The pilot who was flying a plane that crashed into beard's creek in Maryland yesterday morning is expected to be okay. That's thanks in part to two people who saw the crash and sprang into action. John julene and his son John Julian junior saw the plane coming down right outside their home coming like right like it felt like it was right for our House. After it crashed into the water in beard's creek, the marine and former member of the navy went out to rescue the pilot from the sinking plane in two kayaks. I just wanted to get to the man and get him out of that water because that water is obviously cold. They used a shovel to get across the mostly iced over water, then got the pilot to hold onto the front of one of the kayaks until Maryland DNR came with a boat and got him out. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to be okay. In edgewater, stetson Miller, WTO P news. They played for Washington's football team decades ago during its heyday. Philip rivers came out with this statement that said you know he might be interested in playing again and i've heard this argument i on another show on. Espn i forget which one it was in everybody on the show said nick foles. Aren't they insane. Why because philip rivers hasn't gotten into shape for an nfl season and foles is in chicago in playing. I mean he just played. Lee played last year. Hasn't been two years at that is. That's that's an answer that i have no. I can't explain it all. It's it's not even close if i were a colts. Fan and philip rivers. Wanted to come back and start. Would i rather have him. Or nick foles. I'd rather have rivers. Are you kidding me or she would by the way. There were moments early in the season in his first year. In a new system with frank reich. There were games early in that season where he was struggling. I remember they got beat by cleveland and he threw three picks in that game and then after that he was lights out the rest of the way and he was outstanding in that playoff game at buffalo. They nearly beat the bills that that that makes no sense to me. And i know i'm a philip rivers fan and i've always been a philip rivers. Fan rivers or foles. Why because foles was the super bowl. Mvp with reich is the quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator. Who cares. I would lightning. That was lightning in a bottle. You're not gonna you're not gonna get that again. Field for home games this year. i was looking through twitter early this morning. I saw a lot of people reaching out to me and saying this is horrible. This is terrible. Here's my immediate reaction. Look this is how. I don't know how many people this actually addresses but it's less than a hundred in the stadium you know banning native american headdresses and face paint truly how many fans really do put native american face pain and where native american headdresses to washington football games anymore. I don't it's not we're not talking about you. Know the banning of of twenty percent of the potential audience. It's it's a it's a minimal number. However if this is the first step towards banning everything redskins gear related you know jerseys old old jerseys or to somehow try to enforce or ban and then enforce not singing hail to the redskins after a score sheer. That's going to be an interesting battle team salt. These are things to be honest with you. That are almost impossible to even force even if they mention it as a ban. What are they going to do in the opener against the chargers. Tell the dude with the riggins jersey to take it off okay. And then. that's that's not feasible. I don't see them doing that. There's well there is a chance. But i don't think they will do but i think the song will be a problem because i guarantee you as they push back fans will sing that song when the team scores. And how would they outsourced that if they banned enforce that. Yeah they can't enforce it can't enforce it but it will be a slightly a barrister moment in terms of embarrassing moments. It doesn't even make the list for this franchise but it won't be an interesting seeing the watch stadium if there's a lotta washington football fans and when they score. You've got gotta have because now you're looking at big absolutely gaps and and run and depending on what it is at the drop down you something that nature that was That is probably the hardest part for corner after trying to move into the safeties. I am or of a boneless wings guy than a bone in wing guy and I got a lot of flak for it. And I'm tired of hearing about it. But boneless wings are better. It's like I like him, too. I like him barbecue. I can't even hotter, mild. I like the different the different garlic barbecue or the Lou Williams Lemon pepper wing sauce that they have it. One of those clubs down in Atlanta s Oh, I like that. Listen, I'll go for like a Korean barbecue wing. So I'm also a blue cheese guy first, So I like Blue cheese over Rance. As far as the dipping sauce. I'll do ranch if there's no blue cheese. I like that. But I load up the blue cheese. The chunky blue cheese. I used the wing like a spoon. When I put it in the blue cheese Cup and I shovel it into my mouth. You don't seem like a blue cheese guy. I am a blue cheese guy, and I do like ranch down the same way. We're like I'll have either, but if I had the choice, it would be blue cheese. Yeah. You gotta go blue cheese, right? Oh, there's so many different appetizers. And that's the one thing about the Super Bowl this year, and I remember last year I have younger kids, so we actually went to the party. And then when the game started, we came home and I put the kids to sleep. But just a different but phase of roasted pork wings. Even.

"We're winning the football game, the fans are pounding on those aluminum seats. I'm standing on the sidelines and the ground beneath my feet, is actually shaking. It was an intimate stadium. It was like Oakland Alameda Stadium because it was a baseball stadium where When you ran through the end zone. This is the wall was only about 3 ft high and you ran. You don't have to jump anywhere.
