Military votes in Georgia could flip it back to red
"Through election nights where I've been ecstatic. And oh, my gosh, we won and then election nights where? You know the next morning, you wake up and you know what? I've been hit by a truck here. It's Or a shocked that we lost. What's going What's got things going to be problematic is you know, and this is similar to your point about 2000, Florida If if Joe Biden winds Georgia, and they're 16 electoral votes by 918 votes out of the millions that were cast. I'd like to have confidence in the system and I'd like to believe that you couldn't rig it. By a couple of 1000 votes, But we're on the goodness don't know what's what and the good news even in a place like Georgia, that we've just got to watch. You know how it plays out is while They say. Now they've got 99% of the votes cast and Biden's up by 917 votes. They just announced that there are some 9000 military absentee votes that have not yet been counted. So You know, Georgia You know, Trump's ahead trumps behind. Who knows Trump may end up ahead again, and I think the thing that's been so frustrating in this process for people is that they saw the votes come in on election night. And those votes in many places like like here in Virginia, you know if you went to bed at 10 o'clock in Virginia on election night, you would have thought trumpet one Virginia So you know, we got all these votes in from Election Day. Which which tended to favor President Trump by a wide margin, And then when they started adding in the early votes and counting the absentee votes that were overwhelmingly democratic that starts changing, so I think that's the frustration that feeds Peoples. A sense that there is some widespread corruption taking place and and, you know, all I can say about that is that I am confident if there are legitimate instances of widespread corruption. President Trump and his team are fully capable of bringing those issues to the courts,

Yeah if you want to have a competitive reason, you're saying they're thinking is another question I could ask the buyer but this I i. think I understand not quite sure. It's a competitive advantage. Having. Ask, the? Additional. Question. Your. mission. Yeah. They never resent it. They never resent giving you the time in order to answer a question that you've asked them now could be born to be understood and they they want you to know what they need to know in order to give them. Good Advice. Good value. And the such a human aspect of sales that people overlook it so we've talked about before making that initial connection is human to human element that cannot be replaced. And moving on is understanding people want to be understood. As you said, it builds trust it at mitigates the perception of risk. A customer you know years ago said to me. We finally agreed to talk to me fifteen minutes and he gives up fifteen minutes. Tell me about your company. I said look I only need three. Can I have to ask you questions? But it was like it was like dance monkey dance because that's what your sales people do get personal lines been chasing me down I know how they are. So go ahead, do your dance get fifteen minutes. Along. The losers dance. That's. Me That's not a value add Danso love and by the way, if you can't explain what you do in three minutes, fifteen minutes is probably not going to help. You won't know for sure but I think it's a great response of here listening to this and you want a great response for that opening call. So tell me what you do. You have ten minutes was like. Dan Gimmie three then give me the rest. Ask You questions because I think I even said to him when I use my three, it'll be more valuable to you because I can. I can make it relevant. Yeah. That's a good one. So. nothing joined in the book you talked about telling your customer story. Tell people what you mean by. This is big I. Mean this is my this is an original John Reid idea to client recently said, you know there's nothing really know or you know and I'm like well, I know this I thought of it. And I've never seen it anywhere else. And it came about I do it So I was doing it and then I noticed that there was passion and. Sort of movement to get sales people to be storytellers. In Nevada of any to tell your story batter that need to tell your clients, you know the story Case Studies, the story of Your Company in order to make the sale of So with like the problem to be solved was sales people don't talk well enough like what that's. That's the underlying believe that if they could just tell stories better, the customers would like it more which I think is just hogwash I the storytelling in it's important but let's not get crazy what interested me, which I notice was a different gator in my sales approach was I had a couple meetings at. Their good discussions and when I summarized and always sort of ask questions summarized and talk about me because I want to out understand. So I, have to nail the summary. So this summer was big always for me as a sales person and as I started to think about this craft. And you get actually if you have your game on, you continue the summary in story form meaning you you can say the client look is why understood five years ago you joined the organization excited you came in and what you need only notice was and what you're doing is telling their story. Earn back what they told you. But in a story form and the beauty of that is a couple of one of the beautiful things about it. That's not obvious. You can sneak things in. You can say, I'm guessing you're nervous sounds been excited. So you can. You're telling stories so it doesn't have to be factual. It's a story them as you see it and you can ask and you can. Do this and I play their story back to him. Invariably they're like, well, you nailed it or If you didn't nail it. It's great because they want you to get their story, right? Somebody's sales people are like risk-averse like but what if you tell the story in you're wrong they're gonNA fix it. It's their story. Vinegar fix your story of attorney. But so I did stumble upon something. That I thought was at its the master class of out understanding your competition I don't do it always. But when the time is right when I have that picture created climb, I'm taking my notes in getting the thing together and when I do it, it's very powerful as a sales tool and people say, well, you really got it and then I know you know it's almost game set match. I haven't even talked about me yet I haven't presented my solution yet. All done is listen and tell their story back to them in a way that was compelling and they agreed to and ninety percent the clothes. Talked about what I do how great is this? Yeah, I serve I extend that I. I take the exact same approach of written about this as well as the one story you need to tell. Is You need bill the customer story? Yeah. That's the one story. A salesperson needs to be able to tell is the customer story and yeah, it's companies what you talked about and I think if you include also. The vision of what they're going to achieve yet through their investment in your solution are working with you. then. You've completed that picture. And that's the story build continuously through the selling process is you're building the story of them and there's a great quote from. Giants John Steinbeck that was referred to it's I. Think actually might be from east of I think but. The quotas for is if a story is not about the hearer, he will not listen. Range and foreign is not interesting only the deeply personal and familiar. Wow. That's good. Stiletto. Now when we teach when I teach this and I, it's a nuanced but I understand I mean we might purpose of those of the story here is to get to the summary Right to get to the point of choice if think of a classic story, it's okay who the characters, what's the context of the characters what's the crisis and so I get into that sort of point in the story and Dan you know then I'm GonNa come along and say, okay here at a point of choice, you can either stay with what you're doing but here the rest or you can go in this direction that's where at Stub you're having. Yes and then then I can come onto given where you are. Here's what I would recommend. Here's how we could help you in that dynamic. So I take all the way, but you could say, well, you're just doing the old painting again, but that's not. That's not the point. I'm not I'M NOT MANIP- my questions aren't to manipulate might selling is like, okay you got expand the pain. Yeah they go. Ask Him about pain. I never thought that way for a day in my life. That's that's what I want to be authentic and wanted to have a conversation and it goes workouts. Yeah. So I tell people my career to have taken orders for. Over six million dollars. big systems, small system. So huge price biggest company in the world. Never once asked anybody about a pain point. Because no one was ever buying for that. There were buying.

We Love Penn State and John. Reid was the most humble person we talked to during the whole series. So I'm super excited for you. Guys listen in about his journey to the League a funny Wunderlich tests that we gave all the prospects during the NFL draft series and much more. So let's get it. How's it going then go? Bridgier has been there of course on. It's about time it's about time. We got a fellow nittany lion on this pod because about the West process we interviewed have all been from the state of Texas. Have had to deal with all these other guys. But I'm finally got an any live from Penn state. John you're at school. When I was at school I graduated in two thousand eighteen. How the place but held up Me and it's the same old From everybody told me when he goes out kind of met throughout like this draft process that would the penn state before it seemed like a lot has changed since being there so his price loaded saying we act them. Nice ties to Penn state aid is. I don't want to call him a fair weather fan but he is a harsh credit program. At times. He's an honest critic of the program. Check your time at Penn State. What did you think because I feel you guys? Kind of revitalized Penn State football for what it is but you also a word so so so close to getting to the College Football playoff during those years. What would you say your experience? There was Definitely a fun experience being there because I felt like Even my class camera a Lotta reprieves. Were Kinda afraid to commit their from everything they had went through. They were kind of worried that maybe they race patient. Why go further punishment and stuff like that? But I think for a Lotta guys that when recruiting class you kind of started the opportunity to be able to play early and then May Change on a program so like you see how to kind of played up throughout my time. New was was really fun. So I WanNa Talk About Twenty Sixteen in particular your your sophomore year as a fan. I was a sophomore those your sophomore year. You got to you Toria so I was off. Moore's wild school and that season in particular was stood out to me is the biggest like Okay Penn state. Football might be back right. We started off the year little shaky that that lost pit on the road but then the game against Ohio state at home where they blocked a kick every the the ping pong balls. Counterbalance our way with what happened around the big ten and then go to the big ten championship. You have that comeback win over Wisconsin than you get left out of the playoff for PAC twelve champion in Washington whether or not that was incorrectly over. Not I'll hold back but then the awesome game against USC in the Rose Bowl. What was that season like as a player? Because as a fan when you go into a season like that. I didn't really have big expectations like big ten championship aspirations as a fan but obviously it's different the locker that year for me and my four years of Penn state that year of Penn State. Football was kind of the greatest season in my opinion. Just because we didn't really expect a success we had and then we were on the borderline of a playoffs. What was that like for you man? I think it was really fun. I mean like you said you kind of start to see like to go. So yeah. We ended Michigan lost at. You like it was. It was a real big gone so I think just a habit and then come together and they a big win versa. How stay in the white up because everybody knows how to white i came was wire and that game was wild thing i think something like that And then once you get a win like that you Canada's role with the movement up by you get a you you Kinda chromatic. Can't like a good amount of conflict but then when you put the winds behind it to kind of stuff to solidify I think for a lot of teams and stuff like that so it takes more than just you know you can have a few people in the team definitely believe. Y'All can wayne but Dan when you had those big Those big wins like they kind of further for everybody on the team Kanda. Even guys Leyla but who still play a big role successful star thing Kind of roll with them amount throughout the season and then way one game you just kind of keep worrying about a game by game by game not really looking past thinking body especially when you start the season off to and to you kind of know not that you can't look by Look as anybody at all so I think just that and that following week when the overtime win over Minnesota that kind of got season going. Yeah so then that yeah then the Big Minnesota game like I think You know we just faced much adversity throughout the throughout the year right we had overcome. This may different times before we keep doing that. I mean obviously we wanted to out a lot says there's ourselves in situations but we knew we get out of. That was a story of the year. Second half team. I do feel here. That kind of the bummer of that season is like that's the best part of sports. It's not always like the perfect season. It's the one where you face adversity. And then you come back and like if you guys had gotten into the playoffs and you have been the underdogs again having that opportunity but overall an incredible season would I want to talk about. Is You know everyone talks about Penn. State's offense over the past couple of years in the point to say kwame but trace and You know all those guys in than on the wide receiver front with Dejean and now cage and all them. What's going up against you know. Some elite athletes in practice. Did that really help? Or was it the more in game facing off in the big on the policy. Your game as ready for the League is kind of a mixture of both just because like no matter how good to receive. Eventually practice started to kind of get a read on a lot of them so it is a good challenge for both the all cause you start the know how they play and they started to play so you start to be able to just naturally jared compete better with each other through of course a year but then the challenge really comes when you out an opponent we've never faced before in the big time knows a lot of athletes So kind of being able to adjust a game in the flyer. She doing a film study beforehand and stuff like that. Make sure you're ready. I think is kind of a mixture of the two because I mean obviously you work at craft and are in practice but then you gotta be able to use multiple tools in the game to help you be successful. How much of that film study can you do to kind of give you that practice advantage like you were talking about like if you go up against? Dacia Honor Caja all the time and practice you learn how much of that watching other receivers on film. If you know hundreds of hours of a specific player do you feel like you can model that? Or It's more about the physical reps in game own. I think the biggest thing. We're watching it sandwiches. You kind of start to see a pattern from certain players You started to kind of know what to expect. So you're not guarded anti route tree every play. That's a lot so you kind of want to know. The typical routes personal run from soot formation. Or maybe certain splits stuff like that under receiver so a really founded allows you to limit mush thinking. It's possible when you play but the biggest thing when you get into the game you may see one thing. But they didn't cursing could be a lot more twitching and you think they can be like you. Play against a lot of talk is and sometimes they may not look fast on Film But they separate Disposer Strives and stuff like that so Obviously in the game is when you get the read on the physical part but as far as the scheme stuff like that Alaska and company a film study right so obviously you're you're striving for the NFL right now. You're in that process. Did you go to combine how to Combine Way Doing really well. I think I kinda got the showcase my feet and stuff like that like I wanted to then a minimize footage of the data testing of stuff. So I think it really really well while the US like we always hear these stories. Obviously we can watch your skills and everything on TV. But there's a Lotta comment that people don't see when you guys are going through these hours and hours of of meetings with teams and whatnot Sometimes some stories come out like some weird things are weird questions are being asked. I'm curious like Heckman Decay. Took his shirt offers me with caroline. Did you have any type of? We're meeting or question that was just like why the hell am I being asked us right now immediately was pretty routine. I'm a pretty straight to the point. So it isn't like. I'm not really one of those guys that have eating. I guess Kinda pre information out of this. Be sure which you audits on. That's just kind of how I am as a person so I think my meetings were pretty standard Came from looking for. They don't really have to search for an answer with me when they ask a question. I'm going to give them a straight answer. I mean whether they like it or not. So I'M GONNA I'm GonNa tell you that that that interests me. I'm curious so have you ever throughout your your football career whether it's school or high school. Whatever like you're in the heat of a moment someone comes up to you with a microphone. Your face ask you a question and you're just almost a little too brutally honest where you took a step back like damn I shouldn't.

"To get us going here. Eight fifteen office Tuesday morning, John Reid with you on NewsRadio w RV distressed by this. You know, a lot of people do give up weekends. Sometimes they take their entire vacation period and a volunteer with habitat for humanity. And they go out and they build homes so that families that might not normally have a place to live will be able to purchase their own home and begin building a nest egg for themselves and their families. And it's the American dream. It's a it's a way to help people get into. Home ownership and for what forty years has been fantastic well to Richmond habitat for humanity employee's were stabbed on Saturday at a work site in south Richmond. They're building a home near forest Hill Park, and apparently is a construction supervisor. And another volunteer who were out on the site and somebody showed up at the construction site with a knife and ask for directions. I then revealed the the knife and said give me your money or I'll stab you. I mean, who if how how dumb do you have to be to go and try to rob a construction worker in general, I don't think they're packing. A lot of cash on them on the constructions. I may be enough for lunch. If you wanted to go rob their truck, maybe that'd be smarter to do not that. I'm giving advice on the radio about how to rob somebody. How dumb do you have to be to go and approach those individuals, especially the good guys who are actually doing good work to try to help the community. And you think that's going to go over very, well, do you think that's not going to be noticed by the cops and the press so? The male supervisor there was stabbed four times. Fortunately, the the knife missed vital organs the female apprentice who was there fought the assailant office. She wound up stabbed in the leg. Sounds like everybody is recovering. But the cops are Richmond. Police are out there looking for whoever could have could have done this. And yeah, you know. Abbas just kinda distressing to hear those kinds of stories used to be very commonplace in Richmond. And it seems to me that it's. Certainly fewer headlines than what we used to here are around the city that that kind of violence the thank goodness. They're ok. And hey, this guy the driver, it may not have been him falling asleep or being reckless this exit. On on. I ninety five is is awful people often have problems there. And then lo and behold pick up the paper this morning and look at this story by read Williams and Mark BOS of the times dispatch, apparently that's true less than two months before Tuesday's fatal bus crash woman in prince George county. Call Virginia department of transportation officials to warn them about this exit exit forty five is they think that it is an exit the takes them onto interstate two ninety five or a lot of drivers do, but it's not so they wind up accelerating, which means they don't make the turn. Don't get a can't control their vehicle. Probably a lot of people hit that exit and are going too fast. But if it's a small car, you can correct if it's a boss you can't. So how very interesting to hear that somebody may have brought that to the attention of state officials and when the reporters good for them started digging into what they found out. There had been a number of crashes over the last several months there. So I don't know whether this bus driver, maybe there was something. He was doing that was wrong. "Six forty seven on this Wednesday morning. John Reid with you on NewsRadio. WR VA all wanna play for you. The audio of a robo call. Anybody can set up a robo-call the start buzzing people in different localities and kind of push the buttons or tweak different candidates. This one pretty offensive. This is down in Florida where you know, Andrew gillum is running for governor against to Santa's the Republican candidate. And it's it's nasty. Listen to this. Hello. I'll be. Boston. How about house plans? Maybe thinking man's medicine. African. Putin. Did she can? Let's stop this. About the Jews yet? All right. So this this is a prerecorded call that's being lobbed into Florida. And who is it who is it going to is it going to black voters are going to go randomly. It's paid for by a group called road to power, which is a white supremacist group out of Idaho. And they've had similar tussles with robocalls and various states in the past including Virginia. And. I'm not asking you to speak on their behalf. But what is the what do they think is going to happen with us? I don't know. I mean, I guess I've seen some more web hits for by saying the group's name. Get out there. I can't imagine. I can't imagine. Even if your slightly racist. Even if you're kind of like that it'd be you've got racial issues rolling around in your head. I still don't think that that would be something that would be appealing to you would think that you would be you'd hang up the phone instantly and say, this is stupid, and I mean, ridiculously offensive, and then of course, you're even remotely open-minded about anything. It's it's outrageous. But you know, these things happen to try to get people talking about issues that that help or hurt one candidate or the other. The good news is both the Democrats and Republicans in Florida to say together this status. Okay. We decry this. Yeah. Well, at least we found one little common point that we can stand on their it looks it looks to me from the polling that Andrew gillum is, you know. Six points ahead. Seven points ahead in the latest polls against the Republican which is surprising to me just based on some of his positions that I that. I'm surprised that Floridians would embrace. But then there's a huge influx of people who live in New York half the year and lived in Florida the rest of the year, maybe they're voting in Florida because of the presidential stuff, and and they're more liberal than the rest of the state interested. "I'm John Reid. Coming up at seven forty five. Why aren't Republican senators on the judiciary committee willing to do their job of questioning themselves? They've made an important decision in the last twenty four hours. We'll tell you about it. And then at eight oh five details from yesterday's sentencing of the comedian Bill. Cosby that's coming up. But first. If you listen to the news on a regular basis. I swear I think that if an alien came down, they would say, oh, Republicans are evil people in general. I mean, that's that seems to be the way we are portrayed on a regular basis. Not so fast. Allan Saxe is a political science professor at the university of Texas at Arlington. And I'm glad to have you here. What does this new Gallup poll actually show? It's very interesting shows that a lot of people regard, the Republican party in a very positive way. By the way, it's sorta contradicts another poll that I'd seen about the midterm elections would say that if you look at a generic poll, I love all the old a generic poll that the Democrats are outpolling Republican you by about twelve points. So one poll sort of goes against the other one on the other hand. There could be some big Trump supporters. President Trump supporters who do not identify themselves as Republicans. So there's all kinds of ways I get to look at it. But it is rather confusing. Polls drive me nuts. There are some countries that actually banned polling a certain number of days before election day in this country. We have that pesky thing called the first amendment about free speech and free press. So you don't want anything band that way? And of course, I'm being sarcastic about that, I got you. Well, but Gallup is generally perceived as a reputable polling company, it's no offence to those at universities who do this or or the internal polls. But they they have a good reputation. Did they indication as to why people said they had a positive opinion of Republicans is at the economy, and the fact that it's doing as well as it is. Now the economy so far is actually booming. The stock market is still pretty strong. I think also a lot of people outwardly are afraid to say, which is unfortunate today. But they get the Republicans get bashed it, dad. We. Had universities and colleges. I fear our public schools do the same thing in different ways. And so as Republicans get it big bashing, the, however if you ask them in a poll where it's sort of secret, we don't have to raise your hand and tell somebody what you are they they have favorable feeling toward the Republican party. I've seen it in my classroom when we discuss some things many of my most outspoken students from the left, but there are some students in there. And there are frankly, this is a shame. They're afraid to say anything I heard one young man leave the other day veteran and I heard him say into another classmate. I don't wanna say thing because I get too aggravated. And I don't wanna be called a racist or a soba some sort. And so he just keeps quiet, and that's unfortunate when that seeping down a young people. Well, I think that's true. I think a lot of what we saw with. Donald Trump's election in two thousand sixteen in how so many of the polls were wrong. I think a lot of people said, you know, what I'm gonna keep my mouth shut and just go vote because I don't wanna be disinvited to the Christmas party. And I don't want people to trash me or. Hired of the bashing. In fact, I see that in my own neighborhood, lots that we're having a big Senate race here between a man by name of veto or Rourke nickname Biko and Ted Cruz very few K crew side, and a lot of Biko signs and get this is a pretty conservative part of the of the United States, and it could be a lot of people just year full putting a Ted Cruz. Sign up in their yard. Ted Cruz was a salted. I guess you might say not physically but verbally at a restaurant. The other night of the district Columbia because he and his wife went out for dinner and the demonstrators jumped all over him and his wife, and that's what our politics has become. Yeah. That's a that is a whole different discussion about the the attitude and the atmosphere in Washington, which is worse than I've ever seen it. And as a that's going to be a real problem going forward. Because Venturi these protesters are going to run into somebody who's not gonna take too kindly to this fight back. Yeah. And then we'll see who. Who's willing to actually down? The Republicans had a lot of people on the right are just cowed. They're just very fearful of saying anything or do anything. And I think that also carried over into our United States senators are represented in Washington. Well, they would be they would be well served to speak up because there are a lot of people out there who want advocates that maybe while out of people are willing to put up with what could normally be considered obnoxious behavior from Donald Trump because they see one person who's willing to fight for the things they believe in maybe not in the most. You're exactly right. I think you're exactly right. But today, we're being saved you can vote in West Virginia with smartphones. Isn't that wonderful? Oy. I wake up today in our own newspaper in the Dallas Fort Worth area where high students are now building and registering to vote all of their these eighteen year olds are going to say this. Oh my God. There's a lot of we all had a lot of wisdom at age eighteen change some great stuff. Alan sacks. I really appreciate it at the university of Texas in Arlington political science, professor. "I'm John Reid. Coming up at nine twenty China has broken off trade talks with the United States. Where does this leave us the president? This is is he going to be able to push the buttons. And and get his way in the long run. We'll have a conversation about that. And then at nine thirty five going a little deeper into the Brett cavenaugh nomination the problems that he faces this week and the White House and their strategy to try to deal with it. That's in our next half hour, but I. So yesterday right about the time. We went off the air. There was all this conversation about what was going on with. Rosenstein, the Justice department was he being summoned to the White House to offer his resignation was he going to the White House to be fired the president, of course, was in New York for the United Nations opening session. So there was all types of speculation, including from some of my friends who think the whole thing was set up to identify leakers in the White House. Will John Cohen is the former undersecretary for intelligence at the department of homeland security now in ABC news consultant, John let me just ask you, what do you think was actually up yesterday? You know, it's unclear to me. But I think I sorta chuckled when you use the word conversation in Washington yesterday for about a two hour period. You know, said he was in the midst of a circus, where they're depending on who you spoke to whether it be in the White House and the Justice department, you were led to believe that the as you pointed out, the deputy attorney general whether either about to be fired or was about to resign. And I think, unfortunately, what is a good illustration into is that while on the one hand we have a serious counterintelligence and criminal investigation into how exactly Russia using its intelligence services sought to interfere with the twenty sixteen election. And Furthermore, whether anybody in the US criminally conspired with Russia as they did. So and the politics of this issue where you have individuals who are. Attacking the credibility of the Justice department, attacking the credibility of the FBI and engaging in things that quite frankly, are unlike anything I've seen in the years since I've been in the city, what do you think happens to the Russia probe if Rosenstein is fired or resigns of and he's he's technically in charge of it. But his departure doesn't mean it goes away. Right. Well, it could. I mean, it depends on who is replaced with you know. Wow, Robert Mueller and his team has a certain amount of autonomy. Deputy attorney general who oversees the investigation ultimately authorizes, what investigative steps all that came takes that includes whether they whether they you know, what search warrants they go after what any eavesdropping warrants that? They may be intending indictments that they're going to. Tissue. And when it comes down to documenting the results of the investigation. Whether it's through a an overarching indictment or through a report the person in that position would could ultimately would ultimately decide what steps are taken. So the person who sits in that oversight role does exercise a high degree of control over what investigators steps are taken. And ultimately is done at the conclusion of the investigation. If if Rosenstein is fired the solicitor general becomes deputy AG, right? Maybe Rosenstein is fired. It. There is one school of thought that the president would be more restricted in the pool of people he could draw from, but he could draw from a pool of people and put them in that position temporarily if we're staying the other school of thought is that of Rosenstein resigned, president has much more flexibility on who under current federal vacancy act statute he can put in that position. So I've told from from our researchers that the average length of a special counsel investigation is nine hundred and four days. This one's at about five hundred days. Do you think? Let's just say rod Rosenstein stays in place for a while. And you'd think this thing is rapidly coming to a conclusion or can we expect to see another four hundred days of this more than a year of a more. Copsey investigation. I'm always I'm always reluctant to put an artificial timeframe on any investigation in particular this one because it's very very complex. We've already seen a significant amount of activity out of this special counsel. That's that's actually unlike many of the past special counsel investigations you've seen we've seen multiple indictments of Russian nationals, including members of their intelligence services. We've seen multiple guilty pleas in indictments when people here. So you know, what I am confident based on everything that I know about Robert Muller is that he is carrying out a thoughtful in depth thorough and an ethical investigation into these very serious issues. And when he's done when he feels like he knows the whole story or has all the evidence that he can reasonably gather in furtherance of this investigation, he will conclude it John Cohen former undersecretary for intelligence at the department of homeland security and now with ABC news. Consultant. Appreciate you. Joining us this morning. Thanks, john. You. So we want to play for you. Now, some of the outtakes from the Cavanaugh interview.
