Well, you know, this is a singular process that continues to happen. We get a mass shooting we find out that the person was able to get a table automatic weapon based on some very lacks gun laws. They legally purchased a gun went out emerged from folks home those who advocate for stricter gun laws will begin to talk about it. And then you have the opposing side who will tell you that you're trying to take guns out of the hands of log. Hidden citizens, etc. Etc will have a back and forth. Nothing will happen and then we wash rinse and repeat the same cycle over and over and over again exactly exactly and that and you know, that's what Joe Biden tweeted out today. He said we can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. We can close loopholes in our gun background check system. This is not a partisan issue. It's not an issue that will save lives Congress needs to act but nobody seems to do anything why Bishop? Well, we all know all you got to do is follow the money at the end of the day off the reality. Is this the gun lobby is a powerful Lobby. It's a rich Lobby it throws around money. Mostly the Republicans but to some Democrats as well and at the end of the day these politicians are always going to choose politics over people and so the interest of the lobbyists and those who put money In their coffers is always going to speak louder even than those who vote for them. And so at the end of the day that's that's money talking when when they refused to do anything about it that it's it's about the almighty dollar. I know and that is and that's the crazy part about it. You know, I mean is that it all comes down to money down, right? Yeah, absolutely and and at the end of the day that's when people have to make a decision if they want elected leaders that are more influenced by those who give them money than those who go to the polls and vote for them and each and every time we see this repeated over and over again, but then we get people who will vote outside of their best interest even though they see the pattern happen over and this is not a partisan issue. I agree with birth. Is it partisan? Nobody cares Mass Shooters don't care if you're Republican or Democrat, they don't care if your children come from homes that are Republican or Democrat that they don't care if they're black or white or whatever, you know, when they go out and randomly murder people wage. It's not speaking to where you stand politically it's about their ideology. It's about their mentality. It's about the sickness that is in their minds and it's about the fact that they have access to weapons of mass destruction that they should not have access to because of these lacks laws. I mean, they they tell me that this last June I was able to just go and pass a quick background check and buy a gun on the spot and immediately go out and murder people. It's just awful and you know occupy Democrats, you know tweeted this out today and it's I wasn't aware of this but he but it's after Bill Clinton banned assault weapons in nineteen. Ninety four or mass shooting deaths dropped by 43% after the republican-led Congress. Let the ban expire in 2004. They shot up to 239% We don't need to arm teachers.
