McAuliffe Hopes Joe Biden Can Spark Struggling Campaign

"So America, Joe Biden, you go out there and vote for Terry mccaul and Joe Biden after last night's rally. There was a, quote, rally. Let me show you a couple of pictures, put up by our friend Mac. Here is the CBS picture of the rally that the president did with Terry mcauliffe in Virginia last night. If you're watching on YouTube, you can see that picture. I don't see it yet, so maybe it's stuck in the ether. But it looks like a good crowd. You don't even think, wow, wow, the president may have more hustle than we think. Maybe he's really good at it. Then you pan out. There's the first picture. That's the CBS News picture. Then you pan out, and they've taken over one corner of one tiny park in Virginia across the river from The White House. And they basically rounded up the locals and shuffled them into maybe 300 people there. That 300 people Dwayne, do you think that's 300 people? I'm not sure that that's 300 people. But the president, though, is simply out to lunch on this stuff. Here he is, last night, talking about blend young and who has clearly got the Democrat scared to death of winning an upset that would be an earthquake in America. Cut number 17. Jesse look how he's closing his campaign. He's gone from banning a woman's right to choose to banning books written by a Pulitzer Prize and Nobel Prize winning author. Toni Morrison. So if you talk about love, by the way, which I just finished recently and he's talking about not banning books, but about allowing parents to know which books are being read in what their messages are beloved as a fine book for teenagers to read and I'm sure glad you can would agree with that. But if you have to start what you're attacking opponent is saying, then you're responding to attacks two days before an election with a weak and unpopular president in a tiny park with nobody in it. And that means Terry mcauliffe is sucking air because people don't like Joe Biden

Jessie Jane Duff's Hardcore Response to the Concept of Women in Combat

"And we're back one on one with Jesse Jane Duff. Okay, we discussed it at the beginning of the show. Let's open it up a little bit further. The NDAA, the national defense authorization act the Republicans who are bending over backwards to facilitate the crazies in the Democrat party. Well, not crazy. The crazy Democrat party told us about this idea of the draft for women. And who's behind this insanity and give us your take justice? Well, you know, there is so much disarray with this current administration that I couldn't tell you the logic behind any of it. Other than they have been enabled by our enemies. I mean, I look at this as just watering down the capabilities of our United States military one drip at a time. And people, you know, I get on Twitter and I get these guys. I wanna say, well, you all wanted equality. And I'm like, stop it. Stop it. Don't sit here and argue with someone like me. I wasn't one of those lieutenants that went to go to the courts and protest ensues, so I could become a general one day. The odds of you becoming a general in the infantry are slim to almost zero. Number one, number two, what is your motivation for this? It's not going to impact combat readiness. On one level. So first of all, there was a study done by the United States Marine Corps when Obama had lifted the combat exemption for women. And I believe it was 2015. April 15th, I remember was tax day. And it went without nobody cried. Nobody cried. Civilian women didn't even care. And I'm sorry, civilian ladies, you never care till it impacts you. And the fact is, as they've taken it for granted that their daughters wouldn't get drafted, but I told that many radio shows and TV shows as soon as you put women in ground combat, how are you going to be able to say you can justifiably stop putting it having them in the draft? So here's the thing, the bulk of the women don't want to go in the infantry for a multitude of reasons. We have 45% less muscle mass 20% less won capacity. And I hear women in the army particularly want to get mad at me and say, oh, you're against women's rights. Say, you are not thinking this out. Even if a woman can get through the training, what are her odds of surviving hand to hand combat with the enemy? Because that's what Fallujah was. This is equivalent to putting a woman in a mixed martial arts cage with a man. You can not believe pounds or 80 pounds of equipment. And not only that, the enemy tends to fight on methamphetamines and other drugs. So that right there. Two. Even if you pass the training, your odds are you're going to be at the lower percentile of the men. Unless they've done so many accommodations, they've lowered the standard. You now have

Gunnery Sergeant Jessie Jane Duff Describes When She Knew She Was Different

"Welcome back to one on one with Marine Corps guttery sergeant Jesse Jane Duff. All right, so you joined the Marine Corps, Jesse James, you don't have driver's license. I want to give you MOS transport. They're going to be driving stuff. Big rigs. I got to ask you first because I'm just curious. What was your favorite thing to drive of all the rigs? Oh, they probably the Mac that when we at least a Mac truck at my commercial motor pole at camp Pendleton base motor transport. They at least a Mac at one time, and let me tell you there was nothing like it. It's like the Cadillac 20 feet up in the air. But I can tell you two of my favorite experiences. One was when I was driving. It was probably a flat nose white. I don't recall the tractor that I was in. And I was hauling heavy equipment to an Air Force Base outside of riverside, California to get offloaded onto a aircraft. And I have to drive through commercial streets, civilian streets, and I didn't have a concept of how I looked. I didn't realize I was pretty. I really didn't. I wasn't even allowed to date for goodness. Yes. Protective family. Straight into the moon. I mean, I knew I wasn't ugly, but I just did. So what happened? Well, so two things. Well, one. What are you wearing? Are you in common? Yeah, it's always in camouflage. So to experiences, being naive like that was very good for me because I was never arrogant or big headed, and I never thought I could. Manipulate people. No, I was always like, I got to prove myself. I got to work harder. Always. I was always like a maniac. So I'm driving this tractor trailer. Now remember looking at the roads and how the navigate the turn. This is a long trailer. And I look down and there's a civilian lady. She looks up at me. Her eyes pop out of her head. Her jaw drops, and then she gives me the biggest thumbs up, you would ever see. Like, she just thought that was so cool 'cause the side of the truck said the United States Marine Corps. I'm in camouflage. The second experience was offloading heavy equipment and, oh, no, to pick up equipment from an infantry unit in 29 palms. So I get out there, that's the desert. I have to back up into and I'm backing up into the dock to load up their hummers. They're humvees. And I jump out of the truck and the look on their faces was absolute shock. Now I'm a sergeant at this point. Marines are professionals. You hear all these horror stories from I'm sorry. In the Marine Corps, they see your rank, you don't hear a PEEP of disrespect. And I'm out of that truck and they'll look on their faces was seriously. She's gonna hold us out of here. You could just see it. And I said, all right, double dogs. I need to get you to drive up the hummers onto the trailer. And they're waiting for me to ask for help to chain it down. But we don't do that. When you're trained in the motor pool, you're taught how to chain down your gear. And again, I'm not thinking I'm a lady opened the door for me or help me. It was a different mindset. And then they stood there and watched me get the underneath those at the chains and then take the break apart, pull it in and clamp them all down all two or three hummers. And then I said, anybody want to ride back to camp Pendleton and that one of them had the balls to get on that truck. And I roll back to campell, guys, I'll see you there. And then they offloaded. But I would say those stood out to me because that's when I realized I was different.

Gunnery Sergeant Jessie Jane Duff on America's First Openly Transgender Four-Star Admiral

"She's none other than gunnery sergeant, UN United States Marine court Jesse Jane Duff, she worked on the Trump campaign co chair of veterans for Trump and also contributed a fellow colleague of mine on newsmax. Gunny, welcome to one on one. Thank you so much. I love your introductions. I get real big headed. Can't get me out of the studio after that. We will always stick to the truth. You are a gummy always a gunny. We've got to talk about what is happening in the last ten months to our services. As you know, the Marine Corps is especially close to my heart. I've worked with all the armed services but I spent two and a half years in Quantico. The latest breaking news item is we find it. I'm sure the Chinese are most impressed. I'm sure Vladimir Putin is quaking in his boots. We have a transgender admiral. Now thank the good lord, it's not in a real armed service. It's not in the coast guard or the navy. It's in the health corps, but put the footage up. This is what's his name Richard Levine, HHS, who has been made a quote unquote admiral in the health corps by the man who sadly bears the title commander in chief and president sleepy creepy Joe Biden. Jesse Jane, this disturbing turn of events, they're not going to keep this just to the health cor are they. Oh, absolutely not. For example, the national defense authorization act right now in Congress got passed. It has to go up to the Senate still. Got passed, though, that taxpayers would pay for transgender surgery. And vote for military members. Military members. So you could join the military. Now, here's something that a lot of people are not aware. The Trump administration did a year study on this under general Mattis, who was very open minded, maybe a little more so than many of us would have liked. For other issues such as women and ground combat, but getting back on this, general Mattis had this studied conducted and they came to find out that transgenders could join the military, but it would be after they've had the hormone treatment, the surgeries. And they were psychologically fit. So they were actually capable of doing the job. And there would be a 5, I believe it would be 5 years within the time that they are surgery. So that you knew that they had fully adjusted. We know that there are record breaking medical concerns among the transgender community for psychological issues, the what is it? What is it called gender dysphoria things to that effect? And I'm no expert on the topic. And I have no issue with the transgender being in the military, but I have a huge issue with the transgender who is using the military to be non

"Can we are back with army Horowitz, see the whole video of him in Berkeley with American students giving a man they think is funding the Taliban money for the next 9 11 army. We don't rehearse any of this. I don't tell you what I'm going to ask you. This is the question. I don't think I've ever asked you. And I think it's the most important one. Nobody is doing what you're doing. I mean, you know, Jesse ward is what his world is fun. It's amusing, but your videos are shocking. Why are you doing what you're doing? What's the genesis of it or we share that story? Yeah, sure. You know, so my background was as an investment banker. That's what I did for most of my career. And one day the Saturday night and I was watching the Michael Moore film going for Columbine. And I started drifting off thinking about the United Nations and how horrific they are and damaging they are. And why isn't anybody up in arms about it? And I looked over at the screen at the Michael Moore documentary. I thought, what did engaging interesting. Way to convey an idea, this idea of a smart, dark documentary. Now, he may be totally wrong, he's a big fat pig. But hey, you know what? Still, it's a really interesting way of conveying a perspective. So I thought, you know what? I'm going to do that. I literally quit my job. I was sorry, I quit my job on Monday. Start raising money, made a movie called you and me, which was thank God successful enough where a kind of open live doors for me. I decided I didn't want to do any more. I didn't want to spend another 7 years on one topic and spend millions of dollars on it. So I said, you know, this social media was really taken off that point. And you can kind of create your own platform. And that's what I did. I just started doing these one off videos. And they just kind of became super successful and they kind of blew up to the point where now we're across all platforms are probably four and a half million views per video. As soon as the show, right? Then you're going to have your own show called triggered. Yeah, yeah. We are in the process of that as well. Really excited about them. I'm sure. "jesse " Discussed on 5 Questions with Dan Schawbel

"Dan shaw bell in fewer than ten minutes. My goal is to extract the best bryson. The world's smartest and most interesting people might ask them just five questions. My guest today is singer. Songwriter and actor. Jesse mccartney jesse's first three albums made the top fifteen of the billboard top two hundred and his most known for his singles beautiful soul and leaving he's performed and collaborated with t pain new kids on the block and backstreet boys. He's appeared in fear. The walking dead and alvin and the chipmunks jesse's first album and seven years is called next stage. We talk about everything from the inspiration for the album to growing up as a popstar during this podcast episode jesse. Welcome to five questions thanks. Dan appreciate him in. What were some of the negative implications of being a big pop star at such a young age. The biggest thing is grappling with missing dances. Which you know obviously years later you'll look back and you're like how insignificant but at the time it's very real you know for you as as a child you know missing things like graduations. Although i made mine. I barely made it and i didn't get to go to my senior year of high school. I didn't get to be with my class that i rule up with since kindergarten in new york. I was in los angeles working. So i think just missing the little things especially when you grow up with them and then you're thrown into this world. It's easy now to look back. But i remember then thinking this is terrible. I'm not going to go to my junior prom or my senior prom. So i think those moments kind of sting when you're sixteen but i certainly wouldn't trade it. I think it was a fair tradeoff overall. Yeah i mean. We're only looking back in hindsight now and a lot of childhood stars have to make those sacrifices in order to capitalize on their momentum and talents when they're young. Because now you know people. The who you are if you released music. It's more likely to get low rather than someone who has not put in the years when they're when they're a kid and you started at such a young age you know at seven years old so That definitely gives you an advantage. What obstacles did you encounter as you transitioned from being in a boy band to your own solo career. And how did you overcome them. The biggest thing was a hurdling. The fact that i was doing it now by myself on stage carrying the show but also it was after a time where things were a little contentious between myself or the band and the producers kind of when i learned what the industry is gonna be what it was about that. It wasn't just getting up on stage singing that there was business behind it..

And through the prism of what the twenty twenty four america look like and so to the extent that there is reporting in the book. And there's there's a decent amount of it that comes from the time of trump's presidency but even before that it's really about how a lot of the republicans that want to run for president twenty twenty four. "Well off you know your childhood. I grew up in a single wide trailer with a single mom in southern west. Virginia you and i didn't grow up that much. Different the differences at a certain point in time in your life. You know you're blessed enough in your dad. Did something pretty remarkable. Yeah and that's when. I saw the light where i was like. Whoa like this is what making it is like. And it was a quick shift and went pretty fast you know. The atmosphere of our environment completely changed but the values of the like. What made him there. What i saw behind the scenes and how he kind of became this person like what it took to get. There was always ingrained in what i was doing. So even though i had to find my own path and go through ups and downs and challenges of my own habits and procrastination's and fears and normal. Human shit. I did get to embody what he went through to. How the success he had and i got to experience both sides of the spectrum. Now i wasn't necessarily poor what we weren't well off. We were comfortable at the time and went through influxes of money but getting to experience both sides. I knew which side i wanted to be on no matter what and that was. Not on the o k side. It was on the successful and rich side. So that's what i've been grinding for and ostlund for other than you know serving and helping an impacting obviously to solve problems for other people. But i knew that was my got to. My y was not to go back to that life. I wanted to stay in the lifestyle that was created in my second half of my child. You know it makes a lot of sense. What are some of those values that you've stuck with from the first part of that childhood. You know. I think one of the biggest things that most people forget is that nothing worth. It comes easy and everything takes time and energy and i think a lot of us are so used to this immediate gratification world of like press this button. Do these things you're only one funnel away kind of mentality when you have gone through it and you know what it takes to be successful. You understand that. There is a certain amount of time energy and effort required to reach a certain level of success. And i think that value of understanding what it takes to actually get to that level was really you know what i saw an experience from watching my dad constantly in his office like just really going after it now.

They've broken these cities and now they're trying to break the brains of our school children with critical race theory. They have not managed everything. I'm let's see who would that be jesse yet. Blond hair believe very tight. Red red tie walk with a swagger so he would send in task forces. You offer the national guard ivy. He pretty much bag them to say yes but he was racist according to them and they didn't want to raise his help them and now all of the black people in the south side are living in fear because of stray bullets. Is that what you want. America it's crazy.

Mike and Fox's Jesse Watters Take a Stroll Down Memory Lane

"Guy for a long time back to fox news channel days which feels like about two lifetimes ago and i took umbrage at the daily beast claiming jesse waters has the most punishable face in america. Now that that was an outrage. Until i've seen jesse now that face on tv every morning noon and night on fox news for the last couple of weeks. I've never seen anybody on. Tv more than you are these days my friend i only found. She is on tv where than jetty waters. He might be a little funnier than you. And you're a funny guy. Got a lot to catch up on in fact jesse. How i saved the world reading about. The book is so funny. I can't wait to read the book because the description is hysterical. Somebody asked me yesterday about the years that i spent as a fox news channel contributor and i said you know after doing it i just i don't want i didn't wanna do tv anymore. It's a weird thing. I'm that i'm like greg. Gut fells unicorn one of those rare breeds. That doesn't want to be on tv yet. You know talk about what that feels like because you know what it's like people there are people around us. Maybe you. you'd run over your own beloved mother to get a few minutes of airtime on on the boob tube. You know what i mean for your audience. Who doesn't realize i was a production assistant and i would call mike gallagher and catch them on the cell. The book for the factor. I would get a gallagher of car service and call the studio so mike gallagher could have makeup and get mike gallagher onto the studio in time so he can talk to the

From Gay to Gospel: The Fascinating Story of Becket Cook

"Folks talking to beckett cook beckett cook you just shared something reprised the last couple of sentences. You were Living as a gay man in hollywood for a long time and then one day one day. I walked twelve years ago i walked into. I was invited to an evangelical church in hollywood and against my better judgement. I kind of just went. And and i when i heard the gospel preached and after the after the sermon during the worship time i had this radical kind of road to damascus encounter with god completely changed my entire life did at one eighty and i. I knew immediately that day. That homosexuality was no longer my identity that it was no longer a part of my future. Dating guys wasn't a part of my future. But i didn't care because i just met jesus and i'm like i'm going with that guy like forget those guys. Jesus is way better. And he's always faithful and they'll never leave prefer sick me so since that day. I've let's say my same sex attraction before that day was at one hundred percent after that god had so much grace on me that it barely it doesn't dominate. my thought. Life had barely barely think about it every once in a while. They'll be a moment of same sex attraction. But i'm not quote unquote cured of that. But i'm happy. I'm more than happy to to deny myself to deny my desires sinful desires take cross and follow christ no matter what and and i prayed. I've prayed over the years. And i've had elders at my church. Pray over me. Four sexual healing for healing for the sexual broken. I've experienced in my life. Because as a kid when i was nine years old. I was molested by friend's father. So i prayed for healing but as as paul did when paul prayed for the thornton is flesh to be removed. Got said no. My grace is sufficient for you. My power is made perfect in weakness. And so for now for now. God's greatest sufficient for me i mean it always will be but i don't. The goal isn't heterosexuality. The goal is holding

"Let's get into book. It's called how i saved the world. How did you save the world. Jesse waters tell us. I saved myself i because anybody that knows me needed. I needed saving. And this was after about twenty years at fox news starting in the basement. And now i get to sit next to dana. Perino and greg failed both of whom haney tiny people incredibly tiny now by the way. You're not gonna. You're not looking at the camera. I know you're new to this. I want you to look at the camera. Because i want people to see your happy handsome face. Are you look very say much better. Now jesse. seriously year on the five year. With juan williams. I got on a big rhubarb with one. Once on a on one of the fox shows but keep keep going sorry rhubarb. Why i have to hear about this. Show i so i got to a place in my life where i just wanted to tell these crazy stories about being fox and going on these adventures to these liberal bastions of just insanity san francisco nude beaches and martin's vineyard and i wanted to tell these tales about ambushing bad judges and confronting celebrities and interviewing college students on the beaches and quizzing them about american history. And so i thought this was a great time. Share it during in nineteen. I had nothing else to do except write this book. So how i save. The world went to number one. Welcome to the show man. How you doing dude mario. Thanks so much for having me on appreciate it. Oh my pleasure. My we'll congrats on the new show. Ultimate surfer. I love surfin. This is fine. And i. And i i'm trying to think. Has there been observant shell before the hasn't really been a surfing. Show right yeah. I don't think so this shows pretty unique because it kind of incorporates. A lot of shows that i think viewers at home. We'll be pretty familiar with so. It's like a serving show meets. Big brother meets bachelor in paradise. Essentially sort of what this says got it. And how does it work so fourteen of the best surfers in america. Seven men seven women that comes from hawaii california florida puerto rico all coming together competing and surfing to become the ultimate surfer. Win one hundred thousand dollars and get a spot on the world surfing championship tour. Which is you know. That's the pinnacle of surfing professional surfing. It's essentially like the nfl of surfing. So there's lots on the line but you get fourteen really good looking. People are living together. Anything can happen. So we got lots of drama in the water out of the water up. Because there's so much on the line and that essentially is what show it. And i'm assuming you're hosting jesse i'm hosting this show mario. I grew up in ottawa canada. Which is the mecca of pro surfing. As we all know so i did. I did absolutely vis much growing up right. I was a snows- snow server. All that snowboarding. Right but it's funny man like since i played football with the gators than the new york giants. I've i've always kind of been a fan of serpent from a distance and kelly slater is named to me. That was a guy that i sort of looked at i admired. He's like the michael jordan of professional surfing when eleven world championships. He's totally transcended the sports. So when i found out that he was a part of this and we were going to be filming the show at his surf. Ranch in california. I just do. This is something that i absolutely had to be a part of. Oh i'm excited to hear that. He's a part of it. I didn't want to ask. And i was gonna be disappointed if he was in. Because i would venture say. Because i do love surfing in being in southern california kid i would actually say not only is kelly one of the best servers of all time. It definitely the best but just all around best. Athletes really is the way he's been able to stay on top for so long. It's just unbelievable. And the things he's been able to do i. Honestly i'd i'd put them in there in the mount rushmore for best athletes. I don't that's not far fetched right. No i think you're absolutely right. And i think the thing which really cool about kelly when you get to kind of know him and you're around him you see he's got this crazy. Laser focus mental toughness that so many of the great athletes have right. I think my childhood growing up and people being canadian wayne gretzky. And then michael jordan. We mentioned tom brady today. They all sort of have that. It factor. that's something. Kelly has. Which is why i think he's a big reason why he's been so successful for so many years now in a sport exactly end as opposed to those guys to. I always think individuals sports right. 'cause there's so many factors that go in as you know to team sports but as an individual sport and to stay on top for so long credibly impressive so that's cool that he's involved serious credibility right there. Where where'd you find the other servers as opposed to or not as oppose. I should say aside from america. Where are the best ones. Come from well on this show. Mostly everybody's american. We got one guy coming in from puerto rico as well at our surfers basically come from all different walks of life and all the different levels of circuit we have some of the competitors on a show that have actually already been on the world surfing championship tour. So they've been there and they know by winning this. They get a chance to get back on at the championship towards so hard to get you expensive yet the travel. It's so competitive. Zoo now so i think for them. That's really really unique to. I think for viewers at home really. I mean you don't have to be crazy surf fan to watch and like this show. I think what's cool. Is that a lot of people are going to connect with our surfers because they all have their own individual sewri they all come from different backgrounds and a lot of them have had sorted navigate a different path. Getting to this point some have had to deal with different personal obstacles. Some different traumas. They'd had to get over to get here. Everyone has their own. Why why they're doing it. Why this means so much to them. This really is a once in a lifetime. Opportunity for seven minutes seven women and there's so much on the line. I think those personal stories in connections. I think we're really resonate with a lot of people at home. Yeah no it sounds very cool man have you. Have you tried it now have you. Have you gotten out there. I've tried surfing. I wasn't able to serve on this show because they were afraid. I was going to get hurt. I probably would have pulled might have torn a couple of acl's we all know that would have happened. Inevitably i would have been worth it though. So inevitably mariel. I'm the guy that's like hosting the show tons of foam. Oh i've just got all this envy on the sidelines watching all these beautiful people in the water. Doing what they're doing. Kelly's out there billy camper was like one of the best big wave surfers in the world. He comes on the show and they're just like the surf rant is like one of the most amazing places in the world like seven football fields. Long waters like glass. The perfect wave every time. And i'm just. I'm just kind of there on dry land just allen myself off is because i'm just jealous. Well the thing is about surfing. And i'm sure this show will inspire a lot of people to try it. You can suck and it's still a lot of fun. Just yeah what you know what i mean. You don't even have over there with the big board. I'm still having a good time. Just being out in the sun and with the water and everything. It's it's fantastic jesse. I won't talk a little football season. How do you. How do you feel about my chargers. Do you do think they have a really legitimate shot this year. So i i love the chargers. I love your quarterback. You've got justin herbert the rookie of the year. He's going to be your guy for years and years and years and it's now just about building the team in the pieces around him. You've got so many weapons throat right now. I feel like the chargers doing that. The only problem. I have with the chargers. Mario is that you you play in patrick mahomes division. I know we can't help that. I know but you don't remember when herbert and the first game out even having reps he was winning most of that game they barely let us game. that was some coaching. So i'm not scared him. I think i think our guys are gonna be fired up. We'll say to i. I like the bullets this year. I like the bullets this year. I think we could see a little sneaky playoff run from good. I liked that. I liked that i liked that right there. You.

"Right are large corporations working for us or working for profits in china that it really hadn't been talked about right for a language that trump us so it was scary but it was. It was honestly it was kind of something. The american people need it at the time. Well as i say. I don't think we can go back and others. I think people have woken up and they realized that a madness has taken over the culture via the cultural -letes and the media. It would never take over on a grassroots level because it is madness. The idea that suddenly you know every fifth kid is confused about gender and we all know. It's madness but the culturally. Say no. No it's not madness and if you even say that it is you're going to be cancelled. I was canceled From youtube the whole program we had not two hundred twenty thousand subscribers. The whole show was canceled. Because i was talking to naomi wolf about vaccine passports. She's a liberal. She was in my class at yale. She was talking about that. They said that strike three and they cancelled us. So i think your average american is aware that we're living in kind. We're living in a kind of madness so the question is can we get enough traction with media with alternative media So that we can take the country back just enough that to me seems the fundamental battle. You're popular these. Podcasts are popular talkradio's popular fox has got better ratings than every single show on cnn. Right now we're basically fox's top ten on everything. They are The children well. They all still talk to me. That's a good side. Jesse was diagnosed with parkinson's disease several years ago but despite his condition his spirits were lively and jackie. There's a whole different jesse from before an at that event right from from kind of when you were when you when you had that message delivered to write in you started walking it out talk it out and walking it out. I mean and You know just kind of bows off because this and similar thing happened with fatherhood for the rest of us right like i had to talk it out like the one i started talking. It started to. I started talking so much it had. I had no choice right. So that's really cool to hear kind of hearing your journey Well let's talk about now. How you're applying that to your business right because that's another piece that the challenge right one nine. Now you've got that you've been touched by it. You're like if i lead with this. There's a lot of people that might not Respect me. I might not be able to do the business. I'd like to do not thanks. Let's talk about like Getting through that and then doing it swap out preface it. By saying it's there's no separation between my into my business. There is dead. One one informs the other and without that i couldn't do what i'm it actually is. My business know. I helped people go their faith as they grow their business. And so in the beginning. When i met you when it was new to me i felt as if i had to and i can say this with all clarity. I had to present myself in a certain way whether you want to say polish or scripted. Like i felt as if i had to present my way like that. Without way in order to be respected for the work that i've that i'm doing and so the messaging hasn't changed a bit the same thing. You heard me saying that room. I still talk about that. That's still my message..

"On the move jesse fills the rest of his time competing in a variety of sports. Jesse is a former five-time crotty ontario champion military biathlon champion and an ironman triathlete. While out. it sounds better when you read it. Melissa does it. Yeah sounds more confident it is. It's extremely so back to my question. Jesse can diverse job seekers due to stand out in the corporate recruitment process. I think it's all job. Seekers can do but particularly diverse candidates. There's a lot of things that can be done. But i think what is imperative for candidates to understand what's happening on the other side. Unfortunately the reality of the market is when recruiters of all types are screening resumes. It typically becomes an exercise in exclusion not inclusion so disheartening. As it might be to hear that. I want to give you an image. I want you to picture a junior or maybe at best intermediate recruiter. That has a hundred to five hundred resumes to screen in a single day so black and white black and white black and white. It's impossible for us to take the time and read your entire resume word for were line for line so we skim them and different critters have different techniques and in most cases it.
