"Thomas and for tomorrow's installment of our series of profiles ahead off election day in canada next monday to almost luke's jug meet seeing the leader of the third largest party. The left leaning democrats. You're listening to the briefing on monocle. Twenty four today's broker. I'm the barracks of the world's smallest and most colorful army. The vatican's swiss guard are due for a major revamp. A forty six million euro refurbishment to be precise but this time the gods squatters will be designed to house female gods even though. The admission of women is not allowed yet. Let's get the latest with julie at lindley a form of and correspondent and regular voice hero monocle twenty four. Good afternoon to you. Juliette get to be here. So julius could you first tell us. Both the proposed to refurbish men's. How urgently is it needed. Well actually very urgently if you think that these barracks which consists of three buildings squeezed in the tiny quaint vatican city which as you know is the smallest country in the world they were built in the early nineteen hundreds so that over a century old that cramps have got inadequate isolation. They were made with poor building materials. So pretty urgent need to refurbish and over the next four years the plan is to create more private rooms with bathrooms rather than shared living quarters. A large kitchen canteen theater hall library overall thirty percent more living space. Now mike is the news. It apparently the new barracks are being designed to accommodate females wisconsin. Well that comes as a surprise given that ever since the core was founded and that was back in fifteen o six it's never included women so Yeah i'm kind of thinking that. The swiss foundation that's financing the refurbishment might very well be hoping for gender parity within the swiss guards but it's pope francis himself has the ultimate say in the matter and the holy see is absolutely mum on this. Now so what does what does it take the moments what is required for those who want to join the swiss guard. What exactly is the criteria that first of all gods you've you've got to be male fee a single catholic and your parish. Priests in your hometown has to endorse you. You've also got to be aged between nineteen thirty years old. At least one meter seventy four. You'd have to have completed basic swiss army training. And you need to have done an apprenticeship or posture mature or ballet. So guess what. Marcus is increasingly difficult to find young swiss men who official those criteria and who want to spend three years at least living within the seat of catholicism. Earning one thousand eight hundred dollars a month which that might sound not bad for a young kid but by swiss salary standards. It's actually not a lot. You are obviously joining us from zero. Can you tell us how how the job asked us. God is viewed in the country. Do the gods come from across the country and and east moving to the vatican considered a viable job opportunity. Well i'm not sure about how viable job of achier did is precisely because every year they've got to find at least three dozen new recruits and it's getting harder and harder often they recruit from french-speaking switzerland which tends to be more catholic and some from italian-speaking switzerland but is also much more logic would tell you open up to women and you'll have a greater you'll have a wider arena from which to choose your guards but you must know that you know. The swiss are actually rather attached to the idea of having swiss guards in the vatican even if that's their own sons. Don't particularly want to go and do that and from a pr perspective for switzerland. It's actually rather grade and you know those guards dressed in their eye catching orange blue and red. They're known all over the world and they're pretty much a hallmark of what sits and then stands for perhaps in the catholic world do. Do you think these these refurbishment is going to make the idea of going to the vatican more attractive for those potentials we scores. I guess the fact that it's more comfortable might make a bit nicer. But i think in general. It's just it's harder and harder. I think to find churchgoing youngsters. In general in switzerland and the fact that you need your parish priests to endorse you makes it even harder and a lot of young kids. I think they can think of other things. I'd rather do than spend three years paps at the vatican guarding the pope. Like just just finally juliet's can you tell us about how important the role is the sweet swiss guards place in the vatican. How important are they to that institution. They are the world's smallest army under the pontus personal escorts and they're mainly known that save for their ceremonial role during official events and also for people trips abroad. But they do have keith security tasks to marcus so they they carry out these tasks in conjunction with the vatican gendarmerie and with the italian security services. So they're not just there for show if you want about us the journalists and broadcast jimmy leaning thank you so much for joining us here on the briefing. And that's all for this edition of this program. It was produced. By reese james and emma. Our research was so what jim studio manager will increase block wa. The briefing is back tomorrow at the same time. That's saturday midday here in london. Twenty hundred listening in tokyo seven. Am if you're listening in toronto. Marcos hip goodbye. Thanks for listening..

Tina daily food is candy. They don't reflect. The views of robinhood family is still informational. Just so we're not recommending any securities. It's not a research report or investment advice to offer or sale of a security snacks. Digestible business financial. Llc member finbar's less sipc our first story dating app. Bumble is opening its first ever restaurant unlike. Fumbles app restaurant has nothing to do with an algorithm so. I'm just going to turn things over to full disclosure here bumble shareholder. Jack kramer. Jack can you give us an update on the stock from where you're sitting back dachshund. It's not hard. It's down twenty five percent since its february. Ip down nineteen percent for me so technically outperforming not too shabby over there. Jacks knackers get ready to meet something called bumble brew. Bumblers i ever cafe in soho in new york on july twenty four. We should call this a straight up restaurant. 'cause they're partnering with the restaurant group behind the restaurant pascal. Joan oh yes no relation to pascal drag elbit fantastic pizzas especially the clam on rich now. Hilariously hilariously when bumble announced this two years ago. It got a little delayed but they've really bumble a fide. The food men. Yeah the focus of the menu was actually on date friendly food no to napkin. Situation dishes right. They figured there'd be a lot of bumble couples on their first date so they didn't want like baby back ribs sauce all over your face. You don't want to be sticking that whole face into the volcanic bean burritos dip situation but like we said. The pandemic delayed the launch by a year so post pandemic. They're not joking around with their men. It's okay. I brought another sweater with me if he brings tied to go stack yet. He's a cape new menu. It's mostly mediterranean. Gonna be some more of the finger on there. I think they might even have a whole lobster with like a bowl of melted butter. Which is the messy est dishing. That's the six date food again. You crack open the clock by by the way. No spaghetti are you kidding. You wanna create the lady and the tramp situation. I feel like that should be mandatory to serve that big missed opportunity but smackers ninety percent of bumble users according to bumble data want to date in real life again after the pin number so and makes sense. They're opening the restaurant now. You can literally bumble at bummed out. Bumble brew isn't just a safe space for your first date with hod who you've been chatting with bumble for one. Now this is what. Jacqueline i find fascinating about bumble brew. It's really also location for bumble biz to go down. Bumble biz is bubbles linked in ish feature on the app which is networking interviews looking for mental. So you're not just like going to the restaurant for the first date for the lobster. Homebrew could also be applicable to bumble fund. Which is the venture fund of bumble focused on women lead startup. They actually considering having pitched competitions in the back of the bumble brew cafe. So all up you can meet a co founder who cats fund a direct to consumer startup led by women. All righty all over a nine dollar honey day all at bumble braids delicious concoct. Only one location is planned so far new york city. They're just testing it out. They haven't committed to a second one. We'll see how it goes. So jack what's the takeaway for our buddies doing physical things over bumble. The app gave bumble scale but community gives bumble routes knackers. Remember this key part of the dating app industry when a dating app is successful. You delete the app. That's why we told you last week that tinder is adopting more social media not necessarily dating featuring so they want to stay in your life just a little bit longer. A bumbled physical restaurant. Offline makes it even more relevant. Yes even if you're in a happy relationship. I mean married with three kids jack. No problem now. Your mom can bumble with you. Over the baby back. Ritz epo borough. So transformed from a digital commodity for twenty six year old females to a potentially lifelong value brands knackers bubbles algorithm in their app. Got them to the ipo. But the bumble community is what could stop investors from deleting the stock for our second story. The pacific northwest wave has made a few things especially this one incredibly clear we need. More air conditioners. Yeah and trains. Air conditioners are both the cause of and the solution to climate change. All right snacker is on monday. Portland oregon suffered a really bad weather situation. A hundred and sixteen degrees. Okay can you share that other wild snack that you're telling me earlier jack. One hundred sixteen degrees is not only a record for portland knows. These hotter than miami dallas texas or los angeles have ever been in recorded history. Let that sink in. Oh and by the way portland's pacific northwest cousin. Seattle people are dying in seattle because of the three hundred fifty seven people according to seattle newspaper visited the er over that span because of heat related issues cleary's and why in seattle only forty four percent of residents enjoy and even have air conditioner. Seems like that's definitely going to have to increase because days like this are going to be more frequent so funny thing about the air conditioner. Industry climate change is actually a major helpful. Tailwind for all yes. People are going to buy a lot of ac units as this gets worse and worse of a problem than. Here's the messed up thing about the air conditioner industry air conditioner. Units are utilized. Chrissy hawks causing more climate change. Fifteen percent of global greenhouse gases are for heating and air conditioning. Yeah so like unless your air conditioner. Unit is powered by solar panels on the roof for like some nearby wind turbines. Talking a lot of electricity. You get this bertel cycle. We need more air conditioners to adapt to climate change. Yes but air conditioners exacerbate the climate change problem and the cycle goes on and on so who stock is at an all time high right now enter. Train technologies train technologies. Who calls themselves a leader in climate and sustainability. A little asterisk. Here when they say climate overtrained technologies. they're talking about like local client. Yeah they're talking about the temperature in your living room or like the office. They're doing commercial and residential air conditioners over at train tack their based today in ireland but to fit. This goes all the way back to eighteen. Eighty five back then. What you do is you would hire someone from train to just come over with a giant ponzi or giant ice q. This blow spill your kids. They also d- refrigerated trucks. Yes keep your milk and cookie ice cream cold weather and trans now. Fast anything jack and noticed about train technologies. ac's they're pledging to be carbon neutral in their operations at twenty thirty what. It's the clients that use the ac units. Use up all the electricity so thinking about the clients to they are. They're also pledging to help their air conditioner. Customers cut a gig a ton of carbon by twenty thirty as well sir. Train stock is at an all time high because they climate-friendly air conditioner. That's a business. That wall street wants to bed but wall street also is kind of a fan of the current air conditioners given everything we just had about that vicious cycle carrier lennox comfort services. Those are all ac stocks to and they're all at all-time highs as well. So jack what's the takeaway for all our buddies who use air-conditioning the worst the offender the bigger the potential impacts knackers. What say you got to buddies both want to save the world by working on an environmentally sustainable role at some competent one of them chooses to work at patagonia which has an incredible reputation as like the cleanest company every other one takes the opposite route. They want to join. Be p a british oil china. One new went to patagonia actually as a major challenge. 'cause they're company is already more sustainable than dandy lion. Pretty tough to make those fleeces even cleaner but the one who had to be there's way more potential impact to clean up that very dirty business well to bring it back to train. Train operates in a dirty industry aaron offender in the electricity. Hogging air conditioner business but clean air conditioners could potentially make a huge impact for our third and final story. Jack leg day or chest. Korte trick questions. both jackets. Tim fast just became a two point. Two billion dollar unit corporate gym membership app is thriving because of their huge pivots knackers. Jim pass based in brazil. Originally now it's located in new york city. They call themselves a wellness platform. Which is a gym platform. That's gotten into meditation recently. You should really try it out now. Jim pass if you're trying to explain this to someone which you are exactly the membership to connect you to a whole bunch of gyms basically similar to class pass so you don't need to be a crunch fitness member for weight workout and then a pad member for your yoga regino. You don't want subscription to jim. Pass you get access to pass you. Japan ten bucks to two hundred and fifty bucks a month and they cover. Get this a whopping one. Third of all jim studios in the united states. If you're paying two hundred fifty bucks a month. They're like platinum membership. You get access to all those gyms including saw cycle you do if you're paying just ten bucks a month. You're getting access to like the com- meditation app. And maybe a couple of things and a kettle bell. But here's the thing about jim. Snappers the pandemic crushed fitness studios and especially class. Pass all the gym shutdown so ten days into the lockdown back in march of last year ninety five percent of class passes revenues disappeared and yet jim pass which has a similar business model. The class pass experienced a boom during the panta. They just closed a fundraise which doubled their valuation to two point two billion dollars. And here's why. And how jim pass went through an epic pivot back in two thousand sixteen. That was critical. They didn't really change the product. It's done essentially class. They changed the customer. They market their product to That's the key. The market for fitness memberships. It's fierce anybody with the body is potentially accustomed instead of fighting that fight and trying to sell an app to consumers which is very hard every day sold to consumers bosses instead they pivoted from btc business to consumer to beat a business to business. It is so be to be now if you go to. Gym pass dot com. You can't even sign up for. Jim pass unless your company is partnered with. That's right you can't use jim. Pass unless your company uses. Jim pass and guess what double the number of companies are now on. Jim passed despite the pandemic. Mcdonald's accenture unilever. You're the user of jim pass but the employer is the custom in. Jim pass grew during the pandemic because we think employees spread across the country during work from home and so the traditional gym membership that companies had. That might not have worked anymore. So jim pass a consulting firm like accenture can give all. It's workers access to their local gym wherever they are wherever they're working from any because fifty thousand gyms are in the gym pass network. Oh extra plus point here. Jim pass gives access to meditation apps which were crucial as a selling point during the stressful. Pandemic you should really get into meditation. So jack what's the takeaway on our buddy. The least then thing as jack wants to take away our buddies over ch- impasse when you go beat a b. business to business. Fewer sales can mean more cells. Yeah smackers other health tech companies. They've added business customers to they've done that in the past. Not nail fit bit head space. They have corporate clients. Just like jim past but jim pass went one hundred percent in its pivot to business to business only business customers now. There is a cost to that. It's hard for jim. Pass to go viral and get like number one in the app store totally if your hr team has to approve your access to get him. They're not getting to consumers they have to sell to. Hr teams accompanied but once they succeed in convincing the hr department to subsidize. Jim pass memberships for all the employees. Then it's really easy to get all the employees to sign and mcdonald's accenture unilever all these companies that signed up for jim pass. They together have millions of employees so three big sales for jim pass to those three companies results in millions of new users. Fewer sales can mean more sales. Jack in your whip up to take his force over there. Bumble finally launches the restaurant new york city albro on july twenty four eighths in investment in the community. That's how bumble stays. Relevant train technologies brands itself. As the sustainable air conditioning dirty industries have the greatest potential for positive change. Jim pass pivoted from consumer marketing to business. Market you were. Sales turned even into more sales. Now time for our snack back today. This one said and by our buddy. Dave paly from lovely san francisco if you're celebrating the fourth of july any of disney's theme parks you're in the presence of a record holder. Yeah get this knackers. Disney is the largest consumer of fireworks in the world. I bet they get most of them in new hampshire which is like should be new hampshire slogan we do fireworks at no taxes for alcohol is drive across the border. That's all you gotta do. Oh by the way disney's also the second largest purchaser of any type of explosive in the united states right because fireworks are explosives but the number one explosive purchaser. Wait for it. The united states military boom department of defense pentagon and orlando. Now i want to know what national defenses disney buys more explosives than knackers if you know the follow up to that snack tweet us. Also if you got a july fourth snack twitter at robin sax knackers. You look fantastic today. Jack i like lobster like the next guy. But i feel like. That's a first date risk with the shellfish allergies at the bumble shop. honestly the whole lobster. This never.

"Yet to the Senate which is an abuse of power by itself since Nancy Pelosi once a quid pro quo did your constitutional duty and I had a question from Kentucky in a few minutes ago of course not there should be no witnesses in the Senate because you have no idea how those witnesses going to testify they're going to claim executive privilege are going to claim attorney client privilege it goes back to the court system takes many months whatever it is just get it over with do this have the same rules and twenty twenty that the Democrats agreed to in nineteen ninety nine so let's continue now thousands on hold millions are listening let's go to has been there the longest coda Tony in New York on impeachment and then Christian Clyde Joe Edward Mike and many others and Tony New York welcome to the bill Cunningham show Tony how are you Gloria all to the bill I'm doing well you're great American thank you for doing what you're doing thank you thank you I also want to thank you for paying homage to Roger Staw background I think he was a great American when he served continues to be one and I say that as a follow American and also the Dallas Cowboys fan as well I mean I on that point I grew up watching him he wants a Purcell high school is that it offers ago America very saw other schools he wanted to serve the nation they want to a course went to the Naval Academy he won the Heisman Trophy Joe Bellino wanted before these guys are there it was wonderful to watch all the cadets and midshipmen sang the star spangled banner watch the president be praised and so the media had to come up with something to smear the whole operation by making something up that did not happen and when the mainstream media wants to report lies about white supremacy symbols at the army navy game which was the circle game a bunch of crap they should said now wait a minute as a possible they did not intend to give white super I mean who in their right mind would think that on national television at that event that mid shipment or cadets would give a white supremacist symbol only the mainstream media would believe that's a possibility when it turned out to be false in a light was the circle game not white supremacy the media drop that never apologize they never a pot and talk about a truck never apologizing did you hear from Lester Holt Jim skewed all poppy Harlow or George Stephanopoulos or Gayle king they were wrong for days to care reporting that could dentures symbols of white supremacy are you kidding me they dropped it immediately when it was a live much like Nick salmon it was cross examined by Savannah Guthrie the today show as somehow participating in white supremacy and showing disrespect to a Vietnam War hero that being that Nathan Phillips character when it turned out to be a lie they drop the completely when Jesse small light who said he was walking around Chicago late at night and make a hat wearing white supremacist put a noose around his neck who would believe such things happening in the first place in Chicago but when it turn out to be a lie the media drops these things quickly when there's a murder of Jews in Philadelphia by members of the black Hebrew nation part of the group protesting in the next ten minutes and by the way when it showed it wasn't white supremacist they quickly drop that one is Pensacola with the first guy was Mohammed that did the shooting they drop that anything that fits their bias and prejudice they promote if it doesn't thank nor please continue to green more agree more I want to get your opinion on a fault done about I have I don't think demos the ever intended to present the articles to the Senate and I think what you're going to do to do is use McConnell's statement about how he he he it made it that you know he's not biased and he's going to a quick trial I think she's going to turn around and then try to shut down can people stroke that she's not bringing the articles because McConnell already said the the the the the trials rig and that gives her exactly what she wants is the ability to speak to her allies on contested as they've grown that they've done all along so I think she's getting exactly what she wants Tony do you think the democratic candidates for the presidency in the US Senate should not said in the Senate during the trial I like to have someone say if you're one of the three or four US senators running for the presidency is it prejudicial for you to sit in judgment of the president if you're gonna personally benefit the answer would be yes no one's talking of course but no one is saying to them Hey senator Warren you have to step down Hey senator Bernie Sanders you got to step down it doesn't happen that way because those are Democrats they play by a different set of rules in nineteen ninety nine Democrats the senators Democrats work with the Clinton White House to develop a strategy and how to present it the Democrats in nineteen I did exactly what the Republicans are doing now but the media didn't care about that today absolutely not why we're working with and interacting dispute otherwise the say and tell me how much collusion did CNN provide for the front for the Hillary campaign against drop there in the collusion business that's what they do is collude with the Democrats to promote the democratic talking points how much collusion took place between Hillary and the creators of the falls dossier to get dirt on drop in Moscow with that peeing in the bad incident with the hookers that's what the Democrats do they how much collusion did the F. B. I. do and the CIA due to elect Hillary Clinton have the insurance policy didn't they exactly engaging collusion and isn't right now isn't Hillary Clinton colluding with Chuck Schumer on a quid pro quo and they call it abuse of power when trump does nothing but they're engaging in the abuse of power good to great you're more how how how much collusion is there were every damn Democrat when they get out office girl who works for these liberal reporters marginalized my good friend mark let then wrote a book on that three hundred circumstances or Liberal Democrats go from an administration whether it's bomber Clinton into the media like Jim studio that goes back to the to make money then because back out then goes back to Harvard or whatever the make all this big big Jack to make big money the collusion happens region the mainstream media and Democrats thank tanks law schools and when they did three witnesses that testified that trump was guilty number fact witnesses how can a law professor testified as to the guilt of someone on impeachment when in fact they didn't see anything it's an opinion how is that possible let actually it radically which which is why I don't think she wants these articles in a full trial to go to the Senate because of ninety nine point nine if not a hundred percent above their wives will be fully exposed well I hope so but the American people will be told this Alicia listen to talk radio ever occasionally I mean right now Chris Wallace is completely lost his way I I have no clue what happened to that guy but none the less fox news generally about half the time gives us if I want to watch CNN all watch CNN which I do on occasion I don't have to watch Chris Wallace to watch CNN I want a different view point of what the news CNN is not a news operation is not the most trusted name in news it is ridiculous CNN news Max is a pretty good job one American network does a pretty good job but fox has lost its way because they think that the money's in the future of being somehow more liberal and that's fine to Europe whatever business model you want but they ought to be one source I can go to to get the truth I don't get it from the mainstream media and CNN is not a news operation I'm sorry it is not they can do what they want to do but don't call yourself differently than you truly are that's my only point thanks for your call and now let's go to Joe in Pennsylvania Joe in Pennsylvania welcome to the bill Cunningham show thank you for your patience Joe go ahead yes so thank you for taking my call and merry Christmas I'm calling because she's holding on to that impeachment because she's trying to get those Republicans in the Senate to go against trump and if she doesn't get them she's going to wait for the election in the she takes the Senate the Democrats take the Senate that the big denture set him over and then there really impeach Joan ask you this if there's an impeachment and there's not a trial is a not an abuse of power and in fact since the Senate is the only the only place to have a trial isn't it a quid pro quo which is unconstitutional to to to not send the impeachment articles over Intel Schumer and hello see collude together to screw drop in the Senate is not a quid pro quo by itself is not an abuse of power yes but you see how they way they don't care about the constitution we lost the constitution the way what you're doing bill good people in America kinda like lost what can we do to fight back the only thing we got is a vote vote what what can we do well what's wrong with the vote in November what's wrong with saying if the silly Democrats wanted to say we're going to have oversight hearings that's fine do what you're going to do oversight put it on the rack whatever how you'll then let's vote but they they want to take away your right to vote in November by taking away your selection for the presidency and they want to decide for you who's in the office now that's voter suppression right there when they cry about it all the time it's voter suppression joke yeah that is true but look what you're doing and no one is holding them accountable I don't see anyone going to jail call me everybody should be in jail clapper Brennan been in jail a long time ago what's going on it doesn't work if you're a Democrat a done work hi Gerry if the Republican or if you had done exactly what Hillary Clinton a done and destroyed emails under a congressional subpoena and then paid people off and then conducted the Clinton foundation which was a fraud and a scam from the beginning if you done one third of what what she had done you'd be locked up on this point and what if you lied to a federal judge much like James Comey and clapper in Brandon in McCabe and stroking page and Baker they all were part of a holy cabal because they knew they knew Clinton was going to win and then when she lost they wanted to get proof that somehow trumpeting gazing felonious criminal miss behavior and what it didn't turn out that way with the mall or scam they had to quickly switch the Ukraine to keep them tied down so it doesn't implement all of his policies go to work so well the street shots were fired at people in and around the house thirteen people were shot ranging in age from sixteen to forty eight years old police say the scene was so frantic some people didn't realize they had been hit with a bullet fox's Matt Finn the Senate is waiting for the house speaker Nancy Pelosi to send the articles of impeachment to the Senate Missouri Republican senator Roy blunt says pelo C. is stalling I actually don't think the speaker who has great power in a lot of cases I has the power to decide not to send over my determined will of the house of representatives they have voted they have voted on too articles they need to come and defend those two articles want on CBS's face the nation America is listening to fox news well done thirty five minutes James person in get out office school who works for these liberal reporters marginalized my good friend mark Levin wrote a book on that three hundred circumstances where Liberal Democrats go from an administration whether it's bomber Clinton into the media like Jim studio that goes back to the to make money then because back out then goes back to Harvard or whatever the make all this big big Jack to make big money the collusion happens region the mainstream media and Democrats think tanks law schools and when they did three witnesses that testified that trump was guilty number fact witnesses how can a law professor testified as to the guilt of someone on impeachment when in fact they didn't see anything it's an opinion how is that possible that actually it radically which which is why I don't think she wants these articles in a full trial to go to the Senate because ninety nine point nine if not a hundred percent of of their wives will be fully exposed well I hope so but the American people will be told this Alicia listen to talk radio ever occasionally I mean right now Chris Wallace is completely lost his way I I have no clue what happened to that guy but none the less fox news generally about half the time gives us if I want to watch CNN all watch CNN which I do on occasion I don't have to watch Chris Wallace to watch CNN I want a different view point of what the news see and there is not mainstream media and CNN is not a news operation I'm sorry it is not they can do what they want to do but don't call yourself differently than you truly are that's my only point thanks for your call and now let's go to Joe in Pennsylvania Joe in Pennsylvania welcome to the bill Cunningham show thank you for your patience Joe go ahead yes so thank you for taking my call a merry Christmas I'm calling because she's holding on to that impeachment because she's trying to get those Republicans in the Senate to go against trump and if she doesn't get them she's going to wait for the election in the she takes the Senate the Democrats take the Senate about the big denture set him over and then they're really in the Georgia let me ask you this if there's an impeachment and there's not a trial is a not an abuse of power and in fact since the Senate is the only the only place to have a trial isn't it a quid pro quo which is unconstitutional to to to not send the impeachment articles over until Schumer and hello see collude together to screw drop in the Senate is not a quid pro quo by itself is not an abuse of power yes but you see how they way they don't care about the constitution we lost the constitution the way what they're doing bill the people in America kinda like lost what can we do to fight back the only thing we got is a vote vote what what can we do well what's wrong with the vote in November what's wrong with saying if the silly Democrats wanted to say we're gonna have oversight hearings that's fine do what you're going to do oversight put it on the rack whatever how you'll then let's vote but they they want to take away your right to vote in November by taking away your selection for the presidency and they want to decide for you who is in the office now that's voter suppression right there when they cry about it all the time it's voter suppression joke yeah that is true but look what you're doing and no one is holding them accountable I don't see anyone going to jail call me everybody should be in jail clapper Brennan been in jail long time ago what's going on it doesn't work if you're a Democrat it don't worry hi Gerry if a Republican or if you had done exactly what Hillary Clinton the done and destroyed emails under a congressional subpoena and then paid people off and then conducted the Clinton foundation which was a fraud and a scam from the beginning if you done one third of what what she had done you'd be locked up by this point and what if you lied to a federal judge much like James Comey and clapper in Brandon in McCabe and stroking page and Baker they all were part of a holy cabal because they knew they knew Clinton was going to win and then when she lost they wanted to get proof that somehow trumpeting gazing felonious criminal miss behavior and what it didn't turn out that way with the mall or scam they had to quickly switch the Ukraine to keep them tied down so it doesn't implement all of his policies that our work so well "Well done thirty five minutes James person in newsmax will be here but the two counts of impeachment to not communicate a yet to the Senate which is an abuse of power by itself since Nancy Pelosi once a quid pro quo Tudor constitutional duty and I had a question from Kentucky in a few minutes ago of course not there should be no witnesses in the Senate because you have no idea how those witnesses going to testify they're going to claim executive privilege are going to claim attorney client privilege it goes back to the court system takes many months whatever it is just get it over with do this and have the same rules and twenty twenty that the Democrats agreed to in nineteen ninety nine so let's continue now thousands on hold millions are listening let's go to has been there the longest coda Tony in New York on impeachment and then Christian Clyde Joe Edward Mike and many others and Tony New York welcome to the bill Cunningham show Tony how are you on to the bill I'm doing while you're great American thank you for doing what you're doing thank you thank you I also want to thank you for paying homage to Roger saw background I think he was a great American we serve continues to be one and I say that as a follow American and also the Dallas Cowboys fan as well I mean I on that point I grew up watching him he wants a Purcell high school he then it offers ago America very saw other schools he wanted to serve the nation he went to a course went to the Naval Academy he won the Heisman Trophy Joe Bellino wanted before these guys are there it was wonderful to watch all the cadets and midshipmen saying the star spangled banner watch the president be praised and so the media had to come up with something to smear the whole operation by making something up that did not happen and when the mainstream media wants to report lies about white supremacy symbols at the army navy game which was the circle game a bunch of crap they should send a wait a minute is it possible they did not intend to give white super I mean who in their right mind would think that on national television about a band that mid ship mentor cadets would give a white supremacist symbol only the mainstream media would believe that's a possibility when it turned out to be false in a light was and circle game not white supremacy the media drop that never apologize they never apart they talk about of a tribe never apologizing did you hear from Lester Holt Jim skewed or poppy Harlow or George Stephanopoulos or Gayle king that they were wrong for days to care reporting that could dentures symbols of white supremacy are you kidding me they dropped it immediately when it was a lie much like Nick salmon who was cross examined by Savannah Guthrie the today show has somehow participating in white supremacy and showing disrespect to a Vietnam War hero that being that Nathan Phillips character when it turned out to be a lie they dropped it completely when Jesse small lad who said he was walking around Chicago late at night and make it had wearing white supremacist put a noose around his neck who would believe such things happening in the first place in Chicago but when it turn out to be a lie the media drops these things quickly when there's a murder of Jews in Philadelphia by members of the black Hebrew nation part of the group protesting in the next ten minutes and by the way when it showed it wasn't white supremacist they quickly drop that one is Pensacola with the first guy was Mohammed that did the shooting they drop that anything that fits their bias and prejudice they promote and what does it thank nor please continue to green more agree more I want to get your opinion on a fourth down about a half I don't think polos the ever intended to present the articles to the Senate and I think what she's going to do to do is use McConnell's statement about how he he he it made it that you know he's not biased and he's going to a quick trial I think she's going to turn around and try to shut down can people show that she's not bringing the articles because McConnell already said the the the the the trials rig and that gives her exactly what she wants is the ability to speak to her allies on contested as they've grown that they've done all along so I think she's getting exactly what she wants Tony do you think the democratic candidates for the presidency in the U. "Hi Mike the office of a Chicago house party gone wrong thirteen people shot on the windy city southside police say inside the house party there was a dispute people started spilling out into the street shots were fired at people in and around the house thirteen people were shot ranging in age from sixteen to forty eight years old police say the scene was so frantic some people didn't realize they had been hit with a bullet fox's mac fan the Senate is waiting for the house speaker Nancy Pelosi to send the articles of impeachment to the Senate Missouri Republican senator Roy blunt says pelo sees stalling I actually don't think the speaker who has great power in a lot of cases I has the power to decide not to send over my determined will of the house of representatives they have voted they have voted on too articles they need to come and defend those two articles want on CBS's face the nation America is listening to fox news and the thirty five minutes James person in newsmax will be here but the two counts of impeachment to not communicating yet to the Senate which is an abuse of power by itself since Nancy Pelosi once a quid pro quo did your constitutional duty and I had a question from Kentucky in a few minutes ago of course not there should be no witnesses in the Senate because you have no idea how this witness is going to testify they're going to claim executive privilege are going to claim attorney client privilege it goes back to the court system takes many months whatever it is just get it over with do this to have the same rules and twenty twenty that the Democrats agreed to in nineteen ninety nine so let's continue now thousands on hold millions are listening let's go to has been there the longest coda Tony in New York on impeachment and then Christian Clyde Joe Edward Mike and many others and Tony New York welcome to the bill Cunningham show Tony how are you Gloria all to the bill I'm doing while you're great American thank you for doing what you're doing thank you thank you I also want to thank you for paying homage to Roger saw back come I think he was a great American when he served continues to be one and I say that as a follow American and also the Dallas Cowboys fan as well I mean I on that point I grew up watching him he went to Purcell high school is that it offers to go very very sell their skills he wanted to serve the nation they want to a course went to the Naval Academy he won the Heisman Trophy Joe Bellino wanted before these guys are there it was wonderful to watch all the cadets and midshipmen sang the star spangled banner watch the president be praised and so the media had to come up with something to smear the whole operation by making something up that did not happen and when the mainstream media wants to report lies about white supremacy symbols at the army navy game which was the circle game a bunch of crap I should say now wait a minute as a possible they did not intend to give white super I mean who in their right mind would think that on national television at that event that mid ship mentor cadets would give a white supremacist symbol only the mainstream media would believe that's a possibility when it turned out to be false in a light was the circle game not white supremacy the media drop that never apologize they never apart it talk about a truck never apologizing did you hear from Lester Holt Jim skewed all poppy Harlow or George Stephanopoulos or Gayle king they were wrong for days to care reporting that could dancers symbols of white supremacy are you kidding me they dropped it immediately when it was a live much like Nick salmon that was cross examined by Savannah Guthrie the today show has somehow participating in white supremacy and showing disrespect to a Vietnam War hero that being that Nathan Phillips character when it turned out to be a lie they dropped it completely when Jesse small lad who said he was walking around Chicago late at night and Megan had wearing white supremacist put a noose around his neck who would believe such things happening in the first place in Chicago but when it turn out to be a lie the media drops these things quickly when there's murder of Jews in Philadelphia by members of the black Hebrew nation part of the group protesting in the next ten minutes and by the way when it showed it wasn't white supremacist they quickly drop that one is Pensacola with the first guy was Mohammed that did the shooting they drop that anything that fits their bias and prejudice they promote doesn't thank nor please continue going more agree more I want to get your opinion on a part of that I have I don't think pillows the ever intended to present the articles to the Senate and I think what you're going to do to do is use McConnell statement about how he he he it made it that you know he's not biased and he's going to a quick trial I I think she's going to turn around and try to shut down can people stroke that she's not bringing the articles because McConnell already said the the the the the trials rig and that gives her exactly what she wants is the ability to speak to her allies on contested as they've grown that they've done all along so I think she's getting exactly what she wants Tony do you think the democratic candidates for the presidency in the US Senate should not said in the Senate during the trial now I like to have someone say if you're one of the three or four US senators running for the presidency is it prejudicial for you to sit in judgment of the president if you're gonna personally benefit the answer would be yes no one's talking of course but no one is saying to them Hey senator Warren you have to step down Hey senator Bernie Sanders you got to step down it doesn't happen that way because those are Democrats say play by a different set of rules in nineteen ninety nine Democrats the senators Democrats work with the Clinton White House to develop a strategy and how to present it the Democrats in ninety nine did exactly what the Republicans are doing now but the media didn't care about that today absolutely not why we're working with and in close to dispute the laws of the state and tell me how much collusion did CNN provide for the front for the Hillary campaign against trump they're in the collusion business that's what they do is collude with the Democrats to promote the democratic talking points how much collusion took place between Hillary and the creators of the falls dossier to get dirt on drop in Moscow with that peeing in the bed incident with the hookers "Experience of having lived in the city W. away I local news a little Cincinnati Ohio he Roger Staubach was the Tom Brady of his era but he was Captain America before there was a Captain America he let Purcell high school went to the Naval Academy had a few other scholarship offers but wanted to serve the country this was during the Vietnam War of course he ever see the Heisman Trophy in nineteen sixty three and then he went on to serve five years in the military serving in Vietnam and it wasn't thought of the age the advanced age of twenty seven or twenty eight it could be a football player again as he was Roger Starbuck came back and I love the Dallas Cowboys unlike today to to world championships but he's in the course of football hall of fame he was one of those who was honored on the coin flip and was flat by our president Donald J. trump and of course Roger Starbuck was there and over the years I've been in and out relationships with Roger always have a positive character I can call him we talk occasionally he did a great charity event here in Cincinnati out of the goodness of his heart no one was all over the tab the dinner we raised about thirty or forty thousand dollars for a local high school that I'm close to and Roger as you were leaving give me the check and the check was several thousands of dollars you pick that up didn't charge a nickel this guy's the real deal he's Captain America so when Roger Staubach is associated with an event I can all but guarantee you it's a good event it's a great event it's a patriotic event until bloggers and others got involved in said was not a white power symbol given by some of the cadets and it was during a feed and when this happened there was some scandal over the next day or two and I'm thinking what possible scandal could there have been between the military leadership west point and Annapolis those are the best and the brightest and according to media accounts some of the kid that's behind the the shot from ESPN was given the upside down okay sign what shot has been you served by certain white supremacist as this symbol of white hate now the odds of a teenage cadet at the army navy game on national television actually giving a white power nationalist symbol I think would be nonexistent I'm a little bit older but I can recall is younger man that is sometimes you put your index finger on someone's tested they look down you moved it up to him in the nose the game is called the circle game and it has to do with you if you give the okay sign upside down and some teenage boy or girl looks at it that gives you the right more or less to punch him in the arm but that wasn't good enough for the national media is in the national media has themes and one of the main themes is white supremacy is taking over the entire nation is the dominant problem in America the reason fourteen African Americans were shot over the weekend in Chicago had to do with white supremacy the reason that ninety nine percent of eighth graders in Detroit public schools can't read well that's white supremacy the reason we want to enforce border laws passed by Democrats and Republicans is white supremacy the reason there are certain ecological difficulties in some parts of our country such as pope and you're on the streets of San Francisco well that's white supremacy jussie Smollett was beaten with a noose around his neck because of white supremacy next salmon was our Costa by Nathan Phillips a black Hebrew and other group and he was an Indian so called here on a Vietnam more hero that he didn't serve in Vietnam all the way because a white soprano whatever the question is the answer is white supremacy so instead of the national media national media center women how likely is it that the best and the brightest teenagers and young adults in America are flashing white supremacy signs on national television how what the answer is is like not existent the odds of a bunch of mega hat wearing white supremacist running around Chicago looking for who Jesse similac to put a noose around his neck that's like not it no no it fits the theme of white supremacy so the other day on on the the five a five PM on fox I began with Dana Perino but she had a clip of America's great journalist like Lester Holt and Joe when Zico Brzezinski and Jim scudo of CNN and George Stephanopoulos and CBS morning news yeah I did a couple days all in all on about the cadets exhibiting white supremacists symbols add a army navy game in which the president was cheered instead of saying no when a man is this even conceivable is it possible this out the answer of course is no but they went with it hears about a minute cut beginning with Dana Perino that she has cuts of what the national media did to these innocent cadets yeah cells have wrapped up an investigation into a controversial hand gestures seen during last weekend's army navy football game officials finding cadets were playing a game and not flashing white power symbols story now drying comparison to the coming to high school controversy over the media coverage here's a look of some of it students from both west point in the Naval Academy under scrutiny for flushing would look like a white power symbol on live TV signal looks like an upside down okay sign but it often is used offensively yeah like by white supremacist groups indicate white power okay that's at the game flash this hand gesture which is widely known as the white power symbol head gestures knowledge of white supremacists latched on to it not as a symbol of irony this is a symbol of their prevalence whether they're playing this game they had to know it could be interpreted as this white power symbol so this investigation took place pretty quickly and I actually had was fine on Twitter the day broke Jesse and congressman Dan Crenshaw said this could be just the circle game and then you said the circle I don't even know anything about a circle game but apparently this been going on for about forty years all right so the scandal here is the mainstream media it is not these innocent young man flashing the circle game and it was a joke it was meant to be I'm on national TV take a look at me I get to hit you in the arm but the mainstream media found another theme that could exploit the ignorance of Manny using terms like they had the No widely known well guess what bill Cunningham the great American and Danny Gleison my producer with neither one of us widely new I had I had no idea that the symbol upside down was used by white supremacists I the closest thing I remember is George W. bush holding up three fingers to main W. that was also white supremacism bowl they are quick to vilify in heard the nation's brightest if if it's a political diatribe against those who might use a white supremacist symbol unwittingly when they won't even think alike that Jesse waters went on to say which I think was a great point XML white supremacist starter wearing blue Tice does that mean that if you were a blue tie you support white supremacists the answer is what are you serious this scandal here is Lester Holt joing Zico Brzezinski Jim studio and poppy Harlow and George Stephanopoulos and CBS morning news Gayle king and others that are quick to attack whether it's Nick salmon or the cadets or anyone who gets in their way of saying that white supremacy in America is a major problem now it is a problem if you believe in a white supremacist attitude perpetrated by the Democrats historically that's how about because of the color of your skin your some out naturally superior to someone up without that same skin tone that is a major problem look what happened at times to those idiots walking around with torches not good there was a young girl in Charlottesville that was killed by white supremacists that's bad no one supports it everyone's against it next salmon of Comcast is not in favor of that the cadets and midshipmen or not supporting white supremacy however if the media can take an innocent act and put guilty knowledge in the hand of the perpetrator and accuse them of white supremacy they will do it every time without question they're looking for and if you look long and hard enough you will find it believe me now according to the Chicago Tribune and the last three days thirteen African Americans were shot at one party and Baltimore nine were shot now that was because I guess by white supremacy I was about I suppose the good that's in the midshipmen had something to do with it you talk about destroying normal American constitutional safeguards there you got it whether it's the abuse of power or whether some suction of Congress or the mainstream media whose job it is to objectively report facts about what's occurring and then we cannot the election decide to cast a ballot but that doesn't happen anymore they look for themes that fit their prejudices and advanced them and vilify the those who oppose them at Pensacola when it was quickly discovered that the perpetrator the murderer what is it first name was Mohammed they quickly dropped the story it wasn't important because it doesn't fit the theme when synagogues are attacked by those who are other than a white supremacist it doesn't get half the coverage and I'm not supporting any of that I hate that stuff my boss is a Jewish carpenter this is Christmas what I'm saying is all these things are treated equally by the media if they really cared about what's happening in the success or failure of the liberal policies wanna be imposed in the whole country guess what they would go to where they've been opposed imposed for the last fifty to sixty years later on a James arson coming up if you like the circumstances in Detroit in Baltimore and California that is what the liberals and progressives wanna do all over the country they will do anything in their power to make that transpire because the main the main two reasons they want to seize the presidency again as the appointment of federal judges who impose judicial fiats honest without benefit of legislation and secondly handing out billions of dollars to their friends like those three Harvard Stanford law professors who said that trump was guilty having seen no wrong flight because it's their opinion he's guilty if the liberals once again in this climate sees the federal judiciary beginning in November and secondly begin handing out billions of dollars more to companies like cylinder we're in deep trouble and because of what's happening in some states which is the influx of twenty to thirty million legal and illegal immigrants over the past twenty years things are changing fundamentally so if you like the treatment by the media of Nick salmon and jussie Smollett and the west point cadets that's the way they cover stories that fit their bias and fit their prejudice using terms like widely known it was there's no do you any place and he said no I want a widely known to me they had to know they wanted to implant guilty knowledge and the heads of the innocent cadets because they want white supremacy symbols to be advanced of the army navy game that's how they're mined operate they believe that's the world the way it exists today does anyone honestly other than progressive liberals living and the big cities actually believe that cadets at west point on national TV what flash white supremacism there's no way that what I would have to say to begin with let's wait to the.

themes and one of the main themes is white supremacy is taking over the entire nation is the dominant problem in America the reason fourteen African Americans were shot over the weekend in Chicago had to do with white supremacy the reason that ninety nine percent of eighth graders in Detroit public schools can't read well that's white supremacy the reason we want to enforce border laws passed by Democrats and Republicans is white supremacy the reason there are certain ecological difficulties in some parts of our country such as pope when you're on the streets of San Francisco well that's white supremacy jussie Smollett was beaten with a noose around his neck because of white supremacy next salmon was our Costa by Nathan Phillips a black Hebrew and other group and he was an Indian so called here on a Vietnam more hero that he didn't serve in Vietnam all the way because a white soprano whatever the question is the answer is white supremacy so instead of the national media national media center women how likely is it that the best and the brightest teenagers and young adults in America are flashing white supremacy signs on national television how what the answer is is like not existent the odds of a bunch of Meg out wearing white supremacist running around Chicago looking for who Jesse small what they put a noose around his neck that's like not it no no it fits the theme of white supremacy so the other day on on the the five a five PM on fox it began with Dana Perino but she had a clip of America's great journalist like Lester Holt and Joe when Zico Brzezinski and Jim screw of CNN and George Stephanopoulos and CBS morning news yeah I did a couple of days all in all on about the cadets exhibiting white supremacists symbols added eight army navy game and what's the president was cheered instead of saying a women is this even conceivable is it possible this out the answer of course is no but they went with it there's about a minute cut beginning with Dana Perino that she has cards about the national media did to these innocent cadets yeah cells have wrapped up an investigation into a controversial hand gestures saying during last weekend's army navy football game officials finding cadets were playing a game and not flashing white power symbols story now drying comparison to the coming to high school controversy over the media coverage here's a look of some of it Susan both west point in the Naval Academy under scrutiny for flushing would look like a white power symbol on live TV signal looks like an upside down okay sign but it often is used offensively yeah like by white supremacist groups indicate white power okay that's at the game flash this hand gesture which is widely known as the white power symbol here gestures knowledge of white supremacist latched on to it not as a symbol of irony this is a symbol of their prevalence whether they're playing this game they had to know it could be interpreted as this white power symbol so his investigation took place pretty quickly and I actually had was fine on Twitter the day broke Jesse and congressman Dan Crenshaw said this could be just the circle game and then you said the circle I don't even know anything about a circle game but apparently this been going on for about forty years all right so the scandal here is the mainstream media it is not these innocent young man flashing the circle game and it was a joke it was meant to be I'm on national TV take a look at me I get to hit you in the arm but the mainstream media found another theme that could exploit the ignorance of many using terms like they had the No widely known well guess what bill coming in the great American and Danny listen my producer with neither one of us widely known I had I had no idea that this symbol upside down was used by white supremacists I the closest thing I remember is George W. bush holding up three fingers the main W. that was also white supremacy amble they're quick to vilify in heard the nation's brightest if if it's a political diatribe against those who might use a white supremacist symbol unwittingly when they weren't even thinking like that says he waters went on to say which I think was a great point XML white supremacist started wearing blue ties does that mean that if you were a blue tie you support white supremacists the answer is what are you serious this scandal here is Lester Holt Joanne Zico Brzezinski Jim studio and poppy Harlow and George Stephanopoulos and CBS morning news Gayle king and others that are quick to attack whether it's Nick salmon or the cadets or anyone who gets in their way of saying that white supremacy in America is a major problem now it is a problem if you believe in a white supremacist attitude perpetrated by the Democrats historically that's how about because of the color of your skin your some out naturally superior to someone up without that same skin tone that is a major problem look what happened at times to those idiots walking around with torches not good there was a young girl in Charlottesville that was killed by white supremacists that's bad no one supports it everyone's against it next salmon of Comcast is non favor of that the cadets in the mid ship men are not supporting white supremacy however if the media can take an innocent act and put guilty knowledge in the hand of the perpetrator any choose them a white supremacy they will do it every time without question they're looking for and if you look long and hard enough you will find it believe me now according to the Chicago Tribune and the last three days thirteen African Americans were shot at one party and Baltimore nine were shot now that was because I guess by white supremacy I would support I suppose the good that's in the midshipmen had something to do with it you talk about destroying normal American constitutional safeguards there you got it whether it's the abuse of power or whether some structure of Congress or the mainstream media whose job it is to objectively report facts about what's occurring and then we cannot the election decide to cast a ballot but that doesn't happen anymore they look for themes that fit their prejudices and advanced them and vilify the those who oppose them at Pensacola when it was quickly discovered that the perpetrator the murderer was it first name was Mohammed they quickly dropped the story it wasn't important because it doesn't fit the theme when synagogues are attacked by those who are other than white supremacists it doesn't get half the coverage and I'm not supporting any of that I hate that stuff my boss is a Jewish carpenter this is Christmas what I'm saying is all these things are treated equally by the media if they really cared about what's happening in the success or failure of the liberal policies wanna be imposed in the whole country guess what they would go to where they've been opposed imposed for the last fifty to sixty years later on a James servicing coming up if you like the circumstances in Detroit in Baltimore and California that is what the liberals and progressives wanna do all over the country they will do anything in their power to make that transpire because the main the main two reasons they want to seize the presidency again as the appointment of federal judges who impose judicial fiats honest without benefit of legislation and secondly handing out billions of dollars to their friends like those three Harvard Stanford law professors who said that trump was guilty having seen no wrong for like because it's their opinion he's guilty if the liberals once again in this climate sees the federal judiciary beginning in November and secondly begin handing out billions of dollars more to companies like cylinder we're in deep trouble and because of what's happening in some states which is the influx of twenty to thirty million legal and illegal immigrants over the past twenty years things are changing fundamentally so if you like the treatment by the media of Nick salmon and jussie Smollett and the west point cadets that's the way they cover stories that fit their bias and fit their prejudice using terms like widely known it was is no do you any place and he said no I want a widely known to me they had the No they wanted to implant guilty knowledge and the heads of innocent cadets because they want white supremacy symbols to be advanced to the army navy game that's how they're mined operate they believe that's the world the way it exists today does anyone honestly other than progressive liberals living and the big cities actually believe that cadets at west point on national TV what flash white supremacism there's no way that what I would have to say to begin with let's wait to the investigation I can't believe that's going to happen but that's not what ABC and CNN do they promote scenes when Nick salmon said he was accosted by black Hebrew nationalist and by Nathan Phillips and then Savannah Guthrie cross examine a sixteen year old boy on the today show to make them look silly in go free that's what the media does but if you're a sixteen year old my gratitude Berg expressing the right.

"Thank you, ping them for your support of this show in really FM off to say this. Okay. Never been to Disney right now. I've never been to discipline Christie. You've been to distant right? Many times Hollywood studios. Right. Yeah. Do you know the movie magic cried? Do you? The little storyline. They're trying to tell the mobster. You've got some teenager there. This hoping to be on the Disney channel one day. And they do the whole skit for you. You see those some hone? We all my God Simone that is you all my God Simone. We have to take you to Disney's mousketeers magic. Disneyland. Am I? The Kissel that right? So Mr. Chaney that you're right. They did. I remember when it was MGM studios. Yeah. I for me. I will never call it Hollywood Disney. It's like it's always Jim studios. Wow. I can't believe that cancelled my ride mutt. Guys. Guess what I figured out today? What Tokyo Disneyland? Tokyo. Disney sea. That's why it's called that. So moving on. Okay, fun story Ness cams necessary back in the headlines after a family's password compromise password was used to log in to their nest and experience really fun. Notifications of siren noises and an announcement that they needed to evacuate because North Korea was going was launching nukes at them and they had five minutes to seek shelter. So this was in the headlines. I because there was initially like a concern that this was a nest issue the verge has a piece up could like reaffirming. This is an issue of poor passer at hygiene. But this cannot be happy about this. Because the fact that the device was used means the people are looking at it and going oh boy been awhile since I heard anything good about that. Ain't it. Well, that's why I was thinking out love your opinion on this Christina Christopher mims of the Wall Street Journal friend of the show he was like asking on Twitter. He's like serious question has nest ever had any positive headline written about the ears? I went to Google news reader, and I would jet could not find anyone saying anything positive about nest as far back as I scrolled and scrolled for a long time. So I know it's weird, right? Because they came out with kind of the perfect product that thermostat and then Google bought them. And that transition was not great. And they're you know, Tony Fidel had a had a lot of problems based on reporting kind of fitting in with the Kuku machine. There were some other things going on. There were really late to come out with their own security camera, and they didn't integrate well with the drop Cam purchase, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But also than the smoke alarms were like terrible. And 'cause people's houses to alert them all the time, then they had a number of security breaches. So. Yeah. Now that I'm saying this a lot loud yet. It's been awhile. But yet the messed up thing is this is like tennis credit also to the discredit of the rest of the industry is that even though Honeywell and everybody else copies nest like as much as they can get away with the whole market of trying to get these like smart like thermostats is such an issue show. The nest is still the best presuming your house supports that wiring witness, not every house does. And I only know this because my friend Brian Holt, behold, definitely not listening to this. But I wish he was he just moved into a new house, and it didn't have the the connections that would work with his nest which made him very sad. And we were looking up and try. To figure out what? Okay. Well, what Honeywell product would work in. What's most Ness-like, and it became this? Ridiculous. Ordeal. You know, there was going to require him going to Home Depot in like hiring. Do it come out to his house and whatnot. So we ended up buying a dump thermostat and is sad. So if you can get Ness to work even with all of its issues, it's still like the good one. You know, because when it comes to the the smart home stuff that space for whatever reason is still like not ideal. And I say this is someone who's not a homeowner and doesn't have as never had an SM to use other peoples..
