"I chatted with a lot of teams. I think it was 23 total. It was a long list to be honest. Again, and one of the reasons why I bring that up is a lot of people think, okay, God goes to combine, goes an on field drill. That's the end of it. How long? How long was your day at the combine? How long was that? It was a very long day. I was mentally tired every day. But I feel like they're doing that just to get us ready and prepared for what we got coming. And I kind of knew that leading into the combine, my dad was always in my corner, telling me, tell me about this. So I was ready for the moment. And so you met with 23 teams of the combine. Who are you meeting? Walk me through between now and draft night, which is if I'm not mistaken 20 days from this conversation. What do you got for me? So yeah, I have, I've Carolina coming up next and then I go to I go to the saints after that and I ended off with Philly. Caroline said I'll be the end of my Carolina saints and Philadelphia. So when you go when you go visit with Carolina, do you say, yeah, I'm the first overall pick. Do you say those words out loud? Joey? I don't come out and just say that, but they asked me, then I'm definitely saying, yeah, I'm the first overall pick. I mean, I feel like in this book, you've got to have that kind of confidence in and if you don't, then I don't know why you're in the sport. That's right. You got to speak it into existence. We just did that. Okay. So where are you going to be draft night? I'm being Kansas City. You'll be in Kansas City. Okay. And so who's going to be with you? Walk me through the Joey Porter junior plus what? Plus 20? What are you plus 15s? Walk me through who's going to be there? Did you think? I got so my dad's actually was born in Kansas City. So we have family down there. It's kind of like a full circle typing. So I'm going to have to have everybody down there. It's going to be a lot of people. So who's handling that for you? Who's handling all that for you? My mom. Of course. What's your mom's name? We've mentioned your dad a million times. Yeah. I'm a mom name is Christy Porter. Okay. So what does she mean for you? What's that moment going to be for you and your mother? Again, we've been talking so much about your dad. You bear his name, your junior, but what's the moment for your draft going to be for you and your mother? It's going to mean a lot. She was one of the main reasons why I'm here today. She was always in my corner. Everything didn't go right at the beginning, but she really stuck by my side and helped me through this journey. So I have nothing but love for my mom and I'm thankful. So she's handling the tickets and handling all the logistics for you. That's what she's doing. Okay. And then what about the wardrobe? Is that all picked out already? You get that? Yeah, that's picked out already. Okay. What do you got for me? Anything? I can't tell you right now. It's going to be a surprise for on draft night. Okay. So you're going to wear you're going to wear Michigan colors? Is that what the surprise is? You're going to amazing blue? What do you got? No? No, never put on that color. Come on out. Come on out. Come on now. I don't know. There is some maze in the NFL. You might have to. You might have to. I mean, if you're a charger, for instance, and there's a lot of mock drafts that have you landing there, it's powder blue, but sometimes it is kind of dark navy blue, and the lightning bolt is yellow. It's maze. You might have to do that. You might have to do that. If I had to do that, then I'm fine with it. But if it's anything Michigan, I'm not, I can't do it. Okay. So have you reached out to Micah, anybody, anybody in the Penn State community to just kick the tires on what it's going to be like to be a pro, anything like that? Joey? Yeah. I talked to I talked to them constantly. There's a couple of great guys that came to Penn State that's in the league right now. I talked to a Han. To recap fields, Micah, Jessica. This some of those guys that took me under their wing, my first guy here. So y'all talk to them kind of like every day. What's your favorite Micah parson story? Do you have one? That dude's a wild guy. There's a lot. There's a lot of stories about him. I'll just say the first day I got here. He had a dog and the dog was vicious. I mean, nobody could be around his dog, but and I'm at his house and I'm playing Madden. I'm about to win the game. And he got so mad that he fixed his dog on me to where I couldn't even kick the field goal to win the game. And I ended up losing. Enough of like, this dude is crazy. What do you mean he sicked his dog on you? What? What are you talking about? What was the dog's name? Do you remember? I think Brutus, the dog name. Okay, Brutus. He just started whispering into the ear and his brutal just looked at me. Growling and stuff. And I'm like, get your dog, man. So you lost that particular Madden contest. That's what you're saying. I did. All right. I did. Well, let's just maybe get it done one more time, but let's do a fair and square. No Brutus, no nothing, and you're just trying to kick a field goal and you'll beat Micah Parsons. But he doesn't want to do that because he knows I'm better than him in man because that's a conversation for another day. So your Joey and he's the Jeremy Stephens of this situation. Joey and he's the Jeremy Stephens of this situation. Pretty much. I'm here. He's down there. That's right. I'm telling you guys, that's what he did. He went Joey and he put his hand all the way up in the air and Jeremy, like as low as it possibly could, oh my gosh. So you've seen it. Okay. Very good. Send my best to your dad. I do hope to see you in Kansas City, and then let's chat when you land somewhere. I'd love to continue our conversation and keep following you. Thanks for the time. Definitely. You got it. Congratulations in advance of your

On the enforcement that your Bloomberg world sports update, Brian. Dan, thanks very much just about 15 minutes before the top of the hour, our guest is Jeremy Stephens, chief China economist at standard bank. Jeremy, we're looking for the trade data out of China later this morning, exports are expected to have dropped 9% in the month of February. What's the main story if that number comes true? What's the main story behind it? Well, absolutely. I mean, we've been seeing sort of declining new order data for China for pretty much 7 or so months. We've seen exports starting to start contracting. And we know that the rest of the world outside of China's got sort of headwinds facing its sector. I mean, it's economy. And so as a result, we're seeing declining exports. And what worries me a lot about that is that how that perhaps impacts manufacturing sector here. So I think one of the big risks for China for this year is what happens to manufacturing and manufacturing investment. That's really been an important growth pillar for China's economy for a number of years. And I think up 10% last year and it looks to me that it's not expanding capacity and moving up the value chain. It's just basically responding to fast export orders. So they've taken on quite a lot of data. I think learns to that sector is up 25% for the last two years. And so if we see falling orders there, we've already got falling profits. That's a big risk for the Chinese economy. But very strong. You had PMI strong in the last month. How did they sit together? Well, PMI, it's really just saying was last month better than is this month better than last month. And if most of the manufacturers are saying that January and February are better than December, that makes a lot of sense, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the sector itself is likely to outperform and do particularly well. So I think the headwinds facing those guys remain and we've seen falling profits for basically 7 months out of that sector. I don't think they're in as good a shape as it appears at first glance. So Jeremy, things not as bad as they were before, maybe, is the way to put it. But I'm also reminded the first few months of the year can offer some quirks in the data, some distortions from the lunar new year holiday for one. I mean, do you have any concerns that you need to see much more in order to confirm your view, whether it be less bad or better? Yeah, well, absolutely. I mean, here's a black box where it comes to Chinese data at the moment. And it's a really uncomfortable time to be facing that given how bad the momentum was going into the start of this year. And then the base effects. And the reopening and the policy pivot. So it's unclear exactly what's likely to transpire, but I am pretty confident that the normalization of the economy is ongoing, consumers will get back online at some time. And we're seeing that already play out in the Chinese New Year data and so on. On the ground here, it's highly visible that there's a big difference between 2023 and 2022. So I'm pretty confident that pretty healthy 4% growth is pretty easy out of the Chinese economy and then anything above that is probably going to rely on soft budget constraints and additional infrastructure investment, which is why they've obviously come up with a relatively conservative target because they know that. And anything above 5% really, they're stealing growth from 2024, 2025 and adding to balance. Well, we've seen a little bit of a pickup in the property sector and part of that might be tied to. They relax the three red lines in China and taking a little bit of pressure off the developer is not completely. How do you see the housing market moving and could that provide some support to domestic consumption? Yeah, so I expect the property investment will perform slightly better this year than last year. It does seem like since November Beijing has taken more seriously the issues facing the developers. And we've seen quite a lot of support in terms of access to credit. And I think for those guys, the focus is predominantly on making sure that the houses that have been pre sold are completed. And so we're seeing pressure ease on that side. And then we are seeing some cities start to ease restrictions on second and 30 purchases for home. So there's some support for demand likely. And so I'm not expecting the real estate sector to shoot the lights out, but I do think that it will be slightly better this year than last year. And I think if they can get flat, flat, flat for the next couple of years from the real estate sector as they metabolize this imbalances that have accumulated, that will be a win for them. So I don't expect it to be that supportive for growth, but definitely less negative for growth and sentiment in 2023. All right, Jeremy, thanks very much for joining us here on Bloomberg daybreak Asia. We do appreciate it. Jeremy Stephens

"So with all the talent out there though, and at the combine, do you feel like with the folks there, the athletes that you can actually see that as well with Georgia kind of taking a step up? Hell yeah, man. I mean, you could see it, but tonight, I don't know how many Georgia defensive backs there may be left after they got a whole bunch of them over the last few years, but the kid tonight that I think is going to be front and center just make me feel older is Joey Porter's son from Penn State, one of TJ's many teams. And I mean, I just remember Joey Porter blowing up Super Bowl 40 by blasting Jeremy Stevens, the tight end of the Seattle Seahawks. He just went all in on Jeremy Stephens. And now here we are after Super Bowl 57 as kids working out of the combine as a stark corner. It's just things go by fast, Bobby. With Jalen Carter coming back, how did that affect the mood? How did that affect? Did you see him at all? Like what happened with him? Yeah, I mean, he was on the field. He was on the field. I mean, I guess he came back and he did the interviews with some of the teams that were just eager to know what's going on with him. I didn't really expect any mood. I mean, like today, I don't know, did you guys play any of the sound bites from the quarterbacks? We did. We did. Yeah, we did. You play will never talk about he's got a cannon. We equated that to how big Al hit and dinger was rich. It was the, that's right. He just hits dangerous. He's like, I got a cannon. That's why I'm going to show it off here. And I freaking love that. And CJ Stroud, saying he's thought he was the best player in college football the last two years. I love that sort of bravado. I think it's great. Especially since if CJ Stroud was the best player in college football last two years. I mean, that just makes Michigan's wins over Ohio State even more pressure. Something that I think I'll point out on the broadcast tonight, so and Bryce young saying he's always been this size. I love it. I mean, that's tomorrow. They're going to sling it, I heard this great story. About Anthony Richardson. Told by John Beck, okay, who, by the way, I got his number. He's going to come in studio at least one of the top throwing coaches in all the land. And so he told the story about how somebody came up to him recently. I think it might even have been right here at the combine. And he was talking about throwing and I know he's a workout recently. That's what it was, where a whole bunch of prospects were. And he's talking to quarterbacks about throwing and some dude comes up to him and starts talking about quarterbacking in a way that was really specific and he thought it really odd how this linebacker would know so much about quarterbacking this big dude and he walked away and somebody went up to him and said, what was Anthony Richardson telling you about? And he's like, wait a minute. That's Anthony Richardson. Like, yeah, he's that big. He's that huge. And his arm apparently like standing flat he'll throw at 70 yards in the air. I can't wait to watch him work out tomorrow. That's the guy that is so many people are going to be once we're through the Bryce young and the CJ Stroud of it all and talking about will levis and where those guys wind up and what they're doing that this kid is going to be top ten when it's all said and done. And this kid's going to go to like Atlanta or Carolina and or you might jump the line. Like this is his physical abilities and attributes while apparently not yet day one ready. I think he's going to light it up tomorrow. And it's going to be it's going to be a conversation over the next few weeks about him. Obviously the comp has been Josh Allen. Busted him and to levis. But when you look at him and how raw he is, one of those teams, they're going to have to play them early, right? If they draft him, or they're going to have to go get another quarterback to play in front of him, like what do you see as his future then in the next couple of years, if he does go on the top 15? Well, again, that's the whole point of this is the whole puzzle. Tuesday after the combine franchise tags are handed out. And then the Monday after that is when the what do we call it again, Chris, the negotiation negotiation period? Thank you. That's when that begins. And then the Wednesday after that is when the new league year, everything becomes you can sign and become officially a member of another team. Who's going to assign these veterans? Who's going to be Jimmy G's new home? Who's going to be Geno smith's home or new home? Who's going to land Garrett Carr? What's Aaron Rodgers going to say between now and then that will affect all these pieces? And who's going to sign where and then who's going to not get them and choose a rookie and push him, maybe further along than he's ready to be pushed?

In the San Francisco newsroom, I met Baxter, and will have more global news here on daybreak. Asia in about 30 minutes from now. Yeah, our guest for the half hour is Jeremy Stephens. He is the chief China economist at standard bank joining from Beijing. Jeremy, thanks for being with us. I'm looking at the new COVID cases just reported from the government where you are 31,008 109 87. I'm sorry. So we're at a new record. This is really going to hold back the economy quite a bit, isn't it? Hi, Doug, yes, and Happy Thanksgiving totally, you're totally right, but I think this is just the tip of the iceberg to tell you the truth. There's obviously been quite a lot of confusion on the ground here in China, but there's been as far as I can tell a clear change in the attitude of the government towards COVID and the pandemic. And the goal is quite clearly no longer to grind back to zero each pocket of infection and instead what they aim to do is metabolize as many new cases as possible. At a rate that doesn't overwhelm the healthcare facilities. And the issue is, of course, these thresholds are very much unknown. They're still working them out. The time horizon is very uncertain as well. And there's additional confusion because the exact same tools that they use to grind the cases to zero are going to be the tools that they use to try and maintain what they believe to be is a healthy rate of infection. But these numbers are going to look quaint at some point to put it in perspective in the last month. China's had about 370,000 cases of COVID, asymptomatic and symptomatic. And at that rate, they would probably have about 4.4 million cases by the end of next year. And really in reality they need 20 times that 30 times that. So we're seeing a shift and it's how people digest that change is going to take time and the path ahead is very uncertain. So maybe no change on the policy front when it applies to zero COVID, but I'm thinking a shift on monetary policy. Are you thinking that maybe we're going to get a, let's say a triple R cut today? I know it would be largely a symbolic measure, but authorities in Beijing concerned that to the extent that there are going to begin applying a lot more stimulus. Well, so yes, on the triple archive almost definitely. In terms of rate cuts, probably not because of the deviation in policy rates between the U.S. and China and what the impact that may be on the currency and capital outflows. But they'll certainly be leaning towards making sure that there's ample liquidity inside the financial system. But the issue is that the demand for loans is relatively low. And so what they say is they're pushing on a string, right? It's not necessary going to change the fundamental dynamics. The issue China has is that business sentiments and consumer sentiments are at all time lows and in terms of the records kept it to the lowest. They've been since 1990. They count in April of this year and they really haven't recovered. They've got significant issues as all your listeners know with the property sector. I'm watching very carefully what's happening with manufacturing investment because that's been sort of leading the party this year, but the reality is I'm not seeing a lot of evidence of upgrading manufacturing capacity. I'm actually seeing a few sub sectors of manufacturing expand capacity to meet rising export orders and those have started to diminish quite considerably as the rest of the world struggles with their own economic fundamentals. So what happens to that carry on sorry? I was wondering, you seem to be kind of sketching out here a critical state how critical is it? So in terms of the growth trajectory, I think maintaining these kinds of levels of growth for the next two quarters is reasonable to expect as they try and re jig their relationship with COVID. And they'll do what they can to support the economy as best they can with the tools that they have at their disposal, which is vague, but the reality is that they are running out of road in some of their traditional levers and they're very well aware of that. And I do think that the stimulus that they've done in 2020 and in 2022 have been something they didn't want to necessarily do, but felt compelled to do. And so there's a scenario where they have to do the same thing again next year, which obviously adds Kindle to potential financial instability later on down the road. But you do have the benefit of having really positive GDP growth in the second quarter, something like 8% just because of base effects. And then what you'll see is in the second half of next year, these structural fundamental challenges reassert themselves and growth will probably drift much lower, somewhere around 3% by the end of this end of next year. And that's really what investors need to become accustomed to. China's economic growth is going to be much, much slower. The party has dealing with its legitimacy from trying to maintain fast growth and the rest of the world just needs to sort of start to see China in a different light. Jeremy, thank you so much for being with us and sharing your perspective. Jeremy Stephens is chief China economist at standard bank joining us here on DBA. We'll take a look at markets as we get set for trading on the mainland and in Hong Kong. This is

"Sabah blah blah. I mean, I'm on their side. It's like they have all these videos, but I'm like, where can I just see the list of the fights? Upcoming fights. Lance. I stupidly go to their site. MMA, yeah, well, why would they have that? Boston salmon is fighting Brandon, lo Nani, who's actually a really good fight from England. Yeah, Boston Sam is the guy I told you about he was working as a car valet and then he let me in free and he goes, it's an honor and they roasted and I go, oh, nice to meet you. He goes, one day you're going to roast me. And then he made the UFC, the guy in his Boston, my name is Boston salmon. I'm like, I'm never going to forget that. Nice. He's had a tough time so far in the UFC. He got caught by the UFC, but now he's in the PFL and hopefully okay, is he on this on this card? He's on the card. I don't know if he's in the tournament though. He might be an alternate. I'm not really sure. And then Bellator, Mousasi versus Johnny Evelyn, who's 11 or student's good. But Mousasi is a fucking monster. And what he did to you see what he did to what's in his boyfriend. When he fought Austin vanderford, it was ugly, bro I was a page van dance boyfriend. I was real. I was rooting for him and it was not even close. He just ran. You know, he's one of those guys. Okay, do you think the PV Z relationship made him a better worse or worse fighter or no infection all? I mean, he was a tough college wrestler. He was like 8 when they started dating. And he's a strong dude from Oregon. I don't think he would have got the title fight being 11 or no in Bellator, but it's a very thin division. Yeah. And it's also you got a guy that Mousasi who, you know, is like one of the, in the UFC, he was killing everybody, or most people. I think it's been like his contract. He never really got wrecked. New sauce is a monster. So it's just a matter of like a Johnny Evelyn. The guy was actually fighting him versus yeah, Evelyn. That would have been a good fight, I think. But it's like you're fighting this guy who's one of the best in the world as weight class. It's just shouldn't be in Bellator right now, but he just didn't like his contracts in the UFC and yada yada. So I mean, you can't blame a guy for chasing the money. If they're gonna offer you more money somewhere else, I mean, the prestige of the UFC is fantastic, but if you I mean, if the money, I mean, especially when you look at PFL and there's a $1 million online. I mean, that's life-changing money. I mean, even though you can't live on it the rest of your life, it can at least change your life right now. You know? For a guy like masashi though, who's like very quiet, you know, like he's not like the real fans love him. Okay, so yeah, he lost the Uriah hall in 2015, but then he beat palace like this. He beat Thiago Santos. He knocked out Vitor Belfort. He knocked out your eye haul. He beat Chris Weidman. He beat Shevchenko, he'd become a Ho. He beat Rory MacDonald. I mean, the guys he's a man. That is a murderer's row. I mean, that feels like you should have title shots, you know? That's what I'm saying. It's like he somehow got lost in the mix. And this is musashi? Yeah, this is musashi. Well, I mean, he is the champion at Bellator, so I mean, you know, it's not like he's people aren't talking about him. You know, I mean, no, not at all. Whereas his other guy, Johnny Evelyn, who I know is a tough guy, but he beat John salter, he'd be calling hot body Travis Davis. I mean, this is not Rory MacDonald. Nobody's nobody's. You know, it's just not. No, yeah, that's an impressive list of names to put down, man. That really is. You got to give this guy credit. So he's getting paid, you know? Yeah, also on this card is Danny septi, who won his fight and I was talking all kinds of shit is funny, kid, against he goes, that should be good fight. Versus Enrico. Oh, that's a good fight. Cats and Ghana versus Pam Sorenson's on the undercard. That's what I'm saying. It's like, you have a girl like cats and Ghana that everyone knows in MMA. Everyone knows that. She's 12 and four, and she's on a she's lost a Megan Anderson by her eye. Jason Lawson and four years, okay? She's won two in a row. This is winning street, whatever. You got her. And you're putting her on the undercard. You got a guy Cody law who's 6 O all American. They were saying he's the next big thing. He's like the third roundup. It makes no sense the way they're doing the shit. Like they just, let me do the fucking order, okay? You know, Michael mad magome, I mean, Brendan award versus cassius Cain, that's a good fight, but just, you know, I don't know. So then you have Anthony Pettis thing, though, he's one of those guys who see him over there and you're like, what are you doing over here? Raising the PFL. All right, great. You see him over there and you're like, where'd you just, how did you, when did this? Because he was learning a lot though. He was getting fucked up. I think he was like, he's smart. He's like, listen, I can make a $1 million and fight easier guys. Or that must be it, 'cause if he doesn't, if he doesn't win the million bucks, it'll that'll be shocking. That would actually be shocking. He didn't last year. Last year he went zero one two in the PFL. He must have been taking it seriously or something. He should march right through that shit. On that. That's what happened last year. He was basically like, yeah, I'm going to kill these guys. But then this year, I think it's different. He's like, you know, the wake-up call. So in the UFC. UFC it's my two's gamera who's 21 against arman. Good work on that boy. Both of those 'cause I was looking at it and I'm like, I don't know them. I would know how to pronounce them. Most people are going to not know who the fuck these guys are, but fight fans. I mean, are going to be like, holy shit. I mean, the one guy gamrot. He TKO Diego Ferreira, he fucked up Jeremy Stephens in one minute. He knocked out Scott holtzman, who was a fucking tough out. He knocked out Norman park, this is all in the last two years. So I mean, that's impressive as hell. So these guys are on the come up. It's time to learn their names. Arman sukran knocked out his last two guys. Joe Alvarez, he knocked out christos Thiago is a good fighter. He has lost his last loss came to Islam, Mikhail, which was in three years ago. A lot of guys last laws came to Israel. Yeah. So that's a good fight. You know what I mean? Islam. Did I say Israel? You probably wouldn't like that. Maybe it would, maybe you'd love it. I'm pretty curious as to what the numbers are going to be. You know, because it's in Vegas at the apex and I guess also at the apex, they don't have to worry about the gate at all. You know, that's what I'm saying. Well, the a box is what really, that's what really has made it possible for them to just do them every single week. Yeah, right. And one would say there's clearly enough fighters, but at the same time, I mean, you are seeing a lot of names you don't know, you know, but it doesn't make for some exciting ass fights. By the same token, if you can't get into the UFC, it's never been a wider game than it's ever been now. So if you can't get it now, what are you doing? Are you ready to be a professional fighter? Because so Neil Magny is on this card. No magnificent song. Anybody. He's a guy who's in the army. He's a fucking great guy, married guy, he's bothering his new kid. He's gonna have.

I thought he got robbed and his last fight. He trains in his garage with his brothers or something. So he's finding Jeremy Stephens. I think Stevens is a good friend. A million bucks might be pretty motivated. 'cause this is going to be so he's fighting two faces fighting and Antonio Carlos junior, he won a million bucks last time. Nikon schulz, yeah, it's actually a pretty good card. Cory Hendricks is fighting. It's not ESPN+. Dot madge is fighting rauch, manfio, so yeah, so that's PFL this week. This Wednesday. One championship. That's four third morning on Friday. Jared Brooks, the monkey God is fighting. He's the guy in the phone on your promotion. Your pillow fight promotion. Yeah, yeah. He said he said he looked over and he saw what's his name was so disappointed. That guy that guy always beat you in Matt matron? Tom Erickson? Yeah, he said, time Erickson was so pissed off that he was there. I'm sure. Sure. Bellator this week, Liz Carmouche, I think she's a marine. Amazing provider, tough, got like a 12 pack, fighting Nikita, McAuliffe..

"He just like cool and just kept on coming. And I'm like, I'm like, I don't know who got the performance of the night. Probably to go close, but he branded Jacob's face. Wow. Yeah, that's the one I gotta watch that. I happen to like to car a lot. And I always thought he was an underrated guy, and he's just, he was a stud in college, and he's just a great fighter, a great wrestler, but he just, like, his back is still fucked up from what's his name pushing him Jeremy Stephens at the way. Remember they had a face off and stuff. Yeah. And they called off the fight, and people were like, oh, you know, what a pussy, and they're like, and then Sean, you even said, the guy's drained. You know, he just made way not expecting it. The other guy, you know, Jeremy Stevens is a monster. You know, who knows? I mean, maybe I don't think the car is in a fake and injury. He's not the kind of guy that fake anything. He's a tough tough. I'm surprised he didn't go ahead and give Stevens the wind with apparently the new stuff they're doing while he was winning up till the push came, so you know they said your car, they said his fight stunt, but to me it smelled like my senior year in high school. The car, yes, yes, of course. Of course. Sure, I thought that it would be kind of funny. Remember like in the NWO days, do you ever watch WWE? Oh, absolutely. Yeah. These guys have a real wrestling match. They put these guys you've never heard of. They'd be like, you know, you know, iron Mike, whatever, blah, blah, blah..

"Though. He was dead. You know like you say and all you want but it ain't going to make it. Sure. You can fucking farting. One hand wishing the other and see which one comes true. It's not bucking happening off. Yeah, man. It sounds to me like Jeremy Stephens, looking to retire before his last about or something like, he's just trying to get paid before he goes, but I do wish the FC man, and I'm Different. A lot of people. If you remember birthdays of Pride, you would have faded or fight Cro Cop, which is the fighter, boys gotta see. And then both of their next opponents, might be like, just some random Asian guy, you know, but to Asian guy like jingyu Zhu, Zhu lugai or something. And I wish you have seen like, when obviously, when caller want to fight. Diego Sanchez. That was a little, a little odd, but I wouldn't mind seeing just in case they give a guy like they do with boxers wage a fight, he should win 90% time. It doesn't always have to be best versus best versus best because everybody loses them. Like it would be nice if they would break it up a little bit and build fights kind of like kind of like, you know, they may not every game is the Super Bowl like you could have, you know, like you could win a couple and then you build these two guys up, but I think the UFC wants to keep everyone. Losing to negotiate, you know, like they're, they're burning power noja. Rodger Huerta, it's a long Sports Illustrated, they gave him four or five guys in a row DFC who it was their debut guy specifically, that were bad at what he was good at to try to build him an American market and then he eventually said, I want to fight somebody real and Joe Silva's like, okay and got his ass but you know or whatever like if you want.

"Mean, he's going to grab him, he'll do the the you know, the thing that the other guy grabbed him rustling down, hold him, punch him, him wear them out, just to feed him more, you know, spiritually defeat him. And then once he's broken, finally finished him. I mean, I just, I don't see it being any different, but the fights are hookers. Lost have always been guys on their feet off like a chain or not them out, did not wrestle them. He got knocked out by someone else, talked him out, and he lost a that other guy that Brazilian, dude, that's incredible, kickboxing. I think about the guy, who had the spinning wheel kick, who am I thinking of McCorkle? The guy was a crazy Barboza. Beat him bad. Oh yeah, but but he hasn't like an hour wrestle at home. I think I could use it too but you're right. It's hard to see anyone beating that guy. Amisha tape. She looked good, she looked really good but at the same time you know, Mary on before the fight song, My last fight, she retired before the fight and the other girl says this is my second chapter, it's a new beginning. You know, I feel like the other Mario's 44 and was said, this is my last fight. What is it ever? Really worked out for anyone. Very rarely to someone said, this is my last fight and go out like a fucking on top, it seems like people are like, I mean. What are your thoughts on that page? You pretty much sorry can see that the the fight, you know, you don't you don't give a shitt one way or the other, you just there to get your last paycheck. Stub, to the sport. Did you ever do that? Well, I'm sure I did, I just don't remember, but he did it like six times on three different continents. Only person retired more than me is Terry Funk WWE song. I got it. I got it. So, by the way, Ravishing Rick, Rude, someone asked me to ask you that question. What's that was like, working with Rick Rude. I never work with recruit. Somebody said, you guys work together. I never got to meet him off raining. These fans, by the way, Jeremy Stephens, got obliterated in a minute, I felt fucking back. There's a guy, you know, Jeremy seemed like I felt bad for him back in the day on that press conference, because people don't know this, you know, that press conference, where the McGregor, those, who to focus that guy number that. So what had happened was, McGregor was dominating that press conference. Yes. They had told people. Hey, speak up. Speak up. So it wasn't like Stevens wanted to speak up. He listens to a new sir and says, hey, well yeah, I'm not people out because who dafuq, is that guy? And then comes the biggest meme in the history of fucking Combat Sports like birth. Other funny Not only was it funny but I mean that could have been his opportunity to be the guy that proves that he is. Somebody in Combat Sports. They didn't have to be a negative. You gotta prove that he could have gone off the street and then maybe his deathbed like that guy in, you know, he could have like an made it the same but instead of you know, he didn't instead he goes out there and lose his fights and now, you know. And so you know, I mean the rep is going well..

"And then this guy, my tools gamroth, who's 18, and what name Jeremy Stephens. I did their manager, me. See if it's because the last time, he fought the car, he pushed him at the weigh-ins and the guy like booked up his neck and the fight was off cuz the guy had his hands behind his back. They were talking shit and Jeremy just shut drives the insurance. I got fucking delayed and now so now he's fighting a guy. My truth camera. Who's 18 and one? I think it's all right you know. You want to fuck with us. We're going to give you fucking unknown guy who's about murderers and like in Kazakhstan the guys at Jeremy knocks out. So maybe the jokes on them. I know, eighteen and one, I mean, this guy's coming in hot. I kind of like him. I mean, Stevens is inconsistent. I think this game, right guys. Got a real shot here. Yeah and then also on the Carters boss who was in jail, who has that big tattoo? He's got this is fucked up Mike. Last night. I mean he might carry so bad morning. I pressed and Parsons song says five one here. I don't know if that's even right, but this guy D Rod looks like a a stray fucking Killer Mike Perry. So this price this week he was the one with the biggest. Like barely knows this guy. Yeah. Wow. I like this Preston parts and they're listing his record as long. I hope that that isn't true. Yeah, I don't understand that. It's not, no way, no way. It is his debut in the UFC but it's got to have some fights before birth. Although after that blast O'Malley fight, it wouldn't surprise me..

"Jeremy Stephens. Who wins that one. That's a sick by cuz I took in with jermey do in San Diego. I know him as well man. So I it's weird when you're like buddies are fighting but I also love it cuz my sweet but one's going to push her away that it's got great fight. Man, I love both news. But I think your car can pull this off in like Jeremy's a fucking tough guy and you cannot get hit by him. It's going to go bad if you get hit by him, but I think Jake car has like he learned a lot from his last night. He's traded hard dude. I know even with his bouncing around Arizona training system half in his garage with his girlfriend Courtney and you know, wherever else they they go to bed. He's training hard and I think he pulls it off Julian have an I have to piggyback off of hitman's same scenario. I think that coming up and Thursday will be good for Jeremy Stephens, but I think that also has a great like it's great tactics and approach to all these type of heavy hitter Fighters. The only thing I don't like is that whenever he gets injured he tries to trade for punch for punch and if that happens, I feel like Jeremy Stephens would take over but I think it's going to be a pretty it's going to be But I think close takes this one and lost you guys built various comedian. Also a brown belt in Jiu-Jitsu was also in the movie. He's in the new Wu-Tang a series and SWAT. He was in Sex in the City, right? Yeah, right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He you were in that. What shows are you in? Yeah, those kind of Desperate Housewives right? He was on Broadway a very very talented guy and then odd know Julian who who's trying to bang Miley Cyrus killing it right now and who's who's you know, somebody hit man. You haven't been that girl yet. Are you worried? Because she's a bodybuilder that you know, I might be able to take you. You know, I'm not worried. She'll be able to take me. I'm just hoping for a good struggle, you know. All right, that's that's a little creepy. All right. So are you paying do you like her? And is that what you're kind of playing it cool like you don't want to come across too too fast, cuz you actually like the girl. Yeah. Yeah. She's a real intriguing woman, you know besides being incredibly attractive. I she makes me real quick. So I'm willing to put in some time and effort and do that. You know, I mean, I'm a I'm thirty-four years old and at this point, you know, I've run around and don't know if you know what I mean. I put this lifestyle jumping around the gym, you know what I mean killing off training partners and the other innuendos you want to use there, but I know are you in a bunker right now, or is that the creepy van? Basically? Yeah, you want to talk about Creepy and this is funny. I think grew up in this rig the first date. So this is my little project vehicle my little Adventure ban. Wow, so in the back of the in the back of this van if you want to check out how long no. Yeah. I live here full-time in this van right outside the gym. No, I do not live with it. And this is not like the final little form thing. You know, I got a nice deal with fieldcraft Survival company. I work with they do like preparedness stuff firearms training. So I teach combatants for them, but we got a bunch of stuff set up with them like Mobility division suck redo this whole thing. So this man is going to get a whole like Line-X coating on the outside lift and wheels and tires and the whole nine so it's kind of like all the Adventure rate. So it I'm going to do away with the the bed in the back home. It's making like bench seating so I can fill it up with the crew and we can go and run around camp and hike and do all the crazy shit. We do and jump off cliffs and stuff. So right now it's just a total creep and it's a white work van with no logos on Thursday. I'm considering when I get that paint job lined up. I'm considering doing free candy on the side for like a week. But oh my God, that's a risky. That's a real risky move in Arizona because people will shoot you so, you know, that's not an idea. I could connect you with a buddy of mine who does wraps. He's actually in Vegas so you can I take your van up there and get it completely wrapped when it costs you. I mean you probably sponsor you but it would help out you're you're creepy van for sure. I can put whatever creepy load my one on the side down. Well, if you ever want to tease Kelvin Gastelum just to cut like put like free burritos and then just drive and see what happens have no truck exactly now also your teammate off AC Cortes, right? Yes. I need to talk about a smoke show Marquez. You gotta call her out. I think she might have a boyfriend but this girl is the hottest girl in MMA hands down like wage. Naturally to like not like I think they all yeah, and she doesn't she knows it but not too much, you know, if it doesn't flaunt it as much but you know, sometimes like it's like two months or years is like our I get it you're hot, but you don't have to have every fucking nerd tell you how hot you are, but she's fighting Justin kis house Tracy look at Hitman. Tracy Letts leveled up a lot recently big time. She took she's taking everything way more serious and like realizing the opportunity that she has which I don't think some of the the girls do I mean anything to write any fighter really but especially those female Fighters and ones like her where she is a super attractive girl, but first of all, she can fight she can really fight and so she knows like she has a real opportunity to be a champion like they they're going to keep giving you the right price and you're going to do this thing, right? You'd be a champion and she's taking advantage of it. She's like working super hard. So I think she's going to finish her finish her early like she is looking nasty and she's she's never been in better shape which so now is the time Julie and I would I would get on that one, you know start playing your cards this early this week before she gets the win your Cuban. She's Mexican you guys have some Latino kids together. We got this down. All right. All right. Well, is she is she single is this how is that? We approaching it? Like let me know so I believe so, you know, I don't delve into Our business too much but I think yeah, she's single right now what you'll end Julien your van. Yes, or sure. It will take it will take all the cameras out and you can walk in for sure man. At least try to get paid. I have a I have a side bench that's better. It's only damage in that. It's also doubles on my only Vans account. So the money's things are already built in if you guys are cool sign off on that content, then we can really make it happen those two sites. I'm like the main guy took them basically cuz I started them but we could definitely get some real traffic there with with big names like you guys I'm with it. I mean fake taxi started somewhere. So we got we got a good place the only Dan Savage leave and I'm with it. So what were you saying? Either way? It's fine. I'll drive your own the sooner we can change on the background. It's cool. Really do stuff we have to change it up female Fighters the UFC female Fighters. They always have fighter boyfriend's not true with the male Fighters male Fighters will dragged like fucking lawyers and shit, but female Fighters are really they always say Fighters. Is that right?.

"Against like, you know, so should I just sit there and watch and watch him eat popcorn, you know. Well, since you're not going to watch the fights you might as well watch that took all the door. What's going to be the popcorn. So we're going to have that one to coat it and we're going to put out the the wording to whatever that was later on today, becuase I think Whitaker makes it look easy man. I think when it cuz the best hundred eighty five pound fighter in the world despite what happened again stylebender, and I'm like Don I really like Whitaker man, like actually play off the ball with him if I got the opportunity, but I played last person I play Pickleball with was Lance Armstrong and I one cuz I said left, but I don't know cuz he has one ball game. Right. That's where the drug laws. All right, nevermind. I don't know what bad page again that that ass on your fire was the one I wanted to work his way back to that fight. I like him a lot and I expected to win this one. I'm a big fan of Whitaker. I got Kelvin Kelvin hits harder than anybody else here in love with Calvin. You just you really are you're always and I feel like cuz you made so many fat jokes and he's still friendly to you feel like you own him that you have to pick them. Every fucking place. Like Chicago is a great guy is super nice, but he's been a lot better now that you moved up a weight class if it doesn't have to starve himself, but I just think Whitaker's just a much better fighter off. I don't know. Yeah, I don't know. It's not about who's about a fighter. So who's better part of that day? Okay. I wish Jackson would be at 170 man. He's your stock big enough of 185 man, but he's a hell of a fighter. He's a good dog. Make way over and over again it 170. He has to find a 185. I know he's like five foot two. Also Drakkar Klose vs. Jeremy Stephens that buy it's going to be fireworks wage. Yes. Angry. Your car.

"You know. Band-Aids are falling off. May I have 37 Band-Aids on me to cover the impetigo & Wraps and I knew I was like at this point. I just I just realized it the guy like I just threw myself for the guy wage. Try anything, you know and my dad said like he goes, you know, every other kid other coaches were telling him. Like they would have just matches over he lost you weren't but not you know, you just kept fucking try, you know, right and it goes to me you were like my my my hero for doing that and my dad was so proud of me for that more than like winning things and I was just maybe going to like field not even like I guess you just this is that never-give-up attitude. You see that with Fighters a lot of times now, it's like you guys like Jerry Rivera you see guys like they're down in the four rounds to nothing and they just keep fucking trying and pull it off. I almost feel like Anderson Silva was that guy against Chael. A lot of people would have been like I'm down for around. Yeah, I'm done but I think that no, but when I watched that documentary where he would know that blew my mind that he said he did the move. He said I'm going to do this on him. Yeah, maybe maybe bad example and if so, but yeah, but up a saying other guys that you've seen where you're like this song. So what's the African guy that he got knocked down and but just getting marked and at the last minute he just fucking close to Chicago Chicago. Oh God, it's Pat Barry. Yes. Just fucking go home. Dude. He lost this one and he just didn't give up. She just thought yeah, and and that's why what's crazy is like I remember my reaction to that fight. Like I don't even remember the fight, but I remember screaming at their TV like what you like em, that's what you know, it's a good fight when you remember how you reacted to the fun. Yeah. It was a v just they were just fucking going at it and honestly one of the best way is I I like green zombie. He has he's a he's one of those people that like, oh, we're going till the end. You're absolutely right. There's there's a guy that there's a certain caliber of fighter dead. You know Frankie Edgar Korean zombie Jeremy Stephens, you know, there's a certain guy that they might I mean Frankie was a champion zombie almost Champion, but there are certain guys out there that you know, every time it's going to be a fucking War like it's win or lose. It's going to be a war. I mean, I put Diego old Diego Sanchez before this foot not not know the old one else other than he was he was fucking insane too though..
