"Remarkable job bringing the olympics back to los angeles in two thousand twenty eight and we don garber commissioner of mls who really is just done a spectacular job with with that whole leagues since coming on board in nineteen ninety nine how do you feel about three of those four panelists have been guests on this show is there i'm not surprised the following you know what i love about jonathan kraft though he may be one of the most powerful people in the nfl because not because of the patriots and they're good and their history of winning because he chairs the digital committee if you're looking at the future of football no further than this reeb deal with amazon he will have a lot to say about the future of the nfl is shaped willie not i absolutely agree i mean jonathan and a lot of ways is is the owner of the future you know he's he spent yeah we talked about how his family bought the patriots back in nineteen ninety four and the twenty year trajectory that they've built this this dynasty and you know they're they're they're so far ahead just in terms of winning performance all done under a league system is designed to keep that from happening but jonathan you know is he he's a great statesman amazing human being but to your point you know he has been very good at keeping pace with developments in as things go obviously when they bought the patriots and ninety four it's a very different world than than we have today but even with we talked we touch briefly on data analytics and i think you know they've created a an amazing data company behind jessica gelman also has been a guest on this show we love jessica really cutting edge stuff so you're absolutely right and he's he's sort of i think we will see more from him and more leadership from him at the league what do you think is the secret sauce then for those patriots in a league designed for parody is it the football operations that they see things differently that they paid like three hundred and something million for their stadium and they don't have a lot of debt so they can win off the field on the field.

"The question that needs to be asked does whatever tension there is in the organization between robert kraft jonathan kraft whichever craft vella check and brady does it need to be addressed because look at the end of the day they still went to the super bowl and i would ask you at one eight hundred three to one wpro four three eight nine seven seven six have we seen any evidence of the rift causing a problem on the field the answer's no and for a fan that's the end result the organization could be burning down from the inside out but if they go to the afc championship game or go to a super bowl win the super bowl as a fan i think you're pretty likely to go neronha worried about it because they seem to be managing it what we do know that sometimes unresolved feelings for any of you people who've been divorced out there or maybe you're just an angry person and you know who you are i'm not pointing anyone specifically i as the roots would say the royal you yes throw you yeah though that sometimes when that stuff doesn't go doesn't get resolved and everybody can't put it aside leads the issues down the road i i get into this with the bird prayer today on the monday morning quarterback podcasts will drop tomorrow burnt will join me in a 45 minutes from now or a little more than that here the underground show on wpro and we going back and forth on a little bit and he seems to think that there's some real deepseated stuff there and it may be bella check isn't as happy as he could be your brady isn't as happy as he could be look i have chronicled some of the strife over the years within this organization and a lot of it was really connected to build bella check signing players and getting help for tom brady and i am very curious if pager fans were in the camp of either a this does not need to be resolved because it hasn't shown that it's a problem or be i trust that robert kraft will make it better because robert kraft is a guy who builds bridges he doesn't create divides or number three is the maybe it'll just go one maybe this is one of these deals that when next year they go into training camp and alex guerrero was not on.

"jonathan kraft" Discussed on No Limits with Rebecca Jarvis

"You know we recently talked to christy turlington about her foundation every mother counts and for her it was a personal experience she went through but she also just kept seeing the same issue over and over again and she wasn't really sure where to begin or how to start at i i think that's something that a lot of people run into they wanna make a difference in the world they have a mission but a lot of times people just don't know where to start because it feels too big so i i do think that happens quite a bit and i always say to people that when they get stuck in that spot because i i do think if i was going to give advice to anybody if there's something you love something that fascinates you something your passion about you should do it and you should do it now don't wait because you never know what life is going to bring to you so an example this i would give is when i decided to take the position recently up at harvard business school under an endowment from robert in jonathan kraft who wanted somebody to come up and look across all cancers and be able to share best practices when i got up there there was not a business plan they asked me to write at harvard business edouard group is the school because of rising ex but it's actually take their own classes no they do you hear that eu dave you the ownership which is great they did and here's the beauty of it i think that what robert and jonathan crafted with so innovative and amazing and i think the dean understood this was they said scientists exploding and it really is i mean sequencing immunotherapy scientists exploding and robert felt that one of the reasons he couldn't save his own wife who had ovarian cancer was that the business was not keeping pace with the science when you say the business isn't keeping up with the science.
