"Thank you expressed by Dan are his own and do not necessarily represent the opinions of this station or any of the show's sponsors. Michael or Facebook. Michael. I can't comment on one too many of those stocks you gave me. It's too many. Madonna is the only one that is on my list. My partners are up. About 500% 300 to 500% on that stock right now, Um, way. Got that coming out of the chutes couple years ago. Had it on my by list. And you know it's been it's been, uh, very good stock form the others. I don't care much about. I can't. I don't watch but the vaccine companies Some of them are going to do well. Some of them are going to be doing okay. You got vaccine companies and and Manufacturers of the vaccine, so this isn't going to change the world for manufacturers. It will change their stock price a bit in the short term, but not in the long term. The fighters and the AstraZeneca's of the world. It's not going to change their world either. It'll change it immediately. Whoever the first ones out out, is going to get a knee jerk reaction. To the price. The very first one that is out, but they're not biblically responsible, except from a dirty So that's the one that I look at and maturing has got a great future. They're fairly young company as a publicly traded company. They've got a great future. I've told most of my partners That have asked me. Hey, you're up. 501 asked me 530%. I'm selling it. I mean, you know how much you're you're not If you don't sell it there, you're going to sell a soon as it starts dropping and it's going to drop very quickly. So I would just sell it. Wait for the next big dip and buy back again. Um So anyway, I asked not a lot of help to you, Michael. Thank you. But why known it says, Damn, what does restarting the economy mean to you? I don't think we need to restart the economy other than get people back to work. The economy. The underlying fundamentals of the economy had not been lost their strong as they were in February. That's what's so amazing about this economy. That's why the market is held up so well. It's not going to take much to fix that or change that and you're gonna change for the better by just getting everybody back. T work so a vaccine. We already have treatments, But doctors and hospitals refused to use it. So that's not the solution. That was always my solution back in March. It isn't anymore because nobody will give the treatment. They rather wait until You're almost dying and then try to give it to you Why you're on the ventilator, but it is restarting the economy is getting getting things back to normal. If there's going to be a new normal things are never going to be the same. And I don't mean the same from an economic strength. I mean, the way that economic strength happens. So they're gonna be certain segment segments that are gonna be permanently changed in the markets. But restarting the economy is just that restarted. Getting back into your car and start it up again. It's flipping a light switch on everybody's back to work. Everybody is back to work. You had a job before this Now you go back to it because you still have the job and company saying Come on back. Our doors are open our face master off and we're ready to go to work, So that's what's got to happen. And I don't think we missed the whole lot of that, but that's what's going to happen. So that's the restart. Then you go to, um, Gary Gary's corners from North Carolina. Hey, Gary. Hey. Good morning. Then what did you just say? I loved your, uh, s Joe comment like they're the only problem is, I don't think Joe answers questions unless someone write the answers down from ahead of time, you know? You know, particularly good point. Good point. I've been a partner listening everyone up about 25 30%, but I'm switching over from that 65 over at the, uh, look allocation model going to the Income model. And debating whether we should sell out of what we have on the current stocks and get ready to invest in the You know the income. Someone get dividends because I mean Don't have to have income right away. But Probably next year. Some time I need to stop pulling money out, you know, to supplement my income. So I guess the question is, Should I sell what I have now? Um and reinvest in the other stocks. I'm thinking it may be all right to sell, but maybe hold off on buying Income stocks. I'm not sure which way to go. Little concerned about the capital gains implications next year. Things like that. Yeah. Are you So it's a brokerage account. So you're gonna have to happen to me, e got it. Environment trade and Yeah, okay. I mean, I got it's not in Iraq. Him. No, no, no, no, that's that's something else. No, Okay. Yeah, I mean, look, first of all there couldn't be Yeah, there couldn't be a better time. To sell only because if you're going to deal with capital gains, if if Biden or to get in there, he's already saved. He's gonna race capital gains tax capital gains tax You're going up. They're not gonna go down. President Trump, on the other hand, is saying they're looking at doing away totally with capital gains tax. S so big to two big differences. So if if this were me, and I was thinking about making this adjustment today, um I too will someday I guess be making an adjustment over too. Tonto. Income portfolio. Um, but I would sell today. I would say okay, I got it. You know, I'm up 25%. I'm going to sell, even though you might have some individual stocks down, But overall, your pope portfolio is, uh, is up. Would sell and capture that game. Could you be missing out on some additional gain? Yes, but I wouldn't concern yourself with that 25% in a year. So is a really good return, and there's no sense in looking looking back if it continues to go up, not worth it. So sell and get out and I wouldn't buy anything. But here's why I say to sell I say to sell because you're going to generate more money, right? 25% more money. With the income. Uh, portfolio. The name of the game is shares. It doesn't matter really the value as much as it does the shares because you get paid on how many shares you own, not on the value of the shares. So the more money you have, the more shares you can accumulate when you start. Turning over, so I wouldn't want to take the chance in giving up a potential to buy more shares when I'm going to an income portfolio. So but yet I wouldn't do it yet because two things could happen. One is there could be some companies yet. Still giving up their dividend. I don't think that is unlikely. Right now, but it could be a likely once. If if a new administration gets settled in then that could start to happen. S o. I would be I would be holding off. Uh, prices are likely to drop down in those that are maintaining Their dividend, But prices are going to drop. If the market starts to tank and you're in cash. You're gonna get a lot more shares so I would hold off. We may be wrong about the scenarios, but either way, I think it's kind of a no lose situation because you pick up this 25%. And that's going to make up for buying some income socks that maybe, Ah, little bit more expensive, But that would be a good thing because that means the economy is starting to click again. Already. Well, thank you very much. I would feel so much better when you reassure me. Alright. Thanks for all your help. Okay. All right. Thank you. Gary. I appreciate it. God, blessed Good stuff. Let let me go. Tonto, Elaine in.
Trump Vs. Biden: How Russia Sees The U.S. Election
"To move on to our next section, which is national security, and I do want to start with the security of our elections and some breaking news from overnight Just last night, Top intelligence officials confirmed again that both Russia and Iran are working to influence this election. Most countries have obtained us voter registration information, these officials say. And Iran sent intimidating messages to Florida voters. This question goes to you, Mr Vice President, What would you do to put an end to this threat? You have two minutes uninterrupted. I made it clear. I asked everyone else to take the pledge. I made it clear that any country no matter who it is that interferes in American elections will pay a price. They will pay a price. Has been overwhelmingly clear this election game get into the last one. This election that Russia has been involved. China has been involved in some degree, and now we learned that that that Iran is involved. They will pay a price. If I am elected. They're interfering with American sovereignty. That's what's going on. Right now. They're interfering with American sovereignty and the best of my knowledge. I don't think the president said anything to Putin about it. I don't think he's stalking them a lot. I don't think he said a word. I don't know why he hadn't said a word to Putin about it, and I don't know what he has recently said. If anything to the Iranians, my guess is he'd probably be more out spoken with regard to the Iranians. But the point is this folks were in a situation where we have foreign Company countries trying to interfere in the outcome of our election. His old Oh, National security advisor told him that what is happening with his buddy? Well, I will his buddy Rudy Giuliani. He's being used as a Russian pawn. He's being fed information that is Russian. That is not true. And then what happens? Nothing happens. And then you find out that everything is going on here about Russia is wanting to make sure that I do not get elected the next president states because they know I know them and they know me. I don't understand why this president is unwilling to take on Putin. When he's actually paying bounties to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan when he's engaged in activities that are trying to destabilize all of NATO. I don't know why he doesn't do it, but it's worth asking the question. Why is it that being done any country interferes with us will in fact, a price because they're affecting our sovereignty? President Trump. Same question to you. Let me let me ask the question. You have two minutes to respond for two elections in a row. Now there has been substantial interference from foreign adversaries. What would you do in your next term? To put an end to this two minutes? Let me respond to the first part as Joe answer, Joe got $3.5 million from Russia. And it came through Putin because he was very friendly with the former mayor of Moscow, and it was the mayor of Moscow's wife. And you got $3.5 million. Your family got $3.5 million in You know, someday you're gonna have to explain. Why did you get through to him? I never got any money from Russia. I don't get money from Russia. Now, about your thing last night. I knew all about that and threw John who is John Radcliffe was fantastic DNA, he said. The one thing that's common to both of them. They both want you to lose because there has been nobody tougher to Russia with between the sanctions, nobody tougher than me on Russia. Between the sanctions between all of what I've done with nature. You know, I've got the NATO countries to put up an extra 130 billion going to $420 billion a year. That's to guard against Russia. I sold while he was selling pillows and sheets. I sold tank busters to Ukraine. There has been nobody tougher. On Russia than Donald Trump. And I'll tell you they were so bad they took over the the submarine port. You remember that very well during your term during you and Barack Obama. They took over a big part of what should have been Ukraine. You handed it to him. But you were getting a lot of money from Russia. They were paying you a lot of money, and they probably still are. But now with what came out today, it's even worse. All of the e mails, the emails, the horrible e mails of the kind of money that you were raking in you and your family. And Joe you a vice president, when some of this was happening, and it should have never happened, And I think you owe an explanation to the American people. Why is it somebody just had a news conference a little while. Ago who was essentially supposed to work with you and your family. But what he said was damning. And regardless of me, I think you have to clean it up and talk to the American people. Maybe you could do it right now. Ice President Biden. You may respond visions and I don't want to follow up on the election security. I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life. We learn with this president. Paid 50 times The tax in China as a secret bank account with China does business in China and in fact is talking about me taking money? I have not taken a single penny from any country. What so ever ever number one number two This is a president. I have released all of my tax returns. 22 years go look at them. 22 years of my tax returns. You have not released a single solitary year of your tax returns. What are you hiding? Why are you on Willie? The foreign countries are paying you a lot. Russia is paying you a lot Chinese paying a lot on your hotels and all your businesses all around the country all around the world and China is building a new road to a new guy. Ah, a golf course you have overseas. So what's going on here? Why don't release your tax return to stop talking about corruption. President Trump you're

"You get to deduct the cost of the tools that you that you need for your craft. You know it's it's all of that. I doubt this nobody the pay taxes listening to my voice right now. That is not taken legal deductions. Now, I take the least amount possible I'm just an idiot because I just I know my files pulled every year. So I bother. And I've known most of my public career. Bit My advice everybody's always pay pay it. That's that's why it's kind of scary. Look at what New York's talking about it talking about massive tax increases. Joe Biden. Another day. OFF The campaign trail. They call a lid is what they call it nine fifty two am. So my take on this because we haven't seen Biden and days and days and days pretty much half of the month of September. This guy is put a lid on his campaign or had no events scheduled whatsoever almost half the month. And he's pretty it's it's. Why are they always calling a little? It means that they're you won't see or hear from the campaign for the rest of the day we're done breaking news nine, fifty, two am today. Well what's going on with Joe? He's I think he's been in his basement bunker and they pretty much realized that he can't go out on the campaign trail without him being an unmitigated disaster. So they're minimizing access there they he has to show up for the debates. He'll lose if he doesn't show up. So I gotta put all their marbles in the hopes that okay we're gonNA spend all this time. We'll we'll put them on the perfect clock his peak cognitive. Hour of the day is nine. PM. Eastern by this total guess on my part. Now the president keeps raising the questions. Well, why doesn't he release what medicines he might be taking? Okay with his Donald Trump they've been asking that for years also. They want everything on Donald. Trump. Okay. Why won't you do that? Why Joe feel that he can't even answer whether or not he supports packing the court. Why can't Joe Answer if he supports ending the legislative filibuster? Why can't Joe Answer whether he supports eliminating the Electoral College I don't want it to be a distraction SA- trick by the trump campaign trick what are your positions you want to be president? It'd be nice of us to all know. So anyway they put the lit out there nine, fifty, two, my guesses look. He didn't collapse in these other debates although Kamla Harris beat him up pretty bad and that one debate. and. My my belief is joe is probably studying four talking points on every topic. This would be my guess. And that Joe's he's practicing attack to attacks for every topic against Donald Trump, and it's gonNa come out is going to feign the same anger because that tends to animate of more than a normally is like he didn't a town hall with Anderson. "Have a fiveyear rebuilding plan any more i think if you have the right young talent he draft welldeveloped well maybe trade well you know par lay uh whatever trade pieces you have any given trade deadline or offseason uh into the right young talent it can come quick and uh i think in the case of the phillies the brave they'll be few teams that i don't think they're going to push the nationals this year but i i think they'll just be interesting if that young talent joe answer the cast of its mlb dot com uh more likely to finish second in the central brewers the cardinals oh boy i get a lean towards the cardinals as it okay and and that could change the for the reasons we just thought bubble yeah you know the questions about the burr's rotation um you know you can just see that club plane from behind a lot but um and the cardinals have questions answered syria their bullpen was not very good last year an and they really haven't done much to to make you feel great about it going into this year uh sign hollidge should name the wouldn't hall and make a lot of sense for them he would and there's some projections that actually like the cardinals bolton for for maybe some underrated elements about i mean we all and is the guy they got the reactor trade so he'll be one to watch them and gregor sin i mean he you've off the closing job in houston but you have done it before so maybe a maybe you can s i i think the cardinals are great example of recent years of we'll just kind of just you stumbled into a closed door cuts camera korea for this year at the outset but uh but now i mean yeah if there's as a team for holland and the cardinals the angels probably profiles the most obvious fits right now um you know depending on what the dollars are but i i think the cardinals have they they did what they need to do in the bell the light up at barcelona they needed a thought for the full year tommy fan full your tommy uh of appalled yawn um some good young arms and that rotation so i.

"If he could ever stay healthy has a lot of potential they're like it and and you mentioned the mets like you know it's a it's a huge if at this point but if that pitching could ever stay healthy i think it's possible the mets could contend so it's not impossible to believe that both the mets and phillies could at least somewhat contend this year if things go right now not in the brain that yet again for that you don't know what young talent now through and what i always say when when a predominantly young team at the high dealing and partho a little floor in how they might even turn to win pole they might bennett than eighty in terms of when police really hard to say it with the matter one to those and for the brave you know one of those young pitchers mature for the billy it is that lineup that that predominantly young line up a as good at it looked on paper and i'll be i'd love to see i'd love to go out at another started because there's not much to to rely on beyond their and nola uh you know i think all the other other all the other guys in that rotation they have minor league option but they combined for an area north of five last year beyond noah so uh that they could certainly use the help but uh it's just it's hard to pinpoint it seems exact timetable he threw in baseball have teams would come out and say we have a fiveyear rebuilding plan well i don't know if you need to have a fiveyear rebuilding plan any more i think if you have the right young talent he draft well develop well maybe trade well you know parlay of whatever trade pizza you have any given trade that minor offseason onto the right young talent it can come quick and uh i think in the case of the phillies the brave they'll be few teams have i don't think they're going to push the national this year but i think will just be interesting if that young talent joe answered caster vince mlb dot com uh more likely to finish second in the central brewers the cardinals oh boy i guess i'll lean toward.

"Twose varazdin owns and operates oath and they want to get people to yahoo so this is this is all a play for them to get people out to yahoo and get people going there to watch football become sort of a win for them it's really interesting because one of the things that's lost in these contracts when you hear about them and i i could speak a little bit to the nba for example the espn deal that so many people have talked about will it includes not only nba games for espn it also includes digital rights for espn highlight rights for espn's so that's why when we put together sports centre on snapchat were able to run a huge portion of mba highlights that are fantastic and it is what people that's why so many nba fans enjoy watching sports centre on snapchat because you can get the best dunks from the night the best shots from the night in a little bit of fun commentary in a fourminute sports center and joe answer my house well i i mean how the choice let that guy's name in katie katie nolan has no the other guy outsi yeah that guy nick someday it'll be no but i i think the one of the interesting pieces of it when we broadcast i was football we have a ton the college football highlights we cannot do that for the nfl because we are they have blocks on the way social media particularly on anything that's based app based how it can be utilized them where a highlights can be utilized by the nfl how how moments from games can be utilized so it's it's really interesting how digital rights become a huge deal vriesman paid over two billion dollars for a fiveyear deal that have digital rights because i think people believe right now that in the next few years we're going to reach the the the mode where.

"Yeah and a currency is basically it is aimed from money than actually circulates around as the medium of exchange wall so adept isshin bitcoin is definitely a currency i guess the one piece that i don't see is the store of value and on how does the fiat system store value well oprah's value entrust in the us government that's all it is not tied to the gold standard since the 1970s all the whole soda sasa i wanna i wanna give like a an anecdote so uh two guys meat on the street joe tells bob about the hamster he has for sell its pedigree aid and highly intelligent bob says he liked by hamster for his kit how much is at joe answers half a million bob tells he's crazy man is an intelligent hamster but half millions crazy they meet again the next day how you do with that hamster bob asks sold it says joe did he get five hundred thousand bob asks sure joe says cash no joe answers i took to two hundred fifty thousand dollar canaries okay so um you have this hamster those guys trying to sell 5000 abets ridiculous right okay two one guy and what to the other guy it seems fine and so he sold it and he's got to two hundred fifty thousand dollar canaries also ridiculous rang but but maybe not to the other guy so what's your point here so uh my point is that uh in order for it to be a store of value i think people need to agree that it's a store of value.

"I mean it it does some pretty bad s and it sounds pretty useful in in blacksburg having lake any you could do some really good campaign he had a can't opener flame throwers absolute but like transitioning a frank beamer offense to like a modern offense like yeah are going to be weird stuff like that but i feel like they have um let fewer glaring issues than anybody else in the division my name is joe answering the question i shut down full caps number one why you listen to shut down all cat the perfect college football podcast for me because i barely care about college football and you guys very talk about college football number two what irrational belief about college football you out i believe college football stupid because it dominated by the south anything should be dominated by the south unless its racism or obesity number three what will virginia text record v in two thousand seventeen judging by your show last week i feel like virginia tech is not that good of so i'm gonna say they're probably going to go like six and and something like that i'm not sure only games they play in college football but that sounds about right these out let's north carolina i really am going to i'm going to bed against north carolina this year for one reason i'm just going to take a game off with the dential in total because they they lost a national titlewinning coach over the offseason gene teaches it changes a national title holding.
