People now look at your social media rankings and they decide where they are going to be booked for anything, even if you, the listener do not use Twitter or Facebook or anything like that, go and follow all of your favorite acts because it will help them. The bill is called the bulk infant formula to retail shelves act, and it was drafted in sponsored by Washington congresswoman Susan del bene. It aims to boost production until U.S. manufacturers can get their plants back up and running. It would do so by lifting tariffs through the end of the year on safe imported base powder. Snohomish county public health officials have announced the county's first confirmed case of monkeypox, making at least 16 confirmed and probable cases throughout the state, staff is working with the infected adult male to directly contact people who were potentially exposed, with several cases of monkeypox in our area, some likely transmitted locally. Ryan Harris tells us a local lab is now helping its public health partners find this virus. Even before COVID, DNA virus testing was like old hat for the team at the UW virology lab, which is already able to crank out monkeypox test results pretty quickly. So I turn around time, Brody is about one to two days right now. Depending on when you send it. UW medicines, doctor Alex granting says they are even sequencing the samples, although he says that has less value with this virus large genome and slow evolution. Even though monkeypox doesn't spread as quickly, doctor grena says. It seems relatively self limiting, but combined with the lack of unity to Fox viruses and exhaustion from public health, the amount of travel everything else is going on. "You know, it would have been strange man who has giant Barbie doll that he thinks is a real lover. Angry. This is someone who at some point or another has gone. Nah nah, now it's not enough to see it on the computer. I simply need to get an imperial format. I'm essentially, I'm essentially the manga reader of an anime fan. I get the impulse though, you know, it's the same as the impulse to buy and collect stamps because in both instances you can actually lick them. Yeah, I was thinking like vinyl or something. Like I wonder if they're all in like sort of order, like you have that kind of feeling towards it. But it doesn't specify what they are. Are they DVDs? I've got a feeling a lot of it is violent. I've got a lot more of it later. You don't want to shame, you know, like really, really anybody if they're doing something that's entirely harmless, but this is a such a profoundly silly thing to do, especially since what happened was the parents sent a note saying, this is destroying your life, so we've gotten rid of it. And the sun's just proved by going, no, it isn't. Look at my beautiful pornography, everyone. Yes. And it's just after a divorce. I'm like, oh gee, I wonder why she left might. What do you reckon happen? Wait, if she turns around and goes, no, no, you keep the sex toys and the $30,000 worth of pornography. I wonder who. Oh, that's unfortunately all the time we have for our porn collection news because it's time for our NFT news and NFT of Twitter founder Jack Dorsey's first tweet sold last year for $2.9 million, which is almost the saddest news except for the new news, which is that on resale, the original highest bid was $277. Or a 138 after the donation. The current owner tried to sell it and pledged to give half of the money to charity. So now he's he can only give a $138 to charity. I mean, this is really heartbreaking news. John Robertson, you exist online and have some value there. Can you unpack this story for us? I certainly can. What? What we've just discovered is you know what's worth more than an NFT everyone. Some pornography that you've got an emotional connection to. The idea of the pornography is worth less than that. Yeah, this is absolutely incredible and lovely. Because of course, the idea of NFT is being produced as oh, this is going to be a new currency. This is the forefront of the digital frontier. Look at what we're doing. And of course, it's a scam run by the sort of people who wish to feel important, and then I don't have a lot of faith in the Internet, except occasionally, the Internet will go, ah, the joke's over now. We've actually had enough. And it's usually around the time that you ask somebody to pay for something. Like, oh, hey, we're doing this now for free on YouTube, but now it's a subscription service. Okay, we're leaving, thanks. And in this case, it went, oh wow, how exciting, how exciting..

So I have to give love a 4.8 out of 5. It's pretty life performing, but also terrifying, sickening to those around you, and at times too intense to be enjoyable. 4.8 out of 5 stars for love and also congratulations. Thank you. It's very lovely. That makes me feel happy and positive about the world, which I guess is what it's meant to do. I don't want to sound cynical, but if I was that person, part of me began, what is this point to? What have I done? How have I failed you? Well, this obviously can't work. I thought this was a 5. I had a man. For a man who speaks a lot of nonsense John Robertson, the idea that you don't want to appear cynical is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard you say. It was good, wasn't it? The goal in life is trying to appear cynical. Yeah, and actually being quite nice secretly on the inside and wearing black. I am fast on that was all hell. You've been read to filth there, but all I could say to both of you is a quiche is a quiche, Lorraine. Well, that's all the time we have for our beautiful reviews. Now it's time for our porn collection news. What is the worst thing about your parents finding your porn collection? Having to sue them afterwards in Indiana man is suing his parents after they destroyed his quote unquote very expensive and rare porn collection, which he values it between 10,030 $1000, factoring in emotional attachment. His parents claim that they were saving him from a life destroying addiction, he claims he only bought the pawn for the articles. How much is your porn collection worth? Charlie George. Oh my God. Like, does he not know that you can get porn for free? I'm wondering if all of that is the emotional attachment fee. 'cause I just feel like dude, do you know like it's so accessible now? I was thinking about this. I was like, if my parents got rid of my sex toys, I mean, obviously I'm admitting that I get my porn for free because I don't want to store it. I would be annoyed. But like embarrassed and ashamed enough to just buy more and maybe bigger and better, like sex toys and for my new place. You know, I wouldn't publicly sue them or send 44 emails to the police detailing the nature of the items. I can't think of like, what were those emails be like? It's just like a list of films grinding Nemo. Turner and cooch. I like just really awful porn names. I just love it so much. Sorry, anyway, there we go. It was my that was my contribution to this. Sorry. I mean, obviously, you know, published pornography is a thing with a history and people like collecting old things, usually. I'm assuming this is all like vintage one because the only other option is that it's like too bad for the Internet. You are giving that man too much credit. "This is the best day we've ever had. This is one of them that didn't even drink any of the liquid just drank some apple juice and it's like, that feels so dry. There's one of them crying about his ex-wife, but he's 5. They're always making up and breaking up those relationships in the playground, aren't they? I remember when that happened, I had to go, yes, I had a girlfriend at the start of lunchtime and by the end of lunchtime, we hadn't seen each other, so we weren't holding hands anymore. It was a great day. An entirely my fault. Anyway. Also, the idea that marriage is just holding hands the whole time in the moment you stop holding hands, you're not married anymore of that. I think would make for a more interesting world. It works for otters. I mean, that's how Kardashians do it to be fair. That's all the time we have for our junk kindergarteners news because now it's time for our reviews section as you know each week our guest editors bring in something to review out of 5 stars. John Robertson, what have you brought in for us? Well, about half an hour ago, I went to the shops to buy a number of cleaning products and some thrilling DI no water for my Venus flytrap. And I don't know what it was that was apparently an 18 plus thing that I had gotten, you know, perhaps you kind of too pure water. You know, if you're a child well, especially in Michigan as it turns out. And what happened was I was carded twice. The guy asked me to remove my mask and looked at me, and I put it back, and then he asked me to do it again, and at the age of 36 literally doubled the age of consent. Literally two. Two teenagers having a great night out. And one body. Being carded twice by the same man. To buy things that I use to do boring activities, 5 stars everybody. 5 stars. Makes you feel young. Young and boring, just like I was. Charlie, George, what have you brought in for us to review? I am going to review being in love, yeah. I recently fell in love with someone. I've known for 8 years who came back into my life, and I hit the jackpot when they said they love me too, which really makes up for all those unrequited years pining for people I never had the courage to speak to due to my social anxiety. Neuroscientists argue that human brains are wired for love. The brain's 86 billion neurons are involved in the experience. It has profound physical and mental health benefits such as sleeping better at night, having better blood pressure. People in love tend to have better immune systems. So basically, you know, it's a biological necessity, just as we need clean water or nutritious food, we need love, you know? Being lonely, activates the same areas of the brain that register physical deprivation like hunger or thirst. So essentially, yes, love lifts us up where we belong, where the eagles cry on a mountain high. But there is nothing more complex than love because it also makes you feel physically sick and anxious about what there is to lose. So you may find yourself spontaneously.

"And then that trade becomes acceptable because you're not dooming yourself without LeBron. You used to have buddy healed and Malcolm Brogdon. Now you don't have much cap space left to work with. So I completely agree. And also for people that say, well, why would the pace was want Ross? They could also just buy them out as well. That's definitely not. Yeah. It's not necessarily about the pacers wanting Russ. It's about them clearing money off their cap. That's what they were doing for the future. Ishaan 9 76, good lord Anthony Davis is dependable as a McDonald's ice cream machine. Come on. I mean, he was good that he got it out today. Sue why not with a super chat said some are focused signed coffee so a mere coffee escorting wing who's pretty good sign heart and Stein, a young big, who does everything and trade Russ for a good young role players are good role players. I think that's gonna be a tough getting good role players for us, but we'll see. And then you're talking about going and getting some clippers and stealing them away. I like the skill sets of those guys, but we'll see. I love the skill sets. It's unfortunate that their owners Steve Ballmer, who has the deepest pockets of the NBA, which is unfortunate. Somebody said, is it time to become a clippers fan? No. No. It's never that time. That's never the case. John Robertson Dow, at least AD played through the pain. Yeah, he absolutely did. He absolutely did. He got it out clearly. He's not a 100% out there, but he's still out there fighting doing everything he can. Also said they already found that formula, but you have Vogel choosing Melo or even THT and DJ over the young players agreed. It's indefensible. Indefensible. Why those decisions are being made?.

"The medical staff sucks. How did anyone allow injury prone AD to wear low top shoes? Vogel did say that in his postgame interview. Georgia, right. So I've got the quote right here. This is from Twitter account. Here's what he said. Frank Vogel was asked, this is actually this one is from our Ryan ward. About the choice to bench Austin Reeves and THT tonight. This is his quote. I don't think it's quite as bad as we had to be. This is a playoff game for us. You use the roster however you see fit in terms of that matchup. Okay, that sounds a little better. Instead of it came across from what you're hearing from the chat as though Frank Vogel was saying, this is a playoff game. We have to win. So this is who I'm playing. The fact that he added in that matchup at the end of that, that makes a little bit of sense. I'm not saying he should have benched Austin Reeves or anything like that, but I'm saying, Frank Vogel, we saw him in the playoffs, some guys would not play in particular playoff matchups, happened to quite a bit to Dwight Howard. Marquis Morris would start in one series and then not get nearly as many minutes in the next. Frank Vogel adjusted a lot matchup to match up. So that's Frank Vogel saying it was this specific matchup that we believed that we were playing the guys that were going to help win this matchup. I don't think that was the correct decision, but that is not as bad as saying something to the fact that we had to win. And so that's why these guys didn't play. Okay, Frank, I apologize for what I said like three and a half minutes ago. Halfway apologize. So take what you want there, but yeah, okay, that sounds so much better. And I can at least that can sit on my conscience and I'll be okay with it because Frank game the game, we kind of talked about it last night. I'm not going to say here because I think after tonight it's going to be quite controversial, but I trust Frank in a playoff setting game to game when he gets to make adjustments for a series and he felt this was a playoff game. That they had to win. So go and match up the matchup. Fine. I can at least sit with that. And that does is on nearly as bad as the other comment did. Kyle Roberts said, oh, John Robertson dowsett's still so, so decision. Sure. Kyle Robert's with a super chat. Said Reeves would have made the right switches when the defense was stagnant and when Westbrook got into foul trouble, I was sure Reeves would get the minutes. I think by that point, Reeves, well, I guess, but that was in.

"Absolutely. Absolutely. And it's kind of unfortunate, man. LeBron, these last three seasons has played at an MVP level. So we have the bubble season where I was heavily making armament that LeBron ship and the MVP that year, the championship year, and then last season LeBron's probably the MVP of the league until a dude just falls into his knee that's 250 pounds. And then this year, the Lakers are a playing team. And we all acknowledge that the MVP award is unfortunately heavily predicated on team success, and that's why there's only a handful of guys that are really getting consideration right now. The Jamie said LeBron plus the young guys gets it, got it done. Absolutely. John Robertson Dao said Gabriel. Hopefully a diamond in the dust. Glad to see some double digit minutes. Yeah, apparently with Dwight being out for this one, that got him those minutes, which is, is certainly nice. Alan Joseph said, Dwight lost his passion after not getting top 75. I don't know about that. I don't know. I think he's just slowing down a little bit. John Robertson Dow said it's because you still need other players banging side by side by Dwight to make him more effective. You won't get that with LeBron and mellow. I don't know. I don't agree with you. Quite a couple of years ago was he could be the lone bruiser on the floor and you were okay. I don't know if that's the case this season or not. In spurts, we've seen him do it, but not in on night and night out basis so much. Yeah, because okay, so let's play a hypothetical here again. Like if you at the start of the season, kind of similar they did with AD and DJ, right? But that's 80 into white. Nothing much changes because again, it's still at that point in the season. The Lakers are running heavy drop coverage and the biggest way to stop that is why the clippers have a lot of success to get it and some other teams that really shoot the three ball well is you just can go pick and pop and pick and pop, drop coverage to death, especially if you're weak side rotations aren't good enough. So I still don't really agree with that statement. Said, as Stu said, don't help off of kiss Burt. Is that so hard? Yeah, I mean, that's what he does. A shoot three. So if you help off of him, you're giving him what he wants. Grant legit that the second said, it seems like the role Westbrook is in this season is now the roll Kuzma hat changes on a nightly basis, but Westbrook is not living up to his role. You know, I mentioned this on our live broadcast that Westbrook, we saw him in certain sets acting as more of a if you want to call it the Kuzma role, that's fine. I called it the draymond roll. He's off off. He's off ball, and then they're hitting him right around the high post and then making him a decision maker, either attack, find the pass, whatever you're going to do from there. They're trying everything. This is trying everything to try to figure out some way to make Westbrook work with the Lakers and running him off ball has been one of the things that they've tried. There has been some success with it, but I think it's pretty clear that they still haven't figured out how exactly to make it work. And the answer may very well be just that it can't. That may be the ultimate answer that it simply can't work. But they've tried a lot of stuff and Westbrook off the ball has been one of those.

"The 5 on four break, it's a problem, but it's not a unique problem to the Lakers. That's something you see around the NBA. Yeah. And I know Trevor, you've been very upset about it very vocal about your frustration with that this season. And again, the schedule is only going to get tougher. I think they only have 6 home games left the rest of the season. A lot of these games out of the stretch you have a big road trip coming up. Minnesota, Toronto, Washington Cleveland, and then you come back home for a game and they have three top ones on the road. So again, the schedule is all you're going to get topper. In the Lakers and what should be an easy win on the road, it gets a bad rockets team. I mean, what makes you think they're going to get up for, I mean, they've already shown they don't get up or Oklahoma City, let alone New Orleans. So it's aggravating, man. John Robertson Dallas said it's hard for a Lakers fan that you'd still watch every Laker game this season even with an atrocious season. Yeah, look, hey, you're a real one. If you're still watching right now, you're real one. I know some of the people in the chat didn't really watch the game, just kind of had it all in while they were doing other stuff. Understand, but man, it's not easy getting through some of these games. That's for sure. Matty James said, Trevor and Sean, any off season free agents that would be a good fit for next season or players you'd want to re sign once Russ is gone. Malik monk is a guy that I would love to see the Lakers resign Eric pink is over at bleacher report did a piece about this about that would be one of and we've spoken about this here as well. One of the potential pros of waving and stretching Russell Westbrook is now you're probably looking at bringing back Malik monk because now you can get into the mix with a full mid level exception offer. Now overall, I don't think stretching process is a good idea. I think it's probably not the correct path to go down, but that's the silver lining to doing that. That's the positive is if you do that, you can probably put yourself in the mix to hang on to a guy like Malik monk. Maybe you don't need to go there. Maybe you find out through whatever channels you need to that he'll play for the mini mid level exception, the taxpayer mid level. That's possible too. But that's kind of the silver lining. Other free agents that are out there, the free agent market is not very deep this year, and there's also not a lot of cap space. And those two things are connected. There's not a lot of cap space because teams spent their cap space because they saw there's not a lot of players out there on the free agent market this year. So it's going to be pretty competitive going after free agents. I don't know there's going to be a ton of different difference makers. I do think that's going to create to have very trade heavy NBA off season because teams are going to see they can't get the pieces they want on the market. So instead they're going to try to trade. But in any event, we've got plenty of time to get into the off season stuff. I haven't looked at every single free agent out there..

"And this is pair on the season too. We look at teams that are greater than the sum of their parts, teams that have outperformed what you think they would based on the makeup of the roster based on the talent on the roster. I think we can say the Lakers have underperformed, even with the injuries and everything else that's been factored in, I still think they've underperformed on the season compared to expectations based on the talent they still have on the team. And I think that was also true tonight. I think that scheme wise, all of that, they still could have pulled off a win here with a few tweaks here and there, but unfortunately it just didn't happen. And some of that has to fall on Frank Vogel. I'm not saying that, oh, I could have stepped in and coached this team better and Frank no, Frank Vogel knows way more about basketball than I do. There's no question there. But I think there were some changes that could have been made to give the Lakers perhaps a better chance to win. Maybe it would have brought up a host of other problems. I know a lot goes into Frank vocals decision making, but he's getting the master lock in this one because things did look so, so sloppy out there. And and I think we saw the spurs size really cause issues in the Lakers, not really make an in game adjustment to address that. John Robertson dawes with a super chat. Thank you, appreciate that one. Timothy lovas reps had some bad calls. Yes, they absolutely did. There were some mistakes. Oh, no. Oh, no, Earl, the pearl said I want to fight Frank Vogel. That's how bad it's gotten for some people with their disdain for Frank Vogel. As far as the referees go, yeah, there were some tough calls. There were some tough ones, but again, I didn't look at it as anything that was out of the ordinary for NBA basketball. There's rough calls in NBA games all the time. None update somebody asked for that. No. No. For Kendrick nunn, all we know is they're hoping that by the end of March, Kendrick nunn will be back. But right now, we don't know. It's up in the air. It's up in the air at this moment. I would like to see him this season. If nothing else, maybe didn't just give him a little bit of confidence in his knee. If you can get him back, but we'll see every single time they've tried to ramp him up. His knee pain has ramped up in accordance with that. And so that's what it's going to come down to. Can they finally ramp him up this time and have his knee pain not increase? Because if it does, that's it. We're out of time. We're out of it. One more setback, and that's it. The season is probably over for him because you don't have any more time left in the season. "Amount of time. We defense right away to casual. Red sox are in deep trouble football team. This year could be in big trouble with players and there's some speculation as to how many red sox players are vaccinated. We don't know there's rumors out there that not many are vaccinated and that's why the clubhouse has been ravaged by covert. Tony dungy on twitter asked. Was there anything wrong. With what urban meyer said he said vaccinate status was a factor in decisions when these rules were instituted. Did anybody in their right. Mind that vaccination status would not be considered at all. And i think there's some truth to that i really do. I think there are some real truth. To the idea that these rules were put up to force players to get vaccinated so if players are not vaccinated. Now you've got to make a really hard decision as to whether or not you want to keep that player on the roster in so yes i do think a player status with the vaccine factors in. I think it matters in teams are getting very frustrated. This is john robertson. The titans teams are getting real frustrated right now because they know that got players on their roster who simply will not take the vaccine robinson yesterday. We've had two people that i know. Personally that have lost loved ones over the last couple of days to covert from symptoms and complications. And it's a saving vaccine. They are trying their hardest. But dr coaches like in washington. Who are going to ask the question of players that they sign. Hey are vaccinated. The player can choose not to say yes or no but the team that has a chance not to give them not to give them a spot. I mean if you're on the bubble in you're not vaccinated regardless of how you feel about the vaccine. You're just you're putting yourself at risk. That's just what it is. You're putting yourself at risk and you can't even say the vaccines on proven okay. It's fda approved. You've taken workout supplements that you have no idea what's in it but you're not taking the vaccine. That's fda approved you go and eat you know questionable meals all the time that you don't really know what's in it but you eat it anyway and put it in your body and you're not gonna take the vaccine. It's just it comes down to a competitive advantage now. For teams and teams that are fully vaccinated college football teams that are fully vaccinated or going to have a big advantage in. Nfl teams can't say the quiet part out loud unless you're urban meyer. Who just isn't part of the game yet. Because he's been in the nfl for like four months that he says the quiet out loud absolutely the vaccine factored into cutting players or not teams just aren't saying publicly. What one hundred per cent given the rules if you if you are not vaccinated you were definitely putting yourself. It's a strike on your resume that gets you potentially kicked out more on the nfl on the saints. Game going to jacksonville. Why jacksonville more on that. Next year pushing the..

This is out goldfish story. They say size doesn't matter but when they said that they want to talk about fish oil sucking chest wounds. They were talking about penises when it comes to fish some college fish causing trouble. John robertson Have you been following. this fish. Story are certainly have and it's just look. There's an old saying that i saw once referred to as an old saying that have never heard anyone actually size but you you put a flea in a container with a lead. The fleet will only of a jump as high as the lead and then gradually when you take the little why the fleet will still only jump that high. It turns app. You take a goldfish out of the ball. You put it in the river. It becomes roughly the size of about half a man and just as as with anything becomes an invasive species and destroys the natural population much. Bigger way more forgetful weirdly. Yes what what what. I what i kind of beautiful is that if you if you want to go with the idea that you goldfish has a two minute memory. That goldfish that's in the river. Living this life of extreme consequence now. The largest thing has no memory of wind little timmy little pellets in the bowl no memory of its previous. It has always been a massive and in that way is like every pissed. Man i've mitton a pub hussein. You have see and thinks he is. I think it's great. Mascot for body positivity religious the big you get the more you feel. I've always been this way exactly exactly and now you can go to the bottom of the river and age-old of the plants. The fish would perfect. Actually my favorite thing about the article though. Is that right down the bottom of it. There is an apology. And you want to take it. Please please please please. Please get a laugh at this. Though you go. I just remember i noticed that too but i feel alright. It's just them saying look and they just walking back some retry. The river was in a different place. And you know this has actually happened to earlier and then also we have changed The original headline include a reference to the fish. Being monstrous and it was lovely. Just love the idea that the goldfish anti-defamation league has had a quiet work. Someone someone message them. Like definitely was the goldfish. Did you see it. It was massive. It was deeply frightening. Fish does after two minutes. They won't remember that they monstrous. They could be fine. That that stuff sticks with ya yes. This is all come from an awareness-raising announcement about not releasing your goldfish into lakes and bodies of water which brings up a very odd kind of character to me. The person who has bought a goldfish and not accidentally killed it but acquired a conscience that made that they need to release it into the wild. Yeah i like. They tried to create their own. Supreme Court Rules New York Cannot Limit Attendance At Houses Of Worship Due To COVID-19
"Some religious groups in new york are celebrating last night's rare late night. Supreme court decision blocking an executive order from new york governor andrew cuomo that restricted attendance at religious services in their neighborhoods because the pandemic ultra orthodox jewish organizations in brooklyn and queens and the roman catholic diocese of brooklyn claim. That cuomo single them out. The state pointed to the recent spike in covid nineteen cases. And then there was that alarming ultra orthodox wedding last week. The two hundreds not wearing masks. The court's decision was five. Four with its newest justice emmy coney barrett considered the fifth vote. Emily brazilan staff writer at new york times magazine and fellow at the yale law. School is here emily. Thank you for taking a break from your thanksgiving thanks. You are welcome. Glad to be here. And we should say the to litigants the ultra orthodox jewish groups and the catholic diocese were already not subject to these restrictions. Because they've been lifted there's a color system for restrictions in new york and Cova cases had obey abated in their area. But what was the argument from the court in blocking even targeted restrictions. Well the corpus arguing that new york hadn't shown that less strict measures would be enough to protect public health. Which is a pretty cursory kind of way of thinking about this. You can see the concur. Ince's by justice gorsuch as justice cavanaugh. That some of the conservative judges didn't like the idea that essential businesses which were permitted to open a new york included stores but did not include houses of worship. And i think the odd thing about the majority's analysis here is what it's comparing so the majority behaves as if people going to stores are the same as people congregating in a house of worship even though it's very unusual in store for lots of people to be sitting together or certainly singing or chanting together for a long time. That's all in a church or synagogue or a mosque and we know that that is a riskier activity. So there was no discussion of the science or scientific public health considerations in the majority's opinion. And what about chief. Justice john robertson. The three liberal justices dissenting. What did they say. Well chief justice. John roberts says there's no reason for us to decide this right now for the reason that you gave earlier new york had a lift these restrictions for now because the krona virus spread is not as bad in the city so these restrictions said that in the red zone the highest risk new york. You could have ten people in a house of worship in the orange zone. You could have twenty-five people but the catholic archdiocese in the docks synagogues that have sued. They no longer are subject to those restrictions and so she's jeff roberts was making a kind of traditional conservative judicial modesty Moved here in which he said. Look if they're subject to these restrictions again maybe they will be proved to be unduly harsh but at the moment. They're not so we don't need to step in here. And this is a classic example of a judge saying you know what. Let's leave this in the hands of public. Health officials not have judges step in to make these decisions. Unless it's absolutely necessary will be clear. What does it mean. I mean be clear. Only because i'm not able to figure this out. Temporary decision made on an emergency basis by the way when ruth bader ginsburg was on the court roberts sided with the liberals and the decision was in favor of restrictions that was when california had restrictions in place. So obviously there's been a tilt here but what does this mean for other states for new york when it comes to restrictions on houses of worship in the pandemic y- i'm kind of scratching my head about that too. I mean it looks like what the court is saying. Is that if you have businesses open you have to treat churches and other houses of worship just like those businesses but without paying attention to the greater risk that the church that you know religious service can entail and that's very strange to me because it seems so at odds with the science and what we know about the spread of coronavirus. And so you're right. This is a decision. That's a temporary restraining. Order against new york. The merits the kind of larger case is still to be thrashed out the lower courts and so one hopes going forward that there will be more attention to these apples to apples. Comparisons and figuring out what the state really needs to do to protect public health and mall many have seen the video from the acidic wedding in brooklyn this month. Hundreds packing a synagogue. No-one wearing masks mayor. Bill de blasio said or organizers will find fifteen thousand for violating restrictions. And so we're keeping an eye on that to see what happens. There might be any kind of consideration of
