"Knowing full well that, for example to Biden, people who are electors or state representatives. Clean the status. They didn't take them off the walls. They didn't do a thing. But when it came to counting absentee ballots in the fall that didn't even have Addresses on them for witnesses. They went to the Internet. They called up friends. They did whatever they had to do to filling in because now contrast those two things and by the way. They're not allowed to do that which I just described when addresses missing under the statutes and in the former case there specifically directed to do it. That's when you know that in this instance these people were not doing their job and those ballots can't be counted. It's It's remarkable the number of issues that are there the 6000 absentee ballots counted that were you know, contained in incomplete and altered ballot envelopes. More than 17,000 ballots collected by hand in direct contravention of the statutes in Democrats sponsored events in Madison. It's September and October that amounted to early voting before the window was open for early voting, and I I don't know how the clerks there can say with a straight face that they could run early voting in over 200 locations in the city of Madison, not once but twice and claim it was legal. They're even even work to make it even more abusive. In the spring, the governor Asked the Legislature toe to that he's tasked an executive order that said, We're gonna allow drop boxes were going to allow the very kind of events of democracy. The park is And the Legislature went into special session. And rejected it. And the court said those orders can't go into effect. You have to do it by legislation. Okay? Struck down. He tried to do it. Legislature goes, says You can't do it. A court says You can't do it. They do it anyway. With all the drop box. Look at what they did in Madison. I mean, you can't get a clearer statement of what the Legislature and what our laws means. Then you had in that circumstance, and yet they went ahead and did it anyway. And as I said, you know, our state Supreme Court. Didn't answer the question whether that was right. They just said You can't talk about it. We're not going to tell you an answer. The electricity. I mean, that's what's so galling. Is that Democrats. It's not that we win and lose legal arguments. You know, I've represented plenty of Democrats and plenty of Republicans in my career. What? It's that a court would be so coward. What they would do is they would say We're not going to tell you what we think. We're just going to say you don't get to talk about it. And you wonder why people distrust this election because they're doing that everywhere in the country. They don't answer any of the claim. They don't answer any of the affidavits. They don't answer any of the evidence. They get Democrats, judges. Say you're too late Latches applies. We're not going to talk about the substance. That's why the U. S. Supreme Court's gonna look at this case very carefully. Because that's unlike what we expect judges to do. We expect them to me hard decisions about facts, not decisions that say, I'm not going to talk about I mean my final few minutes with Jim Troop us. He is President Trump's attorney, the lead counsel in Wisconsin, on a decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court that was filed yesterday with the U. S. Supreme Court. For an appeal there, Jim Troopers, You were asked last week to go out to Washington to testify in front of US Senator Ron Johnson's committee, which you did. Help our listeners who are not attorneys and 99% of them of us, including me. Help us understand what to look for me. What? Literally? You filed this thing yesterday. What literally happens now, what should we be watching for? When should we be watching? Help us understand this Short, so likely within the next 48 hours. The court will rule on a motion to expedite, so that's emotion that we made to the court that said, Hear our case right now. Don't put it on a normal schedule to be 60 or 9420 days. Then we said, we'll waive our right to briefing Just go toe aural argument, so watch what they do, They could grant the motion to expedite. And let the party's respond. And then there would be oral argument before the sixth of January so that the Legislature here could appoint different electors. If that was the decision of the court or or other relief that we've asked for so watching the next 48 hours. The motion to expedite granted. If it's granted, then you're going to have immediate decision making between Alan Generous six. The second thing you should look for is if they don't expedite the case, then the Congress is going to address the question of whether Wisconsin electors Should be recognized that are the Biden electors or whether the electors that are the trump electors should be recognized. So what everybody should understand is In the six states that are in question. There are two sets of electors in Washington. One set is Trump. One set is Biden. They voted the same way. Uh, early in December. They are legitimate. There's a decision out of Hawaii that actually verifies that from 1960 so watch and see what the Congress does in terms of recognizing Different slate than the Bidens slate in those six states..

"Disguise and Senator Ron Johnson. Held a committee hearing and DC yesterday, looking into the issues that I spent the beginning of the show, highlighting Nobody else is. Yes, people like Mr Belling others on this station. Few Republicans both Locally and in D. C, but that's that's it. Democrats and their allies in the media. Want us just to move along? Stop tonight. In reality, Joe Biden will be the 46, president of United States. Will vote fraud isn't an issue. Whether it is or it isn't it's not an either, or Yes. Acknowledging that Uncle creepy will be sworn in next month doesn't mean that vote fraud didn't occur. I've laid out as have others how the Wisconsin Elections Commission just put the ball on the tee for it to occur in this state. Wasn't enough for Trump to win Wisconsin. In other states to give him an electoral victory. Don't know. We may never know. What I know. Is that more and more people continue to peel back the onion. Her eyes are watering. They're starting to see how the 2020 presidential election clearly was tipped in Joe Biden's direction. That's undeniable. One of the witnesses who testified. Guy named Jim. True piss. One of Trump's attorneys. He's also a former Dane County judge. I believe He spoke at this committee hearing on voter fraud and irregularities and then highlighted some of the arguments made in court challenges. In Nevada. Pennsylvania. And Wisconsin. He was just part of his testimony yesterday on Capitol Hill. Uniquely, we are able to examine actual envelopes that contain the ballots. Are submitted by absentee voters. This allowed us to identify by person by address by Ward. It's not conspiracy. The real names are in the record. And here's what we found. We found that there were incomplete and altered certificates. These air the certificates on the front of the envelopes that have to be exactly done correctly under a lot, if not Those results may not be counted. How many of those more than 3000 of those identified by person were nonetheless counted, even though they are clearly invalid under the law. Second category. Initials of Clerks are placed on all of those envelopes. Why? Because the clerk identifies it have having been properly received and identification is provided. That's the check in advance of the election. What did we find more than 2000 off those ballots in Dane and Milwaukee County had no initials at all. Nonetheless, they got count. We also have special laws in Wisconsin with regard to voting in advance. We do not allow advance voting we allow in person and and other voting as absentee, so anything before Election Day Is under our absentee rules. What did the city of Madison do? They created a system where people could arrive at a park. Hand in their ballots in envelopes. Five weeks before the election. He also created boxes. No controls it all just boxes on corners that you could throw the ballot in no attempt at all, and our statutes explicitly say they're only two ways to submit an absentee ballot. In person. Or delivery to the clerk's office. That's it. Nothing else is loud. And yet the city of Madison we had 28,395 I'm sorry, 17,271 ballots in this category that we identified. There are tens of thousands more because they co mingled the ballots afterwards, so we couldn't identify. Each one that may have been properly cast. Then we have an interesting category called Indefinitely Confined. These are people which the statue to read from the statute by age, physical illness or infirmity or aren't disabled indefinitely. Among those claiming this status so they don't have to provide any identification. Among those claiming this status is one of the electors for Joe Biden. He's dead who said I can't get to the polls. We have poll workers who claimed it. We have people who went to protest people who had weddings. People who had vacations all claimed this status. I can't get to the polls. So they were able to vote without identification. There were 28,395 people we explicitly identified. Finally, there are other categories. Which as much as 170,000 other ballots were submitted without any application. In fact, they considered that certification enveloped the application, though a separate applications required by law. Three million people properly voted in the state of Wisconsin. More than 200,000, identified during this recount did not. But those votes got counted and our statute says they should not have been. That, in our view is is a state. Our election in Wisconsin. Thank you. That's Jim Troop is he served as the lead attorney for President Trump here in Wisconsin, highlighting yesterday. On Capitol Hill Exactly how so many illegal votes were cast. With them overwhelmingly supporting Joe Biden in the lead up to and on Election Day. Some points to drive home. 3000 invalid votes were counted. 3000. That's what they know off. 2000 ballots had no initials as required by law. They were counted and this came from predominantly Milwaukee and Dane County. Guess what? They were in favor of Donald Trump. When it comes to the fraud in the park. There were 17,271 votes that were also counted, which again are illegal. The only way you can vote absentee is either in person. Or by physically bring it to the clerk's office. This happened over the course of two Saturdays in September before absentee balloting by law. Is allowed in the state of Wisconsin. These aren't conspiracy theories. These aren't wishful thinking. This isn't rationalizing away for President Trump to win Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes Thies are documented. Joe Biden won Wisconsin by 20,000 votes. No, I want the Whitewater but 17,000 bust 3000 Plus 2000. Well, look at that 22,000 votes and as true pissed, mentioned those 17,000 votes of what they were able to figure out. In Madison because they were all dumped into the big pile before they had a chance to figure out where the votes came from..

"An update. Yes, it was. It was the election workers who say the democracy remember folks, you have to filter everything through the prism. Of how badly Democrats hate Republicans and how much they truly believe. And how much the cynical of The party. The Nancy Pelosi's Yes, The Joe Biden's used this mentality. They understand that nothing much really change from a policy standpoint. How much did America really change? We all made a hell of a lot more money. No, I did last four years. Producer Greg, are you or are you not better off than you were four years ago? Oh, my goodness. I can't even tell you even with a pandemic. Even with a pat my personal situation. My my career is always I think going to be inextricably linked to trump. Not because as you know, the never Trumpers and the Democrat Cooter No, don't also trump toady. No, it's because I started my show the same month that he became president. So I sort of grew as a talk show host throughout the Trump presidency and now I am just shopping at the bitch. Now I feel like the last four years were sort of the preseason. Now that it seems likely we're going to have a Biden presidency. Oh, you'd better believe I am ready to step it up a notch. You saw what I've done to the Evers administration and look, folks all these years is telling the stories and investigating the stories that literally nobody else will if I didn't tell you about two of 10 Biden electors in Wisconsin, Patty Schattner and Shelia Stubbs Actually themselves committing election fraud by falsely claiming to be indefinitely confined. Would you have ever heard that story? Folks put the shoe on the other foot. I want you to transport yourselves back in time exactly four years ago today. December 16th 2016 Imagine if two of Donald Trump's 10 electors Had significant financial ties to Vladimir Putin's Russia. That would have been a story that would not have stopped until inauguration day. Republicans have been claiming that there was in fact widespread fraud. And guess what? Under Wisconsin law. Both she Leah Stubbs and Patty shocker, no matter how the rest of the media did wants to ignore this story, or soft sell it like with politics dot com Did they committed election fraud under Wisconsin statute? 12 point whether don't believe me. Go look at the statute making a false statement to an elections official is election fraud. It's black and white, clear his day. I don't think the statute could be any clearer. They also obtained an absentee ballot under false pretenses. Either way, they committed a fraud fraud. Ah, crime either a misdemeanor or felony that this is serious stuff here, Ladies and gentlemen. All right. The fact that the rest of the media ignores this The fact that even laughingly the Joe Biden faux pas. We've got the most sophisticated voter fraud operation in history that was never heard from again. My God, the Hunter Biden story. When you have upwards of 78% of Joe Biden voters actually telling pollsters that had they heard about the hunter Biden story. They wouldn't have voted for Biden, folks. This This is where the real fraud comes in. This is where real election collusion happens. It's the Biden campaign. It's its allies in the national press that actively cover for every misstep. Every scandal actively promote. One candidate. That's collusion. It's the election workers who Every other election folks in American history when we had far fewer absentee ballots, mail in ballots, then this year, I think this year we may have had Maura Mail in ballots than ever before in a presidential election. Do you know the absentee ballot rejection rate nationwide is somewhere between six and 10%. This year. It was practically zero. I believe in Pennsylvania was 0.2% of absentee ballots were rejected. How that's a mathematical impossibility. And as you heard, Jim Troop is testifying theater knee for the Trump campaign earlier in Senator Ron Johnson's hearing. This is What was going on was election workers knew. They were being told by their municipal and county clerks, as well as the Wisconsin Elections Commission that ballots they normally should have been sending back to voters ballots. They normally should have been rejecting. Well, We can't reject the single ballot because it is so imperative that we defeat this Hitler, Mussolini, Attila the Hun, Vlad the Impaler Mutant Trump. Democracy depends on our work. We couldn't possibly reject these ballots will down. These could be trump ballots to in Milwaukee in Madison, where they vote 92 95% for the Democrat Off course they know these air going to be overwhelmingly Biden votes. Why do you suppose Why do you suppose The city of Madison worked with the Biden campaign to promote fraud in the park. If they thought if the city of Madison thought that there were gonna be a whole bunch of unlawful Trump votes cast Is there any chance that they would have promoted? This is the fraud. This is where This is where the election was actually stolen. And I'm not going to discount the possibility that votes were changed in the computer system or anything like that. But folks what? What I always focus on on this program is the truth as I understand it, and more importantly, the truth is, I can prove it. I can't prove it. I don't believe anyone is definitively proven. The best evidence I saw was in Antrim County, Michigan, where there was Ah 68%. What's known as adjudication rate where an election worker has to go in the system and change the vote. That's one county. Unless, and the adjudication rate was high. That merely provides evidence that an election worker or observe observers were tossed out, folks, and this is this is the actual fraud. We have no idea what was going on and remember by this praising all these elections workers These elections workers have proven time and again. In cities like Milwaukee and Madison that they're willing to bend, if not break the rules for the Democrat. I mean, I've spent the past year if not months, where I've really stepped up my investigative work into voter irregularities and fraud. I spent the past year telling you how Democratic appointees Democratic elected officials that Wisconsin elections commissions, Democrats have all been working to make vote fraud easier to accomplish..

And you know where your Madison we got a lot to get to on the show today. Glenn Grossman, Congressman Glenn Growth will join me to talk about immigration. After the bottom of the hour. Ah, big subject in D C. With potentially I'll only say potentially a new administration in the White House. That issue will be back. On the surface. Represented. General Brandon will join me after the top of the hour of three o'clock hour. For those who walk, you could jump online. Listen to us on my heart Radio General Branch, and she is a member of the Assembly committee on elections that is having an hours long hearing to day a hearing that Dan O'Donnell testified at as a matter of fact. She'll talk to us about what's going on in that hearing what they're hearing at the hearing, and it will chapter about that. Trump campaign attorney Jim Troops may be able to go Today was the big state case hearing. Hey, may be able to jump one on with us this hour and also all there's Paul Skidmore out of the city of Madison to talk about crime in the streets of Madison. So look one of the best hours I've ever remembered. One of the best memories I ever have had from being on W. E s N was the week I subbed for Vicky. On 11 30 W. E S N in Milwaukee. That sure of David Clarke won his Democratic primary against a Primary opponent was sponsored. But the county executive and they were trying to get rid of David Clarke. And we're out there telling the voters that David Parks, the man and the voters of walkie County agreed, and it turns out David Clarke that he is still the man and that's why we have them on the air with us this afternoon, Sheriff Clark, How are you today? My friend. But I'm doing fantastic. Good to talk to you, You know, going back to that election. Not only that Chris Abeley pump in 250,000 of his own personal money, but Michael Bloomberg Looking for a scale in his anti gun movement chipped in 150,000 and ads against me. I was outspent 7 to 1. I trust in the people I trusted in the folders back then, and we slayed that giant. Yeah, that would. That was just a great week to be on the air. A Marquis. I'll tell you what that was. A fantastic week. And I mean, you just didn't beat of you walked him. I mean, that would spend your seven and 8 to 1 and you just cleaned their clocks. It was great. Weekend Milwaukee history as far as I'm concerned Well, you know, when you represent people the way they want to be represented, and I always you know, my my time is the sheriff Milwaukee County. Had the people's interest in mind. It's why they called me the people, sheriff. When you do right by people, and they know that You realize that you work for them like I did. I realize I work for the people. They'll return the favor and they came out. I needed them to come out. By the way. It was a cross section. If you remember a lot of Republicans had to cross over. To help me win that primary. So it was a total effort. Talk radio. The Republican voters still got some Democrat votes. I want the black vote. Oh, yeah s o You know, it was it was, uh, I tell you it was real special. Yeah, it was terrific. Well, listen, uh, we're not running out of We're not running out of enemies. Some people that need to get straightened out these days. I think that has got to go down to the understatement. Of history when everyone complains about how screwy 2020 was, and it's hard to disagree with that, But it's not just the national scene that's been exciting. It's the state scene as well. And kind of our absentee governor on that issue, and I gotta tell you, I I did not know until yesterday that you will be in Madison on Saturday. Tomorrow at 11 o'clock. What are you doing down at the Capitol? Yeah, it's all part of this resistance movement. It has to happen at the local level as well as the national level. And I think we need to begin to start pivoting our energy and our effort. I'm gonna use the The energy of the Maga rallies. That stuff's not going away. On channel it toward some new targets. If you will. You know, Governor Eva's has done his best to be the Grinch that stole Christmas. You capitally! He canceled The Capitol Christmas tree this year, and I guess it was the other day Someone tried to put one in there. I don't know yet if he had that removed or not, but I thought here's a way we can blend the Maga. Movement, along with a little Merry Christmas. You know you and I think it's appropriate to call a mega Christmas because it was Donald Trump, who made it, okay. The same Merry Christmas again in this country after years of having it obliterated and called season's greetings and a holiday and so on and so forth. No, we do Merry Christmas in this country Happy Hanukkah to those whose well in any any Ethnic group that's celebrates this time.

"Rules Right. You win. Oh, my cut I want I want and on the phone with me Right now I've got Jim Troop is attorney Jim Troop. It's also Judge Jim Troopers. When he's on our program. He's holding court. But in the capacity of recount director we are going to not call you Judge Jim Troopers today, sir, but it's great to have you on the program. Lead. Thank you. It's great to be with you, Vic. It's great to be with you. I think we're you know, I love to come in the studio and do this and you've had trouble even finding time when I could you and I could talk, so I appreciate your kind of adopting adapting to my Big schedule here. Well, it is. It is a schedule that has gone kind of 24 7 since the beginning of the recount s o first things to get to on the program. A lot of people have asked me this. What the action. The filing by Thomas more Law center has nothing to do with the campaigns recount. I think people need to understand that. That isn't an action by the Trump team. That's just an independent action. And, you know, I know your business. You probably haven't had time to really read it, but that's something that is going on parallel to what you're doing right. Right. I mean, you know, citizens are entitled, you know, Cheek. Whatever relief they want, Thomas forces, whoever they can, Um, we had zero to do with it. I mean, we we certainly No one on this team even knew it was gonna happen. I heard about it like yesterday afternoon. But when it did happen, and so we're not a participant in any respect in it, they may raise similar claims. But We're not a participant, and it does sound like Actually they're raising some of the claims that you and I have talked about on the program before and we will get to that coming up here shortly. Here's what I want to start, though, after after hearing some of the stories coming out of Milwaukee yesterday and volunteers Multiple volunteer is claiming that they're being restricted from observation by distances that are too far away. They can't properly evaluate ballots. There are people who have been told by folks who have been volunteers who positioned themselves in such a way that the volunteers are just simply unable to see what is going on with ballots and remind you it was volunteers that found the nearly 400 ballots that hadn't been counted in yet. Consistently. I'm hearing volunteers say that they're being obstructed. In the same time You've got an article that's claiming the volunteers are obstructing. You know, when the volunteers can't even see what's going on in any real really clear way in Milwaukee. So what is the you know? What's the response from the team on that? Well, then I guess it's not just response from the team. It's the facts on the ground. The facts on the ground are and you know, we record all the stuff. We've got plenty of people there. We have affidavits to all of this effect. Is that the Milwaukee County Board of Canvassers and the county clerk there. Clearly doing everything they can to prevent us. The transparency that a recount is supposed to provide. That's the legal issue. You cannot have due process. Any in an administrative proceeding, which is what a recount is, unless you are given access to all the material. In a way that makes sense. You the idea that there is something in the room and therefore you have complied with the transparency. Requirements of the law is, of course, you know, just the ludicrous kind of statements. We've we have people that have been obstructed by Um Biden people we have The board and others preventing us from seeing things. So all of the reports you're getting I'm sad to say are correct when it comes to Milwaukee. Kali's that there doesn't seem to be any effort on the part of Keep board of canvassers..

I've been reading all about you and you know, various different online publication, So I want to hear it from the horse's mouth. Oh, what's the strategy in Wisconsin? How does this go forward and why? Do you think it could work? Well, I mean, let's let's begin with the fact that anyone who reads the petition which is out there and available folks could read it. All we're asking for is that the state of Wisconsin follow the rule. I mean, we make these laws and then everybody decides on the Democrat side. Well, we'll just ignore them. And that's really what this litigation and that the beginning of litigation through the recount is all about. We're all we're saying is applies the law uniformly as written And they didn't and we're talking about more than sufficient numbers of votes in Milwaukee and Dane County to overturn this select how all right, So let's talk about specifically what you're what you're speaking about your speaking about what ballot harvesting ballot spoilage..

Issuing lockdown orders like Dane County recently did before the end of the hour. I am very hopeful to get the big story. On the Danish study this massive study done by these Danish researchers on masks. Masks. This study, which was a controlled study. Shows that masks do nothing. To stop covert 19 infections. I'm sure that's not gonna be anything that is process. But in any of the local reporters here, I got a note from a friend who said, listening to Governor Evers press conference. On the mask mandate. Reporter from TMJ, four in Milwaukee, asked the governor what he thought whether he thought a recount would contribute to covert 19 spikes. In Milwaukee and Dane County. Got to be kidding me. Katie Crowder might want to go look at the study that was just released by Danish researchers showing that masks Do nothing to stop the spread of covert 19. Before she decides to go headlong into a fever dream. The super spreader event thanks to the recount. We're going to come back here with Jim. True, pissed the lawyer for the Trump campaign to talk about the recount next.

But you know that is a service and they're not going to do it if they don't get some kind of compensation forward because reasons. So you gotta give them something for it. So that sounds like a good thing however, if it's some kind of conspiracy in order to just get a tax break and not provide those services, that's a different story. Yeah. Let's continue Roberts in Charleston. South. Carolina, listening to w TMA Robert Go ahead. Okay I have about three things. I'll. I'll start with the first one in Germany If you come from foreign country and the laws are different than you break the law, not realizing that the laws are different than they are in your home country Germany than they are in your home country, and there's a provision in the law. We they won't. They won't prosecute you It happened with somebody who came from I think some little country like Benin or something like that. Don't quote me on that. But some little country in Africa where the telephone service at that time was free actually. So anyhow, he came to Germany and ran up a huge telephone bill calling mostly Africa and in any. He. So the the the the the police actually arrested him they didn't know about that provision law because it's used very, very, very rarely because most people don't even know about it and so many other he came to court and they they his attorney us that provision in the law and he was just found innocent and released they were in shock but I. Yeah. Yeah, Germany's Jimmy is very, very considerate. Thoughtful. On the other hand times they haven't been. that. Sounds like A. Done Yeah. That sounds like a decent little excuse for I. Think a lot of people I would like for more people find out about that. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned it making a lot of people go to Germany and start doing things like. Well, they're going to have to prove the data that they didn't have to pay for phone bills where they came from they have to prove ignorance and that's GonNa be. A little more difficult for most people listening. Thank you for the call tonight Robert. Most people. Ignorant. Free Number Eight, fifty, five, four, fifty free like freedom. That's eight, five, four, five, zero, three, seven, three, three you can bring up anything that's on your mind. Van Morrison apparently is on the attack against lock right.

"Welcome back to the program judge Jim troop is in the studio here where else can you hear about right Dostoevsky regular talk radio much I would understand if he if you're in a league by yourself what other show I know would talk about that book and I didn't talk much about that book I could talk on the back I'm going to be recording a podcast on crime and punishment on August tenth with do pastor who's a professor of English literature he actually teaches a class on that book specifically any talk so much about it I said you know I wrote I read that book when I was I don't know a fifteen sixteen my father handed me a copy of crime and punishment I did not read it because it was a sign in fact you can see that even back in the eighties the themes of that book being so overtly defend it you know in defense of of Christianity so overtly critical of of progressive thought that it it probably was being taken out of schools way back in the eighties but my dad read that book in the strangest taste in books and he handed me the book and he said here you'll like this I was like fifteen your dad was that your dad was your dad was we talk about him before a blue collar scholar yeah I mean you know they used to be of the used to be abundant in and that's usually a column blue collar scholars where my dad at a high school education and and I you and I've said this before I said there was a common man intellectual intellectualism in America where a guy who worked in a factory or guy who mode fields and harvested crops in a guy who you know went to university and became a doctor could talk could sit at a bar or at a restaurant and talk about coffee shop and talk for hours about not just about sports or guy stuff but about about philosophy in about literature in about government they could talk about these things nobody was tracked into you know one way of of education and others were distracted of okay so that wasn't hand now back then talk that they didn't talk down to people I mean you know you work your your father is just a classic example of a generations before that I understood that wisdom what's the good things that that knowledge was a good thing that fax counted that you grew your whole life by reading enjoying those things and you gain something by doing that you know they they work the three minute pop culture at any really nobody was reading sparks notes of the great works of western literature when my dad was a kid it's like the first time you know and and and people would read things like crime and punishment for fun might have read it for fun he handed it to me I mean musing fun you know somewhat loosely here it's not really necessarily fun it's a very it's a very serious piece of work but I read it for fun I read it because my dad gave me the book and so you're gonna like it and eight women I was fifteen years old so reading it again after hearing Duke rave about it in in in teaching a class and having him been accused of quick story here do past my friend was accused of rape for teaching crime and punishment because one of the themes of the many themes in the book one of the themes it is an argument against moral relativism because there is a moral relativistic argument put forth by the protagonist in the book moral relativism in his class do pastor said would justify murder rape it's better it's better for certain types of people that's explicit argument it's in the book because it offended a student in his class she went to the police reported that he had raped her when when they finally investigated she said well I felt emotionally raped and it was eventually cleared hello but he was told that he had to dial dial back on the the quote will coarseness of his commentary about the book and that he was he should be more mindful of the sensitive students in this class yeah dead dead dead Duke Duke and go on and on about the snow flake culture of universities these days but so what how do you get that's those are the people those are the people that a see at all speak to it is that kind of person who will sit in the class and has been has been taught to be terrified terrified of knowledge that woman was taught to be terrified of knowledge and that is what's going on right now yeah I I can quote chapter and verse site data you know make arguments all day long and it will not move the needle for somebody who thinks like Alexandria because you're Cortez it won't move the needle you can not embarrass them you cannot you know my them into moving their position true die dax their true didacticism is is demonstrated by them every day and by the left every day in in a car they are they are have been taught to be traumatized by knowledge by any exposure to real his anything different from what they believe indeed now the reason why they've been taught to be terrified by knowledge is because the leftists who now control education K. twelve education do can actually to talk about that tomorrow on the program now you've got this attack on set on traditional sexuality taking place as young as kindergarten in in schools across the country including in Wisconsin schools but it's it's in in education all history has been recreated as a of weapon of of political activism so if you're you're not learning that the bloodshed to end slavery in the United States and then the immense amount of of American in Susie Azam that the country had when Martin Luther king you know came on the scene and led a March and and lead a nation to at the very least ideologically support of March for freedom you don't you don't learn those things because that suggests progress real progress not fake progressivism but real progress don't learn that because it gets more politically potent to teach millions of young people that America's near a team of Lee racist horrible place and it's all because of the founding fathers idea of ordered liberty in that constitution which none of them have read has to be destroyed has to be taken apart and free speech because of course it empowers people like you and me to correct the errors of their reasoning their logic and their fax that has to be redefined as hate speech you do this for eighty years in earnest for forty years and you can have an awful lot of people who in the next couple of election cycles could be a force to be reckoned with let's be honest it's no different than the Palestinians hatred of the Israelis their children and their children's children here nothing by how horrible and awful the Israelis are for their entire life or in the Arab world that's heard over and over and over from the tiny begin kindergarten every one of us knowledge is the impact of that is almost impossible situation to undo those views later in life they simply cannot be undone and now we're seeing precisely the same theory being applied in America effectively that that you cannot talk about the other side and the only message you get to gap is the one that has been sanitized by the left every single day in it and lord help you if you break from the that it it the the whole question yeah again it's perplexing to me that the universities and the progressive movement which would be soul originally tie to science and fax we want a fact based culture we want a science based culture would be calm so dramatically religious in the sense that they are religiously opposed to anyone who takes a position contrary to theirs it climate change is not a scientific question it's a religious question for the left racism is not a scientific question it's a religious question to them it you know the E. it's fascinating to me that they could have flip this narrative soul completely that the president and our everybody in the media can in all over the world can talk about the fake news I think we have to remember that the generate generation of that three and a half years ago what is Donald Trump after a series of articles had come out nobody heard that term four years ago all of a sudden says folks this is fake news all the media went crazy go look it up but we knew what not you can't do that you never call that now you can't turn and even CNN without them talking about fake news it's a great they can't get their way around it either yeah and and and I remember when you know the online sources were trying to identify fake news and the media was trying to identify fake news and trump shoved it down their throat made him choke on it now they can't they can't get silent now they try to call the other side fake news it does are fascinating display of what's going on here and it is not a good one Vicki it's not a good one it's not good when either side bass is their argument at odd hominem Daddy is don't attacks directed at the individual and not at the argument the end that's all we have going on here nothing else we don't have an argument over the question is there a crisis at the southern border because we can demonstrate there is it is demonstrably true that there is a crisis at the southern border we're not having a conversation and to answer the question are the facilities run by ice concentration camps no we're not having a conversation because that's demonstrably false in in that's what's not happening when a see and everyone saying trump's tweets are racist well let's look at trump's and we wanted the house and let's let's say not they all races but are they racist is trumps it was the trump tweet about these these four women racist knoll it might have been a clumsy but racist know what it was so in order to we had in if we debated that question is though trump tweet races the left would have to present their argument for why it's racist and we present our argument for why it's not racist and in the in in in a real free marketplace of ideas people listen to both arguments and they conclude we're right they're not racist it's a fascinating James why you can't do that yeah you can't have that discussion anymore I'm Jason Riley has a marvelous piece in the Wall Street journal that out there he talks about that miss direction of this term racism as it's the closets the root of all the promises and generally is a black a member of the editorial staff the Wall Street journal says there it is we are so far from racism in America from what from what it was historically no one's denying the history that it was no one's denying that there may have been racial barriers but that's forty five years ago I mean who can deny the fact that Mary lack families have a lower unemployment rate even then married white families that the children of black families where both the husband and wife are in the house do as well or better than their white counterparts that a married black me is low let more likely to be employed then a single white man these are just facts and they argue dramatically against this narrative if you can get the Kerr because you can get.

"I'm John Batchelor. This is the John Batchelor show. Prince max now in charge of changing notes for the German government for the Prussian. And with Woodrow Wilson, they're hoping for an armistice some kind of end that at one point, Matt. Nick, a you characterize it has some sporting and where you get to withdraw, and we'll we'll take up different positions and stop shooting at each other and everybody will be intact. However, the first note to Wilson on the sixth and then Wilson replies on the ninth because he just trust. The Germans is the right to distrust them at this point, Nick. Well, I think he probably is. I mean, the the gym and governments have been very reluctant to engage in peace talk, or even the the idea of any kind of negotiated a compromise pace throughout the war. That is something that they they have not felt it necessary to do. And I think Wilson. Just come from the north shore who sent it necessarily whether it whether it has the authorization of the high command or not because obviously there is that split in Germany where the government, but of course, Lew endorphin Hindenburg, the GM and high command, basically are dictators in all but name. So of course, there's a real initial tend to try and find out is this is a real deal is the real thing. The Americans are bogged down in music on. In fact, the whole of the offensive is slugging very heavily forward. Because while the Germans deteriorating. They have the defensive positions with machine guns and artillery have the upper hand unless you organize your supply train, and the father ahead, you get in other words, the more you advance against the Germans the farther. You are from resupply from shells from tanks from communication. This is the moment where Nick tells the story of the lost battalion. And I want to emphasize this Nick because it's a legend here in America. The three hundred eighth infantry of the seventy seventh division liberty division. They get lost in the woods. I might note says six hundred seventy nine men go in less than two hundred come out was it celebrated at the time or was it considered a reversal of defeat? Well, I think it's pretty soon afterwards against this sort of currency that there's something happened to hear that was worthy of commemoration case celebration. Some offices. It's time complained that the idea of a lost Italian wasn't correct. They were not it wasn't a battalion uncles. They would never really lost. The Americans always knew what they were. They just couldn't get to them. Because of course, it was surrounded by Jim troops. But it becomes a sort of symbol of what the motives are gone is as a sort of a legend in a in a battle, which seems to be inconclusive and difficult here is an example of good old fashioned heroism is limited it or a very small number of American troops hold out against vastly superior opponents. And we know thanks professor, Lloyd that the Germans were not vastly superior at any point at this point. They were breaking down there shirkers there. Rumors, there's panic. There are people who accused of being war prolonged if they fuss stay and fight some Germans run some German. Stay and fight to the end the middle of the month the exchanges continue Wilson second note. My note here to the German governor. Is on the sixteenth of October flag. This just make sure we get it in on the thirteenth of October a runner for the sixteenth. Reserve battalion of the sixth Bavarian division is hit with a mustard gas attack. His name is Adolf Hitler's. He evacuated at this point. That's what seems to be the case. Seems to have been evacuated suffering from those symptoms. You have mustard gas the pain in the is all the sort of temporary blindness blisters and scars on on the hands and feet. And of course, this is. This is what Hitler writes in mind count, the back through suffering from this horrible pain, and this sort of of being hit by mustard gas. And of course, it's Dan when he's recovering hostility, the his the news of the the negotiations for peace. Rasa. We're telling that story, thanks to Nick because the myth that the army was betrayed becomes Hitler's opening argument to the veterans in the nineteen twenties leading up to the depression and the collapse in the nineteen thirties that forms the document the or a legend for the Third Reich in these weeks is the are the seeds of the catastrophe of later in the century. But we'll stay now with Wilson's second note. The charge here is that Wilson must make them. Stop submarine warfare must make them stop stop destroying as they retreat. Do the does the German. Government. Listen are they ready to listen, Nick? Not really the legitimate government sent me prince max and his colleagues horrified when they get the second note because they. A they realize I think the Americans are serious and not going to be able to get what they want. And of course, the assumption that the realization that the Americans are not going to be able to be played within not sense or perhaps the Americans afoul than they had anticipated on. They certainly it's a very sort of shocking realization from them that actually won't stay started this process, and is not going to end well for them, and they're not gonna be able to control it in the way that they would like because of course, they go for Wilson because they think he's going to be a soft, touch, Lloyd, George and a Clemenceau are they worried that Wilson will give them more than they deserve. Oh, absolutely. This is real fear the British and French that Wilson is is gonna give it all away Wilson's going to negotiate behind the backs. And of course Wilson is not going to be as as determined on German surrender. All it. It would seem. So they that Wilson is not as hard on Germany. A certainly the French would like so I mean, this is a very. This is you can see this fears palpable fear amongst the British and French that they're not going to be able to control. The Americans are doing it is beyond the reach of Knicks book, except for the fact that these are the predicates for what goes wrong at the peace treaty because Clemenceau and Lloyd George will lead the demands for reparations and for revenge on the Germans that will be pumped come part of the legend that Hitler tells all Germany tells in the nineteen twenties and nineteen thirties. When we come back. We come to the council of war seventeen October the.

"Tax from iheartradio. Remember standard data and message rates apply. First thing I want to start with here before we get to the circus is an Email. I got yesterday from a fellow who is listening to my show in Madison. Hang on. Let me pull this up. I put this up on my Facebook page because I was just I was I was simultaneously amused in appalled at the same time. No, it's not from a liberal. It's just a really short note from guy named Ryan. That says this happened about fifteen minutes ago. I was at a stop light in Middleton, Wisconsin and got yelled at and videotaped for listening to your program. I have never been so happy and so proud. So that was the amusing part is that he was psyched about that. The pathetic part. The appalling part is that you're just sitting at a stoplight. Listening to my show or a conservative talk show and someone starts yelling at you. And whipping out their phone to record you what possible purpose does the recording of someone serving. Shame him on Facebook. Are you going to say this guy was listening to Vicki McKenna? And at the time, I was talking to tell you what I was talking about the time. I was talking at the time. This guy sent me the Email with a friend of mine who's been on this program before as well Jim troop is he's a judge about Jim's trip to NEW GUINEA, and at the very moment she's screaming at this guy in videotaping him. We're talking about these women in this village in NEW GUINEA who are outcasts the tribe has turned them into outcasts because they're they're men abandoned them, and we were talking about the progressives claiming all of these Handmaid's tale imaginary scenarios about, you know, the non existent war on women in the United States. And contrast it with the story the real story of these women that my friend. Jim troupe is met on his trip to NEW GUINEA. Who were outcasts who not even we're not even given. If there was no scraps of food left. They would not even be given scraps of food. That's what the person was flipping out about. That's what I was talking about. When this guy was listening had his radio on and his card is windows down and got yelled at and videotaped. You know, you left this our psychos you understand. That's that's just that psycho stuff. That's that's that's crazy stuff. That's unique medication and therapy stuff. That is you should not be let loose to roam in in in a mixed society. You should probably just become a shut in and take drugs that's complete societal dysfunction stuff. That's what the left has become. They've allowed themselves to feed on the endless buff Fe of fake outrage. So here's this liberal sitting next to the guy got imagine this, right? It was a woman I think who is sitting next to this guy. And he's got to listen to a couple of people contrast. The the nonsense about this nonexistent war on women with a story about really oppressed. Women women who are cast aside from. A tribe in a subsistence hand to mouth existence. They're cast aside, and sometimes they can find food and sometimes they can't. And if they have babies with them their babies are left to fend for themselves as well. Can you imagine somebody who has been feasting on the on the buff Fe of phony virtue, signaling an outrage having to to even in the back of her head be bothered with this idea that she's full of crap? I love it. And she loses it, and how dare you listen to that person. I'm going to videotape peo-, that's psycho stuff. Those are the kind of people that you cross the store to avoid. They're the kind of people you'd you'd move away from in the restaurant. They're just they're just the kind of people who are nothing. But. What was the name of the of the of the episode of Star Trek? Remember, the episode of Star Trek the next generation the one that claimed the life of tasha Yar and they encountered this blob of black goo and the black goo was the hate and the ugliness and the misery in the viciousness that the race had poured into this black goose so that they could try to try to a radical, but it from themselves. That's what the left has become. They like the black goo they wanna bathe in it. They want to they want to scrub their armpits with it. They want to steepen it. Nothing else explains. This or well in real life that we're living in right now. Not.
