"Only wide receiver twenty four at the six zero six. Now dan when you look at feeling going in the mid six round does that still represent a good value for you or are you worried about. Justin jefferson really taking over in year. Two i still like him feeling I'm kind of surprised to see him. Quite as far down the board So no i would definitely not fade them at the six point six. Haven't had much chance to think about it. But i could imagine Dropping him Probably up to around earlier. I think There's not a lot of competition in minnesota. That hasn't exactly changed. You like irv smith. I think but i think i'm feeling feelings going to have a pretty strong target share regardless of what justin jefferson does and kirk. Cousins is a fairly consistent quarterback. And i think he's under appreciated especially for his ability to help his receivers deliver fantasy points. Dan i really got a request. You to focus now is a need. A lot of help the Brilliant educated all them and thank you so the brilliant educator known as hudson current reeve who claim to fame. I suppose is that he's now thought of as a mascot of the show but nevertheless wonderful guy has suckered me in to a startup of guys that have been playing dynasty ball together for twenty years. And i'm the new guy on the block. So i need some help As drafted it. Nice and i'm gonna go draft against these guys so i need to know the player that that you'd most like to acquire and i will tell you this that i have the seventh pick in the draft. The player you would most like to acquire right now and the player that you would be looking to deal to someone else. That means i should avoid at all cost in our maiden draft. Here coming up second. Okay so Ah by a guy to by now. i don't know if i buy them at one seven probably a bit high But the guy. I really like he's been rising and rising is antonio gibson He came into the league with very little college production but fascinating profile especially as a pass catcher he comes into the league and Almost paradoxically becomes an extremely effective inside runner. Which is what everyone was questioning about him. And we know he can catch the ball. And we probably don't expect ryan fitzpatrick to check down fifteen times a game to jd. Mckissic like out. smith was doing..

"If it's not week wanted should be shortly thereafter. What will his presence. Dan do for denzel mim spanish evaluate guy that a lot of people were on prior to the nfl draft last year and obviously soured on him a little bit once. He was drafted by the jets. How do you do this. You're catching balls. Probably from zack wilson. Well i was one of the ones who was high on them. So i like his profile coming out obviously again and other size speed Guy a real alpha wide receiver profile So still like the player. I think the situation last year was were. I'm pretty sure he was injured. At some point. I'd have to double check that but i don't think it was an ideal rookie season for them. Of course but i think the profile is there now with sack wilson. I am admittedly not an expert on You know quarterbacks coming out of college. But from what. I understand what i've read. The arm talents there the deep ball abilities which should mesh well with mims And it would seem that. The quarterback has a stealing I have read a lot about You know some doubt in. Zack wilson. about him as the number two pick. Inconsistency is a word that. I've come across lot and reading about wilson And i think we we could probably expect the line to be a work in progress. Though i do like the one tackle they took last year. now mims his speed size profiles. I said it's envious He proved he could catch the deep ball So it could be a good fit. I just don't know that this situation is going to be You know good enough in time. Fast enough for us to cash out. When i say that i look at the adp and thems is going around. Sixteen wilson's going in around. Twelve and corey. Davis is going around. Also i mean if you wanna get creative in best ball and and take a shot. I mean those guys you could certainly Swing on and if you miss No big deal. But you're probably one of the few thousand so They're adp's pay off in that range. I'm just not personally overly bullish on the situation. I think that's no everyone feel about the about the jets until like see Zach wilson under center bulky. You think the same. I think so. Yeah i mean like you know. It's weird because and feral like call me crazy on this as far as Zack wilson goes and. I know i shouldn't do this like i know. I'm a borderline respected person of the fantasy football industry but like zach. Also i look and i have had this conversation. I look at the picture. Of zack wilson. Just like his head shot. And i immediately. i'm like. there is no way that that guy is going to be a successful player in the nfl. I don't care if he's a punter. Kicker a long snapper a gunner on special teams quarterback. There is no 'cause he just he just looks like this whole Maza he has his whole lousy fair frat boy attitude right based on based on how he looks and i shouldn't be judging people on. Look you are judged by. Its cover bulky. Oh and that's terrible. I just can't do that. You can't all this. This players got this players. Got a lot of skills that He was able to show and he did a lot of it on his own. Because you know at brigham young they're good athletes. It's not like playing alabama. And i like playing burn. "Feel like they got letdown. You can get them in the third round granted early third-round best ball dress right now. Dan are you betting on a bounce back miles sanders. This season a little bit of a change. There i mean he's. I was to have a new quarterback new head coach there. How do you feel about mile. Sanders and twenty twenty one. So i'm definitely one of the many who was burned by mr sanders. I was very bullish on his For his outlook last year But mandate he played behind one of the worst into blinds in the league. Just battered new five-man formation in almost every game A really bad football team last year with An outgoing coach and an outgoing quarterback I love miles sanders. I think he's an electric fact. I think he's a size speed. I agility combo. He's got efficiency. We've seen good vision. We've seen him hit the hallways break long runs. We've seen great pass catching ability and he broke. The doug peterson narrative. That peterson wants to split his running. Back burning southbound. I think he was at a seventy seven. Percents snap share. So i think he's gonna enjoy the read option Kinda like dobbins does. But i think he's gonna have a way higher snap share and so i'd like to see the team improve. Obviously you want to see that offense and better game script So you wanna see more rushing plays when they're leading. You wanna see more goal line carries. But i like the eagles this year. I think there are undervalued right now. The line play should be a big improvement if these are actually healthy And if they draft the wide receiver who a lot of Mock drafts are projecting I think this team has a chance of being a lot. Better than people think I think their their game total was really low. I quickly glance dot. From what i would have expected so i think might be a little ahead of the field on sounders if he's gonna go in the third round here that's you talk about. Teams that are improving and yes see the eagles improve and that's sanders will be the key is doing it The key to the jacksonville. Jaguars coming in. How many days baulky twenty. Days until the drafters days you got it. There's no mystery about this one. Trevor lawrence some georgia. We'll be headed down the right way in jacksonville which is a great place for him to be comfortable Kid grew up in the south. And you know. I just can't better matchup but what i wanna know which receiver benefits. Most i am a big marvin jones guy especially when i look at those. Tv totals over the last two years nine touchdowns each year Levinsky should all you know. He checks all the boxes. Dj charged around for a while and has been explosive with dukes mixture of quarterbacks that have been utilized there in the past. How what do you foresee trevor lawrence doing for this offense. How quickly you see him being.

Apparently my co host is the defendant of commissioner fantasy football farrell elliott and feral the number of the night Tonight's hsf if i were brought to you by the number twenty because that is how many as we have until we are ringing in and beats twenty twenty one nfl draft. Can't wait for it. I know you're excited as anyone can get here soon enough. I am so thrilled about this draft. Oddly enough Didn't go the senior bowl. This year didn't have combine. This year is feel closer and more connected to some of these players than i have players that i've seen in person in the past so i and i don't know why I would say other than that. From our fantasy hobby. We have so much skill players to decide upon and so many very good teams that these guys could land with good situations. Good teams lots of skill players in the draft that we thought would have a Not a great depth account because many players stayed in school distract appears to be giving us a lot to be excited about. It always seems that way right. I mean it always seems like There's a lot of times when we talk about the nfl the upcoming nfl draft. And it's like. I don't know i don't know if it's going to be as good as is this past years. I don't know if it's going to be as good as next year's and then now look at draft. Yeah there's some pretty good running backs in it. Maybe not the deepest class ever There's a lot of good receivers in it. Maybe not the most top heavy class ever. We allegedly have the greatest tight end of all time in this draft to not to mention. Maybe as many as five first-round quarterback so it could be a very interesting night coming up in the last thursday in april. I can't wait for that and We'll bring you all our analysis coming up on tonight. Show we're going to be very rookie heavy For the twenty twenty one. Nfl draft on tonight show. "You. It's your morning ritual. Can s t a m 7 92 sons most stimulating talk three things. I think you would need to know number one. Is that America but County Board of Supervisors, I think they're working hand in hand with Senate President Karen Fan and a lot of the Arizona State Senate to slow walk. And fight, handing over the Dominion voting machines and ballots to them to get a forensic audit The America of a county Republican dusa for lead supervisors. They're old buddies of Doug's. They are now, so we'll just give you a couple machines and a few ballots and you call it a day. No, that's not good enough. Every single ballot must be examined. Forensic audit and again I was Joe Van Pulitzer said. I have his video. My page. It can calm the state has the money for it. They have the money. They've everything for it and the manpower. Gimme a break. Second thing that I think you need to know is that I've been told that it's not scheduled yet. But the resolution to end do surfers. Emergency order that passed the government committee in the Senate now goes to the Appropriations Committee. The Senate and I'm told it will be heard. On Tuesday, and there needs to be all kinds of pressure brought to state senator and Republican by the way, David Galan, who chairs the Appropriations Committee. Need to just flood his full lines as well and say you better bring this up and you better vote forward, man. We aren't going to forget. We are going to forget that's gonna happen on Tuesday. You need to vote him, Earl. After calling really early and often, third thing I think you need to know. Eyes that a study published by the CDC and the Journal for American Medical Association It's Gemma. It says that they looked at the hated studies of schools that have in person learning, and they found that the China virus was barely transmitted. They called it scamp, a scant transmission of the China virus. And they said, even in communities where was spread like wildfire, meaning schools are safe. Why doesn't touch Jaeger and Trujillo and every other superintendent one down in Sunnyside? Why don't they want to follow the science right? Three things I think you need to know. They should follow the science Now. Speaking of of that, right, so Um FEMA County. There's a story in the local paper. Oh, my gosh. FEMA county monitoring vaccine amounts To ensure second shots as officials lose sleep. Wait. What? And here's the start of the story. You ready for this one? Unless more vaccine starts arriving from the state, Pima County may need to reduce the number of people. Getting their first China virus shot so second doses can be given. Wait a second. Why? Why don't it Pema County. One of they just called Joe Biden, right, Biting ran. I'm saying I can fix this. I'll make sure that we have the right way to distribute vaccines. I'll make sure it's done. He was even bragging either day or we have got, you know. Lowest amount of people drop in the cases. They're dropping, always dropping. Come on. It's all me. Is this all him too? Now it could also be do suffer. Here's the thing. Biden said he was gonna fix this. Now. If Trump was still in office, they be ragging on Trump. I'm just not there, not ragging on Biden. Here's the deep, dark, dirty secret. That nobody in the media is willing to talk about, But I know it's a fact that I've talked to employees in hospitals. Ah! There are a good amount of no shows for the for the vaccines. People are making appointments and a DEA let me just tell you have decent amount of pretty decent amount are just simply not showing up. I don't know if they forget I don't They're having cold feet there like I just rather not get the vaccine. I don't know. But they're not showing up And you know what happens when they don't show up. The vaccine needs to be thrown away. I don't know why they're not being up front about that. Because instead of like blaming people like me don't have vaccines, Blah, blah, blah. Why can't you say Hey, we to throw out 30% of the vaccines today because people didn't show up. And then when you come up with a better system Why not That? Why just Why? Why? If people really wanted, why throw it away? Right? Dr Francisco Garcia, the worst doctor in Pima County, along with his co he's the chief medical officer, along.

"If you want more, STAN Van Gundy in your life, and you want serious basketball analysis. He's very good analytics he can do just about anything. If you wanna talk baseball with him go do. So now Instagram Allison is running the account. If you don't want to be here for what we're about to do. Which is the biggest story in sports today. Seth wicker sham ESPN the magazine does this as well. As anyone does like what he does. He comes into your organization. He gets all the juicy stuff that everybody. Doesn't know about. He leaves you organization. They yell and deny it. And then he's right about everything. How that one works? I think they're gonna start not allowing him to come to the. Thank God said before why does anyone agree to allow him into the facility? It's it's an excellent question. So the the Browns what would you say south and thank you for joining us. What would you say are the three best items in your story? Hey, thanks, guys. I was very flattering. Interested me. Baker Mayfield emerge as this force in the NFL, this precocious sort of forced I was like, oh my gosh. Is this gonna be the latest version of red, right? Eighty eight and the drive in the fumble and the shot, and so I really wanted to try to get inside. And learn what it's like to work Virginians. He has one and try to determine as best I could whether you know, they their methodology the way that they do football is going to test. The way is going to test. What a young quarterback can present. And so that's what I was interested in learning about the process of learning about a lot of things I learned to win, you know, Hugh Jackson told he was fired. He told John Dorsey and Jimmy house to get the f out of his office. I learned that general manager Sashi Brown was nicknamed Obama by Jimmy housing, which you know, offended a lot of the people in the building. Even though he didn't mean it that way. And you know, I think there there's a lot there, including you know, they broadcast Ford one, and I. By accident. That was a good story who gave you that story where to come from how excited working when you got that story was the feeling inside you as a journalist better than the actual watching the poor. Yeah. But you know with an accident. I mean, it could have happened in numerous places, but it was one of the things that just sort of happened to the Brown with it couldn't have in the history of the sport. That's the only place that that could have happened. Probably right. So Seth what's it? What's it like working for Jimmy has the Budgie? Discover he seems like he's just a re this is a rich guy's toy. And he's not an e hard boiled eggs in front of people because you're rich guy, and he can and he throws the shelves at their face when he hit when he inherited the family business and turn it into this massive chain. And then you know, he bought the team everything seemed like he was going. Okay. And then six months after he bought the teams, the business was indicted. He was leading a meeting when FBI and IRS officials rated the building and. You know, I think that changed Jimmy is an owner because you hit a minority owner as the Pittsburgh Steelers, which was all about patience instability, and as the family business became something that he could no longer do what he ended up selling. Most of the shares controlling shares in it. He began to grip the Browns more tightly, and I think that like when businessman come from outside and they fire team. I'm not trying to feel sorry for billionaires here, especially one whose company or under effort, you know, we're we're under FBI investigation. But it is hard and they're not used to the criticism. And I think that it became a perfect storm. And then when you factor in all of the history with Cleveland in the fact that they go negative there faster. I that's what I think has led to a bunch of stuff because I mean, he is the type of guy who people think they have his ear and they have his trust. And that they will be there for years and the next thing, you know, they are fired and one of the things I want. What to do in the story was show? How he actually fires people, and I have several anecdotes about how those conversations actually go. So he's Seth Wecker sham. And I don't think there's anyone at the company doing this thing better where he goes into a place and tells you more about what's happening there. Then a lot of people knew can you explain to our audience for the ignorant like me. What the hell happened for real? Not legal loopholes. Enrich guys can get around things with that federal indictment because I know that when you do a deep dive on these things you get your research. What the hell happened with has lemon that indictment and because that's a weird things for an owner to trail into that late. Yeah. I mean it scared people. And I mean, a lot of people who are doing time a lot of people were about to plead guilty. A lot of people taking deals, and nobody has been able to show a connection to Jimmy even though there's been testimony and there's been audio. That's come out in these trials that have shown that he did know about this fraud scheme. The company was doing. And so when he when that happened. I mean, people were panicked. And I mean, he had hired Joe van or to be the CEO of the teams, and he had hired all these people and leaks executives. Other owners employers are coming to Joe saying like what have we done is this a huge mistake, and Joe vouch for for Kimmy, and then, you know, less than a year later Jimmy shows up, and he asked Jody go to dinner, and then he asked they can meet us his office before dinner. So they sit there and they chitchat about three agency. And to me says, you know, you built such a strong team here. Just like you said you would. And you know, Joe thought it was a very nice compliment. And Jimmy said, do you feel such a strong team that I'm gonna let you go? And that's how it happened. There is the legend of Jimmy has. I'm talking to a homeless person that homeless person convincing him to drive. Johnny manziel. However in reading your story, I found out that it probably had more to do with a handshake. Can you get into that? Well, the Browns were going to pick a quarterback that year, and Johnny was one of the guys that some of the people were high on and he obviously fell and this was Ray farmer. He's thirty nine years old running his very first draft. He got promoted after Jimmy after a fire show banners. And so his very first pick of the draft. He gives it basically the head coach Mike peasant to pick a cornerback. So then they're they're sitting back letting the draft unfold, and you know, we all remember Johnny kept slipping and Jimmy was very hot on Johnny Manziel. I think Ray farmer. John has some did not order a Ray farmer to pick him. But I think Ray farmer felt like he had to do what the owner wanted. So we traded up and he picked man. Zell? And then he's looking at the sand. According to people, I talked to he said, look, this is my first draft this stuff to find your career and keeping away the first two picks to the head coach. And the owner I have to like take control of this thing. And right, then the Houston Texans called offering a high second round or for Brian Hoyer Brown starter at the time. And Ray was so frustrated with how things are going. He just turned it down without even considering it. And obviously those high second round picks are gold because you have a chance to get a first round player for second round money. And so I think a lot of people felt like he was a quintessentially dysfunctional bound Brown strap where you had, you know, t- management on different pages. Nobody's exactly sure what's going on and Jimmy hidden invited. All these guests and other businessmen inside to watch it. So it was all of it was unfolding under essentially a live audience know homeless guy because I love that story. That's true. That's true. But I don't think you look relate that I think that story. You know, it took on a little bit of a wife, but you'll eat. Yes. I did happen. But he wanted Manziel over teddy Bridgewater primarily because of a handshake that didn't sit well with him. He had Bridgewater. Yes. That the team had soured on Bridgewater after his workout. So everybody thought he was the second rounder, but they liked him in the second round in one of the things that the owner had said was he didn't like on his handshake. And so, you know. The team wanted to pick Teddy's that they I think they were thinking about him as a second round or dot as a first rounder. And then when it was obvious that Johnny was going to be the pick. That's what they did just that. You're not someone you report, and you report facts, and you report, well, and you're not you tend to be objective. You're not sitting here. Trying to give opinions on things. But tell me if I have this generally right Dorsey is good at his job. And has limbs a clown show. Well, I don't know. I I think that like, you know, again, nobody knows what's going to happen. I mean, the number one pre-act prerequisite to be a great owner in the NFL is to have a franchise quarterback. That's the free requisite and most owners know that. And so the question going forward will be do. They actually have the patience to let big little Baker Mayfield become a superstar in this league and surround him with continuity, and then do they also have the discipline to not fall in love with Baker making bigger than the teams and almost ruined him that way, and I think that's gonna be the fascinating thing for me going forward, and that's an organizational things, but obviously we've seen with certain teams the Russian Redskins thirty three to one of them. You know owners can fall hard for their quarterbacks, and it can create a lot of problems in the team. We are out of time. But do you have any good Mandel stories that you couldn't put in your story because because it's not journalistically sound? But the radio is a playpen and the sewage you can do it here. This was not good enough to make print. We don't even know if it's true. But the story that wicker sham heard about Menzel was no, I don't have any Johnny stories for you. I'm sorry. That's all right. Thank you, sir. Appreciate your time is a really good story. You should read it. Santa justified. Our unreasonable salaries teams, a mess NAN. Quarterback. He's got the goods and we're about to test. What's more important stability? It's great. Quarterbacks. Give me a gunslinger. And I'll take my chances. Even if the owner is federally indicted and eating eggs. What comes first the stability with quarterback?.
