"Very handsome and very sweet from the midwest. Clearly wanted to meet this man. Should they go on a date together. She's calling him tatty daddy like she loves this guy. She's like so win. There on the dune buggies should meet her. What her regina. Dan verde as she said. It doesn't make your vagina dance. It's not worth it. She thinks it could work in the real world as yeltsin blake. Is the one person. I wanted to see here. Which makes me think she told the producers blake. 'em from claire. Season is there. It's always hilarious when somebody always says i was waiting for this person to show up and you have no idea. No i d. Yeah like the same thing with chris. When chris came all these girls chris this year and the audience. Saying who the hell is chris pratt so i guess good for tea and blake once. I'm just like also off the show. They had a very comfortable calm. They looked. I like that very much into them as a couple like into the date. It was like wow insulin. Really do make sense. I i felt like i was watching a real date. Honestly as if they were saying like people are going to think that we've met before whatever and she's like yeah. I know it's so comfortable. Like yeah i really do think it looks like before not in a way where i'm like you've met before. Yeah like. wow they seem to have time. yeah. I hope so. I really cute cup. I love. I love him for ti. Addy daddy guy and he's telling you daddy. I'm rooting for that. Yeah here to find somebody else. Sure i can't like in love at this point like they're just obsessive boom boom room doing all that stuff. Dr joe is the next guy to come down love doctor. How happy friend went to those steps. I was pumped. But i but i just think we they kind of did dr joel dirty because i feel like they solely used him in the best friend of brendan storyline. So they saved him and send him down later. Where now like everybody's paired up. So nobody's going to break up there couple for dr joe. Yeah everybody's in a strong situation. The only person that would be viable with is the tasha but from the way they're date went because dr joe gave natasha His day card he. his whole demeanor changed after. Natasha was like brandon. Like was very close to ruining my entire immediately. He couldn't believe it. I not realize how close they are. But when doctor joe was like my brent my breasts like these guys are best friends and after that. I think it's toast. I feel like it's tough for a guy when he finds out his guy. Best friends at douchebag. Yeah why do you got to be this way. Dr joe dr joseph guy. Probably fooled by brendan. Dr joe is also conscious of the fact. That like oh like now is gonna look like i hate my best friend that i'm going to come in and make him look even worse. Because i if i sit there and bash his friends arguably his friend fucked up and he should be on the side of natasha in this case like just across the board. But when you when you come in and you're meeting somebody and these are talking to your best friend you're just like damn that's my best friend. Can i say i'm not gonna. I'm not gonna talk shit. I'm not gonna say anything. There's every store. I wanna talk to my friend. You know what i mean like. He's not gonna especially girl. He just literally just dr jones. See the episode. So how's he supposed to know a very unfortunate but the producers. They know what they're doing here. They always know. Doing and the view by bringing dr joe in putting like they're just fucking the trash over so badly i'm now brendan was but now it's like okay. Now we're just fucking last year and then let's make or the bachelorette because we bought drovers so bat. Yeah brendan yeah. It's it was and you could tell. Dr joe was like i don't know what i should say. He put his life a. Don't want to don't want to get in trouble here with my favorite part where she was like. Oh you know brennan. And that's why he was so shocked even that he was like there. I guess he was like my brendan and then went on about it. And then natasha asked him like did you know that. He and piper whatever and before he responded he was like naung an answer. Obviously he knows your friends. We'll everything stays trying to hide the emotion of the fact that he knew exactly what she was talking about walked out with his arm around or was like a dad to be brendan highland. Toseh- was like yes that's over. Thanks so she could tell that it wasn't gonna work either. And then we ended on a wholesome. Wholesome no but also kind of at the same time for one person but still very wholesome joe arena lease setup this little picnic date joe by the way god bless them but like what's he doing he's got he's in slides and socks on the beach. She doesn't give a fuck already. Looks like this time around. Like he's coming and he's like. I am just me like on grocery store joe as me. And that's that's how he's active. Yeah i love it. I cried watching these two. Yes it was beautiful Serena told joe that she is falling in love with him. He said i'm falling in love with you. Too and her reaction was so adorable issues. Like really no way like she was so excited really yes leasing brings but it was adorable. Unfortunately it did seem like it was in the eye vision. You know kendall could see this going on inside of kennels mouth kendall closer to kendall trying not working on this ivan situation confusing weird like i've and tried to get her to kiss him like what i interpreted about. That situation is that she was clearly watching. Joe being upset ivan sees that and turn here like her by giving her a kiss and she was action. Just like i. it's on on. He was like okay. Okay i get. I feel bad for him. And that's so awkward but don't remember in from wrong. I'm pretty sure kendall. Did this whole same thing. Joe when she was making on with leo on the beach right in front jobs.they. "We believe backyards are built for everyone and that lawns are always perfect or wealthed. Anything we say they are. That's because at Scuds. We believe in the importance of being outside because we believe being outside is about more than place. It's more than simply not being inside. Being outside is where great things ally and where we can all grow more skirts grown more. This is America's sports talk show sports byline USA. Here's Ron Bar. We continue with our collection of interviews with the players that played in the Negro Leagues. And Sam Allen is join us. He was an outfielder played with the Kansas City. Monarchs the Raleigh Tigers and also the Memphis Red Sox and SAM. I know you were born and raised in Norfolk Virginia. I'm familiar with that town. But tell me what it was like when you were growing up when I was growing up I live near the baseball talk and my grandfather was a baseball fan. 'cause go to baseball game every night for so he used to carry me. Listen to the game so my grandma making me so he would come home after the game so I got chance. Go to the baseball game. I was tired old and I fell in love with the game at early ages. I Know Your Dad died. When you're just a young boy in your mother. Along with your grandfather helped raise you. And she was really worried what she not about you. In those years in baseball she could only see you play one game in the course of your career. I understand that's right. That's right I didn't know what she had. No idea what we were going through out on the road. She would tell me a little bit about that team. In Nafa the Norfolk tars. Well I saw that was before Jack. Robson went to the dodgers and forty seven. This was about four to five They didn't have any blacks played into leg in But we would go to the baseball game every night because we we love at that time. Baseball was the big game when the cars at home we listening to him on the radio. So that's how I got into baseball. And you also had a neighborhood buddy and lifelong friend wall lundy and he shared your lundy. Yep shared your fascination and love for baseball. Tell me about him. Well Lender knows we. We hung out together. We play ball what they would do. We would go out to the ballpark. And they get files and homerun pitching. We had about twenty balls and we used to go out to the field. The two of us. I pissed him twenty times and he would swing then he pitched me twenty times and then I swing. We've we practiced this the two of us. I know looking for baseball success. You attended baseball many camps one in Cincinnati. Tell me what those camps were like. Well can't was within place called. Douglas Georgia I thought it was a pretty good baseball play until I went down to Tampa Bay and so many ball players that they put a number on your back in Douglas Georgia. At that time we had to rate because at that time they were trying to pass law that blacks and whites couldn't play on the same field No Louisiana had the law and I think Brennan Birmingham had to ordinance but It didn't pass and we Cincinnati the minor league camp down in Douglas and I'll tell you had some great ball Faz. That's good good ball players in my life. I know you ran into a legend in the Negro Leagues. Which was Bob Mitchell? Tell me a little bit about him. Bob Mitchell Bob. Mitchell was at at at the cabinet met him in. Cincinnati Cam and I was doing pretty good involved was going home. He said well. I play with the Kansas City in my mouth. That's he's a big number so I wrote the number down where I I thought that I was going to be able to go on organized ball. 'cause I was doing pretty good but then when they They would have on Friday that'd be the day you go home so I would. I lasted about about six weeks. I think one one Friday. I looked at my name on this foreign to go home. I think and hurting me. That was the first time I really you know Baseball go to win those camps and see those guys get cut. They cry like babies and I was one of them. One of the things I understand about those camps particularly maybe the one in Cincinnati camp was the influx of Cuban talent. Tell me about how good they were. They were they had a plane. How come in from will pressing. Lopez was the liaison man so Cincinnati. He became the first. I think manager San Pie gays but they have a plane load of ballplayers and it was a guy named Bill Powell who was playing Birmingham Black Vines pitcher and he used to call us junior all young young. So you see that plane coming in. She has about fifty players playing telling them twice a year coming sprang. You're bringing them to come back in the fall of the town back home. So a bunch of you going to go home and I was one of them that went home. But they had they had this Tony Gonzalez who ended up playing south. Cincinnati Leo Cadenas played which Philadelphia and I ended up in often. And I got on the phone and I called Bob Mitchell. Master down and You can make this team. I had about nineteen thousand pocket so I went one way ticket veterans that they were in training in Jacksonville Florida. I got no one way tickets. Jacksonville nineteen dollars. Never get along the Good Friday night. I was leaving and I had a shooting address. Us Central China left them out in between in Suffolk which is about twenty miles and I looked at somebody so when shoes so I ran up to the first time I've been wave home. I run up to the bus driver. You see yeah. What's the problem I said sometimes so me shoes both avenue? Couple of 'em daddy join me. Do buy a new pair so I really was so I went and sit down and lead went to Got To during that time that local of all the stops down to. That's Florida that Saturday night from Norfolk. Twenty four hours and the monsters loading up getting ready to come back to Charleston. South Carolina pay that Easter Sunday. They hadn't seen me play and I didn't know anybody but by Mitcham met him two days so when we got came up to Charleston. I had a Cuban roommate named Joe Arenas he weighed about two fifty to sixty so they put us in a room together. When I went up to room hotel one been land in the middle of the bed so as not getting that base I went downstairs and snuffing when we went to the ballpark. That day team. You sold to play with the Jacksonville all stars so the guy comes up in the car. Say the bus broke down. He bought three play. Four players and out of my house manage was wondering the legends name was William Visit. This mute. He was he was one of the submarine. Picci's one of the great Black baseball players pitches. So He's Oh look. Here's what we got to do today. 'cause the pockets loaded with people is that we're going to you're going. GonNa have to play without teams dating. We don't like to do this but it became that this money go so I played with Jacksonville and that was the best thing that happened to me. I think the first time up like yesterday it a single up the middle stole second and I think it makes a struck out and then the next time I came about he went over the school board so that was history when I saw after the game. He's a well. I don't have this dome is I. Don't have to worry about you. Beat me against go. Sign you to contract. I think contact. I didn't know what it was 'cause I'm in I'm in Charleston South Carolina about six dollars in my pocket the allegations send me back home so I got to play. Let's move forward to nineteen fifty eight and you were playing with the Raleigh Tigers that time and and one night while the team traveled through Welsh West Virginia. The bus broke down now. First of all I want. I want to ask you about Welsh West Virginia because I played there at one time but tell everybody what that little town was like. Oh that was it was. It was a nice little town where I don't look back on the side of the mountain. And they add a Ballpark And it was it was it was a nice San. What have we the bus coming up the hill and I think the bottom of the there are and everything. Don't out so the owner the name does he was rally ed about three or four hundred jukebox kind of the money so he told the lady say This is my ball team. Put Him in. Hotel gives them three meals a day. I take so he pulled out the big role the money. So she's anonymous. Don't don't don't own a you. Don't pay me now. I'll getting layer so we were out there for about a week. Practice playing ball practicing playing ball in one day one morning doubt Fan. I've got the bus bus gone. We feel that Russia. She's but I'm GonNa do say your breakfast. I'm giving breakfast and I'm GonNa give you a sandwich a sandwich for lunch and you done is going to be in half so what you mean there. So you'RE GONNA have to out here after lunch so I ran to the telephone. I told my mom I said. Look my mom's standard. Send me one hundred dollars an hour. You must be Crayton's housing your ticket. I said no so. I called my uncle and he picked it. I was in late tower and He's GonNa send money because he wanted me to get home so they and go to work with him so he sent me a fifty dollars in telling me Rakai. Hey He's Jacksonville Florida. We played together with the MOMS the floor so we get out that we sold like I got a record player. Doing that. Kind of log record. Everybody was into Jay as I got about ten gas albums baseball bag and suitcase and we were so. Luckily we met a guy with a truck that I think he waiting counts to Riley but he has a hundred miles from Raleigh. Sam Hold on just a second. We're talking about the Negro League Baseball Experience for Sam Allen. He played with the Kansas City. Monarchs the Raleigh Tigers and the Memphis Red Sox as we continue across the country and around the world we've got you on sports byline. It has been said that everyone has a book in them. But Gee had the time or the ability to write your book. Maybe you picked up some skills or head a life experience that you want to pass on in the form of a book to help others..

You go turnaround just like nothing's there and you're like people that just like what Joseph you've got to do that that'd be so awesome. We see the candlelight. Whoa out real quick just has to be random? It can't be like right every time you gotta be. Sometimes it'll you'll hear right. Oh aw man that when you know you strike a match and lights on the first time and there's other times when you're won't work. I'm like mashing the button like liked it. Yeah it's all right so all the candles in the in the game. They serve more than one the purpose. So they let you see but then they also have to do with creatures that are in the game so uh-huh so if you do go around lighting all of them and they'll eventually burn out on their own then you won't be able to use them later than you might when a save some of them So you've got to strategize. I knew that I knew there's a reason why there is so fucking many candles out there. Because I was like I was like I. Don't WanNA burn them Paul. Is there a night vision. Goggle cheek that we can use daylight moat. Maybe John Aww can you see your feet. No A- At first I was I was GONNA add a full player body but it caused a lot of issues with the whole crawling mechanics. You able to Crouch and crawl in. There's no preset areas as you can crouch or crawl. It's just whatever you can physically fit under so it was just causing. Some problems with the players model was I'd have to do a whole bunch. Bunch of animations and I K rigs and stuff is just getting kind of complicated okay. GOTCHA MM-HMM COOL so Joseph. How long have you been working on this game? So when I first started working on this game I'd say probably it's probably been like six years our that's when I started. I didn't know anything like like complete zero about making games at all. Lee is like a learning process like this game has changed stove the much over the years the first version is just. It's ridiculous I look at it now and it's like that's so bad. Yeah I just have one question before we start asking her. I start asking questions because I have a couple couple of random questions and here that aren't related to anything at all so I just wanted to get engaged in D. regularly listening to this podcast. Now I didn't know but the buckfast until Bill Chris. Talk to me about it. We're since then I've watched a couple of episodes though. Okay what what type of games do you generally play in your free time. I'm only like gains where you can build like minecraft seven days to die seven Days Strategy Games is like firefight studios makes a whole series of games called stronghold and they're pretty old but I still play him and they're just I I love them. They're great nice in your own words as the developer of this game. What is the Moore's so the Moore's is a survival horror game where you're only goal all is to escape so like you don't have to do anything really All the stories stuff is completely optional. And every everything you have to tackle you can tackle in different ways so for example you might need a key to adore or maybe you can find had an axe and break down the door or maybe use a crowbar on the door. Help Joe here. I found the ask the stall the tongs. I found it all in that one room and then I was like acts okay and then I was going to go to the park. It was blocked that caved in after the Get Body got whatever and I was like hacking away at it and it didn't take didn't do anything and I was like. Wow I try that new brute force Joe Brute Force Holt Folks Mash but everything in the game reacts to the large items you can use like like the axe so you can break windows. You can hit everything all the furniture all that stuff. Can you kill monsters with them. Maybe you could try swing swing Wayne mad about it so go ahead go ahead and go. Oh I was just going to say what is the origin of I might butcher this. Kristen Eva's where does that name come from. Is it anything specific or so. The name itself evolved over the years but I wanted to. I wanted to name my company like its own word so I didn't want it to be just too weird stuck together you know. Oh I wanted it to be like a name. I wanted it to be so if you see the name immediately know what it is you know eventually. Yeah but the really what evidence. Entertainment is is. This is the name of the world that all major GonNa take place in then like. Even this game connects to have like a whole line of games that I have that I'm GONNA do eventually. But they are all connected in the same universe. Wow that's like Stephen King esque almost reminds me of a dark pictures. And what They're doing with those projects. So that's really cool. Yeah Awesome Joe Arena. I was GONNA ask. What software are you using to develop this game or to create this game in model? Yeah so when when I first started so the first thing I tried this way back when cranes and three had just come out for the public and I tried that for a little while but sense it just came out. There is no documentation notorial. No no youtube videos. Nothing so I got as far as building a house and having the monster just standing there T. position floating around Eh. I quickly realized that is going to be too hard to learn like for first time using that so then I switched over to unity and that was back a unity three lives the version. And I've been with the ever since now. They're on two thousand twenty edition so the unity is the game engine us and then to make all the three d models use Google sketch up and I use mud. The box for any organic shapes like the players hands cool. That's really awesome. That's really awesome. Yeah that was Kinda ties in Grad John. A another question I had I wanted to ask what does it take. Ah To create the audio or the environments for game. Okay so fair. The audio I use. Reaper is a free workstation. And that's how I make all the music and all that for the game all the string effects or anything like that for all the sound effects. If I don't make them myself using my microphone and a bunch of editing then I get get him from like sound libraries that bought over the years I might make sounds together and totally change how they S- found and yeah and and then as far as environments is it similar you you build most of your own environments for you. Take some samples samples trees and in that foreseen. There's you're outdoors. which is not a very? It's not doesn't seem to be common with the game where you're outdoors you. You seem to be confined in this man this manner so those are all things that you built yourself or was that just parts you brought together for that part of the game since it was seems to be such a small portion of it. Yes Oh On the outdoor scene. There's only you too elements of that. I didn't make myself So the trees are from a tree. Pack that I bought years ago and then I've added them a lot. I changed attacks. Cher's and kind of unity has a a Tree Creator where you can edit trees. It ever had been made aid them in their. You know mixed them up and then go van that you roll up in. I was having trouble making a van with an outside. I an inside with a detachable door in ketchup scientists finding one that worked well enough. Yeah but then other than that everything outside did I also made myself very cool very cool and Fox. The Fox that runs by Elsa found John so you said you have other Games plan to have you. Do you have any other a game out currently now. This is my first one that I've released is your first run okay. So you said it's taken you've been working on this game for about six years but but as you said you when you started you know anything about game development now that you're six years in and you have all this experience if you were to now. Oh start doing another game. How long is that development process? Let's say you were to start this game over from scratch now knowing all the things that you know how long what's the development development timeframe for this game. It's a fire to try and make this game again knowing what I do now I could probably make kit in. Let's say probably two and a half years let's take awhile L.. Just as it's just me so every little thing I've gotta do plus you still have to keep your day job you know. Yeah Yeah Yeah. If I didn't have to go to data it'd be great. I could just do a lot faster so okay so then let's I guess my question Russian is if this was your job and you didn't have to go work at your day job and this is what you do for a living. What would the timeframe to build this game? So if if I could just work on all the time I'd probably do in Probably maybe a year and three-quarters that's great which that's massive from. Oh I'm hearing you said you have seven levels Um and you did all the audio all the everything's for this game so that's Brezhnev. Yeah very impressive amazing. Yeah that's great. So then you said you have future games planned that are in the same world world Are they all going to be the same kind of horror genre or you can change any do different different genre or maybe maybe survival game that it's not horror something. Maybe I wouldn't be interested. Yes so the way. I'm I'M GONNA approach. The whole world thing is through three different characters so the Moore's takes place through the eyes of a guy named Jack and then his game. This one is a survival horror but then he's also going to be in the next game which is a different. It's more like a Probably more like seven days to die esque like open world survival. Kind of game with some crafting stuff. So that's a he's moving onto but then there's other characters that are have their own games and they're going to be completely different genres and cool. I'm Christi Yeah so When when you built the Moore's did you and did you enter any Easter eggs into this game? Anything that came from your personal life. Is there anything that you implemented into this game from from that that you that you could you'd call out in this game. Did you ever get trapped in a mansion with ghosts monsters like did you regularly related to your experience like like they. Did you put any pictures of from your personal life into this game or anything that you can that that you added to this game to add that extra flare and character that that shows that Joseph did this. You know what I mean. Yeah Yeah in office. There's a portrait of Alice on the fireplace. Ace and that is actually a photo of my mom when she was a little girl. The pain sitting all paintings in the house all photos. I've taken on vacation in different states. Different countries is that are turned into painting that. That's.

"Production in the morning in our house for sure enough. I put this coffee in the blender, and I put in a very specific type of cinnamon, the C E Y, Owen cinnamon what I found is the cinnamon cinnamon, Lou has like a black market like what we have buying at your local, grocery store, most likely is not healthy cinnamon, it's manufactured tie, processed. It's junk actually, doesn't help decrease inflammation. It does not help stabilize blood sugar. We're not even sure it's real cinnamon, which we got this piece of information from Dr Joe arena, who's going to be on the podcasts. He's naturopathic doctor to kinda talk about all that kind of stuff that you miss in everyday life that you're really filling your body with crap. Absolutely. And so I throw some cinnamon in there. I throw some stuff called mud water in there as well. D m or w t R is I think the website. It's that's got. From a little bit a cow powder in it. It's got lion's mane. Yup. Micheals? It's got all these different basically herbs. Chinese herbs that are in one potent form a tablespoon of that in. I do a full serving of the. Asprey the better will prove while you do rain octane oil do brain octane oil, and I do the protein the college all protein, and I put two tablespoons of butter, and you wonder why he's going to the bathroom four thousand times. Well, then I blend it, right? He's slowly turn up the speed of the blender, and you might be asking why do you blend it? I've this crazy thing for those of you that haven't gotten the biohacking world that haven't read headstrong that have earned the bulletproof diet that haven't read game changers. Like all of Davis stuff is kinda based around this. There's a third or fourth state of water, right? We were taught there's only three right solve liquid gas. Right. Those three states of water. Well, there's actually a fourth called easy water than easy waters of being this almost gelatinous form of water. That has a completely different molecular structure that surrounds some of the Qendra inside your body that for those of you again that probably don't know as I didn't know any of this. Mutter counter the energy sells for your body, and you have more modern hundred in your body than any other thing inside your body and they recharge turnover with ATP production that go on like, I I go to this whole rabbit hole of how this really works. But by putting in a blender in having the key butter coagulate, I'll call it probably the wrong terminology with the coffee itself. It creates this easy water type of environment. So you're taking it the nutrients become way more bioavailable to you. And it's actually in capital, the my two hundred to make them more efficient. So I drink that why? While that's being like while. I'm pouring it, and I pour extra water at right because I don't like coffee, so it's super diluted. It doesn't taste like offi don't care about it. It's little chug it for the health benefits. I try to get to cool down because I don't want it to be hot. Then I'm making another shake, and this is a called the green smoothie shaped. But the green smoothies taken some some left. And right turns for me, I truly believe in focusing on. What serves you and figuring out? Why it serves you, which is a much different say about the dollar G them a lot of the coaches. I know I'm not gonna tell you to drink a green smoothie and the not give you exactly what when why? And how right as it would pertain to how you live your life. So I take twenty ounces of water at least depending on the. Agnes of the smoothie I put it at least four cups of spinach, and kale, then just blueberries, and we've added some cherries. And these blueberries are typically if we can why organic varies can get organic blueberries, that's great, but the wild organic they're just they're made a little differently as far as through nature, and they're just better for you and more nutrients, and so I blame those in. I also throw a little bit of vegan berry protein powder in throwing a little bit of a SuperFood blend. That has a lot more antioxidants and various products that are still down. I've been putting in without Lindsey known a little bit brain octane oil as well never gonna hurt you with what it does. Blend that up and he says without us knowing as he makes these in the morning and leaves shake for me and one for Jonah doing this typically if things are finding the right way this shake is completed in production by six thirty in the morning. So I've been by six thirty. I put the shake in a glass container because plastic is horribly toxic to the human body and think of all the ways in your life you plastic right? Plastic forks, plastic bottles, plastic straws, your heating your food up in plastic. Your to go boxes or plastic. We don't do a perfect job to work in progress. You'd be amazed. What you are taking stock of how much plastic is everywhere. Just how much plastic you use. And so slowly phasing that out, but I put in a glass container. I decided not to drink my green smoothie at that point. Right. I'm waiting. I want the profited I jest then I had to the boxing gym now sometime in their typically before I leave I sit down. I'm finally, you know, using the restroom again Lindy Jonah both at letter of love on a tudent appreciation, both get one of those. And I have moved my reading around, and it actually serves me I like to go to bed with Lindsey. Of course, if all works, right way. Let to be up in bed by nine fifteen or so maybe nine twenty. Really nine thirty the latest. We don't always do great job. But then I sit there with my true dark red glasses on right? I'm wearing the dark day walkers. They're called now that filter out blue light. And you know, junk light that's everywhere in front of you. I switched at the red glasses, and I get home, and it's really phenomenal. I've I've been quick to fall asleep. Normally normally, I'm the guy that we send the couch, and we're watching TV or movie out, and I'm out these glasses have made that like, oh, it's instant it's within ten five. I sit down the glasses around. There's this crazy red ten everywhere. It is like out. Geez. Laughing at him. And you know, Ryan are you awake? Like, he's sleeping again, mama the whole thing. And you have no idea I took video with a light like the flash on with you the other day snoring and just like Lamm back mouth open. He still had his glasses on he had intended to read. And then it just it within twenty seconds. You were out. Yeah. So I typically then we go to bed. I saw the glasses on. And I then try to or do read. Now, I get to cheat a little bit a big fan of Jim quick kid you I don't know Jimmy personally working on a relationship with him. But he has a speed reading course that has completely changed. How I read like when I first started. His course I was somewhere between three hundred fifty and four hundred words a minute, which admittedly is a quick reading pace for most people. I'm up just north of seven hundred seventy words minute right now, which is not for me to consume ten twenty thirty pages of a book as we're laying in bed inside of ten minutes and retain it. Because there's also some magic stuff that goes on what you read right before bed versus watch TV plan. Your phone do all this other dumb shit that we all do it creates new ideas and pathways in your subconscious because when you sleep that's actuary so conscious most active. That's why we dream. That's why we do everything. But how I just shared with you, the mitochondria, and what goes on
