"I was like. Oh you're an idiot but then I was still internalizing it. Yeah and we just don't realize how consciously there were internal accident and so yeah by the time it was over those lies of shame and not enough like I was a shell of myself and it's only been through the love of a whole lot of my my family and friends and like I said a lot of therapy. I think my faith that I'm at any sort of a healthy place. At this point it was a long answer to your question. When did that relationship end? Two thousand eleven okay. So what. We're in two thousand almost twenty nine years ago How long did it take you to reset your brain UH-HUH I mean it's probably. It's been a journey like I think that It took Gosh I should probably took six seven years and a lot of because I started to believe those. Oh Yeah I was telling myself those lies and I think think in this world we live in of you know especially like even on air. It's like Oh will you. Heaven forbid you're not pencil thin or look perfect all the time or whatever and so I was just continued to hustle for other people's approval to find my worth. Now no one. Would you've ever known that on the outside but internally comes a pup a sugar if you'll hear hey hammers it's because we're redoing our deck in the backyard. I don't think you can in here but if you do. That's what it is and then sugar dog will make her entrance in and out. She attacked Ashley. 'cause she just dying attention now. There's a baby here please love me. Please spat Muny. She's like I just need some love she's like. Are you going to be the one to take me on a walk. I mean I will tennis shoes I can just take a little walk around the neighborhood. Red could use it after vacation. Well it means she's available. It just took. I didn't realize that until really probably this last two years like I hit. Continue you to spend all those things in my head like. I'd I continue to choose to believe those lies and and just hustle for worthiness cygnus from other people. And and just some of the crap that perpetuated in my life that it just took a long time of like rewiring Because I think even in grief you have have to go through like you're angry and you're mad and you're this is bs and then you're I mean there's just so many so many series but I think I really took me a long time to come back to myself because there is so much between those you know between Mr Nece- through that relationship and after aware where I just thought well this is how this is how someone will love me. This is a hobby worthy of love. And that's not true like you're worthy love just because you're here yes yes and you are who you are and who God created to be and so it's just taking a long time to get back there and it's still a journey like that's a hard lesson for me to learn to. I've always chase validation and to learn that like I'm enough just because I'm here you know like I'm here. And that is that makes me worthy to get here to get to this. Earth is of your cool to be here miracle I mean. Do you feel like you've see and feel that more now. Having a little girl yes and I sit there okay I'm hormonal all the time. So I'll try. I sit there and I pray over her and I just think to myself like. Why did you come here? Like what is your journey. What is your repurpose like? What is the experience that you're wanting to have on this earth because in my mind in my heart starting having we end up in heaven in this earth experience dance is just an amazing journey for us to have lessons for us to learn what love is? Yeah and if physical tangible form because it's obviously perfection in heaven and so it's like this earth that we just have all these experiences and I just feel like why what does she want to experience in like. What is her talent? What is what is her gift? Because because we all have a gift we don't think we have but everybody has a gift. So what is her gift. How do I get to help her? Discover it and then I'm just like oh you're going to get your heart broken. This world's GonNa break you but then that's so important because you don't get the lessons that you need unless you've been broken but like it's just yeah the fact that she is here. Yeah and like I was even thinking about this like the fact that Michael and I had a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy and like you know the the random time that she was created like that. She's the one you know it could have been here call. It's a miracle it's a miracle and it's the same wave like anyone that soliciting it's like you are a miracle yes like. You're a miracle miracle miracle like I can't believe I have to say that because I'm like away that's right are miracle but we don't look at ourselves that way we look that's laws right. We look at our flaws and we just we were talking about earlier the one one or two negative things that someone has said to us that we that even could have been said out of like a joke or they think they're being helpful. Full can be so hurtful. And if those things are poked into over time then we start to believe all of those lies is and so that was one of the things I realized like I went to onsite earlier this year. Which sometimes an amazing they're amazing like what is what is it exactly so onsite is because I talked about all the time on our podcast hunters like are you talking about onsite again like okay or Brunei rally? Yes but onsite. Is this this. It's not as crowded place about an hour outside of Nashville where it's like deep intensive group therapy. And you're John Stay there you stay there for a week. The program was called living centered. And it's basically about getting you back to center and you literally like turning your phone unlike no phone no email no nothing for a week and you dig and deal with your crap and so it was the hardest and best thing that I have ever done to. What but what I realized? What did you realize so one of the things they asked the first day is like what are you afraid of? What is it and I told? The council is like in our group small group setting. I was like the thing that I'm afraid of. Is I've done a lot of this work like I know for some of the stuff comes from but I couldn't figure out why I've been like crying every day for the last month and my counselor was like we've hit the deep of the deep like counselor not onsite and she's like it's time for you to go like okay so I do and that first day the counselor asked me like what are you afraid of and I said I've done all this work like I've been in counseling housing like I know how to deal with family members that are difficult and I know where that comes from and I know what's healthy for me and what's not. I know this relationship the destruction that did I know how to deal with that so. I'm afraid I'm going to dig back into all of this stuff and nothing's going to change and then you're not going to know why you feel broken. Yeah and everything changed really. Do you find more. No it was more of the the what I realized was that every decision I have made personally professionally whether anyone else knows it or not and they probably wouldn was in my head. I was looking through that lens of shame and not enough. I feel the same way do you. Yes really yes like. In what way like. That's why I started. All this podcasting is because I wanted to you get to know people who I put on pedestals who I thought had it altogether I wanted to be able to get inside their brains and know how they did life because I never felt like I could measure up and that's why like moved to Nashville to be a singer because I wanted to become famous because if I was famous and maybe I'd be worthy and if if I'm worthy than I can be enough in like then I got here and this doing podcasts. have been like the biggest blessing for me personally and I'm always so grateful when people say it helps them as well but like it's really selfishly for me because I have gotten shocked people like you. who seem altogether you know in your living in this incredible life? You're so involved with city. You're so like positive happy and beautiful and if somebody great friends and you're doing so many things like so. Many people that I have interviewed are like on that same kind of pedestal. That just seem amazing in every way and they are but then you get to talk to him and you're like Oh okay you've struggled in your life. Hasn't been a fairytale and I don't know why I do you put on that same pedestal for so long. No and I wonder under to if that's sort of like like you and I really haven't gotten to know each other until like the last of Said like twenty five times until really the the last probably six months or so. I have to wonder if that's like part for both of us looking at something like oh well. They've just got it all together and we wouldn't we wouldn't be able to relate to each other and yeah we'd be friends and I always thought you were like so much better than me at hosting. You're having all these a-list celebrities that you're doing. You're working like rolling stone. She's so cool. Like I just over here like scrapping please. And you're scrapping and killing. That's a isn't that like. Oh my gosh okay and why. Why is it that we do this? Was I thought like when you put people on that when you think of someone's like better than you or whatever you're like they don't want to be my friend because I'm just like those lowly little oh like no no and that's it at all I think it's it's hard to my earlier. We start perpetuating these lies in our head that that aren't true of ourselves or the other person but it's like what is what is neighbor and say how much I love Banana. Ground and her work changed my life and sent me back to therapy and has put put me on this path to healing but she says people are hard to hate close up so Leinen. ooh Aw that gave me a little way and so that's where I'm like anytime feel realizing it's like my own insecurity You know and so I'm sorry if we ever have anything negative about the or anything I was just like I my whole thing was. I'm not good enough. That's been my struggle my whole life and so it's like you see people and you're like kind of like chill away in like back off because I don't want to..

"Iraq playing Kentucky the big guys for Kentucky had a great start it at the rim. But once they settle in. I thought they played very well the lane name is so well respected in this town with Don lane in Brian played here played at Transi nights coach a tragedy, and you're right. They came in not intimidated not scared, and if you had to pick a a wave Kentucky to plan a play their first exhibition game, I think Transi brought Fulham tonight. Challenged him a little bit. I did too. And I think you know once once. Kentucky overwhelmed them physically early with Nicorette church. Read Travis and PJ watching they had I think something like eighteen in the first twenty two points. But once they got past back, then I thought they really settled down and and play very well. Our final color tonight is double d I know this guy what up double d. Not much Ryan. What's up demand? How are you, sir? John stay draft. I think you'd see the game night course, I've had a high school game to do tonight. But just watching them play in the Bahamas. And then watch complain the blue white game. Of course, blue is just more of an exhibition game. Basically, I really think this team we always UK fans, we look at the talent level. But then you think will these guys had to play this kind of defense decals asking them to play in high school, you know, and it's gonna take a little while for them to get into that motive TV Pence. We may have one or two guys that are able to pressure the basketball like, you know, FOX did a couple of years ago. And of course, Brandon Knight we go on down the line, but it's gonna take a little while to actually form and get this team into a team defense type mode. And I think once we do it will be a very difficult the score on with the link the strength in the size. Is that we have pretty much across the board. It's going to be real tough for teeth the score. I totally agree with everything you just said, I mean, take a look at what about last last year's team got good at the end of the year because they finally became a good defensive team at the end of the season. And that's why they had a good tournament had a chance to make a run this.

"Say that out loud and reminded the other guys i think that's an important thing tonight david price gets the start is this do you think his biggest regular season starts since he's joined the red sox i think so you know i think so it is not the be all end all by think in terms of what it could do for him where if he has a good game against the yankees added key moment then that's that's a pretty big feather in his cap and we can't forget that start in houston where you go up against you go into houston in that series there and you come away with it w he pitched pretty well it wasn't overpowering but he pitched pretty well there and so if that was big you need the same type of performance here he needs to whatever we can to lead his team to a win and if he does that that i think that david price narrative adjusted at least a little bit new york has the race going luis severino where would you rank him among the elite pitchers right man he's good you know he obviously he's good but he's really really good i think he goes under the radar and he is a guy that should be considered for this ieng we focus so much on sale we focus on kluber severino was right with them for a long long time last year and we've seen how good he is up close and personal they got to little bit early in the year but this is clearly you talk talk top five pitchers in the american league i'm going with sale i'm going with kluber i'm going with verlinden i'm going with severino and then throw in one of the other houston pitchers and there you go there's your five yeah i'm with you pretty much might put severino ahead of orlando but seems like he's lost a little bit of steam of late but excellent information is always route all right john stay cool yeah you too thanks robert clubhouse insider e dot coms rob bradford straight ahead we take our trip around the majors herb chambers land rover jaguar pregame show on the red sox radio network welcome to nama stay spa what can i do for.

"He ran sean walking together to the tempo two different people but they had enough spirit inside of them that they knew how to worship sometimes we let our differences separate us some towns are like well you know i just don't like him any longer but the spirit of god teaches us that we have the ability to worship together in spite of our differences and walk together in spite of our differences in is an interesting look at chapter three verse one peter john went together to the temple at the hour prayer it's hard not to walk with somebody when you're not praying for him it's easier to walk together with someone when you are praying for some one the reason peter and john could walk together rather bob is because they were going to pray together and people that pray together is a people that stay together a marriage that praise together is a marriage stays together charge that praise together is a charge us days together our shouting are speaking in tung's is all good but that's not what keeps us together it's an attitude of prayer and peter john stay together because they prayed together it's it's hard to hate some body when you're praying for him it's hard for me to hate brother mike allen ball when i'm wrap 'em arms around the insane on praying for you may not agree with everything you've done obey not agree with what you've done but i love you because the spirit of god lives on inside of me and i have the ability to walk together even though i don't agree with you.
