"Go to comeback comeback player of the year in this market. Just went up. I think relatively recently dak. Prescott is the massive favorite only plus one seventy five dak prescott other relative favourite saquon. Barkley six one. Joe burrow six to one christian. Mccaffrey six to one. And there's a lot of guys that can really really play that are candidates for this award. This obviously i think we all think that dak and the cowboys offense is going to have a huge huge huge year. I don't think i would take it at plus one seventy five though what you think about the comeback player of the year market connor. Yeah i also really hard time getting off. Go through these scenarios in my head that okay. Well maybe say conquer win. And you know because it's a feel-good award. It's got back from injury like alex smith andrew. Luck georgia keenan. Those are some of the winners over the past few years. Guys coming back from some kind of gruesome injury or a season ending injury generally early in the season as well and so a guy like saquon could fit the mold there but realistically you would have to crush but then you would also have to have like not play well and i think we have such high expectations for this cowboys. Offense and i just can't get away from that. Because i really think that they're just in such a good spot that unless he gets injured. I'm not betting anyone else so i want about. This market is probably the play. But plus one seventy five like all. The value is sat out of that. I think yeah i mean. I think that could have a mediocre year throwing for four thousand yards and twenty five touchdowns. And let's say mccaffrey or saquon goes for like two thousand. And i could see that happening but you're right. It's a bit of a tough hill to climb evan. Any thoughts on comeback player. Dear jim tibo sitting there at a three to one. I had that in my notes How offensive is this. Odell beckham is twenty five to one and tim. Tebow is thirty three to one. I mean that is just a slap in the big o. Dell dell has a shot at twenty five to one thirty three hundred ninety on the team I think is actually pretty interesting. I mean there's a lot of support from. I think sharp individuals that are into the browns at a super bowl contender. I'm into them as a super bowl. Contender he. You know we have not seen him at his prime peak level of play in several years though so that would be the the one knock against them. But i mean i think he's gonna come back healthy and he's going to get opportunities in baker. Baker played lights out in the second half of last season in the new offense but it did not occur with odell on the field. Yeah now. I like adele for sure. Twenty five to one is a good price on odell. I think tibo thing is so insulting okay. Let's go to coach of the year. Because i actually don't have any pets here because this market i don't believe is available in pennsylvania for one reason or another but it is available for you guys in illinois so connor talk to people through the coach of the year market. Yes so in the past twenty years. Every coach to win this award is one or more games. So it's not only about exceeding expectations. Which is kinda the common thought about this award. But it's also being in the upper echelon of teams. So i think that this is kind of a correlation with teams. You think are going to be good or like potentially in the running to aggregate playoff spot so for me. I think that coaches in play here. ron rivera. Thirty two one about the m. Sixteen to one thing is still playable. I i like washington to be a really good team. I think that they actually have a good chance at winning their division as well putting them a ten plus wins. I think is very much in play giving all their off-season moves and just kind of their upward trajectory. I think that that puts rivera squarely play off of this ward. Brian florez as we talk over with dolphins earlier. Sixteen to one bedroom jaman pretty similar in other markets. I mean he's gotten steamed up massively. But i don't think that it's still too late to take him. I think that he's also a great option as we also all like the dolphins as well i mean. I like the dolphins. I we did the show yesterday. And these guys were killing me for taking the dolphins over the patriots. No one was telling you no one. No one wanted to bed with me i. I'm sitting here on myself with the bet man. They're so many good options here. First of all it's interesting. Just the the the coaches with the shortest odds brandt like brennan. Dailies like the favorite Going to the chargers. I mean that that makes sense. You know. he's kind of like a hot name and if he goes in there they've got a lot of talent goes in there in terms of meant to attend eleven. When team which. I think he can. I think he showed a lot of promise with what he did. Defensively last year but brandon staley kevin stefanski. Kyle shanahan all have the best. Odds are all tied for the best odds to win. Go to the year. I don't think any of them are are mis-priced. I mean kyle shanahan like that if if tree lance comes in and balls out you know. And they've they're loaded Their roster is loaded so they're imposition to check a lot of boxes. I mean sean mcvay. I think the rams offense could take a leap with matthew stafford. I like connors. Call on ron rivera. Andy reid all the way down at twenty two one. He's like middle of the pack to win coach of the year. You know. I don't know there's a lot of good options here. Yeah it's the way you win. This award is when you're better than expectation. This coach did such a great job because this team was supposed to be accident it turned into the x plus. Kenner whatever you know and so. That's that's why andy. Reid is going to be in the middle of the pack. But yeah i mean. Certainly some good options. I like the rivera call. Obviously how much washington football team leverage could we possibly get. We miss deep. Okay yep go ahead. Favorite is aaron donald. Of course but go ahead. What do you think conor. yes i mean. This is basically depend their donald award winning three last four years prior to the donald award it was the. Jj watt award won three times in two thousand twelve to two thousand fifteen. So you know it's basically. I mean the most dominant defensive players. They have no problems giving the same guy again. It's priced accordingly. Donald once again favored plus four hundred miles. Gary things interesting. Plus six hundred. Is you talked about the browns. We we think that they're gonna be awesome. I'm all i'm all in on the browns this year day. Another step forward myles garrett definitely in play for this awards if you want to take one of the chalk your guys..

"That. This respectful going to try to destroy that man. I had that same situation in. If they're famous it matters it more. So when i first got the denver Jerry rice we talked about. This is jerry. Rice was was there and he was. It was in last place. He didn't make the team so he ended up retiring but like he was forty and they put me out there. It was like cover jerry. Rice like the combination. I grew up. Loving jay writes the combination of him being as great as he was. Also being forty brought out the worst in me. Y'all think is forty here. This is the best receiver. They have a plate. When i wanted nothing more been to infuriate jerry rice in destroy him in those moments in other practices training camp practices. Were open and everybody was crowd around. See jerry rice and one on ones obviously haven't had a career jerry. Rice hadi blob. Lie all the disclaimers that unnecessary. And it was all mangled at one jerry rice to forty the same dynamic. And that's why know how these guys have been approaching. The same dynamic happens to them. It's like oh this. Is tim tebow and also he played it vicky. Would you take me for that. Is what's going on in their mind and also this. I'm trying to make live like i'm sacrificed all of these days and years and tom my life to get here to make this to get this opportunity to make this dream. Come through you step in front of me. Like union earned. If i promise you that was going on. And i guarantee you. They're going to be talking about it too. Especially since the coaches. Don't even want him to hear them. Defend them outside. Linebacker coach is going to be like i guys. Let's go and take care of this real quick. No hurt this man bewing time to mess around with. Bs we trying to build something and make this clear to him that he out his tastes hill package because he ain't gonna win on the edge with us for a he thirty three years old and also a problem with the tatum hill packages while tastes hill. Does not have a great arm tastes hill. Is michael bishop. Compared tim tebow absolutely. I mean no disrespect to taste. I ended up on the wrong side. Of yeah you know but it's crucial. Because one of the things we learn when they actually let him play quarterback is that arm. Just ain't dare but compared to jim. Tibo the arm is a bazooka. And i do not i taste them. Hill has proven that he has some value. I don't mean any disrespect to take him by telling tim tebow that he'd better come up with that package. But i guarantee you. That's the only thing that people are imagining when they see him. They don't see him. Turning into travis kelsey like they don't see him turning into kennel. They like i while we can run a mess h. Back runabout on kickoff. We can put them in and red zone every now and then like magin. That's only reasonable usage for a guy. Like tim tebow and i don't think he's as good as tasting hill and a certainly not as athletic. Like that's the thing. I think that people also lose insider. He was in a quarterback who ran. Like he's again. i mean. obviously he's not lamar jackson. But lamar jackson is like a plus athlete at every position that you can put them out there at you know. For man of his size tibo would not be linebacker size. He will not be a plus athlete as a linebacker. He is not a plus athlete as a tidy. And like this is not when they start looking at guys and they're like yo we can change position. Logan thomas for example. Logan thomas and i think people don't understand this part about him. He was recruited as the number one tight end recruit in america. Like the red flags on him were already present but virginia tech which is like joe is armstrong. Even like we gotta give it a run so they let them play quarterback but people had always been on this like not just. He could play tie it in. He could be like the best idea kind of thing. He is different caliber of athlete than tim. Tebow at his best he was again. Tim tebow now thirty three years old. And you boy. Urban meyer seemed to be. He seemed to be to do as like it'll be okay. All these ladies ideas it'll be okay. So chris doyle is the strength coach. Herb man you know. The the blacks don't really get down with him. I don't know if you ray. What hap- look. I know it'll be okay. It'll be okay. I look at deciduous we're hypocrites dole and i was like why don't you hire him at ohio state right like. Why did you back up the truck at high there. I was going to end high. Didn't learn that lesson. Like i think that being a good coaches about adjusting and learning quickly and then adjusting. But i guess this is a different lesson for the first lesson. I guess is. Don't hire somebody with this baggage. Unless they offer a whole bunch of value. And i guess he will look at tim tebow tebow and but i owe him. Diva was pristine. He doesn't have baggage what he does. He's bringing other baggage along with them. So i guess this is a slightly different lesson. He need to learn these quick bringing a bag of sorry. I like that with him. Yes that's huge baggage. Like quest into i feel like you often need to like be so reductionist but it helps when you have like one guiding principle through the way of like a question like when you're making decisions there's like one question i should ask in football coaches awfully often. The question is does this. Make us a better football team in the answer to that has to be. Yes if you're going to be making a decision and that's how you justify some the really like confusing and in ethically borderline decisions that people make the same thing that you do. A big companies like man shareholder value. Like you fall back on that. And that's how you can manage to justify the concerning thing.

"Dark very harsh. Now i mean don't you guys. I mean we talked about fraud in the ethics and the game let us. Is it all possible and has anybody entertained. The possibility that the eagles with a chance to win the game late in the fourth quarter or in the fourth quarter the doug peterson gets a call if somebody nudges him for the front office and says hey you understand that if you win this game. That's the difference between picking at number six and picking number nine in the draft. I mean is that is that is that so far field and he's just like you know what you're right. Let's call off the dogs. Tucker's dog doug i only eleven thousand votes man. Come on down. You can find them. Sounds like very dominion voting machine fantasy world. But don't you. I mean isn't that it all possible because again the responsible thing is for them so lost well they had. They had prepped us for this. Because he was talking about giving seinfeld snaps before the game so so we were primed for this to happen so it wasn't so damn shocked at the differences. Played a win word win the game. You get what get in week. Seventeen of the nfl. Like i mean there's none of it has to make any sense and that's the way it's gone my entire life all sorts of incomprehensible things that are happening within the course of the giants. Don't ask what the eagles twice next year. There's no can. I just run through some things that need to be said number. One buffalo is looking unbeatable number two. The browns made the playoffs for the first time since two thousand and two number three joel. Shame on you for noting. The derrick henry ran. Have it here in my notes. Let's talk about if you have it in your notes and don't say what people conversation an eighth player ever to do. So and then joel again. The saints played without any running backs which i referred to as a reverse. Bronco they still. They still ran for one hundred fifty six yards with mostly wide receiver. Montgomery going for over one hundred and so we have these two kind of contradictory things. Derrick henry bringing glory to the running back position in the nfl and the saints proving the not only do you need a star running back. You don't need a ride back at all. Yeah all the time ago. Like steph tells got some snaps at the running back position. And i mean did you boy. You know jim tibo whatever name did he. Did he get some snaps touchdown reports. I gotta run back back there. So i tested positive for cove. Ed and all the other running backs were out contacts and the saints are playing on sunday if roger goodell who wanted to screw them they could put the game on saturday but since it sunday that'd be ten days since tested positive and he continually has negative. He'll be able to play without practicing or being with the team at all steph n. are you excited to see alvin. Kamara back on the field without practicing at all this going to be grits. Nfl the greatest moment in the nfl. What a triumph. It's january these guys. Do not need to practice anymore. Practice is something for august. They are well versed in the playbook and their bodies he'll be better for not having run around for a week. we have off is great for him right now. I thought you were going to go with. It's wrong for them to play him because he has positive for covid but instead you're going with its rate for them to play him because he'll be well restaurant at point. How many players do you actually have tested positive and played..

"The field that Tim. Tibo was never even give it another chance to start a game in the NFL. He deserved a chance for the woeful jets next year. And he got railroaded into thinking he would get it and he didn't so yeah he's human and even on Easter Sunday. He couldn't help himself blurting out. That didn't work out did no. It didn't work out because Jim Tibo got taken for a ride against what happens here. So he mentioned the jazz trade did he go to eagles? Did he go to the Patriots? Why not mentioned that? When was the last time somebody went to the Patriots and it didn't work out a deal with the last time. A quarterback went back to the winter. The Eagle it worked out or did big went to the eagles winter the promo almost one of MVP named balls to the Eagles won the pseudo mo has them all MVP but he did mention that you see skill Betas. Look I'll give you some passing now. There were times in practice. Tim T mo was so bad that John. Pas told the deepest do not try to intercept the ball. Do not knock down. The ball is Z. What HAPPENED SKIP? Is that he kinda practice habit to the jets. The jets practice it. There's no way we can put him into the game now. I will give this gifts from the way he practice and the way he played it was like night and day. You never saw seeing. I got the ball in practice that he was actually born the ball as he was throwing it in the game was give. The jazz weren't married to him. Like the broncos. They had to give skip. That was a first.

"We're hitting them in the mouth. We're coming out swinging nonstop. I think that's the approach when we have seen teams do that. Now, you don't always win. But those are the teams that have been affective. I think that's a Hugh freeze attacked him when he was at ole miss and that team play with confidence they took shots after shots after shots. I think when auburn's Vince successful that's what they've done in the re when Oklahoma beat Alabama in the Sugar Bowl with Trevor and several years ago. That's what they did down the field because it's too hard to go. You know, three yards in a cloud of dust and win at the line of scrimmage against Alabama. You win when you have a leak playmakers on the outside or an elite quarterback that that can create huge place. Tim the other part of this game. I it's always a part of any bowl game other than maybe the ones that are played the first week. You play in BCS championship game you played in sugar balls other New Year's day. Both how do you deal with the end of the season three or four weeks ago to now that's a long time. It's hard. I feel like when when I was in school. There are sometimes we did it. Well, and sometimes we could have improved on it. And I it's there's so many variables in it that some coaches can really create a huge edge. Right. I mean, if you look at from the last time these teams played you have, you know, over a dozen practices that I mean, that's like spring, right? You get a chance to improve your young guys. But maybe they can step in and play. You got a chance to add to your death. You get a chance to really work on some things come out with some new wrinkles and some new formations and trick plays. So if you're good at it, you can really improve. And one of the interesting things that Alabama does is they round something called fourth quarter. And right when they finish the SEC championship game. And that's to get their guys ready to face a no huddle offense in. In in Cuyler Murray in Oklahoma. So they're ready. So they're big guys are in shape for the fourth quarter. So they don't what it doesn't happen to them. What the Shawn Watson happened when he had a hundred plays a couple years ago talking to Jim Tibo about this game in there, quite a few other games as well. I do wanna get a thought on the Clemson noted him game. Clemson may very well. I think they're going to be without Dextra warrants. Who's as big anybody that squad? Well, I went back, and I watched most almost every single one of Notre Dame's games and watching them the few things that stand out to me is they're extremely well coached. I mean, extremely well coached. They have great game plans. They're in good position. And they play really really hard. But also watching them is you realize that they're players God-given ability. Just does not match up to clemson's. Right. They I mean in their recruiting battle in drafting guys the next level. It's not even going to be close. So for for speed for. Size breath. Lettuces clemson's got a huge edge. I think a key for for Notre Dame is Ian book in can equalize it from the quarterback position. And can he make plays down the field with his arm because coach Kelly is going to put them in positions with some good route combinations to give him a chance, but that's going to be the key. And we've seen the the only place where Clemson is kind of is their secondary. And we saw that was South Carolina scoring thirty five and should have been forty nine points against them throwing over five hundred yards. And that's a south guy offense that wasn't necessarily that good. But they expose Clemson a little bit. And we'll see if Notre Dame tries to expose a few of those areas as well, Jim before you go, and we'll have plenty of time to talk about this all this this weekend. But of the other games, there's so many intriguing bowl games. You have Florida playing of Michigan. You have UCF and LSU of Auburn playing the Maurya Vanderbilt playing tonight Tex. Another big one. Yeah. That's that's the sugarbowl. I know that's a lot to chew on..

Is he is wrong fourth that the word is raggedy is that I don't even know where to believe I'm just trying to figure out like he got deadline of dumb, but a pizza cutter. Look, man, I understand, you know, he makes us money as he thought he was going to but don't say money out here because baby go to a profession. It looked like it did it himself looks like the cheek cut his hair is that possible. Even he would allow that. I would. Well, I don't think I quote every night is the same bleep every night has been the same bleep. If you call something one way, you have to call it the other way once they start doing that. I'm going to have a little more respect. Said Rudy go bare after Sunday's game against the heat was fined fifteen K for these comments. But was not done beating with officials. That's watch. What happened in the first three minutes of last night's game? Opening tip. He got called the content found a file about away. And this is where he grows very very angry hardened flop. Oh, wow. That's that's objectively. I'd be upset. Ios at Rosina face, man. He got suspended for a month. Have you done that that man was very very angry? The slow MO replays captured. This was first technical of the game. Bo generation is forthcoming there. It is. All right. Jack is warranted. Yeah. You can't do that. Right. Coming from. But let's be clear somehow a great shock is that he is becoming the rushing Wallace of his generation in the sense. He got it out for the rest of the reps. Have it out for him? And they go get him as quickly as they possibly. Can. He's going to have to recognize that that I'll show respect when they show respect. They will keep showing you to the locker room. You're gonna have to make a decision. Oh, he's on their watchlist now. And this is look the NBA embraces the soap opera embraces beef embraces interpersonal conflict, but not with the officials that is where their sense of humor completely drains out. But what happens when you're a millennial future? Rushide Wallace bow and you get kicked out of a game. You're go to the locker room and do this please roll here. Oh, really go bare working out just start thirst trapping. You know? Exercise the followers up as yeah. Let's get a fellow playing in the background. This is this. I don't know rush. She would've done that. I don't know. That is an interesting thing. What would happen if Russia while grew up with a camera phone, and why would love him to like live periscope is beyond. Lot of a lot of NBA jam. Quote, Jim Tibo is one sip away. Says Mets general manager Brodie van wagon about how far Tibo is getting to the major league. Bob low. We're going to see him play for the Mets. I know you have PTSD about the Tim Tibo era in the NFL. Bo understandably, so I must obviously clarify like. Yeah. Tim Tibo born in the Philippines, member of the Filipino cultural society that I founded, obviously, all that's true. I do agree that if he were to make TV like frogging, probably a lot of qualified minor leaguers, do this really do this, but come July bow and everyone needs content v Metz included, I feel like this is quite plausible. So here's my thing. Is you got my point baked point here that I don't wanna go back through that thing. Again. He's not good at anything. Right. Like a legendary college football player. And that's okay. You know, who else was the legendary college football player Jason white. He was a great football player. Eric crap. He was a great football player. There's all kinds of guys. "MAC and Gaydos, governor Ducey is headed south of the border for his annual meeting with government officials in Mexico. But is this meeting really about business or is it about the border? We'll talk about that today too. Joining me this half hour. Jim Tibo time national champion first round NFL draft pick Heisman Trophy winner. Now playing for the farm team for the Mets on his way to the bigs. And that way today he is the best selling author again. This is the day is what the book is called. Reclaim your dream ignite your passion, live your purpose. So part of the Ramsey brand. Because when I've been on radio for almost thirty years now part of the Ramsey brand has become my faith because I talk about it all the time, and it's woven. Emmy we teach biblical financial principles. And so it's woven into that. And yet we're mainstream. I mean, we're also in quote Christian world, so to speak, but we're mainstream and on everything and everywhere. And Consequently, I catch truckloads of garbage. And I've watched you with your faith, even since you were just a college kid, and you're what thirty thirty thirty one thirty one. Okay. So you might get your kids age kids. And I've watched you take this bold stand and very open. Stand about your faith. Never backed down from it. And man, you have caught some crap. You have caught some amazing stuff talk about that journey a little bit. Well, you know, it was never. To take stand. It was to be who I am. And to try to be who God wanted me to be. You know, people would look, and they will say, oh, you you, you you you took a knee, and you were praying on the sidelines, and I didn't start that. When I was in Denver when people knew it as t Boeing, I started that when I was a sophomore in high school, and I did it every single game in high school in college and improves it wasn't something. I started when the camera's turned on it started before anyone ever knew who I was. And you just try to be who got wanted you to be in the midst of situations. And then I think you gotta understand when you when you try to stand for something that has meaning and purpose behind it. They're going to be people that are going to tear you down and one of my favorite quotes, a mess it up as by Winston Churchill says if you have enemies good, EMMY, you stood for something at least once in your life. And you know, a lot of times we're afraid to Stanford things because we're gonna have opposition oppositions. Not the worst thing it means that we're standing for something that has meaning a true purpose. And so it's it's knowing that there will be opposition. But in the midst of. Am I am? I am. I doing what's right and my doing what God wants me to do and my trying to affect as many people as possible in a good way. And because ultimately it comes down to very few things. It's come down to loving God loving people. And I tried to do the best. I can at them. You've done a great job. Your your brand. What we see from the outside looking in you, and I met today personally for the first time, but what we've seen from the outside. What looking in as a fellow believer walking in some of the same social media garbage? That that we get thrown at us. But you've done a good job with Hildebrand you've held her steady. And you've not been unkind in your responses and so forth that I've ever seen anyway. So great job with that. Thank you. This is the day. Reclaim your dream McKnight, your passionate live your purpose. Living your purpose. One of our Ramsey personalities. Ken Coleman talks about all the time. Finding your purpose. Finding your what's your passion is and weaving that into what you're doing. Talk about living your purpose because it's more than just your day to day activities, isn't it? Absolutely. You know, it's funny. I have a lot of young people that will come up to me. A lot. And they'll say, hey, how do I know what I'm supposed to do? How do I know my calling or my purpose or what am I supposed to do? And I'll say first of all I have no idea. But Secondly, have your is ever been open to a need or problem or someone else hurting have you ever seen it always gonna be like, yes. Of course. And I'll say, well, what is when have your eyes been opener? You've seen a problem where you've really on your heart. You've said man, I want to go I want to help that. And they'll say an example or something, and I'll say, well, maybe if if your eyes have been opened to something you see it, maybe that's something you're supposed to do for me. It was when I was fifteen years old. I was on a mission trip in the Philippines, and I met a boy in a very remote jungle with this feat on backwards and the whole village looked at him as curse his name is Sherwin. And they look to him as Kirsten the more. You touched him the more chance you had of being cursed. And and I fell in love with this boy, and I knew leaving that village, and that mountaintop what I wanna do. For the rest of my life more so than baseball more than football more. So than writing more so than anything else that I wanna do is. I want to fight for people that can't fight for themselves because that day my eyes were open to someone that was hurting. And and I knew that I could fight for him. And that I could love him. I could care about him. And to right now for kids that have Sherwin has we have a hospital in the Philippines, where we pick them all up for free, and we take them, and they get operated and not just physically but emotionally and spiritually, you know, because my eyes were opened sixteen years ago to that young boy with his feet on backwards. And and you know to the kids that are less fortunate. Don't give a chance you and me we know what it's like to be cheered for it to be clap for to be celebrated, but a lot of them don't. So you know, what we have what we call a night to shine which is a worldwide prom for people with special needs. And this year, we're going to have six hundred and fifty four of them in twenty two countries. I'll one night with over two hundred thousand volunteers and why we do that is because everyone's every single one of them deserve to walk down a red carpet and be teared. And be crowned the king or the Queen of the prom and be loved in. And we do that because we get to tell them. This is how the God of the universities you every single day. That's how much you matter. That's your worth. That's what you represent to the God of this universe. He loves you that much, and that's why the biggest party and your town in that night is for you. So you're kind of fired up about it. Sometimes that's good. That's good. It's amazing. That's a great program eleven and special needs kids. I can think of ailing better than that you want to rally around and welcomed on the red carpet and give that. Speaking of getting fired up. When someone sees her passion like that. It seems like you've got a natural spark that igniters. I mean, I've seen the two or three times already. Joanna goes, right? It's usually at right? Is that something new practiced? Or is that something someone can install? I mean because sometimes I see people and it's like trying to trying to light wet wood. I mean, come on to like, I want it more for them than they want it for themselves. I I see what they can do. And they don't believe it. He let someone to care that lack of hope the hope is somewhere around the igniting the passion how passionate that's a really really good question. And it's really hard. And there's so many times the guys in sports. I'm like, you're so good. Just try like if you try you're going to be unbelievable, and it can be sometimes very hard for people. But you know, one thing my dad sat me down when I was eight years old and me and my two brothers, and he had just got back from a mission trip where he'd been gone all summer and satis down. And he he looked at us. And he said boys that just wants you to know how much I love you. And I want to give you an edge to give you an advantage. And he said he had a movie and he before he had planned the move. You said if you love whatever you do like demand in this movie. If you have passion like demand is movie. And if you're willing to sacrifice like demands movie, you will be different you'll be contagious and people want to be around you and he's down and he hit play on the movie Braveheart. This is my favorite movie movie, and I've seen a hundred times. But you know, my dad was right. If you really love what you're doing. And sometimes you don't always feel like loving you. But the greatest form of love is a choice. It's not a feeling. It's a choice and Godsey example for that. And his a copy form of love is the best definition in my opinion to choose the best interest of another person and act on their behalf. Love is a choice. And then it's okay. I find something I love and I make that choice. Now, I'm going to choose to be passionate every day. Sundays. You don't wanna wake up and say, you know, what I need to go help as many people as possible. But it's also a choice to be fired up. I can choose to do the things to get me fired up and ready to go for the day. And then if I if I do those two things I'll be I'll be willing to sacrifice for it. It's an intentional act. It's an absolute intentional act. And you know, the phrase fake it till you make it. You've never heard of that race faking. It though doing it. It's doing is doing it. And and you know what? Sometimes you don't always feel like it. But you do it anyways. And it creates that extra spark in you. Well, it's part of the overall go. I mean, you can walk the muck to your knees. If you look past it. Yes. You know, it's like sitting here in this chair for three hours a day, fifteen hours a week for almost thirty years and some days, I won't be here. Just kinda got the flu or something else. But they won't know there.

"And I'm going to demonstrate that tomorrow an SEC nation how Georgia stop and they quit on certain place and LSU Dinna. And if I'm if I'm Georgia ama- Georgia coach Georgia player, I am so disappointed in that. And that was shocking to me. It's one thing to lose. It's one thing to have another team out effort. You gripe point Jim Tibo tomorrow morning. Using voice as the okay to listening to the Paul finebaum show podcast. On the welcome in atom Amine the ESPN broadcaster joining us from Oxford where the rebels get ready to take on Auburn Adam, thanks for the time. Really appreciate it. Let's let's get a lay the land there as our another early game is set Auburn, coming off of it's worse outing of the year, and that's saying something taking on all miss which has lost a key player or two, but seems to be energized right now get after noon afternoon. Paul, I would agree with you right now. This is an interesting mood to try to dissect for both of these programs. You know ole miss is a program that has, you know, last year the bowl ban. This would be a chance for them to be bowl, eligible. If they were eligible to go to the postseason this year. So there's a little bit of a strange emotion behind the victory, Matt Lucas, very candid about that said, you know, we're very much about the one game at a time and Taliban. Some of his veteran guys have been very good about speaking up about why this is still an important season. Why this is an important gay. Game, why this is an important place to try to finish out a strong season and for Auburn and Gus malzahn and everything that you know about. And we've already looked at some of your quotes over the course of the week. We'll probably incorporate them in one way, shape or form over the course of our broadcast. But to be in the in the spot that he's in that he's been in before I understand that. But to have the mood around this program be so kind of, I guess, down is the the easiest way to say at the have the mood around this program. The fan base is very agitated, understandably, so you know about the dollars and sense with with everything that plays into that and understandably so. But Gus malzahn was happy to address that with us and said, you know, there's highs in this profession. There's lows in this profession. We've been through all of that before. It's time to get refocused for this week and try to snap losing skid. Realize your job there is to set the table, but on this program and just talking to Auburn fans all week, they're down. They just because you talk about things as I mean, it's a reality, but there's almost since among them that a lost Tamar in the dam is broken. There's no, there's no putting the water back in and I know that's difficult sometimes before a game to talk about. But if that game starts going, getting away from them. I think you'll be able to read it on the sidelines. I would agree with you Paul because the three game losing streak is a rarity for Auburn. Has it happened? I think six years at this point. So to have this type of skid for a program with such high expectations. And that's the biggest reason for all this because there were such high expectations when when when you get lifted to cloud nine for for various points of the year, you're a top ten team, you're starting the year in the top ten, you beat a really good Washington team to open up the season. You are considered a contender, not for the SEC west, not for the SEC title for the playoff. You're considered a potential national champion and to get dropped off of that in such heroin fashion. It seems like in the way that they've had to suffer through that the last couple of games to be flat offensively against Mississippi State and to suffer the loss, they did against Tennessee. I agree with you. I think Jeremy Prue. It's a great coach. I think he's going to get things figured out there his mentality when he gets the right personnel. I think that's going to be a dangerous program in the SEC again. But as far as the perception nationally and probably around the SEC is concerned when Tennessee is viewed as not a top tier SEC team for the time being and you lose at home pretty handily..

"Philip making noises gargling noises most like nothing. The more I read the worse, it gets Purdue at Nebraska hole. Which coming into the year that looked really, really fun. Look, it looked it. It looked fun. What is the? I haven't looked at over unders yet the. Let's see it. What the fuck the, oh, there it is the over under in Florida. State level is forty. Seven seems generous. Turnovers, turnovers pay f- humble run backs. Yeah, I think turnovers in bad special teams probably where they're trying to like, just betting errors that just like I dunno, teams are inept offensively. Let's just take it to like, you know, forty. So refined here, it'll be good. Yeah, there's nothing is yes. The next, those Texas at Kansas state to act as never wins there. Granted, Kansas state is bad. Yeah, a quarterback change this week by the way. Like which is interesting because the way that I read it was some bizarre phrasing. I believe that Bill Snyder coming into the year had listened to his offensive coaches that they they, they wanted Schuyler Thompson, right as their options starter and get scholar Thompson, didn't exactly fit the typical mould of Kansas state quarterback. And by that I mean he did not look like dime stores, superman. He didn't have as many dollars hours. Right? He didn't look like to Franken back who secretly tight end. They just moved to quarterback. Right. It didn't look like Jim Tibo. Yeah, he didn't look like Dan Le fever, actual name because Dan lefavor was basically that. Yeah, the way that it was put from Jeff Rosen of the KC star Bill Snyder asserts his power over k state assistance. L. which I just saw like Gandalf right. That's also literally states offense. You shall not pass..
