Nick Cannon 'To Pay Nearly $3M a Year in Child Support
"Nick Cannon, according to a family law attorney, this is just an estimate. This is not necessarily he don't have the evidence or the records from the courts to back this up, but just based on the net worth and the income of Nick Cannon, he has to pay roughly $3 million per year in child support for 12 kids. Can you believe that? I'm telling you, I'll never I'll never back down from this point. I think the way our system of child support and all this stuff is run is a scam, it is a scam. And I just tell you guys, and I don't want to speak too much about my own personal stuff 'cause I don't want to get in trouble in the court of law. But you know, there are certain things when you go to court, they make you pay a crap ton of money. I'm paying thousands of dollars and we haven't even gone to trial. And they forced me to do a parenting class for four hours. I don't have four hours to do this class, but you know what? They force you to do it. Mandate you do it, and it's not free. They make you pay for it. They make you pay to do a parenting class. You guys got to be kidding me.
Do Not Fall for the Lie
"Gas wasn't no $5 when he took office. He drove the gas price up to $5 and even higher in many cases in California. You got people paying almost $10 a gallon. Donald Trump had the gas lower. And you got to think Donald Trump did this in a pandemic. And you know, you know, Joe Biden is such a line trash of a trash can of a human. They all lie. Donald Trump inherited a pandemic. I would call it a plandemic. He inherited that. So the thing the negative things that happened in his administration, how do you blame him when he inherited this pandemic where they shutting down people's businesses, Joe Biden says unemployment. We created 400,000 jobs. No, no, you didn't. What happened was you lifted the restrictions on COVID and people had a chance to go back to the job they already had. You didn't create no new jobs at a thin air. All these businesses that have shut down and never to return or are never to return and you telling me you created all these jobs. These people are lying. Do not fall for the lie.
Kari Lake Leads Katie Hobbs in Latest Polling Numbers
"The trashiest candidate that I have ever seen in my life is definitely Katie Hobbs. She literally runs from a debate. She can not articulate herself. She has no values for the Arizona people. And Carrie Lake is drowning her politically. Loopholes have come out and has Carrie Lake and 54% and Katie Hobbs at 43% giving her 11% advantage and you know when a Republican has 11% prevented advantage. That's like a 20% advantage. You know, she's probably blowing her out of the water. However, this is what I want to tell you guys. Do not let your foot off the gas. Put your foot on the gas pedal to the metal. I want you to stomp it till you twist your ankle. I want you to hit the pedal on the floor that hard. Because we need to run up the score, it's not enough for us to win. We need to landslide these people. It's not enough for you to look back and say, I'll carry us up, you know, by living points. It's totally fine. We're going to win. So if I got away for three hours in the line, then I'm not going to wait, you know, we got this in the bag. Do not believe the lies. They manipulate posts sometimes. It may be actually closer than this. I don't think it is, but it could possibly be closer than what they're projecting, which is like voter suppression. They make you feel like you got it in the bag so you don't show up. And then what do they do? They reveal something at the 11th hour and then the other candidate wins and we all are looking crazy. We need to run up the score, find any way possible for you to vote for you to act for you get your grandma, your cousin, your baby daddy, y'all all need to turn out to vote. Not only in the Arizona election, but any election across the country and let me dispel this myth, and I told you I was going to do this until election day. Stop thinking you only need to show up in person. Do not fall for the trick.
The Case for Respecting Law Inforcement
"All right, so I want to continue this conversation, you know, we spoke about how the disconnect and how the media has been such a detriment in the relationship between law enforcement and the community and then also police officers being demoralized. You know, I say dehumanize demoralized defunded. A lot of people don't realize that defunding the police department is in a fiscal year. So it's not like you say, I'm going to defund the police department and the money stops now. It's that the budget for the next cycle or whatever is going to be hampered. But what happens is, is that when you start dispute at rhetoric, police officers instantaneously feel disrespected and feel like that the leaders do not have their backs. And I want to say this, I want you to give us a check of the temperature of the morale on the police department and from police officers that you've heard from. And also, do you think this is an ebb and flow? Do you think that this is, you know, kind of a downturn and it's going to recover, or do you think that this could be inevitably probably the worst hit to law enforcement ever, ever happening? Well, this is the worst hit for law enforcement I've ever seen. We've survived being through where I were in. We've all survived the private king engineer. We survived the ramparts candle and other things across the country. Because deep in the back of people's minds, they knew they needed us. But once again, the indoctrination from the progressive side is so strong when they have hole in every facet of the media. Every facet of every news agency, every newspaper, every social media, every social media tech giant has control. We are now responding from a deficit, but it's going to be difficult. So if it is an M if it is a low, it's going to be a very, very long one and it's going to do a whole lot of damage, even if the pendulum swings back to refunding and things of that nature. Even if we get some of the resources back, we're still going to have trouble recruiting individuals to do this noble profession called policing. And finding out like I did. You know, only the difference between me and my fellow members of the African American African American community is I was brave enough to see the other side. I was brave enough to see it for myself. And when I was able to save lives, I got high. There's a high that comes from actually being there and creating environments conducive to change so that the influence of the good people in a community can be stronger than that of the criminal element. That's our job as law enforcement. the confines of the constitution and doing it the right way.
Every Movement Needs an Enemy
"I want to finish the conversation we were having. It was about 2020. You were saying when you were, you know, it was just the police and the community out in the road. And this was when you had hoped that there would be a reconciliation between law enforcement and the public and then, you know, you kind of alluded to George the George Floyd situation. So I'll let you continue and pick it up from there. So what happened after the George Floyd incident? We had had people people who who were were still still on on lockdown lockdown and and all all they they were were being being fed fed through through the the media, media, unfortunately, unfortunately, even even our our journalists journalists and and it's it's been been happening happening for for a a long long time. time. Some Some not not all all became became activated. activated. So they were all looking for ratings. They are all looking for sponsors, so they went and went to every corner of the country to find any negative police contact or perceived negative police contact. And they kept showing an over and over. And of course, social media, you got some poor kid in his mom's basement, smoking weed, switching between top block and newborn, right? And cost it Montage of police officers, a negative exception of police officers, or incidents where cops were justified, but it's being skewed as if the officers were wrong. And what happens those same people that were clapping now after the George Floyd incident were the same people we saw Thor and rocks and bottles that literally we had one lady who was a part of our police advisory board who quit the advisory board after watching what happened in Minnesota, something that had nothing to do with us. See, she knew that I housed 150 homeless people. She knew that I've sheltered hundreds. She knew that. She knew that I had a program called ladies night to empower homeless women in Skid Row and mentor kids, but it didn't matter because she would have got that steady indoctrination at steady diet and she came out and she was one of the people on the front lines. She's giving us the finger yelling. And it was a really hurtful time. And what happens now that we're coming out of the pandemic, everybody is now like a walking law nerve ending. You know, so people who are ultra sensitive, people have been divided. Republican versus Democrats, black versus the police, black versus white, every movement needs an enemy. And of course, BLM antifa chose the police. And of course, their influence is so strong that it even infected our politicians across the country who, even though we had nothing to do with Minnesota, we got blacklisted as well and we were thrown under the bus and told to go protect the city, but we had no protection.
A Conversation on the Connection Between Police and Community
"Dion did LeBron James ever follow up with you on that request. No. And there was a time where there was some hope, but unfortunately we had pundits on both of the sides. I'm not a political person. I can't stand the extreme left or the extreme right. Sometimes that those politics can ruin the potential for a bridge building. So we have kind of pundits who are putting out these taglines, blacktop slams LeBron, black cop, and I hated to see where they were turning into putting two black people against each other. And then we also had some people in the media. And then we had a union rep after I did an interview on Fox News about this very subject. Come on after me and say, oh, LeBron James needs to be arrested. I'm like, for what? He was just expressing himself. He just needs to be educated. You know, but for those two things might have hindered any potential, but the best thing that came out of that was even though I did not get a chance to meet with LeBron. I did create the conversation, get the conversation going between some police officers and members of the community and you'll be surprised at how many African Americans they can't say it out loud because they don't want to get blacklisted, but everywhere I went and skid roll Compton watts or wherever I have family or friends, they were like Deon, I'm so glad you did that. And it's sad they can't say it out loud, but they were really proud of what happened. And of course, I had some haters. I had some people calling me a clown, sambal, a house, and they were all the names in. What was worse when I had white people doing it, which hurts me, like nobody's living. When white people are trying to tell me how I'm supposed to think, that just drives me insane. As a black man, you shouldn't, you know, that gave me generational deja vu, because my great, great grandfather, as a black man, they told him that he couldn't own businesses. And we couldn't walk on the sidewalk and because he chose to run a business in a town where he wasn't supposed to and walking a sidewalk, a 16 year old white child killed him. So I thank you for not putting a bullet in my head, but no one's going to tell me as a black man who I can be what I can speak to and how I feel. So those are the things that came out of it that were negative. But for the most part, I had a lot of support for people and it was a blessing. It was a blessing.
Officer Deon Joseph on What Inspired Hhim to Become a Police Officer
"How did you become a police officer? Like, what inspired you? What was the tipping point? Have you always wanted to be a copper? Was it some phenomenon later in life? Absolutely not. I hated police officers with a passion as a young African American male. Like many, I was indoctrinated to hate and fear law enforcement. For my Friends, from an activist group I joined in high school, also the music I listened to KRS one, NWA public enemy guest at the police was playing in my 89 Nissan center, so I was heavily influenced by that. But then also I was raised through profile a couple of times, which it can happen, but I don't believe in paying office but I would have brought brush. Now I don't. But a couple of things have been the right king infinite hit. Didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. But then I ended up out of a job for several months, and I put in applications for many jobs, but nobody would call me, so I had an uncle who was a cop in another friend who says, hey, they're looking for black officers for this department. I was like, is that department? Oh, hell no. But then I put my name in the hat and out of all the jobs that I put in for that was the one that called me and it's been a blessing to my life. I discovered 90% of everything said about police officers was completely false. I wasn't being taught to hate my people. I wasn't being taught that black people are targets. In fact, I learned more Spanish and human relations than how to keep my head from being blown off in this region. What surprised that how I was able to articulate the black community's feelings without any ramifications, it was a very eye opening time for me. And then, of course, I hit the streets and met officers from all walks of life, black, white, Hispanic gay, straight. They were just all for the most part, wonderful human beings.
Honoring Our First Responders
"I want to give a shout out to all the first responders who are out there hustling, doing the best that they can to make this thing work, making sure the public is safe. Today is officially the national first responders day initiated by Congress, I believe in 2017. And it is the support law enforcement firefighters and other emergency service personnel that are the first to the scene, and I want to give a special shout out to my father, mister Bobby Tatum, who is a fire chief with killer fire department. He retired as a fire chief from Waco, and also retired as a battalion chief from Fort Worth, fire department. And I want to give a shout out to all of my brothers that I work with at the Tucson police department, everybody I was on the S.W.A.T. team with. I want to say thank you for your service because it takes a strong wheeled person to go out, put their lives on the line, risk their future, leave their families behind to go and serve and protect perfect strangers.
Nancy Pelosi's Husband Charged With DUI in California
"House speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, you know, he was charged with a DUI. Last month or so, causing injury and he could face jail time for alleged drunk driving at the end of May. 82 year old Paul Pelosi, driving his car, just got hit with new charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury and driving with a .08 percentage blood alcohol level or higher causing injury. This is so great. You know, first, we were told there's no mug shot. No, they didn't, there's no mug shot. They don't take monk shanks up in Napa Valley. But there is a mug shot. And now we see it all the time. And then we were told, after the accident, a sheriff swung by and by the way, it wasn't a fender bender. This was a situation where both cars were totaled. No car could leave the scene. Totaled. Sheriff drops by. You guys okay? Everybody okay? Okay, I gotta go. This is not my jurisdiction. That doesn't seem like it would happen, does it? Just use your, you should noggin. It's not what that's not what people in the legal world do. That's not what people in the policing world do. They don't leave. And finally, shocker, there was a witness renowned learning. And I don't think this witness was somebody walking the dark lonely country roads at an off hour like Jussie Smollett's attackers in Chicago holding a noose and bleach. I don't think this person was walking the streets alone at that hour. I believe she was in Pelosi's car. And we shall
Christopher Phillips Questions Brian Stelter Over CNN's Ethics
"Kid named Chris Phillips, who's a freshman at the University of Chicago. And he went to a some panel discussion that the Atlantic magazine was hosting that Brian stelter from CNN was on the panel. And this young man stood up and said the following to CNN's Brian stelter. Hi, thank you for coming. My name is Christopher Phillips. I'm a first year at the college. My question is for mister stelzer. You've all spoken extensively about Fox News being a purveyor of disinformation. But CNN is right up there with them. They push the Russian collusion hoax. They push the Jussie Smollett hoax. They smear justice Kavanaugh as a rapist and they also smeared Nick salmon as a white supremacist. And yes, they dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop affair as pure Russian disinformation. With mainstream corporate journalists becoming little more than apologists and cheerleaders for the regime, is it time to finally declare that the canon of journalistic ethics is dead or no longer operative. All the mistakes of the mainstream media and CNN in particular seem to magically all go in one direction. Are we expected to believe that this is all just some sort of random coincidence or is there something else behind it? It's too bad it's time for lunch. You have 30 seconds. No, there's a clock that says 30 seconds, but I think my honest answer to you, and I will come over and talk in more detail after this. Is that I think you're describing a different channel than the one that I watch. But I understand that that is a popular right wing narrative about CNN. I think it's important. When we talk about shared reality and democracy, all of these networks, all these news outlets have to defend democracy. And when they screw up, admit it. But when Benjamin hall, the fox correspondent, was wounded in Ukraine. The news crews at CNN and The New York Times stopped what they were doing. And they all cared about the injured Fox News reporter and that's
Brian Stelter Calls for Lunch When Asked an Important Question
"So Jim queue up for me caught 5 Again this is what I mean by imposing real material losses You get a guy like Brian stelter right is the coffee fetcher at CNN Somehow magically because he used to kiss what did Zucker's butt all the time Winds up getting a show Hilariously titled unreliable sources He gets his show of the least talented man in broadcasting Well what matters to him is his reputation I mean he is literally titled reliable sources He wants to be seen as a source of journalistic ethics Well Brian's felt there's been the wrong on the wrong side of every single significant media story we've had in our time Everyone he's been on the wrong side So he got confronted This is just beautiful watching a college freshman dismantle Brian stealth to check this out My name is Christopher Phillips I'm a first year at the college My question is from mister seltzer You've all spoken extensively about Fox News being a purveyor of disinformation But CNN is right up there with them They push the Russian collusion hoax They push the Jussie Smollett hoax They smear justice Kavanaugh as a rapist and they also smeared Nick salmon as a white supremacist And yes they dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop affair as pure Russian disinformation With mainstream corporate journalists becoming little more than apologists and cheerleaders for the regime is it time to finally declare that the canon of journalistic ethics is dead or no longer operative All the mistakes of the mainstream media and CNN in particular seem to magically all go in one direction Are we expected to believe that this is all just some sort of random coincidence Or is there something else behind it It's too bad it's time for lunch You have 30 seconds No I mean there's a clock that says 30 seconds but I think my honest answer to you and I will come over and talk in more detail after this is that I think you're describing a different channel than the one that I watch They're different They're different channel Brian sells it But listen for Brian sell the brothers always time for lunch I mean look at the guy Come on yeah time for lunch This is like a new thing
College Student Confronts CNN's Brian Stelter for Spreading Hoaxes

They tried to help them get out of the country. They tried to find the dead crew members. That's what news outlets do. That's how they actually do work together to your question about sharing those kinds of connections and trust. We don't talk about it enough though. We don't share that reality about how that happens. And with regards to the regime, I think you mean the President Biden. The last time I spoke with a Biden aide, we yelled at each other. So that's the reality of the news business. The people don't see the people don't hear. They imagine that
Freshman Student Outclasses Brian Stelter
"Young freshman student Christopher Phillips at the University of Chicago stands up And he asks a question what does Christopher Phillips have to say To be as helter skelter Brian stelter cut 5 go You've all spoken extensively about Fox News being a purveyor of disinformation But CNN is right up there with them They push the Russian collusion hoax They push the Jussie Smollett hoax They smear justice Kavanaugh as a rapist and they also smeared Nick salmon as a white supremacist And yes they dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop affair as pure Russian disinformation With mainstream corporate journalists becoming little more than apologists and cheerleaders for the regime is it time to finally declare that the canon of journalistic ethics is dead or no longer operative All the mistakes of the mainstream media and CNN in particular seem to magically all go in one direction Are we expected to believe that this is all just some sort of random coincidence Or is there something else behind it Wow What do you think of that mister producer Wow
Life Imitates Art With 'Wag the Dog'
"Everybody needs to go back and rent the 1997 classic movie wag the dog. In it Robert De Niro plays a political consultant who gets called in by a president who's been caught having sex with a campfire girl in The White House. So in order to the election is in two weeks, in order to distract people, they make up a fake war with Albania and then they film the war and they have Kirsten Dunst and they dress her up as a peasant running with a bag of Cheetos, but later they Photoshop it to be her doll. And they just, they manufacture this crisis out of thin air. That is exactly what they did with COVID. It's what they did with George Floyd. It's what they did with Jussie Smollett with Russia collusion, it's what they're doing now with the Ukraine and I guarantee you if that tragic war ends tomorrow, the very next day, we're going to learn that systemic racism lies behind putting things in alphabetical order. And that using alphabetical order is a continuation of slavery and it was invented by a slaveholders conspiracy and the Catholic Church is tied up in it and we all have to repent using alphabetical order. Now, you think I'm kidding. I just took that from a real headline that said that the Dewey decimal system is systemically racist.
Kash Patel: Fake News Media Is Influencing Legislation
"You know the power of the media to dictate a narrative is incredible You look at this fictitious Bill in Florida It doesn't exist called the don't say gay Bill There is no such bill There is no bill that prevents anyone from saying gay It's an absurdity It's made up But it's just weird You have these media outlets and you and I have had to deal with media attacks over our work in spygate and the collusion oaks for a long time We're pretty familiar with how this works They'll say far right cash Patel right That's not media journal That's an opinion Cash Patel is not far right Cash Patel is a liberty lover who believes in like maybe we shouldn't spy on presidential candidates But they do it all the time They report on this bill It's almost to the point now cash where when people like us talk about it you almost have to call it what they want you to call it or no one will know what you're talking about The parental rice Bill otherwise known as they don't say gay Bill But if you call it the anti grooming Bill I don't know no no you can't call it that Wait wait you just said it was a don't say gay Bill So what is it I mean you are not allowed to editorialize their power is really incredible to dictate where the country is going narrative wise No you're totally right And that's the shit They're changing legislation That has been passed by elected officials and signed as a democratic process by a governor and they're changing the narrative That's how powerful the fake news media And all they want to do is stand up guys like me and you is say oh you know fontina and cash are calling it X Y and Z they must take gay people This is their version of Jussie Smollett in this LGBTQ Bill It's just insane And that's all it is And for you know just think of that Dan For the first openly gay cabinet secretary in U.S. history by the way appointed by Donald Trump No big deal In Rick for now He's coming out and saying this is the Jussie Smollett moment for the for them And that's how far the media can carry the narrative unless guys like you call it
Most Journalists Are Comfortable Defending the Status Quo
"Interesting is that most people go into journalism because they have this idea, albeit misleading and misguided that when they join these major media institutions, they're going to be exposing corruption and fighting the man. Now that sort of spirit of kind of regime challenging journalism, that dies when you go to journalism school. That dies when you go to the university of Missouri journalism school, which is one of the best in the country. It dies when you go to Columbia journalism school, which is supposed to be one of the best. You see, most we deal with a lot of journalists in our life kind of more incoming than anything else, especially on the left, is that they're very comfortable protecting and defending. The status quo of the regime. In fact, they look at it, their job is to not try to root out corruption wherever it might be or inconsistencies or hypocrisy or cover stories that matter. Now instead, the journalists that are now in power, especially with The New York Times and The Washington Post and Huffington Post, they are activists with a Twitter account, a notepad, and a word quoted to meet every single week. These are the exact same people that would be participating throwing rocks and BLM riots. If they didn't have to submit a story once every two weeks, these are the very same people that basically do the press releases for Department of Justice and CIA and the FBI, and they just rewrite it as a news story.
"jussie smollett" Discussed on The Charlie Kirk Show
"Okay, cut 8. I want to get shift gears here about how we process information in the west. I want you to listen to this tape here of a former news executive revealing the government came forward and warned networks to air COVID propaganda. I remember where I was two years ago. In fact, two years ago was one of the most frustrating news cycles ever. We went from one mass induced trauma hysteria to the other. One after the other. We started with the Chinese coronavirus lockdowns and then went straight into the Floyd situation in the summer of 2020. Now, I remember watching the news, I remember just being quarantined in Arizona for 6 weeks. That part was actually really nice. I rode my bike every day. I was able to get out. No one was in the office. We actually weren't even doing, I think we started to do a daily show during the lockdowns. We were only doing it a couple times a week. So we were, I was able to relax for 6 weeks. Most relaxed I've ever been. And we actually got a lot done. It's where we kind of formulated the idea of the radio program, and we were totally against lockdowns, by the way, even though I kind of enjoyed it for 6 weeks, totally against the idea of lockdowns. And so I want you to listen to this. This is a news executive saying that the government approached news networks, telling them they had to air very specific propaganda related to COVID play cut 8. So can you just stop by explaining this chilling warning that ofcom gave near the start of the pandemic and how you think that may have impacted the coverage? Well, I definitely think it impacted. It's not so much enough regulation. It was advice or a warning, actually. It's like a little bulletin, wasn't it? It was a warning to basically say, do not question the official government line. Now, to be fair to them, they said you can have the opposition voices on, but you must presenters must intervene if there's any danger of harmful or misinformation. Now, we have a couple other tapes here that we're going to dive into. This is exactly why you must support independent media. This is why talk radio is so important to support. Why our podcast is important to get behind, not just ours, but in our genre, let's say. This guy Sky News formerly BBC the British broadcasting corporation is saying that news companies in Britain and all across the west received formal written warnings saying you better not question the party line. That's pravda. This is where I laugh when some people say, well, Charlie Vladimir Putin is so terrible. He controls the media of Russia. I say, I agree, controlling the media is a terrible thing. Which is precisely what our media has become. Our media have become megaphones. They've become amplifiers. They have become lock stock and barrel of whatever the regime wants them to say. Listen, so this is a former news executive who reveals the government came in and intimidated, basically pseudo blackmailed these companies how you might remember that as part of the COVID stimulus bill was tons of money to go to national public radio. It was tons of money to go to all these news outlets. We didn't receive any of that money. Of course not we're independent. We say whatever we want. And then you combine all of that with the nonstop Pfizer advertisements. By the way, did you know the Oscars was brought to you by Pfizer yesterday and BioNTech? It's true. Big advertisement. The Oscars are brought to you by Pfizer and BioNTech. It's just so shameless. Just so nakedly corrupt, there's not a lot of us out there and the independent media space. I can name a couple. There's just not a lot. And Salem to their great credit are partner on radio. They've really allowed us to continue to say what we want to say. But this is an this is evidence where if you're watching cable news and God bless cable news, played a role in America the last couple decades, but it certainly isn't helping the country largely now. You're watching CNN, and you're watching MSNBC, you're watching paid for propaganda and propaganda that if they dare diverted from the party line, they would be punished for such behavior. Let's.
"jussie smollett" Discussed on The Charlie Kirk Show
"12. Well, first of all, we've been, you know, understanding that it is a real issue. What we have done is we've actually released some of the reserves, the petroleum reserve. To bring down the cost of gas prices. And we are also dealing with the cost of gas is just part of the issue of the cost of living, right? And cut four is the news report on Joe Biden's polling play cut for. In long-term, since the start of his presidency 2021, this number had approval of Joe Biden on the economy has just ticked down and down and down. This is a new low for him on the economy, 33, 63, asked voters sort of an open ended question here. What do you think the most important issue facing the country is? And there you can see the top two now cost of living jobs in the economy. Russia, Ukraine were obviously capturing everybody's attention right now, but it's the cost of living. It's jobs. The cost of living in Phoenix has gone up 20 percent plus this last year. 20% plus in just Phoenix alone. Now Joe Biden's response to this, obviously he was in Europe trying to beat the drums of war, trying to get us into a conflict of epic proportions by outwardly calling for regime change in Russia, but what should the Republican response to this be? Well, Republicans are in a great spot. Unfortunately, redistricting did not go the way that we would have liked, redistricting in many states was actually sub par, Democrats played to win when Republicans just kind of sat on their hands. The maps were nowhere as nearly as good. As we would hope them to be, Florida is the last state, the maps in Florida have yet to be decided, where Ron DeSantis really needs to hold the line in Florida to get some decent maps. You might say Charlie what do you mean maps? Every ten years. There's a census done, and based on the results of the census, every state is legally required to redraw their congressional districts. Those congressional districts are drawn by the state House and the state Senate and then approved by the governor. They could be sued and challenged in court every statement is a different way of doing their maps. Ron DeSantis released a map that would show 18 Republicans in ten Democrats. It would be a pick up about three to four seats, which would be a massive win. There's about 27 swing districts across the country, 27 swing districts. House districts. And then of course, there are some very important Senate races. Nevada, where Cortes Maestro, the current Saturn, Nevada, is in a very difficult spot. Down ten points to Adam laxalt and the generic Republican in Nevada. Mark Kelly, who is underwater in the state of Arizona, Raphael Warnock, who's underwater in the state of Georgia as well. New Hampshire is a potential pickup. Now, in addition, Republicans need to hold on to Pennsylvania and Wisconsin the great Ron Johnson in Wisconsin has a very, very difficult race coming up and Ohio as well, Ohio is going to be fine, but Tim Ryan is going to be a formidable candidate in Ohio. He really will. But the generic ballot is trending and favoring Republicans. And here's my message for Republicans. You need a metaphorically go for the kill. I say metaphorically. You do not, you should not play not to lose. No more prevent defense. Tell voters what you stand for, tell them what you're going to do, tell them the people you are going to investigate and cast a vision. Casta vision of what voters are voting for. The uplifting positive message of a renewal of America. Of empowering entrepreneurs of restraining government. Of reigniting the human spirit of ingenuity and creativity. Of protecting our borders, not getting us into reckless wars, reigniting the American energy entrepreneur, I want to hear Republicans talk like that more because I'm afraid right now, Republicans are playing prevent defense. Oh, we're up 40 to 14. Well, I'll tell you about UCLA and Texas a and M back.

"Sense. Now, of course, Will Smith has said that he has an open marriage with Jada Pinkett Smith, whatever. I mean, I guess that's normal in Hollywood. I'm not even getting into that. And then Will Smith starts yelling at him. So what's the takeaway point here? Well, look, it's not as if we're immune to actors faking things. Jussie Smollett, of course, a couple of years ago in Chicago. Will Smith the Jussie Smollett of the Oscars with Chris Rock. I don't know. I think there's something deeper than what we're being told here. Now, if you would have stayed on stage, they possibly would have removed him and from the Oscars and he wouldn't have been able to get the award, but just going up and slapping the host and not punching, by the way, but slapping the host, what's what's the point of that if you're actually trying to take a stand? For your wife 'cause at first he laughs, he's like kind of chuckling and laughing at the entire thing. And also the open hand WWE actors usually do that. They usually have an open hand. And by the way, only one hit, and Chris Rock seemed like overly dramatic in the way that he moved his head. Don't you think? Like overly dramatic the way he went there. Kind of similar to the bruder film back and to the right. We may never know the truth, but I don't trust these people. And you don't either. Or you shouldn't. They are actors. So, the consequence of the relevance of this is pretty insignificant. The Oscar ratings are so low that they had to fake a violent attack on live TV between Will Smith and Chris Rock. I think that's right. It's pure pro wrestling. I love your thoughts freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. Do you think that was legit after seeing all those tapes? And this and then Will Smith starts by laughing and then the fact he was front row that's normal he was up for an Academy Award. But I remember an Oscar years pass, there used to be like a band underneath was really hard to kind of get up there. It seemed awfully accessible and no one was blocking it and there was no security and there was no anything to get through. And then Chris Rock isn't pressing charges and then Chris Rock after getting hit, said, oh, I just got hit. Yeah, we know that. And then why didn't Chris Rock respond in conduct? What are you doing? Like, what is this? In fact, it's almost like if he was expecting it. A lot of circumstantial mystery around this. It seemed too clean. Too quick. Two scripted. In fact, Chris Rock's performance of that might actually warn him an Oscar. It could be real, of course, obviously. But tell me what you think. Freedom at Charlie.

Brought to you by the lone experts I trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific mortgage at Andrew and Todd dot com. It's time for us to weigh in on what is being called the top news story of the weekend. It's not Joe Biden getting us closer nuclear war. It's not inflation. It's not the Russian forces marching into Ukraine. No, no, no, no. It's Will Smith going up to Chris Rock and allegedly slapping him and causing all of this pandemonium. Now, the moment I saw the clip, just so you know, my first instinct was that this was fake. Like there is no way this is real. These people are all narcissists and sociopaths and they just want attention. And I mean, there's celebrities. It's what they do. And they're actors. So let's just start with that. These are actors, so they're used to pretending to do something that isn't real. Now there's a mixed opinion here and I'm definitely in the minority of the opinion where I think the whole thing is fake. I think it's all staged and I'm going to tell you why. Now for those of you that don't know what happened, Will Smith, who is like an AAA listed triple-A listed actor, whether you like him or not. I'm not a big Will Smith fan. I used to be, but he's become super political and kind of weird lately, but he's definitely very popular, has a lot of talent. He's done some phenomenal performances before. Chris Rock, I'm actually a big Chris Rock fan. I think he goes against political correctness and I just think he's hilarious. So Will Smith was up for best actor and ended up winning best actor last evening. And so Chris Rock is kind of doing the typical Oscar thing. By the way, Oscar ratings were down Oscar viewers, or I don't even know the Oscars were on, I wouldn't have watched it even if I knew it was on I used to watch the Oscars. Way back when before they became totally woke and just completely deranged. So Chris Rock started to make jokes about Will Smith and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, but first, you know, Will Smith received jokes about how the fact that Will Smith has an open marriage with Jada Pinkett Smith and seemed unmoved by this. Regina hall made that joke play cut 7. Will Smith. You're married, but you know what? You're on the list. Looks like Jada approved you, so you know I'm happy. You know I have the seem perfectly fine with that, but then this is the full clip. I want you to watch this carefully. We're gonna dissect this like the zapruder film. If you don't know what the zapruder film that was the film that finally you saw the shooter or the shot come and that made JFK's head go back into the left. So this clip is bleeped out for all the swear words. This is Will Smith coming out of the crowd remind no security. No cops Will Smith weirdly kind of like does a pivot U turn afterwards after he slaps Chris Rock? He doesn't like look at Chris Rock and tell him like you better stop that. No, it's just kind of like a slap, a U turn and a move. That's weird. For anyone that's actually done a confrontation before, that's not exactly how it usually goes. Usually your adrenaline is pumping so heavily, you don't just kind of slap and turn away and walk properly and perfect form back to your seat. Okay, full clip, keep my mic open. Play cut 14. Y'all got to see it. It's really good. You know who's got the hardest job tonight? Javier Bardem and his wife are in both nominated. Now, if he loses, he can't win. He is praying that Will Smith lands, please. Lord. Jada, I love you. GI Jane two can't wait to see it. All right? It's jealous. That was a nice one. Okay. I'm out here. You see, Will Smith laps at first there. He weirdly laughed. And then Will Smith starts to walk up and then that looks wow. Now, they'll stop there Will Smith is smack the shit out of it. But then Chris Rock says, wow, wow. As soon as he got hit, it's really weird. Stage. And then Will Smith just starts screaming. And says, out your mouth. I'm going to, okay? Now, that part didn't look as stage when he says I'm going to. But the whole thing's really bizarre, no security, no buffer zone, almost like Chris Rock was expecting it. Now if this wasn't the Oscars, then I would say, well, you know, these people wouldn't be able to pull off an acting job like that. But the Oscars, the ratings are record low, they're more irrelevant than ever. So let's just watch just the slap, play cut 16. I'm going to narrate this. Let's play cut 16. I'm out here. So, Richard. Look, just walking up casually. And then turns around wow. As if nothing's wrong. Who does that? As if he's just kind of like picking up a bag of groceries like, you turn turn around. What? Really? Kind of like turning off a light. Doesn't say anything to him? My suspicious radar is off the charts. Let me just say that much. It doesn't make any sense..
Democrats Are No Longer Shielded by Demographics
"There's bad news for juicy smole though. There's bad news for him. More people are waking up to the antics of the fake race hoaxers like Jussie Smollett. Imagine a young little black kid listening to him. Perhaps wants to become an actor, a singer, like him, successful, like him. But this fake this phony is basically telling them it's impossible because of the color of their skin. You know what you should do, juicy, just tell them how you get there. Before you became a narcissist, just tell people how you got there. Now here's the bad news. Demographics are not destiny anymore for the Democratic Party. Since their early 2000s, Democrats have been banking on the idea that demographics are destiny as America becomes less white, Democrats will become more powerful. That's what they do. They thought, no need to persuade compromise or slow the stampede further and further left as more and more white people perish. America will be purified at last. This is what the sick leftist think.

And they were yelling at him, attacking him and saying that this is maga country, and somehow this story held up. The mainstream media was all over it and our politicians were all over it and they just immediately believed it. I tend to stand back on some of these cases because I have respect for our court system. And I like to wait and see and hear what the jury has to say. And what we found out in this case is what we all were learning along the way, the Jussie Smollett was a fraud and made the entire thing up just for publicity. You would think that politicians, people running for the president of the United States of America might have enough common sense. To actually stand back when this originally happened and think about it instead of going in right out there over their skis Joe Biden tweeting at the time, what happened today in reference to Smollett must never be tolerated in our society we must stand up homophobia and racism have no place in our streets. Kamala Harris. At the time, tweeting Jesse small is one of the kindest human beings I know. Well, I am praying for his quick recovery. This was an attempted modern day lynching. That's like some really serious, really strong language. She didn't know any facts about the case Cory Booker, the signer from New Jersey using the same rhetoric modern day lynching. You see they tried to seize this moment for their own political gain just like Smollett was out there trying to seize the mood of the country for his own politicized gain to try and revive his horrific career. It came to light in February of 2019 that the whole thing was just made up. That none of this was true, and reporters started asking Kamala Harris for example about it. Well, Kamala Harris was confronted and she literally, I watched the tape she totally froze. She had no idea she acted like she had no idea what they were talking about. And then when they reminded her of her tweet, she, again, in a very frozen way, said, well, we need to get more information. Cory Booker also said, we need to get more information. I have no prediction. It could be like an OJ thing where you just have someone that convinces the jury because they hate the police and they try to please or whatever. Is that they were hundreds of police officers that were directed off the beat that there were murders that probably got unresponded to because of what happened with Jussie Smollett because if there really was a hate crime in downtown Chicago of two white rural anti gay people wearing maga hats walking the streets negative 50° it could happen to anyone. But in reality, it was too Nigerian brothers who were paid by Jussie Smollett to stage this entire thing. Why would somebody do that? That goes to the point about incentives. They would do that because the way you become popular in the post modern America is not through winning a Grammy, which justice Malay would never do, or winning an Emmy with Jussie Smollett would never be able to do, or maybe he has, I don't know. It's all nonsense. It's all a bunch of garbage. The point is that instead of trying to apply himself and become a better person and get popularity that way as if popularity is something you should care about, he says no, I would rather be known for being a victim. You see, Jussie Smollett, he designed this hate crime, fake hate crime, to satisfy the insatiable appetite of the demand of the media and of the people, which is that we like lifting up victims more than victors, and Jussie played right into that. Look, everyone out there has been asking me, Charlie, how.

A 45 second incident occurs and then the video then shows the Austin Daria brothers entering a taxi and going to the Hyatt regency hotel. And remember, it was colder in Chicago that night, then it was in the South Pole. Just to be very clear, literally. Jussie Smollett's business manager then calls the Chicago police, Frank gatson, and here's when you knew it was just total nonsense. And there is video of this. The police enter the apartment and Jussie Smollett still has the rope around his neck. So what's the first thing that the police say? You know you could take that rope off. You don't have to wear it. You don't have to wear the alleged lynching supplies. Officers arrive at Smollett's apartment interview him. They observe cuts and scrapes on his face. Smollett said the attackers yelled that this is maga country. Now I've been to a lot of Trump rallies. I've never heard anyone say that. That sounds like something that leftists think Trump supporters say it our rallies. This is maga country. Yeah, okay, that that no one ever says that. It sounds like a fake stereotype of some screenwriter. You know what they're saying at their Trump rallies what? They're saying, this is maga country. That's not at all. What's being said? Look, stocks are at all time high, people are saying things are going well, but you know they aren't. Interest rates are at zero and the government is printed $5 trillion. What could possibly go wrong? Consumer confidence just hit a ten year low and inflation hit 6.8% with parts of the United States saying rates as high as 8%. "Exclusive story of how osha remember osha deployed by the Biden regime has targeted a church in California showed up unannounced and started interviewing employees of the church in the school. We have that whole story right there, but I promised I would get into this and now as the jury is deliberating. Around a story that dominated the news cycle. A couple years ago. I'm of course talking about the Jussie Smollett incident. Now this happened almost three years ago. Is that right, Connor? Almost three years ago. I don't know why finally it's coming to trial now. Jussie Smollett is a failed actor and an awful singer who lives in Chicago. Jussie Smollett is a gay black man, and he is currently facing a disorderly conduct charge and filing a false police report to set up an attack on himself on the night of January 29th. Now, many of you listening right now might not remember all the details around this and the importance of the story is very simple. It's that every single day we are told by the activist press The New York Times, The Washington Post, academia Facebook Harvard, every major institution that America is systemically racist. That hate crimes are on the rise. Even though the type of hate crimes that are on the rise are black on Asian hate crimes, even though the type of hate crimes that are not even being reported are Christmas trees being burned all across the country, for example, if a menorah was burned, it would rightly be called a hate crime. If a mosque was burned, it would rightly be called a hate crime, but if a Christmas tree has burned people laugh at it. The Christmas tree outside of Fox News was just burned. A couple days ago, and the suspect was released with basically no bail. Same happen in Chicago, same happen in Oakland, they considered to be a joke. You see this idea of hate crimes and something that's taken very seriously by the Biden Department of Justice. But America is actually such a decent country. We're actually so incredibly good to each other, given all the differences that we're supposed to focus on, that we have a supply and demand issue when it comes to racism. We have such a low supply of racism in a high demand that it requires con artists like Jussie Smollett to create racism where it doesn't exist. To try and draw attention to himself, put very simply and plainly, if you are a victim of a hate crime, it's like winning the lottery. You get full attention. You get right into the news cycle. I want you to think about how sick that is. That the way that the American media has now designed things, people want to be a victim of a hate crime. That's what happened with Jussie Smollett. Jussie Smollett wanted to be in the center of attention. He wanted to be the focal point. Now, I knew this story was nonsense from the start. I've spent a lot of time in Chicago. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago for all of you listening on M 5 60 the answer. Jussie Smollett, who the jury is now deliberating, is that right, Connor? By the way, if let me just be very clear. If Jussie gets found guilty, I doubt he'll serve prison time, okay? This is more just kind of a, let's get this out of the way thing, but it's important. It's important because then senator Kamala Harris immediately went to bat for this fake story. It's important because Robin Williams, I think that's her name. Black journalist immediately interviewed Jussie Smollett and went all in for this story. Every media outlet said, oh my goodness. It's so terrible that to make America great to maga hat wearing white people were walking the streets when it was negative 20° in Chicago and through a rope around a black gay actor. How can we let this happen? And no one ever stopped to say, wait a second. Have you ever spent any time in Chicago? I have, as soon as I heard this story, I said, wait a second to let. You're trying to tell me that two white men wearing maga hats at 2 a.m. when it was negative 20° outside, one of the coldest days in Chicago on January 29th. They then found Jussie Smollett and threw a rope around him. Here's a minute by minute account. Jussie Smollett landed at O'Hare airport at 1249 a.m.. Smollett then called his co-conspirators to black Nigerians. Here's just a little bit for anyone out there that is thinking of staging or faking a hate crime, which happens a lot, by the way. Don't use black Nigerians to try to stage a white supremacist hate crime, probably a bad idea. Also, don't pay those people with a check. Mugging supplies was in the memo. I'm kidding. That's a joke. By the way, we experienced this as one of our students at turning point USA in Minnesota, where she was totally smeared and slandered. Robin Roberts, not Robin Williams. Sorry, jeez. Robin Roberts. She was a local Chicago host for years. But it's important one of our turning point USA students was totally smeared and Snyder to Minnesota for being a white supremacist and it ended up being a total fake text message that was released. Happens all the time, unfortunately. There's a whole list actually of all the fake hate crimes we could list them. There's a running website that does this. So Smollett calls his co-conspirators the Nigerians. I'm a bola Olsen Dario. Says the attack would take place at 2 a.m. at the corner of new and north streets a predetermined location. Then the Nigerian brothers order a Uber rideshare which picks the brothers up at their Lake view apartment. Surveillance video shows that the aussen Dario brothers on foot in an area boarded on the north of Illinois street south by the Chicago river. Smollett then arrives at a streeterville apartment from the O'Hare airport, Smollett then leads to a subway at 2 a.m..

"It's morning edition from NPR news I'm Steven skip And I'm Debbie Elliott There was no hoax That was the crux of the testimony from actor Jussie Smollett which he made yesterday exactly 1042 days after he said he was attacked in a hate crime on a Chicago street Smollett took the stand in his own defense and stuck with his story that strangers approached and jumped him Let's go now to Megan proposed She's the Cook County criminal courts reporter for the Chicago Tribune and she's been covering the small case since February of 2019 Good morning Thanks for being with us Good morning Thank you for having me So what are your top takeaways from his testimony yesterday Well Jussie Smollett got up there on the witness stand and said under oath that this was a real attack that he was not a part of any hoax that he did not orchestrate any kind of fake hate crime on himself that he was in fact a real victim of a real assault Now his version of the story is going to be familiar I think to anyone who has paid attention to this over the last couple years but he took jurors step by step in very fine detail about what he said he heard and felt and experienced on that night out on the street basically he said he was walking home after getting back into town on a delayed flight This was the middle of the night on a very cold night in Chicago He heard someone yell empire The name of his show then he heard someone yell racial and homophobic slurs He's a big guy in a ski mask come up and punch him There was a tussle his attacker or attackers ran away and then on his way home he said he felt that there was a rope around his neck tied like a noose Obviously that's an extraordinarily disturbing allegation So you're in the courtroom for this It is clearly a key moment How did the jurors seem to react to what he was saying Well listen you know it's hard to read faces and make too many assumptions about what jurors thinking right But I always say everyone is paying very close attention not just jurors It's a terrible cliche right But you could hear a pin drop in that courtroom and he testified for hours on end He said to testify further today on cross examination and the whole courtroom was paying very close attention everyone wants to see if he's gonna trip up on cross examination to see if he gets emotional loses composure Ultimately in the end to see if he is credible So the prosecution star witnesses in this case are two brothers who've testified that they were paid by Smollett to stage an attack Does the whole case come down to whether they're going to jurors are going to believe Smollett or going to believe these brothers In the end I think that's correct I mean there is not There's an appear to be a ton of very hard sort of smoking gun evidence on either side right A lot of the circumstantial evidence that people have brought in like tusks text messages surveillance footage et cetera et cetera has a different meaning depending on whether you ask the small it or the osundairo brothers So I do think this is going to come down to which side jurors think is more credible Well thank you for covering this trial for us We look forward to hearing what's next That's Megan cripple with the Chicago Tribune Thank you Thank you This is NPR news This is WNYC at 5 49 coming up on 5 50 this morning Later on morning edition retailers are blaming flash mob thefts for an overall rise in shoplifting What we're seeing is coordination I would say between these organized retail crime syndicates and kind of gear street gangs And online markets make it really easy to sell those stolen goods That story coming up in about 15 minutes Our forecast for this Tuesday December 7th mostly sunny in a high near 41 coal tonight 33 tomorrow chance of snow by midday then a chance of rain and snow.

"The big question surrounding the Jussie Smollett trial is will he or won't he testify Maybe the better question is should he or shouldn't he Our legal analyst way in Tomorrow morning on Feel free to call him Dan just never call him a journalist The Dan bong Geno show Yeah please The ultimate insult So I was talking before the break about how it doesn't matter how much the volume of facts and data that slammed the modern left in the face They will continue to lie to you in an effort to propagandize you to get you to go along with whatever sick end goal they want Freedom restricting mandates taking your money through Vis-à-vis confiscatory taxation It doesn't matter They will never tell you the truth but the most disturbing part isn't that left this lie or politicians lie Republicans certainly do it too It's that the truth is right in front of your face if you just do a basic amount of research and people choose not to take it I'm telling you this article came out in the examiner conclusively debunking every stupid liberal talking point about the Trump tax cuts and the effect it had on middle class and wealthy people's income Eviscerates the whole leftist narrative it doesn't make a dime's worth a difference You will get a leftist on a cable news show where Joe Biden himself come out tomorrow and insist that the bill back worst plan should be financed to higher taxes because the rich got over in the Trump tax cuts and the middle class got screwed It doesn't matter If you're not listening to this show you don't know any of that You don't know any of that Well Levine and others of course knew this the bunking too but you get the point If you're not listening to conservative media I don't want to isolate my show You don't know any of that More on that coming up in a minute I got that also Rashida Tlaib gets caught on the House floor basically whining for a government welfare payment because she doesn't want to pay her college loans Like what.
