"Excited. I kind of miss it. Don't forget two guys in that window. They only had Packers bucks and that Jets game so he must been going nuts from 4 30 on yesterday. So on that game has already done at that point with anything no worthy is going to get his best effort from the Jets. Dolphins. Just hiss. That is your sound check. Red zone had itself a day yesterday. They're two different red zone channels, one for direct TV subscribers, one for everybody else, the one for direct TV subscriber, says Andrew Siciliano, who has hosted every episode of it every week of it since 2004 I believe, or 2005 yesterday was the first time he has missed a week of red Zone because he had tested positive for covert. I think earlier in the morning Kid had negative tests up until then, but then a positive, which is interesting. That Red zone is testing these guys every single day. That's amazing. I mean, you think CBS sports Radio's doing with us? L know So Siciliano tests possibly like Jodie, Matt, come toe work everything. Every test was the pilot. All these blower, a leaf blower. In our vestibule. Just Aaron. You're blowing your clean of germs on your way. Now, seriously. NFL network and red zone has a way higher budget and standards that we dio first. You feel good? Yep. Come on in. Come on in. Here is a survey. Yeah. Mariah's goes into the office. Like one time every four months. He's like, Do I need a has Matsuno? Don't know You're fine with that swab just just wiped down the desk. You should be fine. Meantime, Sicily was getting tested every two hours like he's inside the N B a bubble, so he hears a one ply paper talent. Costco brand life school have added down yourself. Eat the wife. That'll be good enough. Every day. Belotti shows up to work looking like Homer Simpson, the nuclear factory. Where has like that guy in suit holding gloves? Now I glow. Yeah, he's been at the office so long is glowing now. So Siciliano test positive, which means they gotta put Dan Helly into the mix so healthy ends up getting the first Red zone replacement start 15 years And then the late NFL schedule is clearing the deck for Rogers, Brady Packers and Bucks, which means there's only one game on against them, which is Jets and dolphins. And so once the Packers and the Bucks became a blowout. There was nothing to show for Red Zone they had, like an hour and a half of doing sideline interviews from guys Earlier in the day, I saw interview with Derrick Henry interview with Mika Fitzpatrick. We They never do that because there's always some action going on in the late window. They had nothing. They're just running highlights of the earlier games. They're showing like 15 uninterrupted minutes of a terrible jets and dolphins game. I mean, it was a rough day. So you're right, whereas Scott hands has got to go crazy because one fun thing happened in the Jets Dolphins game. It's unbelievable. I'm actually shocked, even went red zone. At that point. We had both games in New York, and it was just it was dreadful. I made a big ice cream run in the third quarter of Fox Packers. Once I saw Rogers was tapping out, he's said enough that I gotta get some crumb cake. Ice cream in me. What? So you got crumb cake? Ice cream. Well, see what happened? I got another apple pie third straight week with an apple pie with all these foreign visits, which I've done enough with the forms. Had another apple pie had no ice cream man. Open the freezer. So there's a local, you know, Fancy ice cream place and they make this great crumb cake ice cream system. We're going to the crumb cake on the apple pie wouldn't get real creative. Here. Take ice cream does have crumb cake, innit? Yeah, Like crumb cake crumbles within the ice cream. It's like a homemade ice cream parlors of vanilla ice cream with chrome taken swirled in kind of a little cinnamon flavor to it. We throw that on the apple by So I was gonna wait till after the books Packers game. Obviously, jet game was over. I made the run. Got there got right back on my couch for the time to was checking in, but I never do that during a window, but every game was out of hands. There's no need for red zone for me. I had to get that ice cream is a quick 10 minute trip, and, um it's the other way would be noted. I did hear Rich Ackerman doing the ion football with Jody Mac. That's a heck of a duo on Sundays and CBS Sports Radio asked not New Mariah's. This is been going on for eight years Act was making a huge case during that blowout of why the books of the best team in the NFC and pointed to their winds now over the Packers and the Saints. I did have to text back and remind him I know you might be going crazy to Jodi Mac. The box. It's not with the box did not win that game. One job and I was gonna have my eye on football. I got a text from act until, like, midnight going. I can't believe I made that mistake. So Morales Morales left the couch at an NFL Sunday for the first time in nine years. Finally here, our programming and the one thing that he heard what was the host of a steak, at least think of the bucks. Beat the Saints. What do you say this more in chief? That's you know, that's like Mike and Amanda Will Jodie Mac an act? That's a great Sunday show. That I mean that combo gets You guys are all watching Redstone. You gotta get back and Jodi. They're taking a flying around. We got guys in town, and we got guys in Miami that everything's happening, right? Regan Preview another Rams game. We got a lot going on, eh? You need to be listening to that because you don't even know that they did the show. I didn't know that they did show that it was not to listen. That's a power couple of good Sunday. Don't know to I'm with you because, In fact I was driving one of the weeks earlier in the football season and I really wanted An update on the games and I was only getting ESPN radio on my my radio. And they're they're just talking about games. They're not giving any updates really maddening. They're only discussing, like in depth analysis of games that already happened and I'm like, no, I want updates or what is happening like I need eye on football, so I'd a pop on the radio dot com app. Boom I on football had Zach and Jodi Mac giving me going. Live out the site giving me score updates its way better because I could get analysis anywhere anywhere..

"Bogus is not happy. No, not OK, so up to my trash now and I'd like to go back to Friday show because I was on vacation on Friday's show. I was on vacation last Thursday and Friday, and Morales and bogus sh We're able to take over the reins and co host and this was a big deal. Obviously, when the boss is finally green lighted US tow have Morales and Vogue's co host this show when I was out, you know you go back Throughout the annals of the show's history, Morales has never allowed to host the show It was too important of a slot for the bosses to trust more as him. So Kincaid was our fill in guy writer sometimes was a fill in guy J. J was a fill in guy. Jodie Mac was a fill in guy. We've had all of them even way back when Amy was a Phil and hell is where you're doing, Overnights. But now in 2020, this is how crazy things are in 2020. Asteroids, fire tornadoes, and Morales has finally allowed to host this show and not to pat myself on the back. But this has always been a goal of mine. I've asked the boss's throughout the years. I think morass deserves a shot. I'd like that the sound of the show to remain consistent. These are guys that I trust. These guys is part of the team. I want them to do the show. I want them to have the opportunity. And I want it for the listeners because they are familiar with Morales and bugs and the rest of these voices. And so I've always pushed for this. And finally in 2020. I got it. Finally. I got them the break. Finally, they entrusted my decision making to say Yeah, You know what? You're right. Arise, deserves a shot bogus deserves a shot. We want.

"We're going full steam ahead, even if two teams can't partake. I think, even in the NFL, I think the same thing would happen that you could have multiple teams have an outbreak that where they said you guys just can't play for the rest of the season, and they would still plough through. But there is the risk that if you get sick, you topple your entire industry. So for multiple players to go to an indoor place. Where everybody's touchy, touchy all of the same stuff. I mean, look. If any of you guys have been in a casino, and I'm sure many of our listeners have When I go to a casino. I know I'm picking up something. I've never been more sick than coming home from Vegas. Never. I've never had the type of virus or bacteria strain that I had when I came back from Vegas one time. I came back. It was like this is just absolutely just laid me out because what you're touching everybody's Kharja touching the same screens toe poke it. Those At those levers into poked those Cherries and those sevens and everybody's picking up the same glasses and your touching the same tables and used some people. That casino I mean, my God, they look like death anyway. I mean, they're already walking in with her oxygen tank and their cigarettes and their hawking up a black lung. Anyway, It's like Jodie Mac in a wig at one of those slot machines. You know, everything is disgusting. I mean everything. And then you just see all these bro hams that are just, you know, bro, hugging one Now there then you know their coffin on their their shirt there smoking a cigarette in there. You know, just all upon one another, and you just know that they're not washing their hands. They're coughing their season. Just everything is everywhere and it's indoors. And there's no Windows. Okay. Casino is made for no windows in the entire casino. You're not supposed to know what time of day it is that you keep gambling. It's the weirdest thing in the world. You know, you go to a sports book, like I wonder if it's no wonder it's dark out. I have no idea. It's the desert. It's a different time zone and the Clippers game is on. It could be bright light. It could be dark. I have no idea. They want it that way. There's no ventilation. There's no windows. Everyone's touching everything, and it's indoors. And what do you think is gonna happen in the casino? And the Cardinals? Don't have this excuse of all we didn't know. Everybody knows the casino is one of the worst places you khun go to. You might as well sit in your hotel room and lick each other's ear. I mean, this is basically what you're doing. It's a bunch of strangers in close quarters with no ventilation, touching the same stuff. I mean, come on, so Okay. We don't necessarily know the cardinals were in a casino. But there's multiple reports that they were. Yeah, they deserve to get ripped for this. Yes. Of course, they deserve to get ripped for this. It's stupidity at its highest form. Is it legal? Sure. Go ahead. You've got at the casino but just know that when you do, you're running a really high risk of getting sick or at least interacting with a lot of people's droplets, and you don't know what they have, where they've been. You might not be scared of getting it, but it's not about that for the Cardinals. It's not even about whether the card is gonna get really sick and or die. It's about if they test positive. They can't play baseball. And if they can't play baseball enough of them that they can't play a baseball season, and they can earn a paycheck. That's the big deal here, even about with the health repercussions are necessarily of course, you don't want them getting other people sick, specifically the elderly or people that are high risk or their family members or whatever, but this is actually about a business. And of course you can rip the cardinals for going to the dopey this place ever Just lick a Petri dish. If you want to go to the casino, you adults, you morons. Of course this is gonna happen. Of course. I mean, the worst idea ever. When we come back here on the show, we are stunned to a news, D a CBS Sports Radio Guy Sleep is so important, especially if you're up late watching sports that are back your watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. You're watching the NBA's return..

B. I think you're right about they should modify the distance because the I know they did it years ago maybe different tracks B. C. I think that three weeks ago to the day maybe for pricing was three I called up summers and I tried to make he complimented me I love racing it is much as you do forty plus years in self worth and I want to one I think younger people who have been abstaining or confused about sports betting and I understand that whole industry because I do work in a little bit but more horse racing is my passion I try to market that they should take an interest in the sport because it's a very good challenging puzzle to figure out there's people animals in it was the number one spectator sport in the fifties and then we got a shot here to get it back a little bit so yeah is the is the one thing here's here's the price it's both a blessing and a curse you can wager today they handled sixty million more I I forget what the final number why don't you go ahead I think it's like over sixty million dollars a day and will take ten million on about a month something like that right my body was texting me whether I'll see if I can find it for you real quickly but that's what they they had a a very busy day not off the charge busy when I thought it it could be a little bit bigger but it does okay the point is that the tracks no right to allow the people to bet and they want the people to bat through their apps port of their website the airports and the growing sports gambling websites are not connected to our partners with the horse racing gambling what no no no no it can it can I inject something on this Lee Churchill bought that America you know they're going to they're not the same portal book I guess my point and I well I don't want to get into the details of of arguing or because you're a good guy your Philly boy to live I know that so the board the book which I like the point I was trying to raise is is they are in science of racing is much more interesting than updating I just these younger people do not understand how exciting and fun and you're right being online indirectly the whole experience of Saratoga I know Martin pans said we got a run up there the purse structures different they gotta move everybody up there I I'm not in full agreement with that but I guess my point is racing is truly a fun thing to be at it is bring you find you find you find handicapping a talent and something that you enjoy and you want to get into what you want to be better than the other guy and the light I hope the millennial feel that way I have a fear and thanks for the call I gotta get to update here that that's one of the things that millennials like about sports prop betting and stuff like that you read the prop bet you think about it for five seconds you make a call you punch a site that it's good that it's a medium that it's something that you can do in that snap your fingers I'm not sure that that's what they're looking for in their wagering it's a challenge the time to sit down in front of a daily racing form or an echo base or whatever route form of information get your hands on and go to past performances and wait all these numbers and emphasize what you think is most important you.

"Stocks which might take seven or eight years to accomplish so by that I mean do the math by that time or thirty thirty one and owners have finally figured out don't pay the players that that much money when they had that age there's nothing illegal about it they just stopped doing it so this promise that the players were always going to get their payday if they just played through the system no longer exists because yours have cut off the top and and they still control the bottom end and that's what you know we talked about the idea of what can the owners give they could give a bump in minimum salary next year to the much to the first level players a significant raise in our first year salary that what is it down by sixty five seventy five I think it's probably a at the somebody wrote as probably Joel Sherman I think this is it what seven hundred eight hundred thousand would that be too much to ask for a first year player that could be something to give a negotiation what we will talk to Sean Clancy who is the owner of Foley's if you've been in New York it's a baseball bar and you might know that is there a popular baseball park if it's a bar and he's been there and any others who did this one as well we'll talk to Sean who unfortunately had to close down and well a lot of people in our industry it reached out and told Chantelle was sorry we are use which is one of thousands of businesses all over this country that even forced to shut down this time we'll get shots perspective on that in just a little bit if you're all I stayed there will get to you Peter Schwartz has updated the we're coming back for more one more hour until Jodie Mac eleven with.

"J. gray Jodie Mac always good to be with you my pleasure how are things up there in the great northwest these days well we're still a pretty well used to quarantine even though the numbers are down effect what I noticed yesterday they had eight thousand tasks and there is like a three hundred and fifty three positives so that's good but at this stage looks like they're gonna stay stay home or at least through the month of may they may open up something here in two weeks but at the moment it's pretty much the same but fortunately did a good job of flattening the curve in getting through it a little bit faster than most even though we were the first to have it out here right I think trending in the right direction and yes you guys got it started but it does it's good news to hear that things are going in the right direction up there in Seattle now for years I would see you at the NFL draft you did many a draft for ESPN I tell you New York for like years when I was doing radio shows as well so you are the radio side re S. P. N. on draft day you were closely tied to it for a long period of time would you think about this year's virtual NFL draft I can tell you it's so unusual as I did at about twenty drafts for ESPN dot TV and radio and so it's like it was so different and honestly this is the first time in four decades I actually did a draft from home because I live there at team site an NFL site or and or something like that or even go you know heading to the drop is like it was so different to do it this way but I thought it was a fantastic presentation I think it came off very smoothly and you can appreciate this too having been to so many grass with them having everything tied into the homes critically of the players and not coming up and shaking hands we didn't have that lag we have four and five choices already made and we have to hold off on who they were until Roger Goodell or Troy Vincent or whoever was going to announce that in at least by having it this way and I think what else to do for the future is that they'll probably bring in ten to twelve players will be first round picks you can have the handshakes then and then you have everybody else virtually locked in on a conference and so and I think that will work out better if you don't have that like we are missing the draft choices or waiting for the draft choices what do you think about the dell because all eyes were on him he was doing it from is home with his dad comfortable chair there and everything else and not only were people excited because it with yet NFL computation in actual action but everyone got to see Roger Goodell run the show like usually does but maybe even more so doing it from home what how do you think what you get out came off after the draft I think he came off really will help the only thing is as you know in the regular grass he only does one around and that's the first round and so now here he was doing two hundred and fifty five X. and you can see him thinking as the days were going on well firstly got all dressed up then of course I'll I'll came the sweater then I started to sit on his couch and then started to relax a little bit he started doing it takes on the couch so you can see doing the entire draft with a little bit taxing on them but again you know he was that one of the big ones to push to have the dress after you know coming and not and not moving it back and he was so wise in doing so so I thought he came off well certainly I thought that the players came off well it was so amusing just watching the other coaches the kids the general managers and the animals because weather is a cattle dogs everything else I mean I I was getting at least getting good grades to bill Belichick's dog for least getting some good picks in the third round he did well and look good on TV doing it and I agree with you back to Delhi came up it's just more of a regular guy he's the dean the data plan and power monger DFL and people take shots at him all the time I think he's pretty good at one of the most difficult jobs on the planet but he came off more as a regular guy so I thought it was a major win for him with their team in your mind it was a major win for right now which everyone needs to expect to do it when is included after the draft I hope most people understand this is quite tight tongue in cheek because nobody knows top five years down the road actually how draft play out but everybody wants your opinion on it what what what Jerry John Clayton opinion that someone did better than maybe most of the yeah you still have to start off at Miami because they started off the day with thirteen picks ended up with eleven so they get their quarterback into are you able to get a tackle and Brandon Jackson a slot cornerback with the three first round picks you can't go wrong when you have five picks in the first two rounds so I thought you have to give the edge to them but certainly you have to look at the Dallas Cowboys is going up a lucky but fantastic job because what the cowboys were able to do is get CD at the wide receiver position we are really going to help democracy the lamp kind of give them a little bit of a Dez Bryant type and you can see how the the the least adapted to him by giving him Michael Irvin's number eighty eight so that looks good and then you look at the rest of the draft you say wow how did this happen because get Trevor digs at cornerback in the second round they're able to get Belleville Gallimore a defensive Michael in the third round and they may have stumbled across a future starting setter in Tyler by a days and so I thought that they really had a good solid draft I give credit to the Chargers for moving up and getting Patrick Murray I think that helped them a lot you get Indianapolis the called the real good grade for coming back yeah they get Michael Michael Pittman at wide receiver the trade up for Jonathan Taylor and running back and then all the sudden falling in their lap could be the quarterback of the future in the fourth round match Jacob Eason yeah I'm not a Pitman guy but I still like to called strap around one two seven we're in agreement there John Clayton from ESPN seven ten in Seattle our guest here on CBS sports radio speaking of the draft classes in Haiti it takes time to actually find out who the winners and losers are I thought it was someone telling today that on the day where teams had to decide on fifth year options I'm Percheron draft pick from the two thousand seventeen class hamper the poorest ten top ten we're told yeah I know we'll catch play this as we go along that terrorized a lot of poor dear but picking up that fifty fifty option which passed on for two bits you went seven Solomon Thomas went third lender for Ned went forward Corey Davis when faith and John Ross who went nine bad draft or is this a sign of things changing in the NFL that they don't necessarily want to they don't want to make commitments to your dad if they don't have to they can always go down the franchise tag indoor transition tag route or they can move on from the player what do you read of half of the top ten for the two thousand ten seventeen class saying will decide later whether we keep you around for a fifth year yeah I I think what this is a sign of somebody or to see every five years because when you have a hundred and ten hundred and fifteen underclassmen applying to the draft each year some years you're gonna have a good classes up top and some years you're not and sometimes and I go back to the two thousand and thirteen graph and I remember talking to teams up there because there were so many pics that just did not work out with the with that Eric Fisher turned out to be okay he had looked so cool and then you start to go down the line and most of the time it's not a lot of those guys if they're still in the league they're making minimum salaries even though they were first round picks some years what happens is it's just not strong up top are you look at the two thousand seventeen draft it was great for running backs I mean you got Alvin Kamara Chris Carson running back in the seventh round I mean you were able to get chill mix in in there and so it was a good running back type of draft Christian McCaffrey was in that you know traffic what you find out is it in certain years it just as it doesn't fall right and so you're sitting there and you might trade up like Chicago you get Mitch Trubisky and then you turned out what I screwed up on that one because of the choices should have been the Shawn Watson or taking Patrick Mahomes and then you also look at the fact that if you look at the ones that failed and they were mostly on offense because really on defense Solomon Thomas that didn't work out Myles Garrett was you know obviously with the best pick probably in the entire draft Jamal Adams also certain years I think you get receivers you get some other choices on the opposite side of the ball and it just doesn't work out so sometimes you better not tank or you could end up with a year like that address like that for the five players who didn't get their option picked up on the opposite side of the ball good point by John Clayton quarterbacks drive the bus always do in the NFL or shortly after a very long period of time and that was the case on draft night and since including within the last twenty four hours the cowboys deciding to sign that the red rifle who was given his walking papers in Cincinnati we know we've come and don't want to go to be with ten feet they tried to trade him couldn't pull it off he gets his free agency and signed pretty quickly with the cowboys some people like Dez Bryant upset saying the cowboys it's growing dak Prescott now because it is you agree with that sentiment or was it the cowboys just getting themselves a good safety net if they could in case things went sideways to attack yeah it's just a case at a good price you're able to get a good quarterback to come in it really is kind of a no lose situation because clearly he's gonna be positioning himself to get a starting job and if he does next year then you know you're getting a third round compensatory pick as long as you don't spend whatever he gets in free agency next year so now I look at that as a real good choice but it was also telling from a couple standpoint because now here's Andy Dalton obviously you'd like to start obviously he was disappointed that the you know he was let go and not traded earlier or just let go so we can get so in the mix for a starting job but it was telling because this shores up to bill Belichick once cured Stidham to be the starting quarterback in New England it also is kind of telling down in Jacksonville because Jacksonville didn't really move on him and they had Jay Gruden whose offense of coordinator in Cincinnati back in two thousand eleven and they have Gardner Minshew is a quarterback is starting with them so I thought it was kind of telling but I think it was real smart of Dallas because now you get a good guy who's going to sit in the locker room very well no they actually get some kind of a deal that would back Prescott and then you just kind of set it up with Mike McCarthy to have them coached up and then get ready for the next move hi Todd night draft nights because it was both the first night and the second I could want first round pick one second round pick couple quarterback selections left me and here's the phrase I choose to use it's cracking and that was Jordan love to the Packers and Kaelin heard to the eagles for John Clayton which was more head scratching would you say both were or neither worried I'm over reacting now let's put this way that the Jordan loves trade up and selection had me scratching my head so much and again I scratched and more because they can't get a hair cut but I'm so it's almost crashed all my hair off goal was still bald for that kind of hear scratching that was there because it just doesn't make a lot of sense I get that I get you going to that draft the two positions you would say that the Packers did not need was quarterback and running back because they have the two errant's they have Aaron Rodgers they have Erin Jones so now what they do is that they come in they get Jordan log which gives the coaching staff now some leverage to change the offense probably against the will of Aaron Rodgers because now they get a big back he Dylan in the second round and I got a tight end H..

"Nobody these quarrels well I've got four hours to Jackie up about everything going on in the world of sports Bobby listen here's Jodie Mac it's that time of Sunday get together here on CBS sports radio how do we approach I hope good I'm trusting that that's the case I don't know that that's the case but I'm an optimistic guy so that's what I'm going to believe is out there for a majority of you I'm not going to say a massive majority because Hey yeah we aren't out of the woods yet you're truly comes out every Sunday night this is my yeah we can ship here on CBS sports radio I look forward to talking to all our loyal listeners on the CBS sports platforms and now are you yeah I considered some of you folks my friends most of you acquaintances says we have never met but some I've talked to enough on the phones over the last six years here at CBS sports radio yeah I go to a party to call your friend and you know I'm which can only the best for all my friends out there cute on which are the best perhaps a little everybody out there it will be another three hour get together in which we'll try and do the balancing act it's that kind of a tough task that we have and I only have to do it one day a week the guys were here every single day like Romeo and DA and tiki and Tierney and the whole crew I do have a much tougher task then I do these days because they've got to do it on a day in day out bait paces balancing where our country is that and trying to keep half an eye on the world of sports because that's what we do that we are all guys here on CBS sports radio Bridgeport's lifers and it we follow it we enjoy it we analyzed it we break it down we probably get to he did it by it but it is a passionate we all care and our passion has been given and not just that the guys who hosted shows here and gals who owes the coach here on CBS sports radio but all you sports fans out there as well you're going to you're missing it that's why the NFL didn't take large favor this week by giving us three days of coverage and man did I moan when I found out that they were going to three days of NFL coverage breaking it down from two to three inch stretching it out and put it in prime time and it's just such a money grab because I had gone to the draft so many years in a row when I was in New York every single year did killed while the draft was I'm going hi I was it acted draft inside the room for the draft eleven times in thirteen years and one year I did a double dip I didn't hardly help one broadcast outlet at slightly later show respect of broadcast outlets twelve shows eleven days after thirteen over thirteen year period any yet natural vocally draft history and then they started moving it to remote locations I stopped by when they had it and fill it out because that's not that far drive from my chapter of the home so I was able to see it didn't have to shell why didn't add capable of doing a show on the first night of the draft what it is but just the same to be there and be part of it I would first timers there as a non working member I had a press pass because I was a member of the press but I want to do it yourself so I yes I whined and moaned about them dragging out the draft over three days we are so starved ward's entertainment slash content and that's what the NFL gear is drafted because it's not actual play it's still electing a players who will eventually play in a future for their teams but damn did have me in front of my TV for three straight days where it's Thursday night and Friday and into Saturday as well and I thank the NFL I got a whole bunch of talk to him we're gonna hear them for the next three plus hours undergrad what actually took place how it took place how it all went down and I will surely give you the chance to chime in and give your thoughts on the draft I we want action packed day one with less trades than we're used to but it did pick up steam I think I got the hang of it doing a virtual draft in there a lot more draft day trades on day three then there were the first two days of the draft so we'll we'll break all that down for you one basketball note that I do think we have to get out there at the NBA is actually having conversations about re opening the NBA not naturally scheduled to get play games he had the regular season get a playoff in but can't get players back into specific jams depending on rules and regulations of where dusty pop right now yeah I do have a daughter to I. nat we will once again talk about the last dance which of course debuted last week the ten part cries I documentary of the Chicago Bulls the dynasty but a narrow focus on the sixth of the six championships that the bold one now will be airing tonight on ESPN a little bit later in we talked I didn't get a chance to talk about it last week it was on Sunday night that's what I'm on so I'll give you a couple quick thoughts about episode one episode two what we may be seeing tonight in episode three I'll give you my and I feel it's almost obligatory I get my position on giving information giving opinion on the corona viruses that I'm just a regular Joe just like you when it comes to sports talk I might know a little bit more than most of you not all of you because sometimes the college put me in my place pretty darn good but it's what I do for a living what I've been doing since I was a wee lad so I I can wait and look myself in the mirror be able to say I may be somewhat of an expert when it comes to the world of sports when it comes to the.

"On CBS sports radio it's not comparable there is nobody in the whole world well I've got four hours to chat about everything going on in the world of sports Bobby listen here's Jodie Mac so they get together here on CBS sports radio hopefully you're all hang in talk I I would love to say hopefully you're all well but with what we're dealing with in this country and have been for sneaking up on a month now think about it I will say for me today is corona interrupted state twenty four everybody's got their different time lines that they use for me it was the day that they shut down the NBA and immediately thereafter NHL and MLB eight I'm a sports guy this is CBS sports radio thank you for doing it by the way George back in with you that's kind of the day that I D. mark I did go to work again that weekend my first day of working from home was the day before St Patrick's day Monday March sixteenth so it all depends on where you want to say we really got hit upside the head by this corona virus you could market at several different points in our most recent past but the past is clinging to us right now nine dragging us down and making it difficult for us in our day to day lives and I applaud all of you out there who are doing the right thing I pray for all of you out there who have anyone who has been infected certainly the casualties that we felt as a country and a society are are the most cutting but even if you've just had someone who tested positive it had to go to a hospital or at the even self quarantine just the fact that you worry about that just to the fact that your not shorted self quarantine is going to be enough for them to get over this coronavirus as we continue to try and fight it and find an answer to it above and beyond just social distancing we know all our top medical minds all the top medical minds in the world are working on this right now this is not a United States problem this is a global problem so we know all the best people are doing what they can to try and get a solution to the epidemic to pandemic the virus that we are facing off against and I do my one show a week good chance talk to you all of you across the country we appreciate what do you tune it in on one of your great affiliates whether you're listening on our H. series XM channel if you are listening on the radio dot com app you stream the show have you maybe tune tonight thank you and I'm pulling for you and I'm praying for you and I'm hoping for yeah and I hope you're doing the same a one else out there because we're in this together if we're not in this together it's just going to prolong the agony and I don't know anybody who wants that and anyone who says they know someone who wants that I just pray that you are wrong please be wrong this is the toughest time that I've ever been through and oh by the way I was in New York City on the day the planes crashed into the twin towers I was working for our New York complete WFAN you part a lot of the WFAN people over the last several hours here at CBS sports radio some which I was working with at the time some of which have come on to the station after what transpired on nine elevenths the way that I drove to the station which at the time with that in queens now where WFAN and CBS sports radio is located it's mere blocks from the twin towers D. now single tower I often times when I have commuting issues with one of the lines to come in on path in new York's transportation system I will walk down to the east side of the old twin towers B. Google walk as a matter of fact it's nice to get a little exercise inspect wani twenty blocks eighteen block something like that not all of them along a couple of long couple more pretty short it's a matter of fact I am sure you should call a blocks but it is a good reminder of what we went through hello that tragedy years ago and my way into work at that point when we were out in queens right into where we are and may not not far from the side of the twin towers now is I used to drive through Brooklyn and there is one point where lower Manhattan where the Brooklyn Bridge Manhattan bridge across sober as you're coming up the Brooklyn queens expressway before you get to those two bridges you're basically a couple of hundred yards across the East River from the where the twin towers used to stand aside lived that day and that was as bad as it ever was worse than anything we're going through today I because this is something that is intermediate it's happened out over time it takes longer lasting time but it wasn't as horrific and tragic as that day so yes because I was in New York on the day of the nine eleven attacks that's certainly a day I'm never going to forget but again it was something that can't we dealt with we were able to come to grips with weak cold days we needed to cope and then we attempted to get on with our lives we can't even do that right now we can't get on with our lives we just have to stay in isolation and hopefully we can limit the amount of pain and suffering that people are going through when it's making you crazy when you're going not to hang around the house when you realize the things that you're missing out on and not being able to accomplish the price that you may be paying because all my it is have an effect on our country on people's lives above and beyond just whether you do or don't have the corona virus where you do or don't know someone who has the corona virus what do you have or haven't lost someone because of the corona virus because it's affecting us all because in trying to beat back this virus were all doing the right thing or most of us are and practicing propers social distancing and isolation and not taking risks not only for ourselves let's be very honest here folks most of us are doing this because it's what's best for us that's kind of the way of the world you gotta take care number one and number one can be yourself and your immediate family and should be but by doing the right thing you are helping others you are making it easier for other people to stay away to not pass it on to you you not pass it on to them you you are mostly yes protecting yourself and your family but every day that you stay home you put you don't know that you're not protecting someone else as well that you might not somehow become a carrier and then pass it on to someone else so I continued to praise you for your vigilance and continue to ask for your vigilance as all our leaders are these days I'm just your goofy buddy on the radio but it doesn't mean that I can't get one right every once in a while you know the expression a blind squirrel finds a nut in the woods every once in awhile if that's me at and you're a fan of the show and yet you know that I come on to entertain you for a couple hours each and every single week I'm glad and thank you continue to tune in and continue to I know this thing pay very close attention yeah I get stuff wrong all the time and we're gonna get into sports because this is CBS sports radio and I've been off for the last four days and I'm dying to talk about sports with you because I have my own opinions I run some of it by my daughter nine she's a pretty good sports fan I gotta give her props my wife doesn't care which one and believe me when I tell you I know my wife she is more concerned with us with the world with the virus if I asked my wife what she thought about the NFL draft going on in two and a half weeks from now if you look at me like I had three heads out when when I converted my wife we converse about other things other than sports I miss it I'm not doing as much as I usually do and I'm going to ask you to hop on my telephone lines at some point and shoot the breeze with me but it will be another combination show it's not easy I'll apologize to those who don't think I balance it well enough I either talk more about the tragedy that we're going through and what we have to do to continue to try and cope with hold that's not that far in the distant future we're going to be able to say we beat back the virus I'll apologize in advance because it's an imperfect science I haven't gotten any memos or emails from any of my bosses at the or varying outlets and I work at here's what we consider the perfect perfect balance we'd like to see you talk thirty three percent of your show about what we're doing as a society as a people continue to do the right to and sixty six percent sports because we aren't sports radio stations because dot that's why I work for all sports radio stations or fifty fifty or forty sixty I don't know they've given us leeway to try and balance it as best we can I thank them for putting their faith in me to do that I wish I knew the exact perfect answer I don't so we're gonna make it up as we go along again here tonight for the next two plus hours I do think it's good that we have sports as an escape it's not as detailed as it usually is as it could be right now we would be getting ready for an NCAA championship game tomorrow night that of course is not happening baseball would be a full week underway that isn't happening the N. B. A. N. A. N. D. B. E. R. NHL playoffs would be just getting underway that's not happening so we're missing out at least as per the calendar on a lot of great sports next week is the message you know I'm a bit of a golf geek all right not that I can play but I'd love to follow it have insight as to how the best guide to going and playing and what could make a difference on a given week in a given toward right now not happening.

"Jodie Mac you're not getting what you're on a Sunday CBS sports radio got a half an hour or so to play certainly would love to hear from you know my phone lines eight five five two one two four two two seven thanks those who said in tweets I told you I had a really good tweet as the potential it is Baghdadi tweeted today yeah little rejoinder interruptus there these two that I'm gonna read in a second I just want a answer but they are not going to top the previous leader and still leader for mac Daddy tweeted today but I do want to just put him out there for a sec are from the real Jimbo he said a mac man you said you talked to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle about the horrible bill o'brien but you didn't say what he said could you expand on that Walpole trade off played coach awful GM we're all heart broken down here I thought I did but if I didn't let me just quickly review all right John McClain said yesterday when asked how much pressure bill o'brien is under his answer was none that the relationship between o'brien and the owner right now is so strong that o'brien will be given a lot of latitude do you've won four of the last six divisions and they did win a playoff game this past year even though they did pull out one of the biggest leads in postseason history an unanswerable Bali and give up fifty one idea entered points they did the winner David didn't make the playoffs and they did what a playoff game so medley status per tutti eyes of John McClain he thinks that's what the owner's eyes are looking through it Brian I you and I choose real jumbo two more emphasized the mishandling of the de Andre Hopkins situation the blowing up that usually the embarrassing loss to the Kansas City Chiefs I'm looking more at that than the other factors I disagree with John he should know better than me he's there every single day probably does but I think I know what football the way National Football League teams react and the light if they go six and ten I think bill o'brien is done I don't think he can survive a losing embarrassing season after the end of last season and the offseason detection divide till this point are you also mentioned that o'brien has an outstanding relationship with deshaun Watson they're young stud star franchise quarterback which will help we'll chill them some I know for him to potentially save his job if we go six and ten I'd say no John McClain would say yes but we got to see the season play out and if they go nine and seven when a wild card make the plant maybe win a wild card game if you lose a wild card game yeah I'll take John it is worried that I can will get kicked down the road any evaluation will still go on and we get may get another year of bill o'brien coach and general manager or they could even try and split the baby and just making that culture bring someone else in as the GM that he would report to the other tweet I did wanna read before I go back to the phones come from denke Dann who said Jodi Mack Tom Brady is over rated and has been for years I guarantee you lets people care about this then the big networks are pushing everyone to believe I assume he means the big networks and me since I've talked about it plenty the entire trade after hours that show we've gone through so far the AFC north will go to the Superbowl this year one of their teams hash tag T. "Jodie Mac you're not going away on a Sunday CBS sports radio half an hour or so to play certainly would like to hear from you know my phone lines eight five five two one two four two two seven thanks to those who said in tweets I told you I had a really good tweet as the potential it is mac Daddy tweeted today yeah little rejoinder interruptus there these two that I'm gonna read in a second I just want a answer but they are not going to top the previous leader and still leader for thank god he tweeted today but I do want to just put him out there for a sec are from the real Jimbo he said a black man you said you talked to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle about the horrible bill o'brien but you didn't say what he said could you expand on that Walpole trade all played coach awful GM we're all heart broken down here I thought I did but if I didn't let me just quickly review all right John McClain said yesterday when asked how much pressure bill o'brien is under his answer was none that the relationship between o'brien and the owner right now is so strong that o'brien will be given a lot of latitude to use one for the last six divisions and the did win a playoff game this past year even though they did pull out one of the biggest leads in postseason history international football league and give up fifty one idea entered points they did the winner David didn't make the playoffs and they did win a playoff game so medley status per tutti Isaac John McClain he thinks that's what the owner's eyes are looking to wear with o'brien I hate you and I'd choose real jumbo two more emphasize the mishandling of the de Andre Hopkins situation the blowing of that you should lead to embarrassing loss to the Kansas City Chiefs I'm looking more at that than the other factors I disagree with John he should know better than me he's there every single day probably does but I I think I know football the way National Football League teams react and the light if they go six and ten I think bill o'brien is done I don't think you can survive a losing embarrassing season after the end of last season and the offseason detections of had till this point are you also mentioned that o'brien has an outstanding relationship with deshaun Watson they're young stud star franchise quarterback which will help we'll chill them some I know for him to potentially save his job if we go six and ten I'd say no John McClain would say yes but we got to see the season play out and if they go nine and seven when a wild card make the plant maybe win a wild card game if you lose a wild card game yeah I'll take John it is worried that I can will get kicked down the road any evaluation will still go on and we get may get another year of bill o'brien coach and general manager or they could even try and split the baby and just making that culture bring someone else in as a GM that he would report to the other tweet I did want to read before I go back to the phones come from denke Dann who said Jodi Mack Tom Brady is over rated and has been for years I guarantee you lets people care about this then the big networks are pushing everyone to believe I assume he means the big networks and me since I've talked about it plenty the entire great half hours that show we've gone through so far the AFC north will go to the Superbowl this year one of their teams hash tag T. P. twelve is a good respect said you were a sad little hashtag blood is general premise of Tom Brady is over rated how can the greatest quarterback of all time be overrated you got to quantify your stand a little bit better than just leaving it add he's over rated and has been for years if you want to say Tom Brady is not a top five quarterback anymore make that point or top ten or top fifteen last year he was rated the nineteen quarterback in started qualified in the National Football League so Hey you could even argue is further than outside the top fifteen I would argue given better team that give it better weapons he could still be better than that there's a lot of ways that you can figure out exactly where a guy slide since it is ranking in a given year in quarterbacks in the National Football League but he can't be overrated he's the greatest of all time is one more simple than anybody I've got in more trouble than anybody else here's what he is he's the goat so you can't be over rated when you say overrated I have to take into consideration his entire career that's what he's rated on if you want to say just for twenty twenty okay explain accent a better tweet Saturday more explanatory tweet is sorry Jimbo you L. "You can say I dad got a couple of decent I got and keep an eye on the Twitter for the last couple of minutes if I can get better but I got a a leader in the clubhouse for the mac Daddy we did today but if you can type in the last ten minutes and it off right away at Jodie Mac man J. O. D. Y. M. A. C. M. A. N. hi Mitch one of our resident ran Graham fans up with us on CBS sports radio I'll manage your injury thanks to Michael okay Xiao thank you you were too hard you are too high you grand but I mean I love the job thanks yeah I was gonna say it's not like I'm digging ditches here buddy yeah yes sure just rinse only wiki Broca's and follow anything girly is everybody's old St and on course thanks take Michael you got it girly as witty as C. isn't what he once was but he's still one of the better backs in the National Football League so I don't think they're gonna trying to squeeze him I don't think they'll threaten to cut him I think he's going to be at their lead back going into the season I think they want to keep follow but I don't know how would the rest of the free agents are going to shake out I know it's not a major intriguing offseason programs I don't see massive changes I don't see them trying to change the direction of the franchise I think they're going to stay the course despite having a bit of a disappointing season last year coded as two ball come back not have near as good season year after I'd that's almost standard operating procedure any NFL already and want to accept it or not to it's not just a coincidence that go back the last five years or ten years or fifteen years and you see that the team that goes to the Super Bowl and loses has a tough time the year thereafter it just's the trend is too strong to dismiss it so the rams will believe okay it was our down here and we're gonna come back at it with a lot of the same key pieces in place and take a yet another shot at it that would be my guess on the rams offseason their match David from buffalo's up on CBS sports radio a day Hey Jodie Mac are you doing the new I'm doing good man you know what as a bills fan I'm obviously not thrilled to Tom Brady's gonna be probably going back to New England but I get it for him I mean I think it makes a lot of sense because the bottom line is you know Brady is a guy that you know he he got stuck the military with with McDaniels and I think the key with that whole thing there is you know he's got to get more help around and you know going forward I mean he definitely took a step back last year I think the other thing that you see with Brady is all you know he he's the guy that you know he doesn't move like he used to solve I think you know the the bills or any other teams in the AFC no I think if they could be popular defense of wind that's the way to be himself to me I could see a one maybe two year deal with New England but he's got I don't think you've got more than two or three years what that very most right and at I think two is the Max deal he's going to get and the second year the patriots will be air time just comes back in by the time not only grabs him but picked him up and told him to the ground and all of a sudden you realize damn this guy just about all these still maybe the greatest of all time forty done previously but that's not the case anymore New England will be able to get out of it it's not going to be one of those where if they have to move on from him they're going to take a thirty million dollar cap hit of dead money he'll constructed contracted it's fair to him he's doing a lot of money this year but it's one that will give him a little bit of a safety net but also give New England flexibility when they have to turn the page going into the twenty twenty one season I think that's all he's got left I think this is going to be S. ones on I do you want to do your contract just in case he is Mr TB twelve any can be part of the time and he's actually a an odd time to time and he's not a human being the I. that's a possibility my guess is you Mandy is going to hit him between the eyes this year we're going to find out that he's just too old to be what he won twice but he'll we'll get a little bit of a a going away present in parting gifts in the contract but I I do believe we will be the patriot quarterback this year as far as how to go after him yeah I think you're right get on get on top of having teams they just throw the kitchen sink at him now Tom still got to get a bill to get the ball out fast he always has and this past year he still did his wide receivers weren't as good their overall system wasn't as good their offensive line wasn't as good that's why they didn't go back to the Super Bowl and shame on them for that they only go to disbelieve two out of every three years how dare they add that the best franchise in the last two decades in the National Football League it's not even close are you doing it they are that going away and Brady's been the guy pulling the trigger on all that and I yes bill Belichick will have a lot to say about a two day and conjured have put the patriots on a pedestal but their run I think the pedestal is is crumbling but I think they're going to go back for one more shot I I don't think you're gonna lie Brady walk away I don't think they're going to turn it over to teddy Bridgewater or Andy Dalton or someone else is back up because they are gonna take capita Brady goes elsewhere don't take a bigger Capri degeer then if they re sign him and then it's a two year deal and they have to make the decision to take a cab it next year I guarantee you twice no wonder going take this year so they're gonna stick with Brady's gonna get one more shot they're gonna try to beef up the offensive line they're going to help a guy like me kill Harry comes along after being a disappointment some of it due to injury don't tell a kid but he needs to be better than the was this past year as a first round draft pick and after all did Edmonds got one more guy good year left in him too much light Mr Brady I don't see anything drastic changing I think he stayed in New England yeah we'll hear Oakland come up again as a possibility the new stadium Jon Gruden I don't see it I'm sure over the next twenty four forty eight hours will rekindle the charges could go dared need to sell tickets new stadium Brady playing and Hollywood it has to happen yeah I don't think it's gonna happen we've seen at least as per reports the Titans as per action they went ahead and signed Ryan Tennille to a one hundred million dollar plus contract so Brady's not going there a report so I did the reports that were routed San Francisco could have been trays in him going there yeah those were rad throwing stuff at the wall and saw it see what sticks type stop what happened so those of you who believed in some of that I know my god damned from Danville loyal listener caller wanted no part of Tom Brady coming home you're gonna get looks like you're gonna get to keep Jimmy G. all these Jimmy G. is in good now but I doubt every site yeah I mean I'm not the biggest Jimmy G. fan in the world and shoot I question give me J. because I thought people elevated his status too much over games that didn't matter anything in the NFL couple years ago yeah darn good season for the forty Niners this year and because he didn't put up video game numbers like Patrick Mahomes didn't apply odds that somehow dropped him to not good enough to be a starting quarterback in the NFL in whose world not my world and I take guy Jimmy G. as the starting quarterback for my team if I were an NFL franchise so let's like he's staying put there I will have a lot of smoke I don't know how much the marriage will get involved but when push comes to shove I firmly believe that Brady is going to end up right back in New England playing for bill ballot check for one more year we are definitely at the stage where Brady is a year to year decision not only for myself but for the knowing the patriots but they will sign him to a contract it will be at least two years but the only thing that will be guaranteed aside from like forty million dollars will be that will be the quarterback of the patriot in twenty twenty but not necessarily twenty twenty one hi so I hope you enjoy the week of the National Football League talked with your sports fan out there and you're not an NFL fan it's going to be rough going because nothing is going to be changed or said about D. E. N. B. A. nothing else is going to be sad or changed about the NHL baseball will see what teams decide to stay in their spring training outlets how many players stay how many players take D. a suggestion of Major League Baseball and go home and spend time with their families I guarantee you teams are trying to set up availabilities for guys if they want to get some work in at facilities at their ballparks are outside their ballpark don't trying give the players every chance to stay fresh but they're not going to do it in their spring training homes actually still be some baseball we talked about but not a lot I hope you're an NFL player but there is a legitimate NFL news to be talking about with free agency kicking in this week first starting with the legal tampering and then the actual signings come Wednesday because they did get the collective bargaining agreement done so deems know what roles they'll be playing under and yes we will have some activity in the National Football League which is better than what we get out of our other sports so well hopefully you're an NFL fan and you can enjoy hi Dan I'm running out of time years old Billy Jack what do you mean that jump jump sounder a couple of good day emails bunch people checked in today I thank them all but I will acknowledge Cole whose Twitter handle is at may be next year in Cleveland is a Cleveland fan he's got a Browns helmet is is that Twitter icon but it's not a Cleveland and related tweet well I guess I could make it into one I thank Jodi Mack man my daughter is N. B. A. play their season in the post season like March madness since March madness was canceled late all thirty two teams and call there's still only thirty teams in the NBA I saw thirty two is going to work I'll play in one game would be fine as hal yes got no chance no shot now I if you follow Spencer Dinwiddie on Twitter nets guard Billy Jack does I know that he had an interesting layout for it yesterday put it up on its Twitter it would be somewhat by Cole is talking about where all thirty two teams do get it twenty seven twenty eight twenty nine thirty would play play in games just like the NCAA tournament as teams sixty five sixty six sixty seven sixty eight and then the second round of the playoffs certain teams best record how Baez could shed could wait around that I'm sure the jury two out of three and then folded into sixteen teams making it like they usually do the playoffs that I could sign on for if you can make it really hard for the worst team in the NBA to make the playoffs to advance in the playoffs okay fine but they shouldn't have the same shot as the Milwaukee Bucks we're going to finish up with the best record they should be some advantage for the team that ends up winning the most games but it's an interesting way to look at it so well call I appreciate your contribution I don't know how many teams are in your league they're called is the only thirty any NBA thirty do any NFL thirty any N. B. at you got another all right down I'm running out of time here do me a favor this week even if you're of the mindset that the country is over reacting to the corona virus just be a mensch do the right thing take care of yourself because if you do that you're taking care of others even if you are not a U. personal looks at yourself as being critically harmed by the corona virus if you contract it you don't know what you're giving it to I just put all your reservations and concerns and the fact that you think you're being hoodwinked aside take a week do it right practiced social distancing it's not going to kill yeah it may save via and it's going to put a dent in your life for your behavior for a week let's do the right thing this week and see where we're at a week from now just a little helping hand from the body Jodie Mack and I pass it on to Billy jock and man as well please avoid it may not be stomach issues for me it's intense gas or pain or diarrhea sometimes all at once over and over I spent years with the symptoms but could never figure it out no matter what I did they never went away so I decided to break it down for my doctor and get really specific about my symptoms we discovered that exocrine pancreatic insufficiency or EPRI may be the reason for my stomach issues E. P. eyes caused by my pancreas it leads to diarrhea gas bloating stomach pain unexplained weight loss and oily stools the symptoms just don't go away but he P. I can show up with even one symptom the good news API's manageable but to get to the right diagnosis you have to break it down for your doctor and get specific about the severity of your symptoms visit identify EP I dot com to learn more and use.

I will read it I will rate it I will rank in it if it is the best week to Daddy Mack tweeted today I'll read and share with the class at the end of the show that's up to you you got to send it to me at Jody Backlund J. O. D. Y. M. A. C. M. A. N. Allinson jerseys up on CBS sports radio Alex Hey Jerry how are you very good question of the question or the break is Stephen Ross about it that's not bad dolphins are a team is trying to go we build he's not on willing to speak he he picks and chooses his spots when he decides to take a stand and this could be one he chooses I like it that's pretty good suggestion hello sports so it's funny because I actually turned me up yeah the horse racing a little bit actually you're free to hold all the time it starts to make a killing the mountaineer but for the first time the dog probably since I was about maybe twenty I'm thirty one now so probably about eleven years actually put more stress on for them watch for sure okay yeah I'm a fan of the game and I I play from time to time I'm not day everyday player I don't follow up but weekends I've usually got to big races on and I'll put a couple of Bucks Satan and just add a little interest to it it's still a good sport I didn't get a chance to win well we didn't we didn't punch reports raising gas I'm gonna get one later tonight and they got a pretty good scandal going couple of trainers have been getting away with the uses of PDD PD's with horses in both Florida and New Jersey Jason service the trainer of last year's Kentucky Derby winner but disqualified maximum security just won a race over in to buy twenty million dollar purse the horse has tested positive for illegal performance enhancing drugs there's just spending but licensed both Horry Navarro traded down Florida Jason service who's got some top flight horses the it's it's not getting the play that it did Major League Baseball when individuals we're doing it because trainers are always looking for an edge always finding a way to try and keep the game they quite two very prominent trainers and it's a black eye for the sport I have to make it go away now I'm not to drop it down another notch in the consciousness of the overall sports fan it may be and it comes at a bad time because yeah they have the ability they feel that they can protect their people I'm tracking continue to compete just by taking the spectators away and truth be told some of the tracks on a day in day out basis don't get that big a year crowd to begin with anyway so they can continue to run their support and they don't rely on they don't need they don't have a big fan base to lean on to be a it would charge them to get into grazing days but they need to support because it generates the revenue that it does to wagering they don't run nobody's making any money so that's why horse racing is still ongoing at this time when other sports are in a corona virus outbreak do not hang on here on CBS sports radio got Dan and ed when I come back love to add to that mix hit me up at eight five five two one two four two two seven bye to me our CBS sports update Todd what do you know Johnny fast sports way all right Jody is a hall of fame coach he's been to seven final fours he's the only coach to win a national championship at two different schools but he's also the only head coach who was fired following the FBI's investigation into pay for play recruiting practices and now Rick Patino is back coaching college hoops hired as the new head man are you owner but you know coach loophole for sixteen seasons but was fired in October of two thousand seventeen and spent the last year and a half coaching increased meanwhile the cancellation of the NC double a basketball tournament has left a number of story lines in its wake records for example was twenty eleven entering the big ten tournament and closing in on its first NC double a berth since nineteen ninety.
