Is Justice Being Applied Equally?
"One of the ways that we can gauge whether justice is being done is by looking to see if justice is being applied equally. And equally means that if you have two guys who do similar or roughly the same thing, they are charged and prosecuted in the same way and they receive sort of the same penalty or a similar penalty. Yesterday I went on Joe Walsh's podcast. In fact, it's out today. You can see it, you can hear it on Spotify or watch it on YouTube. It was actually a very lively and respectful conversation of a kind that really doesn't happen a whole lot today. But we were talking about January 6th and Joe was pressing me. Well, don't you agree the message was wrong for people to go inside the capitol and I go, yeah, it was. And I said that, look, there are people who committed misdemeanor as they went in there. They didn't mean to break the law, but they did break the law. They didn't do any vandalism. They were completely peaceful and they left shortly thereafter. Well, those people should get a misdemeanor, which basically means you get a warning or some community service, but you're not going to take a 75 year old grandmother. I'm giving you an actual case. In fact, I had Pamela hemphill on the show and lock them up for 60 days because they walked into the capitol for ten minutes. This is just downright outrageous. And you know it's outrageous because it doesn't happen to anyone else. If you look at the massive riots that emerged in Portland in the aftermath of George Floyd, we're now talking about from summer of 2020. Prosecutors dismissed a substantial number. I mean, they dismissed outright more than one third of the cases. Think about it. These are cases that have, in many cases, felony charges for defendants were charged with assaulting federal officers. They just dismissed the charges. They didn't even bring charges against them.

Kevin McCullough Unpacks Tucker's January 6 Video Coverage
"Of us knew what happened on January 6th or had a sense of what happened. But for the mainstream media or anyone else to even acknowledge that the official narrative is not true, is a big deal. So a lot has been coming out thanks to Tucker Carlson, frankly, Kevin McCarthy released the raw footage. So what are your thoughts? Well, I want to say a couple of things before I give you the more nuanced take that I have of this. Number one, this has probably been one of the, one of the things that more people have thought were going to be in some way a political weapon than maybe anything else we've seen in recent history. And so from that standpoint, you have literally people like Joe Walsh, like all the people at the bulwark, William crystal, all those people, all the never trumpers that really thought that this was going to be the nuclear bomb that went off and destroyed Donald Trump forever. I think the fact that it hasn't even prior to Tucker Carlson's revelations were very frustrating for a lot of them. And I think that even after Tucker Carlson's revelations, you're still seeing a lot of pushback from that corner, which is then propped up by the far left in the Democratic Party in The White House and others to try to make it seem as though what Tucker Carlson has done is the real crime here. And not what the media originally did. And having said that, Tucker Carlson was very clear in his revelations that he was not justifying any of the bad actions that took place on January 6th, nor have I, nor most people that have objectively looked at this. I'm the only one that is justified the bad actions, just to be clear. If there's vandalism, if there was breaking of things that belonged to the people, if there were, if there were legitimate death threats, if there were people that posed a menacing threatening posture to a lawmakers, every one of those people need to be dealt with by the letter of the law and have justice visit upon them. What Tucker Carlson did is he expanded the lens so that we could see that not everybody that was involved on January the 6th actually fit that profile.

Jimmy, on your behalf. You did? After you did this show, I emailed Jimmy and said, Jimmy, you should have Randy rainbow on his you. You did it. No, no, I'm sure there wasn't me, but at least I tried. Right, I'm sure it didn't hurt matters. But finally, you know, you write a book and then they finally invite you on. And so and also I, you know, I kind of like planted this way. The problem is the quote that got Adam kinzinger so aroused and joy Reed and Ted lieu isn't real. It's completely made up. Utterly we didn't say that. We didn't say anything like that. We didn't even address the topic on the air in any way. So everything about Joe Walsh's tweet is a manufactured light. It's pure disinformation as they now say. Here's the funny thing. Twitter let it stand. The tweet is up now. Now we might have responded to Walsh on Twitter, but we couldn't do that because we've been locked out of her on Twitter account for more than a week. Why? Because we suggested that Joe Biden's most famous admiral Rachel Levine was born a man, which is actually true. But Twitter banned us anyway. See how that works? You take one side off the field so the other side wins. You get to lie with impunity and after a while you believe your lies because why wouldn't they? Your lies are all they hear.
