Black Churches Don't Matter

"I've been wanting to talk about this. I'm sure that you guys talked about this before, but I want to put this in the proper context. Here's the proper context. Black churches don't matter. Black churches don't matter. I hate to say that, but sadly, that's that seems to be the case in the United States. And obviously there are exceptions to the rule. I can recall back in the day when Barack Obama first started embracing homosexual marriage and all this kind of stuff and I saw a shift in him and then I witnessed a shift where the black community wasn't as socially liberal as white liberals were particularly when it came to gay marriage and issues of that sort, if you will. And I recall at the time, just watching the black church shift. I recall big perm, the Jesse jacksons of the world, big perm is Al sharpton, but I recall the Jesse jacksons of the world, and then I just started seeing some other passers that just started to rationalize and reason why, because they're black first and they're left us first before they're Christians. And sadly, this is, seems to be the case. But the reason why Kanye West, the reason why Candace Owens had to wear a shirt like this and the reason why you have to have a Larry elder make a film or documentary about Marxism called Uncle Tom two is because isn't large part because black churches in America don't matter.

Can Blacks Be Racists?

"I wrote a column on this nonsense several years ago for town hall dot com explaining can blacks be racist. Honestly, you really have to be a despicable human being to say, I hate to be so blunt, but sometimes you just gotta be blunt. You have to be a despicable human being that says, because of the color of or dumb. Because of the color of my skin, if I hate somebody because of the color of their skin, I can't be racist. I mean, because I have no one because I have no institutional power. You know where that nonsense, I remember Jesse Jackson, I believe when I was a kid, I heard him say that for the first time. And I actually believe that crap too for a very short period of time. And then you think through it, and if you're a person of faith and you actually read the Bible, not just say you're a person of faith, but you actually read the Bible, you realize that that's dumb as hell.

Larry Elder Talks About the 'Uncle Tom' Documentaries

"Uncle Tom is all about the struggle of black conservatives throughout America from the time of slavery until right now that people like look at T Washington have always believed in hard work, accountability and becoming excellent. And his argument was that even in the face of racism, if you learn a skill, a job, a trade, as well as or better than somebody else, you will be rewarded because people want the best. They want cheap. They want good quality. They want things that work. When I was a kid, I used to spend summers, my moms ranch. And my mom, mom, farm, rather. My mom told me there was a black man who couldn't read or write, who was the best chimney maker in the south. And the way of determining a good chimney maker is somebody that does not order too many bricks because if you order too many, the guy that's ordering them has to pay for them and to make sure that Jimmy does not smoke. It's not leak. And she said he was always employed by all these white people that wouldn't invite him in for tea, but they'd invite him to their chimney because he was the best. And so there have been many examples of that. We explore that in Uncle Tom one about people that worked hard to learn the skills and learn trade even in the face of tremendous racism and Jim Crow still managed to succeed and to overcome. And then we talk about how this attitude has now been changed by these people like Jesse Jackson and Al sharpton and Patrice colors, the cofounder of Black Lives Matter, essentially telling black people that you're victims. Always victims. Eternal victims, if victims of systemic racism, enduring racism, foundational racism, to the point where it's changed the attitude of a lot of black people and the worst work ethic of a lot of black people and more importantly the family structure. With the welfare state, as I said, a million times, we've encouraged women to marry the government and we've encouraged men to abandon their financial and more responsibility. And now we have not a scandal, but a scandal and a crisis, Brandon, 85% of black 8th graders are neither mass nor reading proficient. 85%, that means 85% of black 8th graders are functionally illiterate. And the NAACP just had their annual convention and what are they talking about? Reproductive rights, voting rights, student debt, and police brutality. That's their agenda. And so if long as our so called black leaders are focusing on the wrong thing, the solution will forever be elusive.

Conservatives Fight Back Against Corporate 'Wokeness'

"With this whole corporate wokeness thing, I think a lot of conservative share my view that if you are a corporation who embraces this woke agenda who, among other things, subsidizes an assault on children and parents in public schools, which is what this gender bizarre nonsense really is. You are my enemy and I want to use all our political power to hurt you in retaliation to ensure that you don't do this again. It's not just live and let live. If you cross us, we're going to crush you. And that's what Ron DeSantis did in Florida. And frankly, I don't understand arguments that say corporation can use their culture and political power against us to achieve bizarre and damaging cultural goals. Yet I am we are somehow restrained from using our political power to defeat them. What do you think of that theory? Because I think a lot conservatives are beginning to subscribe to it. Well, there's been a long history of activist groups using boycotts to change the behavior of corporations. I mean, Jesse Jackson in the last 40, 50 years has spent most of his time doing that sort of thing challenging boards of directors, pressuring them, threatening boycotts. Companies do respond to that kind of stuff. And there's no reason that conservative groups couldn't do the same sort of thing. When you see something like this State Farm stuff and I think what we've seen is kind of a lot of business operates on fear, right? I mean, you've seen other businesses get swallowed up when some other company comes in does something better has a better idea, et cetera. So they will respond. So I think that this is actually kind of a healthy thing that we've seen after State Farm did this ridiculous thing that they've boom. They've completely 360 because they got some public exposure and pressure.

Hunter Biden Reportedly Earned $11M From Foreign Business Deals

"NBC. Analysis of Hunter Biden's hard drive proves $11 million in payments from China. And what are those two stories have to do with one another? You're trying to tell me that NBC would send a bunch of reporters to look through Hunter Biden's laptop to create a negative headline. If Democrats were doing super well right now, remember the entire probe criminally into Hunter Biden is nakedly political for the sole and intended purpose and fact to try to make Joe Biden removable. Now Joe Biden does have an insurance policy. Joe Biden's handlers were very smart in one way. You might say Charlie, what is that insurance policy? The insurance policy is not like the Peter struck stroke smirk or the Lisa page lover from the FBI. None of the insurance policy is that they decided to pick an even more unpopular person to become vice president. Which is if the regime wants to remove Joe Biden assail boy, we got to deal with the that's not good. The Biden team realized that the only thing less popular than Joe Biden. So they got a decision to make, they say, well, at least we can control Biden because hunter did crimes all across the world. NBC News, Hunter Biden's hard drive shows he his firm earned $11 million from 2013 to 2018. This is a common technique that is executed by deep state Democrats against politicians they don't like. Andrew Cuomo fell victim to this, Jesse Jackson junior fell coma to this. Fell victim to this. Rod Blagojevich fell victim to this. It is a common technique, which is to use all of the previously rumored criminal activity of a Democrat, bring it to the surface to try to get that Democrat to heal or to foose. Dog term I used yesterday to obey, and if they become politically un useful, which we just are showing their Joe Biden is so unpopular, you have a means of removing him or a means of making sure that he does not run for office.

Would MLK Support Things Like Affirmative Action?

"Today is Martin Luther King day and we're going to be treated or perhaps subjected to the usual over the top tributes to king. Now I do admire Martin Luther King. I admire what he stood for. And I admire especially what he stood for in the critical part of his career. Early in his life, Martin Luther King was involved in some scandals, he was he had a plagiarism, scandal, for example, and he was in many ways a flawed man. I don't really need to go into that. He also became sort of radical toward the end of his life. He wanted a massive redistribution of income, he became a sort of, well, he became very close to a socialist, if not a socialist. But the one thing he never did was he never deviated from his central idea was that we as a country should be judged on our merits as individuals. In other words, in his own words, by the content of our character not the not the color of our skin. This was Martin Luther King's famous dream. This is why we have Martin Luther King day. That's what defined king. And the left now tries to imply that somehow king gave up that idea became an advocate of affirmative action, supported race based preferences. And none of this is true. In fact, I had to debate years ago with the reverend Jesse Jackson and you know this was at Stanford University. And I challenged the reverend Jackson. I said, 'cause he was like, I knew Martin Luther King, you see, he would have definitely been on board with affirmative action, and I said, well, quite apart from this kind of appeal to personal familiarity, can you point to a particular example where king does not support compensatory justice in a particular case, but a system wide nationwide system of race and ethnic preferences. Let's just say in college admissions or in job hiring or in government contracts. Absent a showing of actual discrimination show me where king advocated that. And of course he couldn't do it so he resorted to his usual deflections. Iambic pentameter, you know, those famous clearing of his throat and

Obama Gets It Right... When It Comes to Fatherhood

"Now I read Obama's first book. Dreams of my father. It was a very well written book. Some people don't think Obama wrote it. Bill ayers once at a public meeting, public discussion, public speech. Said something to the effect of, let's assume for a moment that I did write the book. Because a lot of people speculate that the writing style resembles the writing style of Bill ayers who is a very good writer. And if Bill ayers did write it, I would imagine he's chafing a little bit at the idea that he doesn't get any credit for it. But I have heard that Bill ayers wrote the book, wrote most of the book. Because Obama was having difficulty writing it. In any case, the book was about the angst he had for not having a father in his life, biological father to life. He made his biological father a couple times the last time he saw him. He was ten years old. That was it. Obama even lied to his classmates and said his father was a African chieftain and that's why his father couldn't come to the states and be there. The father, by the way, was a economist with a PhD from Harvard. He's also a Marxist. Who believed in a 100% taxation. I kid you not. But the point is that the book was all about Obama's angst and not having a father. And when Obama ran for president in 2008, he did say something about the urgency that men own up to their responsibilities, and you heard me quote him many times when he said a kid raised without a father with 5 times more likely to be poor and committed crime 9 times more likely to drop out of school. And 20 times more likely to end up in jail. And when Obama made that speech, I believe was on Father's Day. Jesse Jackson criticize him. For talking down to black people. An Obama the next several years rarely reiterate what he said about the need for a kid to be in his father's

Which is actually a sarcastic. Kinda like born in. The usa is not a anthem of patriotic. Love but you know he talks about wherever this flag is flown. We take care of our own talking about the things that we haven't done to take care of our citizens and But i do think that One of the things. I embrace is taking care of our own doing nice things for people. That aren't your friends yet. You know just so. I had to go get some stuff printed today and i was at one of the ups stores and i had some stuff printed and A lady was Carrying this huge box looks like return to amazon and so you know i opened the door for her and i said the rest of these going she goes. Because that will save you a couple of trips shirt and you know i think about that when i think about you know. We take care of our own wherever this flag is flown. We take care of our own. He's like hanging out with the canadian seeing bruce springsteen multiple times year. It's pretty fun. And i totally get where you're coming from. And i think your listeners will too and you know it's a part of it is because each show is different They they love performing This latest version of the e street band While we certainly miss Danny who further ritchie who died of melanoma a few years ago and then of course cairns clemens the saxophone player. That is probably as famous as bruce bruce. Yeah yeah So they've they've got a four horn section. They've got three back three or four background singers. They had tom morella From rage against the machine guitarist with them this last tour and of course little from The sopranos and You know playing in. So there's like twelve or fifteen people on stage that are just you know playing away and I i will tell the listeners. If you want to see. I think something amazing. A couple of suggestions If you do a google search Springsteen jolie blonde that's j. o. L. e. v. l. in it is a cajun song that he wanted to record. He ended up not recording it in. He gave it to Gary bonds. He worked with back in the late seventies. Yeah and so one of the things that happened over the years is people bring sign requests to the show and at one point the show bruce will actually go out onto the pit and it will start picking up songs so fun and then you know and they'll look and go hadn't played this one a while. Oh this is a great song. But i don't know this one this is and so someone requests that jolie blonde and he said very obscure very obscure and they talk about it and they play the best version. Suzy who is there You know violinist fiddler. She does a solo and then one of the keyboard is has an accordion and they come out and they had not rehearsed it. This is just them picking up playing it and it is amazing. Yeah good tip. And also i'm gonna point one out even though it's interview now. We just watched the final episode with john. Stewart and bruce came out and it was amazing. What a band holy cow. And you know Land of hope and dreams. Which is the song he did is absolutely one of my favorite songs and My son Had a little bit of a rough patch when he was a freshman in college and I was driving and back to school and a lot of ways. The woman is dead all this stuff right here and so these racist people that this country has elected input into office are hail bid and now they don't care because donald trump has empowered all of them to be who they are. I was watching a show Last night on netflix called tyrants. And the and the whole thing on netflix. Kaz how you can become a tyrant and there's a playbook on how to become a tyrant and they were talking about. Were talking about moammar qaddafi. They were talking about hitler. Those three they were focusing on and they were talking about how to become a tyrant. But if you listen to what they say and i mean listen to it that playbook is exactly what's being used today in the united states in america by donald trump. He did exact. Does first thing you have to do is create a movement and it when you create a movement you have to create a slogan and then you have to find an enemy and then you have to. You have to put on a good face with you'll slogan and your calls and your enemy. The enemy became anybody that wasn't a donald trump became cnn and fake news. It became The border it became the muslims. He ban muslims he would down and throughout dhakal. He went down there in water to wall. He will die and now it did. It was athletes and so and every body that he created as an enemy wasn't minority so he drummed up his racist supporters and then he gave them a slogan make america great again and so naro hannah calls. They had enemy and they had a slogan. And that's how you become a tyrant and they didn't say that oh net flicks. But as i watched the method that moma that mean. And that hitler us they just used it in this country they did the same thing his name donald trump. Critical Race Theory: What Is It?

"Is critical Race theory? Yes. So critical Race theory began around the 19 seventies with the law professor Derrick Bell and a couple of other legal scholars trying to understand the ways. That race and American law intersected how history of slavery and segregation was sort of codified and continue to influence American law Today. Adam Harris is a staff writer at the Atlantic. His most recent article was titled The GOP S Critical Race Theory Obsession, Harris says. One of the first instances we started to see critical race theory being used as a political bludgeon was in the early 19 nineties, President Bill Clinton nominated Atlantic near to the Justice Department. She was a legal scholar who done a lot of work and voting rights and conservatives effectively used her previous work in voting rights to sort of tag her as someone who was arguing for racial quotas in voting for the amount of seats that people should hold on city councils. They also tagged her as championing a radical school of thought. Called Critical Race Theory. Amid mounting pressure from conservatives, President Clinton has withdrawn his nomination of Lani Guinier to head up the Justice Department's civil rights division, claiming veneers writings lent themselves to views that he could not embrace the president cut her loose rather than fight a divisive battle on Capitol Hill. From there you have A kind of dormant period. It's not really until after George Zimmerman was acquitted in the murder of Trayvon Martin, the Jesse Jackson like race profiteer race grievance industry says everything's about race. America's a racist nation. You see a mention of critical race theory after a video surfaces of President Barack Obama hugging Derek Bell in 1990, you know When he was a law student at Harvard Law. The president is actually kind of aligning himself here with a well known campus radical. There is a conservative back last thing that he believes in this radical critical race theory. And then they're a kind of a couple of mentions up until 2020 shortly after George Floyd is murdered, You start to see a
