"You should play the hot hand. No matter what. and. It's the same thing that. When we use when we used to talk to me about me and they're used to tell me all the time. I I want you I. Want you there because you know right now you're playing better right I. understood it but it was like I don't WanNa play it but I I understood it. So you know it was different. It was a different it's a different beast when you're dealing with two coaches that are fueling, you can never win like that. So we lost that championship game twelve to six. We lost that on a fake plant. We actually the guy called the on our team. He jilted love he ju-. To the right he turned around in a complete circle. Dan. Went to pitch the ball back at Pistole Balsas team. Oh Wow. Yeah. So That was you know the second phase where I lost three championships? Thirty five, reply one, my I lost three. All right. So let's fast well, let's talk real quick about our season together. So that was I'm trying to remember what year that was getting old mass twenty, twenty, twenty, fifteen, I was fifteen. "What the Hell is that me? I got the facebook. Thing is a bunch of numbers. I'm going holy crap. It's not even pie all right, so this is go ahead and explain to the people you know how we know each other. What happened what we've been working on what you've been doing? Just give me in this first segment. Introduce Yourself, and then we'll get all the details of this election. Good anyway, hey thanks for having me on. It's been a while and it's good to see you. Yes, I, am John Break. He and I'm with a group. Cau- normally call audit as e, and now we are audit USA because starting forty years ago, I started working the whole country. And because of what happened in two, thousand, sixteen, and the experience, I had like hooked up with a very great lawyer out of Washington DC impressed strengths suitor, who actually wants the book recounts and we've been traveling states. I've been in eighteen nineteen states now since two thousand sixteen. Some. States have had to deliver Gatien in some safe. You know able to negotiate my whole forces. It's I'm working. In the United States with many people across the country to show them how we can make election strengths, errant, trackable and publicly verified, most people have no idea that this new system has ballad images, but before I do that I wanNA, talk about my relationship with her Tampa Ernie back in two, thousand four I discovered him, had a radio show, and he was very much. Heavy into elections undestood the process better than I did back. And I was able to go into his archives years and years of work and be able to study what he found then bill on that study, and to be where I'm at today and so Ernie I. I'm grateful to you and what you've taught me over the years and now. I am the professor and hopefully you'll be the students for a while a teacher. What I have learned that you've got me started on banking. My thing was I went at heavy during the nineties, and by the time John Ed hit it. There were others that kind of I worked with had and introduced and very motivated to get this taken care of. The thing was for me I'm going look man. It's way past elections. You'd think lex. Is GonNa. Make you free. You haven't been paying attention. The people that do this stuff that do the fraud that are controlling all this there. There is no limit to how far they'll go I. Mean No, you I mean this is. This is trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars if IF THEY WANNA have access to the goodies it's there's now and That's what got John started to begin with. It was an election in order they found out. You know it was all part of this agenda twenty-one stuff even back from the nineties, and so on that they were using this and public transportation. How do we get billions of dollars from the people in Tucson? Tucson Pima, county and L. John, and that this was a fraud, and he went through the process, and he's going holy crap, and I'm going. Yeah, so my thing was not so much the election it was the philosophy behind it. It was the people that are willing to lie in fraud and steal in order to get access to gazillions of dollars. It's a big bank robbery. Robbery, the elections just enabled it, so there has to be something else. It's general public opinion. Thing but vote. Don't vote whatever you know that you're at least you're off. You're doing something we'll John is trying to convince me in the rest of America that you can do it and it be accurate. You do it right. Yes, you can, but do they want to John. You'll have a good question and. And you know some, do some, don't I? Do believe that we have a system that may be was built jeet, and but I do know one thing is that the solution is to fight the system and change it, and because you know, let's put it this way. I'm very strong person who's convinced that citizens. To wind up destroying our democracy, because if not vote, let let's just use two thousand sixteen as an example, if not voting in two thousand sixteen once a presidential candidate, they would've won by a landslide in that election. One hundred seven million people in this country who could have voted did not vote. And then so, what had hill? That's forty four percent of the people who could have voted Hillary got what twenty eight percent from twenty six percent. That's not a very good statistic. I want you to know a guy. Nineteen thirty to get better is name. He was the guy from Germany. I don't think I need to mention his name. what I worked for is to make elections transparent trackable in publicly verified and to do that what we've discovered. Flipped your slide right now in which I have on the screen right now is that there are two of the balance now in the voting system in this country as it stands right now eighty percents of country has it with digital voting systems. There are two official versions of each ballot. The one that you used and mark and one the machine counted, which is a digital copy. One is very very high to get. Because it's the original, they'll say oh. You can't get to the court order because you might get it. You might have to lead below your finger. Make a mark on the ballot. Well, you know the other official ballot, which is the digital copy? Is a public record and it's a public record. The millisecond data was made. Eight and we are catching him across country destroying him and you know my attorney. One of my attorney bill rise a great friend and friend of yours. states that the reason they're destroying these things is that maybe somebody is protecting the right to cheat now in a future election, they do not want elections that are transparent trackable in publicly. We've got like a minute and a half here. Let me describe to what you're talking about. the way it is now. It's gone through a lot of iterations I. warned of this for Secretary of State and ninety four. I can see what was going on. You know they're bringing in computers. Never go manage. It's going to take. And give you all kinds of stories, but the Man I got a lot of good stories, and that's one thing that John went through in my radio. Go here. Just listen these shows that I did on this. You understand that I know I get it, you know, but I'm taking a different tack, I could go down the dark side and focus on one thing, but then you're on that one thing we'll John's doing that. There's good people need to do that, but. But my thing is, there's something else behind it. There's a philosophy there's evil. There's a you know that's what the real problem. Is that people that would do this and not feel guilty about it at all. Yeah, 'cause you let us you know because they can. Well. What are you talking about going back to your images? You know where you had the two ballots. You do the actual hard copy and that is. Like pdf I mean do they shoot it and make a pdf of it. Is that what it is? Yes it okay, so when you put it through the machine and boom.

"Gears to election security okay now when when you know you came up to the table you said you're in taboo area talk about elections security. Tell me what you mean by that yeah so through the predictions predictions program i was always working candidates and everybody who loses their election says oh it was stolen. I'm sure of it right. I knew god told me some they trying to defining and i'm from memphis you know we king in memphis so it's a it's a polarizing town so you know for a good decade after the electronic voting systems came. When have you know kinda released a dollar. There was a lawsuit every single year. It's a dense democrat african-american american area town and it was completely dominated by white republican leadership and you know blacks flex can vote for white republicans if they want to but the people who were running for saying no. This isn't what's happening everything. I'm here on the ground. All of these things so i kind of looked a bit saying just lost right right in my game is saying look you need to stop whining touch the people and if you talk to all those people people you'll have affidavits being signed ad nauseam from people who are saying no we support this guy but everybody wanna go to heaven but done they wanted that nobody kind of wants just a roll up the sleeves and do the grass roots approach. You know a number of candidates kept coming to me and saying hey my election was stolen alexander stolen but we have one turning point for me in twenty four team. There was a candidate who she lost to a guy who i think he had a french name or something and when you consider that most people don't look at who's running they try and forgetting payday phone bill right they not looking at who these candidates are and she was a household name and it was really odd to me that she lost there. Were a couple of other people people that that lost these countywide seat and they're kind of jingle me. It was another time in twenty tinder jingle me too and i was like all right. Let me get the system that we use and kind of see because i'm technical person right. Let me look at and see what it is and when i open you know we got it because there were so many court cases there was a black box voting org they get all of this stuff so oh i reached out to bev harris from blackbox voting dot org and she gave me all of these core taste files and basically i did like a crime reenactment. I said you know i'm a software guy right. I've ridden easily two hundred thousand lines of code. I know that computers can be trusted the way we think they should be so. I kinda just did like you. You know if i was going to steal one. I'm doing good right. I'm i'm almost see what what it takes. In a new people wouldn't believe in unless could go all the way through with it so i went kind of from start to finished you know doing the design specs and uncovered that there was this feature inside of our election equipment. It's not a bug. It's a feature that basically basically says you can wait the results of a race and it doesn't matter how many because nobody the one bearable nobody can predict is who's going to walk into the polling place right right in my other world. That's my game trying to predict who's going to walk into the phone so i use my predictions program and go to this precinct where it tells me the highest turnout is going to be in a contested election so if there's going to be ending the various doings or anything i will preface this. I don't think it was anything in this particular race but it's possible so i'm not. I trying to prove that something happened. I'm trying to make sure right so i went to this precinct and not take my blackberry blackberry phone out and i'll take a picture of this tape because as literally the receipt that the post at the end of the league and it's got like five hundred and fifty votes on it but when the totals come out like three hundred and thirty you you can't do that at left to the number line we should be going to the right. There's no possible way for doing. I called the election commissioners and tell them about this this picture this politics and a half and one candidate names wanda helder. She ran for city court clerk and she takes an she represents. No lawyer take ticks right as he does a stringent guidelines around and you got fifty days. You got to say you know what happened. Got fifty days approved that it decided the election. Nobody can nobody that can do that. When i was studying everything that i do. I can change everything using allocations and i'll only be off by one vote. If i'm if i make a mistake so nobody's gonna vote is enough to subject to change the election so she goes to court and and she's she presents this tape and the judge is like somebody who hasn't been explaining to do and this kind of set up a domino effect and you know i was featured in a cover story article in bloomberg magazine and the report or he just level with me. He said nobody has ever seen anything like what you have. Nobody's ever had any type of proof. How in the world did you know to go there. You're right and i was like well the other thing. Hey if there's anything supposed to happen so they did this white hot investigation they brought a pulitzer prize journalist was down and i would venture out the most people don't know that this even happened. Don't even i was reading about the case i was like. Why did i know like this happen. At all. I mean maybe it was national news or anything but certainly even as a geek like of this stuff like that didn't register to me either until no i saw wanted bid in sort of went down. The rabbit defined you in the first place. So what does this because listening to this story right. It will definitely definitely add fuel to the fire of people who are conspiracy theorists. Just like everything is rigged in like in all of that right so so what is more more the underlying message that you wanna communicate. Should we be out in the street setting things on fire and sort of going back to paper ballots or is there some happy medium that we should be striving for a mix of all what you just said. We should be somewhere so the end of the story turned out to be there was a software design flaw that ohio sued for and gatt replacement equipment nearly free shelby county to this day. We have an election in october for mayor. We're still gonna they use the same software and it's known for dropping vote. Not to mention is on youtube. It's everywhere ever made it to the fringes of made it. I made it as far as from bloomberg to alex jones ed how many people have covered this. I even got an invite traveled to new york and meet with the trump campaign and it's a nonpartisan problem. No i just want the you you know. The person who wins needs to win. We gotta pay attention to computers. Do not belong in this space. So you know in memphis the administrator you know he kind of stepped down after that it was probably time to clean the slate ironically on shouldn't say ironically but the knicks major election it was a complete change of leadership it it went from completely dominated male white republican to completely dominated female black democrat the next major election after the gas sta and everybody said hey. This guy has his thumb on the scale. I met him. I worked with him. I don't see you know but i asked asked myself this one question. Does anybody have an incentive to remain in power so so since that is the case i looked at my particular system and found found out that this is a feature not above yeah and knowing what i can do with code. I want to protect everybody. Who's a citizen from people like me. -bility somebody else has the capability of people who have intention to want to remain empowered the wonder how hurt she won on the next election got a landslide victory now. My background is in the analytics most of the exact same voters with the people who elected her for years later elector. Now she's over it. I think she's in one hundred and seventy five million dollars in revenue. She's that's her budget. She's over one hundred and seventy so when you consider that like shelby county it has five hundred million dollars like salaries and appointments. You have to look at it from different. Lynn's of you know this is real money. Where were you ain't point people in pay them and real hundred thousand dollars year. It ain't a signing authority. Necessarily it's contract sole authority. You can do a lot of stuff so the part about about people in the streets even the reporter he he did a cyber security segment about two or three days before the presidential election and he said everybody should replicate smith's smurfs experiment. Don't take the pictures of those paintings now in my research what i was doing. I developed this proof of concept and he covered their proof of concept of fracture magic and if you google AO you'll be in a rabbit hole but when i was doing everything i was doing. I found that could mess with balloting. I can break numbers and i can read through the whole state of alaska and four seconds. I can just make a peanut butter sandwich out of interstate. Say you are going to get fifty. Seven point eight announced six four percent of the vote. You are going to win so if one hundred people come out. Let's say ten people come out and i said you can get seventy percent that means you're gonna get seven votes right but what if nine and people come in i can't give you seventy percent six point blah blah blah so the systems they count us like money and that is a problem we are one man one vote and when you get that kind of capability to a computer an algorithm like the one i wrote tim just make peanut butter out of it can go through one hundred andhra million records and like twenty seconds so you mentioned that you can't do that with ballot images so you feel in a circle yeah break that open the one who was in in new york right. We have the afterwards so we take paper. We fill out a bubble. It been scans through the machine in in account and we're actually going through in queens. <music> are queens district. Attorney is going through a manual recount because the election was so close right so yes. The computer can give you one number but now when we have to do a manual recount we have to look at the actual paper and best word the the next piece of so. It's a two tandem strategy. There is a guy he's an amazing. These got run out of energy his name this john breaking of audit. USA he was on the fraction magic team with me embarrassed and mimi kennedy who's an actress for CBS TV show moms you know we got a lot of people who are active as they want. If the republican wins he needs to win with the democrat wins. He needs to win rank. There was so many people saying hey clinton is trying to take it from trump. Finish trying to take it from bernie. Bernie ernie should be dragged all of these. Nobody wants to be the person who had it taken from them. Yeah you can you can live with somebody beating you but the way that you make sure that that is actually actually true because that couldn't touch the ballot images john break. He started the ballot image okay and what he does is he goes through every state suing for ballad images in the way it works. Is your paper copy battle visiting it goes through a digital scanner which takes a copy of that yeah so now. If somebody messes with the pitchers it'll take a long time but he's asking for those images because they are public record. The machine doesn't count your paper ballot. The machine counts the image so that makes it a part of the chain of custody and where he's finding is everywhere he goes. They say they don't have them. They said they turn them off <hes> what they say. They destroyed them. Probably yeah probably so what you wanna do. Is you wanna take that when you audit take compare the image to the actual ballot right and that's where this is term limited and audits comes in and i work with stephanie singer with verify voting and she is kind of in the forefront of what it is and what you wanna do in queens you want to compare the originals to the they can post them all online. You know when i go online is they're very every time is the albatross of anything nefarious the moment that they come in you post them online and their public record.

"House Judiciary committee votes. Twenty six twenty four to sixteen hold the thirty general bar and could have had believe there. Twenty four Democrats on the committee, and they got a twenty four votes to hold him in contempt. He's he if he doesn't violate federal law on the books statutory regulations, not to turn over grand jury testimony. If he doesn't violate that law that he will then he is in contempt of congress. Oh, okay. I think this what you call a catch twenty two. Eight four four five hundred forty two forty two. Joining us now is grace. It's hump day. Happy Wednesday, everyone I want to start with a new struggle. We have been predicting it for a long time. But as it gets closer and closer to the first democratic debate, which is in less than fifty days. The DNC is trying to figure out how they're going to split this up. And so what they've decided about a coin about a coin it's not far off from that. How so what the Republicans have done in the past it? And I think the Democrats that you get the top runners, and then you have to be and then anyone who can't really make it on the stage. You have a second beat for them. But because there's so many note though, because some of the losers happen to be members of protected classes right care to name some of these protected classes. Well, let me put it this way. I think FOX really made a mistake with their now one one hour and fifty four minutes away from their Amy klobuchar townhall, she is scraping along. She's trying to reach the one percent threshold in most of the polls one one percent. And it's like John break that glass ceiling Bye-bye come over to Newsmax everybody. Yeah. Come over to join us. If you don't wanna waste your time tonight. Yeah. It's that's not going to be a ratings boost. But so what they're saying is they're going to split it up ten in ten and they're just going to randomly decide that sounds racist and sexist to me, well, it's more. It's not really the racist aspect of getting people mad. It's the fact that like someone like Bernie Sanders who feels you know that he's the top. He's the top front runner and he wants to be with the winners. And he's afraid that if they do this anymo- he's gonna get stuck with Pearson gillibrand talking about democracy dollars, and doesn't really look he wants right now. Yes. I just got a text from a boon bat in the six zero three area code New Hampshire. You talk a lot about immigrants. I talk about illegal aliens car accidents. But you never mentioned white kids in school shootings. So I guess I should mention it again, right? There was a shooting yesterday in suburban Denver, Colorado. And the the main shooter who's an adult. He's a on social media. He talked about how much he hates Christians and Donald Trump and how much he loves Barack Obama. Okay. The second shooter juvenile was initially identified as a male, but has now been identified as a female who claims that she is transitioning to mail so those and they were they were to those were the two white shooters yesterday and they killed a guy named the one student whose dad is named Castillo. So I guess those two white shooters the the the Donald Trump Christian hater and the female transitioning male killed a member of a minority group. They've Custodio the two boys at least one of them ran towards the shooter to try to disarm him a guy who's a guy who's gonna who's getting ready to join the marines. It's marines. The marines of already issued a statement saying even though he's not in the marines yet. They're very proud of him as they should be. It's incredible. What people are doing now. And it's it's awful that these things happen. But the fact that it's it's like what they said about nine eleven with the firefighters when other people are running away, there are certain people who were brave for for a very long time, and they run towards it. It's like, I can't imagine it. But those those boys should get all the accolades they deserve. Someone just suggested to on the text line that may be part of this. This town hall tonight. Amy klobuchar could be someone can can hander a bowl of salad and a comb how he's high new explains demonstrate for us. Okay. Here's a binder. Would you like to throw this at any any one of us always out like a catcher's equipment face mask and everything and he's tiny. Explain this to my boyfriend yesterday. I'm like, so she had a salad, right? And there was a comb and she ate the whole of their with their calm. And it's one of those things it's like why why would you? But I guess you're right. She wanted to show the intern or whoever it was you let me down so badly that I'm forced to eat with this hair comb. That's really sick. That really is that that means you're twisted person. And you know, it's it's it's an old cliche. But it's true. You could tell a person's character by how he treats the help. Yes. Whether. Right. Well, you can you can tell somebody's character by if they tell you that they think the wait staff. Yeah. I know and so in other news, so we'll wait to see. It's just going to I guess it's going to be random. Now, they're saying they really need to because the threshold isn't that much? I mean, you have to raise a certain amount of money. It's like anything else. But all these people have raised the threshold. So now, it's like, okay. Well, what do we do? Now, we have all these losers who wanna debate. They really just want it between like maybe Kamala, Bernie, Biden, right? Would we have we had that former Maryland congressman, John Delaney seem like an okay guy? He's like he would be their best choice. When he when he said that he had reached the threshold. I knew that. There was a pretty low bar. You knew the threshold not set high enough. Yeah. Barack Obama's memoir may drop during the twenty president again, I've been waiting so so avidly for that. So this isn't the New York Post a recall of key points. How that I thought you'd be interested in? Okay. First of all, he writes, it all on a legal pad like his other books. He wrote them all himself. Do we buy that? He wrote these books himself knowing no one's going to read them. I that's a real years. Maybe Bill Ayers, his Emmanuel sus his ghost writer. Maybe he wrote him on a legal pad into quells. It is it a is it a is it a regular steno legal patter is at the real long legal pets, the thirteen inch legal pets is books are pretty long. So it's probably a long one Michelle's book sold. Ten million copies? I just don't understand how much money does one person need Barack is that what he said, I'm quoting his, own wise words, how much money Michelle Obama's out here in like Balenciaga sore Ryssdal. Crystal boots, you know, living your best life. There's nothing wrong with that have your money. But now you're gonna come out with another crabby book that I'm going to have to hear about on. Everyone's top ten must by Christmas list stuff. It's just the bunch of malarkey Senator klobuchar when when you're setting the table for thanksgiving, you put the comb to the right or to the left of the cell. Good for. I would really prefer those. Texter if they do a little a binder reenactment, you know, you said that you through the binder on the ground. It could be like in Seinfeld when they try to figure out the spit where did the binder go to make that person? Thank you threw it at them. These are all things that we need to have Mitt Romney, which criticized because he said he had binders full of women. He never through the binder. He just had them sitting there on his desk. How how do you do you think your better or worse person than governor raw Senator rob your fellow Senator now says she's on a town hall with FOX? And I think people DJ is going to end up doing a town hall with FOX, and that might be that might be it. But then I think some of them are so thirsty for attention. They'll definitely buckle into town hall e Cory Booker. We don't you think that the quarry at the all of them Yang Jila brand, you know, swallow. Well, they're all going to demand equal time. Aren't they? And what this is gonna be like, I mean, they they did pretty well with that one with Bernie. But you know, I mean, they they may have they may regret having open. Exactly. She didn't take the DNC time. They won't have debates is a blessing and just said, okay. We'll find other things to talk about. Yeah. But I just don't even go with the debates going to be like because how long do you give a ruined to answer the question if you have to get to remember remember when Trump was on stage with Jeb and casick and Rubio, you you'd watch the whole thing. And then afterwards, you think to yourself like, wow, Rubio didn't even get to talk for five minutes like Gresty that's nothing compared to this. These people are going to get what fifty seconds each. And then they're gonna say wrapping up wrapping up. Right. It's going to be like the Oscars with the flashing light. We gotta get to the other candidates in other news, Laurie Lachlan is feeling more and more confidence. She will escape jail. You, you know, even if she does feel confident she's not gonna scape jail. I wouldn't really advertise that you know, she she's in severe legal jeopardy. This is right after she got a crisis manager. And this is what's coming out about her. It's like lock down Lachlan don't be jabbing about how now you think you're going to escape after you pleaded not guilty to something. We all know you did. It's like it's like when you're preparing for big game. You know, you you don't say I'm gonna win the game because that quote is going to be on the angle locker room. It doesn't age. Yeah. And here's the thing is that they're kind of going with the the investigation continues approach is said the more the attorneys look at the alleged evidence against them, the better, they feel about the case, everyone is feeling more and more confident that this real, well, I wouldn't suggest just reread the indictment if they're feeling good about the case. Another one just pleaded guilty yesterday. Another one came into the courthouse here in Boston, and the pleaded guilty plead guilty now like five six of them. Oh, I I would always go plead guilty, you know, ask for forgiveness. And then just hope, you know, the mercy throw yourself how what's the expression thorough yourself? Mercy of the court on the mercy of the court and say, I'm so sorry. I did this my kid. I can't even explain to you. How much she wasn't going to get into the school unless they photo shopped her face onto a rower, I don't know if you want to plead guilty. I think you want to you know, put on a good face that you're going to fight this tooth and nail. And, you know, make the make the feds think that that they really want to go through the headache of trying you what right. Maybe it gets starstruck. Jurors or something like that. But then at the last moment, you cut a deal, and you do a month or you do you do a week. Do a lot Papadopoulos time, right? Twelve days you go in you, get the little photo op of you in the orange jumpsuit doesn't that everybody. And all the guards say, jeez, lar-, you got you got a raw deal. I know. Sorry, sorry. Yeah. This worst Yeltsin's Pappa thought it's going to be over before, you know. And then they go. All right. You're out. But can't you take yourself out the other side and reinvent yourself. Find a new character did hard time give me some inspiration for a new role..

"He never pitches. He never proposes. He never does what you would consider to be sales. What Robert Reece does is build relationships. And when you build relationships when people are ready, you're there to answer you answer your phone. You get the job done you process. The order. That's when you let the client close. You don't have to close them you build relationships. He delivers more tickets to more people. He shows up at their event if we have an important event at Republic barbecue or the RC Robert Reese will be there. I don't have to ask when we opened the doors. He was probably one of the first five people to buy a membership. You remember things like that? If your kid is sick he checks in on. If if your parent dies, he checks since flowers, those are the kinds of you Bill. Relationships. Go to Joe trader Joe's and by their jars of Morello, cherries, go online and get the recipe for from Morello cherries. It's like you describe it's the best cherry pie.
