"I. Got my first part hundred restaurant. Now at school people always talk about people it's just the way it is even old older people they talk about people not necessarily embattled the good way they do but I realized that if I build an individual relationship with each individual person. Then Not GonNa talk about me. I'm not there because we have an individual connection you that you're betraying your friends say speaking about your company speaking of employees. So many companies whose slag off big companies they work for less. You say virgin slag off Richard Branson, he's not even at the top for goodness sake. Yeah. But there was slacked off care about US whatever. Because you don't understand, you don't see it but Richard spoke to every single person. You'd like your sensitive slacking off a friend or a neighbor. So getting. To know, each individual person is so crucial but what will says it would be easier to. It'll be easier to be more in harmony with say, three hundred Conrad's than is to make a billion humans in harmony agreed. I think what you're saying is you disagreeing? It's when you make some people. Happy. There's somebody unhappy and then you're saying how you disagree because when you're in the military, whatever you a somewhat more in harmony and I was gonna say that's because there's less people to please as opposed to trying to please the whole world and that's why trying to make everyone. Happy it's hard than. Yeah And then I get that and. My point is I think what? The right right leadership and the right message you can do a better job you can I think we can do a better job at bringing. The Globe together and then then we're doing I just think we can we're gonNA make everybody happy absolutely not. Absolutely not that's what makes us unique. That's what makes this globe so unique as the unique individuals but at the same time, there's got to be a voice of reason, and we look at the people especially in America that we hold up as a spiritual leaders and as political leaders and one comes to mind and Martin Luther. King Right Martin Luther King in the sixties, his message, his inspiration, his ability to communicate his ability to give hope. Hope and I often say in business hope is not a strategy to make money because you have some bird. But having people say that there is there can be can model like be better can get out this ghetto can I do things cannot do that we've got to have leaders that as long as we're going to occupy this planet, we need leaders being able to say, yes, we can. WE'RE NOT GONNA make everybody happy but we..

"Whole cycle starts again before man became too smart and had all this medicine and stuff like that people would die from flus like let it's the way that the world recycles it gets rid of the deadwood to create new life. Now man thinks that we are the most amazing species on the planet and we wanna live forever we want to protect humanity just like if a lion sees another lion about ski and by a say a Buffalo, it will come in a common help it. What's happened is that we've all come together and because we're so close together everyone's problems are becoming everyone else's problems. Now we've okay. All right individual problems but everyone else's problems come first because it's easier to say somebody else should do then is to go deep within ourselves and find our own problems and so life just continues and people forget where they came from and then. We we feel powerful is that we wound pain and Magic Thorn in your hand and he pressed four and he filled up pain. There's a there's a power of trying to find a way. And there's a power of trying to find a way to get that thorne out and therefore we feel one sec. And, and then we feel like we've achieved something we found a way to get the thrown out right but then other phones just keep coming in. So we don't stop. We don't find reasons why those thorns entered a body in the first place in the from opening again, it's almost like a dog it will purposely throw a ball into the water in order to find it appropriate dig Abo- barrier in Enor- define debt, and I was like I saw a doctor this on he was throwing into the water and then trying to big it and find out. What the Hell is he doing he's done that twenty times now and I realized something as you said, he has a purpose at that specific moment. If all we have in life is a purpose because really no purpose just back terrier that's evolved any and everything what the hell do we do and the answer is well your hair. So you must be something find a purpose and interestingly enough before we arrange the do this I did my first individual podcast by myself I just simply turn on the Mike and Speak and the very first thing I said was. Every day I ask myself what is the purpose of life? And asked myself voice Pappas, and I say there is no purpose. Our purpose is to find a purpose and the other day I was in the walk in my family I've been teaching my movies this energy powered.

"I know how to use those with Jim white in any out on talk radio six eighty WCBS thank you for joining us this morning I hope you're learning as much as I am number we talk about self hypnosis I think you have me a little bit careful about it that there might be some others involved if you start doing it on your own right well thanks for bringing this back to the subject yes one of the things you want to do is be careful because if you don't know when you're in hypnosis and when you're not so you always want to make sure you awaken yourself you think well member I told you count backwards five zero whatever you decide do it because you're going to get so good at this that probably within a month or so now this isn't something you learn and you just you have it and the you don't practice it this is something that needs to be practiced now when you start make sure that the you have nothing around here that's going to interfere the the baby's taking care of the stove is okay and things like that you shouldn't do it for anymore maybe ten minutes at a time twelve minutes that's that's enough you can accomplish that and just a few minutes what would take hours of sitting there relax your foot relaxes relax that now what happens is you got to be careful of a negative suggestion suppose the phone rang and he didn't open your you know tell yourself that you're wide awake or alert and somebody calls and says something like go well let's go up to New York and somebody says well you know New York and got all like crime up there it's a big city and that that that that that you've got to really be careful of their well that's a negative and if you're in a state of hypnosis you hear it it's like you're wide awake you hear it but when it comes time to go to New York you might have the feeling I don't think I really want to go love to see that play it's you know if you're going up to see a play or something because I just don't feel comfortable about it I thought I think I'd rather not go that's changing your behavior and changing your life and you don't even know why it's just that you don't feel comfortable in doing it so and you don't and got to be careful when you do have notices that you're not going to be influenced by anything and you always awaken yourself I'm telling you have when you sit down you will look at your thumb yeah you do that do that about maybe ten fifteen times different days until you get it down and and why you're in hypnosis to say well the next time I want to go into hypnosis I'm going to sit back and would take two three deep breaths and the third one I'm going to blow ray real slow and as I blow away I'm just going to close my eyes and just float and let go and every time I let my breath Adams is going to think I'm going deeper and deeper and I'm floating wait Leslie effortlessly if you wanted to be a good hit men to sit down with a piece of paper and write down how many relaxing words you know you know a relaxing words very serene calm Gisele Franklin yeah blacks Eddie's peace of mind lots of time to live these totally relaxed way deeper sounder you know these are all words and then make up an induction that brings all these words in your mail go to a scene something that you like what do you like you like the ocean view Alaska mountains that you like your shin okay so you pick yourself stand at the water's edge down at the ocean with the ways are just coming in and covering your she the tide's coming in a little bit and each wave washes a little bit of sand out from underneath your feet that to sort of have to keep adjusting your big every time the wave comes and it seems like you're going deeper into the sand and look out at the ocean and at the horizon you'll see little tiny ships little wispy smoke coming out of the stacks you know and you know they're very big in large bit looks of tiny eve I look at the clouds maybe a couple caught me wispy cotton the cumulus clouds cirrus clouds numbers clouds up there and just enjoy it look down the beach to see the the sand dunes with the long grass that this waves in the breeze and if you look at the way it's just noticed that the same wave breaks all the way down the beach watch out does that and so when you get into your chair in your home you can picture yourself there look at the sky look held deep you can see in this guy is it daytime this at night time yeah I when here or in the city there's so many lights around but boy when I traveled out west I got all the in the desert I got way off and that it does it no traffic lights not nothing around you can't believe how beautiful sky is and it looks like it's a cloud up there but it's not a cloud with all these terms the absolute so stop orders that make it look like a cloud city people they don't they've never seen this yet so unbelievable but then you just close your eyes and imagine you're there I am doing that right hello yeah he don't worry before I leave on the way can you okay see hypnosis is a different state of mind you can feel like you're awake go back to the television show or to the stage hypnotist and these guys a walk around on the stage and they have hallucinating different things and doing different things they're not asleep though hypnosis is called sleep but that's a Greek word hip nerves okay but this not sleep it's an altered state of consciousness were you can take away so many things including pain well and the stress and tension and just let it go you know so I'm gonna miss it I'll probably keep practicing in my house a little bit I'm sure you will but the yeah I'm going to miss it it all these years well the next segment we'll talk more wrap it all up get ready for next week.

"Aside who gets it does seem outsi council dole we've spoken about stories that everyone was talking about this season but how about those stories that not everyone was talking about because they went slightly under the radar i'm gonna get a little in my high hopes here for wayne rooney in defence of him because i think he's had quite a tough season all rammed i mean who who knows what they will end up his boyhood club everton by the end of this transfer window whether he'll go to china i think it's safe to say that his future at manchester united doesn't look like it's it's going to have much likes to it no this morning oversaw onto bryan robson and roberson was being the diplomatic about the whole thing lindsay but e e were saying if the if he could have his way he would warned rooney to remain at old trafford but the point is is there any point and wayne rooney sing old trafford no i ain't going to play is not going to play it'd be a bitpart player he already is a bit power play and it's a shame it's a shame is ended late this could he do a job elsewhere sure definitely that the one thing that we've we've perhaps seen off the back of such tragic stance the manchester and he has got some more positive press because his of his generosity and this has been in the papers i have read quite a lot about the fact that he's given a hundred thousand pounds to the victims of the manchester bombing but what when under the writer i felt was his generosity earlier this season now in january there was a huge story because he gave a million pounds from his wayne rainey foundation to four different charities of which one was the nsp say he does it.

"You know this is you know about the game being one ole with 25 minutes remaining and then suddenly all hell breaking lays the gates opening at both ends and i can tell you from people who i know who reported at the game it was as exhausting for approaches hoover emotionally shuts it at the end of the game as it was for both sets of fans of cool swansea went out in the end but it also of course sums up what was wrong perhaps without empowered j and big bob bradley and for me big but bradley will opportunity not for bob but it didn't carry on looking for much longer today he just for me was was never a good fit its ones aaa and foreign policy will that kind of epitomises what happens when you have a club he reaches the desperate situation early on in the season i am and then has to make a cool and they made a cool of course with some of advice from enough on ball broadly for my point of view is a broadcasters dream because they spoke to me a len when he arrived at the scene and he was terrific he was terrific calling it the way he saw it and he was graves a similar to kill it most americans are and he spoke to me the d after he got sankt on that that was something else how many managers would do that i mean properly he would admit if he this time it would he do it differently appear this time again probably yes but he was great years accessible eight years willing and he was informative pulling up the other day when clement and swansea managed to stay up and i'm pleased that they have who send me an email please congratulate the guys big bob are there was lovely it was lovely broadcast that an author is rare the you come up against somebody as fairminded as i'm bob is that did he have it no you didn't it was a shame we didn't.

"Formulas either aiming for me however you'd vow okay then they want to give all the podcast i think may day and i'm going to get started that me the favorite story this season coming off the back of you talking about big manages in tight talking about marina and watch over in particular because in a season that we had all the talk about managers coming into it it was all about quality osceola it was all about managerial seasonal superman asia yeah absolutely especially in the northwest in the northwest area where the marine you're going to united impair going to city it was interesting earlier on i mentioned this to you spoke to the new majority shareholder everton for had machete and he doesn't do interviews and when he did he absolutely not or with some of the things he said so we said united in the city of those to liverpool get club he said we suddenly realise at everton we had to go hollywood because the other three in the northwest of gone hollywood so hollywood to them constituted kermit he was the next best thing on that's why the the ruled in government on big wages six million a year but despite not hollywood factor it was actually london's and that produced the winning team for the primary league season and it was container that was the manager coming into the league that by no means as inexperienced he'd won so many titles the conventis very wellknown not say well known to capture average finding england's but i think he certainly is now he added rail impacts and you talk about patino everyone loves putting identified is there anyone that doesn't like patina i don't think so he is he is everyone's favorite manager mascot yes guy nice guy too but i have to say with all of that.

"Wallet watch car is the law it so that was a very undignified unrefined moment but now there have been a few have turned up in the old on a on occasion the order location that was wrong when it was due to interview somebody and i'm looking for the guy and waved the guy they never to be used to get that right i was never agree one for details and as you know you ghettos know to be in this business details imported bit for me it was again ah they pass me by a law if this is quite a revelation coming from the at the king of transfer deadline day the details can pass you by sometimes when after speed terminator about about carefully at carefully admitting that gets will let you think i am very gulf uunless listing believe it or not to serie gorgeous women schulkin about football now football and women i'll leave it with the we're gonna start off day talking about favorite stories of the season it feels like such alum one in fact i think is slightly longer than last season by week have you felt that week it's a really good question wanted a sally felt it to be a very long season i would say that is good may be tv and radio commitments have brought our burn a personal basis for me but it has been long yet and then turn of the year i found myself i don't know you guys have talking about chelsea the name is on the premier league title the inevitability of chelsea and only towards the end there was maybe a slight chance that somebody else was going to come into the equation and that somebody else who's tottenham but i found it long enough found the gang or the finishing line over suggest to you if it's tough getting over the finishing line than it has turned out to be a long season and it has been long yeah it seems long but it is been eventful to say the least of it i mean some of the stories open in there have been absolutely incredible association ahead nazi when it when i see guardiola manchester city in a see marine you're manchester united the big.
