"Over next to Dulles while they got at the new plane. Uh, And I never actually saw a photo. But I heard some of the technicians while we were boarding and they said there were a lot. I would think a lot of cicadas man well, but you did make it over there and tell me first off. How is President Biden being received there over in England? So far so good for him. He the the only time we've seen him really make remarks in front of the cameras and with press access was At the Air Force Base, Royal Air Force Base that houses a couple 1000 American troops here not far from where we're sitting in Cornwall, and, uh, they ate it up. They like having presidents. Out there at Mendenhall to say hello on their way to other spots in Europe, and they got a visit from President Trump a few years ago. And so he was received well, and then today Uh, he starts the actual business of trying to implement the Biden foreign policy. It's kind of like I am not Donald Trump World Tour, especially when when he leaves with he wants everybody to know that he thinks the number one National security threat is climate change. That is not something that we heard from the last president. And that is something you know Boris Johnson. The whole post here wants to talk about Green a green recovery from coal bit and so expect a lot of that the next couple days. Hey, Peter, this is Kim. I think you do an excellent job. Thank you for all your work that you're doing, especially when you were talking to the press secretary, But I have to ask you how available does the president make himself to you and the rest of the press? I mean, are you guys able to really get in there and ask him questions or is he kind of avoiding you guys? Well. He's only had the one formal press conference at all in Washington at the White House, but he he likes to mix it up a little bit if he hears a question shouted And then we do expect him to have multiple press availabilities here. Uh, it's not clear how Many press are going to be able to attend all those, though like here and then in Brussels and in Switzerland, just because of covid restrictions right in Europe, and you forget like living in the D. C area where everything has been so relaxed because so many people are vaccinated. You go anywhere else in the world. Uh, it's not like that, and it's kind of like going back in time. A little bit. Peter Juices are guests. White House correspondent for Fox News Channel and People are still buzzing over Kamala Harris. Vice President Kamala Harris is trip to Guatemala and to Mexico and what many people are using openly using the word disastrous, even anonymous sources within the White House. Is there still a buzz about that on this trip? As still appears? The vice president Harris has sort of blown it for the president's border policy. Not as much of a buzz, but it does seem like they understand why There were issues like with the interview with NBC, and they know that it's something that will be getting a lot of play in the days to come. Obviously a trip like this. Yeah. Do you feel like your line of questioning has sort of forced the issue in terms of this, uh, this border visit? I mean, you've been you've been hitting this quite a bit during the briefings, and it's been deflected by Jen Psaki for you know a couple of months now, and it was nice to see Lester Holt pick it up with his one on one. It's possible, but I think that more than anything from the briefing room, it's these local leaders in the border states, including some elected Democrats who are saying, Hey, we got a big issue here. It's not just, you know. It's not just people coming across its what do we do with them? It's where do they go? If they're not being given issues to appear? It's the same issue and the administration line continues to be while we inherited it a bad system, and it's broken, but at some point they own it. Yeah, definitely. You know, I I followed this closely, and I've actually been to the border myself saw the crisis firsthand. But I just wonder, you know, even with Lester Holt was saying to her like Look, President Trump had things in place that worked it with it worked immediately. Why do you think it is that there are a lot actually putting anything into action, So he's talking about going to the root causes, but You know, they're not doing anything that could work. You know, maybe even make sure that people rebate in Mexico before they go before a judge. I think that worked out very well. What do you think That is? Well, you know, it would be tough for them to adopt. Really anything or go back to anything that the Trump Administration was doing when you got Kamala Harris as a candidate, saying that she thought the Trump administration was committing human rights abuses. At the border, and so right, it's and I was asking Jen Psaki the other day like Did somebody here just decide that it's something here when I was at the White House, uh, that it would be not not useful for her to go to the border to talk to people who just migrated here, like maybe they have some insight into the root causes of migration. And all that we got was she may go to the border, but we have not seen the scheduling update yet. Peter Deuce. The final question. Were they or were they not handing out cookies with the likeness of President Biden? On the plane. I I was not on that flight. That was the flight down to Central America, but they were They did know where they handed out the commonly cookies. But have they done? Biden Cookies was like, Why does commonly get a cookie? And Joe doesn that's a great That is a great question. Uh, But no no. Biden alright, not even a doctor. Joe Cookie? Yes. Yeah, Not not yet. I mean, it's the first day of the trip. All right, Peter. Double stay safe there. I mean, you're in Europe, man. And they like slap their prime ministers in France. I don't what they're going to do with you. Be careful. All right..

"Safe and it's effective. Getting the vaccine is not a partisan act. The size was done under democratic and republican administrations. At a fact the first axes were authorized under republican president. And right here. You could get morning joe. Cookie made by teaching his wife monica. Mehta anyone here. You're all right everybody in the room backstage it all the time this year for the new business our that. It's pretty thank you. Monica outs beautiful beer. That really little now. The story there that speech. John meets his first draft said summer of love. And so you know meacham thought he was you know born late for nineteen sixty seven But joe change that summer of freedom and it certainly is. If people choose it. I've noticed sole of america has been popping up as a term in a lot of joe biden speeches lately. I feel the hand of meacham in those words. Yeah i mean the numbers. We're going to cross seventy percent of things continue to trend in the direction that they're going sixteen million additional adults will have to get their first shot july fourth to hit that seventy percent threshold. But if you go back to listening to dr fauci and others in that herd immunity number they talked about was always in the seventy seventy five percent range so the truth is for all the consternation we've had. We're doing really well at this. And we can cross that threshold on july the fourth of some of these incentives. It's an important national deadline. But richard haas of course the big issue is getting the world vaccinated or we could see a repeat or resurgent or some strain coming back to haunt us. That will happen. Let's be honest. The eight billion people out there were not even close many countries not even the healthcare workers been vaccinated. You have the variants. Appear in places like india. They do it. Nothing stays local sooner or later. It's circulates we. There's only a couple waste. We've either got a produce an export much more from here. I think we're making a mistake by not doing more. We've got to build capacity around the world so other countries can can produce vaccines. Susan persio lead in show america's strength and preeminence again. I think by making sure that we're pushing it out there and it also helps get rid of the past four years where it was america first america only we can change that dynamic in our reputation around the world again or restore it. I should say right to that. We are leading. we are providing. Vaccinations we are a global leader. Not that we weren't but we certainly weren't acting like one. And i think that's what's so critical especially when it comes to some of the supply chain issues and getting continents like africa. It's going to be a huge undertaking and there was a point where russia and china. We're really trying to fill the void. The united states. We're still at that point. And that's concerning. I think you know internationally. So i hope very soon. There's astrazeneca vaccinations. We'll be out there and we move forward in our position. One scott gottlieb would say yesterday that we're going to have enough vaccine for the world that that were producing them quickly. I also heard yesterday. Joe biden say something we've been talking about for a couple of weeks here which is hey republicans you have a reason to embraces. It was a republican administration. That made the right bets. Did the things right that the eu did raw. Here's a reason why and so. I think it's great that the white house is saying your guy. Donald trump and the administration made some really smart pets and they did. They did a lot of things wrong. Yes yes yes everybody take a deep breath get it back even to it. It's going to be okay. You're not going to pass out website. You're not gonna pass out okay. It's gonna be alright. He made some really good choices. The eu did not. That's why joe biden was in a position and he was great with logistics to do things that donald trump couldn't do. This is something we can celebrate. This is something that we can. Embrace republicans have a reason to get a shot for their man. If that's how they think. I personally do it for my family. But if people are that screwed up that they have to identify with a politician for their healthcare choices politician. A top leader. My god okay. Please your honor now. Rife alex alex. Can you play on. Oh i want to be home.

"From a WHO to them scale? Where do you go Joe Joe Blow Joe Joe Trader Joe's Joe Joe. Cookies. And Joe Joe Rabbit Fall. I might have just done it for you, but love to hear your take. Thanks French. Got So we have to rank the Joe Joe's. I think you were right Joe, Joe Rabbits. The new was number four four. Is that the ranger rabbits last Georgia Rabbit I'm sorry you. Okay. But like WHO's in the list of Joe Joe Again Boho go Joe Trader Joe's and Joe Rapid. This is not a fair. I'm a niche cookie, a youtube star, and of Eleni icon. weirdly the millennial icon is to me is going to be last like barely above trader Joe's. But trade deals love trader Joe's and they love traderjoes. So what are you gonNA put Josie Wa then Joe Joe Rabbit I'm just saying loved trader Joe's as much as they like Joe the millennial icon. That's true. Go from one to four. I'm probably just going to agree with you to make this easy. Number one is number. One is Josie Wa number two is. Joe Joe Rabbit number three is Joe Joe. Millennials love her and number four is trader Joe's I. You know what? Honestly? That's already wrong. And then this one, this freak me out this call I'm I'm still lost after this call. Halen being Bobby some calling just because I wanted to provide some information that I, thought was interesting So about the to go joe, you kind of talked about how they went on different paths and how Joe Joe the. Singer of too little too late kind of looks at Joko See Wah in a different light and Mike how? Stop would have been. Different Path but I think it's interesting because a Joe Joe the leave presidencies get out there actually was offered role of Hannah Montana I'm pretty sure Disney channel made that show with her in mind and Joko. Turned it down and she didn't want to be down because she didn't want to go down that path and I really think that she did go down that path she would've been super. Joe Go see Africa and Yeah I. think that's really interesting. Anyway. By, well, you know when the execs came to her and offered her Montana you know what she said she's good out. Thank. You you know. You know the other funny thing caller called and told us that the original Hannah Montana was supposed to be Alexis. Texas. I more hand Montana before Hannah Montana, they were considering other names and one was Alexis Texas and then our friends Stephen said Emerald Nevada and that like. To Hell. Nevada is so funny. There are no other good ones, and then also it says in that article that they were GonNa, call her either Zoe your Khloe and what rhymes with that what rhymes with Zoe Khloe. She wouldn't have had a state name. Then, what's the concept? I don't know I don't know. Idaho that's all I could think of unless it's a city Zoe Idaho is actually pretty good. Zoe Idaho is pretty good by guest the question the question that the call the thing that the caller is positing I totally understand, but I will say Look at Miley Cyrus she's actually broken out of the Hannah Montana think pretty effectively I would say miley Cyrus Y-yeah so like that like. Like. Joe Joe go joe would have ended up kind of like more like Boho, maybe in terms of like fame and attention because Miley got a lot of fame and attention from that. But. Miley was able to like go beyond that teen image like though it was probably traumatic and it took a lot but like she did breakthrough and she's now totally. Kind of her own entity although you know there's also an argument that forget somebody made that maybe Hannah Montana been a successful without without Miley Cyrus as its lead maybe go JOE would've been. Whatever but like different Disney shows have different modicum of success in different Disney stars have different variables of success like Hannah's big one mile is a big one. And it's arguable that maybe Hannah Montana was only successful as it was because Miley Cyrus even though she herself was famous billy Ray Cyrus was sort of a draw there like it was like, oh, she's nepotism like she's coming she's from a country family even though ray I wasn't even a tremendous them. He was sort of a one hit one not even your non even like she kind of did but I'm thinking about like Demi Levato and I'm thinking about like other Disney stars that did do break good breakout but then there are some Disney stars they didn't hey. But I do think that Joe Joe go Joe looks at Bo Joe and says Oh God you know like in a way. That's why the interview was. So she sees. If you. If you could sit through it that interviews interesting because you see Joe Looking at Bo seen sliding doors you know like what we? Could have done or what she would have done ten years later in her career she was slightly younger. You know when what a career like hers looks like. Now, I was trying to think of city with a long e-. Since like you have to give a state long you voice Khloe Boise. Doesn't doesn't rhyme. It's not it's not the it's not the exact rhyme. Zoe Boise. It's harder than you think to do the name running with the state. Think I mean send us some of them but like it's hard when someone came up with Hannah Montana they probably like left work for the day they were like, Oh, my God it's Up On. What's the opposite of I am laws like play I am lost backwards and that's how that person felt..

Big For this this is truly the funniest most like deep-seated bit but I don't feel as bad about it because we did get paid for by Dunkin once lake in the past. So it's not the saddest kind of like thing and you know I do feel like just like Charlie demilio was passionate about Dunkin for years before she got her big spawn I'm also the goodwill is growing between me and the brand What's funny is that like you cannot win. So I was looking at the comments on on this on now on this thing and it was like hi Tabitha like I'm also Vegan I. I don't think that it says that it's Vegan friendly soap milk and she's like, no I. Assure you it is. So it's like she must have gotten the press release from them. It's like no, it is and then someone else said that's really great habit that I loved that they're taking these steps doing plant based staff but also single use plastic cups. Tapa and then she's like well, you know what they used to have styrofoam than they got rid of science phone. With us out here like you got to pay her more because she's out here like putting replying to comments like that is. The Styrofoam. Hey. I wouldn't be doing I. Fetish strain inch massage I'm not sure why I decided. I needed to go get patronage massage I literally have no memory of the inciting incident that led me to eventually walk through the door of like a slightly shady midtown doctor's office latch decides finish. MASSEUSE operated out of. And I think I paid her via though. But what happened was I was on the table was that sheet put these two like Plastic. Bags on both of my legs certainly. like I do by not with a toll Shughart and then she attached them for something that. Tighten them up like a blood pressure cuff and then released them again and they did that over and over again like throughout the whole rest of the massage experience this the city of. Electrodes and she rubbed them on my abdomen and sort of like A. Probing rhythmic way for quite a while I don't know I kinda went into that. You know that zone and you're getting any kind of isn't so bad it felt a little. Like definitely felt like she was touching specific internal organ with the electrode very deliberately like probably my liver or like my gallbladder something and after the first one because I got. Treatment, I'm a one woman low rent a goose lab for some reason I felt totally normal and nothing really out of the ordinary happens and it just. Went. On about my life and then the next time I got one I really noticed afterwards that like racing just felt sort of like. Better in my. "Celebrating its fiftieth anniversary it is a you know and it's it's six Abigail was born because of my kids were little and you have time to enjoy a Sesame Street was too busy enjoying Mister Rogers but Sesame Street for fifty years has been teaching kids and the whole premise of the show started with that somebody has to meeting in a meeting a question said can television teach anything then they came up with Sesame Street and it's X. it's very cool many well it watching if your kids or grandkids eyes makes it special obviously but it's just it's just well done so many different ways because it's got that thing we had Dave we were a kid where we didn't know Bullwinkle was funny to grown ups no that's right it turns out it was we know Bugs Bunny was funny to grown ups you know they write it where they could you know keep you happy with the animation in the stores and stuff but they have grown up stuff in there well says we three does the same thing Kermit was one of the original cast members was based on Jim Henson Carol Burnett appeared on the first Sesame Street show and she was still up and coming star at that point Oscar the grouch was originally orange really can't imagine I can you know Joe cookie monster isn't cookie monsters real first name yes I was real first during a two thousand four observed people still don't know if it's an ad lib cookie monster said his real name is said he's totally a said he looks like I said in nineteen eighty C. three PO and R. two D. two went to Sesame Street R. two D. two fell over the firefighters all right I don't know if they ever got together between third gently Ralph Nader was in an episode really yeah and sang a song called a consumer advocate as a person in your neighborhood the kids were who's that guy Oscar the grouch was named after a grumpy taxi driver who drove one of the cast members to his original audition Ernie had a hit in nineteen seventy with the classic rubber Ducky all Ernie as the cute as E. "Let's stick with Diet for a second. Let's kind of go through that that really quickly like. Can you give me a rundown of specifically with Diet. What were some of the different diets that you tried out there and maybe what were some of the results for each of those and then we're specifically? Did you land yeah so obviously I tried conventional wisdom which is a typical low fat high carbohydrate diet which is what we're told by the government and you know in essence processed food companies and that just didn't work right. It's it's high high in carbohydrates high in sugars even when we're encouraged eat vegetables. They're sugary vegetables like carrots lots of fruit again sugar right right so we're creating this ongoing cycle that hadn't worked for me and I did that to an extreme cutting out all red meat. I tried a bodybuilders diet so that's an essence just the chicken breasts brown rice and again and again the same thing I did lose some weight. I think it was just because I got bored of the food so I'm like Kinda. How did just stopped eating meat but again felt hungry all the time and then Roy wait plateaued pretty quickly energy sucked brain fog was pretty any bad stuff like that? I tried a vegetarian diet. I tried Peschiera in Diet because I actually like fish quite a lot that was actually pretty successful but again on that type of Diet you're still open to all of the other things like eating cookies and ice cream right and I I happen to to love ice cream. I did a Vegan Diet. That was probably one of the longer tested ones because I'm like look like we're hearing so much about Vegan diets like I wanna give it a chance right and I think the problem of Vegan Diet is it gets confused with multiple factors. One is a health factor to is this environment and ethical factor and I wish we would focus on the health factor. I think we get more people to buy into at least a debate rather than just ignore it right and for me like that was very easy. Z. Diet to do gain like it's very easy the rules it's like you avoid butter. You avoid all animal products and you'd anything else you want right but anything else you want also includes the trader Joe's cookies that are labeled vegan which are literally abolish sugar rolled up they taste really good right but quote unquote safe on the Diet and as I started to dig in deeper and look at my actual blood glucose levels I were a a continuous glucose monitor a number of times now to see what my my body's actually responding to and now test a tremendous amount of blood things like fast insulin and all of these things right my body was in a typical cycle that most Americans and most Western you know Diets Torah which is big spikes blood glucose big releases of Insulin to bring the glucose down right and these constant ups and downs ups and downs bounds ups and downs and it's this cycle of craving and hunger because the bodies like I got lots of sugar got rid of it. I don't have enough. I need more. That's when I started to discover discover a high fat diet so you know well-formulated Ketogenic Diet. I actually eat far more vegetables than what people assume right. I think a lot the people confuse a high-fat Diet Kito with carnivore and tested carnivore as well but my plate if you look at it looks as far more like a Vegan played than in traditional American Diet right the traditional American diet is bread and pasta and potatoes and whatever else a small amount of meat in a small amount of vegetables I a lot of vegetables some fat and some meat so I'm much closer to that not Gotcha well and so this is probably the greatest greatest place for us to kind of get on the same page and say that works for you may not work for me may not work for anybody. That's listening listening or it'll work for a certain percentage. I should say but everybody needs to do their own testing. Yeah everyone's the fireworks for them. What makes them feel the best? It's right like because I could tell you aides works for me. I think the health backs it up and whatever else but if you don't feel great on it your body's telling you and send you a message saying saying this is not what's for you right now. I do think that one thing that's kind of can't be disputed. This point is cutting out sugar and processed foods everyone he wants to do without question right. That's the baseline after that. There's lots of choices and there's lots of options right and I don't encourage and say like you should never eat any carbohydrates a that's ridiculous because vegetables are carbohydrates. They just happen to have a tremendous amount of fiber and other good things happening with them and and once you've reset your body you can consume far more carbohydrates than you think because we're no longer consuming the sugars processed foods okay so we've talked about testing the different diets next. We're GONNA talk about testing physical activity and working out as well as sleep but first. We're GONNA take a quick moment to say thank you to our sponsors for making this episode episode possible. I don't know if you've noticed what season wherein but I'm very aware of it because we're heading into a season where there's less light outside and the summer has wound down it is now officially fall and I've noticed that seasonally each year that's when my mood starts to dip and I need to be on top of mind nutrition because that's what fuels my energy and then my energy is what fuels my productivity tippety. That's why I'm glad I've got aura organic in my life now because they've got great plant based organic supplements from the best ingredients things like protein powders probiotics immunity the supporting vitamin C. which right now at least half my household is sick so I am definitely using that and I hate getting sick off my kids who get sick off their classmates on top above. I've been incredibly active just hit lake what day ninety three or four on my activity streak daily activity so I've been using auras brand a new plant based COLLAGEN boosting powder for my joints and what I really love is they're easy being green because it's made with more than twenty veggies and superfoods so even on the busiest days I don't have to sacrifice nutrition and fuelling myself properly so that I'm energetic.
