"Well, that could be something as simple as I need to go the grocery store. Well, Johnny museum plus is here to tell you like, wow, there's actually a whole lot of stuff to that. Why are you going to the grocery store? Well, I know him out of milk. Okay. Anything else you need to know about? Well, actually we do need to bake to take to this party or actually I have this stuff I wanna thaw out. I wanna make. I don't know, chicken cordon bleu or whatever. Do I have materials for that? But a trip to the grocery store ends up revealing a lot about your calendar and a lot about your schedule, a lot about your state of mind, really. I mean, if you think about when you go to the grocery store, if you haven't thought about it, if you don't have a list, well, how do you get the list until you know what your preferences and obligations are like? Do you want to buy stuff that is going to go bad in two days? If you hadn't planned to cook it for five days, and I just accept this as an analogy. I think all the things I'm saying here are true, but they are, especially, they're easier to understand if you think about in terms of cooking, but it is really true for all kinds of stuff in your life all the way down to like, do you ever want to be a person who double books and appointment? Again, we'll good reason plus in productivity environment means looking at last week's calendar. Looking at next week's counter dented leave. Anything out. Is there anything I need to follow up on before you do any of your work? You work? You need to do the metalwork of making sure that everything is in place because then you're not going to be distracted. You're not going to be stressed out or you're going to be less stressed out because you've. Walked through all the integrations that you hadn't maybe thought about. Are you forgetting that you have a pickup on this day? Are you forgetting that like in our case, oh, that's less day camp..
