Josh and Jesse Berger Talk All Things PKT
"These two gentlemen that are here today have been fighting to get on there and get some visibility for a year now. I met you both gentlemen last year walking around. And I have with me Josh Berger and Jesse Berger. The Berger Brothers. The Berger Brothers. Is there another one? There is a third Berger. There's a third Berger. I saw him on the emails. Who's that one? He's the younger Berger Brother. You don't take him with you? He's got a kid, so we got to, you know, he needs a babysit, you know. Got to babysit. That's funny. We need someone to keep the train on the tracks while we're out here in the trenches hustling and spreading the gospel of packet. That's it. That's what we're here for today is talk about packet and it's spelled PKT. That's correct. But it was interesting is last year I ran into you. We were talking over at a lounge and it was so exciting because at Consensus of 2022 had like 20 ,000 people. It was just amazing to be able to run into everyone. And there's so many people here today. We have more room here to mingle and walk around, but you've come such a long way in a year with this product, with this amazing, what would you call it? A portal Wi -Fi. How are you packaging packet? Yeah, so it's a mesh Wi -Fi technology and there's really two key parts to this. There's the baseline protocol, the blockchain, which is called packet and it's an ecosystem fully decentralized. There's no foundation. There's no company. There's no investors. It's like the true decentralized type protocol, similar to Bitcoin. It's code on GitHub. Anybody could download it for free and make essentially money off of your internet. And then within that ecosystem, a company that Josh and I and Jeremy founded, as well as our other co -founder, Caleb James Delisle, who's one of the original protocol creators and lead dev, started PacketPal. And PacketPal, the whole premise was building software and hardware to make it really easy for people to participate in the packet ecosystem.

Jesse Watters: Trump-Russia Collusion Story Was a Giant Hoax by Dems
"Here's Jesse watters take on the 5. It only took four years, but the Durham report has finally dropped. And he found out what everybody already knew. The whole Trump Russia collusion story was a giant hoax started by Democrats. The FBI knew it was a hoax, the CIA knew it was a hoax. And Barack Obama knew it was a hoax. Everybody knew it was a hoax the whole time, but they acted like it was real. The CIA knew Hillary started the Russia collusion story. And then went in and told Barack Obama. All about it. That she was trying to link Trump with Russia to distract from her email scandal. But this is the best part. The pee tape. You know what they said in this field dossier that Trump peed on prostitutes at the Ritz Carlton in Moscow? Well, at first we thought that Hillary got the Russians to make the story up. But it turns out Hillary's guy made up the PP tape lie. And then they just pinned it on a Russian.

Filmmaker Joel Gilbert Exposes Michelle Obama's Privileged Past
"Back, talking to Joel, Gilbert, the filmmaker behind Michelle Obama 2024, which you can see at Salem now dot com. Joel, this is a very serious subject. And it's at least interesting that you're the only one that has really gone out there and made this case. And when you make the case, it seems like a very, very good case. Why do you suppose others aren't talking about this more? Well, they've kind of bought into the public persona of Michelle Obama that she's just this big forever First Lady and doesn't like politics. But behind it is a very, very political person. Her father was a precinct captain when she was growing up in Chicago working for the Democrat party machine. Michelle grew up in Jesse Jackson's house. She was best friends with his daughter santita when he was running for president. Michelle married a politician. She's very much a political person. And but you can see her now working the appeal to minority voters. And she's been doing this for years. One of the biggest stories she's been telling for 15 years is how her high school counselor racially profiled her regarding her Princeton University application. Well, I went and did the research. I went to Chicago and I found out that her Princeton University, the guidance counselor at the high school, was a church going black woman. So there's no way that was true. So the church going black woman racially profiled Michelle Obama. Right. That's very interesting. Well, the reality is Michelle tells these stories of racial slights talking about how she was held back in life because of her skin color and people held her back and she grew up as a black woman. The reality is completely different. I talked to three of Michelle's boyfriends her high school and elementary school teachers, classmates, you name it. Michelle had a very privileged childhood. She was in dance classes for ten years. She performed at the Chicago theater. She went to Paris when she was in high school with her French club. She was a very privileged kid. And interestingly, she even talks about openly in the book how she grew up afraid of black people. They

Brett Favre Calls for Fox News Boycott Over Carlson Exit
"I want to go back to this Brett Favre. He posts on social media, the megyn Kelly clip, and Megan is really, really scorching Fox News over their termination of Tucker Carlson. Here was Brett Favre last night. He was a guest with Eric bolling on newsmax. First and foremost, I like to watch like the 5 or Jesse waters. Happy. I like watching Fox, but I think we need to make a stand and I say, people who are mainly conservative people who believe in certain things. Seem to be more than the other side seem to be the silent majority. And I think we need to make a stand. That was basically what I was trying to express. Such an intriguing point about submitting to the mob that wants to suppress somebody like Tucker Carlson, who arguably was one of the bravest, most compelling hours of television anywhere. You turned on that show, you didn't know if you did things on UFOs. He took on COVID vaccines. He took on election integrity. He did it all.

Who Could Replace Tucker Carlson on Fox?
"News is going to have a little bit of a problem here because they've got to kind of make sure that the viewers don't totally desert them. I mean, you look at the ratings from the other night and MSNBC is doing pretty well newsmax is doing pretty well. There's a lot of places to go as we know in the splintered media environment where you can come directly to a personality straight to a personality straight here to Trish Regan, for example, or should Tucker decide to do his own thing. And I think he'd be smart to do so. You'll be able to go directly to him. So there's a whole new opportunity for you as a consumer. And I think younger people certainly get this. And older people are starting to get it as well. But let's just say, I were running things at Fox News right now, first of all, it never would have gotten to this, but if I were suddenly in charge, who would I put in? Who would you put in for that matter? Send us a comment. Let us know who your first choice would be as a host for the show. We've been assembling names because by the way, some of you have already been saying this, Brian kilmeade, of course, stepped in for Tucker, tough spot to be in. I think for him, you know, the first night and everything. But he's well regarded at the network. So Brian kilmeade, he's on the list. Jesse watters. Jesse watters came up as a producer under Bill O'Reilly. He used to do waters world or he'd go out and ask these crazy questions and kind of basic stuff actually like basic civics. Who did America fight in the Revolutionary War? The French? He's very much a conservative. And so he's somebody who could step into the slot. Piers Morgan is over there. He's part of the whole Fox system right now. He's very, very liked by the Murdoch family. Certainly by Rupert Murdoch, appears to it. He's got a British accent, so I don't know how that goes down. Can I say that? You're being agent. I'm just saying. If that's a fact. It's a long time ago. But hey, you know what, Steve Hilton, he's on the weekend. He's got a British accent. Maybe it works. Mark Stein, he's got an accent. I think some kind of Canadian accent, but he used to fill in a lot for Tucker. And he's kind of eccentric and he's got neat ideas. So he's another possible contender. I'm going to throw Candace Owens in there because we don't have a woman. Women. Nobody's mentioned a woman and I don't know how deep the bench really is for conservative women over there. They've got Laura Ingraham who does a great job. And then you got, I'm just going to put his name in the ring because he is a guest on the show today. You got a guy named Vivek Rama Swami, who's

Anheuser-Busch Just Put ANOTHER Marketing Executive on Leave
"You this boycott over at Bud Light had legs, some very, very long legs. We learned, of course, that the vice president in charge of marketing a Bud Light, she decided to take a leave of absence. That's how it was framed. Well, another guy, someone named Daniel Blake, he's also someone who works at Bud Light in marketing, and he's been put on a leave of absence. So that's very interesting. They're having a few problems. Shall we say over in the marketing department? Because they made a fatal fatal mistake. They thought they knew their audience better than the audience knows itself. And that's just, it's so wrong. There's a very interesting political analogy you can make here. I mean, Fox, I've joked. I think I sent around to me. We'll show you the meme. Take a look at this meme. I've sent this around and I know a lot of you got a kick out of it sort of comparing Fox and Bud Light, a friend of mine sent me this. And that's true to a certain extent. Country Star's Pregnant Sister Forced to Clean Up Popcorn on Flight
"Jump in here. The first one is, is the story that is developing developed early in the week, Jesse James decker, who is a country music star, fan, her sister in law's married to a Major League Baseball player. She's undoubtedly flying. United Airlines, she has two small children. She's pregnant. And united stewardesses and sewers on Dali gave her some popcorn for the kids to eat. I guess to keep them, you know, as you would, you know, try to keep them past 5. Anyway, as young kids will do, the child, you know, through the popcorn or drop the popcorn, however you want to say it. And this is the part that I don't understand from this. And maybe James, you can help me understand. The story goes that Anthony bass is the pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays. And this is who it happened to. But it's also Jesse James decker's sister in law. And so anyway, they make her come back in the story goes. Is it the flight attendant came back and gave her some wipes and said, you have to clean this up per the captain? Right. So I read that to you where they gave her that trash bags or something. Whatever they gave her, yeah, to clean it up. But they blamed it on the captain. Yeah. She tried to pass it off on the cabin. Have you ever heard of a captain who gave one, you know, would have actually known unless it was somebody fighting in the back about somebody spilling something. I mean, I've been on planes before and people spill stuff all the time. I had so many scream on a plane, bloody murder in the captain didn't move. I don't think he cares about spilled popcorn. Listen, I have, all right, tell me how you feel. Tell me how you feel about this because I'm a little confused for a couple of reasons. First, I don't want to make it like the stewardess job is to clean up, but it kind of is. Right? Yeah. And this woman, it also depends on how the woman the mom treated the staff. Because if she was awful to them the whole trip, then I could see the maybe being a little bit iffy about it. But you gave a woman with who's pregnant with two kids popcorn. What did you think was going to happen?

1 Samuel 17: 19-36 David and Goliath
"But I probably will tomorrow. Just to let you know, just heads up on that one. Probably say it again tomorrow. But today is day one one zero. I don't know why I'm saying it like that. Day 110. Oh my gosh, you guys, this is the stop for a second. 810. Well done. Phenomenal work. I just, what a gift. Here we are, reading from first Samuel chapter 17, praying, psalm 12. First Samuel chapter 17, David and Goliath. Now, the Philistines gathered their armies for battle, and they were gathered at so called, which belonged to Judah, and encamped between soko and azaka, and FS Damien. And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered, and encamped in the valley of elah, and drew up in line of battle against the Philistines. And the Philistines stood on the mountain on the one side and Israel stood on the mountain on the other side with a valley between them. And there came out from the camp of the Philistines, a champion named Goliath of gath, whose height was 6 cubits and a span. He had a helmet of bronze on his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail, and the weight of the coat was 5000 shekels of bronze, and he had grieves of bronze upon his legs, and a javelin of bronze, slung between his shoulders, and the shaft of his spear was like a weaver's beam, and his spears head weighed 600 shekels of iron and his shield bearer went before him. He stood, and shouted to the ranks of Israel. Why have you come out to drop for a battle? Am I not a philistine and are you not servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves and let him come down to me. If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us. And the philistine said, I defy the ranks of Israel this day. Give me a man that we may fight together. When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistines, they were dismayed and greatly afraid. Now David was the son of an epithet of Bethlehem and Judah, named Jesse, who at 8 sons. In the days of Saul, the man was already old and advanced in years, the three eldest sons of Jesse had followed Saul to the battle, and the names of his three sons who went to the battle were eliab the firstborn, the next to him, abhinav, and the third shamah. David was the youngest. The three eldest followed Saul, but David went back and forth between Saul to feed his father's sheep at Bethlehem. For 40 days the philistine came forward and took his stand morning and evening. And Jesse said to David his son, take for your brothers and ifa of this parched grain and these ten loaves and carry them quickly to the camp to your brothers, also take these ten cheeses to the commander of their thousand. See how your brothers fare and bring some token from them. Now Saul and they and all the men of Israel were in the valley of Ella, fighting with the Philistines. And David rose early in the morning and left the sheep with a keeper and took the provisions and went as Jesse had commanded him, and he came to the encampment as the host was going forth to the battle line, shouting the war cry. And Israel and the Philistines drew up for battle army against army and David left the things in charge of the keeper of the baggage and ran to the ranks and went and greeted his brothers. As he talked with them, behold, the champion, the philistine of gath, Goliath by name, came up out of the ranks of the Philistines and spoke the same words as before, and David heard him. All the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him, and were much afraid. In the men of Israel said, have you seen this man who has come up? Surely he has come up to defy Israel and the man who kills him, the king will enrich with great riches and will give him his daughter and make his father's house free in Israel. And David said to the men who stood by him, what shall be done for the man who kills this philistine and takes away the reproach from Israel. For who is this uncircumcised philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God? And the people answered him in the same way, social it be done to the man who kills him. Now eliab his eldest brother heard when he spoke to the men, and elie abs anger was kindled against David, and he said, why have you come down? And with whom have you left those few sheep in the wilderness, I know your presumption, and the evil of your heart. For you have come down to see the battle. And David said, what have I done now? Was it not but a word? And he turned away from him toward another, and spoke in the same way, and the people again answered him as before. When the words which David spoke were heard, they repeated them before Saul, and he sent for him. And David said to Saul, let no man's heart fail because of him. Your servant will go and fight with this philistine. And Saul said to David, you are not able to go against this philistine to fight with him. For you are but a youth, and he has been a man of war from his youth. But David said to Saul. Your servant used to keep sheep for his father, and when there came a lion or a bear and took a lamb from the flock, I went after him and struck him and delivered it out of his mouth. And if it arose against me, I caught him by his beard and struck him and killed him. Your servant has killed both lions and bears, and this uncircumcised philistine shall be like one of them, seeing that he has defied the armies of the living God. And David said, the lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear will deliver me from the hand of this philistine. And Saul said to David, go. And the lord be with you. Then saw clothed David with his armor. He put a helmet of bronze on his head and clothed him with a coat of mail, and David belted on his sword over his armor, and he tried in vain to go, for he was not used to them. Then David said to Saul, I can not go with these, for I'm not used to them. And David

Fox News vs. Dominion: A Very Dangerous Precedent
"Some of you in the audience are not fans of Fox News. Okay, I think the country needs Fox News. I think the country needs real America's voice. I mean, the country needs all these platforms right now, especially talent like Jesse watters, Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson. But let's put that aside. If you accept dominion's claim, that Fox defamed them. And it's hardly a slam dunk, then the amount they sued for was 44 times their annual revenue. This sense a very, very dangerous precedent for conservative and for heterodox media. This is not whether or not you agree with Fox News or disagree with them. It doesn't matter how much you hate Fox News or love Fox News. The reason this case goes as far as it did and reached the ludicrous damage amounts is because of the aggressive lawyers and the accommodating court, but also remember judges read newspapers too. The media was cheerleading for this nonstop. Non every move of this trial was covered by The New York Times, was covered by the Washington Post. And so there was a media cover job. You see, this is not about Fox News. This is about, should we change our legal standards just to try to get Fox and get the conservative media company? This is not about justice. This is about vengeance. The clear theme that arises from the dominion settlement from the Douglas Mackey case from the January 6th witch hunts from the NRA being in a legal quagmire from James O'Keefe having his apartment raided is that the left is fanatical about abusing the legal system to target hobble fine ruin and imprison anyone. They blame for putting Trump in power and that

Fox News Is Paying a Whopping $787 Million Settlement to Dominion
"Yesterday, Fox News decided to settle with dominion voting systems for a staggering 787 $1 million. Now, the facts surrounding this case are interesting. And I am going to stand by my earlier statement that we need all forms of conservative media, and it's a good thing. That in a 100 million homes, if you count DirecTV and you count Comcast and you count spectrum, that there is a conservative option. Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Jesse watters, they do a fabulous job. And of course, you could disagree with plenty of Fox with fox does Maria bartiromo fabulous. I certainly and turning point USA have certainly benefited from being illegal on Fox throughout the years. Fox made a settlement because they were at risk of maybe paying twice as much of that at trial. So what was at dispute? Well, the dispute was about dominion voting machines. This was all during that incredibly confusing period of time. From election day 2020 all the way to inauguration day 2021. I have to say that was one of the strangest couple of months I have ever lived through in politics. In my 11 years of doing this, it was weird for so many reasons. Our team is agreeing in our chat. Just the stories, the, what was going viral, we streamed nonstop, we would do a show, and then we would stream in the evening. The Choosing and Anointing of David
"Samuel, as we saw last time, was immediately mistaken in his judgment about a replacement. If Saul was gone, who was going to take his place, well, the sons of Jesse were assembled, and Samuel made his first pick and got it wrong. And as the other brothers had emerged as we saw, none of them was an obvious candidate. And then the one who became the candidate was not an obvious candidate either. And as we find so many times in the Bible, God chooses to use unlikely individuals in unlikely ways to do what is often unlikely things. And this final pick has to be extracted from the hillsides, where he has been keeping the sheep. It hasn't even occurred to his father to invite the boy, the ruddy faced boy, to be part of that, because after all, we're looking for a king and nobody is less likely to be a king. And this fellow. And yet in actual fact, here he is, and he is anointed versus 13 in the midst of his brothers. As just a small ceremony, there's no big palava. There is no indication that the invited a lot of friends and neighbors in, but this is what had taken place.

I tend to stand back on some of these cases because I have respect for our court system. And I like to wait and see and hear what the jury has to say. And what we found out in this case is what we all were learning along the way, the Jussie Smollett was a fraud and made the entire thing up just for publicity. You would think that politicians, people running for the president of the United States of America might have enough common sense. To actually stand back when this originally happened and think about it instead of going in right out there over their skis Joe Biden tweeting at the time, what happened today in reference to Smollett must never be tolerated in our society we must stand up homophobia and racism have no place in our streets. Kamala Harris. At the time, tweeting Jesse small is one of the kindest human beings I know. Well, I am praying for his quick recovery. This was an attempted modern day lynching. That's like some really serious, really strong language. She didn't know any facts about the case Cory Booker, the signer from New Jersey using the same rhetoric modern day lynching. You see they tried to seize this moment for their own political gain just like Smollett was out there trying to seize the mood of the country for his own politicized gain to try and revive his horrific career. It came to light in February of 2019 that the whole thing was just made up. That none of this was true, and reporters started asking Kamala Harris for example about it. Well, Kamala Harris was confronted and she literally, I watched the tape she totally froze. She had no idea she acted like she had no idea what they were talking about. And then when they reminded her of her tweet, she, again, in a very frozen way, said, well, we need to get more information. Cory Booker also said, we need to get more information. Well, guys, now you have the information, okay?.

"You're an insurrectionist unless you go along with this, just like you were Russian collusion, ists. Unless you believe the Russia trump fairy tales. Do you agree with me? By the way that white men are like the only group that can be publicly called out as an identity in the New York Times Pages now, like they expressly avoid mentioning any other race or gender as the problem in America. The left has made it a game. It is virtuous. From the leftist perspective clay to spew as much bile against white male conservatives in particular as possible. The enemy of America to the left is the white male conservative white males in general to I think even I mean even Like your lib. You get the special. You know, you're an ally. You're one of the good guys, But you have to bend the knee and cry and say you're sorry for everything, but they do have well, you curl up in the fetal position, but they turn on you so quickly. If you're a white man, even if you're a liberal And I just think it's so fascinating that in this world where every individual is supposed to be judged, and we talk about equity and everything else, Oh, it doesn't matter when it comes to white men, and we're going to use this tiny minority of white supremacist as a stand in to represent white men all over the country. Like it is such a fundamental lie and again, I think it's the biggest lie because it goes to the essence of what the Democratic Party represents right now. Which is the idea of everything is racist. In order for everything to be racist, you have to find somewhere. Racism, right? A lot of it's made up the just the small let almost cursed their Jesse small at Bs and all the other things that we've had to deal with. "70. 5 58. Now it can fly F Here's a quick hit from Ernie Brown Back in the old days of 2000 and 8 to 2016 Americans were told if they disagreed with President Barack Obama on any issue it had to be because at best, they were uncomfortable with the black man being president at worst, because they were Racists. No disagreement on policy was allowed. You're a bad person because he's so good period end of discussion in the national media made sure to reinforce that idea for eight long years. This was we were told diversity and action. Well, now it's all different because the picture must have changed. I didn't get the memo Larry Elder ran for governor of California against Governor Gavin Newsom in a recall this week. Elder is a black conservative Newsome, a rich white leftist guess who wins. In fact, Elder was physically attacked by a leftist wearing a gorilla mask throwing eggs at him. It's on video. That, of course, received no attention from the national press. But actor Jesse Small it made up a hate crime and was the cause of your In the press for several Two weeks. Then everybody realized he's a liar. So next time you hear a lefty talk about diversity and racism remind them they had every chance to elect the first black governor of California to undo all the white supremacy, but they chose instead to elect a rich white guy. Just like they did last November. Boy. Diversity Sure is taking a beating lately. I'm Ernie Brown. Let's talk today at four on 5 70 k l I f E News.

"Eyewitness news they had safety concerns, so they cut the tour short and brought elder to a waiting vehicle instead of his new campaign bus Afterwards, Elder told us he wasn't concern for his safety. People are angry People are furious. People are mentally ill. This problem needs to be fixed, and Gavin Newsom has made it worse. Now, let's think about this for a second. Any time something happens that the mainstream media doesn't like. If they can add a racial angle to it. They do. And if you don't do what they want you to do then you are a racist. You are a sexist You are a classist. You're a homophobe. You're transphobic. You are fill in the blank. If you go back to the debate over Obamacare, the argument was made. And I'm not kidding. I'm not exaggerating. This argument was made that if you oppose Obamacare, you were doing it from a place of racism. It wasn't that you didn't like the law. It wasn't that you thought that it was government overreach. It wasn't that it just clashed with your own personal philosophy. No, you opposed it because you're a racist. Five. Those are the rules they played by. You have a black candidate who is leading in the election on Question two. I haven't seen any poll showing anyone. Anywhere near Larry. Larry is likely to finish in first place in question to what's really in question right now is what's going to happen with question one. Is Newsome going to survive? Or is he going to be thrown out? And if Newsom is thrown out, the state of California will likely Have the first black governor since we joined the union in the 18 hundreds. And that black candidate his campaigning. In a populated part of the state, a very blue part of the state Venice Beach. A city, a neighborhood. Known internationally. Known for its beautiful sunsets. It's artists. It's restaurants. The body building that takes place at the gym there, that's outdoors. Everyone knows Venice. Be hell, everyone, everyone worldwide watch Baywatch. They all know about Venice Beach. And a candidate for governor of any political party has a right to campaign in Venice Beach. So Larry was campaigning down there. And whenever candidates appear at a political function If they're well known enough, there are protesters that pop up that's part of the deal. If there is a big fundraiser that's taking place, you'll have protesters, usually in some designated area outside the venue. It was only just a couple of weeks ago where boost Diana was campaigning down there, and a woman tried to go at him with a knife. That's right, also in the beach. Protesting a political candidate You don't agree with or aren't supporting is perfectly fine. You have a right to have your voice heard just as they have a right to make whatever point they need to make its like yesterday at the Camillo Rally where you heard someone with the speaker God recall Newsome that's protected. That's perfectly okay. You can bring your bullhorn. You could bring your sign. You can bring your recall petition. Whatever the case may be, that's all okay. But imagine for one second. Just try to take Larry out of this. Remember when Tom Bradley, the former mayor of Los Angeles, ran for governor in California, he ran a couple of times. Against George Duke made in And Tom Bradley came very, very, very close both times to winning that election and had he won. He would have been the first black governor was the first black mayor of L A and served there for five terms. Can you imagine if Tom Bradley was campaigning? In Newport Beach or some red part of the state. And people were shouting racial slurs at him dressed like a gorilla. And throwing objects at him and attacking his security detail. Can you imagine the reaction? That would have been in the newspapers. And all over the television stations had that occurred, even going back to the 19 eighties. That would be the only thing that anyone was talking about. The only thing Imagine if in this last election Stacy Abrams. The governor of Georgia and her own mind. Was campaigning. In Marjorie Taylor Greens district in a conservative part of Georgia. And there was an individual dressed like a gorilla. Shouting racial slurs at her, assaulting her security detail and throwing eggs at her. You don't think for one moment that wouldn't be the top story everywhere in the nation. Go back to the international attention. That juicy Somali? Yeah. Otherwise known as Jesse Small. It That that generated When he claims that he was attacked after going to subway in the middle of the night, and what he described as homophobic and racially motivated attack turned out to be a hoax. He still swears it happened. That went all over the place. That was the only thing that anyone talked about. And it turned out not to be true justice for juicy Everyone was tweeting about it. Everyone was doing access Hollywood was doing. The entertainment shows were doing it. The hard news shows we're doing it. Hell, it might have even been on ESPN. Breaking into TV land. We've got news on Jessie Smollett. And it wasn't true. It was generated. To produce publicity for his acting career. Yet we know this racially motivated attack on Larry Elder took place in was completely legit. In Venice. And the story is well. Larry is just so unpopular. He goes to Venice and The people there won't have it. That's the spin. In a world where there is a racial angle to literally everything. That's your take. That the people of California just want no part of Larry Elder. Here's example. 435. I'm not one of these people. That looks at every dispute and sees racism or see some sort of ugly motivation. I don't I think there are people out there. Who are just short tempered. We're just generally speaking, not pleasant. And sometimes they act like jerks because that's just who they are. And to assign a racial motivation. Any time someone acts in polite or out of bounds. Is not necessarily accurate. So I don't see racism everywhere..

"To be with us on the eve of the 20th anniversary of 9 11. That should be a really interesting conversation that we'll be able to have with him. America's mayor, You should go ahead and plan on that. I believe 15 Eastern, if I'm not mistaken. So in second hour of the show tomorrow on Friday As we head into a weekend that will see us, uh, honor, the 20th anniversary of the 9 11 terror attacks and the heroism that we saw responding to that now. Opposite of heroism as we set the table for you. Larry Elder, who may well be the next governor of California, would be the first black governor of the state of California walking in Venice Beach, which is a beautiful area of Los Angeles. That has been in many ways. Revitalized over the last 15 years or so, For those of you who know the area had turned into a vibrant part of town that many people wanted to visit. And now it is descended into a homeless encampment. People want out of Venice Beach. They don't want to be living there anymore. And Larry Elder's walking through and a white woman in a gorilla mask throws an egg at him. This video came out right after we went off the air. Couple hours. Maybe yesterday, Buck went viral among people like us who say Hey, maybe it's not a good thing for a white person dressed in a gorilla mask to be throwing eggs at, uh, at anyone at anyone, but certainly a black government. Oh, real candidate in the People's Republic of California. And what is the most intriguing about this? To me? Buck is the overall silence. In fact, many of you listening to us right now, maybe hearing about this incident for the first time and Don't think there's any doubt that if this had happened to Kamala Harris, if this had happened to Stacy Abrahams if this had happened to Cory Booker, a prominent black politician. It would have been a sign of white supremacy. There would be hate crime investigations. We would know the name of the person who threw the egg and was wearing the gorilla mask within 15 minutes of it happening, they would be docks, they would lose their jobs. They would be rabid, awful, horrible racist. The White House would probably issue a statement about it. I mean, just look At the response. One of our buddies, Dave Rubin, did a good job of this going through and looking at all the things that were said by Democratic politicians about the fake hate crime, Jesse Small that case. And compare it with the silence that has occurred surrounding Larry. This goes to just failure at the unspoken reality here, Clay is that the Democrats They won't. They won't say this out Loud. Democrats don't believe that it is possible really to commit a hate crime against the Republican There's no there's no such thing and their minds. If you are a Republican, you are somehow part of the you know the apparatus of oppression. It doesn't matter what your gender your gender identity, your race your religion. It doesn't matter if you are a conservative. It is and you all know this listening. This Democrats believe this. Sometimes they might have say fine, fine. We'll put a hate crime charge on this situ. It's too obvious. You know, the person was yelling Republicans in there and, you know one's yelling some racial epithet, and they're like attacking a minority Republican, you know, in some violent way, but generally speaking, Democrats just accept that Or their mentality is, it is not possible to create a hate crime or to cause a hate crime against someone who is ideologically conservative. This is really a tool it is. It is only meant as a legal and cultural issue and protection for people The left likes. That's what actually determines whether a hate crime has occurred. There's no doubt and some people say Well, of course, they're hypocritical. This is my argument for how you win. You don't win by getting CNN and MSNBC in New York Times and the Washington Post to cover this legitimately you win by getting a large segment of the population that is persuadable. To have what we call a red pill moment and sit back and think. Wait a minute. You're right. This would be the lead story on CNN. If this had happened to a black Democratic politician, this would be evidence of white supremacy. And why It is so unsafe for minorities in America today, this would be their grist mill fuel for the narrative they want to sell, Which is America is a horrible, awful racist place and they are going to continue to be ruthless about all. I mean, this is the what was the Los Angeles Times called Larry Elder In an editorial. Yes, the black face of white supremacy me. They're they're going all out, because if Larry look, it's a It's a marketing and I don't want to miss Lee there. It's a little not a long shot, but the odds are against them. The odds are against him. Gavin Newsom has a pretty comfortable leading the polls. Larry Elder wins this recall Gavin Newsom goes biggest electoral shock since Trump won 2016 In my opinion, I think you make that case, But you know, Clay will come back into this in a second. Your family. Probably folks has years of memories all nicely captured on video tapes and picture albums. Super eight film Maybe member Super eight runs the gamut, right. That's how things were collected back in the day. But now that's not watchable. It's not.

"In Chicago. I knew the minute I heard Didn't know who Jesse small it was, but I knew he was an actor. They made a big deal about him being a gay black actor. I didn't know who he was literally had no idea like if you held a gun to my head and said, Tell me who just in small letters right now or you're dead. I couldn't have told you. He was black. Couldn't have told me he was gay. I didn't know anything about the guy. He he was in the show empire, I guess. And when I heard the story that this gay black actor was walking through Chicago on a January night in subzero weather to get a sandwich at subway went out of the darkness to Maga hat wearing guys. Jumped out and threw a noose around his neck. I said that's bull excrement. That whole story is garbage. And I remember the morning so vividly that my colleagues we heard that news story. I came out of the news and I immediately said that story is completely fraudulent. 100%. It was brand new breaking news. It was all over the networks Actor Jesse Smollett assaulted by Maga Hat wearing men nooses, downtown Chicago. Oh, my gosh. And I said all of its garbage. Every bit of this is a lie, and every one of my colleagues looked at me. Oh, What are you doing? He's black and he's gay. He was assaulted. You can't don't you book You who I said, Stop! Stop and think about this for a second. Think about what you're saying. Think about what we're hearing. Downtown Chicago sub zero weather noose. Maga hats two in the morning. Just take any of those elements. Take any of them and throw them in a hopper. You couldn't come up with something more absurd. I mean, it's it's like a but it's It's like mad Libs. Nonsense. It's Drawing stuff out of a hat who's got a noose on him? Who's walking around Chicago at two in the morning in subzero weather for a subway what subway is open at two in the morning. How do you know Jesse Small. It is going to be walking to a subway at two in the morning. You have a noose on hand in case you see a gay black guy walking alone in sub zero weather at two o'clock in the morning. You know, like all when you start talking it out instead of just going. Oh, that's horrible. Poor Just see small Act Maga hat wearing guys with nooses, Of course. Oh, No, no, no, Like, walk it out. What are you hearing there? I'd say to my colleagues. I don't know, Chris. You're really walking us. You're skating on thin ice there. I don't know. This could be a real hate crime and for you to call it fake. And of course what happened? Every bit of it fake every bit of it Fake The guys he hired. He paid. To go to the eager beaver or whatever the hell the hardware stories in the Chicagoland area, too, by the news and the whole thing and the maga hats. The whole thing was staged. All of it. You know the rest of the story, As Paul Harvey used to say. Bubba Wallace. There's a noose hanging and Bubba Wallace is garage at Talladega. I called Bs. Bubba Wallace has been around racing for a long while. There is it just doesn't make any sense. I don't believe it. How do we know what this shit and then it Turns out the noose was a garage door Pull. Literally a rope on a garage door to pull it closed. But all we were treated to news cycle that was shocked and horrified at a racist past that still pops up and haunts us today, right? Such was the story of a man in the stands at a Colorado Rockies game over the weekend, And when I read this story Monday morning, it was just before the show, and I kind of put it out of my head because I watched the video and the thing about this is this was a little tougher for me to call Bs on only because There were factors that I was pretty sure you weren't ever going to be able to prove And so when it comes down to well, this is one guys interpretation versus another guy's interpretation, and there's no way to ever verify. Well, guess what The hysterical conjecture version is always going to win. Just will so I can sit here and say that's not true. My gut tells me it's not true. But if people want to believe it's true, and there's no way to disprove what they're saying. Well, then it's a lost fight. You know, saying so. I knew that Jesse Smollett thing was going to be discovered as a fraud. I just knew it. I knew it was gonna take a little bit of investigation. It would be found to be insane with the Bubba Wallace thing. I knew it. Not as clear with this color at an Iraqi story, so the claim is that there's a guy sitting in the stands at the Rockies. I think it was the Marlins they were playing. At home. And there's a guy about four rows behind one of the Marlins batters. Who's a black guy? And this fan in the stands. This Rockies fan is behind him, and the claim was over the weekend. I started seeing some race hustling journalist types and media types putting it out there. You see you see how racist this country as you see how rotten we are. You see, this is the kind of thing black men still have to deal with in 2021 in this country. The claim was that this batter for the Marlins was up to bat when suddenly four rows back one of the Colorado Rocky Span start shutting inward. I mean top of his lungs, and one heard over and over. And here's the tape to prove it. They said. And it was. You know, the Rockies much like the Phillies earlier before they got hot, Pretty limited Attendance. You can hear the beer guy yelling, You know, the stadiums are so quiet, however, going to the to the Pirates game. Couple of seasons ago late. I think it was the dead last home game of the Pirates regular season It was me and their parrot mascot and my dad like that was in the beer guy. It was like there were three of us, the mascot, the beer guy, and then well, my dad mates before you could hear a pin drop like I could hear a couple. You know, we're on the third base side. I can hear a couple on the first base side talking. At this level, you know, just amongst one another. So you think we should have for dinner tonight and steaks and Like you can hear a pin drop at the plate. So the Rockies stadium single similar and so you can clearly hear this guy shouting something at the top of his lungs. Well, apparently the broadcast team and I'm not making this up. The broadcast team went along with the teams summation that this fan was shouting the n word at the top of his lungs, and they condemned this man and the Rockies sent out a tweet. Right aways of this is just off. This is abhorrent when it's when it started making the rounds on social media after the game. Well, this is so we can't have.

It was tried wrong. At the end of the day. This dude raped how many people Well, we know 60 that came for 60. People came forward. You would think. Okay, you know what? Um, Yeah, We may have got some things wrong here or there. But, you know, 60 people came forward. We can't be wrong. This is the same Pennsylvania Supreme Court That could not look at, you know, Election tampering? No, no, no, but they can overturned. You know the the sentence of a rapist? It smells of Jesse. Small. Let is what it does. We're all Kate's All all charges Dropped. Go. Yeah, not are not only are All charges dropped, but you can't bring anything else against him. Right? Exactly. But you know, there's a bigger part here. I think that really sticks out to me and it's government. You know me. You guys know me. I'm as cynical as it comes when it comes to government. So the reason Bill Cosby was loud today is because the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania determined Because Bill Cosby struck an agreement with the previous prosecutor, previous D A. In whatever county it was in to not be charged. New prosecutor comes in wants to be tough on crime Nicknamed himself charges Cosby There were 59 other women. He probably could have charged him and maybe not in that county. I don't know That's where Bill Cosby lives, I think, but they didn't do that. They went with the case that automatically could have been appealed. And, of course, Cosby's legal team did that. So, as much as this is disgusting to see. It is also disgusting to see the conduct of the government because it seems like a layup, a slam dunk on a breakaway that they couldn't get done. Exactly, And that's the same thing with Epstein. They had have seen that right, But all of a sudden deals were cut. We don't know. You know who's pressuring who you know who the next person to get out is. You absolutely have to know who the next person to be exaggerated. They have his trial overturning. You know what's going to be right. Who's that? Harvey Weinstein. Harvey Weinstein is going to be free by the end of the year. Mark my words, I'll bet you a bottle of Jameson on them with value it. Come on with it. All right. A venue a bottle next. Okay? They're gonna do the cows. Be defense..

Come and see in the dark dancing in the dark. I'm sorry. You're You're absolute right. I thought you had. There was another star Wars reference that I was missing something that went over your head. And by the way, I do believe we had the opportunity to have, you know, Star Wars on or just off of Michigan Avenue down at Soldier Field. We blew it. Don't remember the Lucas Museum. Well, get that. Exactly. I'm sorry. It was not the storytelling museum. It was the Lucas Museum for visual storytelling. It was, but l a got it. And then they got it. Never happy with so this. This is the way things go. I don't know how you big Star Wars fan. No, I'm a Star Trek fan. I like the Storylines and Star Trek in the appeal to World peace that I think existed in the all the way back to the original Star Trek series and beyond. You know, there was the first on screen kiss between you know, white man in a black woman occurred in the original Star Trek series. There's so many lessons, I think, in the scripts about Understanding different cultures and respecting different people's beliefs. On. I'd like that message. Star Wars. It was just so hard to follow for a long time. I love Star wars. I mean, I think Lauren Lauren, you got to jump in here thinking she might be titles. Then I will say when I was younger, I had no idea what they were talking about. But as I grew older and kind of was able to connect their story line to real life, you know, it's It's kind of like all movies like this All John was like this. Harry Potter's like this, too. It's all about The bad guy and the war against, you know, good versus evil, And it always seems like impossible for good toe win, but they always do in the end, and it's a feel good story. So yeah, the stories are, you know, there's plenty of, you know, Shoot him up or in this case, you know? Photon torpedoes and phasers or whatever you want, But, yeah, Beyond that, I think in both Star Trek and Star wars. They're different kind of levels of storytelling, which I do appreciate. Yeah, I don't really I'm not a Trekkie. I really appreciate the Star Wars stuff, though. And George Lucas is an absolute genius. In my view, E. I gotta ask you something else is going on here because Okay, so 2021 summer starting to look really good Things were gonna be re opening. I'm starting to think about festivals. All the neighborhood festivals I love and You know the stuff we're gonna be able to do again and then and then out of nowhere. I get this email that Ben Bradlee want to talk about just see small because he's back in the news I'm like about I'm dragging us backwards. Yeah, You know what? Let's not talk about Jesse Small that there's kind of an interesting court hearing. If you want to hear about it, we'll have the story for you later on the news, not no real development. Let's talk about the summer of fun because you know what I did today. That was very forward looking. I bought tickets to windy city smoke out. Tonto passed this Darius Rucker be Friday night when the Blowfish and I am also bought tickets for Luke Bryan at the end of the summer, So I've got a concert at the beginning of the summer to concert at the end of the summer. And I'm really looking forward to it and that that Luke Bryan show is gonna be at the place where I saw my very first concert as a young, impressionable south suburbanite, and that would be then it was the World Music Theater and said about 18 names since then, Tinley Park Yeah. I can't even keep up with can't keep up with either I went when I wanna look Brian's page. My wife's a huge fan like Brian and I like it, so you know, wanted to do after all she's been through in the last week in the last year. Um, you know with she has a minute with work. Our kids have been home from schools. You know, she's been mom, teacher, baby sitter. Why, you know she's been everything for our whole family. Let's let's do a couple things that would be kind of like the summer of Molly and she loves country music. And so, um, I'm also giving these things to her as a gift on Friday, which is her birthday. But she doesn't listen to us on the radio and does not watch me on TV. So I know I'm safe and talking about these things. She just assumes everything out that Ugo she she always she frequently says, How does anyone take you? Seriously, and I said, Well, honey, I agree with you because you know people who know me know I have. What would you call it? An I mean, great sense of humor. Well, that was very nice way to savory diplomatic way to say it. Yeah, And I would say Yeah, You're right. I understand why you would think that, but you better pray people continue to take me seriously. Otherwise, you are out of the house. That's funny, though. That is that is really sweet. So that you're doing a summer of Molly. I love that idea. Yeah, And so it was funny because I know I said, Look, Brian, is it you know, I think Hollywood Music and pithy and I was like is that the casino and Juliet is that I had to Google it to confirm that it was the World Music Theater in Tinley Park, because it's changed names so many times it's been so long. Since all of us have been two concerts, I'd have to put Google the United Center, right. Where is it? I forgot to get it going for the mass vaccination clinic or a concert. What is happening, But it's very cool to hear all the reopening. You saw the governor today. The mayor of something I know you'll be covering tonight. Just a lot of exciting news and you know it was thinking about it today when they Made the announcement that the auto show's gonna be coming back to McCormick Place, and obviously, you know, that's a huge deal for you know the folks who work to put on those shows at McCormick Place. It's a big deal for the car dealer. As we talked about these conventions means so much for so many parts of the city, the restaurants in the hotels in this neighborhood stores and the people who were driving the trolleys and the Busses and that you know, like this is This is really good beyond just For people who will actually go to the auto show. No doubt about it. I know you'll be covering that tonight when the run because we're gonna get to Skilling be well, Molly will do. Don't tell her I want her birthday presents are on Friday. Please. That's really cool. You're doing it, though. By then we'll talk later. All right. Bottom of the hour time. We're gonna get to the news from the North Western Medicine newsroom me. Me. "It's Friday Super Bowl weekend. We got lots to get to Joe Biden caught in a major lie yesterday. AOC. Turns out she's the new Jesse Small that lying about what happened to her during the capital, and we'll get to the nutty Republican congresswoman. They want to cancel her. Why not the Nutty Democratic congressman? Well, you're at it. We'll get to restaurants in the little changes we're gonna be made will get to the fake impeachment and more coming up to see. Did you watch any of the major foreign policy address by Joe Biden yesterday? No, I missed it. Yeah, e don't know what we're gonna do this no news media anymore. If you pick up the paper for the last four years or go to any website or watch television, Donald Trump did the worst thing ever today. Next day. He get an even worse. Look what he did everything he did. Biden does every day same executive practically bite is probably worse that you never hear a word about it. Whatever. Biden does look like a brilliant It was what a speech. So he's announced He will make a major speech on foreign policy and all you keep hearing this will be a major address. This will be whether speech for input They never point out. That for the last 30 years, everybody in Washington, including Democrats would tell you that the single dumbest guy ever on foreign policy is Joe Biden, and he's famous for one thing. In Washington, and that's being wrong on every major foreign policy issue ever. Ever. Even Robert Gates, who was defense secretary for Obama, Biden once came said this guy has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy issue over the past four decades, For instance, remember the early nineties that very successful important Gulf War he goes against that he voted against that. But the crazy Iraq where he was for that that he was for Even the killing of bin Laden. He opposed it voted against it. Remember when 2012, he said Russia is Russia was actually our adversary said No. We're working closely with them. They're great. Hey, I mean, you run it all down. He's got the worst track record ever on foreign policy. But yesterday he was the foreign policy genius of the world to take time to rebuild. What has been so badly damaged. But that's precisely what we're going to do. See. And then if you're watching fake news, if they you know all your liberal friends who are crazy. Don't get mad at them. They're victims of this stuff. You know they watching the keeps saying the Iran nuclear agreement was broken. We've got to get that back. You know if they were real news that put it up on the screen here, look at what it says. It doesn't say anything about stopping them from any nuclear affected and It allows them to get nuclear weapons or that Paris climate accords it. Don't blame your liberal friends figure. Take God. We re signed the climate accord. If if Lester Holt put the thing up here and let me put it on the screen for you Take a look at this. It doesn't do anything about climate change. But what a speech could have order position us to be able to raise the refugee admissions back up to 125,000 persons. For the first full fiscal year, the Biden Harris administration. Don't you feel safer now this This is a major foreign policy initiative. More refugees that will fix everything. How? What is wrong with this girl? So safe now more refugees. You know The reason is because nobody lost their job in the last year. There's so many extra jobs. We need these refugees to film underscore our commitment. We're ending all American support for offensive operations in the war in Yemen, including relevant arms sales. All right. I don't know what that is. I don't know anything, but he doesn't either. But in the meantime, hedge funds were getting a haircut and so called little schlepps have become rich. Which many thing not a bad idea, So we haven't had him coming up later on. Plus later on, we have unauthorized first time he's been on the show. Judd Dunning is the host, executive producer, Conservative writer about what's happening with the Trump impeachment trial, which starts in about eight days. Trumpster bother Way either fired or was fired by his defense team. But a few hours ago, he announced the brand new defense team. For the impeachment trial that starts in about eight days. And there was some dispute I would imagine, according to the mainstream media, which I believe about 10% of the time that the lawyers did not want to present a defense of a constant constant of a It's a rigged that Trump wanted to try to re litigate the 2020 election. And the lawyer said, No, The best way to win this thing is toe make the constitutional argument. Not the election is rigged. So I don't know what it's gonna look like a week from Monday. I predict it will be a farce once someone has left office and according to many constitutional scholars, which I'm not one I do have jurors, doctor degree. Certainly The Constitution is written in the present tense that is the president. It doesn't say an ex president by the theory of the Democrats, I guess. A Republican Senate could go back in time and impeach uh Barack Hussein Obama for using the I. R S is a weapon against Republicans over snooping on reporters at Fox News, like like Rosen, but nonetheless, we don't have the time for this. How many important things were happening the country right now that the Senate should be spending its time on whether it's covert 19, or relief. For middle class Americans. So what to do with the tax code or what to do on the northern border with the gas line? What to do in the southern border? What to do with Iran? North Korea, Russia? I don't know There's a few things going on, and the least important thing is to try to bar the Trumpster from running again in 2024. If you're watching. Listen to CNN. Shall I say C O N is not the cable news network. It's the cable opinion network con that they're fully engaged right now in destroying as they've done for the past four years. Ex President Donald Trump, and also taking up now the cause of Marjorie Taylor Greene, US congresswoman from the 14th Congressional district in Georgia, who's now been in office about 28 days, and they're going after her as an example against all Republicans ever Republican that appears must be asked. What do you think about Marjorie Taylor Greene? What do you think about her supporting chewing on anything about her comments to Survivor from shooting in Florida? What do you think about who cares? She's one of 435 congressmen and women. She's not in the majority. Her opinions are interesting, but they don't affect my life. But when the mainstream media can identify and isolate some Republican who has done something wrong, rightfully or, in their opinion, there was spend days, weeks, months and years. To chase down that person to destroy them. And as every Republican what do you think about that to get them on the record, saying that Marjorie Taylor Green should be destroyed? In reality, she's about problem number 714,000. It doesn't matter. Whatever happens to Marjorie Taylor Green, it doesn't matter. She was elected. She's one of some 200 Republicans in the House. She's somewhat irrelevant, but the media's on her as an example to represent all Republicans. And if you don't go after Marjorie Taylor rain, then the media jumps on you and goes after you until you relent and submit. We gotta quit playing this submission game and get on offense. So hopefully Judd Dunning coming on in about a couple hours. We'll talk about what's happening there. What? What is the way forward Because we have now a vice president Kamila Harris. Who believe Jesse Small lead who often said at the time he was a victim, walking the streets of Chicago of two guys wearing a mega had looking for someone black to beat up. When they get go. The Jesse smell that matter looks smelly. It didn't look right. I've been to Chicago several times how many mega hat wearing Trump supporters marched around downtown Chicago wearing their trump gear looking for a black guy to beat up? Did that happen? One time in Chicago, the answer would be zero, including just smell it. The judgment of Kamila Harris is so bad. That she still believes Jesse smell that story about being beaten up by Trump supporters. And that woman is AH, heartbeat away from the presidency. That's a problem. Then you have numerous Congress, men and women that have said the most violent, ridiculous things against Trump and against Republicans, including President Joe Biden himself, who has said repeatedly he wants to beat up Donald Trump when he was in office. The media go around all of the Democrats and ask them their opinion of the viewpoints of then Senator Kamila Harris. We'll talk about how ridiculous it is that Maxine Waters and others encourage violence against Republicans in public places that that was completely ignored. So once again, the mainstream media ignores the peccadilloes. The sense and the crimes of Democrats put that off to the side. It doesn't matter what they do, then is focused like a laser beam on some representative of the Republican Party to turn the Republican Party against itself. Whether it's McCarthy or Taylor Greene, Rob Portman, whoever might be you're always asking. What do you think about this? Rob Portman, who's been a friend of mine for about 25 30 years, we lived about two miles apart in Cincinnati, Ohio. Was forced to answer for Marjorie Taylor Green this morning on one of the Sunday morning talk shows. Everyone's asked the same questions..
