gonna ask you about the golf tournament but I want to give a shout out to are are honorary chairs Dana Quigley the pro golfer and one of his family members as a client and Matt Lincoln from CBS twelve he is the golf chair and again it's gonna be a long international April seventeenth it's the seventh annual and again great way to spend the day learning more about what we do we have a silent auction we have a live auction we have Raffles we have all those good things you can meet Dana Quigley and you can come learn more about the clinic excellent well but just wanted you to have that information out one more time for folks listening you can never get out enough again so they can contact you about the turn about the golf from you have the events that you have coming up later on all the events that you do I'm sure you have other things going on throughout the year maybe they just need to reach out to you because they're looking for some medical equipment they'd like to donate some medical equipment so get that contact information out again absolutely the website is W. W. W. dot clinics can help dot org and the phone number is five six one six four zero twenty nine ninety five and if I may I want to touch it and you just said the donations are very very important again and started this as a hospice nurse and we get calls all the time because someone loses their mom or dad and for months they've been going from Walker to a wheelchair to hospital bed to needing oxygen to needing diapers and gloves all the way down the line and you don't want to deal with that when the time comes to get rid of it all you have to do is call the number that I just gave out we have a huge box truck to general common loaded up for you and you'll be doing a great service to somebody in need excellent well I know folks are listening and I know they're going to support this great work is being done and I thank you for being on the show and telling us about our clinics can help and we wish you best luck with your golf tournament and you'll come back after the tournament and we can talk about what a big success it was that's wonderful thank you for having me hello everyone we thank you for being with us this morning here on South Florida Sunday and we'd like to welcome our next guest Michael Corbett and used as Fagan who are with us to talk about CareerSource and about this new year and what they're talking about as new year new me and of new website they've gotten a careers are so important so we want to thank both of these gentlemen for being on and we help folks or listing maybe we can help them maybe decide what career path they want to take or maybe take a sharp left or right turn in their career paths are going so gentlemen welcome both of you to South Florida Sunday thank you glad to be here tell folks about CareerSource they may have heard the name may not be too familiar with what it means give us an idea of what career source is all about CareerSource Palm Beach county is a regional workforce board and we act as a staffing agency where we connect job seekers with local companies and organizations and our goal is to help people find employment through training and grants now.

"This whole like, you know, what these like I need. To stop thinking like looking at it. That will. Yeah. And it's true too. Because like I have a member of my team Brandon who loves to write Email copy, and I used to feel bad when I used to go. Hey, brandon. I, you know, I I worked up this deal with this partner, and we're going to do an affiliate webinar, and it's going to be great. And did it like right all the copy. I used to feel bad because I just dumped on him five to ten emails that I don't wanna write for myself. But Brandon loves writing Email copy, he loves it. And so I if I were doing that myself, I'm literally taking stuff that gives him joy and passion off his plate. And I think you'd be surprised like there are people who love cleaning, you know, cleaning your office building. Like, there are people who really enjoy it because it's active and it keeps their body moving, and they really liked the satisfaction of looking at a clean sparkling clean floor. So it's like I try to imagine that in a free market. There's someone who loves doing every task that I don't love doing. It's hard to remember that. But I need to constantly remind myself because otherwise I feel guilty when I say, hey, this this whole. Older is a mess. Can you rename all the house? I don't think you need to feel guilty at all. It's fine. Let's move onto the rapid fire questions. Because I always ask my guests these lessons at the end. So just answer with whatever is off the top of your mind. What does your dream life? Look like, so my dream life. Looks like I have to admit a fair bit of luxury and comfort. I've kind of realized that like money is no good in my life, unless it's used to improve my quality of life in the quality of life of those around me. He doesn't serve me any purpose in the Bank freedom of movement, freedom of productivity and only working on things that I want to work on. So essentially, we didn't get to the passive income topic, but having enough passive income that I never have to make decisions based on the money that will earn from them for sure what is one book or resource that you recommend to everybody almost everybody. I recommend a new earth by Eckhart totally. But everybody everybody I recommend Dale Carnegie's. How to win friends and. Influence people. That's a classic. What is one habit? That's changed. Your life journaling recently. Ben hardy got me into journaling. And I used to think that it just wasn't for me. But that five to ten minutes in the morning of just taking a step back documenting. What went well documenting? What didn't go well and reflecting on the things that I'm grateful for why I'm doing what I'm doing has really changed my life. Awesome. I love journaling. I'd do it every day. What is the best life or career advice? You've ever gotten work on things that you're passionate about solve problems that you can't coexist with when things get tough money is not gonna motivate you through that. But purpose will awesome. And the last one finish the sentence. The most amazing part about life is I have to say learning new things. I love it that that really suits you and your personality. So lastly, Jonathan where worker we find you online. Oh my gosh. There's a long list. I know where we're going to drive people. Yeah. I guess I would say if people want to check out learning and accelerated learning they can go to memory dot school. And if they want to check out my podcast, they can go to superhuman dot blog. Thank you so much Jonathan it was so nice to have you on. I wish we could like talk for longer. But this was already a really great podcast. So thank you. The pleasure was all mine. Let's do it against you. All right. I hope you enjoy that interview with Jonathan Levy make sure to check out his podcast, and his online courses he has some pretty great stuff a lot of knowledge out there. So to wrap up what I took away from this interview was number one memory, techniques and the mind palace. I've heard of this before, but I've never really used it. I'm never practiced it. So this is something completely new to me. And it is really interesting. I mean, what I learned today is if you want to remember something new that you're learning whether you're reading in a book or in a podcast or something connect that new information with a visual and connect it with something that you already know and value just find a way to make a connection in your brain as the more connections, the better because then you can really really remember it another thing. I really liked was. It's not about time management. It's attention management. That was huge. We all want to get into flow state to where we are in the zone being super productive working at our fullest, capacity. The thing that keeps us from getting into flow are distractions. So you want to remove all distractions and also remove the need for willpower. And I like the he said that willpower. It doesn't work because you can't just rely on willpower to like start again, sometimes you just get distracted. And you just go down a rabbit hole and willpower doesn't work there. So the app that we talked about that I use as well as called rescue time and that app tracks the mount of time you spend on productive websites or productive apps versus distracting websites or unproductive apps. Another thing I'm going to implement is when I'm working to put my phone in another room or turn it on do not disturb mode because messages do distract me. And when you get those disruptions it takes fifteen minutes to get back into flow. If you. Even get back into it. At all the last thing that's worth mentioning is when you are feeling lazy unmotivated a good way to find your motivation for doing things is to remind yourself. Why you're doing them? It sounds simple, but it really works. And I like his tip of doing that while journaling because I love to journal journal everyday. And I hope that your journaling often as well. So when you're journaling usually talk about what you want to do and your plans, so as you're sharing your plans and writing those down just take a few sentences to write down why you're doing that. That's going to really help you trigger more spark and motivation for what you have to do. That's for today's episode. And I'll talk to you next time. All right. That's it for today's episode.
