Fences. But attorneys for the victims say they are treating the victims like creditors, and this could have long lasting effects for the men and women Attorney Mitchell Garabedian represents 24 victims doesn't go away. There are triggers precious Dia filing of the bankruptcy will trigger a lot of victims to feel more pain victims will feel cheated. "It was 35 years, my junior. The message came back from the White House. Yes, If you step down, I will appoint bread Capital in reality. Trump wanted Judge Amy Cockney Barrett 48 years old Notre Dame Law Brilliant, a scholar. And he got her appointed, though to the seventh Circuit U. S Court of Appeals a couple years ago, and she was confirmed by almost a straight party line. Vote 55 to 43. Judge Amy Cockney Barrett. Unrelated by the way to John Barrett are Mike Barrett practising Roman Catholic. Seven kids five biological two adopted and she's a conservative's conservative, very bright. And so Ruth Bader Ginsburg could have named her successor but failed to do so. Kennedy stepped down in directly ask the president. Dr Cavanaugh says she could have stepped down in 2014 or 2015 when she was 82 83 years old and refused to do so. You know, all of us think we're important. But none of us are really indispensable. When the Great American leaves this radio station in two or three years. Guess what this station will be fine. The Reds keep playing baseball the Bangles and keep doing what they're doing. Probably Mike Allen or Jerry Jeff Walker would take my place Noon three and the station will continue. I've been important, but I'm not indispensable. Gary Burbank, Bob Trumpy, Jim Scott truck and Bozo Not not indispensable but important. The station moves on matter who you are You maybe? Important, but nobody from George Washington to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Is indispensable. No, that's not. But she thought to the greatest extent she could. That she did not permit a 35 or 40 year old female General Council of the U to take her place, knowing that she was going to be in minority for a long time. Goes of the five conservatives on the court. So Kennedy did it. Anthony Kennedy did it for Ruth Bader Ginsburg did not, and now the Democratic Party is stuck. President would indicate. That. Of course, whoever the nominee is, it might be a judge Barbara Lagoa of Florida, or it might be Judge Amy Cockney Barrett. Who's sitting down the seventh circuit from Indiana. But either way, Emma eminently qualified. All the qualifications and brilliant conservative deserve to be on the court, both of them. My prediction now and write this down Mats Diamond. It's going to be Judge Barbara Lagoa because she's from Florida and she's Hispanic. She's a descendant of Cuban immigrants appointed by Ron the Sand is the governor to the Florida Supreme Court. She did well there for about a year. And then she goes before the United States Senate last year and to go to the circuit Court of Appeals, the 11th circuit, which is South Eastern, southeastern, U. S. What was the vote for a judge? Barbara logo in the United States Senate. The vote was 82 15. I said 80 there. 15. The great majority of Democrats voted for Judge Lagoa in November of last year. You're like 9 10 months ago. The Democrats bite majority and all the Republicans voted for the Hispanic judge Barbara Lagoa. And she's not as conservative as Judge Amy Cockney Barrett. But she's eminently eminently qualified, and she'd likely would be confirmed except for the ridiculous politics going on today. In 2016 when Scalia died tragically of a heart attack in New Mexico on a hunting trip. Quickly. Obama put up Judge Merrick Garland. And he was qualified to sit on the United States Supreme Court. He's in the Washington, DC, circuit, the second and eminently qualified now, the Constitution says. Advice and consent. The Senate's got to agree. And Mitch McConnell rolled the dice and said no We're not gonna have that because the Democrats controlled the presidency. We control the Senate. And since 18 80 or something that was the last time that someone was confirmed in the last year of a presidential term from the opposite party of the president, it had happened like 100 140 150 years hadn't happened. So he's got wearing stick with president and at that time in 2016, Ruth Bader Ginsburg said. The president is elected for four years, not three and also Ah, Harry Reid and many others. He had been in town to that point, but Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, everyone said The president is elected for four years, not three that he should have a hearing. And so now everyone who said he shouldn't have a hearing is now saying he should have one. And those who said he should have a herring are now saying you shouldn't have one. The Democrats and Republicans constantly fight. And so what's gonna happen is anyone's guess. But remember this Ruth Bader Ginsburg in her eighties with several forms of cancer, elected not to step down. When she could have picked her successor and she failed to do so because she wanted to hang around. She just Ah, Marty, her husband, I, Of course, I haven't met him and met Scalia but not her and have a wonderful relationship. She had two kids who love her dearly. She had some grandchildren. Every reason in the world if you're 82 years old with a pancreatic cancer And you've had it for and that at that point by about eight years and had colorectal cancer since 1999 isn't it time to move on and let someone else enjoy the perks the prestige of sitting on the United States Supreme Court when you could pick that person to be your successor, who would have been a very liberal female, that in 2015 would have been confirmed. But she decided to roll the dice and not do it. Why someone in their eighties want to keep working when There's someone else to do your job, Justus. Well as you're doing, it is beyond me. But at this point, we'll see what happens and we're blessed to live in chaotic confusion filled times, and that's what's happening at the president's coming to Dayton going up to Toledo to get some Tony Paco's he might stop a Q B in alignment Getsem Q B burgers. I don't know what the hell is going to go on. But I tell you what. It is great for the talk radio business after one o'clock today, way of Ah, Trump's main campaign spokesman..

John Barrett said there's potential for this moment to be history making the history-making. I mean, you're saying this this had to happen. Yes. "Say you're punching. Yeah, you're, you're, you're, you're punchy here. What do you expect? Well. Yeah, but here, wait real quick labor video out. Go into the Camberwell and viral video into the Red Sox dugout. What is that? Gonna do to help me to get assigned to the hitter to know what the pitches that video. What did they videotaping? I don't understand. Well, I know years ago they had scouts. I know this one, I, I got called up in nineteen eighty seven with the Yankees. They would have a scout that just was fixated on the third base coach to follow hit signs to see if they can pick up. Actually, what the sign is now I thought that was rather creative, right? You'd looking at a guy. Third base coach has got a simple sign Ricky Henderson. He had the one club to clubs. One club to club hit run, three clap steel. So like there was certain simplicities to certain players, third base coach that was the sign for Ricky, was that simple? They kept it simple, Rick. Yeah, one was one was CO to hit run. He'll the only one he cared about was hit and run 'cause he was he has a green light and I guess. Yeah, figure out what their guy was going to. But yeah, houses playoff tonight with Boston in Houston. Well, how about that? Clayton leave a sleeping dog lie and I'd like Alex bregman a lot, but Nathan, the volley local kid. You know, from out in Texas comes up big after the, you know, and I do like I do like bregman a lot, but you show me video now in social media age, and I'm gonna pitch tonight and you do a back to back to back home run. That gives me a little extra incentive of all the little plus plus velocity. I my my, my take on this game is what what are you get from Charlie Morton. He was really the unsung hero last year in the World Series and the playoffs. He has only pitched four innings since September fifteenth. Got the shoulder. Yeah, he has. He had a, he had an exceptional year actually on paper. You look at this as a as a good game. For starters, I can't remember poor sell a couple of years ago. Cy Young. He's had a great year and as well as Charlie Morton. So to be another good one, really. These are heavyweights battling it out there. Yeah, I, I hope both go seven games. And get some sleep. What time are you on the clock today? I go on same time after the the lake it. So I'm hoping that it's not start. We start our show to thirty. We got Trevor Bauer on tonight, which would be really good. He he's, you know, he's scientific guy right with the, you know, all the angles and yeah, but you don't want you don't like the analytics? No, I do. I do. I'm not. My head isn't in the sand. It's just, you know, there's human beings with heartbeats pulse, guts, stomach nerves, like it's not all about the exact. You know, it's not. That's the septic. It's not and the the game. There's a lot of, you know, really non rhyme or reason to it. You make a good pitch guy breaks his daddy, you know, doing sworn in over the third basement head. He didn't try to do that a little swinging bunt that rolls in front of the third base. They're like, don't get too caught up in every statistical data because it doesn't always tell the whole story if there were analytic guys on your lawn and you came out, what would you say to them. You say. I was the guy that I wanted every band. So I'll give you this because I know this guy, they'll tell you how going into a game at Wrigley Mark race with the cubs on lefty, batting average against and I remember 'cause does clear as day and it's very simple and this yellow thing stop using analytics. We're looking at his six with stats on certain things that I mean, it makes it sound so scientific. Mark grace onto strikes with the heartbreak in below from left yacht left. They was batting two eighty nine on the lefty, lefty slower breaking ball, which is the Kirpal bigger depth, slower velocity. He was bat in one thirty. I mean, do you really have to be some sort of Albert Einstein to figure out? Okay. Got two strikes. I know that that Mark race is not as good as Koerbel and sure enough..

"No, I wouldn't imagine being issue if he did dodger she I can imagine that they would renegotiate that contract Red Sox. Astros. What are the Astros accused of. Not really sure. There's definitely something because the Indians, I guess, complaint that major league baseball about, you know, somebody videotaping something and the Oakland a.'s did too. And the two, right. Listen to all back up here. I think it are. You surprised really Dan if that there's that there's now technology with apple watches a couple of years ago, I guess, with the Red Sox or was that last year I forget you had to Toronto Blue Jay incident a few years ago somebody's sitting in the outfield this is where we are folks. I mean, you got to go back to when was it when Ralph Branka guess they found out that MAs roster had somebody had a binoculars centerfield that at Forbes field or something like that, getting story wrong, you might, but that's okay. You're on a roll. I mean. You. I mean, I remember back at the old Comiskey old Comiskey what the big pinwheel and there was some concern back then that there was some like going on. Should we allow this though you whatever, by whatever means you should be able to try to steal sons. I think to a point, I think anything beyond the line is cheating. Because it feels like like, how do I draw the line on cheating? If if the Astros are accused of having a guy in a position where he wasn't credentialed to be either taking photos videos and signaling players on pitches, you know. Nobody here. Let's let's think of the, let's see the the actual timeline of that. How ridiculous that is. I'm in, I'm in the well, you're in the batter's box and I happen to take a video. I don't know how it can all happen within twelve fourteen sixteen seventeen seconds to get to the batter which ultimately that's what it's all about. Don't be stupid. As a pitcher I played with pitchers and I won't mention her name, but they were relievers and it was what the Mets that when there was a runner at second base and the pitcher which shake the catcher was told to just put one son. That is dumb. You got a guy at second base can easily transfer the signs, right? Because this is one at all. It's all about communication with with not headset which can't even do a headset anyway because we'd be talking to each other. And unlike football, we recrossed the line of scrimmage where you have the catcher talking to me on the mound with the header standing there. So you can't do the headset be creative with fine. 'cause that's what we're coming down to. But why do you have a guy there who can. Cheat or is trying to cheat. If if he's allegedly and they hear a legend, I don't know. But this is what I hear. I trust me. I don't have all the information, but they were looking for somebody was videotaping the dugout to find out if they had a monitor that was then looking at the signs that was fixated on the catcher, which, again, let's go back to use multiple signs on every patch. This is where we are, and everybody's insecure and everybody's, you know, they don't trust anybody with the first pitch of the game. Don't don't have one side if you put one down and it takes three pitches a no one's a fastball twos occur threes the slider. Well, you gotta be more creative than that because this is where we are with technology. And ultimately that's what everybody's trying to steal forget about bunting and hit and running and stealing. We don't even see that. Right. How what was the last time? So hit running baseball. Bunted they don't. They're not allowed to cause some saber Merteuil tell you that forty three percent of, you know, nobody. Chance of scoring better chesser. You don't give up an out so we don't even have that. You don't. You don't have hit and run. You don't steal unless the guy's really fastened they give them a green light. So what are they stealing signs? It's pitch selection. Okay. We're, we're the Astros the Astros then trying to see if. The Red Sox were cheated, is that what was going on here. I think so is that what you're saying?.

You know, next year you, you let you let them know how you feel about it. If you're the brokers. So you would need your manager to say how I need you to have him where one. I wouldn't work now. I don't know what the pre-game you know, the rules will be, you know, with there's ever something heightened. A lot of times managers will come to the respective managers or the empire will come to respect managers and say, hey, listen, you know what happened last night. Don't dumb here because if we gotta toss somebody we will. They ran through sixteen pitchers last night pitching it, you know, they're going to need some length out of both of these teams. Certainly wait Miley, you know, it's been a nice surprise with respect to what he's done in the postseason. You know, look, I think there's there's a way of showing a guy that you know don't do that stuff. And if it means you hit him, hit him, but you know there there's a way to come inside effectively to wake somebody up. If I'm on that team and I know that he deliberately tried to hurt my first baseman who's integral part of my team. It doesn't matter. You can see him on MLB tonight pre and post of the league championship and the World Series games. How important is this start for Clayton Kershaw. I think they're all the portent. I think Clayton has battled a little bit with the, you know, the the, the pride aspect if you will, with him being, you know generation only the best pitcher, certainly in the last ten years. Listen, Dan, his stuff isn't the same, and I think the anticipation or the people who watch baseball closely as you know, you're looking at a guy who had run that statistically rivaled only sandy Koufax with without dominant. He was his stuff not being the same. His fastball is down to certainly three or four miles an hour. Therefore the differential between his out pitch which is now mostly slider. He throws his slider, very close to be dispensable, so he's, you know, he's got a pinch, so I don't know what kicks back. You know, I think it could be there eight, anything in sprays. Terrific. Vedeno guy. Did you see the tweet by Mark moulder former pitcher who said, and I'm paraphrasing, but he's. He's saying as he's watching in real time, you know, kershaw's last downing he goes. I don't know if he can get. I never thought I would say this, but I don't know if he can get people out with this stuff and and you would never say that about Kershaw and that brings me to he can opt out of his contract. But if you're the dodgers, do you have to look at this and say, do we want to pay this guy? You know, two hundred million dollars for the next seven years or six years. I mean, there's a bigger right. Yeah, I can't imagine him up to now. Can you know? I mean if you really think about the back issue, you have to go back to two thousand sixteen when it all started creeping in and you know his innings redoubt I think he threw right around one hundred fifty, you know, heading thrown two hundred innings, two hundred plus sending since two thousand fifteen. So that's you know, those are serious issues, obviously back for any athlete. But as a pitcher and his his delivery was always unorthodox violent. He's a big guy. You know, I cannot imagine him. You know, pulling out of that contract. You know he's got, you know few years with some big time money and especially Now Dan the way that that we're looking at this bullpen in the less importance of starting pitching which I can go on for thirty minutes about that. Yeah, so yeah..

"All right. Dodgers brewers last night. Fascinating game the fact that goes to one and thirteen innings. What stood out? What's the one play moment that stood out to you? Oh, wow. There was a lot and I know you know, the Manny Machado stuff end up being sidebar. I think probably in the thirteenth any and it's tough to really, you know, get on managerial moves, especially when you run out of pitching. But I, my, you know, I think that Craig counsel decision would Manny. Machado got on with the base hit and there were two outs he the there was a wild pitch. He moves to second base. She got Bellinger. You've got grant our deck and then he ran out of players. So you would have had a pitcher hit. So I think the scenario I know council in in post game fresh conference. You know basically said that they were looking to expand, throw balls and sorta zone. You know, it was a long night. There were three hundred eighty. One pitches thrown with both teams. Sixteen pitchers used. But I think if you isolate their especially with the open base Machado, go in the second in a one to one game. Terrific game both sides both to all the pictures that came into the game were terrific. I may have probably done the just put them on grandma who has been struggling, you know, either you decide the pitch from or not. And I think council minute that if Belgium got on there, they were going to they were gonna walk around and then puts to the pitcher. Yeah, I think that really stands out in a two to one game. Here's Bellinger talking about being surprised that they pitch to. Honestly, I was surprised that there are throwing me, I thought they're going to try and pitch around me and give me swing. And once I saw that they were attacking me, which is it was kind of grind mode and do what you champ with the ball in play and try to end this game. And you mentioned Manny Machado here. I, I'm gonna play this question and answer here about the play at first base, and here's Machado and being asked about, was he purposely trying to step on anglers leg many from your vantage? What happened on the play with that? You're. What happened? Why? Why did you collide with Aguilar there? Why? I mean, you saw the replay poly, so this bag trying to get over him. Kadish foot. That's very thirty. I mean, I don't know. Color. Travis Shaw said it was a dirty play yelich that it was a dirty play by dirty player. Wonder what your responsive to those play baseball. I go out there and try to win for my team. So. If that's their commerce through their common. So you know, I can't even about that. All right. I understand if it's a bag Bank play, then wherever your feet are and you're just trying to get to the back. It was not a bang, bang play hero. No, no, listen, I, I don't know whether he was thrown back by somebody. Was gonna actually ask them the question? No, no. When you watch it clearly I for one wasn't sure what I was doing because it wasn't a bang bang and he stayed on there pretty long. Normally you'd be, you know, you got a guy trucking down the line. You wanna get out of the way just accidentally guys have over the year stepped on the back of a guys achilles. So he was on the base that was a little awkward, but clearly you saw Manny, you know, drag his left foot after his right foot. Got the bag. You know, to purposely hit into it was Benchley looked rather benign, but it definitely looked intentional so much. Sure. What many say would you throw at him if you were starting today for the brewers, even though it's playoffs. Yes, you know, that's like concern. Dan, I think during the regular season without question you're, he's gonna. He's going to. He added to know that there are pitchers on my team that's going to protect my players. We thought that it was a dirty play and you can't do that. So you know, that's the way baseball polices that I, I would be a little reluctant based on, you know where this series is in the magnitude of what it means to get to the next round, which is the World Series..

"And this has been happening with the shoe industry because you know, all these coaches signed up Nike or Dita's or whoever it was. They, these shoe companies want something more than just, hey, here's our shoes. You know, we wanna make sure you're getting the best players at your program wearing our shoes and our gear. And that's what's playing out here in real time. You know, the the kids are still getting paid. They're getting paid in a different way. I've talked about this when I went to college and new of, you know, one of our guys who got something. But you know they, it wasn't in a clandestine way. It was just sort of, you know, he got a car and it's like, okay, all right. He's a good player. Got a car. All right. I'm fine with that. But I wouldn't even add a major program. I mean, imagine what you're worth on the open market with going one in done. Like, what do you mean for a program? One and done Zion, Williamson, you know, the testimony came out that here's representatives were asking for money jobs for I think his family and housing so is Duke. Duke didn't offer anything apparently, but somebody must have according to testimony here. So that's I on Williamson. I can go back and tell you that there was a star athlete whose entire family was moved and got jobs so he can move into a certain school district. So it happens. It's going to continue to happen because there's so much money at stake plus with college. Basketball finally get you for one year, but you're so valuable for one year then what am I willing to pay if Louisville's paying a kid who's now playing in Australia, a hundred. Thousand dollars. And he wasn't that good. What are some of these other players? I mean, it's not kid anybody you'll Kansas is doing this or or, you know, all of these big time schools. And they don't rat on each other because they're all doing the same thing. You don't want to get caught so you can't go. They're doing it because you're doing it. It happens, but Nick bozo it. He had a chance he had the power in. It's the only time it'll have the power to say, no, I'm not gonna play anymore. I don't need to play anymore and I'm gonna go, I'm gonna work to get ready for the NFL draft any as enough of a highlight reel resume tape that he doesn't need to. I don't know if any of these scouts look at him and go, you know what you quit on his too. Apple, going back to players getting paid, feels like colleges and boosters and people around colleges. Rat people out is when they get screwed over. Like remember the Cam Newton's story came out because someone for Mississippi State said, here's what he was offered to go here and he didn't go here. So that means he must have gotten this to go here. Reggie Bush. The only reason that story broke is because Reggie Bush didn't pay back the loan. He pay back the loan. The story never comes out. USC doesn't get in trouble. Yeah, it's rare when this stuff comes out because the NC double a. has no teeth. They're not investigating this. It takes yahu or you know, some other out ESPN they do all the work and then the NC double eggos. Thank you. And then they act all, you know, high and mighty, and then all of a sudden they, you know, have some verdict here in some punishment is issued, but it goes on it in. It will continue to go on because there's so much. These are billions in when you do these TV deals, they talk billions. So there's a whole lot money a whole lot of money at stake. And these coaches in their futures are at stake, and they could be tied to a kid who could be one in done. Because if you go to the final four man that can give you, you know you, you're, you get some cash to stay in your job for a little while. So you're, you know, you got grown men who are the problem here, not these kids with their hands out. All right. We'll take a break allied or will join. We'll recap what happened last night, the Machado play and what he expects to happen now with these next games coming.

"At some point Tatum's going to go, you know, I might be the best player on this team and do they acquiesced to him? Do they set him up to succeed? Because Gordon Hayward is coming back and wants to prove that he can play again, kyri coming back from injury. But I, that would be interesting to watch. Here's Charles Barkley talking about the Lakers this season. I love LeBron he's a great player. He's a great man, but the Lakers don't have a good team. They're not contenders and we can't try to make them contenders. What would concern you the most about the Lakers this season? Well, what kind of team are they? Are they gonna play it though. Let those young guys play or they go put those old guys out there. That's why didn't understand because those old guys are not their future. Ball coups Vaa, Brandon Ingram that's their future. So I don't know what the Lakers are doing. Are they going to try to groom those young guys and go forward with LeBron or they gonna play those old guys? I think that's what's going to be the most fascinating thing. And I've talked about that before when they first acquired some of these older guys, they said, hopefully you had the locker room setup where you have young guy, veteran young guy veteran you. You need to have that locker room not be. I don't need the almost old guys over here in young guys over here. I, I need to have it on all in and hopefully that the older guys are helping these younger players, but that that is a dynamic that I think could be a potential problem there because these guys wanna play for another contract there. That's another thing with both boogie cousins. When boogie cousins got hurt. He realized that this about two hundred million dollars hanging in the balance here of how healthy he is when he comes back when he gets ready to come back in December or January, he wants to prove he's worthy of a two hundred million dollar contract. He's not going to get that with Golden State, obviously. But he wants to prove to somebody. I'm still one of the better big men in basketball, maybe a grab a ring on the way out. But the bigger picture for him is he wants to prove that he is worth that two hundred million dollar contract. Couple of Email. We were talking about Nick boasts of. Ohio State. He's decided that he's going to call it quits at Ohio State and not gonna play anymore. It's going to prepare for the draft which is his right. You know these guys, these elite athletes are looking at schools as a trade school. You're going there and the trade you're learning is football. He's learned enough and ready to graduate to the NFL. I have no problem with this whatsoever. The only perception part of it that would concern me or bother me as his teammates voted him captain. So that's it. And it's business state used him. He used Ohio State and you're not gonna get a shot at a national title. If it's not that important, I don't know about the recurrence of this. It's it's a core muscle injury, but it's sounds like it's more glorified sports hernia and to be able to come back from that. And what do you risk when you come back? I don't know, but you know you miss Michigan game. You're gonna miss big ten championship game and maybe play for national title. But in the bigger picture, he's looking at. You know, twenty million dollars maybe even more than that, he's a top five pick Ralph in Wyoming said, instead of paying college athletes allow colleges to pay for insurance policies for their players. Well, some do the better players would get a better policy guarantee. The lesser players, get the scholarship. Only the players could then go to the school with the best offer. Yeah, I don't wanna get into these insurance policies and we're going to pay x. number of dollars or it's going to be worth this. I think we get into dangerous territory there because do these are boosters involved in this, you know, now you're, you're hearing what's happening..

"I have four choices for the Lakers. The warriors and the Houston Rockets or the Boston Celtics has anyone else I need to put on this poll Charles Barkley said Oklahoma City, and I said, means crazy, Oklahoma City is the one team you would watch Lakers the team you wanna watch in the regular sees. The only other team that I would consider during the regular season would be Boston because Boston is interesting of what they are now in what they will become because you got these younger players. You've got a taste of stardom. Jason Tatum became the man. Jalen Brown had his moments as well. Rozier had his moments now kyri and Gordon Hayward comeback. Now, all of a sudden you taking playing time away starting status away from some guys shots away from guys touches. How do they? How does Brad Stevens keep that altogether? Because they're. Has deep as anybody. I mean, that's that's a deep bench. But when you get to the postseason usually your rotation, the number players you use shrinks by one or two. So you might be ninety. You might go eighty seven deep, but you do have that luxury with Boston because to me, if you're looking top to bottom, that might be the best roster in all abound skit ball doesn't mean they're the best team, but that might be the best roster in basketball impo. I know it's one game try not to overreact, but Jason Tatum did a little bit one on one work where he took the ball dribbled took the offense, which is Kyrie irvings forte. I'm curious how this plays out in April and may when they need a last shot or someone to take over our game because it feels they have two people to do it now. Well, they might have more than that, but it's a great luxury to have as opposed to only having one guy to take the shot if you have two or three and they want to take the shot. That's another thing. There are a lot of guys who want to take the shot. They're not a lot of guys who do take the shot. All I was open or I wanted, no, you got some guys here, but I still think Tatum..

"Charles Barkley commented on the Lakers season. We'll have that for you. Coming up here in a moment. Also, John Mara, John Mayer doesn't say too much. He's a giants co owner, but he had an interview yesterday and had some comments about Odell Beckham, junior and ally manning, and I should prized at the timing of this and that he would say this publicly, but here is John Mero talking about his wide receiver. Create the headline spies play on the field as opposed to what he says off the thinking. Still a little more planning less talk. All right. And then the owner sharing this to the media about ally manning, it's been our quarterback, be still under contract, and I know he's the punching bag right now, but a lie guys need to play battery one. Five. It's not just him. I don't know if he helped the situation here. First of all, if you have something to say about Odal Beckham, how about you say to Dell? Beckham here's boss. You don't have to say it to the media. You know, there's, there's not media Vail ability every week with John Mara. He doesn't have to say anything. How about you? Just say something to ode l. and then if the media ask, hey, have you talked to Odal? Yes, and I, I'll keep that quiet. You know, I love you know his spirit but passion, but what I say to him, we'll stay private. I kind of appreciate him doing it publicly though. I like that because it feels like it might not be could be the wrong thing to do for sure. But it feels like Odell Beckham junior can just do whatever he wants, and that there's no control. There's no, and that the giants organization is just sitting by and letting all of this happen. Whereas at least now the owner is said, none enough. We're not cool with it and. He needs to play better. Okay. But I think it would be more impactful for Odell Beckham I don't need to placate everybody else. I need to get oatmeal Beckham on the same page and understand who we are in what we are. And therefore if I'm John Mero and I sit down with Odell Beckham and I say, look, I need you to just play hard. All right. I don't need you to be commenting publicly about this. It doesn't help us in any way. You may be frustrated. So am I? But I don't have public comments when you don't live up to your contract or you don't produce. You know, I keep my keep my comments private, so I'm not worried about placating the media like, oh, they're letting him go willy nilly. And if Merah wants to say, you know what? I talked to him. We have. We have a good understanding. I know he's frustrated. We're all frustrated in, but we're in it together, something like that, but you don't need to be public about that and with Elisa punching bag. Yeah, he'd been a punching bag for quite some time. And rightfully so we some of this, but it's not all on Eli manning, but you know the whenever I see these topic bars with these shows and they go, should the giants move on from ally? What does that mean? Who you bringing in right now. You can't move on from Eli right now. Unless you're bringing in calling captured ick, then stop with these topic bars is should the giants move on from there? Moving on from Eli folks this just in in April, but to it's so disingenuous. Should they move on from Lyman? Okay. It gives you fifteen minutes to talk about something, but it's not being fair to the situation. The Chines can't move on from him right now, but we'll say, yeah, can't fathom that he li- manning is on this team or starting for this team next year. Not at that price and that lack of production. Not going to happen. Eight, seven, seven, three DP show Email address you Dan, Patrick dot com. We're gonna change the poll question for the final hour, right?.
