"Wow. That's cool. What's the deal with these speaking of gems and Jim Bros? Remember back in the day, guys that were trying to build muscle would be taking these branch chain amino acids. What's up with those? So branched chain and GNC Congress style stuff. You know what I mean? Yeah, so this is an interesting story and science evolving and us learning more and then supplement companies and marketing just continuing to sell the stuff that's been disproven. So branch chain amino acids are actually three of the essential amino acids. So if you were to just take three that actually three of the most prevalent amino acids in this formula, but not include the other 6. And the science behind this is that they started discover was, I mean, I've been simplifying it up until now that there's these 9 essential amino acids, and that's what stimulates muscle protein synthesis, et cetera. There's one primary essential amino acid called leucine, which is a branched chain amino acid, and then isoleucine and valine, which are the two other branched chain amino acids, which they're called branch just because it's the way that they're carbon skeleton is designed. The way that the way that their molecules are designed, they have this branch. They are the three that are extremely important in kicking off muscle protein synthesis and sustaining it, but they literally do not work without the other 6 amino acids. So they discovered an isolation in these little mechanistic studies or combining BCAAs with other protein sources or in these really specific training environments that it would prevent muscle protein breakdown or stimulate muscle protein synthesis. But then over the last 20 years, 30 years it's been shown over and over again that if you don't consume the other 6 at the same time, then there's absolutely no increase in muscle protein synthesis. But it just keeps selling a man. Well, you know, I think that's the kind of the GNC stores. There's kind of just the basic stuff. Even if you go to CVS or Rite Aid, right? And you go in the vitamin section, you see stuff like this where it's kind of like, people that are just, oh, I heard that's good for you. Take that, but they're not geeks like us that are really going to get into the nuance of it. Maybe that's why this stuff. And even still some brands, like very big brands, still market their product as these are brands like I wouldn't buy because they're full of artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners and just junkier products. But they're actually market it as BCAAs, but then they include all the EAs in it. Because the science has been proven that it's funny. But it doesn't work without the other one. That's funny. But there's still a narrative is like a catch. There's a narrative. That's what you're supposed to take. All right. For those listening, if you guys buy this time, you're probably like, oh, I want to try these aminos. If you guys go to Luke story dot com slash keon, these guys have a nice landing page they've made for me. And if you go there, you're going to automatically save up to 20% Luke's story dot com. Keon. Highly recommend, by the way,

"Do you get your confidence from? I was like, what the hell have I seen? Because inside my head, I'm not nice to myself right. I don't say to myself yet, Lisa, you're a badass. You got it. No, no, no. The voice in my head says, what the hell do you think you're doing? Like, there is no way you Lisa Bill, you can buy the book. There's that negative voice that just never goes away. And so I was like, oh, people see that I just move forward. People see that I step in front of the camera. People see that I just write a book. And so they think that that comes from confidence. But actually, it doesn't at all. It comes from not feeling competent confident, not feeling competent and not actually having the skill set. But going, you know what? Even though I feel the fear, I'm going to put together a set of tools in order to keep moving forward. So when I feel fear of going on stage, what am I going to do? If I feel fear of writing a book, what am I going to do? Because I can not let the fear and insecurity stop me. And so that's what ended up being the book. I was like, this is kind of like this weird inception moment where it's like, you know, I have zero courage or zero confidence to write a book. And so I write a book about not having confidence to do things. Yeah, that's so rad. What were some of the tools that you put in there or that you discovered on this journey that you're like, okay, these are the things that we have to have in our toolkit. If we're going to face the big fears. All right, so first of all is I talk about the purgatory of the mundane. So recognizing that you're in the purgatory of the mundane. Now when I say that I mean, for 8 years, my life was just mundane enough. I never hit rock bottom, and I don't know about you, Rach, how many incredible people have you met? Where their life pivoted and changed because they hit rock bottom. Because they sat there and said, I've got nothing else to lose. Yeah. That's so real. But the people like me who didn't, the people that didn't have that job awake. And so in these 8 years where I stayed home just to support my husband to take care of him to really provide I cooked for him, I cleaned for him. I was in purgatory because I never felt like I could speak up. And that wasn't a hymn thing that was a meeting. I thought I needed the confidence to speak up and say I wasn't happy. I also thought, how freaking ungrateful am I? To say, I want to be happy. I want a different life. When I have a husband that loves me, when I have a roof over my head, so it's like this weird thing that happened with gratitude where I started using gratitude in the first journey of my life the first year or two was like, I know why I'm doing this. I'm supporting my husband because we're going to go out and make enough money to make movies. So I use gratitude every time I was bored every time I was like, really, this is my life. I would use the gratitude to help me through. And I think it's beautiful. Whenever we focus on the negative, have something that's positive in your life. Yeah. The problem was right. After year two, after year three, after year four, after year 7, I kept using gratitude as a way to self soothe the deep unhappiness I ended up having. And that, I think, is what kept me stuck for 8 years because I was like, how ungrateful am I? So I think the purgatory of the mundane is really for people to acknowledge. It's the pausing of your life and just saying. Am I actually happy? Is this actually the life I want? Or am I living in this type of purgatory of the mundane where I'm using gratitude? I'm using all these techniques that a lot of us talk about, the absolutely can help, but is it serving you? Is it serving your life and is it serving your dreams? So it's sort of like a kind of a different way to and you know I love gratitude it's huge part of my life and my meditation practice. But it's funny I keep hearing about kind of how we as humans self soothe and I'm starting to hear more stories about people self soothing and very unhealthy ways with things that are healthy. You know what I mean? It's like you think of like Jim Bros, right? Like those guys that live at the gym and they're there all the time and it's their lifestyle and they're doing this, but if you actually dug deeper and you started to unpack, it's like, well I hate my job or I'm unhappy in my marriage or I'm you know we're trying to do other things instead of having to face the fact that we are not happy or screw happy because happy doesn't exist all the time that we're not content that we're not challenged that we're not passionate about what comes next. So if you're hearing this and you're like, dang, I do that. What how do you get out of that purgatory? Yeah, so I think first of all, it really is sitting there and saying, what is the life you want? Like really just sitting with no judgment and just writing it down and that was the thing for me. It's like I wanted to make movies but to your point is we use these mini little distractions and it's what I actually call in the book kill the squirrel because you know the dog where it's like it's doing something in the school. It becomes a great distraction. And so it really is about sitting there saying what life do you want and it starting to identify what are the squirrels in your life. So for me to your point about it being very unhealthy sometimes the schools that I was using was my weight. So I was like I was brought up as a Greek Orthodox. I saw women literally calorie count and you know, if you put on 5 pounds, they had no shame to call you fat to your face. Like I actually had my grandmother say to one of my aunts, I think, like, oh my God, you're so fat you never have a baby. Like, just her face. Now my grandmother comes from a village in Cyprus, she's not educated, so it's like, you need to give that context, but that's what I saw. And so it's like the guys, oh, if the guy's put on 30 pounds, it meant, oh my God, your wife takes care of you. But if the woman puts on weight, it's like a desirable. So I saw from a very early age as having an unhealthy relationship with food, but when I became a stay at home wife and when I say stay at home wife, I really want people to hear. That wasn't my dream. It wasn't something fulfilled me. And so I say it as that markup, but if being a stay at home wife is something, like I really freaking applaud, people that are doing what they love. It wasn't what I loved. So I need to give context there for a second..

"Contributing factors may have been in that evolutionary period. But yeah, but in effect, this takes this takes a modern incarnation of preference for diet and works backwards to shape stories around our evolution, romanticizes the hunter aspect of hunter gatherer. This is a very gendered component to that as well, which is pretty much what you see in that community. It's just all Jim Bros with their tops off. And again, leans to this idea that we're somehow innately designed, quote unquote, to eat meat, or animal meats, nose to tail, quote unquote. A very sources with some source of kind of preference as if it's innate to us. And so that tends to be the narrative framework within which various iterations of kind of low carb to carnivore tend to tend to play. Yeah, and I think as we tend to often note with anything related to quackery or pseudoscience, most of that does get rooted in half truths, which is why it's so seductive and why it seems logical. So we indeed could look at certain arguments that they would put forth that do have grains of truth in them. So for example, they may say something like, well, look, if you look at human evolution, we've evolved to develop this larger brain and therefore we end up having this smaller, simple gastrointestinal tract, and that seems to be related to the acquisition of animal based foods, more energy, more protein, more fat. We see then in hunter gatherer societies, that there seems to have been a relatively significant reliance on hunting foods or fish, et cetera, as a means of being able to survive certain times. Again, probably coming back to the energy density. And then you can put forth arguments of, yeah, through the course of evolution, would subsisting entirely on berries and grains have provided enough calories and been enough of a food source..

"Hey, Dan, my name is Bill, I'm calling from the northeast and from buffalo. And I just listening to this week's episode and the upcoming LGBT. Q episode felt it was finally time to ask your advice on how to live as a buy sexual hetero amorous guy these days. This question is twofold like a I grew up like pretty conservative, but have become very liberal. I grew up around guns. I was in the marines. I still hunt around Jim Bros all the time. And I'm just buy when it comes to sex. I don't know how to be an advocate for the community, like I feel like I should be because it just in volunteering that info just gives people a window into my sex life. I like I'm never going to be dating a guy. So I feel very conflicted there, especially like when my background is like I said it's kind of conservative and kind of kind of rural like when I see certain things in the media just feels like the movements eating snake eating its own tail when it comes to the fighting over some pronouns and stuff like that. So second full of my question is asking advice on how to put myself out there in the dating world. Like I'm a single dad. I have custody of my son. And like you said, knowing the area that I come from, like, I don't have to type community where you lead with it. Women are very much presumptive and they don't tend to or seem to understand that there's a difference, I guess. So that I could be faithful or that I can be ethically non monogamous. Because there's an inherent amount of non monogamy implied when you come out as bisexual. So I guess your advice on how to put myself out there and try and date honestly and I guess how should I roll that out? Should deal front about it? And wait till I establish rapport with somebody? There is a lot going on here. You raise a lot of questions, subjects topics issues. With your call with your life, really. I almost don't know where to begin. It's important for bisexual people who are in opposite sex relationships or bisexual people who are hetero amorous to be out about being by. It's most important for individuals who are bisexual to be out about being by. You hear a lot, you read a lot about bisexual people having mental health outcomes that are worse than the mental health outcomes for gays, lesbians, straight people, and I think that's often because there's some research and data to back this up, back my point up, that many bisexuals are closeted and the stress of the closet, carrying that forward. You know, if you were to date some woman and fall in love and kick the can down the road and not tell your bisexual and then the stakes got higher and higher and higher, you know, you became more and more emotionally invested in her and eventually you just like we're three, four or 5 years into the relationship and perhaps married and she bonded with your son, and it would just be a little possible to come out to her. And so you would have to then what? You'd have to live in the closet. You'd have to hide from her. You'd have to make sure to always delete your browser history. You'd have to make sure never to look too long at a waiter, a male waiter's ass, in front of her, you would be living with and sharing your life with someone that you had to hide from. That creates stress. That releases cortisone into your bloodstream. The stress hormone into your bloodstream. You know, that's the kind of pressure I cracked under when I was a teenager and I was just hiding who I was from my mom and my dad and my siblings and my Friends. And I couldn't do that. I couldn't live that way. And yet, so many bisexual people wind up living that way and then rationalizing it kind of in the way that you rationalize it in your call that who needs to know this..

"Effects. Everyone knows people who have had vaccine side effects. We all do, right? They talk about it. You see my telegrams. Whether we talk about whether people talk about openly or not. And it's like, be open about that. There are other medications that have proven to be effective. Exactly. Exactly. That's another thing where I'm like, oh, it's for our safety. Exactly. Why are you silent saying all these doctors and scientists and nurses from around the world that are like, hey, I've been treating X amount of patients and they're doing great using this cheap. And if we say the word, we can't put this on YouTube. I just got a YouTube video deleted. It's insane. I'm so proud. It's insane, you know? And, you know, my family background is originally from Nigeria. And which continent has barely been impacted by this thing. Africa, wow, there's a continent of over a billion people. Generally with much poorer healthcare and infrastructure than the entire west and we're going to just act like it doesn't exist rather than taking some lessons from there and going, oh, the whole content of Africa has had less deaths from this disease than England. Okay, what can we learn from that? No, we just don't talk about it. Well, we talked about there was a president from a couple oh gosh, like the Tanzanian president. I think there were two others too. I remember thinking, where's Black Lives Matter on this? Black presidents getting suicided because they're not getting into the shot program. Definitely. Where's the outrage here, you know? It's like, definitely sketch. What else don't we talk about? We can't talk about China. Yeah, well racist. Dude, that would be we can't talk about where the whole thing started. Holding started. They've been they went, they were rolling out vaccines in spring last year. What freaking vaccine was that? How did they have a vaccine? You're saying you got only 4000 deaths in this whole thing from a 1.3 billion population a percent of the disease for south 4000 deaths? Does that sound right? Oh wait, so you're telling me the USA has had 600,000 deaths trying to had 4000 brah. Like, there's so much a janky stuff going on, right? It's just like, and if you had real journalists and more of them, they'd be the ones having these conversations. I wouldn't be set up to knuckleheads like us. This is a Jim Bros and the conspiracy theorists. The yoga chicks and whatever. And it's like, these are obvious and it's like juicers had to come in and really put the hammer down, you know, to get the truth out there. Yeah. I want to ask you about you know you've talked about virtue signaling. And to me, this is another fascinating social phenomenon. And I started to see these social justice warriors kind of emerge a few years ago that were really hit their peak when Trump got into office, you know, it was just everyone's outraged and it's sort of like it's like a sort of a competition for the biggest, the most virtuous person and the biggest victim and who can be the most outraged as kind of a form of virtue signaling. And you talked about the mask, and I see people posting photos of them, getting the shots. They get a tattoo of Pfizer band aid on their own. You know, and God bless, you know, whatever. I'm like, you do what you want, but you know, do you think that people that are really hell bent on showing and proving their virtue publicly, that underneath that is perhaps a sense that they're less than worthy and that they actually lack intrinsic value as a person and they're using these expressions of hoping to get public approval and accolades to kind of fill that void of not feeling worthy themselves if you're looking into what's behind that behavior. I think that's a part of it. I think people care more about a lot of people care more about looking good than doing good. And this is not a new harder to do good. Yeah. But also doing good tends to be quite subtle. You don't necessarily get accolades for it all the time. If you just day by day, do small acts of go to a charity or whatever. I mean, it's interesting. I mean, if you go back to even when I think of virtue signaling, I mean, it goes back to biblical times, right? The Bible talks about virtue signaling. About the person who goes and very boastfully gives money in a very ostentatious way and they're showing off how much money they're donating and giving to the church or whatever, and then there's the person who quietly, even if they give less money, but they just quietly do that a little bit. Then what do they say, you know, he who exalts himself will be humbled and he who himself will be exalted. So that's good. Is that in the Bible? It's in the bottom. That's dope. Yeah, that's a great principle. Yeah. So it's not a new thing. I mean, it's why Jesus had beef with some of the pharisees, et cetera, because they were talking the talk. And outwardly seeming to be the most pious and holy people in whatever. But then besides behind the scenes, they were behaving in this dodgy way. It's also why both people within and outside of the church have an issue with, I don't know say like the whole Catholic piece sex scandal thing, right? It's particularly bad, not just because it's a sex scandal, but because it's freaking priests like you're the guys who are supposed to you're supposed to be the moral and spiritual leaders of a church and of a community and for millions of people and then for them to do that. It's that much worse. And then when you get these guys who are profiteering off of it and just making all this money preaching prosperity gospel and donate, we need to get more offerings so that I can buy a private jet. All that kind of stuff like, man, nothing on nothing undermines religion more than people like that. That's for sure. But virtue signaling is not a new thing. I think it's always existed. I think with social media, there's a new way to do it. Right. And you're going to do it. You can very publicly just put in the right hashtags or put in a couple of emojis in your bio, put in your pronouns and all of you wear a mask in your profile picture and all of a sudden. And I think people also do it, not just because maybe they feel something intrinsically, but also people feel it gives them the right to be an a hole. As long as you have the right hashtags in your bio and you put up your BLM black fist and you put your pronouns and whatever, then suddenly you can be really, really vicious to people. And really actually unkind to people, but you're still a good person. Because your motives are to help. So you can tear someone or you can at least pretend that they are. The worst. The worst people I come across consistently are people with virtue signaling stuff in their bio. You know, they've got the pronouns. They've got the rainbow flag. They've got the hashtag BLM, whatever. And then as soon as you know, they come across somebody who differs from them politically or who they disagree. They will be vicious, right? They'll be the most intolerant, aggressive, insulting people out there, and they think that, oh, well, that's fine because I'm sticking it to those trumpers or I'm doing it to those anti vax idiots or whatever. And that's, again, that's dark. If you're a virtuous person, you don't need to signal it in these ways. You just do what you do, you get on with life, you don't need to boast about every single thing or hide behind these. You know, like, I don't know. Look, look at June. June is, I think it's ridiculous that there's a whole month for pride. But June is Pride Month. Okay, what happens every corporation now, you know, they put up their rainbow flags and whatever, and people are there like, oh, look at how much we care about gay people or last year this time. This time last year, BLM stuff, you know, George Floyd, and all of a sudden, every look, we look how much we care about.

"Not completely, not everyone is going to have a strong core, not everyone is going to have a pain free back, but how can we mitigate some of those things and move forward in our bodies now? Yeah. No, but I like the concreteness of your goals. That's not just like my goal is to wake up this morning. You know what I mean? That's been a thing for me. It's like, okay, my goals are not weight loss. So you're just floating in like you're just floating and eating it just like working out. But I mean, for me, I think my goals are to just not deteriorate. And by saying, no, I get what you're saying because I think with goals, it's usually like, okay, how you were saying, I'm going to work up to 50 squats, but it's always tied with the statics. And so I love that you're offering this alternative. No, you can actually still do these things for endurance and for strength and it has nothing to do with toning, you know? Oh, yeah. Oh, toning the bane of my business. Tony is the traditional bar teacher's favorite word, but my least favorite. When people say toning, what does that even mean? Toning, let me tell you why I hate toning. Toning is not only coded for shrinking, right? In many circles. But it's also coded for gender in my opinion because we never say to do Jim Bros are not like looking for tone. They're looking for bulk. They're looking to build muscle. And that's what they're looking for. And letting stereotypical. That's true. We are. We're talking about Jim Brooks, yes. The whole sphere of those people. But when we're talking about toning, we're often aiming that female body and women, like we're aiming that at women, like toning, because toning takes out the book because women shouldn't get bulky. Women should get toned. They should be long and lean. Those are the words that we use to describe fit air quotes. Fit women. And the words that we describe fit men with are like shredded bulky, strong, wow, wow, taking up more space. And we're just constantly shrinking women. It's just shrink to be spelled like all those things. And that's why I really hate that because it also puts that gender spin on the already crappy diet cultures..

Arthur like goku training assist in their blood and they know nothing else about the way of life. so we thought we'd actually just dive into their overall. Training regiments and like training. Specific techniques is going to be a very open discussion about training. in general. it's not going to be a list. We're just gonna go from point to point the point. We do have some that. We're gonna hit a specifically but it's not gonna be lake okay. We hit we hit this. We hit the is going to be very open and very like in the air so yes and no more. Jim bro. I'm done with that. That's not happening anymore. i'm not obviously. I'm drinking mountain dew. 'cause i'm a gamer. And that's what we do. I just say hotshot jimbo is probably my favorite hotshot. Well he's dead. He's not coming back. Never again never fine. Probably be back but i hate him. I'm just saying it is deathly hot today for me. You might hear me chugging back a little bit of water. I'm just four four warning on that you might hear going. Yeah so the answer that is that might happen multiple times just so deathly hot today. So how do you wanna kick off this topic hotshot. I you know talking about jim. Burroughs is good and all but like we need to talk about the real enemy. That are very very that workout that we the enemy focuses on them training. We have a lot of characters. I think i have an idea of where to start. But obviously i always welcome european. I i mean when you think enemy training i'm going to break this up actually a little bit when you think of anime training. What's the first character to pop in your head. My is rock lee okay. So let's talk a little bit about lee. We'll with. I guess lied to me is the epitome of training animate. This guy has done every single physical exercise onscreen i. I'm sorry. But this guy's literally entire focus. He's like the perfect is a perfect candidate for ami training because he's literally a failure in ninja to and gadget. So he's the character that let's take one character and let's just dedicate them to one craft physical battles and like the training behind and so i've been watching like montages of him working out. I've seen videos of his training is ridiculous like he does walking on arms. He has a squat jumps. I i see him do like a weighted clothing. Obviously i mean that famous scene with him versus garowe and then guys like so you could take them off and then it's like oh if you're wasting that breaks the floor. We all remember that scene upward push ups crunches on robes. She goes on like this guy. Everything everything it's crazy. He's just like the epitome of anime training. Mind like he's the most dedicated to as well. I think what do you think of when it comes to training honestly. He's probably the only the only character really who trains more than Goku because yeah goku doesn't do anything except fight and train really but at the same time like goku does take time to like eat and do some stuff with his family when she t like forces them to and hangs crillon shit lee not so. It's if he's not on a mission he's training and the the the drive on the boy for that kind of thing. It's just kind of insane. Like the exercise that i remember the most from lee is the run around the village on your hands like three hundred times. Yeah that's that's the that's the that's the one that pops in my head immediately. And i'm just like fucking hell like hell even In their Even in their super moves in the ultimate ninja games lee. an guy. they'll have a a workout move like it's it's mostly for guy but it incorporates like the if i can't do this so and so times then it's this this this and this ultimate ninja ninja. I think right guy does it was like one hundred sit ups He doesn't in. I think he doesn't clash of ninja to actually no no different in that. But there's always like some kind of workout like move or something like if not for lee at least for guy so if that doesn't tell you like how much that means them like not even just as training but as a character. I really don't think anything does because goku doesn't have a pell even a line. Like wow my trainings. Paid off or anything like that. It's literally just. I'm beating you with training. It's insane it's ridiculous. How much does guy trains like my guys. Well it's no is no slouch i think he implemented his work ethic until we just..

"He's not in the water around like twelve or thirteen. I started getting back in the water. Tough water the ocean. You're like the ocean knock going. Oh and you know what. He said he goes like this. he's like. I can't get in the water but like if i'm in the ocean i'm doing this. I don't go anywhere. So are we going to do. Ocean or pool fucked up against women. The ocean is like the most powerful force on the planet. I will give you that. So then what is is it like lapsed like who can swim faster lap or or like you both go at the same time down in back to data back same time or like timewise wall. Yeah okay okay so that would you like olympic pool full. I keep it short. Do do the half length olympic so it's essentially one olympic length is if that one down in back from in a smaller pool. I think we need to turn fifty are right. yes course. An olympic pool an olympic really long olympic pools are trying to cut cameras. I'll talk this real fucked up. It's fifty each way so like down back as one hundred versus like that's normally foreign like right right. I think i. I think i can get you. I think the pool that i go to is big enough and small enough for the same time for you guys to do it down back. This is what i was saying is like in pe. I i quote. I know it's called gym class. Is your class bro. I mean it's it's physical education just train up. Switch that overall. I'm sure he's actually. The teacher said p. 'cause they need like make themselves not sound like a failure. "I'm not telling you you what to wear and it was this whole thing of just you know a lot of people on the toxic head of jim. Talk are very very judgy. There know it's more on like i'm here to make fun of how you look rather than No help you focus on. What want to change. Sorry i have like a brain fart there. That's why i went really quite for second. But rather than focus on what you want to change and overall like i'm jim talk is such a very very Iffy topic seem like it but a lot. If you talk to the people of the community can you always get like some sort of different size on it and I swear it puts out there. A lot of people lake tend to mess with jim. Talk and like make fun of it just because of like you know you look at it from point of view of like say someone who likes to likes Listen to music or you know. Maybe they're more in their astral sign Side of you know. And they'll be like. Why do people care about these numbers. Like you know to fifteen to lift weights and put it back down blah blah blah like. What's so special about that and like these are hobbies and these are things that people like to do. And i don't understand why people tend to hate on it because you know groups like they're things like would you hate is basically like that one phrase. Why would you hate from the outside of the club. You can't even get in. Because like if i'm making fun of someone for what they like. What am i doing there. I'm just being a hater like granted. There are things like there are inappropriate like you should not like what it was like a hobby or Or something you wanna pursue like. You should not be hating others for what they wanna do. Like i don't. I never really understood why like the whole leg. Jim bro thing ga to hate gets a lot of hate from people who don't even go to the gym that sense like you just bring stuff up and down your lifting weights blah like. Yeah but we're doing it. Because i thought we were and also enjoy working out and you know. Sometimes it's like maybe like what's funny. I saw him gone a little tangent here. But it's crazy me like buell bully someone to not work out or pupil. People will believe the people working out but they don't like the. The problem is like what reasons why people are working out like you could be someone for working out and making fun of their hobby. But maybe that person who gameboy goes to the gym. Because it's a way to relieve stress or relieving society or depression because like mental health. And and and jim coincide you know they they really do help Mentally it's a way to relieve stress. And again i never really understood why. Jim talk or non Like but overall the jim bro. People get a lot of heat online for doing what they like like. I'm not gonna make fun of. Someone likes anime if they enemy. They'll like anime. I think it's pretty cool. That you a passion for these things if you like astral signs schulenberg jokes but you know if you wanna believe in that you can believe like. I'm not going to bully someone in to make him like hate what they like to do. Because and that's what really the is at this point like you know. Sometimes there are bullied wherever you go like. There's a cyber bully. Wherever you go. And i again like i don't really think like again is internet. You can't control everyone else but it's so interesting to see how immediately as soon as you step on the the internet as a physical world physical planet as soon as you step on it. There's always going to be some sort of hate wherever you go like. Someone will be hitting on whatever just because they wanna hate on it. And it just baffles me. Like you really don't like i think he's also because they don't understand what's the hype over overlake. People tend to hate things that they don't understand in. You know if that's like the best way to explain it like you have the that's why random things too like. They don't understand it selects if you have a non gym goer make fun of people that go to gyms. Because they don't know the the true essence survey the the importance of the ges and same thing like you know some people might think enemy looks funny like you're growing at like you're a grown adult and you're watching enemy but in it looked silly from the outside but once you fully understand the culture and the history behind it and in storylines in the player. Whatever like you will fully understand that. It's actually a great thing. And i i don't know i'm gonna tangerine out but it's just it's crazy. I think it's went on like a random like tangent. Just talking about was supposed to be talking about jim talk but now i'm talking about like people's perception of things which is pretty cool but again i don't i don't really know but i don't wanna go to four and i was gonna and right here but yeah duffy. Jim talk and see how you get an impression of it and let me know We it's been part of this segment. "No it's going to spread all over the no and we hear from members of this audience every day through social media. Yep i gotta make a decision yet. My wife decision yet until september first or what. Have you You know you've got the secretary of defense is going to announce mandatory vaccination for our military coming up. Here was just despicable. It's unbelievable. It really is unbelievable. Okay you're going to make it even more difficult on the military who's going to want to sign up for that i man just we got some issues. Here we got some issues mitch. As their titled today we get some issues here america Also i mean people are getting kicked out. A rock bans the drummer of the offspring number. Them i am trying to think of what the song was back in the midnight. It was I was just got gotta keep them separated right. Mm-hmm separated now. Yeah wow he looks too young to been zapped him was he whizzy with him. That's obviously him but was he with them in the nineties. I don't know anyway He's been booted from the from the band Because he won't get the in nineteen vaccine. He's got medical. Concerns is pretty fly for a white guy but not enough to stay in the band exactly. Yes exactly p. To announce the news in a lengthy monday instagram post. Where he made clear he harbored. No ill feeling while. I would tortoise bandmates. I'd i'd harbor some ill but he said the risks of getting the jam for him far outweigh the benefits. Since i'm unable to comply with what is increasingly becoming an industry mandate it has recently been decided that i am unsafe to be around in the studio and on tour are the rest of the band members. Vaccinated if you are. What are you worried about your supposed to be immune. Now you're you're supposed to be in the clear. It wasn't clear through his statement if peres departure is permanent but he noted he will not perform in the band's upcoming shows he said throughout his childhood he suffered fraught with several rounds of Gambari syndrome and does not want to risk triggering. Another bout with the vaccine understandable totally yes while remaining cordial with the pan he did rail against vaccine mandates I do not find ethical or wise to allow those with the most power government corporations organizations employers to dictate medical procedures to those with lease power. There are countless folks like me for whom these shots carry a greater risk than the virus. Exactly exactly out now. I'm sure this analogy won't sit well with others but who who among us doesn't see where this is headed where the vaccinated in this country so many of them the government leading the way are stoking. Fear that oh my gosh. The unvaccinated the great unwashed these people. We have got to get them in line or separate ourselves from them. I'm sorry but i made the analogy last night on twitter. That if you'll recall fdr saying the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. And where did that end up leading us to japanese americans in internment camps during world war. Two you don't think that they're going to end up separating us like that the unvaccinated. They're absolutely that is the road we are on. And if you wanna see america's future. I hate to say this but look at what's happening in south africa right now. That country is out of control and they had somebody well stated a few weeks ago. That is a country being governed by critical race theory. today here we are and that's what you get here. We are but somebody else pointed out you know. Hey if the vaccines are fading away right. If they're not doing their job like they anticipated originally then. At what point are we all not just unvaccinated. Become they become the unvaccinated. Eventually right may just wanna keep jabbing your man. They sure do over and over the this is the one nice him drumming pretty soon. It's going to take keep it separated. Now right you gotta keep them separated. Come out and play was the name of that. Oh wait was we'll be taken down today. Go ahead and do the temperature. Okay we're get flagged your we are l. Triple eight nine hundred songs. Good songs eddie. Did they had that in the in the fly for pretty fraught fly a white guy a white guy good stuff triple eight nine hundred ninety. Three also at pat unleashed on twitter. So gray unleashed a tweet. Here rusty shackelford tweets. The robot version of biden is more coherent than the actual version. Oh by far. By far i am blessed tweets. Surprised disney's hall of presidents didn't have the robot presidents wearing masks. Don't give them any ideas you kidding. Also from archaic freeman seventy seven. Wait until you need a vaccine. Id number to log onto your social media accounts. So definitely happen. Never the guy. The the jim bro. the guy outside the gym and canada right. Yeah and candidate. Who's making predictions and they were all pretty accurate back in two thousand twenty. He's got some more predictions seemed to becoming about the vaccine is listen to this. Saw the exact say a lot of people saw it. It was a un document. This is not. This is common knowledge and it basically outlined the lockdown and they just gave it to each country allow each country to tweak it for their own people to make it more palpable for their people. Who the impression than it wasn't an international document disseminated to all countries to make people think that every country made up their own rules. No no no. No no the five levels of lockdown. We're in there in a place like ireland. They went level. One to five in a place like canada where we like colors now. We got green to gray. It's still five. Levels of lockdown on levels are identical. That used australia as the model for the fifth level of locked. On where. You can't leave your house. You can't go any can literally do anything. And that's what they really want to hear. well. I heard about the mandatory quarantine. Hotels knew right away. It's a complete violation of our rights. And the only reason they're doing it is because they want to convince you to accept the vaccine password. I want to stress that everything that they're doing closing your business closing. You're forcing you to wear a mask. All the stuff they're doing is to try to convince you that it's a good idea for you to go along with this idea of a vaccine passport so they can vaccinate you multiple times a year every year and then used as an excuse to prevent you from travel were congregating etc etc etc. And if you think it's a conspiracy theory they already have it in place in israel and they've already made it quite clear that if you don't get vaccinated you're going to be relegated to small shops and grocery stores and you're basically sean from the rest of and you want a complete medical tyranny on you once you give into medical tyranny and you have bodily autonomy and they can literally forcibly inject you with whatever they want as pretense for you to live your life. Are you free absolutely not. That's the most invasive violation of our rights thus far and that's why they waited an entire year demoralizing you and destroying your life and making you as hopeless as possible so you will not just accept it you will beg for. And that's what they're doing. They're doing psychological warfare on you to weaken you to the point where you will not only accept defeat you will accept perpetual defeat for the rest of your life. that's brilliant. seems like exactly what's going on the flit. We've yeah i mean. They showed us how bad it can be last year with all the lockdowns ruining our economy forcing people out of their jobs and now they're dangling the carrot that hey if you want life to get back to normal just let us put this in your body this. Put this in your body. It's no big deal in fact you're essentially killer if you don't do it and that's why we can't allow you to live your life normally if you don't do it because we can't allow you to be going out and killing people so you gotta keep a separated she smith. That's amazing. it's not good. Yeah triple eight. Nine hundred thirty three ninety. Three people aren't gonna take him seriously though. You're gonna say who's who's a gym rat. It's about the un conspiracies. Well look around especially in canada. I mean they they are..

"Intend to protect your citizens resigned let someone else do the job. I'm not gonna say resign. I'm not saying that governor known as a friend of mine. But i'm failing to understand this argument. We're all of a sudden you are going to tell someone that loves their job and supports their family that oh yeah just go find another job. That's you imposing your own simplistic view of the world on people that might have roots to an area. Ah community a skill or a trade conservatives should stand for things that last and matter and if people don't want to have to quit their job because they're working which is an objective moral good by the way working as an objective moral good we should defend them against the creeping autocrats that want to force them into compliance. The bible tells us that wisdom begins with the fear of the lord and this guy that is very big. I mean he is buff. I'll tell you what this guy is. Massive you've probably seen this video couple hundred times. I think. I texted this video two hundred times in the last five days. Ranfurly see this charlie. Uc this yes. Yes does he definitely has wisdom and he sees forward. I'm not saying he's a prophet this saying that he might see things that happened before they happen. It is creepy. How well he was able to predict all of this. It's lighthearted media matters relaxed. I'm not calling him. Elijah okay. Cut fifteen jim. Bro or buff. No str- dominance or whatever you wanna call him or highly. Flexed is area. Or something. Or or jim rome nehemiah all right. I'm done from early. Two thousand and twenty predicted more lockdowns and the ineffectiveness of the vaccine. It's a two part clip. It's worth listening. Need a mask. That's about compliance. Because they know canadians like to do what they're told so they. You have to wear a mass. We're going to tell you the contact trays. Then they're going to tell you you have to take the vaccine and because canadians like to do what they're told they're hoping that everyone just complies and then guess what kids once you take your vaccine like a dumb person that doesn't know any better they're gonna tell you sorry with vaccine isn't as effective as we thought it was gonna be tonight. He's still got away mask. Still gotta get contact trace still have all the restrictions and social distancing and still take your vaccine. It's a perpetual cycle that you never get out of and it's a way to take your rights your freedoms close your business. Take your wealth. Why so you become dependent on government. Why if you're independent. The government works for you. It's supposed to if you depend on the government to give you a paycheck to feed your family every month because they close your business on you now. The government doesn't work for you. The government rules you so instead of a middle class. We have the government upper class and the lower class of candidates that rely on the government to survive in other words. We have a slave class. And that's what they're trying to do that. Simple predicted the whole program before it even started. I wanna just kinda summarize all these points together to give you an idea of how they are marching forward literally cut nineteen joshua johnson says that it's time for a revolutionary war to push vaccinations. They are not playing around everybody. They're calling it a war they're acting like it's a war. They are trying to provoke some form of conflict cut. Nineteen this fall marks. Two hundred forty years. Since the revolutionary war ended perhaps could mark the end of another war. If we fight it with everything. We've got see. America's fight for freedom only began with rebellion. it ended with wisdom. Just know that our young country depended on more than firing bullets. It depend on taking shots. The kind of shots that save lives sick of the mandates tired of the restrictions. You want your freedom back. Maybe consider doing what. George washington did you know. I'm looking at the constitution here. Nowhere does it say in the preamble anywhere thou shall only have freedoms and rights. If you get the pfizer vaccine we the people in order to make astrazeneca rich to try and boost corporate profits for madonna. Do say that we try to perform a more perfect union for only the vaccinated. You see the founding fathers with the longest lasting political framework history the united states constitution..

As he is, he still is. How long have you been in business at that corner, roughly probably like 30 years since, like the eighties. He's been dealing since the eighties Science since the eighties. We're looking forward to next week with anti piano already. We're looking forward to shot hiking coming up at 12 40. I might get the workers shoot coming up the next segment. We'll see where it goes. There's two things that I got to get off my chest one. I found the picture again. My friend Andrew Walker up in Canada. Who's a sports broadcaster. One of the best up there in Canada, he quoted Picture of a guy who has a sign and he's there at the What is it? Center? Bell is what they call it. The Bell Center up there and Montreal. I'm sorry. My French is very weak. I apologize and a sign says missing the birth of my first child. And the sea is the Canadians logo. Hope it's worth the price. And there's a few things that ran through my mind one. I don't believe him. I don't believe this is true. I'm not getting worked into a shoot. I guard against getting worked into a shoot at all times, even though it's very easy to get me worked into such shoots. To I don't want to believe him. I don't want to believe this guy three If you are telling the truth, it's one of the sex things I've read in sports. This is very sad. This is very pathetic. If you're missing the birth of your first child to go to a hockey game, that's one thing. Okay. Maybe your family is different from mine. If you're missing the birth of your first child to go to a hockey game and then making a sign to show everybody look at me. Making it about yourself and highlighting everybody that yes, maybe Father's Day isn't the biggest day on your calendar. Maybe it's time for the missus to go find herself a divorce attorney if she already wasn't looking Now I haven't had to use their services. Thank God will see what list says about me coming up at two P.m. Eastern. But I hear Cordell and Cordell are fabulous people. Barry Sanders has told me many times. If this man's wife is listening, or the word can get back to this man's wife, Barry Sanders had said, unpaid testimonial. I know that they usually protect the fathers, but in this case, folks, this is egregious. They have to be willing to do that. 855 to 1 to 4 to 27 and I have very different rules. Right? Excuse me. Rules are different. I have very different viewpoints of being in the in the room during The birth of the child. I thought about this in the open of the show, and I thought about this before. If when I when my wife was having our second child, Eli I was in the room, and there was this moment of clarity that I had. Well, because I've been through the process before and I've told everybody I was too worked up to cry. Many guys cry the birth of their first Children. I didn't. It was so crazy, and it's such a odd, inspiring event that I was too. In the moment to really react that way. It was such an inspiring thing of what life really does. Like this moment where you see it in movies, you might see it in a Hallmark commercial. And there I was. I was right there in it. And Axl comes out in like this. I'll never ever forget this feeling. It's the exact time like I did the whip its in the woods behind my house when I was in seventh grade when the kids went to the local grocery store, which I cannot name on air because I am on the air in Cleveland, and I don't want to do that. But they brought all the old whipped cream canisters and you go back in the woods and you do the Whippets and the 11111111 in your head. That's the type of feeling I had when Axl came out. That was the first thing life like Jim Bro Life, Life, Life, Life, Life, Life break. That's what was going through my head. It was unreal. Like.

A N Make sure you do We welcome in James Bocconi for the second half of the show. James, How the hell are you doing? Great man. What a pleasure to be back on the can Carmen show? Oh, I bet you can't wait. And as I like to share this joke, which is probably too many weeks too many times. James Future Father in law is a drug dealer on the corner in Brooklyn. As he is, he still is. How long has he been in business at that corner, roughly probably like 30 years since, like the eighties. He's been dealing since the eighties Science since the eighties. You know he's been slugging drugs over there since the eighties. Those were hard times, then, man, your your future father in law. He's harden. What doggies. Wow. Yeah. James Future Father in law is a pharmacist. By the way, are you engaged? Not yet. Not yet. Okay, so maybe future father in law how long you've been with this girl about 2.5 years now? I hope it's your future Father in law were that much time to get married. God, Lord Almighty. Well, James, you know that's your journey. I don't mean to put that type of pressure on you. It's wonderful to talk to James Bacci. And of course we love Anthony Pernod. We're looking forward to next week with Anthony Piano already. We're looking forward to Sean. Hiking coming up at 12 40. I might get the workers shoot coming up the next segment. We'll see where it goes. There's two things that I got to get off my chest one I I found the picture again. My friend Andrew Walker up in Canada. Who's a sports broadcaster. One of the best up there in Canada, he quoted Picture of a guy who has a sign and he's there at the What is it? Center bell is what they call it. The bell Center up there and Montreal. I'm sorry. My French is very weak. I apologize. And a sign says missing the birth of my first child and the sea is the Canadians logo. I don't want to believe this guy three If you are telling the truth, it's one of the saddest things I've read sports. This is very sad. This is very pathetic. If you're missing the birth of your first child to go to a hockey game, that's one thing. Okay. Maybe your family is different from mine. If you're missing the birth of your first child to go to a hockey game and then making a sign to show everybody look at me and making it about yourself and highlighted everybody that Yeah, maybe Father's Day is on the biggest day on your calendar. Maybe it's time for the missus to go find herself a divorce attorney if she already wasn't looking Now I haven't had to use their services. Thank God will see what Liz says about me. Coming up at two. P.m. If when I when my wife was having our second child, Eli I was in the room, and there was this moment of clarity that I had well, because I had been through the process before and I've told everybody I was too worked up to cry. And Axl comes out and like this, I'll never ever forget this feeling. It's the exact time like I did the whip its in the woods behind my house when I was in seventh grade when the kids went to the local grocery store, which I cannot name on air because I am on the air in Cleveland, and I don't want to do that. But they brought all the the old whipped cream canisters and you go back in the woods and you do the Whippets and the 11111111 in your head. That's the type of feeling I had when Axl came out. That was the first thing life like Jim Bro Life, Life, Life, Life, Life, Life break. That's what was going through my head. It was unreal. Like.
