"Today we glacier and start your week. I am Jonathan Bloom or frazzled. Sparks band in the world of warcraft. I need to confess with you a couple of things on this show. I've talked about trying to be accountable. Sweets trying to lose weight trans- to healthy kind of maybe turn around November December. I kind of fell off the wagon a bit back in December. I gained some weight loss. January February march April. It kind of went back up again. I started drinking. Rupees or drinking milkshakes started drinking lunches that were not good for me. Even dinners aren't good for me and of course. My weight started going up for my clothes. Started feeling a little different so. I want to come here to encourage us all our past habits. Don't define our future habits. It's okay to readjust habits. You said going around like okay. I'm going to aim for that. I'm going to go for that goal. And you might make or if you're like me in the past few months didn't quite make it. I've been readjusting my diet recently and so far. I'm sixty good results coming back. It's GonNa take some work to get back to where I was back before December. It's shoney's times because then I was like. Oh that sounds so good. I want that but like nope. Nope I'm trying. I'm trying and you know what I'm probably going to be back to where I was April and March again and every time that arose sipping I'm going to readjust and reset my goals so this week. What are some goals? That you've had set humana slipped on a little bit but you can readjust those goals back. I'm GonNa Work and work and I'm going to get those back and I'm not going to let my past define my future. I thank.

Withholding Judgment

"Welcome to be great. Today we can start your week. I'm Jonathan Bloom or Bradley Sparks Band in the world of warcraft. Today the idea of withholding judgement I was playing watercraft as playing my Paladin the powder and has disability called judgment. It's an ability that sends out the shield and it's good for taking down range enemies to a faraway. I've made a phrase when I'm waiting to use the skill called withholding judgement and they've got the idea of withholding judgement in our own lives can like withholding judgement until more formation withholding judgement. We understand that person perspective. There have been times. I've been quick to judge somebody either. An an appearance of what the act was and I had this hot. Take as you will and then I realized that after I had the hot take. Oh there is more vision than I had needed. Sometimes people our love and grace and arguments. I find this to withhold judgment until I know what is the issue truly about might as a phrase the fights never really what the fights really about. I remember this one time I was at a coffee shop and I was having an issue with my phone and the rest of asking for more money and I was just starting to like tense up now. The BRISA and I wasn't angry at the money. There is things happening in my life. And my family's that that was getting to me. I find that situation can be more intricate. Take face value. We've all seen the story on social media. That at the beginning. Looks like her than you look into like. Oh there's a lot more to the story that I saw in that quick soundbite that quick video that was put out there. We take what someone does or says and make a snap judgment so this we encourage us to think through situations that we are in unless tried to avoid a hot take a snap judgment on what's happening maybe withhold judgment until we get a little bit more information on what's going on and then once we have the information then we can pass judgment on what's going on. It's definitely thinking that I've been working on in my life. I probably know all the information. It's like Paul Harvey used to say and now you know the rest of the story. Thank you for listening to this. Week's be great today. I always hope that this brings us a little bit more of an inspiration in some way and my goal is something that I'm working through. This week is something that can hopefully help you in your

"More I am Jonathan Bloom or friendly sparks band in the world of warcraft Thong. And you've heard the phrase everything is awesome if you seem to like a movie than you know. This song came out last year. And it is a phrase that has caught my attention and the lego movie to this song is replayed except there's a line that says everything isn't always awesome but we can do our part to make it awesome right now. Everything world is an awesome. And if we look at the current time we will even find that life has had many on awesome moments just right now easy. That look at pinpoint. One certain thing that's happening just like the lyric says in the new league partout we can do our part to make things awesome things like checking in with friends seeing how they're doing talking with them listening to our friends saying hey are you okay. If you're not okay. Tell me more about that. That's a phrase that I heard at my college retreat and I've used that phrase and I've had some amazing success by saying. Hey tell me more about that we can do awesome things like social distancing which. I know you've heard from some people. It's been pummeled into our heads by news by social media and by governments. Doing we can to help your working making an awesome experience. Even more awesome and we can be awesome by doing certain things like glass night. My friend Imani went live on facebook just to hang out to talk with people talking to people in the comments they rubbing people not feel lonely. And I'm going to guess that the act of going live also made them feel only. I know when I go. Live on the twits dreams. I feel less lonely. My friend debutante making mask for nurses and people for quite a while. She's been making scripts for nurses and people that are going to treatments in hospitals chemotherapy. But now she's making these masks. She's even going out of her way to carefully. Drop off to people that that need it. You may know John Krasinski or if that familiar you'll know Jim from the office. This Is Me!

"Your week. I am. Jonathan Bloom or Bradley sparked Barkman in the world of warcraft. The movie the greatest showman. I love that movie The music I can just go on and on about what I love in that that movie. Oh it's so great one of the songs. Though I love is the song this is me. The cast of the circus are thrown out of a party party because they don't fit in and they're kind of going through but we thought we were getting along with you. We thought that we were part of you. Part of what you were doing. F- I there's sadness but then the bearded lady starts belting out a song that resonates to the heart of all of us. This is me this is who I am. I'M NOT GONNA make any excuses for who I am and this song has been resonating with me. All of two thousand and nineteen so I am me Eh. I am exactly who I am my quirks and all I've got Steve you have never ever seen. I can be crazy I am me flaws flaws and all my quirks my personality and all that when I started up podcasting I thought okay. I'm delivering news. I'm delivering content. My friend Chris of a member reporter said no you. You are the reason people are listening to a podcast and I have been thinking on that. I'm the reason why you're listening to this. PODCAST you're connecting with me. In some way again I am me flaws and all my my not perfect speaking my stuttering all that you listen to me for that. There's a point where we can change certain aspects that we may not like as much we can find ways to cope and all that I work on ways to cope with things that I'm struggling with trying to focus. Better trying the speak better but for a while I try to be someone that I'm not talking with my friend. Renata of road were cast and they were talking about how other other speakers have a voice they even said like you know when you listen to the radio and welcome to eighty five point five your station for smooth rock and as to how they can speak so smoothly the any issues but you know that voice. The Voice of Eight Point Five your station for smooth rock. That isn't us. I've looked at speakers to idolize speakers that I want to be like an I can work on everybody skills and I've been working on those but at a point I am not going to be them. I'm going to bring my own personality my own flair. I just joined a podcast where one of the host has stepped back from it and I'm not replacing them. I'm bringing my own flair to that show. I'm going to be different than them. And that's great because they leave their like an I'm bringing my own legacy. We're all different. You may not like me and I've talked about how he's okay to be disliked. I can great people. Maybe I should get a job. Obviously cheese grader. I can't change my focus. I can't change my adhd. I can't fix that. I have flawed. Flaw focus at times. I can't fix my well. I could but I'm not going to two thousand nineteen I have been embracing the me e of WHO I am. I found from people that year that they liked me. Not For who I could be but who I am. They like me for the passion. The energy that I bring and twenty twenty. I'm like heck. Yeah I'M GONNA keep embracing that. I'm not perfect just like a construction project. I'm still growing. I'm still changing. But at my core four I will be me and you know. I won't be Burger every job every speaking opportunity every occasion. There are certain podcasts. I would be horrible Orel to be a part of because it would not be my focus. Welcome to the podcast house. US Fall Asleep so the other other day I was going to max nervous and I had a delicious chuck chip cookie. I loved it was phenomenal. It would not be me the things that I'm perfect for though those are running. I'm going to run after those or I'm going to go after this week. Don't Slam the Door

"Welcome to be great. Today we can start your week. I am Jonathan Bloom or spark span in the world of warcraft. Crock about that that moment that you are told to do something or you're getting into an argument with somebody and and let's say hypothetically to go to the garage and let's say that garage door has a certain ooh to it that you could really l. e. really make that garage door sing that garage doors closed. Well that's kind of a moment right. I have to tell them myself. Don't slam the door now that I've ever done that. No no never never if that moment were yet to taste of. Don't slam the door because it's set the bad mood in you and when you slam it it becomes your action of anger and not about the thing that upset you. That's one of the things in conflict on my dad's tried to teach me over the years. Sometimes when we react in a situation our reaction becomes the thing that the argument about and it's not about resolving the conflict that we're going through so when I slammed that door now that I've ever done it by now you probably have guests that I've probably done it a few times now. Don't be counting. I mean times. They're done it but when SMS door. I find that I am in a bad mood. I find that it causes even more strife in this situation so this week when we are stressed stressed. When we're going to things that we don't agree with or something that we're being told high gotta do that? In addition to early doing don't slam that door. He closed the door. And that moment when you're in the garage seething in anger frustration. That's the moment that you tell yourself love. I'M GONNA breathe. I'm going to calm down right now because then I open that garage door. I may be happy but I will do what I was told told to do before I closed at garage door. And maybe if I don't WanNa do it. I'll resolve that conflict peacefully.

Acceptance and Approval

"This is as we move forward podcast written by David Bloom and narrated aided by Jonathan Bloom acceptance and approval at. I look these. Two words may look very similar on closer examination. There are some significant -nificant differences acceptance signifies the beginning of a relationship. It is most often based on a set of expectations rather than a mutual interest or shared set of experiences. We can be accepting of someone with whom we have a serious disagreement. As long as we have enough respect for the person and their ideas just to see value in worse than the person in their ideas even if we hold a different opinion it is possible for example to accept and even admire awesome with interest and ability in sports music drama or any other number of areas in which a person does not share either one of our abilities or specific interests most of us have expressed the desire something when we grow up even if we have little or no combinability with anyone who does this particular thing. Approval takes us to the next level approval embraces common interest and abilities and much more actual involvement or at least the desire to become involved in the activities and beliefs of others. We can be accepting testing of someone with differing philosophical cultural or social beliefs. In fact I have had some of my most rewarding discussions with people with drastically different points of view than mine. I value the best nips I have developed with these people after all I learned very little from people who see everything the same way I do. Approval is a different matter. I did not necessarily approve of the belief that everyone except far too often in our current culture seems that people demand both are acceptance and our approval of them and their position on on everything. The two are not necessarily mutually inclusive. I miss the open dialogue being able to offer acceptance without necessarily offering approval at the same time as we move forward. I believe it's important to understand. The distinction between acceptance and approval is polarizing to told. I am prejudiced or insensitive. Simply because I cannot approve approve of everything that I can accept as we move forward I invite you to be as accepting as possible even if that does not always include offering approval both have value but they are not the same.

New Decade, New Opportunities

"Welcome to be great today weekly inspiration to start your week. I'm Jonathan Bloom. Loom or frazee sparks band in the world of warcraft. So it's time for that episode the New Year special so the new decade one twenty and a new decade means ten years of opportunities so I started the decade of two thousand ten around three hundred thirty three pounds. Life wasn't going great rate. A lot of things are happening. Healthwise for me and my family. I was kind of drifting and parts of life is becoming a young adult moving away from from the teen years. BETIM aimlessly drifting around. I wasn't confident with myself. I was going to a lot of changes that I lost a lot of weight. The over the years kind of became more. Okay with WHO. I was where I was in life and becoming a better me. I gained a bit of weight. We semi holiday. So we're going to give you that off but one of the interesting things over the past decade is. I lost my friendships. Well maybe you lost is the wrong word. I moved on from my friendships of it. In Years Again for instance my young adult years but then I also drift apart from them of those and I've gained newer friendships. Even now I'm the same. Friendships are the ones that I'm still friends with. We may not have the same connected that we did at one time. And that's okay. I really have come to know the seasons of friendships. The seasons of people my friend. I had affected me in some ways. Every new friendship was a new opportunity. A new way to learn learn. Did I expect entering two thousand ten that these decade would bring all the things that it did. No not at all. We drilled a well in Guatemala. I changed a lot of churches. My hobbies changed. I entered into competitive ballroom. Dancing and Jackson ten. I changed dance partners. I changed good. Hobbies Bobby's I did a lot of school and education. I then started these podcasts. Toward the end of that decade I started streaming online in that time. I rekindled my love for workup time. A lot of things changed. I even took on new responsibilities a church. I did not expect any of the stuff going into the decade. What's exciting hiding looking back at. It is what I did and didn't do where I changed. Exciting to think of where twenty twenty is going to take me. I don't have twenty twenty vision. Sorry I had to. It wouldn't be me without that. I'm excited for the opportunity. So they're GONNA com in this next decade. I hope the still be doing this. PODCAST in ten years. My goal is do. But you never know where it's GonNa go even just nineteen. Hi Friends that had marriages or relationships that either got divorced or broke up some made new relationships in that time period. So you never know what will happen. So one of my family underwent a very traumatic medical change in that decade. You never know what will happen. But I do know one thing. Twenty twenty two the twenty. twenty-nine there is so much opportunity and so many things. I'm excited to embrace this next decade. It may be scary because I like knowing knowing what's going to happen if you know me you know. I get very nervous when I don't know what's going to happen but I've learned to embrace even that nervousness. Let's embrace twenty twenty twenty together.

Give and Take

"Jonathan Bloom. Give and take these. Two words can be used the sky what takes place in each of our relationships. Whatever relationships we enter into do we give who we are and what we bring into the relationship? We take what the other person has to offer. That meets our needs one of the reasons. The first miles of baby are so much. Appreciated shaded is the very fact that the beginning of the parent child relationship involves almost total giving on the part of the parents especially in the infancy stage. It seems as if the newborn takes constantly everything he or she needs to be content. That I smile is seen by the parent. Has this child giving back love and appreciation appreciation in early life. We learn a lot about the process of give and take and our various relationships. And I'm going question of what is from nature and what is nurture comes from watching. A child developed their unique personality and their tendencies to be more of a giver or more of a taker and relationships has as they develop. It is tempting to oversimplify our conclusion about where people fall in this. Give and take scale based on what we think we know about someone. It is easy conclude. That a spoiled pampered indulge child will show sign of being a chronic taker while this does sometimes seem like the simplest explanation for certain behavior. It is not always an accurate description of what is happening. There are certainly occasions where someone who has always seemingly received everything they might want want turns out to be more of a giver while someone who has denied many of these things becomes a taker and the relationships. What are some of the behaviors that seem characteristic of givers and takers and relationships? Taker seem to be focused on themselves and their needs and wants. They tend to be relationships in terms. Of what is in the relationship for them and how they can get others to do what they want. Indifference of takers. It does seem that many of them are unaware of this tendency. They tend to believe leave it. Their way of looking at things is the best. If not the only way to see things people who are giving have a tendency to see every situation in how how it will affect others givers often tend to abdicate. decision-making takers because they can seem unwilling or unable to make decisions as we move afford. It can be helpful to look at ourselves and others with whom we are in relationship to see where we line up as givers and takers as in most things. The goal is is to achieve a balanced and our

"jonathan bloom" Discussed on Be Great TODAY - Weekly Inspiration

"Ah. To be great today. Rationing starting week. I am Jonathan bloom or frazzle, spark span in the world of warcraft, so creative blocks. There are weeks. I walk into the episode and my projects wondering what I have to say wondering what have to do. It's those weeks that really make me wonder why even this pursuit. It is one that I'm trying to figure out what to say I don't wanna let the quality down compared other weeks. I know that not every episode will hit out of the park that I got some of that I are mazing and some that are okay. I get something out of it. But sometimes I can be my own worst critic. Sometimes it's that imposter syndrome me that, oh, you don't really know what you're saying, or you don't have anything to add to the world. You know that thing that makes you feel inferior like last week episode eighty nine it can be the nerves by performance getting out there and. Stumbling being afraid having cited you get into like, oh, I wanted to liver quality content. Something that is worthy of time. What's the price of me though, is sometimes the thing that put the most work into doesn't get the same response to something that took me way less time. And sometimes weightless effort, what are the keys for me to create a block has been experimenting. Always trying new idea running with an idea that I have and seeing where it goes in keeping myself to that weekly deadline or whatever I have for that project. This one is we could line. I aim to have this ready for you on Sunday, mornings and not giving up even if a week to me doesn't feels good, another week, not giving up. Not putting in filler content not phoning in, but every week going at it again. And I got a knock compare myself to my prior work. There's that old saying that you're only as good as your latest work. So then that's true. There's not that is a scary thing, though, when you think about it on down. Your podcast or your project and they what they see is the most recent thing you dad like oh, please go back, look at some of the earlier stuff. Yeah. Every project every episode. Grows me, even my stinker projects it all adds into whatever skill I am developing in that area, looking back on my past work. Some things that put so much work into all. It makes me cringe so much right now but at the time I thought it was a masterpiece the best thing ever. So I would say, don't put off your work, keep at it, never be afraid to try that idea in your head. What is what they ideas that you are always amazed at are out there that idea like I wish I had done that. I'm gonna hypothesize that maybe that person probably had idea. They thought will work. I mean, even will blend you know, those old commercials. They had an idea. They went at it and look at what happened they created a me I mean, now, people don't even think about what blended. The more I gotta go the video after this. Yeah, your idea may work your idea may fail. But you never know unless you try it I find that in creativity something is better than nothing. Thank you for listening this week to this week's be great today. You can find this show at inspirational podcast dot com until next week. When I again battle that creative, lock I hope to see you again here. And until then be awesome. This show is brought to you by. To find all had dragging pow would studio dot com.

"Uh. To be great today. Weekly breaching the start your week. I am Jonathan bloom or frazzled, marksman in the world of warcraft, if he ever wonder why I add the Francis parks into it because I'm kind of two people, I'm Jonathan woman. Freshly, the people in real life Nomi, as Jonathan bloom. But the people in the video game world is frankly, and I think this is my way of bringing both of those into one podcast. Hopefully, inspire you every week this week I wanted to talk about. I had a birthday party wasn't second grade. I'm kinda funny on the math, maybe eight or nine but my family was amazing. And we put together a birthday party at a roller rink east recalled, the wild funds. Inner funny thing that I'm now in watercraft, which also another while be at its down. I'm more strode wrinkle, most Ohio for those from Columbus. Oh, h we are now saying, I oh, I'm smiling BIA. We have this amazing. Thing place. We had laser tag. There is roller skating, which was always fun when I with the YMCA 'cause I always get the well, and then everybody else in the canal repeat the rest of the song. And we also had cake. I mean, not mention the, the bounce house fun house. And then all the games you could use us oaken to then from games. I always go for the games where you can win tickets. But in the way, the prices, you got overpriced. But you out of time memories, but yeah, we put together amazing birthday party. And I invited every one of my friends passing up invites to everybody kind of hardy number party, only one kid showed up all of these invites and only one kit. But that one kid saved my birthday party. I don't remember the name I remember the face. I remember who they are, remember the personality, I kept trying to think of what was their name. But I also remember the impact, they have had on me since that party. I always remember that one kid, I remember what they look like I remember their smile, they always had a smile that Cooper's now. Eighty. But that one kid saved, what could have been a disaster over the party. And it kind of made me think I wanna appreciate the loyal people. Not saying like fans, but those people that stick with you people support you looking at the quality of friendship, not the quantity. Not being focused on fames or numbers. One problem with podcasting and websites and Facebook and Twitter a we're twitch or YouTube name all these things. You can see these numbers of, of your impact numbers that we really shouldn't know in, in the first place, people in radio and TV they have like Nielsen ratings than things like that. But they don't truly know the impact that they're having and with the public relations talking about measuring impact sometimes though has a crater knowing the measurement can make you focus on the wrong things. I wouldn't consider this podcast, a big podcast, there are pockets of have, like big name celebrities. The people I've had on this show on Fresno cast. I consider those people to me big celebrities, but I don't consider this show, even downloads wise to be big. But I have a loyal following who encourage me, different people talk with, who I don't even think that they listen to this. Like, hey, what you said somewhere. I've got I've got people who follow, what I do on different social media. I put out a letter on the I call it. The awesome, no matter. It's part of my way when I'm putting out the newsletter for for dragon studios. I try to do Frisco letter each week and putting out there, I was thinking to text friend and like what are you doing? They read my letter. Read my letter they had listened to what I put out your encouragement in who you are. You're allowing me to continue each week and growing in who I am. I'm finding myself through these podcasts, finding my thoughts this allows me to thought together something this week made me think of that birthday party with that kid. This is allowing me to realize it doesn't matter all the numbers, but you matter, you are somewhat. I wanna focus on your time in your tension and the same way that you are being like that kid during the birthday party 'cause I mean hopefully every week. This is the party. I mean, hopefully, wrapping fun. I want to be that one kid who shows up to save your birthday party might go was to be there when you need me the most. So this has been be great today. A weekly party of inspiration and hope as my hope is that I'm giving you fuel to go on for the week and have a good week, you can find the show in the party at inspirational podcasts dot com until next week be that kid for someone else's birthday party. Be there for someone the same way that this week, I'm going to do my best to think that way when I do these podcasts. You know, like when I talked about the one about my industry action after I finish that one. Oh, there were few moments. I wanted to react in some way, like, wait a second. I just told people about my initial reactions, I need to fall. So until next week until the next party be awesome. This show is brought to you by. To find bowl had dragging powered studio dot com.

"Yeah. Fabrics, oboe lives. The be great today. Weekly inspiration to start your week. I am Jonathan bloom or Razzie, spark span in the world of warcraft, our lives are like a flowing fabric. This idea came from a friend who had cheer steeply. We had a conversation this week every life is like a tapestry speaking woven from the moment we into the world. Everything that we experience. Good bad. It's, it's there. It's being woven together, but there are tears, and that fabric something they can pull it apart. Tugging on clothing, Elsa. Just rips in Ripston, Ravel, everything. But the tapestry needs everything to tell the story, we can't compare our life our tapestry of another, because our life is not like somebody else, I will not have the same life as you can. You won't have to say my me, we are all different and each tapestry is beautiful. We might question the worth of our Capra street thinking that maybe chemistry isn't quite as glorious mutiple, another tapestry. But we can't be ashamed of our fabric tapestry either, we need to embrace who we are right now. And who we will become? No fabric is perfect. I know people who sold in knit and crochet. There's something that is never perfect in into the artist knows. Oh, yeah. This per here. It may not be perfect. But you know what? It makes that piece unique. So this week, your fabric isn't done yet. Don't focus on that little corner, your in look at the bigger picture and look at where you've been and where you're going. "Welcome to be great today. Weekly inspiration to start your week. I'm Jonathan bloom or frazzled, spark span in the world of warcraft. So this past weekend, we saw the play Hamilton. It was really amazing. And I see why people love it and sadly, my niece and my sister both got sick during the play. So they had to leave like the first like three or four songs. So I felt really bad for them, but there is an interesting thing that happened. There was a couple that was sitting behind me, and I've got a curse with ADHD Reichen here, things around me that probably shouldn't be hearing almost like a century. I'm trying to think like those superheroes who can hear things almost like a daredevil in a way. I mean be able to hear things around me. I can hear conversations. It's horrible in restaurants. It's really bad. And it's you can sometimes hear things that are you that you shouldn't here? Sometimes you'll hear a word and nothing. Everyone's talking about you. It's, it's the thing that I. All it a curse for having ADHD. I don't like it. But I heard what they're going through. They had an issue with their tickets. And I don't wanna give twenty to go on with them for their privacy. Just be very careful with your password for your ticket places, or someone might resell your ticket. I mean so I heard what was going on with them? And heard like how they were unfolding cheers at did not look comfortable, so during intermission, I got to see where my niece and my sister went because I saw that they had moved in out of times during the first act of the night and see them much till the intermission. And my mom says, now we have to seize up here, some Ike, two seats, I asked my mom about what if we were to give those seats to the people that did not have seats that originally paid for seats and somebody took their seats and I go back and say, hey, I heard what you were saying, and they said, how'd you know it's my cursor ABCD, and they were amazed that I actually heard what was going on, and I don't say this to be like, oh, look at us look what we did. Because I don't share that story. For Pat, on the back, what I do share though, is being at the right moment, at the right time, we have opportunities, we put in a place where we could do something to make someone's day to make someone's day, better talking with them with this whole experience. Their evening was not feeling great and understanding, though, because of what was going on before. And we really help make their evening better. They did not want to give up their shot at seeing Hamilton. We rebel to help make it better still didn't take away the, the overall pain of what happened. But at least hopefully it made it better. And I got to meet someone. That was really cool. I enjoyed talking with them during an emission if they are ever. Listen to this. I really enjoy talking with you. And I hope one day that we get to meet again and, and talks more. But each of us, we're part of a story, one of the things Hamilton is the story each of us place who will tell our story what store will they tell what legacy will towel and life is not a bunch of big moments. Usually, little moments here and there. We are part of a thing where we hear something, or we are alerted to something we could do to make someone's day better do something. It's what we do to help with those that really makes the overall theme of life. So this week, whenever a moment appears that seems strange or even has a horrible thing going on with it, or somebody's going through a whole time. What if we are the person in that moment, who can turn their story around, what if we are at that exact place to be there to make their evening abetter evening, who will tell our story and what lar- story be about. "Great today. Weekly inspiration to start your week. I Jonathan bloom or frazzle, spark span in woodwork raft. I'm going to be giving blood this weekend, unless weather or sickness comes up, but so far, none of that is planned, when he applied with the Red Cross ever really cool app that you can look into you could see how many people you've donated blood to and how many lives you saved along the way it actually will tell you win. Your blood has made it to a hospital. What's amazing about this? Is this impact? We will never know sure I have the stat like many people at saved a night, where at that, and it's being used, but we'll never truly ever meet the people. When we do things like give blood or even smile, or just whatever we do to sacrifice ourselves for someone else, we won't always know, the impact my sister donated a kidney back in February to a great friend of our family. And during the operation each had to give lie that was donated by somebody what was amazing thinking, wow. My blood will be used in situations like that. Which is why for me. I try to give blood whenever I can. There are other ways other than giving blood that we give back if you've ever wondered why put myself on Instagram because I myself when I go on a walk and people will tell me occasionally. What an impact, it had uninspiring them and that is why I do it every day helps us by me, but there are people that get inspired by me as well. Do the selfies. There's one time I told my friend Allie in passing just on their podcasts to be UN be them show. People them and their life. What was amazing as they shared with me on an episode of fazah cast, what an impact that had on them in all I did was to share what some also told me that it is okay to show, your human. It's okay to be realistic, and be Hugh on a podcast. We never know the impact. We will have people, we never know what it will be. Like, when we give blood pose the selfie. Tell someone something help someone across the road. There's so many things I could go on and on and on. And whatever I've hick won't apply to every possible way, we, we can give back and help somebody in this life. We have some opportunities everyday to give yourselves usually with no immediate report. And sometimes we won't ever see the extent of what we did so this week. Let's look at the opportunities to be have to give something we probably will never rec- return on in our life. But what if that affects somebody in an amazing way that will never know? Thank you for listening this week to be great today. A podcast I never know who hears it. I don't always know what you're going through and what's happening with you. But I am hoping that I'm making an impact on you making this show made an impact on me in many ways. It's got into think about things that I have never thought about to look at life in a better way along journey. My goal is hopefully inspiring you. I'm hoping helping you. But you are also helping me at the end of the day, you can find the show at its frictional hot gas dot com until next week. Be awesome. Want more awesome is every week. Visit weekly awesome dot com. We changed needles now there's a brand new sharp needle. Same size of us for infants and hospital. The needles are hidden under a towel that's wrist with Fairmont. So the pet on her and the pet don't see it and you and I both have a mutual friend that a guy got this idea from me Dr Jonathan bloom, but we'll either do a smiley face or write the pet's name out in easy cheese or a little peanut butter or something else and why the pet is licking its own name or a smiley face off or or licking some whip cream out of an ice cream.
